President Trump Threatens Blockade of Almost Completed Michigan-Ontario Bridge
    February 9, 2026

SD: “Writing on a Truth Social post earlier this evening, President Trump is threatening to block the U.S. side of a new bridge that links Detroit, Michigan to Ontario, Canada:

Truth Social) – “As everyone knows, the Country of Canada has treated the United States very unfairly for decades. Now, things are turning around for the U.S.A., and FAST! But imagine, Canada is building a massive bridge between Ontario and Michigan. They own both the Canada and the United States side and, of course, built it with virtually no U.S. content. President Barack Hussein Obama stupidly gave them a waiver so they could get around the BUY AMERICAN Act, and not use any American products, including our Steel.

Now, the Canadian Government expects me, as President of the United States, to PERMIT them to just “take advantage of America!” What does the United States of America get — Absolutely NOTHING! Ontario won’t even put U.S. spirits, beverages, and other alcoholic products, on their shelves, they are absolutely prohibited from doing so and now, on top of everything else, Prime Minister Carney wants to make a deal with China — which will eat Canada alive. We’ll just get the leftovers! I don’t think so.

The first thing China will do is terminate ALL Ice Hockey being played in Canada and permanently eliminate The Stanley Cup. The Tariffs Canada charges us for our Dairy products have, for many years, been unacceptable, putting our Farmers at great financial risk. I will not allow this bridge to open until the United States is fully compensated for everything we have given them, and also, importantly, Canada treats the United States with the Fairness and Respect that we deserve. We will start negotiations, IMMEDIATELY.

With all that we have given them, we should own, perhaps, at least one half of this asset. The revenues generated because of the U.S. Market will be astronomical. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” ~PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP

The USMCA renegotiation plan likely plays a big part in this announcement. Don’t react, just watch.”

Democrat candidate comes up with a ‘final solution’ to the ‘MAGA problem’
    https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2026/02/democrat_candidate_comes_up_with_a_final_solution_to_the_maga_problem.html

Suzanna’s “final solution” to the “MAGA problem” is to ban us all from the Internet for four years:

When this is all over, and Trump is gone, and Democrats are back in charge, and we’re rebuilding everything, the punishment for MAGA for voting Trump three times needs to be that they lose their internet access for four years. That they cannot post videos or comments on social media, for four straight years, so that none of us are subjected to their lies and misinformation. While we are rebuilding the chaos that they caused, the whole world and America gets to be without their BS online for four straight years. Can we all agree to this?

She’s running in a solid Republican district, but with the election shenanigans we’ve come to know from Georgia, I wonder if she might slip in by the skin of her teeth.

Well at least it’s not reeducation camps! (sarc)

  6. Just The News: “A liberal-leaning federal appeals court in California on Monday night unexpectedly sided with the Trump administration by allowing Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to end Temporary Protected Status for migrants from three countries.

The San Francisco-based Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued an order freezing a lower court ruling that would have vacated Noem’s decision to end protections for immigrants from Nepal, Honduras and Nicaragua, according to Fox News.

The court ruled that the federal government would succeed on the grounds that Noem’s decision “was not arbitrary or capricious.”

Noem had argued the grounds for the temporary protected status no longer existed because they were tied to specific events that happened years ago, and the DHS has argued that the designations were designed to be temporary.

“This is a crucial legal win from Justice Department attorneys that helps clear the way for President Trump’s continued deportations,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said on X. “As the court found, ‘the government is likely to prevail in its argument’ that ending Temporary Protected Status for some immigrants is sound and lawful policy. We are proud to represent the Trump Administration in court every day.”

Temporary Protected Status is given to people from countries that are unsafe because of a natural disaster, political instability or other dangerous conditions. The protections are granted for six, 12 or 18 months and allow the recipient to work in the United States and prevents them from being deported.”

  8. Just The News: “(The Center Square) – Robert F. Kennedy Jr., secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, called for increased drug and medical price transparency on Monday.

Kennedy, in honor of the one-year anniversary of his Senate confirmation to the post of HHS secretary, highlighted actions undertaken by the agency to alter federal health guidelines, increase price transparency and roll back vaccine recommendations. He called for increased restrictions on processed foods, and cited adverse health consequences to the proliferation of ultra-processed foods.

