Inside that report was a criminal referral.

The referral identified one specific matter:
“One matter involving the execution of a contract between the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and the Georgia Institute of Technology.”
One sentence. In a Special Counsel report to the United States Congress.
Durham had reviewed the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency contract with Georgia Tech and found something significant enough to send to the Department of Defense’s own internal investigator for potential criminal review.
Not a footnote. Not a passing mention. A formal referral.
Now look at what you have seen in this thread about that exact contract:
A Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency planning document targeting voting machine manufacturers eight months before the election.
The Pythia surveillance weapon deployed inside the Department of Homeland Security before the election.
Active reconnaissance jobs running against Dominion Voting network infrastructure thirteen days before the election.
Egress points found in Dominion Voting network data.
United States Army soldiers trained on the surveillance weapon at Georgia Tech’s campus.
Central Command military network data handed to a civilian university professor for analysis.
Russian and Iranian command and control confirmed in election related state and local government networks.
A Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency employee writing “I know who to talk to if we find anything.”
And the man who found egress points in Dominion Voting data named to Georgia’s official election security task force on the very same day.
Durham saw enough in that contract to make a criminal referral to the Department of Defense Inspector General.
Here is what happened next: Nothing.
-No findings were announced.
-No charges were filed.
-No public report was released.
-The referral was received.
-Then it vanished.
The Department of Defense Inspector General has
never publicly addressed it.
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency has never publicly addressed it.
Nor Georgia Tech, and Congress never held a single public hearing about it.
Think about what that means.
The top prosecutor in America found something troubling enough in a Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency contract with a university to formally refer it for potential criminal investigation.
And every single institution that received that referral went silent. Durham found it. The Department of Defense Inspector General received it. Washington buried it.
There is only one question left.
Who had the power to make a Special Counsel criminal referral disappear – and why did they use it?

Rubio Bohorquez plans to appeal the ruling at the Board of Immigration Appeals, Menin said, according to the New York Post.
We will have to wait and see how the appeals court rules, but in NY the appeals courts are as bad as most district court judges.

They kicked out Governor Sarah Sanders and her dinner group because some other patrons did not like the Governor and group dining there. The scoundrels raised hell and “flipped off” the Sanders group.
Since when do you let uncouth barbarians run your restaurant?
I fervently hope and pray this restaurant has to quickly cease operating and whoever owns it goes bankrupt as rapidly as possible.

This piece is a follow-up to my initial framing of the Iran War in ‘Donald Trump and the Path of the Torpedo.’ Consider reading it first for added context.
EXCERPT: “Donald Trump is not reacting to events in the Middle East. He is, rather guiding a strategic arc that the enemy helped construct, believing all the while that they held the initiative.
To wit, what much of the legacy press, the entrenched institutional voices and even segments of the alternative media are now portraying as the opening chapter of yet another American entanglement in the Middle East is something quite different.
In my assessment, it represents the most sophisticated off-ramp from the entire postwar system of managed, perpetual conflict that has ever been engineered, which I have been saying not just since it started … but seven weeks before.
Put another way—and as I have been saying all along—I believe we are watching an off-ramp disguised as an on-ramp, and which could not have been done any other way.

This is why Marco Rubio said the American pre-emptive strike was meant to pre-empt an Israeli pre-emptive strike, in order to avoid a pre-emptive (meaning, pre-seeded) ‘response’ to said strike that would have justified a 9/11-style invasion dialectic.
And yes, that actually makes sense, if you re-read it. It also might just be why Donald Trump, when asked directly last week if Israel had “forced his hand,” responded by saying, “I might have forced theirs.”
But I digress, as the details of the story matter less than its core themes, and hopefully, its key learnings…..”

“Spring showed up this year right on schedule, which is more than we can say for most things in life. The first day of spring is today, as it lands on Friday, March 20, and it arrives with the vernal equinox. That is the official, astronomical way of saying winter is finally done overstaying its welcome.
At exactly 10:46 this morning Eastern time, the sun crosses the celestial equator, moving from the southern half of the sky to the northern.
What makes this day a little special is that the Earth is not leaning one way or the other. For a fraction of a moment, it is suspended equally. The result is that day and night are almost perfectly equal all over the world. Twelve hours of light, twelve hours of dark, give or take a few minutes, but just for this one day.
From here on out, the days start stretching longer, the sun climbs higher, and everything on the farm begins to wake up, whether we are ready or not.
Today is the official start of astronomical spring, and it will run straight through until the summer solstice on June 21. After that, we start sliding the other direction again, but there is no sense worrying about that just yet. For now, the light is coming back, the ground is softening, and the long list of things we said we would do “when it warms up” is about to come due.
For me, April and May are my favorite months. It is the time when life renews. I treasure every moment of spring. For me, it is like Christmastime every day.

The suit alleges Harvard failed to protect its Jewish and Israeli students by ignoring hostility on campus and refusing to enforce anti-harassment rules, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The suit will reportedly be filed in federal district court in Massachusetts and attempts to make the Ivy League college comply with civil rights law and recover millions of taxpayer dollars that Harvard accepted while allegedly in violation of the law.

