This day in history, July 30, 1975, was the last day Jimmy Hoffa was seen. This article from the Detroit Free Press details the story:
Detroit Free Press:
Jimmy Hoffa, the well-known labor union leader, went missing 45 years ago – on July 30, 1975 in Bloomfield Hills – the mystery behind what happened continues to captivate the public.
Here’s what you need to know about who he was, his disappearance, and new revelations in his case.
Who was Jimmy Hoffa?
Born James Riddle Hoffa on Feb. 14, 1914 in Brazil, Indiana, Hoffa rose to his well-known status in his twenties with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, of which he later became president. The group was a labor union that represented a mix of professional and blue-collar workers in the private and public sector.
During his tenure, he was convicted of several crimes, including jury tampering, attempted bribery, conspiracy and mail and wire fraud. On July 30, 1975, Hoffa was at a restaurant in Bloomingfield Township. Hoffa called his wife, Josephine, from a pay phone to say that he’d been stood up at a lunch meeting with two mobsters. He was never seen again.
Theories behind his disappearance
Based on his final moments in a call to his wife, many believe Hoffa was killed by the mafia. One major theory that was previously presented to a grand jury was that the Mafia killed Hoffa to prevent him from disclosing mob infiltration of the Teamsters, including its tapping into the union’s pension fund to finance its rackets.
Hoffa had resigned the Teamsters presidency after going to prison. In 1965, a federal jury in Chattanooga, Tenn., convicted Hoffa of conspiring to accept illegal payments from a trucking company and later of trying to funnel a $10,000 bribe to the son of one of the jurors.
Martin Scorsese made an Oscar-nominated film about Hoffa

The film, ‘The Irishman,” directed by Martin Scorsese, was released on Netflix in 2019. The film starring Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci follows Frank Sheeran (De Niro) and his journey to becoming involved in organized crime and working for Jimmy Hoffa (Pacino). The film was nominated for 10 Academy Awards.
Although the film was a major hit, many have concerns about the accuracy of the film and the portrayal of Hoffa.
Metro Detroit search sites for Hoffa
There are several locations in metro Detroit that people believe could be tied to Hoffa’s disappearance. A few include a north Corktown location where Hoffa had a Teamster 299 site, which is where he began his rise to power in the 1930s. There is also a field in Waterford Township that was searched two months after Hoffa’s disappearance but nothing was found.
In 2004, police took forensic evidence from his home in Oakland County where blood was found on the floorboards but couldn’t be matched to Hoffa.

New revelations in his disappearance
In November, a Hoffa expert, Dan Moldea who wrote ‘”The Hoffa Wars,” said that he believes Hoffa’s body could be at a former New Jersey landfill known as “Brother Moscato’s Dump.” The FBI told the Detroit Free Press back in November that they would be willing to look into this tip if the appropriate evidence guides them that way.
“Absolutely — if we had credible evidence that leads to a location,” said FBI spokeswoman Mara Schneider. “The case has been going on for so long, and there’s so much interest in finding Mr. Hoffa. We would very much like to be able to solve this.”

Morning All!
what a night! something woke me around 11 and i couldn’t get back to sleep. when i did fall back to sleep, i had BIZARRE dreams. sigh
and then there’s hubby. he was having dreams too–only he acts out his dreams. he kept tapping me on the back, on the forehead…and i kept scooting away. but even in a queen sized bed there’s only so much room to scoot…lol
this morning i found the little round table on the deck knocked over and wedged beneath the wooden swing…obviously we had company last night and that’s what i heard.
hubby’s gonna bring in the camera and have a look later.

Good morning! Thankfully, I never have dreams any more – or at least I don’t remember them if I do! Weird weather night – I woke up in the wee hours hearing the sound of really high winds, thunder and lightning – yep, more bark in the yard this morning! – and had to take my butterfly spinner down before it blew away. Thankfully, it was coming from the NW so didn’t affect my lope trellis – I’ll be getting that 3rd t-post in today, one way or another! No rain, just sprinkles, with storm clouds still to the west. I expect those will blow away but you never know around here.
Wheezer was asleep in my chair again – she was up and at the door as soon as I turned the light on. She kept butting my hand with her head as I was putting the tuna in her dish but when I hold out my hand for her to sniff, her automatic reaction is to scratch – she nailed me but not deep enough to bleed at least. She chowed down and headed off to the west again. So Jake is getting his time on the patio now.

