    1. Taking it to SCOTUS:

EXCERPT: “The Department of Homeland Security signaled Monday night that it would take a federal judge’s ruling that blocked the Trump administration from ending its Temporary Protected Status designation for Haitians to the Supreme Court.

The signal occurred hours after federal judge Ana Reyes, an appointee of former President Joe Biden, indefinitely postponed the termination of the TPS status, ruling Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem failed to adequately justify her decision to end the protection for over 350,000 Haitians, according to NBC News.

Assistant Homeland Security Secretary Tricia McLaughlin argued in a social media post that the designation was not intended to be long-term and had been granted following an earthquake in Haiti over a decade ago.

“Supreme Court, here we come. This is lawless activism that we will be vindicated on,” McLaughlin posted on X. “Haiti’s TPS was granted following an earthquake that took place over 15 years ago. It was never intended to be a de facto amnesty program, yet that’s how previous administrations have used it for decades.

“Temporary means temporary and the final word will not be from an activist judge legislating from the bench,” she added…..”

Read the stats on the CA Medicare fraud.

Armstrong Economics article: Medicare Fraud in California – 2.5% of the Population Accounts for 18% of NATIONWIDE Healthcare Spending
FTA: Every state with rampant social programs also has prevalent fraud. California has become an utter drain on the federal tax system. CMS Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz revealed that California, Los Angeles County in particular, now accounts for 18% of all US Medicare home health and hospice billing to the tune of $3.5 billion annually. That equated to 2.5% of the population consuming 18% of healthcare funds.

There are over 2,000 hospice agencies in Los Angeles County—red flag. That means Los Angeles has more hospice agencies than 36 states COMBINED. Florida was once touted as “America’s waiting room” due to the aging population, but Los Angeles has 30X more hospice agencies than the entire state of Florida AND California.

LA County is the nationwide hotspot for Medicare fraud, but investigators have only scratched the surface. Over 100 hospices are registered under the same addresses. One doctor claimed to treat 1,900 patients in a single year, and received a $120 million check from the government. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has had LA-based home health agencies (HHA) and hospice agencies on their radar for years. State auditors in California estimated that hospice agencies in Los Angeles County overbilled Medicare by $105 million in 2019. By 2022, 31% of all US hospice agencies were based in Los Angeles County, and yet, the county only hosted 1.49 million seniors. CMS noted an improper payment error rate of 7.7% ($1.2 billion) in 2023, with hospice fraud costing the American taxpayer $198.1 million in FY2023.

The California State Auditor found that licensed hospice agencies in Los Angeles County increased from 109 in 2010 to 1,841 in 2021, a 1,589% increase. Over 1,732 additional licenses for home hospices were granted in an 11-year period between 2010 and 2021.

The average hospice stay is under 18 days, but in LA, patients are surviving for over 18 months. The Federal government has been shelling out an average of $260 per day for each senior receiving care. “A Medicare MIB number is more lucrative than a credit card,” says Sheila Clark, president of the California Hospice and Palliative Care Association, referring to the 11-character code each Medicare recipient has that allows federal reimbursement. “They’re human traffickers. They’re trafficking beneficiaries in and out of hospices, home health.”

Fraudsters have begun recruiting vulnerable seniors by offering to enroll them in a complimentary Medicare program that will provide them with minimal health care. The victim’s beneficiary Medicare number is then sold to these fraudulent agencies.

Social programs are a prime target for taxpayer fraud. Authorities knew that fraud was prevalent back in 2019 but looked the other way. The fraudsters likely donated to the right politicians and paid off the right people. The average American who works hard and pays into the system is always penalized by the same politicians who claim to represent the “average man.”

  3. congress KNOWS large pots of federal funding lures in fraudsters and they continue to fund this crap…why? BECAUSE they somehow make a profit on it. either a family member works it, or they get campaign kickbacks or some other benefit from it. It’s sickening!

    article

According to a report at the Texas Scorecard, Texas’s attorney general, Ken Paxton, is going after the fraudsters abusing the H-1B visa system:

Attorney General Ken Paxton has announced a wide-sweeping investigation into alleged abuse of the federal H-1B visa program by Texas businesses, issuing civil investigative demands to three North Texas companies suspected of operating sham enterprises to fraudulently sponsor foreign workers.

    [snip]

Standing outside a single-family home listed as the office address for one of the companies highlighted in recent reporting, Paxton credited BlazeTV and Texas Scorecard personality Sara Gonzales with prompting the investigation.

