Personally, I believe they knew the attack was coming but the Military Industrial Complex and the warmongers in our government wanted to get into the war. So they allowed it to happen. Of course, there is no proof of that but…..there’s not much proof for a LOT of things!!!
National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, also referred to as Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day or Pearl Harbor Day, is observed annually in the United States on December 7, to remember and honor the 2,403 Americans who were killed in the Japanese surprise attack in Hawaii on December 7, 1941, which led to the United States declaring war on Japan the next day, thus entering World War II.
On Sunday morning, December 7, 1941, the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service attacked the neutral United States at Naval Station Pearl Harbor near Honolulu, Hawaii, killing 2,403 Americans and injuring 1,178 others. The attack sank four U.S. Navy battleships and damaged four others. It also damaged three cruisers, three destroyers, and one mine layer. Aircraft losses were 188 destroyed and 159 damaged.
Canada declared war on Japan within hours of the attack on Pearl Harbor, the first Western nation to do so. On December 8, the United States declared war on Japan and entered World War II on the side of the Allies. In a speech to Congress, President Franklin D. Roosevelt called the bombing of Pearl Harbor “a date which will live in infamy.”
There are a number of Naval memorials around the US in honor of those who died at Pearl Harbor. The most well known and highly publized is the USS Arizona.
USS ARIZONA
The USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor is a marble memorial over the sunken battleship USS Arizona, which was dedicated on May 30, 1962 (“Memorial Day”), in honor of the 1,177 crew members who were killed. The memorial remembers all military personnel who were killed in the Pearl Harbor attack. Note: This site is open to the public with boat tours to the memorial provided by the US Navy from the visitors center.
USS OKLAHOMA
In the first ten minutes of the battle, eight torpedoes hit the USS Oklahoma, and she began to capsize. A ninth torpedo would hit her as she sunk in the mud. 14 Marines, and 415 sailors would give their lives. 32 men were cut out through the hull while the others were beneath the waterline. Banging could be heard for over 3 days and then there was silence.
In 1943, the Oklahoma was righted and salvaged. Unlike most of the other battleships that were recovered following Pearl Harbor, the Oklahoma was too damaged to return to duty. Her wreck was eventually stripped of her remaining armament and superstructure before being sold for scrap in 1946. The hull sank in a storm in 1947, while being towed from Oahu, Hawaii, to a breakers yard in San Francisco Bay.
USS UTAH
The USS Utah Memorial, is in remembrance of a former battleship that had been converted to a target ship in 1931 (thus, at the time of the Pearl Harbor attack carried the designation of AG-16), that was sunk in the attack on December 7, 1941. A memorial to honor the crew including the 58 who died aboard USS Utah was dedicated on the northwest shore of Ford Island, near the ship’s wreck, in 1972. The ship, along with USS Arizona, was added to the National Register of Historic Places and declared a National Historic Landmark in 1989.
USS BOWFIN
The USS Bowfin Submarine Museum and Park is in remembrance of an American submarine that sank 44 ships in World War II. This site is adjacent to the USS Arizona Memorial Visitors Center.
The submarine is owned and operated by the Pacific Fleet Submarine Memorial Association, and is now part of the USS Bowfin Submarine Museum and Park in Pearl Harbor, on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Visitors can tour the submarine with an audio narration of life in the vessel during World War II. The park’s museum features exhibits and artifacts about submarines and the history of the United States Submarine Service, including detailed models, weapon systems, photographs, paintings, battle flags, recruiting posters, and a memorial honoring the 52 American submarines and the more than 3,500 submariners lost during World War II.
The museum’s other exhibits include a torpedo and a 40-mm quad gun, along with Poseidon C-3 and regulus I missiles. The park is located within walking distance of the visitor center for the USS Arizona Memorial and it is across the Harbor from the Battleship Missouri Memorial.
USS MISSOURI
While operating with the carriers on 11 April, the USS Missouri came under attack from a kamikaze that struck the side of the vessel below the main deck. The impact shattered the aircraft, throwing gasoline on the deck that rapidly ignited, but it was quickly suppressed by her crew. The attack caused superficial damage and the battleship remained on station.
Two crewmen were wounded on 17 April when another kamikaze clipped the stern crane and crashed in the ship’s wake. Missouri left Task Force 58 on 5 May to return to Ulithi; in the course of her operations off Okinawa, she claimed five aircraft shot down and another probable kill, along with partial credit for another six aircraft destroyed.
On 21 August, Missouri sent a contingent of 200 officers and men to Iowa, which was to debark a landing party in Tokyo to begin the process of demilitarizing Japan. Two days later, Murray was informed that Missouri would host the surrender ceremony, with the date scheduled for 31 August. The ship’s crew immediately began preparations for the event, including cleaning and painting the vessel. Missouribegan the approach to Tokyo Bay on 27 August, guided by the Japanese destroyer Hatsuzakura. That night, the ships stopped at Kamakura, where a courier brought the flag that Commodore Matthew Perry had flown during his expedition to open Japan in 1853; the flag was to be displayed during the surrender ceremony. The flotilla then entered Tokyo Bay on 29 August, and Missouri was anchored close to where Perry had anchored his own vessels some ninety-two years earlier. Poor weather delayed the ceremony until 2 September.
In 1990, leading up to the 50th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, Congress established the Pearl Harbor Commemorative Medal. This is also known as the Pearl Harbor Survivor’s medal and was awarded to anyone who was in the U.S. Armed Forces who was present in Hawaii on December 7, 1941 and participated in combat operations that day against the attack. The medal was also awarded to civilians who were killed or injured in the attack. A few years later, Congress amended the law to allow any person who was present in Hawaii on December 7, 1941, and was involved in combat operations against Japanese military forces attacking Hawaii, to receive the award. In both instances, there was a limited time period to apply for the award, and it is no longer issued.

