Strawberry Yogurt Pie

Ingredients

¼ cup boiling water

1 box (.3-ounce size) sugar free strawberry Jello mix

2 containers (6-ounce size) light strawberry yogurt

8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed (lite or fat free can also be used)

1 9-Inch Graham Cracker Crust

Preparation

In a medium bowl dissolve the Jello mix in the boiling water then set it aside to cool slightly.

Stir in yogurt until combined. Fold in the Cool Whip. Spread into the prepared pie crust. Top with sliced strawberries if desired.

Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until set. Enjoy! 

*My mom made this and it’s delicious.  She used regular everything—not sugar free or lite.  She said you can also pair other Jello flavors and yogurt—like peach—if you like.

    OTOH, looks like CT. Public Schools have more $$$ than they know what to do with.

    It’s amazing how quickly school boards and administrators forget what mischief school-aged boys can create in school bathrooms. More taxpayer dollars down the drain….both literally and figuratively.

    This escape clause that has passed the Senate in Florida so DeSimp can run for President,
    First has the house also passed it?
    Second does Desimp have to sign it into law?

    Do the citizens of Florida have the ability to recall the so called governor of Florida?

    The citizens of able should immediately start a petition to recall his ass. It would be karma for the weasel DeSimp to have to fight a special election for governor while he is running for President.

    Come on people of Florida,
    Smoke the rat bast**d out,
    I have faith in the Maga people of Florida.

  8. since there’s supposed to be wet weather for the next 3-4 days, we just moved all the unsplit firewood into the garage. this way i can split it over the next few days. while we were moving it, this HUGE and I mean as big as my outstretched hand black/green frog kept startling the crap out of me. in some ways i am still such a girl…LOL
