        We have been having some beautiful fall weather! Chilly at night though! I bet the leaves are pretty where you live! I do dread winter though!

        1. some trees have turned but there’s still an awful lot of green here…the aspens turn late, the maples early…so all together it’s lovely…but the amount of fallen leaves is astounding!!! lol

          I read Marica’s post that Patrick doesn’t post anymore, but Sylvia says he’s ok?

            He hasn’t posted for a few days. Sylvia said last night that he was hurting and got a shot. She said she didn’t know if he was lurking. I don’t always see all the posts. I hope he is ok and able to post again. Sylvia is in contact with him and let’s us know what is going on.
            Seems like less people commenting lately.

              every day I would skim the posts looking for anything by him to make sure he was okay–but hadn’t seen anything in a few days…sigh…the atmosphere has changed for sure.

        1. we are okay…had a great time with family this past weekend…but boy it tired us out!
          I have a mountain of laundry to do…and I met a lot of people who gave me a lot of ideas of things to make…so I’m anxious to dive into new projects.
          so glad you’re almost done with the house–YAY!!!!

  3. Yay is right and tonight tub leaking uggg want to scream LOL if it is not one thing it’s another – think I want to sell our house too and rent – then I wouldn’t have to worry so much or fix so much- oh well having a cocktail and hoping tub is easy fix

    1. ahhhh…i remember those headaches!!
      mother in law had a an upstairs bathroom shower that she “never” used–well it was an absolute horror…we had to get a plumber to fix…and her downstairs bathroom, her plumber guy talked her into some bizarre sink/tub/toilet color that must have been some leftover something. well, the sink leaked and the toilet discolored–it all had to be replaced for a chance at selling…sigh. I do not envy you…hope it’s over soon!!!!

          when we get back in the area we always drive by and are amazed…my mil had tons of flowers, a small garden and a quiet presence…there’s a confederate flag hanging from the porch and 4 cars in the driveway…must drive her neighbors crazy…lol
