Filly posted a meme about a rock last month…similar to the meme below…

…which inspired me! I always thought it would be a hoot to place small, painted rocks in the stream that crosses the driveway. Heavier rains will eventually push those rocks downstream and eventually into a river. From there? who knows? Here are some rock inspirations.

Morning All!
still very dark outside and chilly.
we only saw one hummer (at a time) yesterday so it’s difficult to know if there’s more or only that one.

🧵🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: State Department & UN ties to Armed Queers SLC leader now confirmed 🚨🚨
First, credit to @SKDoubleDub33 for the crucial tip, PLEASE follow, they’ll be doing a podcast on this soon.
Here’s what you need to know:
🔻 Armed Queers SLC is under investigation for possible foreknowledge of Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
🔻 Their leader, Ermiya Fanaeian, was recognized by a State Dept–affiliated NGO, Utah Global Diplomacy, as a recipient of the “7 for 17” Award for advancing the UN’s 17 Goals
🔻 Utah Global Diplomacy has since scrubbed Fanaeian’s presence from their website. Unknown when this purge happened. The receipts remain.
Patience as I pull this thread together.Image
@SKDoubleDub33 This is what pops up when you search for her name in connection to Utah Global Diplomacy. All scrubbed. Image
Image
Image
@SKDoubleDub33 And, yes, she was an organizer with Armed Queers SLC. Image
Image
@SKDoubleDub33 Per the 990 form with Utah Global Diplomacy (EIN 876128308), the nonprofit is a partner with the US State Department to cultivate emerging leaders and diplomacy initiatives.
In other words, she was selected to “help shape U.S. Foreign relations.” Their words, not mine. Image
@SKDoubleDub33 Fanaeian was selected as Utah Global Diplomacy’s first “7 for 17” Award Winner , honoring her work to advance UN’s 17 Sustainable Goals. I’m pulling together the exact nature of the work that she did for the UN. Image
Image
@SKDoubleDub33 Utah Global Diplomacy reports receiving most of its income in government grants. Image
Image
@SKDoubleDub33 I managed to pull one of the scrubbed pages off the Internet Archive … and it recognized her work in “gender equality” (Sustainable Development Goal #5). Specifically for trans youth. Image
Let me emphasize.
SLC Armed Queers is not “adjacent” to the honor that Ermiya Fanaeian got from Utah Global Diplomacy.
Utah Global Diplomacy specifically awarded her for her work with trans people, of which SLC Armed Queers is key.
This may be why they scrubbed their pages.
@SKDoubleDub33 I find mention of Fanaeian on an UN website where she was a speaker at an affiliated event. Topic: LGBTQ+ Nonprofits. un.org/sites/un2.un.o…Image
@SKDoubleDub33 Fanaeian was honored as a “Young Diplomat of Utah.” Image
@SKDoubleDub33 I’m trying to trace the exact award (unknown if they get money from the State Department directly or if it’s granted through Utah state), but it seems that they’ve applied for awards at the Utah level. Image
@SKDoubleDub33 Their entire 7 for 17 site seems to be scrubbed. Image
@SKDoubleDub33 Very ironically, Fanaeian also appears to have co-founded the Utah chapter of March for Our Lives. @davidhogg111 if you’re serious about gun control, you. might want to kick out this person who also runs an armed, pro-gun group. Image
@SKDoubleDub33 @davidhogg111 She specifically works to arm queer and trans communities for “communal militant defense.” Image
Many others have done research on this woman, so I won’t do a full biography on her, and will close this out for now.
Thanks again to @SKDoubleDub33 for surfacing this tip.
Again: we’re talking about a woman honored by State Department–affiliated NGOs, selected as a “Young Diplomat,” and put forward as a foreign policy leader… while simultaneously running armed, ideological organizing at home.@SKDoubleDub33 @davidhogg111 None of this is to suggest that the State Department had any involvement in the assassination.
But this IS the kind of person who is picked from a young age on to staff the State Department.
@EagleEdMartin FYI.
@SKDoubleDub33 @davidhogg111 @EagleEdMartin . @HarmeetKDhillon given she is a Palestinian immigrant and an express Communist (see receipts) , can we deport her?

