We need a federal audit of California’s election immediately
EXCERPT: “Colorado imposed a loyalty oath on lawyers as a condition of access to the state’s court system, pledging they would not assist Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Some federal agencies required defendants to accept gag orders as a condition of civil settlements, pledging they would not question the government’s case, no matter how weak they thought it.
These speech mandates, some going back more than 50 years, have come crashing down in recent weeks as The Centennial State opts against further cementing its reputation as a First Amendment flouter and the second Trump administration seeks to distinguish itself from its predecessors – including Trump I – as a paragon of prosecutorial propriety.
Buried in immigrant-protection legislation (HB 26-1276) signed into law last week is a provision that nixes SB 25-276’s requirement, only implemented two months ago, that lawyers swear “under penalty of perjury” they won’t use “nonpublic” information from the court system to help federal immigration enforcement.
The now-rescinded law had provoked outrage from some lawyers who faced the prompt when they tried to log in to the e-filing system, as well as legal scrutiny from watchdogs including Judicial Watch and the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, which told Just the News it had been “gearing up to sue” Colorado if it didn’t reverse course……”
VICTORY: Colorado repeals e-filing requirement that attorneys pledge not to assist federal immigration enforcement. Hopefully, Colorado’s HB 26-1276 marks the end of states attempting to lock access to the courts behind unconstitutional pledges. If not, FIRE remains ready to act. https://t.co/KW162G8THZpic.twitter.com/sUULBLbAl9
Just The News: “President Donald Trump on Thursday warned that the United States could not endure the consequences of birthright citizenship ahead of an expected Supreme Court decision on the matter.
“The United States of America cannot live with the shackles of Birthright Citizenship. It is not economically, or otherwise, sustainable, and no other Country in the World, of consequence, does it!” Trump posted on Truth Social.
The Supreme Court issued a series of opinions on Thursday morning, but did not release its highly anticipated ruling on Trump’s executive order directing federal agencies to interpret the 14th Amendment as not granting citizenship to the children of illegal aliens.
The administration has sought to eliminate the longstanding interpretation of the 14th Amendment so as to crack down on so-called birth tourism and “anchor babies.”
Though the Court has already heard oral arguments, it has yet to issue its opinion.”
this is a long article discussing the lack of judicial reprimanding. a married federal judge was having sex in her chambers with a cop and her staff knew about it. Furthermore, she often rubber stamped decisions made by clerks instead of writing her own. When it all came to light she was not impeached, she was told to write apology letters to the clerks addressing specifically her actions that were wrong. She wrote the letters basically saying I’m sorry you were mad type of thing. She still sits on the bench–protected by the upper echelons of the judicial system.
Huh….that’s a first. I saw a Momma or Poppa Robin hovering next to the jelly feeder gathering jelly, then dropping down to feed it to a fledgling Robin! Amazing!
Researchers exploring the Indian Ocean discovered what may be the deepest and largest whale graveyard ever found.
Orange circles indicate dive locations where whale fossils or whale falls were observed; circle size corresponds to the number of whale remains recorded per dive. Whale falls in the sulfophilic stage are marked with white arrows. White circles denote dives with no observed whale fossil or whale fall. Notably, the distribution of both whale falls and whale fossils is restricted to the Diamantina Zone sea floor; none were detected outside this region.
At depths exceeding 7,000 meters, they located hundreds of whale fossil sites and multiple modern whale falls. Some remains are estimated to be up to 5 million years old. Imagine dying and accidentally becoming the foundation of an entire deep-sea civilization.

