WHAT IS THE REAL STORY BEHIND THE LAS VEGAS CARNAGE?

There are many theories out there about what was really behind the shooting at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017. Regardless of the motivation, it was horrific for those at the festival, with many an odd coincidence cropping up day after day after day. We all know SOMETHING isn’t right about this – there are just far too many oddities and we know what that means!

Aftermath

I am going to completely ignore the accepted “story” that has been bandied about by the media and focus instead on the connections to the Saudi regime, with connections to the Killary Show and the Muslim-in-Chief. IMO, Paddock was a CIA/FBI patsy/player who was used for this shitshow, whether knowingly or not – who can say? Waaay too much shady shit in HIS background!

Let’s lay out the players here and provide the backstory…..we all know the Saud Family is very incestuous, devious and convoluted. The current King Salman has 13 children from 3 different marriages. The current Crown Prince is one of his sons from his 3rd marriage, Mohammed Bin Salman.

Mohammed Bin Salman

Another critical player in this cat-and-mouse game is Alwaleed bin Talal, a billionaire businessman who is the Grandson of King Saud. He has ties to the DNC, Clinton, Podesta, and Obama. He also co-owned (with Bill Gates) The Four Seasons at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, which occupies the top five floors of Mandalay Bay from 35 to 39 (Paddock was on 32), as well as shares in Twitter and other high-tech silicon valley companies. He is just one of many, many “family” members who have designs on the Crown but he is more deeply and directly involved in US politics than most. He funded Obama’s stint at Harvard……

Prince Alaweed

Flash back to the May 2017 meeting….the Globe…..you see, SA was in a bind – they underestimated the amounts of natural gas the US was able to produce via fracking….they had vastly underestimated the amount of total shale reserves in North America. They had no idea that so much of this stuff exists and thought maybe they could ride it out if the reserves would dry up in a decade or so. But nope. We have enough shale to supply us for at least 50 years. Hmmm… big problem.

So, if you’re King Salman, what do you do? Well, there’s only one thing you can do. Give up the reliance on oil production and try to use existing wealth to stay wealthy; to modernize trade to include more than just exports of oil. They would need to build an entire industrial country from scratch and, to do that, he needed the help of the USA. which is where President Trump comes in.

MBS and POTUS

It was a business meeting – King Salman asked Trump for help. Trump was more than willing to give it (like listing the oil companies on the NYSE) but his help would come with a price: Liberalization and the stop of illegal funding; no more contributions to American politics; no more supplying funds to terrorists or splinter groups. King Salman took the deal and, all of a sudden, women were allowed to drive, ISIS was retreating and Syrian rebels suddenly ran out of ammunition.

Sword Dance – very rare honor!

Not all the royals in KSA are into this, of course, so they started plotting against King Salmon. Who was occupying that whole floor in the Mandalay Bay that night? The whole floor was reserved for that week and no one would do that unless they were Saudi royalty. Many believe, as I do, that it was Crown Prince Mohammad – it wasn’t King Salman because he was in Russia at the time. These pictures were taken in a nearby casino that is connected to the Mandalay Bay while the shooting was on-going.

Is that MBS???

At Mandalay Bay

The plan was to take out the crown prince, then kill King Salman — with the King and the Crown Prince both dead, Deputy Crown Prince, Muqrin, is next in line. Posing as terrorists who wanted to buy the guns for some terrorist attack, they either duped the CIA/FBI to supply the guns to the death squad via Paddock, or they were in on it. The plan is to climb the stairs right after the deal and kill the VIP in the floors above them, which is why the weapons cache was located on the 32nd floor.

Paddock’s Room
Paddock’s Room

Somehow, the word leaked, and the royalty in the floors above were notified of the assassination plot – the prince was e-vac’d out. This accounts for all the helicopter flight reports that can be found on the net, as well as the gun fire from black-dressed figures that was on video taking place on runways.

EXCERPT: “In a bombshell audio recording from the night of the Las Vegas shooting, an air traffic control dispatcher can be heard telling one pilot that it might not be a good idea to land because there are “active shooters on the runway.”

Co-founder of “The New Right,” Mike Tokes, obtained the recording and has dispensed it on Twitter.