I remember – an active sleeper! I used to have dreams….I remember one time, many years ago, I was in bed with my boyfriend on the track and I sat bolt upright in bed, in the middle of the night, then woke him up to tell him that “…it takes 2 hands to carry a shit basket.” Go figure! I was working on the track as a groom and we used these big plastic bins to clean the stalls with 2 rope handles on either side – a “shit basket.” LOL

Hold onto your hats. Looks like the Venezuela situation isn’t what we thought it was. Looks like maduro was actually the good guy. What is happening down there is a CIA/Mossad incited color revolution. Maduro wanted Venezuela to join BRICS. CIA and Israel could not allow that so they stole the election from maduro and made it look like he was stealing the election from the Challenger. But the Challenger is the set up guy from the black hats. Turns out, Israel and the globalist want Venezuela’s oil that’s why they overthrew maduro. This situation is not over yet.

“The Majority of Americans Are “Anti-Vaxxers” — A majority of Americans now officially meet the definition of “anti-vaxxer”
Aaron Siri, Jul 29, 2024
ENTIRE ARTICLE: “The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines an “anti-vaxxer” as “a person who opposes the use of some or all vaccines, regulations mandating vaccination, or usually both”:
So, to be an “anti-vaxxer,” per the dictionary, a person needs to only oppose receiving some vaccines. Meaning, a person that opposes receiving a COVID-19 vaccine or an influenza vaccine is an anti-vaxxer. And guess what? The majority of Americans now oppose receiving both of these vaccines.
In fact, according to the CDC, despite spending billions of dollars wildly promoting these products, less than half of Americans received an influenza vaccine, RSV vaccine, and the updated COVID-19 vaccine. In fact, less than 23% of the adult population in the U.S. has received an updated COVID-19 vaccine despite a relentless multi-billion-dollar national promotion campaign.
Not only do a majority of Americans oppose receiving these vaccines, an even greater percentage of Americans no doubt (including some that receive these vaccines) oppose mandating one or more of these products.
The irony is that deciding against being injected with a product after reviewing its clinical trials, post-licensure safety record, lack of liability, etc., is an informed, thoughtful decision. Yet those that mindlessly get every vaccine are the ones painted as making informed, thoughtful decisions?! Hats off to Big Pharma/CDC for convincing so many that up is down and down is up.
The next time someone calls you an “anti-vaxxer” because you have made an informed decision to not receive a medical intervention, let them know that, yes, you did make an informed, independent medical decision. And wish them luck doing the opposite!
You can also let them know that since “anti-vaxxers” are now the majority, you understand their insecurity and hostility. But they shouldn’t worry: the anti-vax majority is not interested in taking away the rights of the pro-vax minority. They can feel free to get (or not get) as many vaccines as they want. We in the majority just ask that they respect our right to do the same.”

EXCERPT: “As Congress turns its attention to the assassination attempt on Donald Trump’s life, a key House investigator vowed Monday to issue a subpoena to force the disclosure of a long-delayed report on an earlier Secret Service failure to detect a bomb that could have jeopardized Kamala Harris’ life the morning of the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
The Homeland Security Department’s inspector general has completed a report on Secret Service missteps during the Capitol crisis 3 ½ years ago but is refusing to release it even though footage Just the News published a year ago shows Secret Service agents took then Vice President-elect Harris within 10 yards of an undetected explosive device planted at the Democratic National Committee headquarters, Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., said.
“We need to get this … report. We need to see it,” Loudermilk told the John Solomon Reports podcast. “And it needs to happen soon because we just created a task force to look at it. And … I think there’s important information there.”
Asked whether he was prepared to issue a subpoena, Loudermilk answered: “Absolutely.” He said he could like to coordinate the records demand with the new task force appointed by House Speaker Mike Johnson to probe the July 13 Trump assassination attempt. “Maybe coming from two fronts will cause them to break it loose,” he said.
The Georgia Republican is the chairman of the House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight that has been probing extensive security and intelligence failures that preceded the Jan. 6 tragedy….”

