John Jr’s Plane Crashes

Today is the anniversary of the plane crash that killed John F. Kennedy Jr., his wife and sister-in-law. Like most tragedies involving celebrities, this incident has sparked controversies and conspiracy theories.  I am presenting 2 articles—one from History.com and one from Biography.com. detailing the “official” story. At the end of those pieces, I also provide a link to site disputing a lot of the “reported” facts.  The author reveals some very interesting details.

FROM: HISTORY.COM

On July 16, 1999, John F. Kennedy, Jr.; his wife, Carolyn Bessette Kennedy; and her sister, Lauren Bessette, died when the single-engine plane that Kennedy was piloting crashed into the Atlantic Ocean near Martha’s Vineyard, Massachusetts.

John Fitzgerald Kennedy, Jr., was born on November 25, 1960, just a few weeks after his father and namesake was elected the 35th president of the United States. On his third birthday, “John-John” attended the funeral of his assassinated father and was photographed saluting his father’s coffin in a famous and searing image. Along with his sister, Caroline, he was raised in Manhattan by his mother, Jacqueline. After graduating from Brown University and a very brief acting stint, he attended New York University Law School. He passed the bar on his third try and worked in New York as an assistant district attorney, winning all six of his cases. In 1995, he founded the political magazine George, which grew to have a circulation of more than 400,000.

Always in the media spotlight, he was celebrated for the good looks that he inherited from his parents. In 1988, he was named the “Sexiest Man Alive” by People magazine. He was linked romantically with several celebrities, including the actress Daryl Hannah, whom he dated for five years. In September 1996, he married girlfriend Carolyn Bessette, a fashion publicist. The two shared an apartment in New York City, where Kennedy was often seen inline skating in public. Known for his adventurous nature, he nonetheless took pains to separate himself from the more self-destructive behavior of some of the other men in the Kennedy clan.

On July 16, 1999, however, with about 300 hours of flying experience, Kennedy took off from Essex County airport in New Jersey and flew his single-engine plane into a hazy, moonless night. He had turned down an offer by one of his flight instructors to accompany him, saying he “wanted to do it alone.” To reach his destination of Martha’s Vineyard, he would have to fly 200 miles—the final phase over a dark, hazy ocean—and inexperienced pilots can lose sight of the horizon under such conditions. Unable to see shore lights or other landmarks, Kennedy would have to depend on his instruments, but he had not qualified for a license to fly with instruments only. In addition, he was recovering from a broken ankle, which might have affected his ability to pilot his plane.

At Martha’s Vineyard, Kennedy was to drop off his sister-in-law Lauren Bessette, one of his two passengers. From there, Kennedy and his wife, Carolyn, were to fly on to the Kennedy compound on Cape Cod’s Hyannis Port for the marriage of Rory Kennedy, the youngest child of the late Robert F. Kennedy. The Piper Saratoga aircraft never made it to Martha’s Vineyard. Radar data examined later showed the plane plummeting from 2,200 feet to 1,100 feet in a span of 14 seconds, a rate far beyond the aircraft’s safe maximum. It then disappeared from the radar screen.

Kennedy’s plane was reported missing by friends and family members, and an intensive rescue operation was launched by the Coast Guard, the navy, the air force, and civilians. After two days of searching, the thousands of people involved gave up hope of finding survivors and turned their efforts to recovering the wreckage of the aircraft and the bodies. Americans mourned the loss of the “crown prince” of one of the country’s most admired families, a sadness that was especially poignant given the relentless string of tragedies that have haunted the Kennedy family over the years.

On July 21, navy divers recovered the bodies of JFK Jr., his wife, and sister-in-law from the wreckage of the plane, which was lying under 116 feet of water about eight miles off the Vineyard’s shores. The next day, the cremated remains of the three were buried at sea during a ceremony on the USS Briscoe, a navy destroyer. A private mass for JFK Jr. and Carolyn was held on July 23 at the Church of St. Thomas More in Manhattan, where the late Jackie Kennedy Onassis worshipped. President Bill Clinton and his wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton, were among the 300 invited guests. The Kennedy family’s surviving patriarch, Senator Edward M. Kennedy of Massachusetts, delivered a moving eulogy: “From the first day of his life, John seemed to belong not only to our family, but to the American family. He had a legacy, and he learned to treasure it. He was part of a legend, and he learned to live with it.”

