16h
PAGE 1: My phone call to the Secretary of State of Georgia, and a second call which the Marxists, Communists, Racists, and RINOS don’t even want to talk about, were “PERFECT” calls. Many people, including lawyers for both sides, were knowingly on the line. I was protesting a RIGGED & STOLEN Election, which evidence proves it was. I won Georgia by a lot, but only needed a small number of votes from that total number. They cheated in many ways including STUFFING Ballots, ALL CAUGHT LIVE ON TAPE…
PAGE 2: With many people on the line on what was a PERFECT call protesting the Rigged Georgia Election, which I have a clear right to do, and in fact an obligation to do since I made the call as President, how come not one person said, while on the call, that I acted inappropriately, or made a statement of protest at what I said, & then slammed down the phone. Not one, even with so many opposing people, lawyers, and others on the line. NO ADMONISHMENT at all. We nicely agreed to speak again….
@realDonaldTrump
12h
PAGE 3: That was the call to Georgia. It was PERFECT, nothing done or said wrong. We agreed to continue our conversation at a later date. The other call, that was probably taped by them illegally, was so good that when the Washington Post heard it, they did a retraction and apology because they were fed false information, perhaps by the Secretary of State’s office, and they were angry about it! The Election in Georgia was RIGGED AND STOLEN. We have all the evidence needed. That is the CRIME!

“Paul Pelosi Attack Update: News Outlets Make Major Move in Court”
By Richard Moorhead
ENTIRE ARTICLE @ Western Journal: “A coalition of news organizations is seeking evidence surrounding the alleged home invasion of Paul Pelosi’s residence in October. The media outlets filed a court motion last week seeking the release of evidence introduced in David DePape’s preliminary hearing. This comes as other stories across the country, such as Biden’s classified documents blunder, have been stealing some of the clout of this bizarre episode.
DePape, a Canadian illegal immigrant, faces a list of charges including attempted murder stemming from an incident in which he allegedly broke into Pelosi’s San Francisco home and bludgeoned him with a hammer.
Paul Pelosi is the husband of former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. Nancy’s tenure as speaker of the House just recently ended in early January after the Democrats lost the majority in the House. DePape allegedly sought to target the then-Speaker, as well as execute a series of attacks on other political figures.
Court filings from prosecutors obtained by The New York Times outline key details of the state’s case against DePape; referencing the video and audio footage that the news organizations seek. This evidence was introduced at a December preliminary hearing. It includes body camera footage from police officers who responded at the scene of the Pelosi residence, footage from Capitol Police surveillance cameras at the home, and video of a post-arrest interview with DePape, according to The Associated Press.
However, these recordings haven’t made it to the public domain. Attorneys for the coalition argued that “the public and press have standing to assert their rights of access to court records and proceedings,” according to the AP. The coalition of outlets is extensive, featuring local San Francisco and national news organizations. The New York Times, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Los Angeles Times, The Press Democrat, CNN, Fox News, The Washington Post, NBC, ABC, CBS and radio station KQED are all requesting that the evidence be made public.
It’s unclear if the court intends to oblige them. The San Francisco district attorney’s office hasn’t released the evidence since the media requested them last week. It’s possible the recordings could enter the public domain if DePape’s case goes to trial, potentially shining new light on the alleged attack on Pelosi.
DePape is being jailed without bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 23, according to the AP. He’s plead not guilty to the six state charges he’s facing, as well as two federal charges.”

