Morning All!
it’s about 40* here, but no star visible so who knows what today will bring.
Mom was in good spirits and we stayed about 2 hours with her. we then drove up to my son’s and got good news about our DIL and got smothered in dog kisses from both their dogs. Then we went out for dinner and then the long drive home. sigh…I’ll be dragging my butt today.

we buy wine kits (one pinot noir and one riesling) twice a year. Each kit makes about 30 bottles, so we make 120 bottles every year. It stores very nicely in the basement.
the older neighbor (now passed) used to make odd flavors of wine…chocolate, blueberry.
We grow grapes, but we never get enough to make wine…the raccoons manage to eat them the days before we think they’re ripe.

I had friends who had a horse farm outside of Bloomery, WV. My horse was bred by them in FL and I helped them move 10 horses from FL to WV back in 1991. After dropping off my stud colt and 1 mare at my place in VA, they hauled the other 8 up to their farm in WV. I already had an aged pinto gelding and my guy was only 2 years old – still a baby.

Conclusion:Ivermectin is emerging as more than an antiparasitic agent. Its anti-inflammatory, synaptic & cholinergic effects are beneficial in neurodegenerative disorders like Dementia, Alzheimer’s & Parkinson’s.
Dosages suggested by Dr William Makis:
Parkinson’s: Patients on high-dose ivermectin (60-72mg) saw dramatic improvements in movement & symptoms.
– Multiple cases of symptom reversal—where tremors, stiffness & rigidity significantly improved.
Alzheimer’s: Patients on low-dose ivermectin (12-24 mg for 4-5 days) brought back memories, recognition & cognitive function in patients.

EXCERPT: “(The Center Square) – The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday will hear arguments in a consequential case to determine at what point states can accept and count mail-in ballots.
The case, Watson v. RNC, challenges a Mississippi law that allows mail-in ballots to be received up to five days after Election Day, as long as the ballot is postmarked by Election Day. Fourteen states and the District of Columbia also allow mail-in ballots to be received after Election Day.
Jason Snead, executive director of the Honest Elections Project, said the case would give an opportunity for mail-in ballot laws to be uniform across the country.
“Federal law clearly states that ballots must be received by Election Day,” Snead told The Center Square. “Despite this, states continue to allow absentee ballots to pour in days or even weeks late.”
In Illinois, mail-in ballots can be received up to 14 days after Election Day. Lawyers for the RNC argued that the federal government sets a date for federal elections and that all ballots need to be available for counting by that date.
Lisa Dixon, executive director at the Center for Election Confidence, said delayed mail-in ballot receipt deadlines became more prominent during the COVID-19 pandemic. She said a ruling in favor of the RNC would still allow states to accept late mail-in ballots for nonfederal elections.
Lawyers for Mississippi have argued that upholding a strict receipt deadline would jeopardize ballots for military and overseas voters. However, Congress’ passage of the Uniformed and Overseas Citizen Voting Act established requirements for states to send absentee ballots 45 days before a federal election.
“Congress has spoken in that area and created a system of law that’s arguably separate from the federal Election Day statutes themselves,” Dixon said…..”

“The star, known as M31-2014-DS1, didn’t erupt in a spectacular supernova. There was no brilliant explosion lighting up space. Instead, its core appears to have quietly collapsed under its own gravity, forming a black hole directly. By combining new telescope observations with more than a decade of archived data, a research team led by Kishalay De at the Simons Foundation’s Flatiron Institute reconstructed the most detailed timeline yet of a star undergoing this silent transformation.
The pattern was remarkable. Around 2014, the star brightened in infrared wavelengths. By 2016, its visible brightness had dropped sharply. By 2023, it had dimmed to just one ten-thousandth of its original optical luminosity — effectively vanishing. Yet in the mid-infrared, a faint glow remains, coming from dust expelled from the star’s outer layers rather than consumed entirely.
Internal convection appears to have given the outer material enough angular momentum to orbit the newly formed black hole instead of plunging straight inward, allowing it to feed slowly over decades rather than in a sudden burst.
Only about 1% of the outer envelope ultimately fell into the black hole. And this wasn’t a one-off event – a previous case, NGC 6946-BH1, showed the same behavior. Some of the universe’s most massive stars don’t explode when they die. They simply fade away into darkness.”

“Laredo is one of the most unusual historical recreations in the UK, a fully built, meticulously detailed Wild West town hidden in the English countryside. Created by a dedicated community of re‑enactors, it features saloons, a sheriff’s office, a cantina, wooden boardwalks, and period‑accurate interiors that look like they were lifted straight out of an 1880s frontier settlement.
Members dress in authentic clothing, adopt historical personas, and recreate everything from poker nights to staged shootouts, giving visitors a surprisingly immersive glimpse into the mythology of the American West.
What makes Laredo fascinating is how it reflects Britain’s long‑standing cultural fascination with the Wild West, which dates back to the 19th century when Buffalo Bill’s touring shows captivated European audiences.
Instead of being a tourist attraction, Laredo is a private passion project, built, maintained, and performed entirely by volunteers who gather every other weekend to “live” in the Old West for a few days. It’s a blend of craftsmanship, historical curiosity, and pure escapism, showing how powerful and enduring the frontier myth remains even thousands of miles from the real American West.”