The case centers on President Donald Trump’s executive order directing federal agencies to interpret the 14th Amendment as excluding birthright citizenship to the children of illegal migrants and tourists.
Trump imposed the order last year as a means to deter pregnant tourists from having their babies in the United States and illegal migrants to stop using the method as a way to remain in the country.
The Trump administration argued in the brief response that the Constitution’s Citizenship Clause was intended to grant citizenship to freed slaves and their children, and therefore have an allegiance to the United States.
“Children of temporarily present or illegal aliens do not qualify because their parents are not domiciled in, and thus do not owe the requisite allegiance to the United States,” the brief reads, per journalist Benjamin Weingarten. “Temporarily present aliens are by definition not domiciled here, while illegal aliens lack the legal capacity to form such a domicile.”
The Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments in the case on April 1.”

Just The News: “The U.S. Commission of Fine Arts approved Thursday the final design for President Donald Trump’s 24-karat gold commemorative coin, which will bear his image and will be part of the United States’ 250th birthday celebrations.
The vote means the United States Mint can now begin producing the gold coin, which is expected to be released by the Fourth of July.
The front of the coin shows an image of Trump in a suit and tie, with a serious look on his face as his fists rest on a desk, according to the Associated Press. The word “LIBERTY” will be displayed on the top, followed by the dates 1776-2026.
The words “IN GOD WE TRUST” will be at the bottom of the front side, with seven stars on one side of the coin and six stars on the other side.

Here is the key and answers the question of “why” Tulsi Gabbard grabbed the voting machines in Puerto Rico instead of from one of the crooked democrat states:
“We approached P.R. because the request (which they agreed to) provided for a smooth transfer of the hardware, since there are no sovereign-state power barriers.”

And this investigation into nationwide election fraud, is centered around the machines and foreign interference.
The investigation has been going on, a lot longer than people realize.
I would like to add an important point to AwakenedOutlaw’s excellent analysis.
When Tulsi Gabbard got access to these voting machines in Puerto Rico, that gave her access to all the dominion machines being used nationwide, because they are all connected and have a “built in” back door access.
These machines have been demonstrated to be easily accessed secretly and able to switch votes, which many people witnessed happening live on election night coverage.
Our election system was purposely compromised by foreign entities with the help of the democrat party.
It’s a national security threat and treason.

(From a Breitbart report) – “Iran’s fleet of several hundred — perhaps more than a thousand — speedboat-size paramilitary attack boats are being hunted by the Air Force in the Gulf, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Dan Caine said at a briefing on Thursday. Presenting an update on the status of Operation Epic Fury, General Caine revealed: “the A-10 Warthog is now in the fight across the southern flank, and is hunting and killing fast-attack watercraft in the Straits of Hormuz”.
The A-10 may be especially well suited to the role, given it benefits from a long loiter time and availability of mission-appropriate, highly destructive, and cost-effective munitions for hunting down unarmoured fibreglass boats. Among them is the A-10’s integral 30mm Gatling gun, the GAU-8 Avenger.
Caine said: “we continue to hunt and kill mine storage facilities and naval ammunition depots. We continue to hunt and kill afloat assets including more than 120 vessels and 44 minelayers and the pressure will continue.”

Just The News: “Senate Democrats blocked a funding vote for the Department of Homeland Security Friday, which would have provided the department with funding for the rest of the year and comes as wait times for airports soar amid a shortage of TSA workers.
Senate Democrats voted against the funding for the fifth time, which makes the current partial government shutdown tied for the second-longest shutdown in history at 35 days. The vote to invoke cloture on the funding bill failed in a 47-37 split.
Senate Majority Leader John Thune urged Democrats to make a deal that approves funding for the department without major concessions on Immigration and Customs Enforcement reforms, according to Fox News.
“The question is,” Thune said, “[Are] any number of Democrats going to be willing to actually make a deal and have enough respect for the appropriations process and for the job that we have here to keep the government functioning, to step up and do what may be a hard thing, even though their base is, you know, screaming at them to do something else.”

This is just too weird! 91 now!!! But thankfully, I haven’t had to turn the a/c on yet. I pulled the blinds down on the patio doors and left one door open only a foot or so, with the fan blowing inside from the patio. So it’s still not bad inside @ 82.

“VERY interesting 👀 Trump once again calls out NATO for not willing to help with the Strait of Hormuz. Then Trump calls on Japan and CHINA to help out, since they are the ones who use it most.
If Trump can get China to help, that would be COLOSSAL! The optics would be perfect. If China helps, that would solidify that this operation with Iran had global support, even from our perceived geopolitical adversaries, like China. It would confirm that the Iranian regime was a threat to the world, and Trump was right to destroy them.
It also opens the door to normalized relations with China, and proves that NATO are not actually the allies they pretend to be. It adds validity to my hypothesis that we are witnessing a shift in the global order and alliances. If China helps the US and NATO doesn’t, the entire geopolitical landscape will be turned on its head.
I think this operation in Iran is about much more than just destroying the savage Iranian regime. I think we are witnessing something much bigger. I think we are witnessing a shift in the global power structure.”
