Ode to Candy Corn by Brach’s is a Oriental Vanilla fragrance for women and men. This is a new fragrance. Ode to Candy Corn was launched in 2026. The fragrance features Honey, Vanilla and Spun Sugar.

This is the candy corn I prefer!

  1. right now we have the choice of being able to write comments OR post pictures and memes…been talking with the ai ass and i asked him to look for other options because this is frustrating.

  2. I clicked off the enable blocks which allowed pictures and memes, because when that’s enabled, we can’t comment. the ai ass said it’s a trade off.

  4. EXCERPT: “At 80, President Donald Trump is outworking candidates half his age on the midterm trail, logging thousands of air miles across North America in seven days while packing arenas and speaking for hours to shore up Republican candidates.

“President Trump’s energy and vitality are truly remarkable for being 80 years old. Average middle-aged men show signs of fatigue with intensive, professional travel schedules – not indefatigable Trump,” Dr. Peter McCullough, chief scientific officer at the Wellness Company, told Just the News.

In just the past seven days, from October 7 through October 14, Trump’s schedule has been relentless. He opened the stretch with a Wednesday night rally in San Antonio, Texas, headlining at the Freeman Coliseum to boost Senate candidate Ken Paxton and other Republicans roughly 1,386 miles from Washington, D.C.

After returning to the White House, he flew north on Friday for remarks at the Oncenter, in Syracuse, New York, about 290 flight miles away, where he campaigned for gubernatorial nominee Bruce Blakeman alongside boxing legend Mike Tyson.

Saturday took him roughly 588 flight miles southwest to Clarksville, Tennessee, for a rally at F&M Bank Arena supporting local Republicans; a planned stop at the Georgia-Alabama game in Tuscaloosa was canceled.

Sunday was mostly White House executive time and a local outing near Sterling, Virginia. Monday brought another short hop of about 244 flight miles to Youngstown, Ohio, where he rallied at the Covelli Centre for Sen. Jon Husted and other GOP contenders.

The longest leg came Tuesday: an eight-hour Air Force One flight of more than 3,350 miles to Wasilla, Alaska, where he headlined at the Curtis D. Menard Memorial Sports Center for Sen. Dan Sullivan, Rep. Nick Begich III, and gubernatorial candidate Bernadette Wilson before continuing to Las Vegas for the night.

On Wednesday he flew from Las Vegas to Bullhead City, Arizona for remarks at Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport, then on to Kalispell, Montana at Majestic Valley Arena, before heading back to the White House.

The pace – spanning Texas, New York, Tennessee, Ohio, Alaska, Nevada, Arizona, and Montana in one week – underscores an endurance few would expect from a sitting president of his age less than three weeks from Election Day.

Other presidents took it easy (NF: According to ai ass, the asterisks are supposed to bold the words – didn’t work so I’m trying to edit)

No modern president has matched the sustained, continent-spanning midterm pace Trump is keeping at 80……”

EXCERPT: “When voters go to the polls in five states in November, they can weigh in on whether men who claim to be transgender can compete in women’s sports and whether minors should be able to undergo controversial transgender medical treatments.

Organizers in Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, Nebraska, and Washington succeeded in putting measures on the ballot to reverse pro-transgender policies or establish clear rules prioritizing biological sex in sports. Transgender advocates say that men who identify as women should be allowed to compete in women’s sports and that minors should be able to receive so-called puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.

Supporters of the ballot initiatives, however, argue that men enjoy inherent biological advantages in most sports, giving them an unfair advantage regardless of how they might identify. Supporters also argue that minors cannot provide meaningful consent to potentially irreversible medical interventions and point to reviews in Europe and the United States questioning the evidence supporting such interventions.

    Women’s Sports
Arizona Proposition 138 requires all schools and athletic associations to designate athletic teams as male, female, or coed based on the biological sex of the athletes as recorded at birth and prohibits them from authorizing use of private spaces not designated for a person’s sex. The proposal would also establish a private right of action by which a female student athlete may sue for discrimination.

Colorado Proposition 109 states that school-sponsored interscholastic or intramural athletic teams shall be “expressly designated” by biological sex, either for men, women, or coed, and that any sport designated for women “shall not be open to a male student or participant.” The proposition allows men’s sports to admit women athletes if there is no women’s team available.

Nebraska Initiative 442 similarly designates school sports as male, female, or coed, and states that girls’ sports will not be open to males……”

  7. Just The News: “The White House honored late Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk in a social media post Wednesday, as part of a “National Day of Remembrance” for Kirk, which comes on the late conservative leader’s birthday.

