Morning All!
i love turtles–well, NOT MITCH, but the candy? YUMMMMM
the DeMetz people who makes the turtles had a factory in NY and i had a friend who worked there. she brought me turtles all the time! but they have changed hands and turtles are impossible to find anymore. so I had to improvise! this recipe is not a candy per se, but dang it will satisfy the craving!

Turtles were always what HB and SIL gave me every Xmas in my stocking! I LOVE them but can’t eat them now…but when I get teeth, look out! And they always remind me of the brief period I spent working in one of their manufacturing centers in Lincoln, making the little Easter eggs (jelly beans) in a nest (green coconut) candy. I so wished I was on the Turtle line! LOL – nipply here this morning, only 51 – supposed to be foggy today and I can see it in the auras around the street lights – super humid and damp. The weather report is claiming we’re getting up into the mid-to-high 80’s in a few days – hope so, I need some good sun and warm weather to ripen the melons. No sign of GT yet but the door is open, food waiting….

What a joke.
The Democrat New York Attorney General had a Democrat judge simply rule Trump committed fraud.
No trial.

NEW RAY EPPS: Surveillance video shows Epps involved in the second breach of Capitol grounds after participating in 1st breach moments before. This incident creates opening for protesters on west terrace, which coincides with start of joint session of Congress at 1pm.
Epps touches part of a metal fence as police attempt to pull it up. Contrary to his testimony and DOJ report, Epps was not helping police. It appears that Epps stays behind 2 individuals standing on the fallen fence.
I am told mishandling a fence is an act of terror.
So the only individual who appears to be involved in orchestrating two key breach points is Ray Epps.
Epps text to nephew at 2:12p.m on Jan 6: “I also orchestrated it.”
1st breach at 12:53pm:
I remember a few weeks ago when DOJ and Judge Kelly ruled that touching a fence with police close by qualified as a federal crime of terrorism and helped send you to jail for 18 years. In fact, one could be in Baltimore and still be guilty!

Joe Biden’s draconian and indefensible Electric Vehicle mandate will annihilate the U.S. auto industry and cost countless thousands of autoworkers their jobs. The only thing Biden could say today that would help the striking autoworkers is to announce the immediate termination of his ridiculous mandate. Anything else is just a feeble and insulting attempt to distract American labor from this vicious Biden betrayal. Crooked Joe should be ashamed to show his face before these hardworking Americans he is stabbing in the back. With Biden, it doesn’t matter what hourly wages they get, in three years there will be no autoworker jobs as they will all come out of China and other countries. With me, there will be jobs and wages like you’ve never seen before. Our economy will grow!

Today’s Ruling about a Company that has done a magnificent job for New York State fails to acknowledge the fact that Murder and all other forms of Violent Crime have reached record levels in New York State. Can you imagine ruling against me for having done business perfectly, and yet letting people go on a rampage on the sidewalks of New York? This is the Judicial conduct that is forcing thousands of companies to flee New York for other environs, while virtually nobody comes back to the City or State. A very sad Day for the New York State System of Justice!

These are impeachment vehicles that we should look into as the inquiry begins:
(1.) Bribery
(2.) Facilitated Hunter’s FARA violation
(3.) Blatantly violated federal law (ex. student loan bailout & his disastrous mismanagement of the border)

Hunter made millions because of his anytime access to Joe–phone calls, dinners, etc.
Money came in through the backdoor, Hunter was never licensed under FARA, & Joe knew it.

I bought new bottom box covers to replace those. They weren’t too expensive. It’s also a matter of concentration and driving carefully and intentionally in the right mode – indoor for tight spaces.
Sally hits walls, furniture, etc. and the Village put up plexiglass and steel corner braces to protect the walls and some doors. Sally totally destroyed her lower kitchen cabinet over a year or so – so the Village ordered her a new one made of 3/4 inch oak plywood! So far, so good, not even a dent!