“Both sides claim victory in Venezuela elections, but only one side has guns —Venezuela is the latest example of the need to protect and defend our Second Amendment rights”
Lee Williams, Jul 30, 2024
EXCERPT: “Every dictator knows that the first thing they must do to maintain their grip on power is ban civilian firearm ownership and then confiscate all the guns.
No one knows this better than Venezuelan dictator and mass-murderer Nicolás Maduro. The corporate media refers to Maduro as a “strongman,” but there’s nothing strong about machinegunning disarmed citizens or imprisoning political opponents without a shred of due process.
In 2012, Maduro issued an executive order that banned his subjects from owning firearms or ammunition and shuttered every private gun shop. Of course, the Venezuelan Army, police and special paramilitary units were exempt from Maduro’s decree and continued to obtain guns and ammo from government sources. There was a short grace period during which Venezuelans were allowed to turn in their guns, but thousands of firearms had to be confiscated by force. Today, Venezuelans face up to 20 years in a state prison for illegal firearm possession.
Maduro justified his national gun grab by claiming it would reduce crime.
Sound familiar?
The move paid off for Maduro. During yesterday’s national elections, when it became clear that he was going to lose to opposition candidate Edmundo González Urrutia, Maduro sent armed government thugs into polling places with orders to stop the voting.
On Monday, Maduro formally announced that he had won the election, garnering more than 51% of the vote. But Urrutia’s Democratic Unitary Platform party claimed he won with more than 70% of the vote. The United States and several countries in the region “voiced skepticism” about the election results, according to news reports.
Making matters worse for the Venezuelan people, Vice President Kamala Harris issued a statement supporting Maduro’s claims.
In other words, Harris said we should accept the election results and move on, despite the cheating….”

Judicial Watch Files FCC Complaint Against NBC for Airing Obscene and Indecent Content from Olympics Opening Ceremony | Judicial Watch
According to the FCC, “federal law prohibits obscene, indecent and profane content from being broadcast on the radio or TV.” The FCC further states:
Obscene content does not have protection by the First Amendment. For content to be ruled obscene, it must meet a three-pronged test established by the Supreme Court: It must appeal to an average person’s prurient interest; depict or describe sexual conduct in a “patently offensive” way; and, taken as a whole, lack serious literary, artistic, political or scientific value.
Indecent content portrays sexual or excretory organs or activities in a way that is patently offensive but does not meet the three-prong test for obscenity.
Profane content includes “grossly offensive” language that is considered a public nuisance.

“The Great Blood Pressure Scam: Exploring the Forgotten Causes and Treatments of Hypertension and the Dangers of BP Medications”
A Midwestern Doctor, Jul 29, 2024
Story at a Glance:
•Elevated blood pressure is the most common chronic disease, and as the decades go by more and more people are declared hypertensive.
•Remarkably, at least 25% of all hypertension diagnoses are due to inaccurate measurements, and there is still no known reason for why over 90% of people are hypertensive.
•Aggressively treating everyone’s blood pressure is justified under the belief it prevents cardiovascular disease. However, in most cases it has never been proven to reduce heart disease—rather it only leads to a small reduction in strokes (hence why these medications were rebranded to treat “cardiovascular disease”).
•Many of the misunderstandings with heart disease arise from the fact that impaired circulation or damage to the blood vessels will cause blood pressure to go up and their correlation being misinterpreted to instead believe high blood pressure causes cardiovascular disease.
•In this article, we will discuss the actual causes of high blood pressure, the dangers of commonly used blood pressure medications, the safest pharmaceutical and natural ways to reduce blood pressure directly, and our preferred methods for treating the underlying causes of high blood pressure….”