“We need to change what we’re feeding these children, or we’re going to lose our country,” Kennedy said. Kennedy accused large corporations that make ultra-processed foods of stealing profits from farmers and ranchers who make whole food. He said the corporations used their influence to write federal nutrition guidelines under the Biden administration.

“USDA and FDA have been captured by the industries they were supposed to regulate and the lobbyists for those industries were writing the dietary guidelines and drawing up the food pyramid,” Kennedy said.

In collaboration with the Department of Agriculture, Kennedy released new dietary guidelines that placed an emphasis on red meat and dairy products. However, a new report from Protect Our Care, a health care advocacy organization, said the guidelines were based on input from corporate leaders in the beef and dairy industries. Federal guidelines dictate what kinds of foods should be prioritized in the federal food assistance program, prison system, veterans meals, active duty military and school lunches across the country.

“The red-meat and full-fat-heavy menus Kennedy is pushing are financially unrealistic for already strained school meal programs,” the report said.

Kennedy also highlighted the Trump administration’s efforts to reduce drug prices through most favored nations agreements. He pointed to vast differences in price between prescription drugs sold in the United States compared to European countries.

He called out how the administration has worked to bring back domestic drug production, reduce prices and get more price transparency from insurance providers. He called for increased sharing of medical records between patients and artificial intelligence providers.

“Most doctors now are owned by corporations, they’re owned by hospitals, or they’re owned by hospital systems or insurers,” Kennedy said. “They don’t really have the time to go through your entire medical record but AI could do that and it is going to end up saving a lot of lives and giving people more precision and more control over their health.”

Protect Our Care pointed to Kennedy’s reshaping of federal vaccine guidelines. The group criticized his rollback of funding for vaccines, including for COVID-19 and flu. “Kennedy has gone after COVID-19 shots from both ends – shrinking who is advised to get them and kneecapping the science behind next-generation vaccines,” the report said.

The report also criticized HHS leadership, including Kennedy, for firing all 17 members of a vaccine advisory committee to the Centers for Disease Control.

Kennedy called for Americans to “be skeptical” of advice from medical experts and called on parents to figure out what is best for healthy living. “These are all lies you’re being told,” Kennedy said. “We have a responsibility that people don’t have in other systems. You need to make up your own mind and make good decisions for yourself and your children.”

“Yesterday my Olympic dream did not finish the way I dreamt it would. It wasn’t a story book ending or a fairy tail, it was just life. I dared to dream and had worked so hard to achieve it. Because in Downhill ski racing the difference between a strategic line and a catastrophic injury can be as small as 5 inches.

I was simply 5 inches too tight on my line when my right arm hooked inside of the gate, twisting me and resulted in my crash. My ACL and past injuries had nothing to do with my crash whatsoever.

Unfortunately, I sustained a complex tibia fracture that is currently stable but will require multiple surgeries to fix properly.

While yesterday did not end the way I had hoped, and despite the intense physical pain it caused, I have no regrets. Standing in the starting gate yesterday was an incredible feeling that I will never forget. Knowing I stood there having a chance to win was a victory in and of itself. I also knew that racing was a risk. It always was and always will be an incredibly dangerous sport.

And similar to ski racing, we take risks in life. We dream. We love. We jump. And sometimes we fall. Sometimes our hearts are broken. Sometimes we don’t achieve the dreams we know we could have. But that is the also the beauty of life; we can try.

    I tried. I dreamt. I jumped.

I hope if you take away anything from my journey it’s that you all have the courage to dare greatly. Life is too short not to take chances on yourself. Because the only failure in life is not trying.

