    1. Good morning, Pat! Oh, my! I never see that kind of insanity in the WM in Norfolk, thankfully! Ha! The Werthers – reminds me of my BF’s! LOL – seriously, lady! Order it by the case, like I do!

Temps have now reverted to “normal” – only 40 this morning with thunderstorms overnight and continuing today. I took these pics last evening @ about 7:30 my time – I do love this camera: quick snaps w/no adjustments. Saw some really crazy big lightning bolts straight down a little later but the sound wasn’t reaching me, thankfully. Just a rumble of thunder in the distance.

        1. We don’t have a large college nearby and it’s a very conservative area. I looked outside when I heard a rumble of thunder in the distance. As soon as I saw the storm moving in, I rushed out and snapped a couple of pics.

BREAKING: DOGE & DHS launch nationwide voter roll review.

In Georgia, only 475 names removed last year—yet 600K+ new registrations added. Now backed by Trump’s new EO, DOGE will flag ineligible, duplicate & non-citizen entries using federal databases.

Lawsuits are already being filed to stop it. The fight for election integrity is just getting started.

        1. It’s supposedly a courtesy thing for the upper muckety-mucks; also, they usually go to work for a government contractor where they will need the clearance.

          Liked by 1 person

            1. Well, it’s similar to my situation when I was working as a temp after leaving the Army. I transferred my clearance to the temp agency, which then “held” my clearance, and it followed me to the various companies where I worked. Had I been caught in a security infraction, the agency would be responsible, NOT the company where I was working temporarily. When you have received a clearance via a specific company, you then transfer that clearance to the new company if the position requires a clearance. You have a specified time period in which you can transfer your clearance….not sure exactly how long it remains active. It depends on the level of clearance, most likely. I never had higher than Secret.

Finally, enjoy yesterday’s headline from Fierce Healthcare: “CDC, DOGE claw back $11 billion in COVID-19 grants nationwide as agency roots out ‘censorship’ contracts.

It’s so much better than that. The article reported that a new directive “went out to HHS employees the morning of March 26, telling them to urgently identify contracts that may lead to censorship or cause someone to hold certain ideas more than others. Examples given included COVID-19 vaccine usage, masking and education and outreach advertisements.”

“Hold certain ideas more than others.” In other words, and for example, just one small slice canceled all studies on vaccine hesitancy, and similar sorts of thought control.

Put simply, the government spent billions making sure we thought the “right” thoughts about masking, vaccines, and school closures. Now the spanking robot is cleaning HHS’s house.

“Glenn resurrects the iconic Oval Office set used in Oliver Stone’s “JFK” film and dives into the massive JFK files release from the Trump administration. Conspiracy theories swirled for years that rogue CIA elements or Lyndon B. Johnson were behind the murder of Kennedy. Glenn’s team, aided by AI, sifted through the thousands of newly declassified documents to test the theories, and what they found was troubling: CIA wiretapping, media infiltration, ties to Lee Harvey Oswald’s rifle and ammo. But what of LBJ’s alleged role? Legendary political strategist Roger Stone tells Glenn about his private conversations with President Nixon that led him to write “The Man Who Killed Kennedy.”

Afterward, Glenn speaks to Shane Stevens, the grandson of Billie Sol Estes — a Texas businessman with alleged ties to LBJ. In January, he gave a digital copy of a secret family audiotape to “The Alex Jones Show.” The conversations alleged that then-Vice President Johnson hired Mac Wallace to kill JFK. But was the tape real, or an elaborate AI hoax? Glenn’s team asks a JFK expert to verify its authenticity and for the first time ever, Shane plays the chilling confession live in-studio. Glenn argues that the JFK assassination isn’t just history — it’s a warning. From Benghazi to 9/11, COVID origins to Trump’s Russia probe, the same patterns of secrecy and deception persist. If the CIA or deep state got away with a coup in 1963, what’s stopping them now?”

      • Glenn and Roger Stone react to a buried Nixon tape in which he and CIA Director Richard Helms discuss “who shot John?”
      • Shane Stevens tells Glenn why he kept family confession tapes that allege LBJ’s plot to kill JFK hidden for so long.
      • Glenn recreates Lee Harvey Oswald’s JFK assassination shots with the exact rifle, scope, and rare CIA-requisitioned ammo at a Texas shooting range. Then, he tests the exact angle and speed with a moving target at an Oklahoma ranch. Was he able to hit the targets with the same timing between the three infamous shots? The results raise serious doubts about the “magic bullet theory” and the official lone-gunman narrative from the Warren Commission.

