        I’m not a big outdoorsy person here so the humidity isn’t a factor if i stay inside in the air conditioning. I worry about Filly going out in the humidity to do yard work! be careful if you do the same!

    2. Morning, Pat! 70 here this morning, cloudy, w/rain overnight. Warnings were out for high winds so I took all of the feeders down, except the jelly feeder and that I moved down into the Honeysuckle so it was somewhat protected. It must not have been too bad since I slept thru the night and didn’t even hear any thunder. But it clearly rained quite a bit. It was definitely a surprise to see Wheezer hunkered down at the door, not even on a chair. I mixed up some dry food/tuna for him and he chowed down, then hunched down staring at the bowl. OK, more tuna – he ate that too!!! He is so terribly skinny!

    SEAT: “I’ll give you an example of where it [election fraud] has been determinative. And that’s in my home state of Indiana, Saint Joseph County. The gentleman you previously worked for, David Axelrod, Barack Obama got on the ballot because Democrats in that county submitted fraudulent ballot petition signatures. People, including the Democrat county chair, went to jail over that. Barack Obama should not have been on the primary ballot in the state of Indiana.”

    KINZINGER: “But that’s not a voting issue. Like that’s something—”

    PETE SEAT: “It is a voting issue because he was on the ballot and people could vote for him, and he shouldn’t have been.”

    AXELROD: “How did how did that get determined?”

    SEAT: “It was finally exposed two years later. It went through the courts, and several people found themselves in jail. But that’s the problem. It didn’t happen. They didn’t find it before he was on the ballot. It took years after.”

    Pete Seat is right. In 2013, four Indiana Democrats were convicted for forging signatures on the 2008 presidential primary petitions, and county party chair Butch Morgan went to jail for orchestrating it.

    They literally copied names off old petitions, including a former governor who confirmed he never signed.

    Election fraud is not a conspiracy theory. It happens, and a county chairman of a major party sat in a jail cell for it.

  9. wow…Robinson’s defense lawyers are arguing that no one else was in danger the day he shot Charlie Kirk so he shouldn’t be eligible for the death penalty. Robinson himself has stated he killed Kirk 11 times, so this a ploy to avoid the death penalty.

    A little background on HasanPiker. I’m beginning to see what he’s all about and it’s evident he’s a fake communist with an agenda of being one of the elite at the top if communism ever got hold of America. He also hates America but wants all the perks America can give him. Knowing he’s part of the Cent Uygur family explains a lot.

    EXCERPT: “The federal government is refusing to turn over records related to an investigation conducted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement into allegations of immigration fraud by Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., citing a legal exemption for ongoing investigations. 

    Just the News filed a Freedom of Information Act request for the records in January, seeking the records pertaining to any investigations conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement into the allegations that Rep. Omar, who represents Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District, married a relative in order to help him remain in the country. 

    Omar has denied the allegations. No court records, DNA evidence, or other documentary proof has ever substantiated that Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, Omar’s legal husband from 2009–2017, was her biological brother.

    “ICE has determined that the information you requested is being withheld in full pursuant to Title 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(7)(A). Disclosure of any responsive records at this time could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings,” ICE told Just the News in response to the FOIA in May. 

    The FOIA exemption cited by the agency “applies to records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes when their release could disrupt such proceedings,” the reply reads.

    The Department of Justice guidelines for invoking exemption 7(A) say that doing so requires a two-step assessment. “First, there must be a ‘reasonable likelihood’ of a pending or contemplated law enforcement proceeding,” the guidance says. “Second, release of the information must be reasonably expected to cause some articulable harm to that proceeding.” 

    Harm includes things such as exposing the case to witness tampering or tipping off suspects, according to the guidance. The exemption makes no distinction between criminal, civil, and administrative cases. 

    Omar’s office did not respond to a request for comment.

    Trump administration border czar Tom Homan first said in December last year that the Department of Homeland Security was investigating whether Omar committed immigration fraud by allegedly marrying her brother, Just the News reported. “We’re pulling the records, we’re pulling the files,” Homan said in an interview with Newsmax last year. “We’re looking at it […] I’m running that down this week.

Just The News: “President Donald Trump admitted Tuesday evening that he could not seek a third presidential term in 2028 because federal law regarding presidential terms is “very strong.” The president has joked about seeking a third term since returning to office last year but has also seriously stated that he knew it was not possible and trying to change the 22nd Amendment was not something he was looking into.

