Sec Rubio: The International Criminal Court is an illegitimate international organization. They’ve made themselves illegitimate because they claim that even if you’re not a member of that court, they can come after you. What that literally means in the future is that American service members, political leaders and others could find themselves under indictment by this International Criminal Court.

To know a little bit about it, Jack Smith used to work there. We’ve now begun an effort to really try to bring that court to heel.

More on the Lincoln Reflection Pool

So yesterday Jeanine Pirro, DC attorney, dropped the charges against Olympian David Hearn.

This is a total screw up IMO. With the constant coverage by the media that President Trump’s repair of the reflection pool was a total vanity screw up that didn’t work. It was the contractor’s fault and a waste of money. The administration rushed out to defend the repair and contractor.

A Grand Jury indicted Mr. Hearn for a felony for destruction of government property. Jeanine Pirro had stated there is a significant amount of evidence that justifies the indictment.

By dropping the charge yesterday just brings this whole story back in the media to give them more ammunition to bash President Trump and they will delight in doing so.

Pirro cited new evidence from the Dept. of Interior was the reason for dropping the charges.

With the amount of coverage this had in the media you would think the DOJ would have explored every possible cause of the problem, especially the contractor and Dept. of Interior before bringing charges. They really look bad with this now that they dropped charges. Rush to indict? Weaponized DOJ, President Trumps disaster-I can hear it now.

Hearn is probably a real leftist jerk, but I hate it when we give the left opportunities to bash the administration. I have always like Pirro, but I can’t believe the Dept. of Interior had evidence that something else caused the problem rather than Hearn, especially with all the media coverage this had.

    1. I agree that it was a rush to judgment….

Just The News: “The Justice Department on Friday moved to dismiss its criminal case against a former Olympic athlete who has been accused of intentionally damaging the Reflecting Pool at the Lincoln Memorial, stating new information showed it was the result of a rushed job.

The department said information provided since the indictment of former Olympic canoeist David Hearn revealed the damage was the result of a “flawed installation by the contractor” and because of “the rush to complete the project prior to events associated with the America 250 celebration in the weeks surrounding Independence Day 2026,” according to the Associated Press.

“Given all of this newly discovered information, it is difficult to attribute the widespread damage to the Reflecting Pool to vandalism, let alone to establish that fact beyond a reasonable doubt,” U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro said in the filing.

Hearn was one of seven people who faced charges in what the administration said were efforts to sabotage the renovation project. Hearn pleaded not guilty to a charge of destruction of property, the only felony charge among the seven suspects, earlier this month.

The former Olympian’s lawyers said in a statement to the AP that the government owes their client an apology and that the case against him should never have been brought.

“Its dismissal today does not erase the abuse of government power in arresting and charging a patriotic American who did nothing wrong,” the lawyers said. “The government’s approach was ready, fire, aim. The administration owes Mr. Hearn an apology.”

The move still needs to be approved by a judge. If a judge does not agree to dismiss the charge, Hearns will stand trial on Sept. 28 in D.C. Superior Court.”

  3. EXCERPT: “National Institutes of Health Director Jay Bhattacharya said the Trump administration’s newly announced ban on federally funded gain-of-function research represents a significant shift in federal biomedical policy, adding that the agency is committed to greater transparency, open scientific debate and a new approach to pandemic preparedness.

Speaking in an interview Thursday with the Just the News, No Noise TV program, Bhattacharya called the new approach “an absolutely vital policy.”

“The United States will never again support research that has a chance of causing catastrophic human harm,” he said. “We’ve been working for a year and a half on getting the details right, getting the incentives right. I’m so excited to be able to announce that policy. It’s going to make Americans safer going forward.”

His comments came after the Trump administration announced a government-wide policy banning federal funding for certain high-risk gain-of-function research and expanding oversight of experiments involving dangerous pathogens, such as some research conducted overseas with U.S. taxpayer funding.

Trump administration officials said the policy was intended to reduce the risk of laboratory-related accidents while maintaining support for biomedical research under tighter safeguards.

Many U.S. intelligence agencies have concluded that a laboratory-related incident in China, such as a leak, sparked the COVID pandemic. Other entities have argued that the lab leak theory has not yet been fully confirmed.

Bhattacharya said transparency would be central to the NIH under his leadership. “Science requires you to say, ‘Here’s what I’ve done. Here’s the data. Please check me,’” he said…..”