  5. “How Performative Activism Enabled Mass Persecution”

Robert W. Malone, MD/MS, By: Josh Stylman, Mar 29, 2025

PART I – PART 2 of this article will be published at 3:00 PM today at malone.news

EXCERPT: “Reality engineering requires three components: institutional power to create the narrative, social pressure to enforce it, and the deliberate persecution of anyone who challenges either. The Covid era provided the perfect case study in how this machinery operates—and revealed how performative activism serves as its most potent enforcement mechanism.

Every major element of the official Covid narrative has been proven false: The origins of the virus, the validity of PCR tests, the suppression of early treatments, the denial of natural immunity, the so-called “safety and effectiveness” of vaccines, and the utility of masks, lockdowns, and vaccine passports. Yet those who questioned any part of it faced unprecedented ostracism and persecution.

The manufactured panic ignored fundamental reality: Covid posed minimal risk to healthy people under 70, but was significantly more dangerous to the elderly and immunocompromised. Rather than focusing resources on protecting vulnerable populations, we destroyed economies, stole childhoods, and enforced measures that made no epidemiological sense.

This wasn’t just about control—it was an engineered economic coup, the largest financial consolidation of power in modern history. While small businesses were forcibly closed, Amazon’s profits soared. As working-class neighborhoods struggled, Wall Street celebrated record gains. The laptop class posted about ‘we’re all in this together’ from their home offices while essential workers were forced into what was portrayed as dangerous conditions to deliver their groceries. The same corporations trumpeting their commitment to “equity” through DEI initiatives were destroying economic mobility for the very communities they claimed to champion.

Just months before Covid, the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation hosted Event 201, a high-level pandemic exercise on October 18, 2019, in New York, NY. An examination of the event reveals that the priority of the exercise centered not on treatment protocols or protecting the vulnerable but rather on how information control could be used to manufacture mass compliance.

When the real crisis arrived, this strategy found willing accomplices in a culture already primed for performative virtue. The height of this hypocrisy revealed itself during the pandemic, exposing not just empty virtue signaling, but active participation in one of the most egregious civil rights violations in recent American history. As millions changed their profile pictures and posted solidarity symbols for social justice, these same voices fell silent—or worse, actively participated in the persecution of two distinct groups: the unvaccinated and the vaccine-injured.

  8. Just The News: “A federal judge on Friday granted a temporary restraining order that blocks the Trump administration from dismantling the government-run broadcast service Voice Of America (VOA).

The order comes after a group of VOA employees, in conjunction with other groups like Reporters Without Borders and the American Foreign Service Association, sued the Trump administration after President Donald Trump signed an executive order to eliminate the U.S. Agency for Global Media that oversees VOA.

The administration also placed almost the entire staff of VOA on leave earlier this month, which halted most of its operations. It affected more than 1,200 people, according to Deadline.

U.S. District Court Judge J. Paul Oetke in his ruling blocked the Trump administration from taking any future action to dismantle the news service. “The dismantling of USAGM would clearly cause employees, contractors, and grantees irreparable harm. Plaintiffs have offered sufficient evidence that Defendants are doing just that,” the judge wrote.

“By terminating and threatening to terminate the majority of USAGM staff, cancelling grants to its grantee networks abroad, and shutting down the transmitters that serve as the conduits for any radio programming to listeners abroad, Defendants have failed to carry out the clear, specific statutory mandates of the agency’s governing statute,” he continued. “None of the statutory requirements enumerated above can be effectuated if the agency has been shuttered.”

The order comes as the Trump administration draws pushback from other news outlets over its strained relationship with the Associated Press. The White House pulled the outlet’s access to the Oval Office and Air Force One last month, because of AP’s refusal to refer to the Gulf of Mexico as “Gulf of America.”

  9. Just The News: “Vice President JD Vance on Friday during his trip to Greenland said that Denmark has not done a good job protecting the territory.

“Our message to Denmark is very simple: You have not done a good job by the people of Greenland,” Vance said at the U.S. military base in Greenland. “You have underinvested in the people of Greenland and you have underinvested in the security architecture of this incredible, beautiful land mass filled with incredible people.”

Greenland is an autonomous territory in the Kingdom of Denmark.

The U.S. has a military base in Greenland, the world’s largest island. But Trump has sought to annex it in an apparent effort to strengthen the United States’ geopolitical position in that region of the world.

