What Shall We Make Today?

Today’s entry is a no-bake Cookie Bite recipe!

Ingredients

½ cup salted butter room temperature

½ cup brown sugar, packed

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Start by heat-treating the flour. Add the flour to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 60 seconds. Stir the flour to distribute the heat and microwave for another 60 seconds. Stir again, and let cool. This step is important to kill any bacteria in the flour and make the cookie dough safe to eat. Alternatively, you can spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, just be careful it does not become brown.

In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer or stand mixer to beat the room-temperature butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract on high speed until smooth and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).

Add the flour to the bowl and mix gently on low speed until the flour is just incorporated into the dough. The dough may be soft (not thick), but that’s okay.

Use a rubber spatula to gently fold the mini chocolate chips into the dough until evenly distributed.

Use a 1-inch cookie scoop to scoop the dough into bite-sized balls. Roll each ball in your hands to give it a smooth, round shape, then place it on a tray lined with parchment paper.

For best results, refrigerate the cookie dough bites for 30-60 minutes so they can firm up. This is optional; you can enjoy the bites right away if you prefer. Enjoy!

CDC Hit With Lawsuit Over Failure to Test Cumulative Effect of 72-Dose Childhood Vaccine Schedule

Drs. Paul Thomas and Kenneth P. Stoller and Stand for Health Freedom are suing the CDC, alleging the agency’s failure to test the cumulative effect of its vaccine recommendations for children violates federal law and children’s constitutional rights.

Two doctors who lost their medical licenses because they questioned the CDC’s vaccine recommendations for children are suing the agency for failing to test the cumulative effect of the 72-dose schedule on children’s health.

Drs. Paul Thomas and Kenneth P. Stoller and Stand for Health Freedom filed the lawsuit last week in federal court, alleging the lack of safety testing violates federal law and children’s constitutional rights.

The lawsuit names Susan Monarez, Ph.D., in her official capacity as director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Attorney Rick Jaffe, who represents the plaintiffs, said the lawsuit “goes to the heart of the CDC’s childhood immunization program — a 72-plus dose medical intervention schedule that has never been tested.”

According to the complaint, the CDC’s childhood immunization schedule “is only based on an evaluation of short-term individual vaccine risks,” as the CDC “has never studied the combined effects and the accumulating dangers of administering all of the vaccines.”

    The lawsuit states:

“The facts establish a continuing public health outrage hiding in plain sight: America administers more vaccines than any nation on earth while producing the sickest children in the developed world. Yet CDC demands proof of harm while refusing to conduct the studies that could provide it.”

According to the complaint, the CDC violated the First Amendment free speech and Fifth Amendment due process clauses of the U.S. Constitution, and the Administrative Procedure Act, under which agency actions are considered “arbitrary and capricious” if they have “failed to consider an important aspect of the problem.”

Lawsuit asks court to force CDC to study childhood vaccine schedule…

Months ago, I made my concerns known about the dangers of the broken Mental Health Diversion law. Last week, another incident proved those concerns are justified and are routinely playing out.

My detectives arrested 46-year-old Jason Hankins for a drive-by shooting that left a man brain dead, and he later died in the hospital. Hankins is no stranger to law enforcement, as he’s spent his life committing robberies, shootings, and gun crimes, dating all the way back to 1997.

When the detectives searched his car, they found a certificate showing he had “graduated” from Sacramento County’s Mental Health Diversion Program. His “graduation” date was exactly two weeks to the day before he pulled the trigger in yet another senseless shooting.

Many times, Mental Health Diversion isn’t treatment. And certainly it’s not justice. This is a system that erases criminal records, wipes away accountability, and sends violent predators right back into our neighborhoods under the false pretense of “rehabilitation.” The only reason we even uncovered this is because it was our Deputies who arrested him before, and they remembered the case. His conviction, arrest record, and booking photo, in which he was granted diversion, were all wiped clean.