I believe in you, just as you believed in me. ❤️LV”

  10. EXCERPT: “Editor’s note: This article contains references to graphic content.

Directly following a live event viewed by millions, the legacy media hurried to tell Americans what they actually saw, and even for a group of pundits known for tall tales, the historical revisionism they peddled in 24 hours is striking. Major outlets took Bad Bunny’s obviously political, sexualized, anti-conservative performance and made it out to be as “wholesome” as Richard Scarry’s Busy Town — literally — all in an effort to mislead and demoralize Americans hoping to see their country and their values given due deference on their favorite sport’s biggest platform.‘Not Overtly Political’

In yet another episode of leftists’ “it didn’t happen, and it’s good that it does,” legacy media outlets explained that Bad Bunny’s show wasn’t really political. According to Rolling Stone, Bad Bunny (whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio) “was not overtly political, but he did send a message of unity as he paraded flags from all over Latin America.” People magazine asserted that he “steered clear of strong political statements.” The New York Times said that the messaging was “less political than some perhaps expected.” In fact, “For all the solemnity of the political moment, this performance is all about joy.” According to The Atlantic, those who anticipated a “divisive” show from Bad Bunny were “totally wrong.” In sum, don’t worry, politicization wasn’t really happening.

But for those who persisted in their belief that there was something political about the performance, the Times had an explanation: “Bad Bunny bringing the positivity feels political in this climate.” His “highroad political statement” was “unity,” nothing more and nothing less. The artist’s show simply “became a political flashpoint.” The man who made anti-ICE propaganda a focus of his Grammy awards speech and flippantly told 300 million Americans to go learn Spanish just stumbled into a political mess, like the 5-year-old who picks up a curse word at school.

It’s a shame really, according to the media, because Bad Bunny was really trying to send a “message of love and unity,” and everyone knows just how difficult messaging can be. After all, Bad Bunny had the words “THE ONLY THING MORE POWERFUL THAN HATE IS LOVE” displayed on a jumbotron, and the fact that this verbage was on a jumbotron should certainly have overcome the reality that, as Rolling Stone acknowledged, “it was some of the only English featured in the program.” The problem is the hearers, according to the media: “It’s a message the right has had trouble understanding.”

The above might seem like something of a flip-flop, but the whiplash fully sets in only when media outlets proceed to give fawning treatment of the political points Bad Bunny was in fact making. Rolling Stone schizophrenically provided a detailed analysis of the halftime show’s political messaging, exploring how individual songs served as a “direct rebuke to the U.S.” and it’s “oppression,” while others harped (ironically) on protecting Puerto Rico from “colonial exploitation,” racism, “gentrification,” overdevelopment, and the breakdown of its culture. In addition, the Puerto Rican banner Bad Bunny toted was tied to the territory’s independence movement, and, in one of his lyrics (not performed during the show), he says this flag — not the Starts and Stripes — is the one he wants draped over his coffin, the Times reminded readers.

On top of all that, the Rolling Stone noted that Bad Bunny delivered a “powerful rebuke” — yes, another — “to the exclusionary rhetoric coming from conservatives” and those worried about the destruction of American culture. The rebuke? Bad Bunny proclaimed that “America is much more than the United States” and Central and South American immigrants are absolutely essential. In other words, he “rebuked” the fuddy-duddies anxious to preserve American culture by telling them America would be entirely remade…..”

    1. …..However, advertisers do not care about those viewers because Colombians and Puerto Ricans do not have buying power for their products.

Many advertisers drilled down even further to target millennials specifically, using 90s themed ads. This is my generation, so I know we now have the buying power (middle aged, having kids, buying homes, not retired, etc.)

Advertisers spent $6-8 million for each commercial to target millions of these very specific viewers. They signed contracts. They were promised certain rates of impressions.

Then those targeted American viewers very intentionally SHUT OFF the super bowl for 20-30 minutes.

This dilutes the sales power of the super bowl moving forward. It ends the monopoly. And TPUSA was successful enough, even with very little promotion and time, they proved it can be done.

When TPUSA or another organization does this next year, it will be planned out longer, more artists will opt in, bigger networks will air it, and advertisers will shift their $$ from the super bowl network in pursuit of the buying power.”

      1. Good question! Here you go:

“The Great Seal Bug, also known as “The Thing”, was a passive listening device concealed inside a wooden carving of the Great Seal of the United States.  Presented to U.S. Ambassador W. Averell Harriman on August 4, 1945, by a delegation from the Soviet Union’s Young Pioneer Organization, it was intended as a “gesture of friendship” during World War II.