Kirk, who was a rising star in the conservative movement, was assassinated last year during a rally at a college in Utah.

“Today, on what would have been his 33rd birthday, our Nation honors the loving memory of Charlie Kirk – a father, husband, Christian martyr, & titan of the conservative movement,” the White House shared on X. “We renew our resolve to always defend our principles of truth, faith, and the open exchange of ideas.”

Kirk’s wife Erika Kirk, who has since taken over as the CEO of Turning Point USA, also honored her late-husband in a post on X.

“I thank God for your life. For the years He entrusted you to this earth…even though it didn’t deserve you,” she wrote. “For the love that He allowed me to know so deeply as your wife. You always had a way of making even the ordinary moments in life feel like a glimpse of Heaven. To that, and much more babe, I’ll forever celebrate you,” she continued. “How blessed I am that God gave me a once in a lifetime love that I will spend the rest of my life thanking Him for …Happy birthday baby.”

The post comes after President Donald Trump designated Oct. 14 as the “National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk,” last year.”

  8. Just The News: “The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday sided with the Trump administration and blocked a California law that required federal immigration agents to display identification while engaged in enforcement operations.

California’s “No Vigilantes Act,” the court found, violated the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution. A lower court previously declined to issue an injunction, though the ruling on Wednesday remanded the case to that court, with instructions to block the law.

“Because the United States has shown that § 10 of the No Vigilantes Act violates the Supremacy Clause, it has also shown that both the public interest and balance of the equities tip ‘decisively in . . . favor’ of a preliminary injunction,” the decision read.

The audience member — Jody — let him finish, before she dropped a brutal Biblical reminder that brought the town hall to its feet.

JODY: “And I just want to add that the Bible is not silent on abortion.”

“There is the Ten Commandments. ‘Thou shalt not kill.’’

“And as Catholics, we take great, um, insult, I guess sometimes when it’s spouted that way.”

The audience immediately erupted in applause for her.

  10. “A GIANT SPACE JELLYFISH APPEARS OVER FLORIDA — WITH A TWIST
Florida residents are becoming familiar with the spectacular glowing exhaust clouds produced by SpaceX launches. They’re nicknamed SpaceX jellyfish. But this one was different. Photographer Gregory Shanos captured an extraordinary display from Sarasota. A luminous jellyfish-shaped cloud spread across the sky…with a strange, turbulent swirl embedded inside it.

What caused the twist? A boostback burn. After separating from the rocket’s upper stage, the Falcon 9 booster rotated and restarted its engines to return toward its launch site. The exhaust blasted directly into the rocket’s earlier wake, creating a dramatic churning pattern. Most Florida rocket jellyfish are produced during missions where boosters land on offshore drone ships.

This time, the returning booster added an entirely new effect. And the mission itself was pretty remarkable. The Dragon cargo spacecraft carried more than 6,300 pounds of supplies and scientific equipment toward the International Space Station. Among the experiments? Artificial retina manufacturing in microgravity. And brain organoids used in Alzheimer’s research.

One spectacular launch. A very strange sky. And some genuinely fascinating science heading into orbit. 🎥 Watch the entire jellyfish formation here:”

  11. THE LAST THING A SEAL WANTS TO SEE — This photograph is extraordinary. And slightly terrifying.

Wildlife photographer Audun Rikardsen spent more than three years trying to capture a polar bear hunting from the perspective of a seal beneath Arctic ice. He installed a motion-triggered underwater camera below a seal’s breathing hole. Then waited. Eight hours later…A polar bear appeared. And looked directly into the camera. The result? A remarkable image showing exactly what a seal might see when a hungry polar bear investigates its breathing hole.

The photographer then waited another nine hours before it was safe to retrieve the equipment. The photograph won the Grand Prize at the 2026 BigPicture Natural World Photography Competition. Imagine being a seal. You surface for a breath. And this enormous white face is staring directly down at you.

Nature is beautiful. Nature is also extremely interested in eating you.

  12. 51 HEADLESS VIKINGS — AND A MYSTERY THAT’S 1,000 YEARS OLD
Archaeologists uncovered a remarkable mass grave near Weymouth, England. The remains of dozens of young men. Many decapitated. Their heads separated from their bodies.

Evidence suggests the men were Scandinavians who were executed around a thousand years ago. The discovery has been interpreted as a possible mass execution of Vikings during a period of intense conflict between Anglo-Saxons and Scandinavian groups.

Who were they? Raiders? Mercenaries? Prisoners? Men caught on the wrong side of a political conflict? We still don’t know their complete story. But one thing is clear. This wasn’t an ordinary burial. A thousand years later, the evidence of violence remains unmistakable.