Listen for yourself. The specific statement comes just after the 2:00 mark. [NF: I didn’t try to find the Tweet – I expect it has been removed by now]

‘Air traffic control tapes on the night of the Las Vegas shooting:

“There’s active shooters on the runway. They’re on the airport property” pic.twitter.com/HZf3LBeAgk”

—Michael Coudrey (@MichaelCoudrey) October 29, 2017′

“Shutting down might not be a good idea, there’s active shooters on the runway,” he declared. “The 19s are closed, we are in the process of trying to round them up, they are on the airport property.”

We know from audio analysis that there were at least two different ranges of shots that were fired. Mike Adams provided an excellent analysis of the audio from video footage that has been obtained and made several points of reference to where the shots of a second shooter may have originated. However, not one of the places the Adams pointed to as a possibility was the airport.”

Now, let’s fast forward to one month later. We know a missile was intercepted by the Saudi military on November 3 or 4th, which was probably the final effort by the anti- King Salman group to kill him. OR, it was staged to give King Salman the excuse to round everyone up in retaliation of the assassination attempt. We know that MASSIVE raids and the rounding of Saudi princes took place on the 5th. And who was killed at that time? The son of Muqrin, Mansour, who died in a chopper crash.

“SAUDI ROYALTY ARRESTS ROCK CLINTON-OBAMA REGIME

In a shocking development Saturday, the Saudi Arabian government arrested prominent billionaire Waleed bin Talal, a member of the royal Saudi family with deep ties to Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Arrests were carried out by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s recently-formed anti-corruption committee and included bin Talal, ten senior princes, and dozens of ministers for corruption and money laundering charges.

Bin Talal, a primary shareholder of Citigroup, News Corp., and Twitter, was arrested along with dozens of other princes and ministers on Saturday. Bin Talal’s arrest was part of a massive sweep of Saudi elites charged with corruption and money laundering by a newly formed anti-corruption committee headed by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. Meanwhile, Royal princes’ private planes have been grounded.”

Even more oddities follow…..

EXCERPT: “A staggering eight survivors, eyewitnesses and a legal attorney representing key players in the Las Vegas shooting have died in suspicious circumstances. Others are missing. What are the odds on eight people dying, the majority of them very young, in such a short space of time?

The odds would be astronomical. The fact is all of those eight people, every single one of them, had one thing in common, other than being there during the shooting, or having inside information. They all had information on the attack that contradicts the official narrative….” Here are just a few of them:

Dennis and Lorraine Carver

The most recent eyewitnesses to die were Dennis and Lorraine Carver, a married couple from California. Their car suddenly veered off the road outside their home and crashed into a gate, exploding into a fireball on impact, killing both of them instantly. A spokesman for the local fire authority said it took fire fighters over one hour to extinguish the blaze.

Suspicions surrounding the real nature of their death was raised when, one week after the fatal crash, the couple’s eldest daughter, Brooke Carver, received an item carrying memories of her 52-year-old father through the post. During the confusion of the shooting, he had lost his phone that was full of photos and videos from the night of the attack. His phone had somehow ended up in the FBI’s possession, but a Las Vegas agent promised to ship the phone back to him.

“When we turned it on, all his photos and messages were still there,” Brooke said. The question is why did the FBI take three weeks to return the phone? As has been widely reported, the phones and laptops of eyewitnesses were confiscated and wiped by the FBI, so why was Mr. Carver’s phone returned seemingly intact?

Brooke Carver says “all his photos and messages were still there,” but how would she know if anything had been deleted? She wouldn’t have seen what was on her father’s phone before the FBI had it. Could the Carver’s have captured something they shouldn’t have? Perhaps unknowingly?

Danny Contreras

In the same week the Carvers died, Danny Contreras, an eyewitness Las Vegas shooting survivor who publicly claimed there were multiple shooters involved in the attack, was been found dead in an empty house in Las Vegas with multiple gunshot wounds.

His body was found in a vacant home in the northeastern valley after a neighbor heard a man groaning inside the building and called 911. Police say Contreras was dead when they arrived at the 5800 block of East Carey Avenue, near North Nellis Boulevard. Mr. Contreras tweeted the day after the attacks saying he was “lucky to be alive” after he was “chased by two gunmen.” His social media post from his Twitter account, which has since been suspended by Twitter, that was shared several times said:

Kymberley Suchomel

Kymberley Suchomel went public with claims of witnessing multiple gunmen, and was determined to prove the mainstream narrative is wrong. She even announced plans to set up a survivor’s group to shine a light on the truth about what happened in Las Vegas, and expose the lies.