The device, designed by Soviet inventor Leon Theremin, had no power source or active electronics.  Instead, it operated by being “illuminated” by an external radio signal. When activated, sound waves from conversations in the room caused a thin membrane to vibrate, modulating the reflected radio signal, which was then picked up by Soviet监听 (listening) posts.

Despite its complexity, the bug remained undetected for seven years.  It was discovered in 1952 during a technical surveillance sweep of the U.S. Embassy’s Spaso House in Moscow, led by Ambassador George F. Kennan.  The discovery was prompted by earlier anomalies, including British radio operators intercepting American voices on Soviet frequencies.

The device was later displayed publicly in 1960 at the United Nations by Ambassador Henry Cabot Lodge Jr., who used it as evidence of Soviet espionage during the U-2 spy plane crisis.  The Great Seal Bug is now preserved at the NSA’s National Cryptologic Museum and is considered a pioneering example of passive RF technology, a precursor to modern RFID.”

  14. “File this one under ‘Ya sure as fuck don’t see that every day’…

A Florida homeowner captured a rare and surprising wildlife moment after discovering a red fox resting peacefully inside a backyard chicken coop, surrounded by numerous hens. Instead of showing typical predatory behavior, the fox was found curled up and napping on the straw-covered floor while the chickens remained calm and undisturbed nearby.

Red foxes are highly adaptable animals found across many parts of the United States, including Florida. While they are known predators of poultry, fox behavior can vary depending on factors such as age, hunger level, prior exposure to humans, and environmental conditions. In rare cases, a fox may enter a coop seeking shelter, warmth, or rest rather than food.

Wildlife experts advise homeowners not to approach or attempt to interact with wild animals, even during calm encounters like this. Securing coops and maintaining safe distances helps protect both wildlife and domestic animals. Moments like this highlight the unpredictable and fascinating ways wildlife can intersect with everyday backyard life.”

  17. WTH?!?! This is insane!!!!

“Like other states with “jock taxes,” California taxes non-resident pro athletes a percentage of their income based on “duty days” spent in the state. A duty day is a day in which the athlete performs work-related activities; for an NFL player, that includes not only the day of the game but also days traveling, practicing, attending meetings and otherwise preparing for the game.

The Patriots and Seahawks traveled to California on Sunday, meaning they’ll have at least eight duty days in California (Sunday to Sunday). To the extent they spend additional time after the Super Bowl in California for work, their duty day count will rise.

According to Sportico, Darnold’s bill to the Golden State will be $249,000 following Seattle’s latest championship.

The outlet stated the sizable check is due to California’s “jock taxes,” which force pro athletes who don’t live in the state to fork over percentages of their yearly income based on the number of days they work in California.”

  18. “Arizona House Advances Constitutional Amendment To End Delayed Election Results”

The Federalist, By: Shawn Fleetwood, February 10, 2026

    Arizona Capitol building.

ENTIRE ARTICLE: “The Arizona House of Representatives advanced a constitutional amendment on Monday that seeks to end the state’s post-Election Day chaos and delayed election results. “Arizonans are done with excuses, delays, and chaos in our elections,” amendment sponsor and Republican Rep. Alexander Kolodin said in a statement.

Under House Concurrent Resolution 2001 (“The Arizona Secure Elections Act”), all eligible Arizona voters casting their ballots early (“if” such a process is “authorized by law”) would be required to do so “no later than 7:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to the Election, except that early ballots delivered through the United States Postal Service may be accepted until the closing of polls on Election Day.” The measure furthermore stipulates that no votes “shall be accepted or cast” after polls close but clarifies that eligible voters still waiting in line “by the time polls close shall be permitted to vote.”

The final House vote was 32-27, with one representative not voting.

As The Federalist previously reported, Arizona’s late production of election results — a common feature in recent contests — can be largely attributed to an issue within current state law, which permits voters to drop off their early mail ballots by 7 p.m. on Election Day. The large influx of Election Day early ballot drop-offs — all of which must go through the required signature verification process — creates backlogs and delays in producing timely election results.

