Summer is the perfect time to hit the dollar stores and load up on pool noodles! They are not just for toddlers in pools any more! They have many uses outside the pool–so stock up and use them everywhere!
Crutches: Noodles can be used to soften the hand and arm pit guides. Simply cut to the proper length and then make a slit.

Kneeling Pad: Noodles can used to kneel on in the garden. Cut them in pieces to increase the usage from one noodle.

Fill a bucket with water: If your sink is too shallow for a proper bucket to fit in, use a noodle.

Create a floating drink bucket for a pool: You’ll need a plastic bin, a noodle and yarn. Cut 2 sections of the noodle in the length of the bin and 2 the width of the bin. Thread the yarn through the pieces and tie.

Hold your plants up!

Paintbrush holder: Cut pieces of the noodle to fit on one or more sides of a paint bucket.

Make a cake-pop stand.
Use a noodle to hang items in the garage. Cut one side flat and glue to the wall. Cut slits into the noodle to create the hanging openings.

Make a disposable squeegee. You’ll need something with a handle–like a rake.

Make your outdoor furniture more comfortable.

Make Halloween witch legs.

Create backyard fun! Bend the pool noodle into a racket shape, cover the noodle with a mesh bag (like fruit comes in) and duct tape the bottom. Use a water balloon to bat back and forth.

Create a camping bathroom. You’ll need a bucket, a noodle, and a plastic bag.

Morning All!
we had a brief shower last evening, but nothing substantial.
sun is already coming up…

Good morning Pat! We had some showers at the end of work yesterday, but that was it. Like all the uses for the pool noodles. Will have to get some once we move and are setting up.

Morning CM!
I saw another one…which we are thinking of doing in our garage. we have a 2 car garage. It would normally not be a problem, but we store firewood on one side of the garage, so it can get tight. the tip was to glue a pool noodle on the side wall so opening the vehicle door would not result in dings to the door.

not the food pyramid i grew up on. we try, not always, but we try, to eat as close to nature as we can. But high scores to fries? I love them, but no. and sugary breakfast cereals? again no.
FTA
The Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy’s Food Compass, unveiled in late 2021, is another Great Reset tool designed to discourage consumption of animal foods by falsely rating them as unhealthy, and encouraging consumption of ultraprocessed foods by giving them high nutritional ratings
Food Compass rates Frosted Mini Wheats as three times healthier than ground beef, with a score of 87 out of 100, compared to 26 for ground beef
Food Compass also gives high scores to fries, Lucky Charms, Honey Nut Cheerios, chocolate covered almonds and almond M&Ms, while rating whole egg fried in butter, cheddar cheese and ground beef as foods that should be avoided. Based on this tool, you’ll be healthier if you replace whole egg, cheddar cheese and ground beef with candy
Studies have repeatedly shown that diets high in processed foods lead to poor health and depression, and the more processed your diet is, the greater your risk of obesity and chronic diseases that shave years, if not decades, off your life span
Health, food security, independence and freedom are what the global elitists, led by the World Economic Forum, intend to destroy so that they can then roll out a new food system based entirely on patented, processed imitation foods, including lab-grown and plant- or fungi-based “meats” and “clean, green” protein alternatives such as cricket meal and mealworms.

complaint filed in Fla against bar that holds drag shows for kids.
FTA
The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) served a complaint Tuesday on a bar in Miami that offers drag shows to children, and which was recently featured in viral videos showing a topless drag queen attempting to entertain a young girl.
The R House bar, located in the Wynwood area of Miami, has 21 days to respond to the administrative complaint. If the bar is found to be in violation of local laws and codes, it could then lose its liquor license, effectively putting it out of business.
Video posted earlier this month by the “Libs of Tik Tok,” a Twitter account that brings notoriety to far-left activists, showed a drag queen with exposed breasts and a thong stuffed with money leading a little girl by the hand around a bar during a show.

LOL…another story to be filed under NO SHIT
suckerberg is finding that employees working from home and whenever they want are not meeting expectations. his stock is falling and his employees are concerned that they might not be getting compensation for that…LOL he told them to self-select not working there anymore
FTA
Mark Zuckerberg stared into his webcam, trying to make yet another remote meeting seem urgent.
Since Facebook started, he’d made a habit of frankly addressing employees directly at a weekly Q&A. Almost no topic was off-limits. But as the company grew, these sessions had become more scripted. He’d stopped showing up every week, instead letting other executives field the most upvoted questions submitted by employees.
The raw Zuckerberg persona was back on June 30th, though. Sometimes he sounded like a general preparing his troops for the war ahead. In other moments, he was the wunderkind visionary, hyping where the company’s metaverse push might take it over the next decade.
But mostly, he just seemed annoyed.
“Hi there,” the first prerecorded employee question started. “I’m Gary, and I’m located in Chicago.” His question: would Meta Days — extra days off introduced during the pandemic — continue in 2023?
Zuckerberg appeared visibly frustrated. “Um… all right,” he stammered. He’d just explained that he thought the economy was headed for one of the “worst downturns that we’ve seen in recent history.” He’d already frozen hiring in many areas. TikTok was eating their lunch, and it would take over a year and a half before they had “line of sight” to overtaking it.
And Gary from Chicago was asking about extra vacation days?
“Given my tone in the rest of the Q&A, you can probably imagine what my reaction to this is,” Zuckerberg said. After this year, Meta Days were canceled.
For Zuckerberg, the company he founded 18 years ago was facing existential threats on multiple fronts. Both Facebook and Instagram were being rearchitected to compete with TikTok. Apple’s iOS privacy settings had disrupted the company’s once-stable ad business, costing it billions in revenue. Meanwhile, Zuckerberg’s bet on the metaverse was a money pit that he didn’t see turning a profit until at least the end of the decade.
But first, Gary from Chicago. As the all-hands escalated, it became clear that Zuckerberg saw that fixing his company’s culture was critical to surviving the tough times ahead. Two years into the pandemic, his company was in a very different, more vulnerable place. It even had a new name.
The days of coddling employees would be over.
“Realistically, there are probably a bunch of people at the company who shouldn’t be here,” Zuckerberg said on the June 30th call, according to a recording obtained by The Verge. “And part of my hope by raising expectations and having more aggressive goals, and just kind of turning up the heat a little bit, is that I think some of you might just say that this place isn’t for you. And that self-selection is okay with me.”