Mental Health Diversion was never meant for violent career criminals. Yet they’re the ones gaming the system, and our communities are paying the price. Sacramento families deserve better than to be the test subjects of this failed experiment.

REPORT: Marco Rubio State Department Has Revoked 6,000 Student Visas Over Crime and Support for Terrorism

Way back in March of this year, Secretary of State Marco Rubio made it very clear that the United States is no longer going to allow foreign students who commit crimes or show support for terrorism to hold student visas.

In April, it was reported that the State Department had already revoked as many as 4,000 student visas based on this new criteria.

Now it is being reported that Rubio and the State Department have revoked another 6,000 student visas.

BREAKING: The Department of Homeland Security has just confirmed to me that ICE is seriously considering immigration enforcement at Truck Weigh Stations across America. This follows a criminal alien truck driver killing three Americans in Florida when he executed an illegal u-turn. Harjinder

Singh entered the country illegally and was handed a Commercial Driver’s License from California. He’s being charged with manslaughter after killing three American Citizen

DHS spokesperson tells me ICE enforcement at Truck stops and DOT Weigh Stations are “on the table.” “Secretary Noem and DHS is keeping all enforcement options on the table to keep Americans safe.

This should have never happened.” “Three innocent people were killed in Florida because Gavin Newsom’s California DMV issued an illegal alien a Commercial Driver’s License—this state of governance is asinine.

How many more innocent people have to die before Gavin Newsom stops playing games with the safety of the American public? We pray for the victims and their families.” According to trucking industry insiders, illegal aliens are rampant in the profession.

  6. President Trump has put the highest priority on saving children from the predations of sickos and leftists!

Melania Trump is very aware of the exploitation of children in the USA and world, especially Ukraine and Asia.

She is working with Queen Rania of Jordan, in particular, to stop child trafficking, child torment and murder that flows in secret around the world.  https://jordandaily.net/queen-rania-meets-incoming-first-lady-melania-trump-in-florida/

First Lady Melania is also working on behalf of foster children who need homes after they age out of foster care.

Melania has a YUGE heart for children – she’s as fierce and protective of children as a tigress.

President Trump has a true protective, strongly masculine father’s heart. He means business about stopping child and human trafficking and perverse exploitation of children.

He’s also advocate for the rights and protection of the unborn and elderly – from the womb to the tomb!

  8. Just The News: “The Justice Department on Monday announced charges for nearly 30 suspected members of the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua in Colorado, including drug-trafficking and murder-for-hire charges.

The charges stem from a nine-month investigation into crime at an apartment complex in Aurora, Colorado, which made headlines last year after the gang allegedly took over the complex. The department said 28 people faced a total of 39 charges related to the crime spree.

Other charges include firearms trafficking, using guns in drug crimes and illegal possession of firearms, Fox News reported. Five people were charged with conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire.

“The charges tell a story of people selling guns and drugs – lots of them,” U.S. Attorney for Colorado Peter McNeilly said during a press conference. “The affidavits which have been filed in this case also tell a story of a murder-for-hire plot and other crimes that the defendants were willing to commit, such as sex trafficking.”

McNeilly said the murder-for-hire charges include a group who allegedly agreed to kill two people for $15,000 and then a bonus $5,000 if they included the victims’ severed heads as proof.

“One of the people who offered to commit murders in this case bragged to the undercover officers that the people he would use to commit those murders were the very same people that we had seen committing crimes on the news in these apartment complexes in Aurora,” McNeilly said.

The months-long investigation also resulted in the discovery of 69 guns, including guns that were connected to shootings in Aurora and Denver last year. Authorities said that 24 of the 28 suspects are now in federal custody.”

  10. Just The News: “The U.S. economy is keeping its AA++ S&P Global Ratings, with the analytic firm finding President Trump’s tariffs will help soften the economic impact of his tax cuts.

The U.S. economy has had that score since 2011, when Standard and Poor’s downgraded the world’s largest economy from AAA, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday.