According to Kimberley, the Las Vegas shooting was carried out by multiple gunmen who were chasing people down in the crowd and shooting them. Her post on Facebook quickly went viral as it confirmed what many had already suspected: The mainstream media “official” narrative that Stephen Paddock was a “lone wolf” gunman was false.

Less than one week after she gave this account, Kymberley was found dead at her house in Apple Valley, California.

This was a multi-faceted, multi-level operation with wide-ranging, global ramifications, IMO. In the following video, you can see the muzzle flashes coming from a chopper.

  2. Entire Article:

Biden and the DNC have gone full-blown totalitarian dictatorship, and have now declared that they will use Executive powers to prevent Elon Musk from purchasing Twitter, via a National Security Review. They are suggesting that Elon Musk, a private citizen, purchasing a private company, is a threat to National Security…

Their justification for this egregious abuse of power, is that Elon, “tweeted a peace plan that seemed to parrot the Kremlin’s talking points. It also followed SpaceX’s warning that the company might have to stop providing Starlink to Ukraine, per Bloomberg.”1

This is an unprecedented act of tyranny and desecration of the Constitution. Elon Musk is a private citizen, conducting private business, and he is free to speak in whichever way he sees fit. The President can now prevent you from buying something, if you talk about brokering peace from a war that HE started.

The Biden admin have established a dangerous precedent, where the administration can control private enterprise and free speech, under the guise of “National Security”. Weaponizing law enforcement and abusing executive power to circumvent checks and balances as well as eliminate and intimidate your enemies… that’s textbook Fascism.

This power struggle proves how valuable the Deep State view the control of Twitter, which further proves that Twitter is not a social media platform, it is an Orwellian brainwashing device, used to manipulate and control public perception, therefore reality itself.

Elon was expected to have full control within the week, so Biden is at the very least attempting to stall Musk’s takeover until after the midterms. If Elon controls Twitter BEFORE the midterms, the Deep State will be unable to censor a last second October surprise, like Hunter’s Laptop in 2020. The Left-wing echo chambers would be extremely vulnerable to massive red pills before the midterm vote.

Also, this should put to rest any argument as to which side Elon is on. If Elon was Deep State, Biden would have zero issue with him taking control, and frankly Elon never would have gotten involved in the first place if his side already controlled Twitter.

When we observe the situation from 40,000 feet; normies are witnessing Biden continue to abuse his power in unprecedented fashion. The Elon story is widely circulated in mainstream echo chambers, so this will have significant effect. Not just in the present, but in the future as well. The history books are being written in real time, and the number of Nazi-esque acts by the Biden admin continue to pile up. Future generations will be horrified by the acts of the present, and hopefully this will deter them from allowing the Liberal ideology from taking form in their time.

As for the present, I don’t think Biden’s attempt will be successful. Besides, the majority of the damage is already done. This act does nothing more than prove Trump’s narratives that the Deep State have weaponized the intelligence community as well as social media.

The Deep State made Orwellian dystopias a reality.

This is in-depth research about Konnech, China, our election data, and much more. It is very detailed and makes a lot of connections. The tentacles run deep.

    https://kagdrogo.substack.com/p/tech-used-by-us-election-software?sd=pf

Here are just a couple of paragraphs:

Why would such a politically biased company [Sales Force], that is partnered with a company owned by CCP members, be in charge of managing the voter rolls for the entire state of Georgia and be providing the tech behind US election companies?

Just to get an idea of what else this company believes in, let’s see what other political stances they take. Just a few examples: SalesForce provides employers with a “Vaccine Cloud” to track employees’ vaccination status. SalesForce announced they will help pay for employees to travel out of state to get abortions. SalesForce deplatformed Project Veritas, who also leaked internal emails showing that SalesForce’s Senior Director led a campaign to cancel “end their customer relationship” with the NRA.

It goes on to say that the Clinton Foundation has connections to Sales Force and that Pelosi’s husband is heavily invested in it.

MUCH more detail in the article about various companies, apps they use, info they have gathered, etc.

  7. yup. just get those juvenile delinquents to start dancing and singing and they will be model citizens! all this creates is more positions in the gov’t system to bleed taxpayer funds…
    entire article

The Golden Horseshoe is a weekly designation from Just The News intended to highlight egregious examples of wasteful taxpayer spending by the government. The award is named for the horseshoe-shaped toilet seats for military airplanes that cost the Pentagon a whopping $640 each back in the 1980s.

This week’s Golden Horseshoe is awarded to the Department of Justice for a $200,000 grant for a “high-quality arts program” to “help address emotional and problem behaviors for at-risk justice-involved youth.”

