I believe Xi and Putin had to be somewhat in the loop on the situation via back channels. Trump must have secured complete assurances that there would be no interference or escalation, prior to any action.
Trump just had a “very positive” phone call with Xi on February 4th, in which they did discuss global military conflicts, including Iran, as well as trade/economic cooperation, and Trump confirmed he will be visiting China from March 31-April 2.
I think a backdoor agreement has already been made, and both Xi and Putin agreed Khamenei and the radical Islamic regime must go. There’s no other way this could have been pulled off. It would have been too substantial a risk to both national and global security for Trump to do this blindly.
EXCERPT: “Following the military strikes on Iran this weekend, senior Trump administration officials informed reporters about multiple measures that were implemented to preempt not only the need for the strike, but also criticism from detractors both domestically and abroad, should it be necessitated.
President Donald Trump reportedly offered Iran unlimited peaceful nuclear fuel, and was turned down, and detected that Tehran was planning a preemptive strike on Western assets before it struck this weekend. This, administration officials say, are two powerful pieces of evidence that will help the administration counter any claims that the joint offensive with Israel violated international or US law.
Operation Epic Fury a “preemptive defensive strike”
“The president decided he was not going to sit back and allow American forces in the region to absorb attacks from conventional missiles. We had analysis that basically told us, if we sat back and waited to get hit first, the amount of casualties and damage would be substantially higher than if we acted in a preemptive, defensive way to prevent those launches from occurring,” the official told reporters.
Senior U.S. administration officials described Operation Epic Fury as a preemptive defensive strike launched against Iran on Saturday to neutralize an imminent threat from Tehran’s missile arsenal, which they characterized as posing an “intolerable risk” to American forces in the region.
The joint U.S.-Israeli operation targeted sites in Tehran, including the compound of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, causing heavy damage and resulting in the deaths of numerous high-ranking Iranian leaders, including Khamenei.
Officials emphasized that intelligence indicators showed Iran was preparing to attack U.S. assets first, prompting the decision to act rather than absorb potentially higher casualties……”
i think it was entirely justified and as they rejected nuclear fuel–it was clear they wanted bombs–and I don’t believe anyone wanted iran to have those.
Just The News: “President Donald Trump on Sunday vowed to continue with his strikes on Iran until he had achieved all American military objectives and warned that the U.S. would sustain more casualties throughout the conflict.
“Over the past 36 hours, the United States and its partners launched Operation Epic Fury,” he said. “We have hit hundreds of targets in Iran, including revolutionary guard facilities, Iranian air defense systems, just now, it was announced that we knocked out nine ships plus their naval building.”
He further said that the late Ayatollah Ali Khameini was responsible for the deaths of “countless thousands of innocent people.”
“The entire military command is gone as well and many of them want to surrender,” Trump went on. “Combat operations continue at this time in full force and will continue until all of our objectives are achieved.”
He further lamented the American deaths thus far and said more would occur.
“As one nation, we grieve for the true American patriots who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation even as we continue the righteous mission for which we gave their lives,” he concluded, “Sadly, there will likely be more.”

Following 1,400 sting operations by 300 investigators across all 50 states, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration found many lacked qualified instructors, had fake addresses, and did not properly train prospective drivers for things such as transporting hazardous materials.
Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said some teachers were licensed or permitted for school buses, not the trucks requiring CDLs they taught students to drive. Some driving instruction was in vehicles not matching the prospective CDL licensure.
Trucking associations told The Center Square the Transportation Department is to be commended.

Our ELDT Task Force has worked tirelessly to clean up this industry and help usher in a new era of safer roadways and greater opportunity in trucking. We commend Secretary Duffy and Administrator Barrs for transforming these long-standing concerns into real enforcement that protects the public and supports reputable schools.”……
Here you go, Pat – this is why stores/restaurants/etc. are rounding up the amounts due – no doubt it will be nationwide soon:
Just The News: “A bill moving through the General Assembly will help businesses adapt when pennies are no longer in circulation. The U.S. Mint stopped producing pennies in November. While the coin was worth just 1 cent, it took 3.5 cents to make a penny. State legislatures are responsible for determining how businesses can make exact change for cash transactions if pennies are unavailable.