    “Everybody asks me that question, and you know that the law is very strong on that,” Trump told reporters after attending the Patriot Games. “I’d love to run, but the law is very strong. I get asked by everyone … even tonight they’re screaming at the event, ‘2028.’ No, everybody wants me to do it, but the law is very strong.”

    The 22nd Amendment, which was added to the Constitution after President Franklin D. Roosevelt was elected to four terms in office, limits presidents to two terms.

    The question comes after the president joked again last month at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner that his next term in 2028 would be even better than his current one. “Just like my presidency, the second time is always better,” Trump quipped. “The third time will be better yet. I’m only kidding.”

  15. Just The News: “Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced Wednesday that a task force the State Department set up last month to address “birth tourism” managed to revoke more than 600 visas from foreign nationals. 

    The task force, Rubio explained in a post on X, reviewed the activity of visa holders, dismantled illegal birth tourism networks, and put an end to “this heinous abuse of our nation’s laws.”

    “Elaborate birth tourism rings are profiting off the exploitation of America’s laws- coaching foreigners to defraud the U.S. visa system, arranging travel and housing, and even forging documents, all to enable foreign nationals to obtain citizenship for their children,” Rubio said. 

    The announcement follows President Donald Trump’s signing of two executive orders Thursday that aim to restrict birthright citizenship and end the practice of “birth tourism,” in hopes of circumventing a recent Supreme Court decision.

    The Supreme Court in June struck down Trump’s executive order directing federal agencies to interpret the 14th Amendment as not granting citizenship to the children of illegal migrants. 

    “We had a very unfortunate decision in the Supreme Court concerning birthright,” Trump said in the Oval Office. “It was close, but a very, very unfortunate decision. So we’re making adjustments because it’s very unfair.”

    The order restricting birthright citizenship expands the definition of what children born in the United States would be ineligible for automatic citizenship, including children of “alien enemies of the United States, members of foreign terrorist organizations and large categories of people who lobby and act on behalf of foreign governments.”

  16. Aw, hell’s bells! I need a new 2 gal. sprayer – I guess I can’t bitch – I bought this one 13 years ago! LOL – I took it all apart and cleaned everything but it still won’t work. A trip to the hardware store is in order!

    OK – back from the store. This time I got a 1 gal. model – much easier on my back! I got some of the driveway sprayed before the clouds moved in again & I felt a few drops of rain.

    The Chinese have purchased the former Royal Mint building in London, and despite the objections of the neighbors, the courts have ruled it can go ahead. One of the objections was that cables carrying data from London’s financial center will run underground a few feet from the building. The blueprints also had some rooms in the basement whose function was not identified.

    “The cesspool of corruption runs deep. Almost daily, new revelations expose officials who placed personal or institutional interests above the nation’s. Decent Americans are sickened by the repeated betrayal of trust and demand accountability. No more free rides. No more excuses.

    Holding public officials accountable is not retaliation or partisan score-settling. It preserves our constitutional order, reminds those who wield power that their authority is borrowed, not owned, and that it must be grounded in principle. When accountability is real, public trust is restored.

    This demand is not new. It is woven into the American founding. The Declaration of Independence presented a bill of particulars against the Crown—“a long train of abuses and usurpations”—including obstruction of justice, manipulation of representative institutions, and the arbitrary exercise of executive power. The Founders understood that liberty cannot survive if the government misuses its authority against the people, then escapes consequences.

    Two recent cases illustrate the danger. Declassified documents show that the FBI spied not only on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, transition team, and White House—but also on President Trump himself, directly. A little less than a week after the newly elected commander-in-chief fired the now disgraced and indicted former FBI chief James Comey in May 2017, officials inside the Bureau opened a full investigation into the sitting president.

    A second example involves Anthony Fauci, former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Newly released text messages from January 2021 show him privately acknowledging that the strong inflammatory response and fever after a second COVID-19 vaccine dose “could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester.” Yet he publicly misinformed – he knew he was doing something wrong when he told the public that COVID-19 vaccines posed little danger to pregnant patients. The pain felt by families and mothers who lost pregnancies because of that deceit is unimaginable.

    These episodes are not isolated. The list of powerful institutions and those in authority that operate with insufficient transparency and even less consequence grows. And without accountability, a constitutional republic cannot long survive. After all, the men and women who hold power in America draw their authority not from their credentials or political connections, but from us – We The People. And when they abuse our trust, they undermine the principles that hold our nation together.

    Love of country, therefore, means demanding accountability from every public official – Democrat or Republican. On this principle, patriots stand together. Stay informed. Get involved. America is worth the fight.”