dems promoting bill limiting SCOTUS terms to 18 years…each prez gets to nominate 2 justices per term…
FTA
Multiple Democratic lawmakers are pushing a bill that would impose 18-year term limits on Supreme Court justices. The measure would also establish a system in which a new justice is appointed every two years.
According to a press release, the proposal would involve establishing “terms of 18 years in regular active service for Supreme Court justices, after which justices who retain the office will assume senior status.” It would also involve establishing “regular appointments of Supreme Court justices in the first and third years following a presidential election as the sole means of Supreme Court appointments.”
If adopted, the proposal would mark a significant change — currently, Supreme Court justices may remain on the bench for the duration of their lifetime and presidents only have the opportunity to nominate a new justice in the event that one of the nine members of the high court dies or steps down.
“This Supreme Court is increasingly facing a legitimacy crisis,” Democratic Rep. Hank Johnson of Georgia said, according to the press release. “Five of the six conservative justices on the bench were appointed by presidents who lost the popular vote, and they are now racing to impose their out-of-touch agenda on the American people, who do not want it. Term limits are a necessary step toward restoring balance to this radical, unrestrained majority on the court.”

The Biden administration has estimated that it may need nearly $7 billion to respond to the growing monkeypox outbreak, according to a new memo.
The memo, obtained by the Washington Post, was presented to Congressional Democrats and described several options for a spending package that would fund monkeypox vaccines, tests, and treatments.
The Department of Health and Human Services would use the funding to support “domestic end-to-end vaccine manufacturing capacity and technology transfer,” according to the report.
The new memo also follows a Monday letter from more than 100 House Democrats sent to President Joe Biden, Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky seeking additional funding to stop the spread of monkeypox.
“We write to commend your administration’s recent actions to increase supplies of monkeypox vaccines and improve testing and laboratory capacity across the country,” the letter stated. “We respectfully request additional funding to support health clinics as they work to implement this federal monkeypox response.”

Connecticut DOT sidelines their electric bus fleet and reverts to diesel after bus bursts into flames.
FTA
Just one day after officials promoted the passage of the Connecticut Clean Air Act, CTtransit, the Connecticut Department of Transportation’s bus service, has pulled its entire fleet of electric buses due to one bursting into flames. The electric vehicles have been replaced with traditional diesel-powered buses.
The New Haven Register reports that one day after officials promoted the passage of the Connecticut Clean Air Act, one of the state-run electric buses burst into a massive inferno. The CTtransit bus caught on fire in a Hamden parking lot on Saturday morning and resulted in two workers and a firefighter being sent to the hospital.
Hamden fire officials said: “Lithium ion battery fires are difficult to extinguish due to the thermal chemical process that produces great heat and continually reignites.” Two transit workers were hospitalized as a precaution after being exposed to the smoke and a firefighter was taken to the hospital for heat exhaustion.
The bus was delivered in December and began service in January according to CTtransit spokesperson Josh Rickman. “The bus, last operated on July 20, on routes 243 and 265, and was not in service at the time of the incident,” Rickman said. “Bus fires are rare, but can occur similar to cars. This is CTtransit’s first fire incident with a battery electric bus. Bus operators, maintenance staff and others undergo extensive training and safety protocols are in place.”
Due to the fire, the entire electric bus fleet has been pulled from service as a precaution. “The importance of rider safety is demonstrated by taking these buses out of service and ensuring a thorough investigation is completed prior to any redeployment of the fleet,” Rickman said. “We have deployed diesel buses to make sure people get to where they need to be.”

The Georgia phone calls were PERFECT. Many people and lawyers, on both sides, were knowingly on the one call, I assumed the call was taped, there were Zero complaints or angry “how dare you” charges made during the call, and no “hang ups” by anyone aggrieved or insulted at what was said. THEY WERE PERFECT CALLS. I was just doing my job as President, and seeking Fairness and the Truth. The Election was Rigged and Stolen!

But rather than go after the people that Rigged and Stole it, they go after the people that are seeking Honesty and Truth, and have Freedom of Speech, and many other defenses, on their side! Justice Department should look at The Crime of the Century. Evidence is massive and irrefutable!!!