The House of Representatives approved a bill by Murfreesboro Republican Charlie Baum that would round transactions to the nearest nickel. House Bill 1744 says that transactions of 1 to 5 cents or 5 to 6 cents could be rounded down to the nearest 5-cent interval. Anything 3 cents or more, or between 7 and 9 cents, would be rounded up to the closest 5-cent interval, according to the bill. Retailers are not mandated to round to the nearest nickel, but the bill offers them protection if they are challenged.
“By having this permissive rounding system in our code, private companies can rely on it and they will not be liable under the 1977 Consumer Act,” Baum said when presenting the bill to the House. The 1977 Consumer Act was passed by the General Assembly to protect consumers from unfair and deceptive business practices.
The bill only applies to cash transactions. Businesses would be required to remit the exact amount of taxes as recorded, even if some cash transactions were rounded up or down, according to the bill.
All blank pennies were made at the Greenville manufacturer Artazn, said David Hawk, a Republican representing that district. “It has been a job issue for my district in particular, that the penny has gone away,” Hawk said.
The House passed the bill 88-1. The Senate Labor and Commerce Committee approved that chamber’s version of the bill. It is on the Senate Calendar for Monday.
that’s what i thought –rounding to the nearest nickel. McD’s rounded to the nearest DOLLAR. Our bill was $16.60, and I gave him a $20. He gave me $3 in return. THAT is not the same thing and I was pissed.
Just The News: “Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth on Monday laid out the Trump administration’s objective for its joint air strikes with Israel on Iran: destroying the Middle East country’s missile system and navy and ending its pursuit of a nuclear weapon.
“We didn’t start this war, but under President Trump we are going to finish it,” Hegseth said at the Pentagon, two days after the strikes began on Tehran.”
He also said the strikes were not for a “regime change,” but he urged Iranians to take advantage of them killing Iran Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and dozens of high-level government officials to try to install a new government. The strikes follow U.S. diplomats’ efforts to reach an agreement with Tehran on how its nuclear program will go forward. “This is not a so-called regime change war, but the regime has changed,” Hegseth also said.
His remarks were the first on-camera by a Trump administration official since the strikes started Saturday. The secretary was joined at the press briefing by Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Dan Caine who reiterated the U.S. mission was to “protect and defend” the United States and its allies.
“This was a massive and devastating attack” designed to “daze and confuse,” he said.”
“Famous (and not-so-famous) entertainers are condemning President Donald Trump’s strikes on Iran which have seemingly taken out its Islamist supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Many familiar characters reflexively called to impeach Trump: “Impeach the SOB,” author Stephen King wrote on social media.
“Mad man in the WH [White House] / Impeach Trump,” wrote actress Mia Farrow, eight minutes before sharing her Wordle puzzle results on Bluesky.
Wannabe expat Rosie O’Donnell shared quotes from Trump promising peace, writing a caption to the image: “He lies only and always #impeachtrump.”
Actor John Cusack dubbed the military strikes “a wag the dog war – to distract from Epstein and to do Netenyahu ‘s bidding.”
‘Comedienne’ Kathy Griffin shared a meme stating: “Trump’s response to his name being cited in the Epstein files 38,000 times — Bomb Iran.” The meme fails to clarify that most of those mentions are automated news alerts to Epstein’s email inbox.
Mark Ruffalo asserted that Trump sent his Jewish son-in-law, Jared Kushner, to negotiate with Iran “to make sure we went to war.”
What all of these so-called ‘celebrities’ don’t understand is that they have no voice in our world. They all live in some kind of fantasy world where ego and self-importance reign over common sense and dignity. Their opinions don’t matter to us, but they’ll never understand that…”
Then a Dollar Tree, After that a WalMart, and Applebees and a Waffle House. They could have all of that and then some in a matter of minutes. I wonder if Amazon delivers to Tehran. Just watch out for the delivery drones…”
Americans woke up Saturday morning to the news that the United States and Israel unleashed a coordinated strike, dubbed Operation Epic Fury, leveling key Iranian military sites and taking out much of the regime’s top brass. Among the dead is none other than Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
It was a good day for the Middle East and the world.