Following the Grand Canyon State’s delayed 2024 election results, the Republican-controlled legislature passed a bill that included a similar requirement included in HCR 2001 that mandated all early ballots to be received by 7 p.m. on the Friday before Election Day. The measure was ultimately vetoed by Democrat Gov. Katie Hobbs, who is seeking reelection this fall.

Under the Arizona Constitution, the state legislature may propose constitutional amendments to the state’s founding document without the governor’s signature. If such a proposal is passed by the House and Senate, it then must go to voters for approval.

Proposed fixes to Arizona’s delayed election results aren’t the only provisions included in HCR 2001, however. The measure also includes several policies long supported by election integrity activists.

Among these include a voter ID requirement, a mandate that only U.S. citizens may register and vote in elections, and a ban on foreign nationals financially “influencing” Arizona elections. It also requires all eligible voters seeking to receive a mail-in ballot to “have provided documented proof of citizenship” when registering to vote and confirm their preferred ballot-delivery address before each biennial election cycle.

HCR 2001 now heads to the Republican-controlled Senate for consideration. If passed, it will be considered by voters in the state’s 2026 elections.”

  19. disgusting! keep this PA governor from ever becoming president! Shapiro wants to build a security fence on his neighbor’s land and purchasing did not work out, they were discussing leasing negotiations but those failed . So he decided to build the fence anyway and claim adverse possession of the land

    ARTICLE

One prominent publication has described Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, a Democrat, as “a rising star in his party.” Further, “Many of his admirers think he could be a strong presidential candidate.” But right now he’s facing accusations he’s trying to steal a sliver of land belonging to his neighbors, in order to put in a “security” fence around his own property.

Further, he’s accused of using state police to bully, threaten and attack the neighbors.

A report at Courthousenews said Shapiro decided he wanted additional security after an arson attempt at his home. A complaint now has been filed in federal court in Philadelphia by the neighbors, Jeremy and Simone Mock, who are accusing the governor not only of trying to run a scam to take ownership of a portion of their property but lying to do it.

“The plaintiffs say in the complaint filed in Philadelphia federal court the Shapiros first offered to purchase a portion of the Mocks’ property to construct the fence. As discussions stalled, the parties began instead negotiating a lease agreement for the strip of land, according to the Mocks,” the report said. But things failed to work out and the Shapiros then decided to pursue “an outrageous abuse of power by the sitting governor of Pennsylvania.” “With no apparent way to purchase the land, the Shapiros suddenly began claiming they already owned the property through ‘adverse possession,'” the report said.

They began planting trees, chasing the Mocks’ arborist off the land and directing state police to patrol the Mocks’ land. The Mocks cite in their legal filings statements from the Shapiros admitting the Mocks own the land, a survey obtained by the Shapiros documenting that, and even county tax assessment maps. “The Shapiros clearly knew the area of the Mock property that they are occupying unlawfully is owned by the Mocks,” the Mocks’ complaint charges. “The Shapiros continue to occupy the Mock property without permission or any legal justification whatsoever.

The Mocks live next to the Shapiros in Rydal, and have been battling the Shapiros’ demands for an eight-foot security fence on the Mocks land, to protect the Shapiros, who also have demanded ownership of the land in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. There, they claim to have had “open, exclusive, hostile, continuous, adverse, and actual possession” of the land since 2003, even though their own statements have conceded the Mocks’ ownership. The court filing notes that “The Shapiros suddenly claimed, without evidence, they owned the Mock Property through ‘adverse possession’ despite their previous acknowledgements that the Mock Property was owned by no one other than the Mocks and despite having never been awarded the Mock Property through adverse possession.”

In fact, the government was billing the Mocks, and they were paying, property taxes on the land. The claim cites the 14th Amendment’s Due Process Clause that “provides that the government may not deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.”

  20. Just The News: “FBI Director Kash Patel on Tuesday released surveillance photos of a potential subject in the missing persons case of Nancy Guthrie, the mother of “TODAY” show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie.

“Over the last eight days, the FBI and Pima County Sheriff’s Department have been working closely with our private sector partners to continue to recover any images or video footage from Nancy Guthrie’s home that may have been lost, corrupted, or inaccessible due to a variety of factors – including the removal of recording devices. The video was recovered from residual data located in backend systems,” Patel posted on X.