Posted by the DOJ’s Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), the grant will “support high-quality arts programs for justice-involved youth,” according to the synopsis, “to reduce juvenile delinquency, recidivism, and/or other problem and high-risk behaviors. Arts programs include but are not limited to painting, sculpting, drama, digital media, film, music, dance, singing, and creative writing.”

If minors should find themselves entangled in the juvenile justice system, OJJDP hopes to make it a positive experience for them.

“OJJDP envisions a nation where children are free from crime and violence,” the announcement explains. “If they come into contact with the justice system, it should be rare, fair, and beneficial to them.”

OJJDP defines “justice-involved youth” as those who are in detention, correctional or other residential facilities, on probation, or in court-ordered programs.

The DOJ office cites research showing the positive social impact of the arts, including the promotion of community cohesion, while acknowledging uncertainty regarding how art can produce positive effects in youthful offenders.

“While more research is needed to explore how and in what optimal conditions the arts can directly impact the justice-involved youths’ behavior, existing evidence shows that the arts can promote positive outcomes and achieve broader societal impacts, including a stronger sense of community,” the grant notice states. “According to OJJDP’s Arts-Based Programs and Arts Therapies for At-Risk, Justice-Involved, and Traumatized Youths literature review, the arts can help address emotional and problem behaviors for at-risk justice-involved youth.”

The grant was authorized by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2022, the $1.5 trillion spending bill signed by President Biden in March. The DOJ’s Juvenile Justice Programs received $360 million in funding, including $102 million for youth mentoring and $49.5 million for delinquency prevention.

The DOJ did not respond to a request for comment.

  8. EXCERPT:

In a recent episode of “RFK Jr. The Defender Podcast,” Berenson told Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., how those questions led to Twitter suspending his account, to Berenson filing a lawsuit against the social media platform, to his latest big legal win and why he believes he’s now in a good position to sue the Biden administration for censoring his questions.

“I had covered the drug industry for a long time, so I was pretty familiar with the games that they played — especially in clinical trial design and testing,” Berenson told Kennedy. “I pretty rapidly came to the conclusion that the vaccines really hadn’t been very well tested, despite the size of the clinical trials.”

In July 2021, Twitter locked Berenson out of his account a few hours after President Biden said the social media companies were “killing people” by allowing vaccine skeptics to speak. About a month later, Twitter permanently banned Berenson, who also has a Substack page called “Unreported Truths.”

So in December 2021, Berenson sued Twitter in federal court, claiming the company had made a breach of contract because it previously assured him that he was doing nothing wrong according to their rules and that everything he said on their platform had been accurate.
    ——————-
The internal Twitter communications obtained through discovery revealed that the White House had specifically targeted him in its private meeting with Twitter.

The communications showed high-ranking members of the Biden administration — including White House Senior COVID-19 Advisor Andrew Slavitt — pushed Twitter to permanently suspend Berenson from the platform.

“I can now bring a claim directly against the White House,” Berenson told Kennedy, “against people who were in the White House at that time — for trying to abridge my free speech rights.”

  9. it’s the ny slimes…I get that…but since they want to criticize REALPOTUS for “an insurrection” on 1/6 after telling protesters to peacefully proceed…but they can incite protesters to cut pipelines and destroy gas stations and throw soup…
    entire article
In January of 2021, The New York Times promoted a book titled How To Blow Up a Pipeline by transparently radical author Andreas Malm. On Thursday, the Times directly promoted Malm by publishing his guest essay under the headline “History May Absolve the Soup Throwers.” That’s too tender a headline, for Malm thinks soup throwing at a Van Gogh painting isn’t optimal:

I tend to think sabotage is most effective when it is precise and gritty. When activists from the same group smashed gas stations in April this year, they hit the nail on the head. Gasoline, unlike a van Gogh painting, is a fuel of global warming. There is a whole planetary layer of stations, pipelines, platforms, derricks, terminals, mines and shafts that must be shut down to save humanity and other life-forms. When governments refuse to undertake this work, it is up to the rest of us to initiate it. That is the rationale for sabotage: to aim straight for the bags of coal.