Except for the Democrats.
Almost instantly, Democrats in Washington started howling, calling the strikes “illegal,” “dangerous,” and “reckless.” They claimed that President Donald Trump didn’t consult Congress. You’d think they’d be cheering the demise of one of the world’s most dangerous tyrants, but no. For the left, this wasn’t a victory against terror. It was another chance to vilify Trump.
First, it should be noted that Congress was briefed. The Gang of Eight, which includes members of both parties’ top leaders in Congress, had been briefed days earlier that military action might be necessary…
So much for that narrative.
But, here’s what they don’t want you to know: the strike wasn’t about flexing muscle or distracting from politics. It was about stopping an imminent bloodbath.
According to CNN’s Scott Jennings, senior Trump administration officials presented ironclad intelligence showing Iran was preparing to launch missile attacks on both U.S. military and civilian targets across the Middle East.
“A senior administration official said today that they believed Iran was preparing to potentially launch preemptive missile strikes, a factor that influenced President Donald Trump’s decision to initiate military action,” CNN reported.
“We had indicators that they intended to use it potentially, preemptively, but if not, if not simultaneous, against with any actions against them, immediately against us,” a senior administration official told the network. “And the president decided he was not going to sit back and allow America’s forces in the region to absorb attacks from conventional missiles.”
The official added, “We are not going to be held hostage by them, and we are not going to let them hit us first, because it would have substantially increased the risk to our troops in the region and to our allies.”
A senior U.S. official also explained that waiting to be hit first was not an option.
“The president decided he was not going to sit back and allow American forces in the region to absorb attacks from conventional missiles,” the official said. “We had analysis that basically told us [that] if we sat back and waited to get hit first, the amount of casualties and damage would be substantially higher than if we acted in a preemptive, defensive way to prevent those launches from occurring.”
The Democrats don’t want you to know about this. They want us to believe Trump abused his authority by striking Iran, because they’re looking for pretexts to impeach once they’re back in the majority.
i remember when we were shopping for my Jeep. the salesman asked what we were looking for and hubby says my wife is looking for a Jeep. I added–tell me about that Rubicon you have out there on the lot. The salesman gave me the phoniest smile and said I’m sure you don’t NEED a Rubicon. Then to my hubby he said, let me show you what we have.
I turned around and started to leave. Hubby started after me and asked where I was going. I said, i wouldn’t buy a car from him if he gave it to me for $5.
The next dealership we went to, the salesman asked what we were looking for and hubby pointed at me and said ask her–she’s going to be driving it. He had a Rubicon on his lot too and I asked about it. He said, it’s a lot more expensive than a regular Jeep and may have features you don’t really want or need. Let’s talk about where you’ll be driving and what you want it for. Completely ignored my hubby and we talked. When he found out about crossing the stream and the terrain, he shook his head and said wow maybe you DO want the Rubicon.
When it got right down to it, the Rubicon was a little more butch than the Jeep i did buy (from this guy) but I wanted a lot more basic accessories–manual windows, and the like. And the Rubicon was way too expensive for the few things the regular jeep didn’t have.
Ah yes – car salesmen! When I was in the Army, my roommate was in the market for a used car and asked me to go with her. IDR the details now but I recall the salesman being a real douchebag and treating us like airheads…..until I ran my finger around the inside of the tailpipe to check for oil residue, then dropped to the ground and rolled underneath to check out the undercarriage. When I came back out, he accused me of being a mechanic. LOL – we had a good laugh over that one!
“Mamdani Getting Nervous As Trump Keeps Assassinating Muslim Dictators”
U.S. · Mar 2, 2026 · BabylonBee.com
NEW YORK, NY — After U.S. military action against the Ayatollah, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani was reportedly getting nervous that President Donald Trump keeps assassinating Muslim dictators.