“Amid the rise in effective tariff rates, we expect meaningful tariff revenue to generally offset weaker fiscal outcomes that might otherwise be associated with the recent fiscal legislation, which contains both cuts and increases in tax and spending,” analysts wrote in a report.

When Trump began to rolling out his tariff-increase plan in February on U.S. trading partners, many economists predicted the U.S. economy and global financial markets would tumble.

S&P also projects the country’s fiscal deficit won’t deteriorate over the next several years, but it won’t meaningfully improve either. The firm expects net general government debt to surpass 100% of U.S. GDP over the next three years, but it believes the general government deficit will average 6% from 2025 to 2028, down from 7.5% last year.

Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent has said tariff revenues for this year could be “well in excess of 1% of GDP,” revising his previous estimate of $300 billion. The Congressional Budget Office estimates the recently passed budget law will add $3.4 trillion to the deficit over the next decade.”

“Matt Gaetz Proposes That Trump ‘Offer NATO Membership to Russia’: ‘Before You Suggest I’m Crazy…’

    Charlie Nash, Aug 19th, 2025

    (Video)

ENTIRE ARTICLE: “One America News host and former Republican congressman Matt Gaetz proposed that Russia be offered membership in NATO on Monday during a monologue about cooperation between Washington, D.C. and Moscow.

“I’ve got an idea. Offer NATO membership to Russia,” said Gaetz on The Matt Gaetz Show. “Of course, for this carrot, Trump would need to get everything he wants out of Putin regarding the end of hostilities, economic cooperation, and territorial disputes.”

He continued, “Before you suggest I’m crazy for thinking about NATO and Russia as partners, the idea has been floated by foreign policy thinkers on the right and left for some time. In 1997, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee held a hearing on NATO expansion. President Clinton’s secretary of state, Madeleine Albright, reflected on groundbreaking cooperation between NATO and Russia.”

“That fruit didn’t germinate, because instead of doubling down on cooperation with Russia, the thinking prevailed that we had to expand NATO and encircle Russia. We learned that an animal backed into a corner can lash out,” Gaetz argued. “We chose encirclement over cooperation when people were saying cooperation could be part of our forward-looking path with Russia.”

“Michal McFaul was President Obama’s ambassador to Russia. In 2006, he wrote an article entitled, ‘Why a Democratic Russia Should Join NATO.’ Again, this reinforces that NATO membership is an earned reward, not an entitlement, but why not give Russia a chance to earn it?”

The former congressman concluded, “NATO membership for Russia isn’t coming tomorrow, but to make peace, everyone needs to give up something and get something. Everyone needs to feel safer in peace than at war. Making war is easy, all you have to do is attack. Making peace is hard, but at least the Trump administration is making progress. We believe that progress could and ultimately should lead to NATO expansion to Russia if everyone behaves.”

ENTIRE ARTICLE: “Emergency responders in Connecticut were called to a playground for an unusual rescue when a 40-year-old man became wedged inside the middle portion of a tube slide.

The Town of Vernon Fire Department said on social media that crews responded alongside Vernon EMS and the Vernon Police Department just after 4:30 p.m. Saturday for “a confined space rescue of a 40 year old adult male stuck in a tube slide on the playground.”

The man was said to be “wedged feet and head first” in the middle portion of the slide at Northeast Elementary School. Photos from the scene show the man had somehow ended up sideways, with his body folded at the waist.

The rescuers set up ventilation equipment to keep the man cool amid the high temperatures inside the slide. Firefighters removed a section of slide to reach where the man was stuck. “The patient was freed within 30 minutes and was evaluated on scene by EMS. The patient refused treatment and transport to a local emergency room,” the fire department said.”

  14. Just The News: “Hamas accepted a ceasefire deal on Monday in its war with Israel, according to a report. Qatari and Egyptian mediators presented the updated proposal, which a diplomatic source told Axios was “98% similar” to the last U.S.-backed proposal. Israel had agreed to the proposal supported by the U.S., but Hamas had not.