This tells you, POTUS had in place a parallel system.
I was thinking SPACE FORCE before I read that. This was a military branch set up by POTUS and it would allow him to move well vetted personnel into a separate branch. Personnel who are LOYAL to the USA. Remember the D-Rats thought it was a joke and mostly ignored it. It was established on 20 December 2019.
How would you know exactly what Iran was doing?
How would you know WHERE all the targets are?
Between Space Force & Elon Musk you have incredible data gathering technology 24-7 for the last 5 years.
On June 22, 2025, Operation Midnight Hammer a U.S. military strike, targeting Iran’s key nuclear facilities was ordered by POTUS. Think kicking an ants nest.
THEN Space Force & Elon Musk WATCHED!
A 1/2 year later the US military STRIKES, taking out key targets.

Just The News: “Hawaii officials urged residents in the hardest-hit areas to evacuate Saturday as the state faced its worst flooding in more than two decades. The deluge followed heavy rains that soaked ground already saturated by a winter storm a week earlier, with additional rainfall expected through the weekend.
Muddy floodwaters inundated large portions of Oahu’s North Shore, a region known globally for big-wave surfing. Powerful currents swept up homes and vehicles and triggered evacuation orders for about 5,500 people north of Honolulu, though those orders were later lifted.
Officials also warned that a 120-year-old dam was at risk of failing. On Maui, authorities elevated an evacuation advisory to a warning for parts of Lahaina, which is still recovering from a deadly 2023 wildfire.
Officials have described the situation as the worst flooding in 20 years. So far, more than 230 people have been rescued from the flooding.”

There is an issue regarding the SAVE act that should be aired. Prior to 9-11, members of Congress would return home to their constituencies to campaign for re-election. They would ride in parades, knock on doors, and speak to gatherings.
Elected representatives have something that selected representatives do not: a constituency. To continue being re-elected, they must represent their constituencies effectively, so the constituencies will donate money and vote for their representatives.
After 9-11, congressional representatives stopped campaigning in person at home. They disappeared. Public relations firms were given carte blanche to do the re-election job for the absent Senators and Representatives. Now we know that rules were changed, permitting cash to flow into campaigns through committees and bundlers, from outside the members districts, from corporations, and even foreign countries could launder campaign contributions to U.S. politicians.
Buying and selling ballots, faking the numbers, rigging the voting machines, all support the smug attitude that congressional representatives should be able to serve for life. Once selected, they need not personally campaign ever again.
The problem for the rest of America is that these representatives have stopped being responsible to their constituencies. They are insulated from decisions they make, because they answer to no one. As such, they simply are not on the same page with everyone else. They have become cliquish, repeating empty rhetoric, and hiding behind arcane rules.
If the SAVE act were passed, members of Congress might have to once again make an appearance at home to campaign. They might have to knock on doors and ask for votes from real people, like prior to 9-11. For many, that can be too much to ask.

“AOC paid doctor known for ketamine treatment $19,000 in campaign cash: The expenses were marked as “leadership training and consulting” on campaign finance records.”
The Post Millennial, Thomas Stevenson, Mar 21, 2026
ENTIRE ARTICLE: “Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has spent $19,000 on a psychiatrist that is known for ketamine treatment, according to a report from the New York Post. The $19,000 was spent from her campaign coffers in 2025.
Dr. Brian Boyle, the chief psychiatric officer at Stella, was hired by the left-wing lawmaker in 2025. The chain of mental health clinics focuses on “novel” treatments that are popular in Hollywood and on Wall Street. In March 2025, her campaign paid Boyle $11,550. In May, she shelled out another $2,800. Then in October, she paid $4,375 to the doctor, tallying up to $18,725, per the Federal Election Commission.
The expenses were marked as “leadership training and consulting” on campaign finance records. The lawmaker’s campaign did not respond to a request for comment when the Post reached out to the lawmaker. Boyle claimed to be an “interventional psychiatrist” and has specialized in different unorthodox ways to treat mental health issues. He also claims to be the “leading authority” on ketamine treatment, the same drug that led to the death of “Friends” star Matthew Perry.
In a podcast last year, Boyle said, “I just saw the incredible power of what these treatments could do. It’s a ton of fun helping patients get better.” In an interview about the treatment, Boyle said that celebrities are fans of the treatment. “Celebrities tend to be more inclined to be on the hunt for highly effective solutions across beauty, health, mental health, nutrition and so on.”
AOC has herself moved to make unorthodox drug treatments for therapy more accessible. She has proposed legislation three times to more closely study the impact of psychedelic drugs.
Critics took aim at AOC for the use of campaign funds to pay for the sessions, whether ketamine was used or not. Paul Kamenar, the counsel to the National Legal and Policy Center, said, “While I can understand why AOC would spend $18,000 for a shrink whose specialties include narcissistic personality disorders, using her campaign contributions for what appears to be an expense for personal use violates federal campaign finance laws.”
“While she describes these expenses as ‘leadership training,’ Dr. Boyle has no expertise in that area, unlike several Democratic campaign consultants,” Kamenar added. “This looks like yet another example of misuse of campaign contributions.”