While the Times routinely rails against the “insurrection” on January 6 and sees all “domestic terrorism” as a right-wing problem, it promotes a climate insurrection and left-wing domestic terrorism. Malm explicitly champions sabotage and violence — even guerrilla warfare! — as an efficient path to ending fossil fuels:

In the past year, activists have been taking up the tactic of sabotage and property destruction along a spectrum from symbolic to serious. The Tyre Extinguishers have deflated the tires of nearly 10,000 S.U.V.s in some of the most affluent enclaves of the world. In February, activists stormed a construction site of the Coastal GasLink pipeline in British Columbia and utterly wrecked machinery and other equipment, causing, the company said, millions of dollars in damage.

Meanwhile, in the research community, leading energy scholars such as Benjamin K. Sovacool at Boston University are discussing the pros and cons of climate militancy and coming down, remarkably, in favor of considering a full range of options, including civil disobedience and guerrilla warfare.

Malm tyrannically insists “all oil and gas production in rich countries — including the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia and Qatar — must be terminated within 12 years. Not only can there be no new fossil fuel installations; 40 percent of reserves already developed must be left in the ground.”

As for the ethics of property destruction, it is not, in this case, very complicated. Fossil fuels kill people. If you disrupt the flow of such fuels and damage the machinery they impel, you prevent deaths. You stop the perpetration of harm. You may destroy an inanimate object — and no one in the climate movement is suggesting anything other than targeting dead things — so as to protect living beings. Or, put differently, if you are locked in a house on fire, you have a right to break some windows to get out.

If the logic and ethics here seem straightforward‌, the tactical terrain is not. How do we make sure that no one is physically harmed in the process? Just what windows will be most effective to break? What openings will attract larger numbers of people to make the leap? We don’t know what, if anything, will work, which is why, perhaps, the movement needs both: flippant attention grabbing as well as surgical shutdowns, in a diversity of disruptions. We cannot afford to forgo creative methods that might further the cause.

Jim Thompson at RedState reminds us that this is the same editorial page that knuckled under to a staff revolt and apologized for posting an op-ed by Sen. Tom Cotton about deploying troops against rioters. Cotton was supposedly putting minorities in harm’s way. They favor rioters when it’s on that “right side of history,” like those soup throwers.

  10. A silkie chicken and two-legged chihuahua rescued from certain death have bonded at an animal hospital in Georgia.

Penny (the chicken) and Roo (the chihuahua) were rescued by Alicia Williams of the Duluth Animal Hospital where they are fawned over daily by staff and clients alike.

Penny was the first rescued. Williams was an animal science student and Penny was a nine week old lab chicken who’s time had run out. Normally, animals are euthanized after a science experiment is over, but Williams asked to take Penny home. A few months later, little Roo was found shivering in a ditch in a park. The seven-week-old pup, who was born without fully formed front legs, is believed to have been abandoned by backyard breeders.

The pair not only found a savior in Alice Williams, they found a friend in each other. Photos of them have since gone viral earning the unlikely duo fans worldwide. For more on their antics, check out the Duluth Animal Hospital’s Facebook page.

Mr. G, a goat, and Jellybean, a burro, were rescued from a hoarder’s home in Southern California after living in squalor for a decade. Only two sanctuaries offered to take the animals – Mr. G found a home with Animal Place Rescue Ranch in Vacaville, CA, while Jellybean was transferred to another location.

After his arrival, Mr. G was listless. He spent his days lying in a corner of his stall, barely lifting his head. Volunteers had to physically move the goat to ensure he didn’t spend too long lying down. Once Mr. G. was given a clean bill of physical health, it became evident that he was in mourning. He missed Jellybean. The goat was inconsolable and starving himself. Action had to be taken.

An Animal Place volunteer drove 14 hours round trip to pick up Jellybean. When they arrived, Mr. G’s transformation began. He ran outside and scampered around Jellybean with a renewed sense of purpose. Animal Place decided to keep the pair together as permanent residents on the organization’s 600-acre property in Grass Valley.

With over 6 million hits and counting, their story has gone viral on YouTube. Check out the heartwarming reunion of this unlikely pair:

You know that feeling of disappointment that stirs in the pit of your stomach when you press a button on the vending machine and something else comes out in its place? Well, you’ve got nothing on the Walmart employee in Tennessee who had to call the local fire department to rescue a kitten that somehow got stuck inside the machine. Once they finally freed the kitty, the employee took it home with her. Firefighters suggested naming it “Pepsi.”