    [snip]

A portion of Paxton’s interview with Gonzales was filmed outside a residential home listed as the office address for 3Bees Technologies Inc., a location that Gonzales reported appeared vacant, despite the company’s sponsorship of multiple H-1B visa holders.

Paxton is investigating “companies featuring websites advertising nonexistent products or services while listing residential homes or unfinished buildings as offices.” And, “despite those irregularities, the companies allegedly sponsored numerous H-1B visas in recent years.”

After reading this, I’m now convinced that the United States must cease H-1B visas. It’s just too damned difficult to track and monitor hundreds of thousands of visas that may be fraudulent. Criminals can too easily reap huge potential profits. All that is required is properly filling out the paper work. When it is approved, the visas can then be sold to the highest bidding foreigner. Their odds of getting caught and convicted are low, as it takes lots of hours and dollars to make the case, even when it is obvious.

The fraudsters’ odds of losing their court cases depends upon getting, or not getting, a leftist judge, who has the power to make cases long, costly, and difficult to win. The government’s dollar and manpower costs are significant, which means the taxpayers could be paying for a court loss. And, even if the criminals lose the case, no violent crime was committed, which greatly reduces chances of jail time…for which taxpayers also pay.

Ending work visas seems harsh. But if we can’t properly or effectively police the program in a cost-efficient way, the damage done to our citizens is too great: at best, we lose out on jobs and at worse, we lose out on jobs and get raked over the coals for the financial cost of fraud.

So, it’s not just fake Somali medical care fraud, California Hospice care fraud, or the (no doubt) many other frauds to get federal funds. They’re also using our work visa programs.

I’m also thinking that Elon Musk’s and “Big Balls’” Department of Governmental Efficiency was underestimating the amount of money fraudsters and cheats were sucking out of the federal budget.

Those stolen dollars come out of our pockets as taxes and new government debt, which will, eventually and disastrously, also come out of our pockets.

  4. well of course Chy-na wants to get rid of ICE/ border control–and now it’s revealed they are coordinating with other groups petitioning congress to defund ICE completely.

    FTA

Organizations including the Chinese-American Planning Council and the Chinese Progressive Association — both of which have ties to the Chinese Communist Party’s overseas influence network — are among the signatories urging Congress to defund Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Border Patrol.

Those groups joined more than 1,000 organizations in a coordinated letter demanding that lawmakers halt all funding for federal immigration enforcement agencies, a move that would effectively eliminate interior enforcement and deportation operations nationwide. The letter, organized by Amnesty International USA, does not call for reforms or oversight but for the removal of enforcement capacity itself.

The records of the Chinese-American Planning Council and the Chinese Progressive Association illustrate how foreign-linked financial and personnel networks intersect with domestic immigration activism at the same time Congress is being pressured to dismantle federal immigration enforcement.

    Chinese-American Planning Council

A review of CPC’s financial records discovered Chinese government-linked sources pouring hundreds of thousands of dollars into the nonprofit in recent years. CPC is currently under investigation for these China ties and immigration enforcement obstructionist agenda.

The council has received as much as $445,969 in donations from sources with ties to the Chinese government since 2018. State-run enterprises such as Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) and Bank of China have provided financial assistance to CPC in recent years, records show.

  5. EXCERPT: “The handling of a whistleblower complaint against Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard alleging wrongdoing spilled out into the open on Monday when The Wall Street Journal reported on the existence of the complaint, and repeated the whistleblower’s lawyer’s allegations that Gabbard stonewalled it.

However, buried in the article is the fact that the agency’s Inspector General assessed that several of the allegations against Gabbard were deemed not credible, while others were not capable of being substantiated. An ODNI official confirmed the inspector general’s findings to Just the News. The determination was also confirmed publicly by the DNI’s deputy chief of staff and spokesperson, who also say the complaint was handled properly.

WSJ: “Cloak-and-dagger mystery” but short on facts

Yet, the WSJ buried these facts, instead describing the DNI’s handling of the whistleblower complaint as “a cloak-and-dagger mystery reminiscent of a John le Carré novel.” The WSJ also reported the “highly classified” complaint “has sparked months of wrangling over how to share it with Congress” because the disclosure of its contents could cause “grave damage to national security.” The subject of the complaint is not known, other than that it involves Gabbard.

“This is exactly what we’ve been revealing to the American people. This is what the Deep State does,” Gabbard’s deputy chief Alexa Henning said in a post to X.