“Gen Z: Unhealthy, Unemployable, Non-Deployable, and at Risk of Stroke”
by Antonio Graceffo Jun. 12, 2026
Generation Z is the first American cohort to be simultaneously unfit for military service, increasingly unemployable in the private sector, and afflicted by chronic physical and mental health conditions at rates that previous generations typically did not experience until middle age or later. AI-generated illustration.
EXCERPT: “The decline in academic performance and mental function of Generation Z, those born between 1997 and 2012, compared to previous generations, is well documented. For a full analysis of the cognitive and academic decline, see America’s Worst Generation Is Dumber Than Us, Research Confirms at The Gateway Pundit.
Along with the cognitive decline is a physical decline. Generation Z is overweight, sedentary, medicated, and increasingly unfit for military service, with only one in four members of the generation eligible to enlist without a waiver. Employers are similarly rejecting the generation: six in ten companies have already fired Gen Z hires, one in three hiring managers actively avoid them, and 37% of employers say they would rather hire artificial intelligence than a recent graduate.
Obesity is the single leading disqualifier, with more than a third of 17- to 24-year-olds too heavy to serve, and the DoD reports that approximately 77% of people between the ages of 17 and 24 require some type of waiver to serve due to one or more disqualifications. ASVAB aptitude scores have fallen 9%, and only 23% of youth qualify on physical, educational, and conduct grounds combined. Furthermore, under Executive Order 14183, service members must serve in their birth gender, while individuals diagnosed with gender dysphoria are now disqualified from service, further narrowing the eligible pool.
The physical consequences of a sedentary generation are measurable globally. A WHO analysis of 1.6 million students aged 11–17 across 146 countries found that in 2016, 77.6% of boys and 84.7% of girls failed to meet basic physical activity guidelines.
Retired Army Lt. Gen. Mark Hertling stated in the CDC’s report that the military has experienced increasing difficulty recruiting soldiers as a result of physical inactivity, obesity, and malnutrition among the nation’s youth, warning that failure to address these issues will impact future national security.
A study published in Pediatrics (March 2024) using the IQVIA Longitudinal Prescription Database found that between January 2016 and December 2022, the monthly antidepressant dispensing rate for Americans aged 12 to 25 increased by 66.3%. The increase was sharpest among females: the average monthly rate for women aged 18 to 25 was 56.5% higher after March 2020, and for girls aged 12 to 17 the rate was 129.6% higher.
A survey by Harmony Healthcare IT found that 34% of Gen Z report currently taking prescription medication for mental health, with an additional 19% reporting use of non-prescribed substances such as cannabis to manage symptoms. Under current DoD accession standards, a past diagnosis of depression, anxiety, or other disorders, along with the medications used to treat them, may disqualify recruits or require a waiver……”
“…..A January 2025 Intelligent.com survey of 1,000 managers found that one in eight hiring managers plan to opt out of hiring recent graduates altogether in 2025, with the most common complaints being no work ethic (33%), entitlement (29%), lack of motivation (28%), being easily offended (27%), and not responding well to feedback (25%).
As Charlton Heston said at the end of Planet of the Apes, “We finally really did it. You maniacs! You blew it up!”
America has finally raised a generation incapable of military service and one that can be replaced by AI in the workplace. Surveys have found that 57% of Gen Zers would like to become social media influencers, and about half of the degree choices Gen Z students pursue in college do not lead to professional careers.
So, on the bright side, many of them may never realize that they are unemployable and non-deployable because they simply do not want to join the military or work for a living.”
Friday Funnies: Tickman cometh — The realities of herd-poisoning
Dr. Robert W. Malone, Jun 12, 2026
Embedded deep in the operating system… lies the most dangerous tick of all.
This year, the headlines warning of the “worst tick season ever” are everywhere. These alarms are particularly loud, arriving just as Pfizer and Valneva prepare to seek approval for the first Lyme vaccine in a generation. Current projections from industry reports suggest a possible launch around late 2027, assuming regulators accept the application and approve it
To be clear, ticks are real. Lyme disease is real. Nobody who has spent time in the woods, on a farm, or hunting needs a journalist paid by big pharma to explain that. But it is fair to ask whether we are witnessing an objective assessment of risk or the early stages of market development. After all, pharmaceutical companies do not spend billions developing products and then hope people forget the disease exists.
Perhaps this really is the worst tick season ever. Again. Or perhaps Americans are being reminded, hourly, that ticks are lurking behind every blade of grass just as a new vaccine approaches the finish line. Funny how that works. The ticks always seem to get their best publicist right before product launch.
Remember that word?
And for those who somehow think that because we advise people not to fall for fear porn, we don’t believe Lyme is an issue -(it is) – please read,or re-read the following that Robert wrote in early March of this year:
Declassified Documents Link U.S. Bioweapons Program to Lyme Disease Outbreak, Dr. Robert W. Malone, Mar 4
We don’t throw away perfectly good food in this house. We put it in Tupperware, ignore it until it reaches peak chicken cuisine, then serve it to the flock. The chickens, unlike the rest of us, appreciate properly aged leftovers.
Since publishing ‘The Decline and Fall of Elon Musk,’ Musk has only managed to become the first trillionaire, dominate global satellite communications, launch a successful SpaceX IPO, and remain the most influential entrepreneur on Earth. Other than that, The Atlantic pretty much nailed it.
Whenever The Atlantic announces someone’s decline and fall, it is usually a good time to buy stock.
Just for the record, my great-great-grandfather was a Captain in the CSA Alabama Second, served under Stonewall Jackson and Lee, and lost his leg in the battle of Richmond. Campaigned right through the area we now live in. Presumably, he also fought in the second battle of the Wilderness, which took place near our farm under notoriously horrid conditions. So, probably the uniform would have been gray, not blue.
In all seriousness, we had a lovely black filly born yesterday. She is out of Quieta (inspection score 71.25), who is a Jade daughter, so we had to go outside for the stallion. Lider Seven is the sire (inspection score 70.50), which horse was named USDF Horse of the Year 2024 and Grand Prix reserve champion before passing suddenly. Not surprisingly, this one looks to be a good mover. Maybe a keeper!
“Don’t make it hard – just take care of yourself and your family. Eat healthy food, cut out the junk, don’t overindulge (limited intake), exercise, don’t drink too much, get outside, and enjoy life.” — Dr. Robert Malone
Just The News: “President Donald Trump on Thursday insisted that he had secured a deal that would prohibit Iran from possessing nuclear weapons after calling off planned strikes on Iran the same day.
“Most importantly, we have a deal that Iran will never have a nuclear weapon, which was the whole purpose of what we had to go through to get this,” Trump said, adding that a deal signing would occur “soon.”
Trump renewed strikes on Iran this week after Tehran’s forces shot down an Apache helicopter. The nominal ceasefire, which persisted for weeks saw intermittent flare-ups of live-fire exchanges between nearly every combatant.
The president had planned to move forward with additional strikes on Thursday and openly floated the seizure of Iran’s Kharg Island if the government did not agree to a deal. He called off those strikes on Thursday, asserting that an agreement had been reached.
The Iranian government has not confirmed any plans to sign an accord as of press time.”
Just The News: “First lady Melania Trump announced Thursday the creation of investment and saving accounts for foster children that will operate alongside her husband’s “Trump accounts” for children in traditional homes. The “Fostering the Future” accounts are the latest actions the first lady has taken in the past year to support foster children. She has also helped create a new digital platform that connects youth who are aging out of foster care with critical resources like education and housing.
The new accounts will use a special designation under the “Trump accounts,” which sees the Treasury Department make a one-time $1,000 investment into funds for babies born between Jan. 1, 2025, and Dec. 31, 2028. The recipients receive access to those funds when they turn 18.
“Fostering the Future Accounts give foster children the same chance for asset ownership and long-term wealth building as every other American child,” Trump said in a speech at the Treasury Department. “By investing in our foster youth now, we help strengthen America’s workforce, communities, and economic future.”
The first lady said she has already received commitments from 23 governors to set up “Fostering the Future” accounts for children within their states’ care, including Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey.
“Now is the time for everyone to act,” she said. “All 50 states should pledge to protect America’s foster youth. Let’s elevate America’s children above politics. I urge every governor and business leader in America to help fund these accounts.”
The program was created under the “One Big Beautiful Bill,” and will launch in July.”