Firefighters Save Dog From Suffocation by Tortoise

You can’t make this stuff up, folks: An Arizona family called in firefighters for a one-of-a-kind rescue after they realized that their French bulldog, Bruce, was trapped inside the backyard burrow of their tortoise, Bianca. The 50-pound Bianca — who the family says is not a fan of the dog — was preventing Bruce from exiting the 6-foot-deep hole. After consulting a tortoise expert, firefighters dug carefully into the burrow, which eventually prodded Bianca to exit, freeing the dog. The family pledged to put Bruce (affectionally described as an “idiot”) through his paces with a trainer to make sure he doesn’t run afoul of Bianca in the future.

Backpack Full of Kittens Nearly Recycled

A backpack with crying sounds made its way onto a recycling conveyor belt in Westampton, New Jersey, right before Christmas in 2020. Luckily employees noticed, dashing to the rescue of three kittens stuck inside it. Amazingly, the kittens had survived being dumped with cans and bottles into a recycling truck and then dumped again into the center. All of the kittens received a clean bill of health and were adopted in time for the holidays.

In this plot twist, animals helped humans by having a good meal. Five hundred goats were released in May 2020 to chow down on flammable scrub surrounding the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Yorba Linda, California, as a preventative measure to slow the flames and give firefighters more time to do their job, saving the building from fire.

  13. this administration, more than any other imo, does not think they need oversight…
    FTA
GOP members of the House Ways and Means Committee wrote a letter this week to IRS commissioner Charles Rettig demanding answers, Fox Business, reported.

The letter, co-signed by Reps. Kevin Brady of Texas and Tom Rice of South Carolina, said, “The Administration’s refusal to respond to the Committee, engage in a substantive discussion with staff about the request, and ultimately deny access to the decision memorandum obstructs the Congress’ important role to conduct oversight.”

Republicans argue that the lack of transparency on the issue raises red flags.

In May, the IRS told lawmakers that releasing such a memo would result in a “significant risk to the agency,” Fox reported.

Republicans aren’t buying it. “This blanket refusal from the IRS based on a perceived risk to the agency is unacceptable,” Brady and Rice wrote. “Congressional oversight does not stop whenever the executive branch identifies a perceived risk.”

“The decision to destroy information returns diligently prepared by millions of American taxpayers is ripe for congressional oversight.”

This latest instance of GOP ire toward the IRS is one in a long line of grievances.

GOP lawmakers have heavily resisted the agency’s efforts to monitor the bank accounts of citizens under the Biden administration.

Two activists in Germany‘s Potsdam’s Barberini museum have covered Claude Monet’s “Les Meules” painting in mash potatoes before gluing themselves to the floor.

Activists from the “Letzte Generation” (Last Generation) climate activist group entered the museum on Sunday wearing high vis jackets before approaching the painting, which sold at auction for $110million in 2019. The incident follows a string of similar demonstrations perpetrated by activist groups across Europe.

“We are asking society the same question as 2 women with #Tomatensuppe at London’s National Gallery last week: What is worth more, art or life?” the climate activist group wrote on Twitter after the incident.

“More and more people refuse to accept the destruction and endangerment of human beings. to accept life in silence.”

  15. goodness they won’t leave the baker’s alone! this one wins!

Cathy Miller, a Christian baker from Bakersfield, California who declined to make a wedding cake for a lesbian couple’s ceremony in 2017, won in court on Friday after years of litigation.

Miller, who owns Tastries Bakery, was represented by the Thomas More Society in the discrimination case. She cited her religious beliefs for the refusal to make the lesbian wedding cake.

According to Fox News, special counsel Charles LiMandri said “We applaud the court for this decision. The freedom to practice one’s religion is enshrined in the First Amendment, and the United States Supreme Court has long upheld the freedom of artistic expression.”

Miller holds the Christian belief that marriage is a sacrosanct institution between one man and one woman. She directed the couple to another bakery that would fulfill their request, but was still met with a litany of lawsuits.

The latest lawsuit was brought against her on behalf of the couple by California’s Department of Fair Housing and Employment, which claimed she violated a 1959 state law called the Unruh Civil Rights Act.

According to Fox News, that law protects “consumers from discrimination by businesses on the basis of race, ethnicity or religion.”

Judge Eric Bradshaw of the Superior Court of California in Kern County did not accept that argument, and ruled in Miller’s favor.

Another one of Miller’s lawyers, Paul Jonna, said it was ironic “that a law intended to protect individuals from religious discrimination was used to discriminate against Cathy for her religious beliefs.”

Miller said in 2017: “Here at Tastries, we love everyone. My husband and I are Christians, and we know that God created everyone, and He created everyone equal, so it’s not that we don’t like people of certain groups, there is just certain things that violate my conscience.”