Stacey Abrams’s Georgia Nonprofit Could Face Criminal Investigations for Unlicensed Fundraising
https://freebeacon.com/democrats/stacey-abramss-nonprofit-flouts-state-charity-laws-across-country/
Stacey Abrams’s New Georgia Project is collecting donations without a license in at least nine states, opening itself up to fines and criminal inquiries, a Washington Free Beacon investigation found.
State laws across the country prohibit charities that have not filed required financial disclosures with the IRS from soliciting donations. But the New Georgia Project, which missed the Nov. 15 deadline to file its Form 990, is still raising money through a nationwide campaign hosted by the online fundraising platform ActBlue. Representatives at the relevant agencies in Tennessee, Mississippi, and North Carolina, where the New Georgia Project’s charity license has expired, told the Free Beacon that the group could face fines ranging from $25 dollars to $25,000 for violating their state’s charity laws. Some of those fines could be issued for each donation the group accepts.

i believe he should be impeached, but mccarthy is doing this simply as a distraction. they can’t remove mayorka (not enough votes in the senate). so this is grandstanding and avoiding looking into other things. a shiny object to focus on. FOCUS on the 2020 ELECTION FRAUD–reveal it…FIX IT.
stop the stupid dog and pony shows
FTA
Detractors of a potential Mayorkas impeachment will say that these are simply policy disputes, and that Congress has no right to impeach a cabinet member over policy disagreements. But, this is not a conventional policy dispute over the tax code or labor policy, it is about whether the border should be secure or open. The Constitution makes clear that it must be secure, and that it is the federal government’s responsibility to secure it. When Mayorkas took an oath to the Constitution after being confirmed by the Senate in February 2021, he swore to secure the border and protect Americans from invasion. He has flagrantly violated this oath, and thus must be impeached.
Other detractors say that the House should not bother impeaching Mayorkas since securing a conviction in the Senate would be extremely unlikely. It is certainly true that getting the two-thirds majority in the Senate required to impeach Mayorkas would be a nearly impossible task, but that doesn’t mean it is not worth doing. If done correctly, a Mayorkas impeachment would be an opportunity for Congress to educate the American people on the importance of border security, and the efforts of the Biden Administration to dismantle it. It could also force Mayorkas to make some changes to his approach, if he wants to avoid the infamy of being just the second cabinet official in U.S. history to be impeached.
Ultimately, Mayorkas should be impeached, not for political reasons, but because he richly deserves it. Mayorkas has deliberately and systematically decimated our security and our sovereignty. He has betrayed his oath to the Constitution, and he must face consequences for doing so.

Bottom Line: She is a well-groomed leftist lawyer, groomed by DLA Piper to appear Republican. She has never had a real job.
Firstly, there are way too many photos of her on Google images. That is always a telltale sign of a groomed cardboard cutout. Pages and pages!
Secondly, she is an Indian citizen, not American.