The radical extremist now ruling as the leader of an oppressive Islamic regime in the Big Apple was overheard asking his closest advisors for plans to take cover to avoid Trump’s ongoing campaign to wipe out all Muslim dictators who threaten the security of the United States.
“There aren’t many of us left,” Mamdani reportedly told one aide. “Trump keeps taking out all of our best guys. Every radical Muslim dictator is now in danger, including me. If I don’t want to be next, I need to hide somewhere. What are our options?
After being briefed on all available security and evacuation measures, Mamdani reportedly notified is Islamic regime to prepare for conflict with the United States. “It’s inevitable,” he said. “The Trump administration has made it clear that the days of Islamic dictatorships that take aggressive stances against the U.S. are numbered. That means us. If Trump keeps eliminating America-hating Muslim leaders, I know it’ll eventually be my turn.”
According to insiders, Mamdani then ordered all members of his staff to their battle stations to await further orders while he took refuge in a subterranean bunker in his mayoral headquarters underneath a major children’s hospital.
At publishing time, Mamdani had ordered retaliatory snowball strikes against strategic U.S. targets within New York City.
“British Citizens Politely Ask If They Can Be Liberated From Radical Islam Next”
World · Feb 28, 2026 · BabylonBee.com
LONDON — British citizens have politely asked if perhaps they could be next on the list for liberation from radical Islam.
As they watched the crumbling Iranian government teeter after heavy military strikes overnight, the British populace yearned for someone to also come to their rescue.
“We see what those militaries have done for others, and we want that for us too,” said local Englishman Dane Marcus. “Please, good sirs. Our country is no different than Iran, our citizenry subjugated by the vicious forces of radical Islam – only we talk in a much cooler accent. Come free us!”
The request for liberation has been delivered to President Trump, who is reportedly still considering military action. “What’s happened in England, it’s terrible. They’ve lost all their rights, it’s like a third-world country, it’s very sad,” said Trump. “But, they’ve also treated me poorly, really nasty, to be honest. These British, they’ve said terrible things about me, your favorite President. I’m not sure they deserve to have me free them. Maybe they should have thought about how they talked to me before they went and got themselves conquered by radical Islamists.”
At publishing time, Trump had decided to just liberate his English golf courses and put a little American base in the clubhouse.
“The U.S. Just Attacked Iran: Here’s What Happens Next”
World · Feb 28, 2026 · BabylonBee.com
“The United States launched a major military attack on Iran overnight, striking dozens of high-level targets across the nation. As the dust settles, everyone is asking the question: what happens next? Here is what’s about to go down:
The middle eastern countries will all line up and each side will pick teams: Poor Bahrain always gets picked last.
Iran will unleash its promised retaliatory “rain of destruction and death never before seen by mankind”: Well, in the form of AI-generated videos, but nonetheless.
A formal declaration of war will be presented to the United States Congress: Just like always.
President Trump will create a reality show to determine the next leader of Iran: Spoiler alert: Rubio’s going to win.
Mayor Zohran Mamdani will dutifully sit by his phone all night waiting to be briefed: This is mission critical.
Women will go shopping: It doesn’t really have anything to do with Iran, but it’s going to happen.
The Pentagon will convene a meeting of frat bros to come up with an even cooler name than “Operation: Epic Fury”: Good luck, boys.
Rand Paul will go whine somewhere: Probably K-Mart.
Iran will throw a rock or something at an American base, and we will proportionally respond by turning the entire country into a desert: U-S-A! U-S-A!
Just The News: “The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee is investigating the funding behind riots against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Minnesota, Chairman James Comer announced Monday.
Comer, Rep. Pat Fallon, R-Texas, and House Oversight Committee Republicans are examining the funding sources of riots and obstructing ICE operations.
The Congress members wrote a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi on Monday, requesting a briefing from the Department of Justice on its efforts to examine possible connections with organized efforts to obstruct law enforcement via criminal activities and foreign influences.