“House GOP Reveals Its First Oversight Hearing Target”
ENTIRE ARTICLE @ Daily Caller: “The House Oversight committee will hold its first hearing to probe the Biden administration over the border crisis. The hearing, which will take place on Feb. 6, comes amid record surges in illegal immigration. The committee announced Thursday that it had called upon several southern Border Patrol sector chiefs and requested documents directly from Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas regarding the administration’s “role in undermining” border security efforts.
Federal authorities at the U.S-Mexico border encountered an all-time high of more than 250,000 migrants in December. President Joe Biden made his first visit to the border on Jan. 8, when he traveled to El Paso, Texas, after instituting a number of policies to better the parole and admission systems mainly for migrants that might otherwise be expelled under Title 42, a Trump-era public health expulsion order. The president has put much of the blame on Congressional Republicans to implement solutions to ultimately fix the immigration system that he labels “broken.”
Republicans, however, argue that the onus is on Biden. “President Biden’s radical open borders agenda has ignited the worst border crisis in American history. The Biden Administration’s deliberate actions are fueling human smuggling, stimulating drug cartel operations, enabling deadly drugs such as fentanyl to flow into American communities, and encouraging illegal immigrants to flout U.S. immigration laws,” the committee’s chairman, James Comer, said in a statement Thursday.
“Republicans will hold the Biden Administration accountable for this ongoing humanitarian, national security, and public health crisis that has turned every town into a border town,” Comer added. House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has threatened to impeach Mayorkas over the crisis he also pinned on Biden. DHS didn’t respond to a request for comment.”

show of hands…who’s surprised??? NARA misses deadline to submit info to house committee
entire article
National Archives did not meet the Tuesday deadline to turn over requested materials to the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability for its investigation into classified documents found in President Biden’s home and former office.
Driving the news: “The National Archives has not produced the requested documents to the Committee at this time,” a committee spokesperson told Axios. “Chairman Comer’s request still stands and anticipates moving forward with a transcribed interview with NARA’s general counsel soon.”
National Archives did not immediately return Axios’ request for comment but has said it needs to consult with the Department of Justice before sharing information.
Background: The Republican-led committee announced this month that it was launching an investigation into the recovered documents and demanded information about “Biden’s failure to return highly classified records from his time as vice president.”

humpback whale deaths and off shore wind farms do NOT mix
entire article
By Jo Nova
There have been a lot of dead whales on the East Coast of the US lately. David Wojik noticed that NOAA was investigating 178 dead whales in something called an Unusual Mortality Event, or a UME — it’s like an episode of X-Files.
NOAA says this wave of strandings mysteriously started in 2016 which was before the offshore wind factory industry got going — but Wojik points out the timing matches very well. Offshore lease sales for the wind industry ramped up 2015-16. There were nine big sales, he says, off New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Massachusetts. And not so coincidentally, apparently 2016 was also the year that NOAA started giving permission slips for whale hunts, sorry whale harrassments for “geotechnical and site characterization surveys“.
In bureaucrat-valium-lingo, the license to cause incidental dead whales is called an IHA — or an Incidental Harassment Authorization. This appears to have fooled Greenpeace.
Although since wind turbines are a sacred totem, NOAA could have called them a 007 License to Kill Humpbacks and they might not have cared either. The whales are dying for the planet you know. They’re probably happy about it too.
Evidence says offshore wind development is killing lots of whales
The “unusual mortality” data is astounding. Basically the humpback death rate roughly tripled starting in 2016 and continued high thereafter.
To date NOAA has issued an astounding 46 one-year IHA’s for offshore wind sites. Site characterization typically includes the protracted use of what I call “machine gun sonar”. This shipboard device emits an incredibly loud noise several times a second, often for hours at a time, as the ship slowly maps the sea floor.

2016–2023 Humpback Whale Unusual Mortality Event Along the Atlantic Coast.| NOAA
Wojik explains why wind “farms” might pose a threat to whales, and why it’s likely to get worse with bigger turbines and larger farms going in:
There are lots of ways this sonar blasting might cause whales to die. Simply fleeing the incredible noise could cause ship strikes or fish gear entanglements, the two leading causes of whale deaths. Of the whales could be deafened, increasing their chances of being struck by a ship later on. Direct bleeding injury, like getting their ears damaged, is another known risk, possibly leading to death from infection. So there can be a big time difference between blasting and death.
Note also that these deaths need not be in the immediate vicinity of the sonar blasting, so spatial correlation is unlikely. Humpbacks in particular are prodigious travelers. One group was tracked traveling 3,000 miles in just 28 days, over 100 miles a day on average.
Thus a sonar blasting, site characterization in one place could easily lead to multiple whale deaths hundreds of miles away. If one of these blasters suddenly goes off near a group of whales they might go off in different directions, then slowly die.
For more on this noise see my https://www.cfact.org/2022/07/26/threat-to-endangered-whales-gets-louder/