Well, this is interesting…..from 2020 – I know nothing about this site, came up during a general search. I can’t find anything about her current religious beliefs:
“SACRAMENTO — Long before Harmeet Dhillon became the leader of the legal fight against California’s stay-at-home order, she was a new elementary school student in North Carolina uncomfortable because she didn’t know the Christian prayer her classmates recited every morning.
She told her mother, who had studied the Constitution for her citizenship test after the Sikh family emigrated to the United States from India. Her mother spoke to the principal about the legality of having public school students reciting a prayer.
The school changed its policy, Dhillon said. That moment was her initial lesson in the First Amendment that four decades later would be one of the underpinnings for more than a dozen lawsuits she helped to file over the coronavirus-induced order in California that closed businesses, churches and beaches, restricted people’s movements and produced record high unemployment.”
—————-
After moving to California in 2000, she was involved at the grassroots level in San Francisco Republican politics before twice unsuccessfully running for the state Legislature in one of the country’s most liberal cities. She chaired the city’s Republican Party before winning election as vice chair of the state GOP in 2013.
She has won national attention from conservative media for her work.
Laura Ingraham, the Fox News host and a fellow Dartmouth College alumnus who graduated a few years before Dhillon, has praised her “great work” on the lawsuits. Dhillon counts Dinesh DiSouza, another Dartmouth graduate and conservative provocateur, as a mentor.
—————-
Her conservative views were shaped by her parents, who emigrated from the Punjab region of India when Dhillon was a baby. When she was 16, she went to Dartmouth. Her viewpoints hardened as she joined the Dartmouth Review, the renowned conservative college newspaper at the famously liberal school.
“I learned a lot about writing. I learned a lot about arguing. I learned a lot about standing up for what you believe regardless of what the majority thinks,” she said.
A defining moment came in 1988, when three of Dhillon’s classmates on the paper were suspended following an altercation with a professor. The Review sued to get the students reinstated and eventually won.
It marked a turning point for Dhillon, who studied classics and planned to become a doctor like her father. Instead, she became a lawyer, clerking in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Division and later on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Baltimore.”

“The White House calls Twitter’s Hunter Biden censorship evidence “old news,” “distraction”
Dismissed already.”
By Cindy Harper
Posted 2:00 pm
EXCERPT: “On Monday, the White House dismissed Elon Musk’s release of internal documents detailing Twitter’s suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story as a “distraction that is full of old news” and an attempt to distract people from the alleged rise of “hate speech” on the platform since the Tesla owner took over – something Musk disputes.
“We see this as an interesting coincidence … that Twitter would so haphazardly push this distraction that is full of old news, if you think about it,” said White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. “And at the same time, Twitter is facing very real and very serious questions about the rising volume of anger, hate and anti-Semitism on their platform, and how they’re letting it happen.”

ENTIRE ARTICLE: “Here’s a very short post regarding the Georgia Senate election — it’s something to ponder while we await the runoff results. The election integrity group VoterGA released the following press release on December 2nd.

What did VoterGA uncover —you ask?
Here’s a close-up of the vote-count change — let’s compare the numbers for Herschel Walker on the left and the right.
How does 1,551,534 become 1,529,948? It can’t. In case you’re wondering why a private company in Spain called SCYTL “provides” the election numbers for the state of Georgia, allow me to explain it to you.
https://emeralddb3.substack.com/p/americas-elections-are-rigged-and
As I’ve told you since the stolen 2020 election, the entire US voting system is basically a labyrinth of shell companies designed to obscure who owns the machines. The companies are privately-owned and unregulated and totally fake. That’s why nobody should need to be convinced about election fraud: you already know there’s election fraud because the entire system is designed to disguise itself.”

“Top Biden officials to appear at conference endorsing Covid-19 zoonotic origin theory as ‘science’ — Panel advances baseless claim that human impact on the environment is responsible for pandemics.”
Jordan Schachtel
EXCERPT: “Several high level Biden Administration officials will participate in a conference Wednesday and Thursday where organizers have declared the zoonotic origin theory of Covid-19 as “science,” and the ultimate result of human impact in the environment.
The Global Health Council (GHC), an outfit funded by the U.S. government and the Gates Foundation, along with smaller private donors, will kick off its annual conference Wednesday afternoon. The GHC is a leftwing organization aligned with climate change fanaticism and the priorities of the degrowth movement, and it seeks to promote ESG policies to facilitate these outcomes.
On Thursday morning, Jim Levy, a top State Department official, will appear on a GHC panel that declares, “Important new science strongly supports zoonotic origins for COVID-19,” adding that “human impact on ecosystems” might be to blame for the outbreak.