a NATIVE of India got himself elected to JUDGE in Texas and then misappropriated funds to make a down payment on a home. His lawyer claims it’s a racist nonsense.
FTA
Sentencing in the case is scheduled for June. A conviction on a third-degree felony carries a potential penalty of up to 10 years in prison, along with fines of up to $10,000.
The conviction could also result in George being removed from office in Fort Bend County, a fast-growing area southwest of Houston.
Wesley Wittig, an assistant district attorney with the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office, outlined the next legal steps following the conviction.
“Even though he’s convicted today, the trial’s not complete until the sentencing is finished and a judgement is entered. At that point there will be language in the judgement ordering the removal of Mr. George from office,” Wittig said.
George, a native of India, was first elected in 2018 and became the first person of color to serve as Fort Bend County judge. He was reelected in 2022.
Prosecutors argued during the trial that George misrepresented his campaign finance reports and transferred more than $46,000 in campaign funds into his personal account.
According to the state’s case, those funds were used for personal expenses, including a down payment on a home and property tax payments.
Fort Bend County Assistant District Attorney Charann Thompson told jurors that the financial reporting was not accidental.
“This is not an inadvertent mistake by an unsophisticated man,” Thompson said.

hmmmmm…so schumer knows a “trick” to get a vote on something even though the dems are not in the majority? WTH????? the article doesn’t say what the trick is only that the it failed.
Senate Republicans halted an effort by Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., on Saturday to secure pay exclusively for Transportation Security Administration (TSA) workers as the Department of Homeland Security shutdown continues.
Although Democrats do not control the Senate floor, Schumer employed a little-used procedural maneuver to trigger a vote that would allow consideration of the bill.
Democrats are pushing the GOP to accept a list of reforms to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as a condition to pass a bill to fund the agency.
In the meantime, DHS remains unfunded.

“Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) employed a rarely used procedural tactic on Saturday, March 21, 2026, to force a vote on a motion that would allow consideration of a standalone bill to fund the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) during the ongoing Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shutdown.
The motion aimed to suspend Senate rules and refer the House-passed bill to the Rules Committee, which does not have jurisdiction over appropriations, in an effort to bypass the Senate Appropriations Committee. This maneuver was intended to create a direct vote on funding TSA workers without attaching it to broader immigration enforcement funding.
However, the effort failed. The vote on Schumer’s motion to suspend the rules and move forward with the TSA funding bill ended in a 49-41 defeat, falling short of the 60 votes needed to succeed. All 49 Republican senators voted against the motion, while Democrats supported it.
Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-S.D.) dismissed the proposal as “convoluted,” arguing that funding only one part of DHS—like TSA—does not solve the larger problem and leaves hundreds of thousands of other federal workers without pay. He maintained that Congress must fund the entire department, not create exceptions.
Despite the failure, Schumer and other Democrats continue to push for a standalone vote to fund TSA workers, arguing that the agency’s staff—over 61,000 of whom are working without pay—should not be held hostage in the broader political standoff over immigration enforcement reforms.”

about a 50,000 vote difference between actual votes and “counted” votes is no big deal says the dems in CA. Sheriff starts investigation
FTA
California isn’t the worst voter fraud center in the country, but it is quite notorious for elections that end and then get reopened again when a whole of ballots suddenly show up. That’s how Karen Bass ended up in charge of L.A. It’s also notorious for making it as easy as possible to taint elections with ballots in generals. And now we’ve come here.
The Democrats running the place that already declared that…
1. A 45,800 vote discrepancy is no big deal and that anyone who thinks so is a dangerous election denier.
2. Human error makes it natural that there can be a mistake of nearly 50,000 votes
3. The real threat comes from people noticing any election issues
But if there’s no underlying problem, then where’s the harm in double checking? Somehow the same people who insist that it’s normal for vote counts to go on for weeks also turns hysterical at the thought of any kind of second count.
Investigating the results isn’t the same as fixing the problem and plenty of politicians launch investigations, especially when they’re running for office, and then do nothing, but an investigation is a whole lot more than the nothingness that preceded it.
