On our recent trip home, we encountered some good stuff, some bad stuff, and some what-the-hell stuff.
First off, there’s some new Trump flags out there (3 just in my little town!) showing President Trump’s face with the phrase—“I’ll be back in 2024!” That’s a good thing!
Another good thing is a new billboard in Williamsport. It has Dolly Parton on it asking us all to “Find the good in everyone. Kindness…pass it on!” Some people can be hard to reckon with, but it did remind me to work to avoid becoming what I despise, so that’s a good thing too! And then there were all the job postings on the semi-trucks that kept passing us. Phone numbers and pleadings for workers: good pay, no cross-country trips, home every night. So, there’s plenty of jobs available and THAT’S a good thing!

But guess what we heard repeatedly on the trip down? Covid cases are on the rise again. I mean, really? If you listen to the entire blurb though, the previous week there were 2 cases and now there are 5! (Could these additional cases be family members? Who else would be taking the dang tests again?) And THIS little gem. A commercial discussing how drugs are being laced with fentanyl and people are accidentally dying. So, rather than closing the border and trying to prevent the crap from entering the country OR cracking down on fentanyl source or sellers, a company has developed fentanyl test strips. Their pitch? “Better safe than sorry”….call and order now! So Big Pharma benefits again? And maybe using the same manufacturer that gave us counterfeit covid test strips?

And then this: I rarely watch traffic when we drive on the highway—people can drive like idiots. But the truckers caught my attention with their job listings on their containers. As I read them, I started to notice something else—other vehicle’s license plates. There were dozens of other states –like CA, FLA, MASS, CO, IND, NJ, NY and I said something to hubby, who laughing said—yeah that’s weird. Other states’ car on our INTERSTATE. OOOOOPS! LOL
Putting that aside, there were other WTH moments. For instance, on our drive down our little dirt road early Friday morning, we saw something orange ahead on the side of the road. Sure enough, when we got there, it was an uneaten, unmolested, orange. In the middle of nowhere…no other garbage around…just sitting there. WTH?

Further along in the trip, we came upon the white cows again. The road splits an enormous pasture and infrequently we see herds of white cows on both sides of the road. The pastures are gated with chutes and sometimes the cows are on one side or the other and sometimes both. The strange part? There are no homes or barns in any direction. In 17 years, I have never seen anyone moving the cows…WTH?

Lastly, I heard this AAA radio ad on the way home Sunday. AAA is offering to assist older people with applying for Medicare. I used to work at AAA (in accounting) and they did have an insurance component for homes and vehicles, but their bread and butter was travel and roadside help. WTH?
I did spend an entire Saturday afternoon listening to Mom read all the recipes in her favorite recipe book to me…lol. But I did bring home some new recipes to try while keeping Mom happy. Win/win.

Morning All!
little bandits were on the deck again last night! ripping the drip pan off the grill and pooping everywhere…sigh…what a mess!
cloudy skies here again and we got a lot of rain last evening. certainly bin a wet summer so far!

Morning Pat! Interesting road trip….an entire afternoon listening to recipes? Oy!!! Hmmm…are there any campers in the area that could have left the orange somewhere and some animal pushed it around before abandoning it? Strange….as for the cows…maybe there is a barn somewhere over the horizon that you can’t see? Probably just summer colds vs. COVID….people just look for a reason to be scared sometimes.
Chilly morning – 61 with clear skies. I’m hoping to get the back yard mowed before it gets too hot. I noticed that a couple of peaches had fallen after I got done mowing last evening so I retrieved my 3-pronged long-handled garden tiller to pull the branches down where I could reach them. There are still 5-6 up high where I can’t reach them w/o a ladder. They are small but should taste good:

Morning Filly!
no house. there’s our house a mile away and the farm in the other direction at the end of the road. (he has Angus cows and a horse) it’s wooded like the rest of the area–no hunting camps here. they are mainly in NY which would be a little PAST us in the other direction.
we’ve been in every direction from the white cows looking for a barn…and there are some sparse homes along the way–mostly mobile homes but not a barn in any direction. I know there’s gotta be one somewhere…we just haven’t spotted it yet…LOL
we bought peaches yesterday at walmart. i better yours are better!

About our trip yesterday…
once they got hubby in to see the doctor (annual visit) she noticed a few tests he hadn’t had done in a few years–and of course, he just had to have them–and while he was there in the hospital complex why not now?
so sitting in all the various waiting areas, we heard the baby lullaby going! they play it every time a baby is born!
weird thing though…all the elevators smelled like freshly brewed coffee…????
the ride itself was okay–an hour and 15 minutes in each direction–but limbs down everywhere along the roads. looked like a tornado went thru there!
And timely for today was this new billboard for an “adult” store that was opening…
Every day can be HUMP day at Playtime.