Israeli officials said that they haven’t received the written Hamas response, and thus cannot say whether it is acceptable.

Another source told the news outlet that the proposal accepted by Hamas is a partial deal for a 60-day ceasefire, the release of 10 live hostages, 18 deceased hostages, and the release of Palestinian prisoners.

Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al-Thani traveled to Egypt on Monday to meet with Hamas negotiators, after talks on Sunday didn’t result in enough progress, according to an Axios source. Hamas chief negotiator Khalil al-Haya gave the Qatari prime minister the terrorist group’s updated response to the new deal proposal during the meeting.

“The goal was to hold direct discussions with Hamas and the other Palestinian factions and to push the talks forward,” the diplomatic source said.

The news followed President Trump posting on Truth Social on Monday that Hamas had to be destroyed for the hostages to be returned to Israel. “We will only see the return of the remaining hostages when Hamas is confronted and destroyed!!! The sooner this takes place, the better the chances of success will be,” Trump wrote.

“Remember, I was the one who negotiated and got hundreds of hostages freed and released into Israel (and America!). I was the one who ended 6 wars, in just 6 months. Veterans Affairs’ Numbers Humiliate the Military: Mandates Weren’t About Health or Readiness, They Were About Control, Says Whistleblower

While there is a growing wave in skepticism towards all vaccines within the Department of Defense after the illegal enforcement of the COVID-19 shot, a whistleblower has come forward to present information indicating that employees within Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) have previously expressed similar doubts, especially regarding the flu vaccine.

The recent news stories of a Marine Corps officer, Air Force Major Brennan Schilperoort (whose pay has been restored), Army Sergeant Dan McGriff, (a pseudonym), and  Air National Guard Technical Sergeant Tony Oslin reveal the Department of Defense’s current disdain for service members seeking religious accommodation or medical exemption for the flu shot.

Has VA been more forgiving with its employees, given that they are more frequently in contact with the elderly compared to the typical service member?

The Gateway Pundit spoke to whistleblower Sonny Fleeman…

When Fleeman submitted a FOIA request to the Department of Veterans Affairs in February 2025, the agency was still requiring COVID-19 and flu shots for its healthcare employees.

“I wanted to see how many of those on the inside—the doctors, nurses, and staff who actually live with the consequences—were requesting exemptions,” he explained. “That number would reflect the real sentiment of healthcare workers rather than a tightly controlled narrative being sold to the public,” he suspected.

“To sharpen the comparison,” Fleeman also asked about flu shot exemptions, and “the results were shocking.” In 2024, close to 100,000 VA healthcare workers—approximately 25 percent of its total staff—were granted exemptions from the flu shot mandate for medical or religious reasons.

“That’s one in four employees across the largest healthcare system in the United States, and possibly the world, yet the VA still functioned,” he pointed out. For him, “The data shatters the military’s claim that mandates were ‘operationally necessary.’”

…“If the VA can serve millions of vulnerable veterans with a quarter of its workforce exempt,” Fleeman argued, “the military had—and still has—no justification for ending careers under the same pretext,” Fleeman told The Gateway Pundit.

According to him, “The argument of necessity was never about readiness; it was about control.”

For him, the underlying problem is this: Mandates do more than seek to ensure compliance. He argued, “They also manufacture the appearance of demand, [and] by coercing uptake and silencing dissent, they create the illusion that the ‘science’ is settled and universally accepted.” However, he said the science itself is “often propped up by pharmaceutical incentives, to include research funding, lobbying, and career pressure that overwhelmingly tilt the scales in one direction.”

VA statistics reveal what the public health authorities would prefer to conceal, and that is, “dissent among frontline professionals is real, widespread, and significant,” Fleeman offered. “If so many inside the system are resisting, then the official narrative of unanimous acceptance collapses.”