EXCERPT: “Viktor Sokolov, commander of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet in Crimea, has been shown attending a meeting a day after Ukrainian special forces claimed he died in a barrage of missiles. In video and photographs released by the Russian defence ministry and shown on state television on Tuesday, Sokolov is seen taking part in a video conference with Defence Minister Sergey Shoigu and other top admirals and army chiefs.
Ukraine’s special forces said on Monday that Sokolov was killed in the Russian-annexed peninsula along with 33 other officers in a missile attack on the headquarters of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet in the port of Sevastopol. The statement added 105 others were wounded in the strikes. — Al Jazeera
Our Take: “We take a lot of heat for speculating that much of the wartime news about Ukraine is, in fact, fake news and propaganda. But we’re not wrong. Remember the Ghost of Kiev? How about the Nordstream 2 pipeline? The Wagner Coup? The Kerch Bridge explosion? How about the ongoing reports that Ukraine can somehow, inexplicably win this war?
Now the Russian commander that supposedly died in a heroic Ukrainian win is not, in fact, dead, but still alive and still commanding. You have to start wondering if anything these war pigs report is true. That’s where we are in this moment with Ukraine. We’ve endured so many verifiably false lies that those reporting on the war cannot be trusted to give the people the truth.
The lies are critical in the narrative, as they allow US neocons to continue stealing from US taxpayers in the name of Ukrainian democracy. Can we make any additional funding contingent upon a true accounting of the facts on the ground? I’m just kidding, there are no conditions upon which I would support further funding of Ukraine. Unfortunately, as a US Taxpayer, I don’t get a say.” — Ashe in America

ENTIRE ARTICLE @ TheNationalPulse: “Establishment Republican donors once hopeful of elevating a candidate other than Donald Trump are growing increasingly resigned to Trump’s dominance. Many are hesitant to give financial contributions, with only 66 individual donors contributing $250,000 or more to GOP presidential primary super PACs through the end of June – a 24 percent drop compared to this time in 2016.
“Trump’s like 50 points ahead,” said one New York-based donor. “Who wants to get involved and waste money?” Trump, who is running a small-dollar fundraising campaign, has received grassroots donations of $23.7 million through June, which is more than twice the combined grassroots donations of other GOP candidates.
Ron DeSantis, once considered the man most likely to dethrone Trump, appears to be losing the blessing of the donor classing as he slides in the polls, with some looking Nikki Haley instead. Haley garnered 12 percent support in a recent CNN/University of New Hampshire poll, nearly matching the Florida Governor, and a few have already put money on Haley, such as billionaire WhatsApp co-founder Jan Koum, venture capitalist Tim Draper, and venture capitalist Steven Stull.”

a comedian makes up anti white racist stories for his act and when confronted about them he says they’re false, but EMOTIONALLY true…WTF?????????????????
FTA
Last year, when I saw Hasan Minhaj perform stand-up comedy in New York, he told a joke about how he came across a drunk white woman who was vomiting on the side of the street, and when he went to check if she was alright, she looked up and asked if he was her Uber driver. I rolled my eyes, turned to my friend and called bulls—.
Turns out it probably was.
The comedian, a Muslim Indian-American, who has built a brand and career around autobiographical comedy with political overtones — often centering himself in stories where he is subjected to racism — turns out to have been lying. A New Yorker exposé, written by Clare Malone, found that his stories are often either wild embellishments or just never happened. He is the boy who cried racist wolf. And although Minhaj staunchly defended his lies and embellishments to Malone, claiming they reflect “emotional truths” that need to be addressed, he is instead hurting people of color — not helping them.
Of course, the joke Noman references implies that white Americans see Muslim-looking brown people and think “taxi” driver—funny enough though, I guess it actually works if that white American is Joe Biden, who sees an Indian-looking brown person and admittedly thinks “7-Eleven” convenience store clerk.)
Noman goes on:
Lying about racism does a huge disservice to racial and ethnic minorities, and it will likely only buttress white supremacy, an apparatus designed to belittle and deny racism as it is. Having a high-profile brown person build his career in part around fabricated experiences with racism will only feed into this narrative.