“FDA Has No Bar to Lower on Bivalent Boosters: YOUR ACTION is Needed to Hold them to Standard — FDA cannot go any lower than to ignore the absence of legally required data from Pfizer on myocarditis”
James Lyons-Weiler
EXCERPT: “The Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) falls under Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), which falls under the FDA, which falls under the HHS. FDA has thrown out, once again, even any pretense of being serious about paying attention to data on vaccine safety and efficacy and appears ready to rubber stamp Pfizer’s bivalent booster.
Due to FDA’s reckless actions, Americans will now only be pressured/ cajoled/ manipulated/ coerced into accepting an annual unproven vaccine. Children and older Americans will be coerced into accepting two doses of bivalent shot, with the idea that perpetual boosters at unspecified time intervals will follow.
There are, however, a few massive flies in the ointment. First, there are no data that show that annual boosters decrease the risk of severe disease in healthy young adults and children. Worse, it appears that Pfizer never produce the data they had to (as in were required to) produce on troponin levels resulting from their bivalent shot.
From FDA’s August 23, 2021 Approval Letter:
“We are issuing Department of Health and Human Services U.S. License No. 2229 to BioNTech Manufacturing GmbH, Mainz, Germany, under the provisions of section 351(a) of the PHS Act controlling the manufacture and sale of biological products. The license authorizes you to introduce or deliver for introduction into interstate commerce, those products for which your company has demonstrated compliance with establishment and product standards.
Under this license, you are authorized to manufacture the product, COVID-19 Vaccine, mRNA, which is indicated for active immunization to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in individuals 16 years of age and older”
HOWEVER: “We have determined that an analysis of spontaneous postmarketing (sic) adverse events (you) reported… will not be sufficient to assess known serious risks of myocarditis and pericarditis and identify an unexpected serious risk of subclinical myocarditis.”

The letter then gives the timelines and deadlines by which the data on subclinical myocarditis must be provided for the license to remain in good standing: some of these dates have passed, and there is no sign of such data from Pfizer.
Data from other sources tell us that the serious risk of subclinical myocarditis may be far higher – up to 100 times greater in those accepting the jab. The FDA’s briefing document on Pfizer’s bivalent booster, however, does not mention of any data from Pfizer on this adverse event, instead includes this standard “nothing to see here” language:”
—————
URGENT CALL TO ACTION – What You Can Do To Help: Contact your Congressional representatives and Senators and send them this article and demand censure of the FDA by the US House of Representatives an incorruptible civilian oversight board over HHS on vaccine safety (The Research Intelligence Network). With thousands of emails and phone calls, we’ll bring the lack of sufficient oversight by the FDA to the forefront of the ongoing issues and force them to do their jobs.”

so do they get permission to HAVE the documents for their use? and is there a time limit to it?

There are some basic requirements – you must have a legitimate “need to know,” as well as the appropriate level of clearance. The agency/company that originates the document must keep a log and the document is supposed to be signed out but, a lot of times, that doesn’t happen.
You might find this helpful – the basic levels of clearances – there are others but I’m not familiar with them:
C = Confidential
S = Secret
TS = Top Secret
TSSBI = Top Secret w/Special Background Investigation
TSSCI = Top Secret Special Compartmentalized Information = this requires a SCIF
Confidential clearances are given out immediately. A company can “bestow” a C clearance on their employees w/o any additional requirements or investigation but, bear in mind, the application form for some of these jobs is HUGE – one of mine was 42 pages long!