Just The News: “Senator John Fetterman, D-Pa., appeared on CNN with host Manu Raju to offer advice to his own party at a time when Democrats seem rudderless and self-admittedly, without a message that says something other than “Trump is bad.”
“Clearly, we’ve lost the argument and I think it’s entirely appropriate to really be honest and figure out why, exactly, have we effectively lost two of the last three cycles and a lot of the things we’ve really kind of lost our connection with American voters,” Fetterman told Raju on the Sunday episode of Inside Politics.
Fetterman spoke of his party’s tendency to make everything about President Donald Trump and called attention to the hyperbole used to describe Trump and warned, “We can’t just be, well, ‘Trump is always wrong or that we’re going to set the country on fire.’ That’s not true either of course.”
Fetterman: “Don’t ever compare people to Hitler.”
Fetterman told Raju when asked about Democrats who refer to Trump as an autocrat, he countered, “That’s the thing if you actually compare him to an actual autocrat […] Last night, for example, people were protesting ‘That’s Hitler, Hitler!’ You just don’t ever compare anyone to Hitler in those kinds of extreme things.”
Raju mentioned voters who feel Democrats don’t fight hard enough against Republicans, mainly in Congress. Fetterman proffered, “Well, what exactly is fighting? Delay more votes or just vote ‘no’ on everything or saying, ‘well if they’re doing X then that means it’s wrong’…What exactly is fighting?”
Raju predicted that shutting down the government might be what those voters would like to see, as Trump would be blamed. Fetterman said “That’s not fighting, that’s mutilating our nation. If you vote to shut our government down, you are going to harm millions of Americans.”
As the September 30 funding deadline looms, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries are pushing Democrats to risk a government shutdown by opposing any temporary spending bill that doesn’t undo Republican Medicaid changes and preserve Affordable Care Act subsidies, potentially disrupting critical government functions for political gain.
This high-stakes move could strengthen Trump’s hand to enforce budget cuts during a shutdown, as historically, Democrat-led standoffs have often misfired, allowing the executive to redirect funds and claim fiscal discipline. Moderate Democrats like Fetterman are warning of voter backlash over halted services and furloughed workers, while progressives view the shutdown as a strategic move to galvanize their base for the 2026 midterms, economic fallout for ordinary citizens be damned.
The New York City mayoral election in November sees pro-Palestine, anti-prosperity, democratic socialist Zohran Mamdani running against former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, who is now running as an independent after losing to Mamdani in the primary. Current Mayor Eric Adams, plagued by federal probes and declining popularity, chose not to run in the primary and is now campaigning as an independent. Polls have consistently shown Mamdani with a strong lead in the election.
While Mamdani has been criticized for a number of issues, including accusations of antisemitism, socialist proposals that could bankrupt the city, and support for efforts to defund law enforcement, many have predicted that he is the future of the Democratic Party. One unnamed business executive told The Financial Times: “Do I or any of my friends want him to win? The answer is no. Emphatically no. But I think there is some room to work with him. I don’t think we have another option.”
Fetterman disagrees. “I don’t believe that. New York City is not reflective of national political things. Certainly the states are going to determine who’s going to be the next president, so I don’t take any kinds of lessons from that election.”
National Guard presence not an occupation
Fetterman also gave advice modeled on Trump’s crusade to clean up America’s big and usually blue cities, run by Democrats for decades, and to make those cities safer. He referred to Washington, D.C., where the National Guard has been deployed.
Raju countered, citing cities like Chicago and Baltimore, whose Democratic mayors have rejected Trump’s efforts to reduce crime in their cities. Fetterman answered, “I live in Navy Yard [in Philadelphia], I would walk to work and see a lot of National Guard people. Honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. They were friendly. It wasn’t like they were the Russian army…it’s really not an occupied city.
“When I was the mayor, I was a small-town mayor, I asked for help. I asked for help to confront gun violence and crime. If I was the mayor and I had significant kinds of violence, I would be happy to get help… When 600 people are killed in Chicago every year, I think it’s entirely appropriate,” Fetterman said.
Raju raised the additional big-city crime issue regarding Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids, to which Fetterman stated his position: “I believe we should have a secure border and I absolutely believe you should round up the criminals and I do think you should deport those.”
One recent online poll by civiqs.com of almost 300,000 registered voters shows that although ICE’s recent raids have somewhat diminished its public support, still more than half of those polled did not approve of abolishing ICE, and of those who did, 65% identified as Democrats. The chart does not disclose a margin of error.
Adding a more moderate qualifier to the immigration issue, he told Raju, “But I don’t think it’s really helpful to raid a factory and round up all of them and deport them.”

