United States Attorney Lesley Woods said, “Many millions of dollars were drained from ATMs across the United States as a result of this conspiracy and that money is alleged to have gone to Tren de Aragua leaders to fund their terroristic activities and purposes. A tirelessly dedicated team of Nebraska law enforcement agents and officers banded together to identify this vast international criminal network and to follow the money trail of this devastating financial crime back to its terroristic roots in Venezuela. The agents, analysts, detectives, and officers who came together on this case were able to expose this conspiracy from its lowest levels to the alleged mastermind behind the malware that was deployed against American ATMs all across the nation. The members of Nebraska law enforcement who selflessly dedicated themselves to this mission have not only made Nebraska safer from a designated terrorist organization by removing dozens of TdA members from Nebraska but have also dealt a blow to an organization with international reach and impact. Just The News: “Rhode Island officials onThursday night confirmed that the suspect in the deadly shooting at Brown University over the weekend and the shooting of a MIT professor on Monday was found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Two students were killed, and nine others were injured in the Saturday shooting at the Ivy League school. No motive for either shooting has been identified so far.
The discovery occurred as law enforcement officers were preparing to enter a storage unit they believed belonged to the Brown University shooting suspect in Salem, New Hampshire.
Providence Police Chief Oscar Perez told reporters during a press briefing Thursday night that the suspect was a Portuguese national named Claudio Manuel Nueves Valente, who was also a 48-year-old student at Brown. His last known address was in Miami, Florida. Federal officials also told reporters that the shooter is believed to be the same person who fatally shot an MIT professor, Nuno Loureiro. Investigators were looking into a possible link earlier Thursday.
Leah Foley, the U.S. attorney in Massachusetts, said they believe the suspect attended the same academic program in Portugal as Loureiro. The suspect was additionally discovered with two guns and there was evidence in his car that appeared to confirm he was the Brown University shooter, according to Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha.
“He was found dead, with a satchel, with two firearms and evidence in the car that matches exactly what we see at the scene here in Providence,” Neronha said. The attorney general said an individual came to Providence police with information on the case that blew it “wide open.”
“That person led us to the car, which led us to the name, which led us to the photographs of that individual renting the car, which matched the clothing of our shooter here in Providence that matched the satchel that we see here in Providence,” he said.”
Fulton County, GA admits (at least) 315,000 votes in 2020 election should not have been counted.
FTA
Earlier this month, Fulton County admitted that approximately 315,000 early votes from the 2020 election were illegally certified but were nonetheless still included in the final results of that election.
The admission came during a Dec. 9 hearing before the Georgia State Election Board (SEB) stemming from a challenge filed by David Cross, a local election integrity activist. Cross filed a challenge with the SEB in March 2022. Cross alleged that Fulton County violated Georgia statute in the handling of advanced voting ahead of the November 2020 election, counting hundreds of thousands of votes even though polling workers failed to sign off on the vote tabulation “tapes” critical to the certification process.
And Fulton County admitted to it.
Ann Brumbaugh, attorney for the Fulton County Board of Registration and Elections, told the SEB in the hearing that while she has “not seen the tapes” herself, the county does “not dispute that the tapes were not signed.” Brumbaugh continued, “It was a violation of the rule. We, since 2020, again, we have new leadership and a new building and a new board and a new standard operating procedures. And since then the training has been enhanced. … But … we don’t dispute the allegation from the 2020 election.”
Georgia’s Secretary of State Office investigated the alleged failure to sign tabluation tapes and “substantiated” the findings that Fulton County “violated Official Election Record Document Processes when it was discovered that thirty-six (36) out of thirty-seven (37) Advanced Voting Precincts in Fulton County, Georgia failed to sign the Tabulation Tapes as required [by statute],” according to a 2024 investigation summary. In addition to probing the unsigned tabulation tapes, the investigation also found that officials at 32 polling sites failed to verify their zero tapes.