Evidence keeps mounting that the #Lahaina fires were DELIBERATELY shaped:
1) The (hurricane) warning sirens did not sound. Were they turned off on purpose?
2) The local fire department was ordered OFF the fire, claiming it was “contained”
3) The fire was still burning, though, with 70 mph winds known to be approaching
4) Emergency responder resources were WITHHELD from Lahaina as the fires raged
5) Local schools were cancelled to make sure children were at home, without their (working) parents
6) As a result, HUNDREDS of children were burned alive like a mass child sacrifice ritual
7) There is a massive COVER-UP right now about how many children were burned alive
This has all the hallmarks of an engineered act of #terrorism waged against the people of Hawaii…

Trump’s handpicked and in-training for 3 1/2 years “2020 Election Theft Proof Team” is about to be given a forum in trial in GA to prove its case that massive fraud occurred in GA in 2020.
After 3 1/2 years of careful preparation, they’re about to wipe the floor with the opposition.

IF Trump isn’t bluffing, isn’t the only real way to beat a corrupt political prosecution to GO RIGHT AT IT to build his own public support?
Its not like evidence does not exist that would establish his case to any fair-minded person.

They murdered 3000 innocent people on September 11 to introduce the Patriot Act and secure the petrodollar
They murdered 76 in WACO (80 totally including law enforcement) including women and children when the entire investigation was beyond the scope of the ATF
168 Americans were murdered at OKC Bombing to cover up investigations into the Clinton Foundation
Pearl Harbor was ALLOWED to happen to give the American government reason to go into the War to further the Military Industrial Complex
58 killed in Las Vegas shooting simply to extract a Saudi Prince
And millions of Americans who died in wars created from False Flags and pushed by the media for a political agenda

https://www.politico.com/news/2023/08/15/meadows-georgia-case-federal-court-00111382
In court papers filed Tuesday, lawyers for Meadows argued that the case against him should be moved out of Georgia state court so that Meadows can argue in federal court that he is immune from the prosecution under the U.S. Constitution. The charges against him, his lawyers said, amount to “state interference in a federal official’s duties” in violation of the Constitution’s supremacy clause. Meadows intends to file a separate request for “prompt dismissal” of the charges, his lawyers added.
Meadows is the first defendant to try to take the case federal, but others — including Trump — are expected to follow suit. A federal law, known as a “removal statute,” generally allows an “officer of the United States” facing charges in state court to transfer the proceedings to federal court if the alleged behavior falls under their governmental duties.
Some legal experts have argued that transfer in these circumstances is not appropriate because interfering with the results of an election does not count as conduct falling within an officer’s official duties.

hypocrisy at its finest
entire article
In light of the news of the Fulton County, Georgia indictment against former President Donald Trump, a 2024 GOP presidential contender, has come the predictable wave of pouncing and seizing from the Usual Suspects on the left. Many, including 2016 election denier Hillary Clinton, are seriously lacking even the tiniest shred of self-awareness.
Next to Clinton, perhaps the second-most hypocritical reaction came from Georgia Democrat Nikema Williams.
Rep. Williams, who is now serving her second term in Congress, represents the 5th Congressional District, one of the bluest in the country, which makes sense since it contains a big chunk of Atlanta.
In a statement posted on her website Tuesday, Williams proclaimed that “in Fulton County we apply the law equally to everyone–even failed former presidents”:
“After losing the free and fair 2020 election, the failed former president attempted to disenfranchise Georgia voters because he didn’t like the result. That was an assault on our democracy. Now, Donald Trump is facing the consequences of his actions. Too bad for him that in Fulton County we apply the law equally to everyone–even failed former presidents.”
I mean remarks like these are to be expected and for the most part, should be taken with a grain of salt considering the source.
But in Williams’ case, it was pointed out that maybe she should sit this one out because of actions she took just prior to twice-failed Democratic gubernatorial nominee Stacey Abrams officially losing to Republican Brian Kemp in 2018:
Multiple people, including Democratic state Sen. Nikema Williams, were arrested Tuesday during a protest at Georgia’s Capitol building in Atlanta, where chants of “count every vote” broke out among demonstrators, law enforcement said.
Protesters were calling for the uncounted ballots from last week’s midterm election to be tallied as the gubernatorial race between Republican Brian Kemp and Democrat Stacey Abrams remains too close to call. Kemp holds a lead over Abrams of less than 58,000 votes as of Tuesday.
Georgia State Patrol told NBC News Tuesday that 15 protesters were arrested for unlawfully disrupting “orderly conduct of official business.” State patrol said protesters were taken to the Fulton County Jail.
Police later announced that Williams was additionally charged with misdemeanor obstruction of justice.
After her arrest and release, Williams claimed black female Democrat privilege as a state senator (at the time) as a reason why she shouldn’t have been arrested:
“I joined them down on the floor and I was singled out as a black female senator, standing in the rotunda with constituents in the Capitol, in the body that I serve in, and I was singled out and arrested today for standing with so many Georgians who are demanding every vote be counted,” she said.
As it turned out, privileged is exactly what she was, because the charges were dropped a few months later on free speech grounds:
In a court filing, Cobb County Solicitor General Barry Morgan said that while there was probable cause for Williams’ arrest, his office decided not to prosecute her.
“While the Capitol Police were professional and correctly did their job, we must also balance the need for public safety in such an important public forum with the inviolable right to free speech and protest, especially of the government,” Morgan wrote in the dismissal. “Our decision here does not reflect condemnation of that arrest decision; this decision is a choice to let the arrest itself serve as punishment for the crime.”
But that wasn’t enough for Williams. She ended up suing over the incident in part on grounds that it never should have happened since she was a state senator and a special session had been in progress at the time.
While the Trump case and the Williams case are different on many levels, that Williams had the audacity to complain about election denialism was rather rich when, if she had her way, Stacey Abrams would have been named Georgia’s governor in 2018:
Obviously, the Trump and Williams cases are apples and oranges—13 felony counts alleging a large conspiracy to overturn votes vs. a lone obstruction charge.
But Williams’ rank hypocrisy in criticizing anyone as an election denier is absurd and shameless.
— RRH Elections (@RRHElections) August 15, 2023
So for those keeping score at home, an election-denying Democrat politico who reportedly tried to forcibly change the outcome of the 2018 gubernatorial race on behalf of another election-denying Democrat is trying to dunk on Trump for allegedly being an election denier.
You really can’t make this stuff up.