Just The News: “Maurene Comey filed a lawsuit on Monday against Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Justice Department over being fired in July from the Southern District of New York’s prosecutor’s office.
Comey, the daughter of former FBI Director James Comey, said in the lawsuit that her employment was terminated without cause, notice, or an opportunity to contest it, and that it was “unlawful and unconstitutional,” The Hill news outlet reported.
“Defendants have not provided any explanation whatsoever for terminating Ms. Comey. In truth, there is no legitimate explanation,” according to the complaint. “Rather, Defendants fired Ms. Comey solely or substantially because her father is former FBI Director James B. Comey, or because of her perceived political affiliation and beliefs, or both.”
The lawsuit also reads: “Despite her exemplary performance, Ms. Comey was abruptly fired on July 16, 2025, the day after the U.S. Attorney’s Office had asked her to take the lead on a major public corruption case and just three months after her latest receipt of an ‘Outstanding’ review.
“Defendants did not identify any cause or provide Ms. Comey any due process for her removal. She simply received an email with an attachment stating that she was being terminated ‘[p]ursuant to Article II of the United States Constitution and the laws of the United States.’”

Just The News: “The Georgia Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ (D) bid to prosecute President Trump over the 2020 presidential election.
The court’s 4-3 decision upholds a lower court ruling disqualifying Willis over a “significant appearance of impropriety” because of her romantic relationship with a top prosecutor in the case, The Hill news outlet reported.
Willis had attempted to prosecute Trump and his allies in the state on racketeering charges for allegedly attempting to overthrow the 2020 election.
While the Georgia’s Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council could appoint a new prosecutor to take the case, that could be a months-long process, leaving the case in limbo.
Trump’s lead attorney in Georgia, Steve Sadow, said in a statement that the state’s high court had “correctly denied review.”
“Willis’ misconduct during the investigation and prosecution of President Trump was egregious and she deserved nothing less than disqualification. This proper decision should bring an end to the wrongful political, lawfare persecutions of the President,” Sadow said.
Willis’s office had not yet responded to The Hill’s request for comment.”

“Investigators dredged the Chicago River looking for a car from a cold case. They found 97.”
Not The Bee, Mister Retrops, Sep 15, 2025
ENTIRE ARTICLE: “A Chicago dive team went looking for a car in the Chicago River as part of an investigation into a 1970 cold case. The case involved the disappearance of Edward and Stephania Andrews, who were last seen leaving a downtown cocktail party in 1970 in their yellow 1969 Oldsmobile 442.
Fox 32 reported an interview with Lindsay Bussick, manager of Chaos Divers, who detailed the night they vanished.
Unfortunately, the dive team still has not located the couple’s car. However, their search did uncover 97 other cars in the river. 97! (And that was just the area between Cicero Avenue and Diversey Parkway.)What is with Chicagoans and parking their cars in the river?
I mean I’ve driven in the Windy City, and I’ll grant you that the parking options are atrocious, but I’ve never once looked at the river and said, “Hey, that looks like a decent place to leave the car.”
Anyway, it doesn’t sound like the cold case is any closer to being solved, but they did finally get that Nissan out of the water that’s been bottoming out boats for years.