Georgia law requires that election officials have each ballot scanner print three closing tapes at the end of each voting day. Poll workers must sign these tapes or include a documented reason for refusal. Voting laws also require poll workers to begin each day of voting by printing and signing a “zero tape” showing that voting machines are starting at zero votes.
If there is no record of whether the tabulator was set at zero at the start of polling, there is no way of telling whether ballots from a previous election (or ballots from a test run) were left on the memory card and might later be counted. Notably, this happened in Montana, where officials discovered more votes than were cast and believe the votes were leftover sample data that had not been cleared.
“These signed tapes are the sole legal certification that the reported totals are authentic,” Cross told the SEB at the Dec. 9 hearing. “Fulton County produced zero signed tabulator tapes in early voting.”
Cross stated that he obtained 77 megabytes of election records from Fulton County through an open records request that cost $15,800. According to Cross, these included 134 tabulator tapes, representing 315,000 votes. Each signature block on these tapes was blank, Cross said.
Cross also highlighted additional irregularities, such as polling locations being open at “impossibly late hours, like 2:09 a.m.” Cross also said that he found “duplicated scanner serial numbers, where the memory devices were removed from one scanner and printed on an alternate scanner.”
“These are not clerical errors. They are catastrophic breaks in chain of custody and certification,” Cross said.
“Because no tape was ever legally certified, Fulton County had no lawful authority to certify its advanced voting results to the secretary of state. Yet it did,” Cross said. “And Secretary Raffensperger accepted and folded those uncertified numbers into Georgia’s official total without questioning them. This is not partisan. This is statutory. This is the law. When the law demands three signatures on tabulator tapes and the county fails to follow the rules, those 315,000 votes are, by definition, uncertified.”
Kevin Moncla, an election integrity activist who has been at the forefront of these challenges, estimates the number is likely higher than 315,000.
Just The News: “The Department of Health and Human Services on Thursday announced a series of proposed regulations to block hospitals from performing myriad gender-related treatments on children.
The regulations would block surgeries, puberty blockers, and hormone treatments, which the department said “cause irreversible damage, including infertility, impaired sexual function, diminished bone density, altered brain development, and other irreversible physiological effects.”
“Under my leadership, and answering President Trump’s call to action, the federal government will do everything in its power to stop unsafe, irreversible practices that put our children at risk,” HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said.
Earlier in his term, President Donald Trump signed an executive order directing HHS to move to end the practice, which has come under considerable scrutiny in recent years and has become the subject of statewide bans across the nation.”
“There are times when it seems like there are only dark clouds ahead. It’s hard to imagine the sun shining through again. This last week was like that, as we sought solace in the wake of a campaign of terror that killed dozens around the world.
Two students were shot to death at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, for as of yet unknown causes, and their killer is still on the loose as of publication. At Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, fifteen people were slaughtered by a demonically deranged father and son duo determined to salve Muslim grievances by killing Jews. Another terror attack in Syria took the lives of three brave Americans, two soldiers and a translator. We owe thanks to God and the good people at the FBI, who reportedly thwarted another terror plot targeting Californians.
It’s in these times of crisis and upheaval that men and women rise to face the challenges of their families, communities, and nations. History shows us great leaders and how their calm, clarity, and decisiveness inspire and motivate their nations.
Winston Churchill, for instance, regularly addressed the British people during the hardest days of WWII, like the massive effort to evacuate troops from Dunkirk, and the eight-month-long bombing of London, known as the Blitz.
Recent news reports out of Australia, however, show us counterexamples of men and women incapable of guiding their nations through the storm. While many police stepped up to protect the innocents under fire at Bondi Beach, some indeed were wounded by the gunmen, others hid even as children were gunned down.
The Australian Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese, courted favors from the global left by recognizing a Palestinian state, thereby rewarding a terror enclave that inspired the two monsters who murdered his constituents.