Levy will be joined by a VP at EcoHealth, the Wuhan lab-linked organization that attempted to cover up its role in conducting dangerous coronavirus experiments in China, which were funded in part by Anthony Fauci’s NIAID.
The panel description reveals an emphasis on rolling back human impact on the environment. This notion forms the core objective for the climate hysteria movement, which is fully embraced by the U.S. Government Health establishment. In addition to supporting the zoonotic origin theory, these actors now speculate, without evidence, that human interference in the environment may have caused the claimed zoonotic spillover event.
The panel is sponsored by Preventing Pandemics At The Source (PPATS), a spin off of a non-profit outfit called Dalberg Catalyst, which has also received millions of dollars from the Gates Foundation and The Rockefeller Foundation. Additionally, a senior World Economic Forum official sits on its board. The billionaire-funded PPATS acts to disseminate the evidence-free notion that human impact is driving pandemics. Last week, Anthony Fauci published a paper in the New England Journal of Medicine embracing the idea that the pandemic was caused by human “encroachment on nature.”

I despise the treasonous SOB but I wouldn’t wish this on ANY Father!!!! Sad…..not clear if it was his daughter….
ENTIRE ARTICLE: “HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Houston police and fire department personnel responded to the Houston home of Sen. Ted Cruz on Tuesday night. HPD told Eyewitness News that officers responded to reports of a 14-year-old with self-inflicted stab wounds on the arms in the upscale neighborhood of River Oaks. Police were in the front yard of Cruz’s home when ABC13 arrived.
The teen was taken to the hospital. Police could not say whether the call involved a member of Cruz’s family. The Texas Republican has two daughters.
ABC13 reached out to Sen. Cruz’s office for comment. Representatives said the police activity involved a family matter. Regarding a question about one of the senator’s daughters, they said that she’s OK and there were no serious injuries.

(An Eyewitness News crew captured officers in the River Oaks neighborhood where Sen. Ted Cruz resides on Dec. 6, 2022.)

“Duke University surgeons are refusing a 14-year-old girl a kidney transplant because she has not received the Covid shot — She has already had Covid and recovered”
Alex Berenson
ENTIRE ARTICLE: “At 14, Yulia Hicks has already had more than her share of bad luck. Brought from Ukraine to the United States in December 2018, she was given up by her first two adoptive families before Chrissy and Lee Hicks adopted her in 2021. She suffers from Senior Loken Syndrome, a genetic condition that is destroying her kidneys and eyes and will soon force her to have a kidney transplant.
Now Yulia is facing another crisis, this one seemingly caused by her own physicians. Doctors at Duke University, where Yulia has been awaiting a kidney transplant, have told her parents they will not give her a new kidney unless she is vaccinated against Covid – even though Yulia has already had and recovered from Covid.

To pressure Chrissy and Lee into giving Yulia a Covid shot, the physicians have overestimated the efficacy of the jabs. On a Nov. 29 phone call that Yulia’s parents recorded, Dr. Dan Chang, an pediatric infectious disease specialist, claimed that the shots “prevent severe disease and death.”
Dr. Chang’s statement is inaccurate – data from Australia, for example, show that more than 90 percent of Covid deaths occur in vaccinated people. Dr. Chang also told Yulia’s parents that the Covid jabs would help Yulia even though she had already had Covid. “The natural immunity is not as good as if you had natural immunity plus vaccination,” he said.
In fact, a paper published in the New England Journal of Medicine in July that examined Covid infections in more than 2 million people in Qatar cast doubt on the effectiveness of so-called “hybrid immunity” against the Omicron variant:

On the call, Dr. Chang and Dr. Eileen Tsai Chambers, a pediatric kidney specialist at Duke, acknowledged that their hospital had seen no deaths or severe illness in unvaccinated patients following kidney transplants. But they said they had heard of deaths at other transplant centers.
Dr. Chang also pointed to “hospitalization costs” if Yulia developed a Covid-related fever after receiving a transplant as a reason to require vaccination. Dr. Chambers said Duke was not forcing Yulia to receive a Covid shot, only recommending it. She then added, “if you don’t follow these things, Yulia can’t be a transplant candidate here.”
Lee Hicks said he felt that the physicians knew a Covid jab would offer Yulia at best marginal benefits and were simply angry that he and his wife had disagreed with them. “You’re going to do what they say, or you’re not going to get this life-saving treatment,” he said. “It’s like they’ve forgotten sight of that’s the most important thing, which is a girl’s life.”
Drs. Chang and Chambers did not return emails for comment.
—
The Nov. 29 phone call was polite. But at this point, the relationship between Duke and the Hicks family appears irreparable. Lee and Chrissy are now seeking a transplant center that will not require Yulia to receive the Covid shot.
Yulia is not in imminent danger. But receiving a transplant outside North Carolina, where she lives, will add to the expense and complexity of the transplant, further disrupt her life and potentially add to the risks she faces by interfering with her routine of home dialysis. The Hickses – who have eight biological and three adopted children – are now trying to raise $25,000 to help pay for the additional expenses of traveling for a transplant.
“We were hoping that they would come around,” Chrissy Hicks said. “But from the beginning they have pushed it on us.” Despite this new challenge, Yulia remains optimistic, Chrissy said. “She’s the happiest child I’ve ever met in my life,” she said.”

EXCERPT: “PORTLAND, Ore. — A ruling by a state court judge placed Oregon’s tough new voter-approved gun law on hold late Tuesday, just hours after a federal court judge allowed the ban on the sale and transfer of high-capacity magazines to take effect this week.
The ruling by Harney County Judge Robert Raschio threw the implementation of Measure 114 — set for Thursday — into limbo and Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum said on Twitter that her office will urgently appeal to the Oregon Supreme Court. That filing is likely to come Wednesday morning.
“It’s been a busy day for Measure 114, Oregon’s new gun safety law, which is supposed to go into effect Thursday. A federal and a state judge both issued rulings today,” the Twitter thread said. “As of now, the law cannot go into effect on Thursday.”
The lawsuit in Harney County, filed by Gun Owners of America Inc., the Gun Owners Foundation and several individual gun owners, sought to have the entire law placed on hold while its constitutionality is decided. The state lawsuit specifically makes the claims under the Oregon Constitution, not the U.S. Constitution — and that means for now, Raschio’s ruling is binding in the entire state.”

Our “politicians” pushing that Illegals – who were not forced the c-19 vaccine upon invading— rewarded with citizenship for joining our military. Illegals paid for dragging any child across the border are rewarded by automatic citizenship for that child while they can join military to get theirs. Our politicians who actively ignore our laws and our border, will sell it in the DC Bubble as “profitable”

Hmmmm….re: the Brunson case on the SCOTUS docket…..comment from Martha in VT @ CTH:
“It was docketed at the high court on October 24th. The case is scheduled for a conference vote, however only 4 votes are needed to proceed to a hearing before the court and I have heard the conference vote is scheduled for 1-06-23.”
EXCERPT: “What is interesting is that there are two lawsuits that have been filed challenging the violation of the oath of office. The first one was filed by Loy Brunson and is still pending in the Utah Federal Court. The second one was filed by Raland J. Brunson and has made it to the Supreme Court of the United States – Docket #22-380. It will be interesting, to say the least, if the Supreme Court agrees to hear the case.
Both lawsuits include defendants Pres. Biden, Harris, former V.P. Pence, and 385 members of congress for breaking their oath of office by voting AGAINST the proposition (that came from members of congress) to investigate the claims that there were enemies of the constitution who successfully rigged the election. He filed ProSe in the Supreme Court.
This is an interesting argument, but it will be even more earth-shattering if the Supreme Court actually takes the case and rules on the validity of taking an oath of office. How can you support, and defend, the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic if you refuse to even investigate the claim?”

The lawsuit did not “make it” to the Supreme Court. It was dismissed by the District Court. The dismissal was appealed to the Court of Appeals, which affirmed the District Court’s dismissal. Brunson has filed a petition for writ of certiorari. Those petitions are very rarely granted. SCOTUS just last week refused to grant certiorari in another election case involving Dominion voting machines. My opinion only. I believe people are again getting people’s hopes up only to have them let down. Do it enough and people will give up. The courts are not the answer. They are as compromised and corrupt as the rest of government.

Per Kash Patel… For FBI-related requests, Twitter has had longtime contract with legal firm Perkins Coie for representing company. Not that long ago reports emerged saying FBI had established workspace in Perkins Coie offices.
PC also represents Crowdstrike.
I still wonder about the purpose for that July 2015 thru July 2016 NOBID contract the FBI gave to Crowdstrike.