Just The News: “Utah County Attorney Jeff Gray on Tuesday announced seven charges, including murder, against suspect Tyler Robinson in connection with the fatal shooting last week of conservative political activist Charlie Kirk, and said he would seek the death penalty in the trial case.
Below is the charging document:
TJR Information.pdf
In addition to the aggravated murder charge, the 22-year-old Robinson is charged with two counts of obstruction of justice, in connection with him allegedly trying to hide or destroy evidence related to the shooting Wednesday of Kirk at a rally at Utah Valley University, specifically hiding the rifle he allegedly used and destroying the clothes he allegedly wore in the shooting.
Gray said Robinson was charged with aggravated murder, a capital offense, for “intentionally or knowingly causing the death of Charlie Kirk, at great risk of death for others.” He also said the defendant is believed to have targeted Kirk “based on his political expression, knowing children were present, and would witness the homicide.”
The other charges are related to witness tampering, a third-degree felony – telling his roommate to delete incriminating texts and to stay silent when asked questions by police.
The last charge is the “commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child, a Class A misdemeanor, for committing homicide, knowing that children were present, and may have seen or heard the murder, and did so based on Charlie Kirk’s political expression,” the prosecutor said.
“Following the press conference, I am filing a notice of intent to seek the death penalty. I do not take this decision lightly, and it is a decision I have made independently, as county attorney, based solely on the available evidence, and circumstances and nature of the crime,” Gray said.
Robinson “will continued to be held without bail in the Utah County jail” because of the death penalty, he added. Robinson allegedly shot Kirk, 31-year-old founder of Turning Point USA, on Wednesday at Utah Valley University.”

“Scalpel Over Hammer”
Clandestine, Sep 16, 2025
“I think this tragedy shows why Trump has to navigate this entire swamp-draining process VERY carefully. Trump has to account for the millions of brainwashed Left-wingers who truly believe he is Hitler, and that we are all Nazis. The situation is delicate.
Scalpel over hammer
Trump has to go about doing what is necessary, while not causing widespread panic. Trump must ensure a large enough percentage of the public are aware of what is going on BEFORE he arrests the treasonous rats. Otherwise, we risk causing mass chaos and widespread civilian casualties, and potentially catastrophic scenarios.
The problem is, large portions of the public are literally brainwashed by the same people who are guilty of the treasonous conspiracy against Trump…
How do you tell hundreds of millions of people that everything they know is a lie, and the people they have been conditioned to trust are actually the most evil beings to ever walk this Earth? This must be done surgically and methodically.”

“The Shooter was Brainwashed by Left-Wing Propaganda”
Clandestine, Sep 16, 2025
“Robinson’s trans-lover handed over text exchanges, essentially proving that Robinson was brainwashed by Left-wing talking points. Robinson said he killed Kirk “because of his hatred.” Dem/MSM propaganda convinced Robinson, and others like him, that Charlie was a fascist/nazi…
This is what the Dems/MSM have done to millions of people. They have convinced their sheep that Trump and his supporters are nazis that want to commit a trans genocide, turn all women into handmaid’s tale baby factories, put all minorities in camps, Project 2025, etc.
These Democrat voters are so brainwashed, that they ACTUALLY believe all this insanity, and they have been conditioned to believe it’s okay to commit violence against us.
Robinson was brainwashed by the Democrats, and their lapdogs in the media, and now Charlie is dead because of it. Anti-Trump propaganda caused this political assassination, and the blood is on the hands of the Dems/MSM who intentionally created this environment with their lies and violent rhetoric.”

Long time reader, first time commenter. I just watched independent journalist George Webb and a former Marine sniper at “Outside the Overton” who demonstrates that Robinson could not have fired the shot based on where the bullet entered and exited Kirks body. Robinson may think he killed Kirk but he was a patsy. The shot came from behind Kirk and to his right.

Let me throw out an option here. Tyler THINKS he pulled the trigger that killed CK. But what if others got wind of the plot and decided to make SURE there was no miss. There’s still stuff that doesn’t make sense, such as warnings as far back as Aug 6 that Sept 10 was the day. And he’s saying he just decided about it a week earlier?
The FBI has a sordid history of finding loners with a grudge and encouraging/prompting/supporting them until they reach a mental point to which they decide they’ll blow up something, and the FBI “helps” them build something that won’t go off. But by now, they’ve planted it, showing intent, and the FBI is our hero for finding this guy first, when all along, they’ve been goading the person. Heck in the case of the “kidnapping” case of Whitmer, half the team were FBI informants, and it was shown that it was the informants who hatched the idea. (big black eye)