The point is this: sometimes the men and women elected to exercise authority on our behalf prove their worthiness to lead. And sometimes they simply show they are cowards. As Americans, it’s up to us to step forward and take responsibility to lead. That means each and every American, for we were born for times like this. Leadership is our legacy, handed down to us by generations of fearless patriots who answered the call for courage and led from the front. And we, too, are going to answer the bell.
As Christmas approaches, we find warmth in the closeness of our family, friends, and neighbors. That’s our most intimate community. But step back and look closely to consider what each of them, and all of us together represent: a people that has waged wars to fight tyranny at home and abroad.
We’ll win because America is made of, by, and for winners. Those who do harm to us and our friends abroad are indeed dark clouds, but passing, bad weather, but temporary. What remains fixed is our righteous faith in God, our communities, our country, and the justness of our cause. Stand tall, be the leader America needs you to be.”
Just The News: “North Carolina Highway Patrol said Thursday that it believes former NASCAR driver Greg Biffle and his family were killed in a plane crash at Statesville Regional Airport. The plane crash occurred while landing at the city-owned airport at 10:20 a.m. ET Thursday, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. The cause of the crash was not immediately clear, but the FAA and National Transportation Safety Board are investigating the incident.
North Carolina Highway Patrol’s Chris Knox said authorities believe the former NASCAR driver and his family were on the plane because people identified him boarding the plane. He is believed to have been traveling with his wife and two children. “That is the initial belief, that Mr. Greg Biffle from visual people identifying him entering the plane along with immediate family memberships,” Knox said, according to NBC News. “We will be awaiting those medical examiner notifications.”
Biffle is considered one of NASCAR’s 75 Greatest Drivers of all time, starting in 515 NASCAR Cup Series races throughout his career, and has won 19 Cup Series races.
North Carolina GOP Rep. Richard Hudson, a friend of Biffle’s, confirmed the driver’s passing in a post on social media. “I am devastated by the loss of Greg, Cristina, and their children, and my heart is with all who loved them,” Hudson posted on X. “They were friends who lived their lives focused on helping others. Greg was a great NASCAR champion who thrilled millions of fans. But he was an extraordinary person as well, and will be remembered for his service to others as much as for his fearlessness on the track.”
The Statesville airport is closed until further notice, the airport director told reporters, and the FAA is taking over the crash scene.”
Just The News: “Texans continue to lead anti-Sharia law initiatives, including launching a new caucus in the U.S. House and filing legislation to remove the tax-exempt status of organizations that fund terrorism.
U.S. Reps. Chip Roy and Keith Self, both Texas Republicans, on Thursday launched a new Sharia-Free America Caucus in the U.S. House of Representatives. They said doing so was necessary to “counter the alarming rise of Sharia Law in the United States. Sharia is a dominating force that is not compatible with the U.S. Constitution.”
“America is facing a threat that directly attacks our Constitution and our Western values: the spread of Sharia law,” Roy, who is running for attorney general in Texas, said. “From Texas to every state in this constitutional republic, instances of Sharia adherents masquerading as ‘refugees’ – and in many cases, sleeper cells connected to terrorist organizations – are threatening the American way of life.”
He also argues that “those who succumb to this political ideology seek to replace our legal system and Constitution,” saying that under Sharia law, “there is no freedom of speech, religion, or women’s rights.”
Self said, “The American way of life is under siege by radicals from a culture waging war against our Constitution and Western values. We’ve seen what happens when nations allow this infiltration: countries like France and England are on the verge of losing their identity and sovereignty. The same forces are at play here in America today, and if we don’t stop them, they will conquer our country too.”
This is the latest Sharia-related action Roy and Self have taken after filing the Preserving a Sharia-Free America Act in October. The two-page bill would direct the U.S. attorney general and secretaries of the departments of Homeland Security and State to prevent foreign nationals who observe Sharia from entering the U.S. or from remaining in the country.
Any foreign national who provides false statements about their adherence to Sharia Law would have their immigration benefits, visa or admittance to the country revoked and be considered inadmissible or deportable and removed from the U.S., according to the bill language, The Center Square reported.