When Miller was deposed, she was asked if she adheres the Old Testament’s laws on diet.

“The state was actually questioning the sincerity of Cathy’s faith,” Jonna said. “The fact that they called Miller’s open and sincerely held beliefs into question is almost as disturbing as quibbling over her status as an artist.”

  16. another gate crime hoax…black man poses as a white supremacist and threatens to kill black people at a fair…
    entire article
Last Updated on October 23, 2022
A black teenager has been arrested after he posed as a member of a fake white supremacist terror group online and made social media posts threatening to shoot every “negro” that he lays “eye contact on” at an Alabama county fair.

18-year-old Pharrell Smith was arrested earlier this month and faces terrorism charges after posing as a white supremacist gang member online and threatening to slaughter black people at an Alabama county fair.

In the post, which he made to Facebook on September 19th, Smith claimed that he and his fellow white supremacist gang members would be “coming to [the] Opelika Alabama fair to kill every NEGRO that we lay eye contact on so be prepared.”

The fair that Smith was referencing was actually the Lee County Fair, which is held at the county’s fairgrounds in the City of Opelika, the local seat of government.

“WHITE POWER,” Smith’s post said after his threat, causing public panic and leading to a rapid law enforcement response.

The hoax profile that Smith made the post from was reportedly decked out in Confederate flags.

“Early yesterday, 09/19/2022, the Opelika Police Department was made aware of a racially inflammatory post on Facebook where an individual threatened to shoot attendees of a certain demographic at the upcoming Lee County Fair,” local law enforcement wrote in a public statement, announcing that they were launching an investigation into the threatening posts.

“Opelika Police take threats like these very seriously,” the police assured the public, announcing that they would be beefing up security at the fair, which was held between October 4th and 8th.

Within weeks of the hate hoax threats, Opelika Police updated the public on their investigation, announcing that they’d been able to “trace the social media account to a residence in Lafayette, AL. Through the investigation, 18-year-old Pharrell Smith was developed as a suspect.”

Notably, nowhere in the police department’s post do they reveal that Pharrell Smith is black himself, despite his being arrested and photographed on October 6th.

    Lee County Fair

Pharrell Smith is now facing charges of making terroristic threats in Lee County and ranks among the laundry list of hate hoaxers busted in recent years across the country.

Fellow Alabaman, NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace, was caught up in a nationally-publicized hate hoax of his own when he falsely claimed that a threatening “noose” had been placed in his stall at Talladega Speedway.

While corporate media and Democrat politicians ran with the story for weeks, claiming that it was an indictment on white Americans and particularly white Trump-supporting Americans, Wallace’s accusations were proven to be a total hoax – even by the FBI.

Media outlets have been quiet on the Lee County, Alabama hate hoax, with even local news only offering stub-style articles and very few details about the arrest of Pharrell Smith.

  17. ny judge rules fear of cv is not a valid reason to continue with no excuse mail in votes…probably won’t affect 2022, but should affect 2024
    entire article
Since Roe v Wade was overturned, conservatives who believe in constitutional originalism have been dealt multiple losses. They received a big victory in New York when a judge ruled the state of perpetual Covid emergency that’s used by Democrats to promote no-reason mail-in absentee balloting is unconstitutional.

    According to Fox News:

The Democrat-controlled legislature “appears poised to continue the expanded absentee voting provisions of New York State Election Law … in an Orwellian perpetual state of health emergency and cloaked in the veneer of ‘voter enfranchisement,’” Saratoga County Supreme Court Justice Dianne Freestone, a Republican, wrote in her ruling Friday.

The 28-page ruling ordered local election boards to stop counting absentee ballots they’ve already received and to “preserve” them until after Election Day on Nov. 8 or after the resolution of a lawsuit filed by Republicans in the state. The ruling does not invalidate ballots that have already been mailed.

In 2020, delays, litigation and mistakes by election boards that faced a flood of absentee ballots led to long waits for election results. The Democratic-controlled legislature eventually passed a law allowing for early counting of absentee voting.

Republicans in the state celebrated the ruling as a win for election integrity.
“Let’s hope now that they preserve our ability to make sure that our elections are done with integrity and that voters are verified and that this system of absentee balloting – just like the voters said last November that they didn’t want no-excuse absentee voting, essentially mail-in voting – that it is held to a high standard, that way to ensure that each citizen gets one vote,” New York state Rep. Robert Smullen and plaintiff in the lawsuit said, according to WRGB.