“Working with our partners – as of this morning, law enforcement has uncovered these previously inaccessible new images showing an armed individual appearing to have tampered with the camera at Nancy Guthrie’s front door the morning of her disappearance.”

Nancy Guthrie, 84, was reported missing around noon Feb. 1 after she did not show up for virtual church services, NBC News reported. She was last seen the previous night, around 9:45 p.m., after having dinner at her daughter Annie Guthrie’s home in Tucson, Ariz., according to the Pima County Sheriff’s Office.

On Wednesday, the sheriff said that “No suspect or person of interest has been identified” in the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie. On Friday, the sheriff had said he was frustrated that a camera at Nancy Guthrie’s home was unable to capture images of anyone the day she went missing, The Associated Press reported.

While investigators had found that the home’s doorbell camera was disconnected early on Feb. 1 and that software data recorded movement at the home minutes later, Nancy Guthrie did not have an active subscription, so the footage was not able to be recovered.

“It is concerning, it’s actually almost disappointing because you’ve got your hopes up,” Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos told the AP at the time. “Okay, they got an image. ‘Well, we do, but we don’t.’”

  21. “The Long History of Infowars Propaganda Against Q (Alex Jones, Jack Posobiec, and Jerome Corsi)+ how they tried using me in their subversion ops, and how their lies continue to this day”

    Jordan Sather, Feb 10, 2026

EXCERPT: “There are many stories to be told from the saga of “Q”, a saga which we may not have seen the resolution of quite yet. Unfortunately, there is no database where one can go to find many of these stories, no Anon-ipedia or “official source” that shares the true history of what occurred with the Q operation during Trump’s first term. For those that were there in real time while the Q posts were happening from late 2017 to late 2020, they may be familiar with some of the tales, but many are still largely unfamiliar, and those folks are getting influenced by popular alternative media personalities who may have an agenda to lie to them about Q.

One of those stories is Infowars’ attempt to infiltrate and subvert the Q posts and the Q community itself by rebranding, repackaging, and shutting down what they deem as competition. Alex Jones, and other Infowars affiliates, have told many fairy tales over the years about Q by misrepresenting what actually happened, and Alex Jones is still fabricating narratives to his audience about Q to this day, even going so far as to claim he helped create it.

I would like to tell this story – and given that Infowars and their affiliates in some ways placed me at the center of their attempts to undermine Q, I feel like I’m a good person to tell it.

The thing is, one of the goals of the Q operation was to create a backchannel whereby Trump and his behind the scenes advisors (“Q Team”) could speak directly to the American people and the world. The Mainstream Media was too compromised, and a good portion of the alternative media sphere was too compromised as well. Controlled opposition, shills, and useful idiots everywhere. It was better to create anonymous posts, create a myriad of proofs showing us the posts are legitimately coming from them, and then offer information and guidance through these posts.

It would also make sense that IF Infowars were a shady, controlled outlet, then they would have a vested interest in undermining what they perceived as a threat to their attempted monopoly of alternative, conspiracy media. And IF this were true, it would also make sense why Alex Jones (and other Infowars associates), constantly put out narratives claiming that Q is fake, Q has been compromised, “I played golf with Q”, or even that “The White House asked me to be a part of Q and I turned that down” (both of those quote uttered by Alex Jones).

We will begin this timeline of Infowars’ Q subversion in December 2017 with my appearance on their platform. At this point, I was essentially the main voice on the internet interpreting the Q drops given that I was the first person on YouTube to discuss the posts in my videos. We were about 6 weeks into Q’s posts, and my videos were getting about 100,000 views per day on YouTube – so it makes sense that Infowars would reach out to me to be the voice that introduces this topic to their audience.

INTRODUCING Q TO THE INFOWARS AUDIENCE

In early December 2017 I was contacted by a lawyer named Tyler Nixon, Roger Stone’s co-host on Infowars “War Room” radio show. Tyler was my go-to for any conversations I had or appearances that I made on the Infowars network, I never talked to anyone else or had anyone else reach out to me from Infowars.