Few people anywhere in the Legal Community are respected at the level of Jay. I encourage the United States Senate to confirm Jay as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
Just The News: “Vice President JD Vance is set to appear on “The View” as part of his tour promoting his upcoming book. Vance’s “Communion: Finding May Way Back to Faith” is set to be published next week. The book describes his experience with religion and his eventual conversion to Roman Catholicism.
Vance’s appearance on the show will take place Tuesday, according to The Hill.
“The View” is a popular program on ABC, known for its roster of all-female hosts including Joy Behar, Whooppi Goldberg, Ana Navarro, Sunny Hostin, Sara Haines, and Alyssa Farah Griffin.
His appearance on the show comes as Vance increasingly finds himself in the media spotlight amid his anti-fraud task force efforts and mounting speculation as to his plans for a presidential campaign.”
“DNI Gabbard Confirms Global Establishment Covered Up US-Funded Biolabs in Ukraine!”
Clandestine, Jun 12, 2026
🔥BREAKING NEWS🔥
“DNI Gabbard is releasing new evidence about US-funded biolabs in Ukraine, and calls out the Biden administration and complicit media for covering all of this up and attacking/threatening those who tried to expose this, aka, ME!
The highest ranking US intelligence official just confirmed that the entire system went out of their way to cover up US-funded biolabs around the world.
In other words, Tulsi just confirmed that the US government, the MSM, and powerful NGOs, tried to destroy me to cover up their biological weapon production. I spent the last 4+ years in hell, was relentlessly smeared by global media, having the entire world call me a crazy conspiracy theorist/foreign asset, and I turned out to be correct.
I sniffed out where nefarious NGOs were developing biological weapons with US taxpayer money, and the global establishment tried to stop me. They failed.
Wild stuff. I’m pretty sure I was a catalyst that changed the world.”
JD Vance @JDVance I’m seeing a lot of fake information about a potential deal to reopen the Strait and end Iran’s nuclear weapons program. First, the Iranians are not receiving any cash, and no funds are being released for simply signing a deal or attending a meeting. The deal is structured to ensure that the US and its allies concerns are prioritized, and that if the Islamic Republic of Iran meets its obligations, then economic benefits will flow to them and to the entire region. This deal has the potential to remake the region and lead to lasting peace.
I’ve noticed a couple of bizarre things in the reporting over the last few hours. First, people who (rightly) said Donald Trump was a historic president a month ago now criticizing a deal based on unconfirmed media reports. Second, people who say you can’t trust a word said by the IRGC who apparently believe anonymously sourced social media posts.
The president is going to get us a good outcome, one way or the other.
I’m seeing a lot of fake information about a potential deal to reopen the Strait and end Iran’s nuclear weapons program. First, the Iranians are not receiving any cash, and no funds are being released for simply signing a deal or attending a meeting. The deal is structured to…
this is disgusting if true. it seems over the top to me, but if this is reality, it’s gonna get ugly. this dude is calling for black people to beat up white kids, white old people, once a week– what I notice is he is not mentioning white men (unless they’re old) because they don’t want a fair fight–it’s never about a fair fight–it’s about THEM having an advantage in a fight. we bring fists, they bring guns…hmmmmmmmmmm now where have we heard that rhetoric before?
This man is calling for black Americans to randomly beat/assault/etc…. white Americans including small children and elderly women