  4. REVOKING visas

President Donald Trump’s State Department has started revoking visas
for foreign nationals arrested for drunk driving, agency officials
    announced this week.

“The Trump Administration is keeping reckless foreign drivers off our
streets by revoking visas and denying further travel to the United
States,” officials wrote in a statement. “The State Department is
keeping our streets safe from foreign nationals who drive impaired,
    disregard laws, and endanger Americans.”

Among those foreign nationals who have had their visas revoked is one
who was recently arrested for drunk driving, disorderly conduct,
resisting arrest with violence, and domestic violence.

“Outrageous and dangerous behavior that endangers American
communities will never be tolerated,” officials wrote. “Visa revoked.”

Others for whom the agency has revoked visas include:

A foreign national was arrested for aggravated DUI with a blood
alcohol level nearly double the legal limit and a minor in the vehicle.
Reckless behavior that puts a child’s life at risk on America’s roads is
    unacceptable. Visa revoked.

Another foreign national was arrested for DUI with a blood alcohol
level more than 3x the legal limit. The driver then showed up drunk to a
court-mandated DUI program. No more second chances for foreign visitors
who put American lives at risk. Visa revoked.

A foreign national was arrested for DUI and causing injury to
another person. Foreigners who threaten American lives aren’t welcome in
    the United States. Visa revoked.

One foreign national was arrested for driving with heroin and a
blood alcohol level more than 3x the legal limit. Flagrant abuse of
America’s hospitality won’t be tolerated. Visa revoked.

“Under President Trump, the State Department will continue to revoke
the visas of foreigners who endanger our citizens and will always put
the safety of Americans first,” officials wrote.

The news comes as the State Department, under the direction of
Secretary of State Marco Rubio, has also begun revoking visas for
foreign nationals who have been arrested and convicted of fraud.

This late-night stunt is pure establishment sabotage against the mandate voters gave and the video of the empty chamber is circulating as proof that some Republicans are still more interested in protecting the swamp than delivering the change people actually elected.

EXCERPT: “Since the beginning of the Trump administration, the Department of Education has been trying to get left-wing school districts to stop hiding changes in students’ claimed “gender identity” from their parents, always with the threat of revoking federal funds. A year and a half in, schools are still noncompliant, or dragging their feet, and it is time for the federal government to make good on the threat.

The department on Thursday said it was “demand[ing] clarity” from California and Washington on how they will “revise” their policies, so that the two states start informing parents of serious medical concerns, like whether their children start to show signs of gender dysphoria, instead of encouraging and advancing the delusion.

“Schools must end the practice of concealing vitally important information about students from parents who love them,” said Frank Miller, director of the Student Privacy Policy Office. “We are providing California and Washington the opportunity to explain to the Department and the families they serve how they are revising their policies to come into compliance with federal law. SPPO is determined to hold educational institutions accountable and ensure the protection of parental rights.”

The Education Department stated that the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Mirabelli v. Olson recognized that “under long-established precedent, parents — not the State — have primary authority with respect to the upbringing and education of children.” It also pointed to a 9th Circuit decision, based on Mirabelli, stating that California’s law hiding such information from parents is likely unconstitutional.

However, despite those cases, and despite the fact that the department found California in violation of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) back in January, the department has still not revoked California’s funding because of its efforts to push radical gender ideology in schools while hiding the fallout from concerned parents……”

  11. “Zohran Mamdani Reportedly Furious After Being Snubbed From Speaking at Funeral of Fallen NYC Soldier”

GP, by Mike LaChance, July 31, 2026

    Screencap of Twitter/X video.

“New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani recently attended the funeral of a fallen soldier from the city but was not invited to speak, which reportedly made him very angry. According to the story, Mamdani had prepared remarks and was fully expecting to be called to the podium but it never happened.

Apparently, the family of the soldier is a little more conservative than people realized and did not want the mayor’s politics to become part of the event. Who can blame them?

    The New York Post reports:

Fuming Mamdani blocked from speaking at fallen NYC soldier’s funeral despite writing speech: ‘He was never called’

Mayor Zohran Mamdani was snubbed from eulogizing Army Sgt. Angel Sarah Rampersad at the fallen soldier’s Queens funeral Friday — and the embarrassing scene unfolded in real time as he fumed while waiting in vain to give his speech, sources revealed.

Mamdani, who was relegated to the fourth row in the Ozone Park church, appeared to be reviewing his planned remarks on an iPad while Gov. Kathy Hochul and other dignitaries, including Queens Borough President Donovan Richards, were called to speak, a source in attendance said.