U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, also refiled a bill he’s filed multiple times over the past 10 years to amend the Anti-Terrorism Act of 1987 to ban all Muslim Brotherhood members from the U.S., The Center Square reported.
Last month, Gov. Greg Abbott issued three directives targeting Islamic groups, first designating the Muslim Brotherhood and the Council on Islamic American Relations (CAIR) as foreign terrorist organizations. CAIR and the Muslim Legal Fund of America sued Abbott, arguing his directives are unconstitutional and blamed Israel for his actions, The Center Square reported. CAIR also maintains it is not a terrorist organization and doesn’t fund terrorism.
Abbott also directed Texas Department of Public Safety to launch criminal investigations into the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR and directed law enforcement officers to investigate an Islamic Tribunal operating in north Texas that claims to make judicial rulings. The tribunal operates in Self’s district.
One week after Abbott’s FTO designation, President Donald Trump issued an executive order designating the Muslim Brotherhood as an FTO.
Earlier this month, Abbott requested the Treasury Department to investigate CAIR for its alleged terrorist ties and suspend its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit status, The Center Square reported. He cited a federal court ruling, stating, “there is ‘ample evidence to establish’ that CAIR is associated ‘with Hamas,” in the Holy Land Foundation case, one of the largest terrorism financing cases in U.S. history.
Federal law prohibits FTOs from receiving tax-exempt status; domestic organizations created by known FTOs should not have tax-exempt status, Abbott argues.
On Thursday, U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, introduced legislation to allow the Treasury Department to terminate the tax-exempt status of groups that provide material support to terrorism, which he argues includes CAIR. Material support includes finances, services or training, he says.
“I’m introducing legislation to strip CAIR of its tax-exempt status because no organization who bankrolls terrorists should get a tax break, period,” Cornyn said. “CAIR is a radical group of terrorist sympathizers with a long history of undermining American values and trying to unconstitutionally impose Sharia Law on Texas, which is why I stand behind Governor Abbott’s decision to designate it as a foreign terrorist organization.”
He also called on Trump to designate CAIR as an FTO “at the federal level to ensure this breeding ground for anti-American hate is starved of funding and forced to close its doors once and for all.”
Under the current U.S. tax code, an entity’s tax-exempt status is suspended if it’s designated as an FTO by the State Department. Cornyn’s bill would extend the current prohibition to organizations designated as FTOs in the last three years. It also establishes procedures for the IRS to notify such organizations, for them to be able to refute the designation, and for designations to be rescinded through administrative and judicial review.”
Just The News: “Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy’s daughter Evita Duffy-Alfonso on Thursday lashed out at the Transportation Security Administration for a long airport wait time while she was patted down by an officer, and called for the TSA to be abolished.
Duffy-Alfonso, an independent journalist, claimed she got to the airport 70 minutes before her flight was scheduled to depart, and was forced to wait 15 minutes for a pat-down because of her pregnancy. She also claimed officers were passive-aggressive and rude over her refusal to use the regular scanner.
“The agents were passive-aggressive, rude, and tried to pressure me and another pregnant woman into just walking through the scanner because it’s ‘safe,'” she posted in a rant on X. “After finally getting the absurdly invasive pat-down, I barely made my flight. All this for an unconstitutional agency that isn’t even good at its job.”
She also blasted the CLEAR program that allows passengers to bypass long waits at security lines by providing biometric data to prove their identity instead.
“Is this freedom?” she questioned. “Travel, brought to you by George Orwell—and the privilege of convenience based solely on your willingness to surrender biometric data and submit to radiation exposure? The ‘golden age of transportation’ cannot begin until the TSA is gone.”
Duffy-Alfonso additionally asked Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem and President Donald Trump to abolish the agency, alleging that it violated the Fourth Amendment that protected Americans from warrantless searches of people and their property.
Most airlines recommend passengers arrive at the airport for domestic flights two hours before their scheduled departure. For international flights, airlines recommend getting to airports three hours early.”