While all of this is being positioned as a move with current impact, the reality is this will almost certainly have no bearing on the 2022 election. Ballots are already in and there just isn’t enough time to force people to “re-vote.” But this could set an appropriate precedent for the next election, during which it will be imperative that we cut off as many avenues for voter fraud as possible.

Anyone who has seen 2000 Mules knows mail-in ballots and ballot drop boxes are key to voter fraud. The 2020 election was stolen through a combination of multiple election fraud techniques and mail-in ballots were one of the biggest.

It’s imperative that the New York GOP puts their full effort into making this stick. It won’t just impact their state. This could be a key to saving the nation in 2024… if we’re still a country by then.

About 1,000 students at Stafford High School in Fredericksburg, Virginia, were absent from class last week with flu-like and gastrointestinal symptoms, the school district said.

“There are approximately 1,000 students absent with flu-like/gastrointestinal symptoms at Stafford High School,” Stafford County Public Schools communications chief Sandra Osborn said Friday, CNN reported. “Our Health Services team is working with the local health department to identify the root cause of the illness.”

Stafford High School, which has about 2,100 students enrolled, postponed all school activities and athletics scheduled through Sunday, officials announced on Facebook. The school said it will “reassess conditions on Monday.”

While officials are attempting to understand the disease at Stafford High School, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Friday: “Early increases in seasonal influenza activity have been reported in most of the United States, with the southeast and south-central areas of the country reporting the highest levels of activity.”

  19. archeologists find tomb of St Nicholas
    entire article
St. Nicholas was persecuted for his faith under Emperor Diocletian but lived to see Constantine rise to power

St. Nicholas Church is an ancient East Roman basilica church in the ancient city of Myra, now a museum located in modern Demre, Antalya Province, Turkey. It was built above the burial place of St Nicholas, a fourth century Christian bishop of Myra. The basilica is on UNESCO’s tentative list to become a World Heritage Site. | Getty Images

Archeologists have found the tomb that holds the remains of Saint Nicholas underneath an ancient church in Turkey. Nicholas, who became the basis for the Christmas character Santa Claus, died more than 1,600 years ago.

“This is an extremely important discovery, the first find from that period,” Fox News quoted Osman Eravsar, chairman of the Antalya Cultural Heritage Preservation Regional Board, as saying about the discovery in a church in the Demre town in southern Turkey.

After rising sea levels in the Mediterranean submerged the church, a second church was built there centuries later.

“Now we have reached the remains of the first church and the floor on which Saint Nicholas stepped,” Eravsar said, according to The Daily Mail. “The tiling of the floor of the first church, on which Saint Nicholas walked, has been unearthed.”

Researchers have been examining the foundations of the Church of St. Nicholas in Demre for decades. They also recently uncovered a fresco of Jesus at the site.

“When the screed floor slab laid in the 1970s was removed where it was, an excavation was carried out to find out what’s under it,” Eravsar explained. “The result was an early fourth century floor covering of the church.”

In 2017, when archeologists found the tomb but couldn’t confirm, The Daily Sabah newspaper noted that the finding was considered surprising, as “the remains of St. Nicholas were believed to have been smuggled to the Italian city of Bari by Italian merchants in the year 1087.”

“The Santa Claus Museum, formerly an ancient church with a sarcophagus attributed to the Christmas saint is located in the town of Demre,” added the news site.

A fourth century bishop who lived under the Roman Empire, St. Nicholas was persecuted for his faith under Emperor Diocletian but lived to see Constantine come to power and legalize Christianity.

“After his release, Nicholas attended the Council of Nicaea in AD 325. He died Dec. 6, AD 343 in Myra and was buried in his cathedral church, where a unique relic, called manna, formed in his grave,” notes the St. Nicholas Center.

“This liquid substance, said to have healing powers, fostered the growth of devotion to Nicholas. The anniversary of his death became a day of celebration, St. Nicholas Day, Dec. 6 (Dec. 19 on the Julian Calendar).”

Many stories have emerged about Nicholas’ generosity, with these tales eventually helping to form the mythology of the modern Santa Claus.

According to History, St. Nicholas was introduced into American popular culture toward the end of the 18th century when groups of Dutch families gathered to honor the anniversary of his death.

“The name Santa Claus evolved from Nick’s Dutch nickname, Sinter Klaas, a shortened form of Sint Nikolaas (Dutch for Saint Nicholas).”