Note: I had never spoken to Roger Stone himself (other than on air during this show), and I had never spoken to or appeared on a program with Alex Jones.

I was invited onto the War Room to discuss this new “Q” phenomenon blowing up on the internet, and I was excited to do so. “Neat! More exposure for myself and this topic that no one seems to want to talk about…”. To me, it made sense to be excited about the opportunity. At the time, I did not think about any ulterior motives they may have had for bringing me on…..”

“Well, I first learned of it before it was public. Savannah called me cause she knows I live here, and then I called the sheriff and the Tucson police chief,” he told KLTV. That was mid-afternoon Sunday, and Savannah was on her way to the airport to fly here.”

  23. Just The News: “The FBI has “substantiated” some major irregularities in how votes were counted in Georgia’s largest urban area in the aftermath of the 2020 election and is probing whether those failures were intentional efforts to violate federal election law, according to a bombshell affidavit unsealed by a federal court on Tuesday.

FBI Special Agent Hugh Raymond Evans first filed the affidavit last month to establish probable cause for a raid that seized about 700 boxes of Georgia 2020 elections ballots from a storage warehouse in the Atlanta area, after getting a referral from Trump Whote House election integrity czar Kurt Olsen.

The affidavit included information gleaned from FBI interviews with about a dozen unnamed witnesses recounting various allegations that dated back to the disputed 2020 election in Georgia in which Joe Biden was narrowly declared the winner over Donald Trump.

“Some of those allegations have been disproven while some of those allegations have been substantiated, including through admissions by Fulton County,” Evans wrote. “This warrant application is part of an FBI criminal investigation into whether any of the improprieties were intentional acts that violated federal criminal laws.”

Many of the substantiated allegations were previously reported by Just the News over the last five years based on its review of ballot records.

Evans’ affidavit, dated Jan. 28, cited five major areas of irregularities under investigation, including that:

    • Fulton County has admitted that it does not have scanned images of all the 528,777 ballots counted during the Original Count or the 527,925 ballots counted during the state’s first recount, a major loss of evidence.
    • Fulton County has confirmed that during the Recount of votes, some ballots were scanned multiple times. “Ballot images made available in response to public record requests show ballots with unique markings duplicated within the ballot images,” the affidavit said.
    • During the Risk Limiting Audit, auditors counting the votes by hand reported vote tallies for batches inconsistent with the actual votes within the batch. “The State’s Performance Review Board reported that Secretary of State investigators confirmed inaccurate batch tallies from the Risk Limiting Audit,” the affidavit said.
    • Auditors assisting in the Risk Limiting Audit reported counting purported absentee ballots that had “never been creased or folded, as would be required for the ballot to be mailed to the voter and for the ballot to be returned in the sealed envelope
requiring the voter’s signature for authentication.”
    • On the day of the deadline to report the Recount results, Fulton County reported a recount totaling 511,343 ballots, 17,434 ballots fewer than the original count. “The following day, Fulton County then reported a total of 527,925 ballots counted,” the affidavit noted.

Just the News reported in 2021 that a contractor sent to Fulton County to observe voting on behalf of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had chronicled widespread confusion, mistakes and irregularities in the vote count, a fact the affidavit cited. Gov. Brian Kemp also referred Fulton County for investigation for miscounting ballots based on information from Just the News.

Despite the concerns, Raffensperger insisted none of the problems affected the outcome of Biden defeating Trump in the state.

But one of the witnesses in the FBI affidavit, identified as Witness 4, was a top lieutenant to Raffensperger and acknowledged to the FBI he was unaware of some the corroborated irregularities and admitted they were possibly problematic.

“The Director of Elections for the Georgia Secretary of State in 2020, was not aware of physical ballots not matching the number of ballot images. Wit. 4 said a discrepancy like that would be problematic but did not know if anyone went back and checked that,” the affidavit said.

“Wit. 4 said during the hand count, they did not audit for issues like image discrepancies. He said the images are just duplicates. It would be more concerning if there was discrepancies between physical ballots and voter count. The concern is less about the images and more about the ballots and voter count,” it added.”