“We have to do more,” Vance said. “And what the President said in his State of the Union address, and he was very clear about this: we respect the self determination of the people of Greenland, but my argument again, to them is, I think that you’d be a lot better coming under the United States Security umbrella than you have been under Denmark’s security umbrella.”

Vance told Greenlanders that Russia and China, two of the world’s biggest powers, also have eyes on the Arctic island as a strategic bulwark, so that should also be of concern to them.

“This is why President Trump’s policy in Greenland is what it is,” Vance said. “It’s consistent with the first Trump administration where you saw significant investments in Arctic security and it will continue over the next four years under President Trump’s leadership.”

  11. Just The News: “A federal judge on Friday temporarily blocked the Trump administration from dismantling the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), and ordered the reinstatement of terminated employees.

The order comes after the same judge ruled the agency cannot fire employees without cause, dealing a blow to the Trump administration’s efforts to reduce the federal workforce. Both stem from a lawsuit by the National Treasury Employees Union, which sued CFPB acting director Russell Vought, over the mass firings.

U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson told the agency to stop its work to dismantle the agency, including firing employees. She also told the CFPB not to destroy records and ordered the rescission of any “wholesale” contract cancellations issued on or after Feb. 11, according to The Hill

“The Court cannot look away or the CFPB will be dissolved and dismantled completely in approximately thirty days, well before this lawsuit has come to its conclusion,” Jackson wrote in her ruling.

The Trump administration has stated that it does not intend to eliminate the bureau, but employees have claimed they were told the agency is planning to shut down.

Jackson on Friday said it appeared the administration was trying to dismantle the bureau, and that it was likely the attempts were unlawful. However, she said the administration can try to get Congress to close the agency.

“While the President is free to propose legislation to Congress to accomplish this aim, the defendants are not free to eliminate an agency created by statute on their own, and certainly not before the Court has had an opportunity to rule on the merits of the plaintiffs’ challenge,” the judge wrote.”

  12. Just The News: “A federal appeals court on Friday ruled in favor of the Trump administration by allowing President Donald Trump to remove members of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and the Merit Systems Protection Board.

The ruling comes after a lower court judge said the president lacked the authority to remove NLRB member Gwynne Wilcox, whom he fired in January after he returned to the Oval Office. Wilcox sued over the dismissal, arguing a board member can be fired only for “neglect of duty or malfeasance in office” and only after a formal process is completed.

Attorneys for the president argued limits to Trump’s power to remove board members are unconstitutional, and that he should be allowed to dismiss labor board members at will to ensure “democratic accountability.”

The three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals voted 2-1 to allow Trump to remove Wilcox and Cathy Harris of the Merit Systems Protection Board, who were both appointed by former President Joe Biden, per Politico.

The NLRB was created by Congress to resolve disputes over alleged unfair labor practices. Wilcox was most recently approved by the Senate in 2023 to serve a second five-year term.

The order clears the way for Trump to remove the head of a third labor board, the Federal Labor Relations Authority, who was recently reinstated after a judge ruled she was improperly fired.”

    DOGE would like former FBI
Director James Comey to explain why he authorized a $6 million payment to himself in 2016…
According to the DOGE report, Comey justified the payment as a “critical security expenditure” but failed to mention that the security in question was primarily for his personal comfort and convenience. The expenditures included:
✳️A custom-made, bulletproof trench coat – Because, as Comey reportedly told an aide, “If I’m going down, I’m going down looking like a 1940s detective.” The coat also came with a built-in espresso machine, just in case counter-espionage work got exhausting.
✳️A state-of-the-art, crime-solving magnifying glass – At a cost of $1.2 million, this solid-gold, FBI-engraved Sherlock Holmes-style magnifying glass was allegedly “necessary for close reading of classified documents.” DOGE investigators note that the device remained completely unused, except for dramatic effect during Congressional hearings.
✳️A life-sized wax statue of himself – Installed in his office to intimidate subordinates into thinking he was always watching. Witnesses say the statue was even taller than the real Comey, and he reportedly would stand next to it and whisper, “Which one is the real me, agents? Choose wisely.”
✳️A $500,000 “Mission: Impossible”-style self-destructing office chair – This chair, made from carbon fiber and classified Pentagon technology, was designed to eject him through the ceiling if he ever needed a quick escape. Unfortunately, the button was installed backwards, leading to one intern being launched into the cafeteria when they accidentally sat down in the chair.
✳️An FBI-branded “Super Spy Kit” for home use – This kit contained high-tech surveillance gadgets such as binoculars that could see into the past (or at least that’s what the receipt claimed), a pair of night-vision socks, and a secret compartment in his fridge labeled “Classified Snacks.”