“Recent Congressional oversight activity has documented extensive fraud in Minnesota involving federal nutrition programs and social services programs, with estimated losses totaling several billions of dollars over multiple years,” the letter reads.
“The scale and duration of these schemes have raised concerns regarding whether fraud proceeds are being laundered or otherwise routed through nonprofit or organizational entities in ways that evade oversight. As much of this fraud has disproportionally involved Minnesota’s immigrant community, targeted enforcement operations by ICE play a key role in stopping this systemic corruption.”
In December, the committee launched an investigation into the fraud and money laundering in Minnesota’s social services and programs. The committee is seeking to determine how much the DOJ is aware of patterns in fraud cases that suggest coordinated or systemic activity, and whether it is evaluating if financial crimes involving federal funds are contributing to broader public safety or civil order challenges.
“In response to federal response and enforcement actions, Minnesota has experienced repeated episodes of civil unrest, including incidents of property damage, assaults on law enforcement, and disruptions to public institutions,” the lawmakers wrote. “While peaceful protest is a protected feature of American society, recurring unrest places measurable strain on local communities and public safety resources.
“The Committee believes it is imperative to assess whether foreign-sourced funding and/or proceeds of financial crimes, particularly those involving federal funds, may be contributing to, or otherwise exacerbating unrest and efforts to obstruct law enforcement.”
“Iranian Generals Kicking Themselves For Not Just Meeting Over Zoom”
World · Feb 28, 2026 · BabylonBee.com
TEHRAN — Iranian military leaders are reportedly “really kicking themselves” for not just having their latest meeting over zoom.
In hindsight, the Iranian generals who were still alive felt that perhaps gathering all of the military’s leaders together in one physical location was a mistake.
“We may have made a bit of a boo-boo,” said newly promoted Iranian general Heydar Rahimi. “You know, looking in retrospect, I can now see that maybe gathering all the top generals into one building was not that smart. They could have so easily just met on Zoom. But, the generals’ pagers said to go, so they went.”
Surveying the wreckage of the former military headquarters, Rahimi could not help but feel that their chronic annoyance with Zoom meetings had got the better of them. “No one likes Zoom meetings, but face-to-face meetings have their downsides – like everyone dying at once,” said Rahimi. “It’s annoying when the sound cuts in and out, or when some idiot changes his background. Still, it’s not as annoying as our entire chain of command exploding in a massive fireball.”
At publishing time, Rahimi had thought perhaps it was unwise to also have brought the Ayatollah to their get-together.
ENTIRE ARTICLE: “Trump made a deal with nearly all the nations of the Middle East and the Muslim world, to bring peace to the region. Peace in the region could never be accomplished so long as the Iranian regime and their terror proxies exist, so Trump is eliminating the problem, and paving the way for a stable and peaceful Middle East.
Now take it 40,000 feet. The CIA has been cleansed, strings have been cut, and Deep State destabilization of the Middle East is coming to a close. Trump is eliminating Deep State assets in the region, meaning Khamenei’s radical Islamic regime and their terror proxies like Hezbollah, Houthis, Hamas, etc.
Trump is undoing decades of CIA meddling and purging Deep State assets worldwide. Iran and their terror proxies in the Middle East, and the drug cartels in the Western Hemisphere.
Without these rogue assets and Deep State tentacles intentionally destabilizing these regions, the world will be free to move forward into a new era of peace. It’s actually happening.”
just talked to Mom again. She wasn’t sure she talked to me today she said.
Then as the conversation went on, she said it was “boring” there today. (I think that’s the main reason for her call, but that’s okay.)
She said my brother was going to bring her a tv to have in her room but he hasn’t yet as they are just getting better from their colds. And then she told me everything she told me this morning…lol.

“BLOOD MOON OVER A WORLD ON EDGE: TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE — MARCH 3, 2026”
Strange Sounds, Mar 02, 2026
🌑 BLOOD MOON OVER A WORLD ON EDGE
War headlines. Volcanic alerts. Earthquakes. Floods. Political instability. And tonight… the Moon turns red. A total lunar eclipse — a “blood moon” — rises over a planet that already feels unstable.