And a small clarification: this is a fascinating archaeological discovery, but not a new excavation from October 2026. The site was first reported years ago.”

Although looking at the photograph, I’m not entirely convinced it’s a beetroot. It resembles something scientists might discover inside a meteorite. Or remove from a giant alien organism. Imagine trying to make a salad with this thing. You’d need a chainsaw. And possibly planning permission.”

    From Truth Social

Nidal Malik Hasan, a former U.S. Army Major turned traitor, is a very bad and evil man, who killed 13 people, including a pregnant soldier, who died, along with her unborn son, and injured, very seriously, 32 more innocent people. Barack Hussein Obama’s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intercepted electronic communications between Hasan and the radical Yemeni-American cleric, Anwar al-Awlaki. When reviewed by his FBI terrorism task force, investigators concluded that Hasan’s emails were not a threat. This assessment of the Obama Administration’s actions was later considered to be a key intelligence failure. With all of that being said, I think streaming the execution for all to see might have been a strong deterrent for the World to witness how America deals with Terrorists and SCUM like Hasan but, many very good and well meaning people would rather not watch him die, through streaming, or through any other visual device. He will die, as scheduled, by firing squad, but this event will not be streamed. That said, the execution may be viewed in person by the immediate families of the victims, if they so choose. They deserve to witness JUSTICE! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP

How To Think Like A New York Progressive

“Now, just a couple of days ago on September 30, our Mayor announced that the City Housing Authority, known as NYCHA, had closed on a financing deal to renovate one of the City’s dozens of housing projects, known as Nostrand Houses. The financing amounts to some $607 million, and will fully renovate the 1,148 units in the complex. Wait a minute, that’s almost $530,000 per unit!”
“After which the residents will still be living in one of those hideous brick high-rise “projects.” Zillow reports that the median price of a single family house in the U.S. as of August 31 was $388,697. So why not buy each of the NYCHA tenants at Nostrand Houses a nice median-priced house in some reasonably-priced market, and tear down the Nostrand Houses and start over? Because that’s not how we do it in New York.”

  18. Just The News: “Senior Capitol Hill staff were warned in an email on Thursday that “letters containing suspicious substances” were mailed out to multiple congressional offices, as well as Secretary of State and their related election offices across the country.

An image in the email showed one of the envelopes, which included a return address for the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) headquarters. Though it’s not clear the DSA had any involvement in the letters.

The notice was sent from the U.S. Senate Sergeant of Arms to chiefs of staff, administrative managers and state directors. It stated that the U.S. Postal Service, the FBI and the U.S. Capitol Police were investigating the matter, Fox News reported.

“Law enforcement officials are working to intercept any additional letters before they are delivered, however, it is possible that some letters may reach their destinations,” the notice stated.

“Some of the letters contained an unknown substance, and we are working closely with our law enforcement partners to respond to each incident,” the FBI said in a statement to Fox.”

The shooter had already been shot and killed inside the school when police arrived at the scene at about 1 p.m., said Sheila Miller, spokesperson for the Bend Police Department. It’s not yet known who killed the shooter, but it “may have been a bystander,” Miller said, citing the ongoing investigation.

Medics transported at least two people to the hospital, according to police. Silver Rail Elementary School was placed on lockdown, and the Bend Police Department set up a reunification point for student families.

A large crowd of parents and concerned community members gathered outside the school Thursday afternoon as they waited for updates about the situation. There was a large police and emergency personnel response, including police vehicles, ambulances and a fire truck. This is a developing story and will be updated.”

  21. Just The News: “Former Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz is being accused of sex trafficking in a new federal lawsuit. Gaetz was filed in the Middle District of Florida on Monday, Mediaite reported.

Also named in the lawsuit are former Seminole County tax collector Joel Greenberg and former Florida Republican House member Christopher Dorworth. The alleged incidents recounted in the lawsuit occurred between 2017 and 2019. They come from two unnamed women who say they were introduced to Gaetz when they were in their 20s.

One of the women alleges she saw Gaetz having sex with a 17-year-old girl, and both allege Gaetz paid them thousands of dollars. The women allege they were supplied with drugs to “facilitate sexual encounters” with Goldberg’s associates. The suit also claims that Gaetz covered up direct involvement in funding the girls’ travel using other dependents he recruited.

In a statement to the Miami Herald, Gaetz said the accusations are false. He points out the “lawsuit relies almost exclusively on a Congressional Committee report that didn’t allow me to confront my accusers.” He said he’s looking forward to taking the plaintiffs’ depositions, as it will allow him the opportunity to confront his accusers.”