why SHOULD we trust the postal service to deliver ballots?
entire article
While retrieving a couple of days’ worth of mail over the weekend, I discovered a curious delivery in my box. It was a Christmas card I had long been expecting but never received.
Actually, it was a mangled envelope that had once presumably contained a Christmas card, stamped with a haphazard “DELIVER TO ADDRESSEE WITHOUT CONTENTS” message, and stuffed into a taped-shut United States Postal Service baggie adorned with a pre-printed apology message.
“WE CARE,” the government courier assured me despite damning evidence to the contrary, before writing:
Dear Postal Customer,
We sincerely regret the damage to your mail during handling by the Postal Service. We hope this incident did not inconvenience you. We realize that your mail is important to you and that you have every right to expect it to be delivered in good condition.
Although every effort is made to prevent damage to the mail, occasionally this will occur because of the great volume handled and the rapid processing methods which must be employed to assure the most expeditous distribution possible.
We hope you understand…
Sincerely,
Your Postmaster
It’s a bit frustrating that my dear, faraway friend spent some 60-odd cents to send me an empty, torn-open envelope that was dropped off in a sandwich bag a month after Christmas (and, the way people time their seasonal greetings, probably two months after it was supposed to arrive). But, of course, I do “understand,” Mr. Postmaster, that life isn’t perfect. We live in a crazy, fallen world marred by both human and mechanical error. The USPS isn’t exempt, and neither am I.
But I also understand that my incoming Christmas cards are about the lowest-risk piece of mail the Postal Service is tasked with handling. Ranking above them are sympathy cards and cash-carrying birthday notes, followed by wedding invitations and paychecks, tax documents, passports and immigration papers, and — crucially — election ballots.
Unlike my fashionably late, empty Christmas envelope, the delayed arrival of mail-in ballots causes potentially election-tipping quantities of them to miss deadlines. In Pennsylvania’s June 2020 primary, for instance, the pace of voting by mail kept tens of thousands of people from successfully casting a ballot. More than 100,000 mail-in ballots were rejected during California’s presidential primary the same year, mostly for missing arrival or postmark deadlines. And though sometimes the ballot rejections are the fault of a voter’s procrastination, as NPR reported in a 2020 article titled “Signed, Sealed, Undelivered,” vote-by-mail failures are “often through no fault of the voter.”
New York City’s disastrous 2020 Democratic primary offers another cautionary tale about voting-by-Post Office. As my colleague John Daniel Davidson reported at the time:
[T]he Board of Elections threw out more than 84,000 mail-in ballots for the June 23 Democratic primary. That was out of a total of nearly 319,000 mail-in ballots, which means about 21 percent of all mail-in ballots were invalidated. … What’s more, it took six weeks to declare a winner in two closely watched Democratic congressional primary races, largely because of delays associated with a surge of mail-in votes.
Of the approximately 30 million ballots cast by mail in the 2018 midterms, almost 628,000 votes weren’t counted. Then in the 2020 presidential election, a whopping 70 million-plus people cast their ballots by mail — more than triple the population of Florida — with a handful of states automatically mailing ballots out to voters. More than half a million of those ballots were also rejected for various reasons, and many more blew up the courts over state election law battles.
But thanks to government- and media-induced Covid panic, that fateful election set the precedent for voting via nontraditional — and often less secure — channels. A large majority, nearly 70 percent, of 2020 voters cast their ballots early and/or by mail.
The list goes on and on. As a result of Democrats’ long push for no-excuse absentee voting and universal vote-by-mail schemes, a serendipitous pandemic excuse to really get the ball rolling, and systemic USPS failures and incompetence, our crumbling election apparatus isn’t instilling any faith among Americans that our elections are free, fair, or secure.
My content-free holiday envelope has the same effect. If the USPS can’t be trusted to deliver my Christmas mail intact and on time, why should it be trusted to touch my ballot?

Meanwhile, Tractor Supply Store’s Chicken feed recently change their formula causing hens not to lay eggs.
…..and something about the board having ties to WEF and Epstein.

Reply to Joe
1: Elizabeth Warren lied about being a Cherokee Indian to get elected.
2: John Kerry lied about being an Irish Catholic in Boston to get elected.
3. Blumenthal lied about being a Vietnam Combat Veteran to get elected.
Did I miss where they were removed from Congress or prosecuted by the DOJ?