Investigators studying the wreckage of the Piper Saratoga found no problems with its mechanical or navigational systems. In their final report released in 2000, the National Transportation Safety Board concluded that the crash was caused by an inexperienced pilot who became disoriented in the dark and lost control.

From: Biography.com

JFK Jr. got his pilot’s license only a year prior to the crash

On the morning of July 16, Kennedy reconciled with Bessette over the phone, writes C. David Heymann in American Legacy: The Story of John & Caroline Kennedy. The plan for the evening was to fly to Hyannis Port, Massachusetts, via a stop at Martha’s Vineyard to drop off Lauren. Kennedy and Bessette were scheduled to attend the wedding of Kennedy’s cousin, Rory Kennedy.

Kennedy and Lauren left Manhattan for the Essex County Airport in New Jersey – where Kennedy’s high-performance Piper Saratoga light plane was waiting – a little after 6:30 p.m. Carolyn arrived separately, sometime after 8 p.m. Coinciding with sunset, the Federal Aviation Administration cleared the plane for takeoff at 8:38 p.m.

Kennedy, who attained his pilot’s license a year previous, was in the pilot’s seat of the plane he purchased less than three months prior. The Bessette sisters sat side by side behind him. Following takeoff, Kennedy checked in with the control tower at Martha’s Vineyard, but the plane was reported missing after it failed to arrive on time.

The weather and Kennedy’s ‘failure to maintain control of the airplane’ were factors in the accident

Following an exhaustive search, fragments of the plane were discovered on July 19. A day later divers found the remains of the shattered plane strewn over a broad area of seabed. The search ended July 21, when the three bodies were recovered from the ocean floor.

The National Transportation Safety Board determined pilot’s error was the probable cause of the crash, due to Kennedy’s “failure to maintain control of the airplane during a descent over water at night, which was a result of spatial disorientation. Factors in the accident were haze and the dark night.” Autopsies conducted on the evening of July 21 revealed the victims had died upon impact.

And now for the alternate theory…

One of the interesting details that was reported early was a witness describing seeing a bright flash in the sky (a bomb perhaps?) and that of a beacon being spotted in a totally different location from where the plane was eventually found. (Perhaps to ensure that rescue would be too late?) Both accounts have “disappeared”.  There are additional questions and problems with the generally accepted “official” story detailed in this person’s article. He includes a conversation with the local (?) newspaper that carried the report of the bright flash of light in the sky–and his inability to obtain any information from the newspaper about the witness. This is a long article with a lot of contradicting details and explanations.

  1. Morning All!
    RARE SIGHTING this morning!!!!
2 LARGE black bears in the front yard this morning. they didn’t hang out long and we didn’t see any cubs…so these might be siblings from 3 years. Definitely a lot bigger than BoBo the 2 year old we’ve seen lately.

    1. Morning, Pat! I’ll take GT any day of the week over bears! And yes, he was here early today. Went out at 5:45 to fill the jelly feeder and it looked like he had just arrived. We hit 91 yesterday, altho not for long, thankfully. Hazy sky today, 64 – supposedly it’s smoke but I can’t smell it, of course.

I’m not sure what I think about this….a part of me believes they took him out intentionally. Considering the history, that is more likely than not, I expect. Don’t forget the Tiffany blue boxes…

Did you get to see where GT came from?
the bears were just moseying thru…the driveway is lined with honeysuckle and berry bushes that are getting out of control. the bears love those.

about john jr…i think hitlery had a part in it, since he probably would have taken that seat in NY she coveted and got after his death.

This article is a deep dive into his relationship with Caroline:

“Following John’s wishes to be buried at sea, the trio was cremated, their ashes placed in Tiffany-blue boxes and scattered by family members off the coast of Martha’s Vineyard July 22 as a crowd of tourists and locals looked on and members of the Navy worked to keep press helicopters at least 10 miles away from the destroyer Briscoe as it sliced through the Vineyard Sound.”