Oh, FFS!!!! What next, idiots??!!??
EXCERPT: “Kindergarten teachers are realizing that most of their students were never potty trained.
Many teachers are asking themselves, why now? Up until recently, kindergarten students were fully potty-trained and had been for years, with the exception of the occasional accident. After consulting with parents, teachers were surprised to learn the reasons their children were not potty trained, and why they had no intention of teaching them before they started school.
Many parents disagree with potty training their kids before they express an interest in wanting to learn. According to UC Davis Health, the average age at which children are fully potty trained is around 36 months (three years old). The process takes an average of six months for children to fully grasp, and girls often learn quicker than boys.
However, children reaching the age of five without being potty trained is now becoming a growing trend. Kindergarten teachers reported to We Are Teachers that 15-20% of their classroom is not potty-trained, and even a few first-graders are still in Pull-Ups. This does not include children who suffer from medical conditions or physical or cognitive disabilities.
A daycare center teacher took to the subreddit, r/Teachers to express concern over the growing number of children being sent off to kindergarten in diapers since the goal is usually to potty train them before they hit four years old. “My friend just started teaching kindergarten and says she has at least one in a diaper and probably another two in pull-ups,” the teacher wrote. “I cannot fathom this.”
Teachers flocked to the comments section to share their own experiences and to provide possible explanations for the sudden delay in potty training. Some of them blamed it on the new parenting phenomenon “gentle parenting,” where parents hope to foster a healthy relationship with their children by validating their emotions and educating instead of punishing and respecting their individuality and feelings. With gentle parenting, some parents believe that it is harmful to force a child to learn how to use the toilet before they express that they are ready.
“My friend in another Texas district had a kid last year (kindergarten) that wasn’t potty trained. The mom didn’t believe she should force her kid to be potty trained and he’d decide when he was ready,” one Redditor commented. “I’ve seen some people compare forcing a child to be potty-trained before they are ready to abuse,” another user shared…..”

Emma Shardlow Hudson, 29, said she is positive it’s “because of the antibodies in the milk”.
Advice in the UK is that women can breastfeed for as long as they and their child want to. The NHS does not specify a time when women should stop giving their child breast milk.
Breast milk is recommended exclusively (with no other food or drink) for the first six months of a child’s life and then alongside other solid food from six months onwards for health reasons.”

I remember reading about this family years ago! Despicable!!!! I’ll be signing that petition for sure!!!
ENTIRE ARTICLE: “The Biden Administration has ordered a German homeschool family, who came to America legally, to leave the country. The move comes as the White House has turned a blind eye to millions of illegals invading the southern border. The Romeike family was forced to flee Germany in 2008 after they were persecuted by the government for homeschooling their children. The Germans levied fines against the family and threatened to take away their children. I documented the plight of the family for years when I was working at Fox News.
Uwe and Hannelore Romeike and their five children eventually settled in eastern Tennessee and were granted indefinite deferred action status. The evangelical Christians were allowed to live, work, and remain safely in the United States without fear of deportation.

In the 10 years they’ve been in the United States, they had two children (who are American citizens) and two of their grown children have married Americans. They also have an American grandchild. But a few weeks ago during a routine check-in with the American government, the family was ordered to pack their bags and head back to Germany. They were being kicked out of the country. The Homeschool Legal Defense Association says the Romeikes were given four weeks to apply for German passports so they could be deported.
“The family had no prior warning, and was offered no explanation, other than that there had been a ‘change of orders,’” the HSLDA said. “Deportation to Germany will fracture these families, while exposing the Romeikes to renewed persecution in Germany, where homeschooling is still illegal in almost every case.”
So the Biden Administration is allowing thousands of rapists, drug cartels, murderers and men of military age to breach our borders, but they’re going to kick an evangelical Christian German family out of the country? I reckon the president considers Christian homeschoolers to be riffraff.
Call your elected members of Congress and urge them to intervene on behalf of the Romeike family. These are good and decent people. These are the kinds of immigrants who make America great. Click here to sign a petition to keep the family in America.”