Henning said the whistleblower’s complaint bears the hallmarks of “politically motivated weaponization” designed to gin up “false intrigue” and contrive narrative damaging to Gabbard, comparing it to how senior Obama administration intelligence officials helped gin up the debunked Trump-Russia collusion allegations…..”

The House committee passed the funding agreement in an 8-4 vote along party lines, advancing it to a floor vote as early as Tuesday.

The Senate, last week, passed a package of five of the remaining six appropriations bills, as well as a short-term extension of funding for the remaining bill while Congress debates changes to the Department of Homeland Security package.

The government has been in a partial shutdown since Saturday, but House Speaker Mike Johnson said he expects to resolve the shutdown on Tuesday, according to NBC News

Democrats have sought concessions from the GOP on the DHS bill in the wake of the death of Alex Pretti, an anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) demonstrator whom Border Patrol agents shot in Minneapolis during a physical altercation.

The continuing resolution on DHS funding is set to last two weeks, though an agreement to pass the full-year bill could come at any time.”

House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan told Fox News that one of the main topics of the hearing will be sanctuary cities and states and their policies that block local law enforcement from notifying federal authorities about the legal status of someone they arrested.

“You’ve got a guy in your jail who’s done some bad thing — that’s why he’s in your jail. — and, oh, also happens to be here illegally, and you’re not going to work with ICE. … I think the vast majority of the country thinks that’s just stupid,” Jordan said. “So I think that’s a point we have to stress.”

The chairman added that Noem’s testimony is not in response to House Democrats’ call for her to testify about recent shootings in Minneapolis, which killed two protesters who were demonstrating against federal law enforcement.”

“Drastic cuts forced on the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) by President Donald Trump withdrawing U.S. taxpayer dollars from the globalist behemoth are hitting hard, the organization’s chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus lamented.

Ghebreyesus told the agency’s annual executive board meeting in Geneva, Switzerland, that 2025 was “undeniably one of the most difficult years in our organization’s history,” with many donors tightening their belts, AFP reports. “Significant cuts to our funding left us with no choice but to reduce the size of our workforce,” he said.

The United States reserved the right to withdraw when it joined the W.H.O. in 1948 — on condition of one year’s notice, and meeting its financial obligations in full for that fiscal year. Trump confirmed the U.S. was exiting the agency on the first day of his return to office in January, 2025, having criticized the organization for being too “China-centric” during the coronavirus pandemic.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services said it took the decision due to the W.H.O.’s mishandling of the pandemic, an inability to reform and political influence from member states. While the notice is now up, Washington has withheld its 2024 or 2025 dues, owing around $260 million.

The U.S. has been the W.H.O.’s top individual donor in recent years, with Washington contributing more than $400 million to the organization in 2020.

As the notice countdown expired, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said the W.H.O. had “tarnished and trashed everything that America has done for it”, with “the insults to America” continuing to the end.

At the executive board, Israel said the W.H.O. had become politicized and the U.S. withdrawal should trigger a rethink about the U.N. subsidiary’s future and purpose.”

“French Hospital Evacuated After Doctors Find Live WWI Artillery Shell in Patient’s Rectum”

Breitbart, AWR Hawkins, 2 Feb 2026

“The Rangueil Accident and Emergency unit in Toulouse was evacuated after doctors found “an eight-inch-long live World War I artillery shell in…[a man’s] rectum,” according to the Daily Mail.

The Daily Mail quoted “an investigating source” who indicated that the patient, a 24-year-old man, “…was in a state of extreme discomfort, having inserted a large object up his rectum.”

Because the artillery shell was not inert, “bomb disposal experts” were called in, as was the fire brigade. The New York Post noted that “a security perimeter” was set around the medical facility while the artillery shell was being handled.

The 24-year-old man, who is a French national, must now face authorities for possession of munitions of that level.

The Daily Mail pointed out, “There was no initial explanation as to why the shell ended up in the man’s body, but local media speculated that it might have had something to do with his social life.”

The Biden administration and Augusta Democrats pushed electric school buses onto Maine school districts, and now our communities are paying the price.

    Who could’ve seen this coming??

Well… literally ANYONE with common sense, a desire for accountability for Maine taxpayers, and basic awareness of our climate.

Some of these buses never worked. Others failed almost immediately. Districts were left with $400,000 paperweights sitting in their parking lots, all while still needing to get kids to school.

The company that built many of these buses has since gone bankrupt. That means contracts and warranties are worthless. The buses themselves? Many are being dumped on auction sites, likely to sell for pennies on the dollar… IF they sell at all.