  16. “Changing Names Won’t Fix MSNBC’s Reputation As A Left-Wing Propaganda Machine”

The Federalist, By: Shawn Fleetwood, August 18, 2025

    MSNBC on the tv.

ENTIRE ARTICLE: “MSNBC may be undergoing a major rebranding, but its role as a left-wing propaganda operation is here to stay. On Monday, the network announced that it will be transitioning to “My Source News Opinion World,” or “MS NOW” later this year. The name change comes as part of the outlet’s move to Versant, a new media company separate from NBCUniversal and NBC News that is expected to include the Golf Channel, CNBC, GolfNow, and SportsEngine.

These changes demonstrate our focus on “building our individual identity and vision for the future while laying a foundation for the continued growth and success of our businesses,” Versant CEO Mark Lazarus reportedly wrote in memo to network staff.

While it may be getting a new name and paint job (that are already receiving mockery online), the outlet seemingly has no plans to abandon its role as a mouthpiece for the Democrat Party. MSNBC President Rebecca Kutler all but confirmed as much in an internal memo obtained by NBC News, in which she wrote, “While our name will be changing, who we are and what we do will not.”

“Our commitment to our work and our audiences will not waiver from what the brand promise has been for three decades,” Kutler wrote. The network additionally confirmed in its announcement that the “same familiar and trusted hosts and journalists who make sense of what is happening in Washington, across the country, and around the world will still be here.”

In other words, MS NOW will be no different than its soon-to-be predecessor when it comes to spewing endless amounts of propaganda on behalf of the outlet’s Democrat allies. This is hardly a shock, especially when considering the doozies the network and its “talent” have put out over the years. This past spring, for example, MSNBC took part in a media-wide campaign fomenting fears that President Trump’s tariffs would immediately “turbocharg[e]” inflation and destroy the economy. Like many of their ill-fated predictions, they turned out to be wrong.

Not long before that, NBCUniversal (MSNBC’s current parent company) was forced to settle a $30 million defamation lawsuit involving MSNBC’s “familiar and trusted” personnel. As The Federalist’s Brianna Lyman reported, several of the network’s hosts (namely, Rachel Maddow, Chris Hayes, and Nicolle Wallace) “falsely accused a Georgia doctor of unnecessarily — and without authorization — performing hysterectomies on illegal immigrants in an ICE facility.”

And who could forget MSNBC’s role in covering up Joe Biden’s decline while in office; giving softball interviews to Kamala Harris and her hubby ahead of the 2024 election; downplaying economic hardship and the border crisis under Biden; pushing the “bloodbath” and Russia collusion hoaxes; and the many other examples of the network’s devotion to left-wing ideology over objective journalism?

MSNBC can attempt to rebrand all it wants. But the fact remains that until the network learns how to be an actual news operation, many Americans will continue to see it as the Democrat propaganda machine that it is.”

Although the company intended to revitalize the brand and compete more effectively with Pepsi, the reformulation of the classic soda’s flavor was met with immense consumer backlash.

Will the renaming/rebranding of MSNOW help or hurt them? Honestly, they don’t have far to fall, and the social media backlash has been pretty robust and kinda fun to watch. I guess this is one of them ‘stay tuned’ moments, but you really don’t have to stay tuned to THAT channel. Watch and see…”

Microsoft has a 20-year power purchase agreement with Constellation Energy, the owner of the plant, to provide clean energy to its data centers. Three Mile Island’s Unit 1 is being restarted, not to power Microsoft’s AI infrastructure directly, but to contribute to the overall electricity supply.

The Three Mile Island nuclear plant, specifically Unit 1, is being restarted. Microsoft’s data centers, which are crucial for its AI infrastructure, require significant amounts of energy. While the power from Three Mile Island will contribute to the electricity supply that feeds Microsoft’s data centers, it’s not a direct, dedicated line.

This move is part of Microsoft’s efforts to meet its ambitious climate goals, which have been challenged by the increasing energy demands of AI development.