  18. “15 Surprising Facts About Greenland and the U.S: Trump is the 3d U.S. president to try to acquire Greenland”

    Sharyl Attkisson, Mar 29, 2025

“How many of these surprising facts did you already know?

    1. U.S. Aspirations to Buy Greenland Date Back Nearly 160 YearsPresident Andrew Johnson sought to purchase Greenland in 1867. Johnson’s Secretary of State William Seward explored buying Greenland alongside Alaska, per the U.S. State Department’s historical records. Only the Alaska deal went through.
    2. Truman Tried to Buy Greenland
In 1946, President Harry Truman proposed buying Greenland for $100 million in gold. The idea stemmed from Cold War fears about Soviet influence. Denmark rejected the offer.
    3. Trump Talked About Greenland Takeover in First Term, Too
During his first term, Donald Trump also floated the idea of the U.S. buying Greenland, sparking global headlines in August 2019. He called it a “large real estate deal” for national security. Denmark quickly dismissed the notion, with Greenland’s leaders asserting their autonomy.
    4. A Cold Connection Dates Back to WWII
The U.S. military first set foot in Greenland during World War II to prevent Nazi Germany from gaining a foothold.
    5. Norway Used to Own Greenland Denmark owns Greenland as a constituent country within the Kingdom of Denmark. In 1814, after the Napoleonic Wars, Norway was forced to relinquish several territories when its alliance with Napoleonic France crumbled, according to the Norwegian Historical Association. Denmark, aligned with the victorious powers, gained Greenland and other territories. (Norway was transferred from Danish to Swedish control.) This wasn’t a voluntary handover but a consequence of wartime negotiations and territorial realignment dictated by the treaty’s terms.
    6. Greenland’s ‘Self-Rule’ Denmark granted Greenland self-rule in 2009 to address growing demands for autonomy and self-determination from Greenlanders, while retaining control over foreign affairs and defense, as outlined by the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
    7. The U.S. Currently Defends Greenland’s Security
Even though Denmark owns Greenland, the United States has been responsible for Greenland’s military security since a 1951 defense agreement with Denmark, as reported by the U.S. Department of State. The Defense Agreement was signed amid Cold War tensions to secure the North Atlantic against Soviet expansion, leveraging Greenland’s strategic Arctic position, according to the U.S. Department of State.
    8. Thule Air Base Monitors Russia
The defense pact allows U.S. forces to maintain bases in Greenland, like Thule Air Base, a key military installation, ensuring protection in the strategically vital Arctic region. Originally, it was to ensure a forward presence to monitor and deter potential threats from the Soviet Union. It has advanced radar systems to track ballistic missiles and aircraft. Thule Air Base’s radar tracks Russian activity in the Arctic, giving the U.S. a front-row seat to monitor its longtime rival.
    9. Shipping Lane Importance Greenland’s proximity to shipping lanes heightens its value to the U.S.
    10. Arctic Interests
The U.S. and Greenland are both part of the Arctic Council, a forum addressing regional issues like the theory of man-influenced climate change, as outlined by the council’s official site. Greenland’s proximity to the North Pole makes it a critical partner for U.S. Arctic policy and research.
    11. Rare Earth Riches
Greenland holds vast deposits of untapped resources like rare earth minerals, vital for tech like smartphones, which the U.S. is interested in for economic and security reasons.
    12. Greenland’s Ice Sheet Compared to U.S. Landmarks
Greenland’s ice sheet covers about 80% of its land and holds enough water to raise global sea levels by 24 feet if it melted entirely, says NASA’s Earth Observatory. For comparison, that’s more than twice the height of the Statue of Liberty, showcasing nature’s scale against American icons.
    13. Greenland’s Name Is a Marketing Ploy Despite its icy reputation, Greenland was named by Viking Erik the Red to attract settlers, though it’s mostly covered in ice, according to History.com. (The U.S. got its name from explorer Amerigo Vespucci.)
    14. U.S. Weather Station
During the Cold War, the U.S. operated a secret nuclear-powered weather station called Camp Century in Greenland’s ice. It was abandoned in 1967, according to Smithsonian Magazine. It’s now a relic of American ingenuity buried under snow.
    15. Greenland’s Massive Size Surprises Many
Greenland is the world’s largest island, covering about 836,000 square miles, yet it’s home to just over 56,000 people, according to the CIA World Factbook. In contrast, the United States spans roughly 3.8 million square miles with a population exceeding 330 million.”