“They kept calling names and then he was never called,” the source said.

“Then he looked over at his staff, frustrated and seemed angry that he didn’t speak. When he realized his name wasn’t being called, he looked at his staff angrily and then eventually put his tablet away.”…

The diss came as Mamdani — an avowed democratic socialist who’s harshly critical of Israel and the US war against Iran — remains a divisive political figure both within New York City and across the nation.

Another source involved with the funeral’s planning said Rampersad’s family is pro-President Trump and didn’t want Mamdani to speak.

Yet another insider confirmed that Mamdani’s outspoken lefty politics ultimately led him to lose his customary mayoral role as a speaker during a hometown soldier’s funeral.

    Actual patriots despise Mamdani. https://t.co/IIjVCXfjUE

Image for article: Spaniards Horrified To See Their Country Turning Into Minnesota

CUETA — The people of Spain were reportedly horrified to see footage of tens of thousands of migrants illegally invading their nation, knowing full well that their country could soon become Minnesota.

Thousands of migrants fled Morocco into nearby Ceuta, Spain, taking advantage of a perceived loophole that would prevent them from being deported without due process. Now Spain is already looking virtually indistinguishable from Minnesota, minus the bitter cold and 10,000 lakes.

“I have the worst legislature,” said Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez. “Why is it so hard for us to enforce laws? God help us, we’re Minnesota now!”

According to sources, migrants had already begun defecating in the streets and hassling locals. Experts warned that it was only a matter of time before the invaders would begin setting up fake day care centers to perpetrate fraud on the Spanish people.

“I wish we never stopped being conquerors,” said one Spanish man. “Turns out being conquered is way worse.”

Sources confirmed that Minnesota Governor Tim Walz had already reached out to Sánchez to congratulate him on the work he was doing to completely destroy his entire nation. “I’m proud of you,” Walz reportedly said. “It really takes me back to the good old days, when I was watching Minneapolis burn.”

At publishing time, the invading migrants — in true Minnesota fashion — were reportedly hard at work building a Target in Cueta so they could loot it and set it on fire.”

Image for article: Maine Dems Explain They Can Either Do 'No Rape' Or 'No Incest' But Not Both

AUGUSTA, ME — The Democratic Party of Maine explained to voters that they can do “no rape” or “no incest”, but not both.

After carefully reviewing the slate of possible Democratic Senate candidates in Maine, party leaders informed voters that they’ll simply have to settle for one or the other.

“What do these people expect from us when they say we can’t run a rapist?” said party leader Mike Prather. “Once you take all of the rapists out of the equation, it’s just a bunch of liberals sleeping with their cousins. Those are your options, Maine. Honestly, we’re getting pretty frustrated with these voters and their ridiculous expectations. Deal with it, people.”

Despite the party’s statement, some voters have remained hopeful that at least one Democrat could be found that had not committed rape or incest. “Surely, there’s one liberal in this state who hasn’t slept with his cousin or committed sexual assault,” said local woman Denise Gaines. “I just have to believe we have at least one non-rape, non-incest option. I’m not giving up yet.”

At publishing time, the state Democratic Party of Maine had announced the discovery of a “no rape or incest” candidate, but with the caveat that he died in 1902.

Image for article: To Avoid Criticism For Hooking Up With His Cousin, Troy Jackson Converts To Islam

ALLAGASH, ME — Maine Senate candidate Troy Jackson reportedly converted to Islam as a way to evade criticism for hooking up with his cousin. Jackson said Islam is “totally what he believes in” after learning it’s normal for them to marry their cousins.

“Heck, we’re not even married, but I guess that’s not good enough for those Christian types,” Jackson said. “Fortunately, them Muslims are totally cool with it.”

Jackson said he got the idea after realizing Minnesota Representative Ilhan Omar had quite the saucy affair with her brother and no one batted an eye. “Looks like I finally put this scandal to bed,” Jackson said, relieved. “My cousin, too.”

Jackson’s numbers among conservative Christians reportedly cratered after he converted to Islam, but sources within his campaign said the support among liberals (who make up most of Maine) more than makes up for it.

Longtime Maine resident Stephen King, who famously wrote a story where a bunch of young boys essentially band together to assault a girl, said, “Jackson is the obvious choice for this election. He’s not like that monster, Trump, who has never slept with his cousin.”

