I was right; there is no law saying the counties have to certify elections; it is an administrative action imposed by Hobbs a couple of years ago.

dog causes crash in Texas…
entire article
KILGORE, Texas – Police in Texas “apprehended a reckless driver” Thursday that turned out to be a dog who crashed into two cars in a Walmart parking lot.
According to Kilgore Police Department, one of the victims noticed the suspect “barrelling down on him” but couldn’t get out of the way.
“He was shocked to see the driver was a dog!,” KPD shared on social media. “Yep, the pooch was actually behind the wheel when the crash occurred.”
The investigation revealed the furry friend was sitting in an unoccupied vehicle waiting on his family while they shopped.
“He apparently got a little antsy and bounced around the cab setting this truck in motion,” the police continued. “The steering column had some prior damage and this pooch must have placed the vehicle in drive.”
Officials added that the dog was also wearing a leash, and it’s believed that he got it caught on the emergency brake and released it.
“It doesn’t sound feasible but an eyewitness saw the pooch behind the wheel just before the crash. He certainly has a guilty look on his face,” officials added.
No one was injured in this crash.

as we got to the bottom of the driveway this morning my brother in law was just packing up his gear to go back home. He was here about 8 days to hunt deer and bear and he claimed he only saw about 5 deer in those 8 days. Hell, we saw 3 buck and 5 doe yesterday right when he was coming down the mountain–he was driving them down towards us but didn’t know it…

I don’t think people understand the bigger picture of what happened tonight with the Twitter #ElectionInterference story.
Lot of people are already declaring “nothingburger.”
No. That’s not what happened.
What happened tonight is laying the groundwork for what’s to come. Let’s enumerate how the narrative has now shifted:
1) Election interference happened and it involved members of the Government, up-to and including Biden himself. It’s not a “conspiracy theory” any more. It was a genuine conspiracy and anyone who says otherwise is a liar and a fraud.
2) Both Democrats and Republicans are involved. Meaning: this isn’t a partisan issue (though it’s clear Democrats shoulder most of the blame). This is, at its core, an election integrity issue.
3) Jack’s personal email was revealed, and it’s very strange. Perhaps this was done intentionally to get the typical water-carriers to start shrieking about >muh debunked Pizzagate until they’re blue in the face, and keep them away from more important realizations (KEK ).
4) We were left with the distinct impression that there’s much more to the case that will be revealed over the coming days. People need time to process information. The Zeitgeist needs time to shift. Why?
5) Raland vs. Adams. Oh gee, the obscure Supreme Court wildcard everyone seemingly forgot about.
The core argument in the case is that election issues abounded and a Constitutional right appealing for time to investigate these issues was fundamentally denied. Unlike other cases, only 4 SC judges have to agree to this premise in conference for the case to win.
Suddenly it’s much harder for those SC judges to disagree with Raland’s premise, when the CEO of a major American tech company is releasing materials implicating government officials (and possibly even Biden himself) in Election interference. Elon’s brought receipts, and now perhaps you’ll understand why this former Electric Car environmental darling has Journos gnashing their teeth and fleeing to Mastodon (hint hint – he has their unencrypted DMs and a willingness to publish communications when legally required to do so – ie, when the law has been broken. Otherwise, Twitter, his huge investment, would be complicit in those crimes, and regardless of what you think of him on matters of free speech, you have to admit, he is trying to do things to the letter of the law).
So my thesis is that Elon’s info-dump was timed like this on purpose. There’s one more conference day (the 9th) before an extended Christmas recess for the court, so by starting now, and seeding info over the next few days (odd he started on a Friday night, right? UNLESS the big drops start landing on Sunday/Monday, and then start to dominate the news cycle) – this gives the pretext for the court to agree with Brunson’s case.
And if Brunson succeeds… I don’t know how else to put this… that’s pretty much the end of the Biden administration’s mandate to rule.
It will be HELL for Biden – and one that I imagine might destroy his last remaining son in the process. But this is the evil wager PedoJoe made, through a lifetime of corrupt criminal choices. Chickens always come home to roost, and what’s done in the darkness always comes to light.
I won’t speculate further than that, but the fact that we’re not seeing politicians and MSM journalists fleeing the country already proves they’re too stupid to see the play – and be that by design or providence, it’s just as well. There’s too many moving parts. 99% of the populace can’t even fathom this as a possibility right now.
But it’s like a… a modified chess board. I’m seeing the landscape change and pieces moving into position.
Could I be wrong? Sure.
But I doubt it.
Let’s see what unfolds next!

Hmmm…..problem here is that Rucker leans towards the “unity” side of things, IMO, and he is being VERY optimistic. As Miranda Devine should know, Musk IS hiding things still. He and Apple came to an agreement – that did NOT happen w/o some concession on his part…..at the same time, he has a very good point – TS is, indeed, just an echo chamber of primarily like-minded people.
“With Release of Twitter Files, Trump Should Come Back to Twitter — He really should.”

ENTIRE ARTICLE: “This won’t be my most popular take of all time. In fact, I can already see some of the comments in my head about how Twitter doesn’t deserve him, he’s doing just fine at Truth Social, Elon Musk isn’t doing enough to end censorship, Twitter is a Deep State project, and several other reactions that I might have agreed with before this weekend.
But the Twitter Files have changed things. They’ve reaffirmed trust among many Americans who have been skeptical of the possibility that Musk really CAN make things better at the once-great social platform. If a company is willing and able to expose the role played by many of its own employees and our own government in manipulating the results of the 2020 election (not to mention dozens of other examples of malfeasance with Big Tech/government collusion), there’s hope.
Arguably the most important aspect of this weekend’s release of the Twitter Files is that it has thus far been done without excuses made. Matt Taibbi didn’t try to justify any of the actions taken by Twitter employees and Musk hasn’t been softening the blow to his newly acquired company by downplaying the significance of the revelations. While one can argue that both of these characteristics are self-serving (Twitter is probably burning through servers right now faster than Hunter Biden can burn through crack rocks), it’s still refreshing to see the truth coming out.
After being reinstated, Donald Trump has not posted to Twitter. He’s remained loyal to Truth Social. That’s a good temporary business move, though long term it’s not as I’ll explain shortly. But it’s not good for America for one simple reason. Now more than ever, America NEEDS Trump’s voice in the conversation. One can say, “But he’s getting tens of thousands of ReTruths and Likes on his posts over there,” but here’s the thing. It’s an echo chamber and nobody outside of his base is seeing anything he’s posting. Unlike Twitter, Truth Social doesn’t let unauthenticated visitors see what’s being posted. Unlike Twitter, it doesn’t allow posts to be embedded. No matter how many “ReTruths” he gets on his closed platform, he’s not even reaching 3% of the people he could (SHOULD!) reach if he posted on Twitter.
I’m not suggesting he should dump Truth Social. In fact, it would benefit him and Truth Social greatly if he were to post many things to Twitter. He could grow Truth Social more quickly by posting partial thoughts on Twitter, then linking to the full post on Truth Social. Or, he could use Truth Social as his venue for full rants while making Twitter his home for campaign-related posts as well as hot takes.
Truth Social will never be Twitter. It’s barely on par with Gettr and Gab, both of which are superior in functionality and engagement. Donald Trump can keep talking to his most passionate base alone on Truth Social, or he can speak to the American people on Twitter.”

I see the merit in both choices–twitter would be ON FIRE if he went back and he could reach more people…but staying on truth should draw more people to truth social–which he has a financial stake in, no?