Don’tcha just love the fact that these green energy jerkoffs have now re-branded nuclear as a ‘safe and clean power source’ after shit-canning it for so many years? Duplicitous fuckwads is what they all are.”

      2. Huh….I guess I didn’t do a separate open/document about Flower Aviation…..at least, I couldn’t find it on my computer. I may have talked about it in a comment or written it directly on WP instead of a document on my computer.

  22. OK,,,,the story behind meeting Lee Majors….since my hubby at the time was one of the Managers of Flower Aviation and I was a line hostess there, any time planes stopped for fuel late at night, we were the ones to go to the airport. We lived less than a mile away in a mobile home that was paid for by the company.

When the flight came in, I took my usual bundle of daisy’s out to greet whoever got off the plane, wearing the traditional butt-cheek length tunic, fur-topped boots, a rabbit fur jacket and rabbit fur ear muffs – it was the middle of winter. One of the producers from Six Million $ Man came off the plane and I said my usual “Welcome to Flower Aviation” and gave him a daisy. He said, “Come with me – there’s someone on the plane who has got to see this!” I followed him up the stairs and approached a man lying on one of the sofas, with his back to the aisle. The producer shook his shoulder and said, “Lee! Wake up! You’ve got to see this!” He rolled over, with his eyes about knee level and slowly looked up to my face, then promptly got up. That was when I realized who it was, altho I recognized the producer. It just didn’t dawn on me immediately.

He walked down the stairway with me and put his arm around my shoulder. Man, he reeked of alcohol! IDR exactly what he said to me, something along the lines of “what are you doing out here, at this time of night.” I answered something probably really stupid about serving the people on the plane – I don’t really remember now. Farrah stalked off to our terminal to use the office bathroom, pretty hung over, I guess.

I kicked myself for days…..dang it, I could have stolen a kiss from Lee Majors!!! ROFL

  23. Just The News: “The Justice Department has opened an investigation into whether the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department manipulated crime data to make crime rates appear lower in the district than they actually were, according to news reports Tuesday.

The investigation comes after the MPD settled a retaliation lawsuit from a whistleblower several weeks ago, who alleged the crime statistics were manipulated.

President Donald Trump, who federalized the MPD last week, has accused the city of providing false crime statistics to improve its image and to give a “false illusion of safety.”

The investigation is being run through U.S. Attorney for D.C., Jeanine Pirro’s office, two senior law enforcement officials told NBC News on Tuesday. The Washington Post was the first outlet to report the investigation.

The investigation comes after police commander Michael Pulliam was placed on administrative leave in May while under investigation for manipulation of crime data, law enforcement sources told local news outlet NBC 4 Washington.

  24. Just The News: “Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard on Tuesday announced that she directed her office to revoke the security clearances of 37 former and current intelligence officials over the Russiagate scandal.

Just The News has broken several stories recently about Russiagate, which found that high-ranking government officials during the Obama administration tried to damage Trump during and after his 2016 presidential campaign by promoting false conspiracies, to the benefit of former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton.

Gabbard claimed the 37 officials, including a former top aide to former President Barack Obama’s DNI James Clapper, abused public trust with their participation in the scandal, per the New York Post.

“Being entrusted with a security clearance is a privilege, not a right,” Gabbard said in a post on X. “Those in the Intelligence Community who betray their oath to the Constitution and put their own interests ahead of the interests of the American people have broken the sacred trust they promised to uphold. In doing so, they undermine our national security, the safety and security of the American people and the foundational principles of our democratic republic.”

Gabbard said her order comes at the request of President Donald Trump, and targets people who abused public trust by allegedly politicizing and manipulating the intelligence, leaking classified intelligence, and violating the department’s standards.

“Our Intelligence Community must be committed to upholding the values and principles enshrined in the US Constitution and maintain a laser-like focus on our mission of ensuring the safety, security and freedom of the American people,” Gabbard said.

The full list of people impacted by the order can be viewed here.”