Over the last 24 hours, I tried to watch all of Tucker’s interviews with the fake Republican candidates. Most of them were worse than horrible. I watched Ramaswamy last. I don’t like him, because he wants to open up our country to unlimited Indian immigration. I can’t say I was willing to give anybody a fair shake, my choice is already made. Doesn’t mean I don’t want to watch Tucker smack them around. Ramaswamy had the most unbelievable tale cooked up as to why people protested the election in 2020. Tucker should have hit him hard and did not, much the way he hit Pence on the voting machines. Flat told him, no, people aren’t mad about that bunch of crap you just wasted our time rattling off, they are mad because they watched our election gets stolen on TV in real time. No amount of fanciful storytelling on that swindler’s stump speech is going to change that fact. Nothing will.

  6. “A brief history of secret US military experiments leading to epidemics”
    BY RHODA WILSON ON JULY 15, 2023 • ( 5 COMMENTS )

EXCERPT: “Last year a Twitter user posted a thread about the history of the US military conducting biowarfare experiments in heavily populated areas of the US. The experiments involved tests introducing “innocuous organisms” into ventilating systems, subway systems, and water supply systems. Aerosol test attacks were also made both from ships lying offshore and from aeroplanes flying over the United States.

The Twitter thread below links these experiments to subsequent influenza outbreaks which, of course, led to mass vaccination programmes.

The following are two Twitter threads posted by Agent131711 on 4 and 5 November 2022. You can read the first thread on Twitter HERE or on the Threadreader App HERE and the second thread on Twitter HERE. Where Agent131711 has used images of resources in her threads we have provided the text.

For people who don’t like to read threads; I made this video aligning the CDC’s “50 years of Vaccine Progress” timeline with known military spraying experiments and disease outbreaks: (Video)

[As noted in the video above, Agent131711 recommends reading two books: ‘Undue Risk: Secret State Experiments on Humans’ (2001) by Jonathan D. Moreno and ‘Clouds of Secrecy: The Army’s Germ Warfare Tests Over Populated Areas’ (1988) by Leonard A. Cole. Agent131711’s Twitter threads are based on the first book as well as referenced online resources.]

This is some pretty wild stuff. I do realise that (supposedly) there were flu epidemics prior to the 1900s, however, they were not declared “epidemics” until the 1900s. Additionally, the “evidence” of these supposed epidemics of the 1800s is sketchy, at best.”

  7. house republicans seek to cut $1Billion from the fib funding
    FTA
House Republicans on July 14 advanced a bill that would slash $1 billion from the budget of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) over previous levels amid ongoing concerns with the agency’s conduct.

The appropriations bill, which was passed through the House Committee on Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies in a party-line vote, would reduce the agency’s funding from the $11.3 billion it received this financial year to $10.3 billion (pdf). The reduction would return the agency’s funding to roughly 2022 levels.

The roughly 9 percent cut comprises a $400 million salary cut for the FBI over previous levels.

It comes amid a series of frustrations with the agency, which Republican lawmakers say has been weaponized against conservatives as they seek to address several key concerns.

The bill prohibits the FBI and others from using funding to “conduct any diversity, equity, inclusion, or explicit bias training.”

That provision comes after Republicans in the House passed a similar amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), barring the Department of Defense from promoting similar concepts.

It would also prevent the agency from using taxpayer funds to pay the salaries of those within the Department of Justice (DOJ) who engage in retaliatory conduct against a whistleblower.

“None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to pay the salary, benefits, bonuses, or expenses of a Department of Justice employee who is found to have retaliated against a whistleblower or suppressed an employee’s constitutional rights under the First Amendment,” the bill reads.

Agency whistleblowers have said that the agency has become “enveloped in politicization.” Many have reported incidents of retaliation for them speaking to Congress about these issues—despite longstanding congressional protections for executive branch whistleblowers.

Rep. Kat Cammack (R-Fla.) confirmed that Republicans had uncovered a “pattern” of such behavior.

In the most shocking of these cases, that of Special Agent Garret O’Boyle, a whistleblower was moved across the country by the FBI. When O’Boyle and his family arrived in Virginia, Mr. O’Boyle learned that he had been suspended without pay, effectively “rendering his family homeless.”