Just The News: “As the Senate holds its first hearing into Donald Trump’s shooting, some lawmakers are simmering over both the FBI director’s suggestion the former president may not have been wounded by a bullet and the Secret Service’s failure to get him off stage despite nearly 100 minutes of red flags about the would-be assassin.
Last week, FBI Director Christopher Wray’s testimony to the House Judiciary Committee raised confusion around whether or not the bureau believed Trump was struck by a bullet. Wray told the committee that “with respect to former President Trump, there’s some question about whether or not it’s a bullet or shrapnel that … hit his ear.”
That statement drew a rebuke from Trump himself, and eventually the FBI clarified the former president had indeed been wounded by a bullet.
The reversal did little, however, to assuage critics, including one of the senators participating in Tuesday’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing with FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate and Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe Jr.
“We expected the Mainstream Media and the Far Left to try to rewrite history of what happened on July 13, but the American people got to see how far the rot within the Biden-Harris administration goes when the FBI Director lied under oath trying to downplay whether a bullet actually struck Donald Trump,” Sen. Roger Marshall, R-Kan., told Just the News in a statement.
“The fact that our own FBI director doesn’t know what a bullet is – or refuses to tell the truth under oath – further highlights why we need to clean house at these politically charged agencies,” he added.
The FBI did not respond to a request for comment from Just the News.
Another senator on the committee, Republican Chuck Grassley of Iowa, also raised dramatic questions about why Trump wasn’t taken off stage early, producing an extensive timeline showing authorities knew about concerns about the would-be assassin Thomas Crook for nearly 100 minutes before bullets were fired.
Nearly an hour and a half before Trump took the stage, texts show that local law enforcement noticed Crooks “snuck in” and “parked by our cars.” This identification came more than a hour before a local officer photographed Crooks and sent the pictures in a group message with other officers on the sniper teams. The other snipers recommended that the officer notify the Secret Service about the suspicious individual.
Despite these early warnings, Trump still took the stage and began speaking when Crooks fired on him and the crowd, narrowly missing the former president and killing one rally attendee, Grassley said. The senator said he released the information to counter a lack of transparency from the Secret Service
“The overwhelming response Ive heard since launching my investigation of Trump rally security failures is ‘THANK U’ 4being transparent,” Grassley wrote on the X social media platform. “I’ve released ALL the records+footage Iv’e received so far. Fed govt needs 2 catch up. The American ppl deserve HONESTY & openness from their govt.”
Grassley’s timeline on the day of the shooting included:

The session will focus on the “most pressing issues facing the Black community,” the campaign said in an announcement on Monday, and will be moderated by Fox News’ Harris Faulkner, Semafor’s Kadia Goba, and ABC News’ Rachel Scott.
“President Trump accomplished more for black Americans than any other president in recent history by implementing America First policies on the economy, immigration, energy, law and order, and foreign policy,” the Trump campaign said in a news release shared with Just The News.
“Historic rates of black voters now support President Trump, and the reason is simple: Black voters know that President Trump is the only presidential candidate who can deliver results on day one because he already has,” it added.
The campaign also highlighted the former president’s record when it comes to helping black voters, including legislation that contained “historic permanent funding for Historically Black Colleges and Universities, comprehensive bipartisan criminal justice reform,” and “[increasing] median income for black households.”
The appearance in Chicago comes on the same day he will hold a rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, at 6 p.m. Eastern.”

Our Take: It’s strange to hear everyone proclaiming that the Venezuelan contested election is a sign of things to come in America, because obviously the Venezuelan contested election is a marathon of reruns.
The public square erupted Sunday night, with shock that an election could be so obviously stolen. This led to cries about US democracy, with both sides of the aisle claiming that Venezuela is a signal for what would happen if (1) we don’t fix our elections systems before November, or (2) we don’t stop super duper dictator Donald Trump from reclaiming the White House.
But the claims were attached to historical reminders of our democratic hero’s journey — or, reruns — which are much more important to consider in this current moment. From this article alone:
(1) Venezuela reinforces the 50/50 nation lie as a predicate for narrow victory margins.
(2) Edison is being heralded as an authoritative source of reliable election night reporting. Notably, Edison did not go down on election night in Venezuela as it did in US 2020. #EdisonZero
‘A poll from Edison Research, known for its polling of U.S. elections, had predicted in an exit poll that Gonzalez would win 65% of the vote, while Maduro would win 31%.’
(3) Venezuela is the birthplace of Dominion, arguably the most important rerun of this story. I wrote a brief and high level thread on X if you’re unfamiliar with this bit of history.
(4) The role of the media in calling the Venezuelan elections.
(5) The weaponization of government to lock up your political opposition.
(6) Preventing your political opposition from accessing the ballot through weaponizing the judiciary. Cc: Jena Griswold
Every detail of this story invokes reruns of actuals in the US. And while BlueAnons want to paint all these details as hypothetical and unfounded indications of a second Trump presidency, thinking people are able to recognize the parallels of Venezuela to US democracy in 2020. These parallels are impossible to ignore.
Now consider that the Council on Foreign Relations called this outcome two weeks ago, with important context to aid your discernment:
‘The opposition has been virtually absent from elections since 2015, with the government banning most serious candidates, intimidating others, and rigging votes. In October 2023, Maduro agreed with the opposition to hold a competitive, internationally monitored presidential race in the second half of 2024. In exchange, the United States lifted sanctions on Venezuela’s oil and gas sector—its main export and revenue source—for six months with provisions to reimpose them if Maduro faltered on his democratic commitments.’
That is the same timing of Anderson v. Griswold, the 14th Amendment case where leftists attempted to do exactly the same thing (election interference).