Eric Daugherty @EricLDaugh 🚨 BREAKING: Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirms he is ENDING the NGO foreign aid industrial complex 🔥
“Foreign aid should be used for the purpose of furthering the national interest. That doesn’t mean we don’t care about human rights. That doesn’t mean we don’t care about starvation. That doesn’t mean we don’t care about hunger. That doesn’t mean we don’t care about humanitarian need.”
“What it does mean, however, is that even foreign aid, which is NOT charity – it is an act of the US taxpayer.”
“The United States’ and the taxpayer money should be spent in furtherance of OUR foreign policy, should be spent in places and on things that further OUR foreign policy. And even that is not unlimited.”
“We have a limited amount of money that we can dedicate to foreign aid and humanitarian assistance. And that has to be applied in a way that furthers our national interest. And that’s what we have sought to do as well.”

well it WAS 40*…temps fell rapidly. then the sleet balls dropped and the winds were gusting tremendously. then the internet went ut…and then it all stopped and the internet came back on.
“As much as all of us have been begging for justice, we all must recognize that things like this cannot be done rapidly. It must be methodical and controlled.
Trump has slowly and quietly deployed the NG to cities nationwide with rapid response units on standby in every state. Most Americans have no idea any of this is going on, because it happened slowly over the course of 12 months. Now Trump has the standing deterrent in place to deal will nationwide public backlash, and he did so without causing widespread panic.
Now imagine the alternative. What if the first week Trump was back in office, he immediately invoked the Insurrection Act, rolled military vehicles and troops into every Democrat city, fresh off of the very emotional and toxic 2024 election cycle. The Dems/MSM would feed off of that and cause mass panic, especially because the entire election cycle they told the masses that Trump was literally Hitler and was going to become a military dictator. It would have been chaos with the public so emotionally/psychologically charged.
Trump had to handle this situation very delicately as a matter of NATSEC. If this operation were to be rushed, it could be catastrophic, especially with our border insecure and our nation infiltrated with cartel gang members and Islamic terrorist organizations. The border had to be secured and these sleeper cell networks must be destroyed to safeguard the public for when the time comes.
In addition, over the course of the last 12 months, Trump’s approval has been surging to an all-time high, and Democrats approval has plummeted to an all-time low. The public have been witnessing Trump end wars around the globe and secure massive trade deals for our nation. Trump has been building trust with the public, while the Dems/MSM have been caught in lie after lie, scandal after scandal.
Trump has been slowly putting all his pieces into place while shifting public perception, and when the time comes to strike, the public will (mostly) be psychologically willing to accept it, substantial threats to public safety will already be neutralized, and the NG/US MIL will be on standby nationwide, ready to quell any public backlash.
Something of this magnitude must be handled with military precision. The strike must be clean and swift.”

For international flights, airlines recommend getting to airports three hours early.”

i dunno. pregnant women should not get radiation screening. and they are known to be testy in the last trimester (how far along is she?)
and from everything i’ve ever read about the TSA–they can be rude and handsy.

🚨🇪🇺 WATCH: EUROPEAN FARMERS REVOLT AGAINST UNELECTED EU BUREAUCRATS
Farmers across Europe are taking the fight directly to the corrupt, unelected institutions of the European Union.
🔴 Billions found for Covid contracts and weapons for Ukraine
🔴 Farmers told they must be taxed, regulated and crushed
🔴 Food producers treated as expendable by Brussels elites
🔴 Rural livelihoods sacrificed for ideological targets
🔴 Control of land and production shifting away from citizens
This is not about the environment – it is about power, control and land.
Globalist bureaucrats do not want independent farmers – they want dependency.

🚨 BREAKING: Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirms he is ENDING the NGO foreign aid industrial complex 🔥
AMAZING! Greatest Secretary of State in history! 🇺🇸🇺🇸

“The Strike Must Be Clean and Swift”
Clandestine, Dec 19, 2025