Maine taxpayers are now footing the bill for “mitigation strategies” and “disposal plans” for buses that were SUPPOSED to save money and “help the environment.” The state even hired a Vermont consulting firm to provide “one-on-one support” to districts… MORE taxpayer dollars spent cleaning up a mess created by the Biden administration!

This isn’t just about buses. It’s deja vu. Politicians roll out expensive, ideological experiments without thinking through the consequences. When they fail, Mainers are left holding the bag. (Think, solar subsidies!)

The EPA is now talking about “revamping” and “modernizing” the Clean School Bus Program to make sure tax dollars aren’t “frivolously wasted.” Great… that does nothing for Maine districts already stuck with broken buses.

Winthrop, Yarmouth, Vinalhaven, and districts across our state didn’t ask for this. They took advantage of available funding and focused on serving students. Now they have equipment that doesn’t work and years of uncertainty over who pays for the failure.

This is what happens when ideology replaces practicality… and when there’s no accountability for failure.

Maine families and taxpayers deserve better.

The Clintons previously received subpoenas to testify before the panel, but failed to show up for their depositions. Comer previously rejected a counteroffer from the pair’s attorneys to give limited testimony, admonishing them for demanding special treatment.

  22. I got to wondering…..what does that mean exactly?

A Tisket, A Tasket originated as a traditional American nursery rhyme and children’s game, first recorded in 1879.  It was part of an oral tradition, commonly used in a circle game where children would sing while one child dropped a handkerchief or small basket behind another player. The child who found it would then chase the dropper, with the game often ending in a kiss or a confession of a crush.

The rhyme’s earliest known version included lyrics such as:
“A-tisket, a-tasket, A green and yellow basket. I wrote a letter to my friend, And on the way I dropped it.”

While the American version gained popularity in the late 19th century, the rhyme also had variations in England, with different lyrics and themes, such as losing supper or carrying water in a glove.

The song was later transformed into a jazz hit in 1938 by Ella Fitzgerald, who co-wrote an expanded version with musician Al Feldman (Van Alexander). Fitzgerald’s rendition changed the basket’s color to brown and yellow, and her upbeat, swing-style performance turned it into a chart-topping success, launching her career and cementing the song’s place in American music history.”

    NEW: ICE confirms to @foxnews
that they’ve arrested a New Orleans Police Department recruit who they say is an illegal alien from Cameroon with an active deportation order & no work authorization, & they say he was illegally given a gun by New Orleans PD.

ICE says 46-year-old Larry Temah was one week away from graduating the New Orleans PD academy when they arrested him.

They say Temah first entered the US legally in 2015 on a visitor’s visa and was granted conditional residency after marrying a US citizen in 2016. However, in 2022, his application for permanent residency was denied to due to fraud.

ICE says Temah was ordered to appear in immigration court three times, but never did, disregarding US laws, which resulted in an immigration judge ordering him deported in absentia, resulting in his active deportation order.

    DHS statement to FOX:

“This illegal alien from Cameroon, Larry Temah, is not only breaking the law with every step he takes in this country illegally, but the New Orleans Police Department hired him and issued him a firearm – what kind of law enforcement department gives criminal illegal aliens guns and badges? It’s a FELONY for illegal aliens to even possess a firearm. Sanctuary cities like New Orleans ignore ICE detainers and are protecting illegal aliens at the expense of American citizens.”

EXCERPT: “For years, the idea that powerful, well-connected elites might be involved in organized child exploitation was treated like something only Q-kooks talked about. And anybody who brought it up was promptly mocked, sidelined, or lumped in with the most unserious corners of the internet. The message was simple: respectable people don’t do things like that, and anyone who says otherwise is a dangerous “conspiracy theorist.”

The problem is, real cases keep getting in the way of that narrative.

What’s changed is that these stories don’t disappear anymore. The internet makes it a lot harder for the media and the power players involved to quietly move on and hope everybody forgets. Now, when these horrific cases surface, they stick, spread, and force attention in a way that didn’t exist ten or twenty years ago.

That doesn’t mean every claim floating around online was true, but it does mean the automatic reflex to dismiss uncomfortable allegations against elites has worn out its welcome.

That brings us to the most recent case that proves those “Q-kooks” were actually onto something.

Australian authorities announced the dismantling of a child exploitation network operating out of the Sydney area. This wasn’t framed as a lone offender or an isolated online incident. Police described it as an organized group operating internationally, using encrypted platforms, and trafficking some of the most disturbing material imaginable.