At publishing time, Jackson had risen in the polls after receiving a public endorsement from fellow Democrat Ilhan Omar.”

  18. long, but quick read.
Bill Gates destroys an entire ecosystem

Renowned wildlife biologist Forrest Galante erupted during an appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast, accusing Bill Gates and his foundation of helping destroy one of Africa’s most important freshwater fisheries through a disastrous mosquito-net program.

Galante said the foundation distributed millions of tightly woven nets across communities near the Cahora Bassa Delta to combat malaria.

However, starving residents used the nets to catch fish instead.

Because mosquito nets contain extremely small holes, Galante said they indiscriminately captured juvenile fish before they could mature and reproduce, devastating a fishery relied upon by millions of people.

    ‘I’m Gonna Go on a F*cking Tirade’

Galante raised the issue while speaking with Rogan about wildlife and conservation in Africa.

“Do you know what they did fucking in the Cahora Bassa Delta with their mosquito nets?” Galante asked.

“No. What’d they do?” Rogan responded.

“Dude, I’m gonna go on a f*cking tirade here,” Galante warned.

    “Please do,” Rogan replied.

Galante said the Gates Foundation entered African villages with a plan to reduce malaria by distributing mosquito nets.

“Okay, so the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation decided that there was too much malaria in Africa, right?” Galante said.

“Which you and I could probably agree with.

“Malaria is bad. So what did they do?

“They gave all of these people living in tribal villages,” Galante explained.

“I totally pirated your thing. I’m sorry, but I’m gonna go on a fu**ing rant here.

“They gave all these people living in the Cahora Bassa Delta, which is the breadbasket of the Zambezi Valley, meaning, like, where more fish are born.

“It’s a nursery for fish. Right.

“Not just there, but this is a good micro example.”

Nets Used to Catch Baby Fish

Galante said the people receiving the nets were struggling to obtain food and quickly realized the material could be used for fishing.

“They gave millions of mosquito nets out to all these people to ‘avoid malaria,’” Galante said.

“Guess what the people who are starving to death did with their mosquito nets?

“They fished with them. They fished with them.

“A mosquito net has a hole that is so small that a mosquito can’t get through.

    “So guess what?” Galante asked.

“These mosquito nets now indiscriminately catch tiny baby fish in areas like Cahora Bassa, where the fish go to breed and reproduce and populate.

“So now all of a sudden, you have thousands and thousands of people that have been handed nets that have been living one way for hundreds of thousands of years.”

The nets allowed fishermen to scoop up fish before they could reach maturity, wiping out future generations of one of the region’s most vital food sources.

Galante Says Foundation ‘Absolutely Collapsed’ Fish Population

Galante said local communities had already developed their own methods for reducing mosquito exposure before outside organizations intervened.

“They don’t give a sh*t about malaria,” Galante said.

“They have their own way of dealing with malaria.

“They sit in smoky huts at night; they sleep with a campfire.

“Everything else, yes, they still get malaria, some of them, but they deal with it their own way.

“Bill Melinda Gates Foundation come in, hand out millions of mosquito nets, absolutely collapse the entire population of fish that feed millions of people.

“Because these people just take the nets and fish all the baby fish out so that those fish don’t grow up to make substantial protein sources.

“So now these wonderful ‘philanthropists’ that have given out millions of nets, have destroyed an ecosystem, crashed a fish population and created widespread hunger for people that otherwise had plenty of resources, all because they were trying to ‘help’ with their mosquito nets.”

    “Oh, God,” Rogan responded.

Galante described the outcome as an environmental and humanitarian catastrophe caused by wealthy outsiders who failed to understand how the nets would actually be used.

“It’s just like. It’s a f*cking disaster, dude,” Galante said.

“They’ve taken such a rich and important part of Africa, one of the most abundant freshwater fisheries in the world, and destroyed it.

“Because they’re ‘helping’ by handing out mosquito nets.”

    “Good God,” Rogan replied.

‘They’re Still Giving Out Mosquito Nets’

Galante said the practice has continued despite the damage.

“Yeah, I know. Sorry,” Galante said.

“I told you I’d go on a rant, but it’s like, it’s so bad what’s happened over there.

“And they’re still giving out mosquito nets, by the way.

“And you literally watch these guys line up, take a mosquito net, and it never goes in their house.

“It goes straight to catching fish that are this big [tiny] for them to eat.”

    “Oh, God…” Rogan responded.