“Americans Thankful That Socialists Rigging Elections Only Happens In Venezuela”
World · Jul 29, 2024 · BabylonBee.com
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Following socialist dictator Nicolás Maduro’s use of military force to maintain political power after an election in which the opposition seemed to have won by more than 30 percentage points, Americans across the United States have expressed their extreme relief that socialists rigging elections is a phenomenon confined to Venezuela.
According to numerous US citizens, socialists cheating in elections and undercutting the will of the people is an “unimaginable abomination.” Over 98% of Americans polled say they are “incredibly grateful” that it could never happen in America.
“Oh, yeah, it’s absolutely tragic what’s going on down there,” said Steve McGannon, an American citizen. “I’m so glad we live in a country where socialists would never dare to steal elections. I mean, imagine if one of our political parties were to harvest ballots, insist on non-citizens voting, use underhanded methods to secure an election, and brand anyone questioning voting integrity an “extremist conspiracy theorist,” all in the name of safe and secure elections. I’m so glad that sort of thing only happens in countries like Venezuela — could never be the US, am I right?”
Republican leaders across the country have taken a strong stance on the matter by issuing extremely strongly worded tweets, and then going off to play golf at the country club. When asked for comment, several prominent Democrats blushed coyly and assured the American people that they would never do such a thing.
At publishing time, Americans had started giving thanks that graphically inappropriate displays of public nudity only happened in godless places like Paris.

“D-Day Soldier Blissfully Unaware France Will One Day Open Olympics With Naked Blue Smurf Demon”
Sports · Jul 29, 2024 · BabylonBee.com
OMAHA BEACH — As Private George Donovan of the 116th Infantry Regiment prepared to storm Omaha Beach and take a bullet for his country, he was blissfully unaware that France would one day open the Olympics with a naked blue smurf demon.
“What I do now, I do for the liberation of France and to ensure the freedom of the world,” the blissfully ignorant Donovan wrote before rushing Nazi machine gun positions with the reckless abandon of someone who didn’t realize France would someday perform an Olympic ceremony starring drag queens with their balls hanging out of their shorts.
Before landing, Pvt. Donovan had struggled to keep his food down as he and his fellow soldiers inched closer to Omaha Beach and their destiny. Whether to death or victory, Donovan’s fate was sealed as the landing doors of the Higgins boat fell to reveal Nazi bunkers outfitted with machine guns and Longues-sur-Mer gun batteries. They then charged headlong into gunfire, completely unaware that decades later, France would host the Olympics with a drag queen rendition of The Lord’s Supper featuring a bunch of naked dancing pedophiles.
“Come on, boys! It’s time to liberate France!” Donovan cried as he fearlessly charged forward, only to be cut down by machine gun bullets. “It’s all worth it. I’m sure France won’t turn into a bunch of weird blasphemous perverts or anything.”
“That would never happen…”
At publishing time, the spirit of George Donovan looked upon France in disdain.

“New Google Homepage Honors Life Of Sharpshooter Thomas Matthew Crooks”
Tech · Jul 29, 2024 · BabylonBee.com
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA — Continuing its tradition of utilizing artwork on its home page to commemorate significant historic individuals, Google revealed that its new Google Doodle would honor the life of sharpshooter Thomas Matthew Crooks.
Following the near-assassination of former President Donald Trump, Google chose Crooks as the next recipient of its veneration as a Google Doodle as a testament to his “history-making initiative.”
“He’s a fascinating and complicated historical figure,” said Google CEO Sundar Pichai. “Very few individuals can captivate the attention of the entire world the way Thomas Matthew Crooks did, which is why we are proud to prominently display artwork honoring his legacy. There has never been a more fitting subject for a Google Doodle.”
The new Google Doodle featured Crooks holding an AR-15 in front of a moderately sloped roof.
Crooks fired multiple shots at a Trump rally in Pennsylvania, killing one attendee while wounding Trump and others in the crowd. “We won’t say why he is historically notable,” Pichai clarified. “We’re not entirely sure that it actually happened and are censoring our search results accordingly, but we’re certainly going to celebrate the guy who allegedly did what he could to save democracy. Rest in peace, our dear Thomas Matthew Crooks. You have blazed an inspiring trail in a very specific way by attempting to do something. Don’t ask me what, though, because I’m not going to say.”
At publishing time, Google had confirmed next week’s homepage doodle will feature a loving tribute to former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle.