“America Under Attack: Massive Blaze in Pensacola Marks NINTH Recycling Plant Fire in First Half of August Alone — File this under Things-That-Make-You-Go-Hmm”
JD RUCKER
AUG 16, 2023
ENTIRE ARTICLE: “Climate change. The obsession with it by cultists who desperately want to be proven right about the end of the world has prompted dozens of known (and likely hundreds of unverified) arson attacks this summer in the name of convincing us that heat of the season isn’t normal and cow farts are going to kill us all.
It would appear that someone, whether cultists or more nefarious players pushing the globalists’ plans, have selected a new target for their escapades. Recycling plants are going up in flames across the country and of course every event is an opportunity for corporate media to blame climate change. Well, not all. One of the nine recent fires has been blamed on a “likely faulty battery.”
I still blame the cultists though I’m reserving room for the possibility of it being the globalists with an even darker agenda in play. Where I don’t leave room is for the notion that it’s all a coincidence that nine recycling plants went up in flames the first two weeks of August when it’s hard to find any single month the last five years that had more than one or two incidents. Most had none because recycling plant fires just weren’t a thing until now.
Here’s video of the latest in Pensacola, Florida:
Recycling plant fires create a very noteworthy statement for those seeking to blame climate change. The billowing smoke and foul stench draw attention and prompt local media to cover the events profusely. It can often be seen from miles away and can linger for days.
Recycling plant fires are the perfect narrative-builders for cultists. Then again, they also pose a perfect opportunity for globalists and depopulationists to release other toxins into the atmosphere. This is speculation with absolutely zero evidence, but hypothetically if the powers-that-be wanted certain chemicals released into the lower atmosphere then using recycling plant fires spread coast to coast would offer them literal smokescreens to hide their plans.
After all, they can’t keep derailing trains or somebody might get suspicious. Here’s a list of this month’s recycling plant carnage:
August 1: Vinton, Texas (mall fire but perhaps their efforts were thwarted)
August 3: Jacksonville, Florida
August 6: Albuquerque, New Mexico
August 9: Oakland, California
August 11: Brockton, Massachusetts
August 11: Houston, Texas
August 12: Glendale, Arizona
August 12: Boston, Massachusetts
August 16: Pensacola, Florida
If this pace continues, that would be over 200 recycle plant fires per year.
It would be ironic if cultists really have chosen recycling plants as their targets since one of the purposes of recycling plants is to clean up the environment, but perhaps the messaging is more important to them than the impact of their actions. Of course, nobody ever accused climate change cultists of being logical.”

It is truly amazing how much they love to waste money! Duh, you jackasses! Of course men and women are going to react to stress differently!!!! Even MORE proof that there are distinct differences between the TWO ( and ONLY two) sexes!!!
“High levels of stress are known to contribute to the development of many psychiatric and medical conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, hypertension, and heart disease. Past case studies suggest that psychiatric disorders linked to stress exposure can manifest differently in men and women, with the two sexes often predominantly exhibiting different symptoms.
Researchers at the Max Planck Institute of Psychiatry recently carried out a study aimed at better understanding the biological processes underlying these well-documented sex differences in stress responses. Their paper, published in Cell Reports, identifies specific cell types that respond to stress exposure in males and females.”