  19. EXCERPT: “In the midst of the fallout from the leak of a Signal chat group, dubbed “Signal Gate” by some of the more unimaginative denizens of the left, National Review Executive Editor Mark Antonio Wright decided to write a piece titled, “Yes, Pete Hegseth Should Be Fired for What He Texted — and for Lying About It.”

Yes, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, who faced a relentless assault of smears during his nomination process, should just be thrown away a little over two months after his confirmation, according to the once-vaunted bastion of conservative thought — National Review.

Sound familiar? Maybe because it’s the same line taken by practically every left-wing outlet. And National Review didn’t start with that piece. It has been in lock-step with the propaganda press since the initial Atlantic story broke.

Case in point: What would you say if I asked to spot the ideological difference between these two pictures?

    Picture 1:

If you answered, “They’re functionally the same picture,” you’d be correct.

The top picture is a screenshot of National Review’s frontpage at around noon EST on Tuesday. The second picture depicts The New Republic’s homepage at around the same time. The New Republic was founded in 1914, and it has been steeped in leftist dogma since its inception.

Now, it should be a cause for alarm whenever a self-described conservative outlet and a far-left propaganda site have practically the same homepage. Either the issue they’re focusing on is so unifying that it has miraculously managed to bridge the almost incomprehensible gulf between left and right in this country, or something’s not quite right…..”

They “borrowed” a 24-foot boat and set sail, hoping to reach Fiji or even New Zealand. Their journey quickly took a turn for the worse. On the first night, a violent storm destroyed their rudder and sails.

For eight harrowing days, they drifted without food or water, trying desperately to catch fish and collect rainwater in coconut shells.

Just as hope seemed lost, they spotted land — the uninhabited island of ‘Ata, a volcanic rock jutting out of the South Pacific, at the southernmost tip of the Tonga archipelago, about 160 kilometers southwest of Tongatapu.

    MORE about ‘ATA…

Perhaps most remarkably, the boys managed to avoid the descent into savagery depicted in William Golding’s “Lord of the Flies.” Instead, they created a system for resolving conflicts. If arguments arose, those involved would separate to opposite ends of the island to cool off. They would then return, discuss the issue calmly, and pray together.

Sione Fataua, one of the eldest at 17, said when asked what the main reason for their survival was: “I think the culture where we come from. We are close. Really close family. We share everything. We poor, but we love each other.“…..”

  22. “The Deep State are Fighting Back”

    Clandestine, Mar 29, 2025

“There is clearly an ongoing operation to sow discord, targeted at Trump’s cabinet. Hegseth, Waltz, Bondi, now RFK Jr., not to mention all the attacks on Elon and Tesla. If you think this is organic, you are mistaken. This is coordinated.

The Deep State are fighting back. Their backs are against the wall and their operation is being exposed. They are going to throw anything and everything against the wall, hoping that something sticks, in an attempt to derail Trump and his administration.

And to make matters worse, much of this hysteria is being amplified by people who are perceived to be in our own camp, in exchange for clicks…

Stay frosty. There is lots of disinformation and smear campaigns in the air, and all of it is designed to destabilize and sow discord amongst Trump’s administration, in a last ditch effort to prevent him from succeeding in his mission of “obliterating the Deep State.” Stay the course.”

“A yellow armadillo, in mid-air, comes galloping down a pathway at a secluded lodge in Brazil’s Pantanal wetlands.

Mateo smiles as Marimba nestles into her safe place, tucked under Mateo’s chin at the Wild is Life Sanctuary in Harare, Zimbabwe.

Marimba, a ground pangolin, was around a year old when her mother was poached for her scales. Marimba was too young to fend for herself and was taken to the sanctuary, where she met her full-time carer Mateo.

Pangolins are notoriously difficult to look after in captivity, requiring particular and personal care. Mateo’s gentle nature seemed like a perfect fit and a remarkable relationship was born. Marimba and Mateo have spent 10 hours a day together for the past 13 years and are inseparable. Many attempts have been made to re-wild Marimba, but she always finds a way back to Mateo who refers to her as his last-born child.”

This is a huge feast for the entire pride that will provide them with nutritional intake while the surrounding environment of the national park suffers from draught. For predators, each meal represents a huge and risk-fraught battle.”