The FBI also refused to relinquish possession of his personal belongings, including his young children’s clothing.

Special Agent Stephen Friend was also placed on unpaid suspension, with the FBI refusing to allow him to take other employment during this time. Mr. Friend also had his security clearance denied.

Asked about the apparent retaliation, Ms. Cammack said the FBI had suggested to him that it was merely a “coincidence.”

WikiLeaks Exposes How Council on Foreign Relations Controls Most All Mainstream Media

“It is no secret that over the last 4 decades, mainstream media has been consolidated from dozens of competing companies to only six. Hundreds of channels, websites, news outlets, newspapers, and magazines, making up ninety percent of all media is controlled by very few people—giving Americans the illusion of choice. While six companies controlling most everything the Western world consumes in regard to media may sound like a sinister arrangement, the Swiss Propaganda Research center (SPR) has just released information that is even worse.
The research group was able to tie all these media companies to a single organization—the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).”

At about 8:30 PM, having hung around Memphis airport for five hours, we then boarding, taxied down the runway, and then the plane stopped for half an hour. The captain announced a further delay, so we were turned around, un-boarded the plane and waited for our luggage to catch up to us. This flight was then also cancelled.

So, we were stranded in Memphis for another evening. We booked a flight home for the morning to a different airport (that was all we could get), got up at 4:00 AM for a 6:00 AM flight for DC, where we will rent a car to get home. Then we have to drive to Charlottesville, pick up our car at the Charlottesville airport and return the rental to the DC airport. Are we having fun yet?

So, we are pulling together the cartoons today in-flight. This plane has truly horrendous band-width. So, previewing videos isn’t going to happen. For this reason, a video today isn’t going to happen. In the meantime, we can’t wait to get home and see our dogs and Max the emu. Yes, Twitter the emu is alive and kicking – but she has her own story to tell (soon, I promise).

Max has become everyone’s favorite emu. People are now coming by just to visit and meet him – he is pretty special. Who knew that emus could be so much fun?

There is a rule that Max is not allowed in the house. Generally, this applies to any animal that isn’t housebroken. However, Jill feels that there might be a different rule when I am asleep…”

The television and movies industries ground to a halt over a contract with producers that would cover such wide-ranging issues as compensation and the future of AI in film and television.

Whereas the writers’ strike, which has seen the guild’s nearly 20,000 members out of work since early May, promptly shuttered late-night variety programs and writers’ rooms and delayed release dates for many film and TV shows, a simultaneous strike by Sag-Aftra’s 160,000 members has the potential to bring Hollywood to a full standstill.”

Odd thing happened. Hubby and I live 30 minutes from a town but on a state route that goes out to the Pacific Ocean beaches in Washington.

A guy went into the deep ditch in front of our house and my husband went to check if he needed ambulance. Hubby brought him inside for water and to sit and wait for tow truck (broken axle).

Few minutes later, someone from both sheriff’s office and fire rescue showed up at our house from nearby substation. The man waiting for the tow asked them who called them in. (no one else was involved)

The sheriff said, “Actually it was an alert from your iphone that notified us.”

Evidently our ‘personal surveillance devices’ are hard at work and directly tapped into police even out in the rural areas. Maybe when target practicing, the ‘device’ needs to be forgotten, or when having a drink with friends lest someone say something critical of government, or when ….?

Then think about the IRS raid on the gun store….

Illumination and occlusion have little effect on WiFi-based solutions used for interior monitoring. In addition, they protect individuals’ privacy and the required equipment can be bought at a reasonable price. In fact, most households in developed countries already have WiFi at home, and this technology may be scaled to monitor the well-being of elder people or just identify suspicious behaviors at home,” the authors wrote in their study, which is yet to be formally peer-reviewed and is available on the preprint server ArXiv.

AI turns WiFi routers into cameras that can see through walls — The team used DensePose, a system for mapping all of the pixels on the surface of a human body in a photo, developed by researchers at Facebook’s AI lab and a London-based team. What makes DensePose powerful is its ability to identify over two dozen key points and areas in the human body, such as joints and body parts like the arms, head, and torso. This allows the AI to describe a person’s pose.”