Here’s the new information from DNI. They admit that the US built and fund/support, over 40 labs in Ukraine, which house dangerous pathogens, which Russia claim are being used for bioweapon development.
They are kind of admitting Putin and Russian MIL were right, to a degree.
To me, I think this is the beginning stages of public disclosure about Covid being a US-funded experiment, and it very well may lead back to the labs in Ukraine. Some of these US-funded labs were studying bat coronaviruses in Ukraine, as early as 2014 via USIAD Project PREDICT.
We have to tell the world that COVID was man-made, and we have to tell the world who made it. I think that process is now underway.
It also tells me talks with Russia must be in a good place, because any deal with Russia, Putin is going to address the biolabs in Ukraine, as it has been one of Russia’s main talking points at the UN. I think this disclosure is related to a peace deal between Russia and the US/Ukraine.”

True story:

A fan on X rejiggered a photo of Robert…

“I am pleased to announce the Nomination of very Highly Respected Jay Clayton, former Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the former Head of Sullivan & Cromwell, one of the most prominent and successful Law Firms anywhere in the World, and the current United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, to be the next Director of National Intelligence and, importantly, to serve in my Cabinet. Few people anywhere in the Legal Community are respected at the level of Jay. I encourage the United States Senate to confirm Jay as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”

JD Vance
@JDVance
I’m seeing a lot of fake information about a potential deal to reopen the Strait and end Iran’s nuclear weapons program. First, the Iranians are not receiving any cash, and no funds are being released for simply signing a deal or attending a meeting.
The president is going to get us a good outcome, one way or the other.

this is disgusting if true. it seems over the top to me, but if this is reality, it’s gonna get ugly. this dude is calling for black people to beat up white kids, white old people, once a week–
what I notice is he is not mentioning white men (unless they’re old) because they don’t want a fair fight–it’s never about a fair fight–it’s about THEM having an advantage in a fight. we bring fists, they bring guns…hmmmmmmmmmm now where have we heard that rhetoric before?

“DNI Releases New Info on Biolabs in Ukraine”
Clandestine, Jun 12, 2026