For centuries, eclipses like this were seen as omens. Kings feared them. Prophets invoked them. Empires interpreted them as warnings.
So let’s ask the uncomfortable question: Is this one connected to everything happening right now?
🔥 War in Iran.🌋 Eruptions across tectonic belts.🌎 Earthquakes shaking fault lines.🌧️ Extreme rainfall collapsing slopes.
And now a red Moon. It feels symbolic. It feels apocalyptic. But feelings are not physics.
🌒 What a Blood Moon Actually Is
A total lunar eclipse happens when: Sun → Earth → Moon align in a straight line. Earth blocks direct sunlight. But our atmosphere bends red wavelengths into the shadow. The Moon doesn’t go dark. It glows copper. The same reason sunsets are red. No omen. No cosmic anger. No prophetic timing. Just orbital mechanics.
Predictable. Measurable. Recurrent. The Saros cycle has tracked eclipses like this for thousands of years. Astronomy does not improvise.
🌍 So Why Does the World Feel Apocalyptic?
Because systems are under stress. Tectonic stress accumulates until it releases. Atmospheric heat loads until rainfall intensifies. Political systems destabilize under pressure. Infrastructure fails when thresholds are crossed. We are not watching “signs.” We are watching limits being exceeded. That’s different.
🧠 Pattern Recognition vs Superstition
Humans are wired to connect events. Red Moon + War = Meaning. But correlation is not causation. The Moon does not trigger wars. Eclipses do not cause eruptions. Celestial geometry does not move armies. Physics is indifferent. Earth systems operate continuously, whether or not the sky looks dramatic.”
The Pakistani government owes New York City taxpayers millions in unpaid taxes despite making nearly $150 million through the Roosevelt Hotel by housing illegal aliens.
The Roosevelt Hotel, owned by Pakistani International Airlines, a quasi-state entity, has $13.6 million in overdue property taxes and nearly $1 million in unpaid water bills, according to the New York Post.
The hotel became a hub for illegal aliens after then-New York City Mayor Eric Adams entered contracts allowing hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens to live on the premises.
According to the Post, the Roosevelt Hotel processed more than 173,000 of the 232,000 illegal aliens in the city.
Taxpayers paid a total of $146.6 million, or $202 per room each night, for roughly 2,600 illegal aliens each night from May 2023 through June 2025.
Among those staying at the formerly luxury hotel was Jose Ibarra, a Venezuelan gang member serving a life sentence without parole for the murder of nursing student Laken Riley in Georgia.
The unpaid property taxes stem from a payment agreement with the city’s Department of Finance in September 2023, which required the hotel to pay $573,361 on Jan. 2. But as noted by the Post, that half-a-million-dollar bill again went unpaid, as did the $3.9 million half-year installment.
But New Yorkers expecting those bills to be paid could be out of luck.
The hotel recently entered a deal with the federal government to redevelop the landmark property, which could allow the Pakistani government to avoid future taxes.
According to the Post, the arrangement might trigger a federal tax exemption, as the U.S. Department of State often asks city governments to grant exemptions when foreign governments purchase U.S. properties.
A spokesperson for the Department of Finance said the agency has not “received” such a request but warned that prior charges “must still be paid.”
agreed. makes you wonder…how did they know to buy the hotel? I mean WHY in the hell would Pakistan want with a hotel unless they knew there was a plan to import a lot of illegals who would need rooms and a gov’t willing to pay for them? I smell an obama rat.

The Commercial Vehicle Training Association, the nation’s largest association representing professional truck driver training programs, said through Chairman Jeff Burkhardt, “CVTA has been the tip of the spear in identifying noncompliant providers and pushing for meaningful federal oversight.

Their opinions don’t matter to us, but they’ll never understand that…”

i remember when we were shopping for my Jeep. the salesman asked what we were looking for and hubby says my wife is looking for a Jeep.

“Trump is Obliterating The Deep State”
Clandestine, Mar 02, 2026