whoa…they had plans to drone drop this stuff into prison yards…
entire article
Houston – It’s being called one of the largest drug busts of its kind and two people wanted by U.S. Marshals, Noah Stegall and Keierra Hunter, surrendered to officers here in Houston Tuesday. Our cameras were rolling as deputies took them into custody.
The two who turned themselves in, according to investigators, are part of a ring of people who were trying to smuggle more than a million dollars worth of drugs into prisons across the country.
Apparently, the two weren’t only wanted by law enforcement.
“We have multiple layers involved in this, and this is on a cartel level,” says Community Activist Quanell X.
The man and woman wanted in Louisiana turned to Houston Community Activist Quanell X to help get them surrendered safely.
“It’s one of the most dangerous cases I’ve dealt with because not only did you have the street element looking for them, you also had law enforcement looking for them at the same time,” Quanell explains.
Two wanted individuals surrendered to U.S. Marshals in Houston today, in what’s being called a major drug bust.
“There’s $1,184,000 worth of K2. There’s $10,000 worth of Suboxone, $4,000 worth of THC wax,” explains Sheriff Steven McCain with the Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office.
According to investigators, Stegall and Hunter who turned themselves in here in Houston, had big plans for those illegal items.
“What started as a traffic stop on Airbase Road near the United States federal prison in Grant Parish has led to over $1,000,000 worth of drugs that law enforcement discovered that was trying to be smuggled into the federal prison in Grant Parish,” adds Sheriff McCain who says his officers found a list of several prisons indicating the group was supposed to drop off drugs at facilities throughout the nation.
“What you see that looks like a pistol in front of me is actually 185 sheets of paper that have been soaked in K2. K2 is a hallucinogenic. You tear each piece of paper into 16 strips and each strip costs $400,” the sheriff explains, and he says they also found 8 cell phones, 2 drones and soda cans in the vehicle.
“These were filled with drugs. This drone has an actuator on there that the operator pushes a button on the remote control and releases the package,” the sheriff explains as someone demonstrates how the drones were supposed to hover over prison yards and drop the cans of drugs.
A scale was also confiscated. “That was used to be able to measure the poison they were trying to drop at each facility. They had a very, very specific list of what was supposed to be dropped at each location,” says the sheriff.
In addition to Stegall and Hunter, others were arrested in Louisiana.
“This is a very dangerous situation, a very dangerous case. It involves one of the largest seizures probably in Louisiana history,” adds Quanell.

The bipartisan bill, negotiated between leaders of the Democratic majority and the Republican minority, includes about $6 billion in aid to Ukraine and $6 billion in emergency disaster relief funding for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. It would also prevent a lapse in Federal Aviation Administration authorities through the end of the year and prevent a pay cut for federal firefighters.
The Senate will begin voting Tuesday evening to debate the measure, with the hope of passing it before Sunday to prevent a shutdown. It’s unclear whether the chamber can pass it before the 12:01 a.m. Sunday deadline, as it would be likely to require unanimous consent to hold a quick vote.
Even if it does pass in time, it’s unclear whether the Republican-led House will approve it, as many GOP hard-liners oppose a short-term bill and want to advance full-year funding measures that include sharp spending cuts that Democrats oppose.

It is normal for the House to prepare and pass it, then send it to the Senate – they do all their “magic” and send it back – then the House has to pass it again. More amendments….and it goes back to the Senate, and on and on and on…..it’s a never-ending circle-jerk, is what it is!!!!

start an investigation to hide the information…s. o. p. for the fib

The FBI took over a 2020 probe into voter registration fraud that began in Michigan but has denied a Freedom of Information Act request regarding the investigation, citing an exemption in that law regarding ongoing investigations.
According to the dozens of pages of police reports from the Muskegon Police Department and Michigan State Police, a firm called GBI Strategies was under scrutiny as an organization central to alleged voter registration fraud in the 2020 presidential election. The matter was initially investigated by city and state authorities before the FBI took over.
Contacts between local law enforcement and the FBI continued into 2022 but there is no evidence of what happened after that in the memos obtained by Just the News through requests made under Michigan’s own Freedom of Information Act.
Last week, the FBI denied a Freedom of Information/Privacy Acts request from Just the News regarding records from the investigation into GBI Strategies.
The request sought “copies of all reports, documents, and records about GBI Strategies, including all communication and correspondence regarding investigations of GBI Strategies with Michigan government officials, city and state law enforcement agencies in Michigan, and all other state government officials and law enforcement agencies involved in investigations of GBI Strategies.”
The FBI’s response partially reads: “The material you requested is located in an investigative file which is exempt from disclosure.”