Just The News: “The FBI told two Senate committees in a hearing Tuesday that it has identified a possible social media account “believed to be associated with” the Trump rally shooter Thomas Crooks that reflects “anti-semitic” and “anti-immigrant” beliefs, suggesting for the first time a possible motive.
“Some of these comments, if ultimately attributable to the shooter, appear to reflect antisemitic and anti-immigration themes, to espouse political violence and are described as extreme in nature,” FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate told a combined hearing of the Senate Judiciary and Homeland Security committees.
“While the investigative team is still working to verify this account to determine if it did in fact belong to the shooter, we believe it important to share and note it today, particularly given the general absence of other information to date from social media and other sources of information that reflect o the shooter’s potential motive and mindset,” he also said.
Abbate told Senate investigators that the social media account was used to leave about 700 comments online in 2019 and 2020.
If the account is proven to have belonged to Crooks, the evidence gathered from it would be the first suggestions of his potential motive to plan the assassination of GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump. Though Crooks’ attack on the former president was ultimately unsuccessful, he killed one rally attendee and seriously injured two others. Trump was struck by a bullet on his right ear and suffered a minor injury.
Abbate is testifying alongside acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe.”

Just The News: “A bipartisan child online safety bills passed on Tuesday in the Senate 91-3.
According to the office of Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., one of the lead sponsors of the Kids Online Safety Act, the legislation is aimed at holding “Big Tech accountable for harms to kids and provide transparency into black box algorithms.”
The Children and Teens’ Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA 2.0) “bans online companies from collecting personal information from users between 13 and 16 years old without their consent,” according to the office of Sen. Maria Cantwell, D-Wash., a sponsor of the bill.
The bill also “bans targeted advertising to children and teens and creates an eraser button for parents and kids to eliminate personal information online” and “establishes a Youth Marketing and Privacy Division at the FTC.”
The legislation cleared a hurdle last week in a 86-1 vote, which moved it closer to final passage in the Senate.
Blackburn has called on the House to pass the legislation. “We have broad bipartisan support in the House. I’ve talked with a lot of former House colleagues, and they are ready to move forward on this. They want a vote on the floor, so we’re encouraged by that and by support from leadership to move this forward,” she said in a statement.
Both bills had the support of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.”

“Ted Cruz Gets Into Shouting Match With Acting Secret Service Director Over Failure to Protect Trump”
By Bob Hoge | 3:31 PM on July 30, 2024
EXCERPT: “As we’ve been reporting, acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe has been testifying on Capitol Hill Tuesday as lawmakers investigate the catastrophic security failure that allowed a would-assassin to shoot Donald Trump and come within millimeters of ending the former president’s life.
It was already a tough day for Rowe, and it got even worse when Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) got his turn to ask questions. The exchange descended into a shouting match as Cruz eviscerated the acting director for his failed decisions—including his refusal to provide more security despite the Trump team repeatedly requesting it.
Cruz wasn’t buying it. He grew increasingly exasperated as Rowe continued to duck the questions. Things got really heated toward the end of this lengthy exchange:

EXCERPT: “Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe was directly involved in denying additional security resources and personnel, including counter snipers, to former President Trump’s rallies and events – despite repeated requests by the agents assigned to Trump’s detail in the two years leading up to his July 13 attempted assassination, according to several sources familiar with the decision-making.
Rowe succeeded former Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, who resigned last week after bipartisan calls following her widely panned testimony before the House Oversight Committee. But both Rowe and Cheatle were directly involved in decisions denying requests for more magnetometers, additional agents, and other resources to help screen rallygoers at large, outdoor Trump campaign gatherings.
It was Rowe’s decision alone to deny counter sniper teams to any Trump event outside of driving distance from D.C., these sources asserted….”
