Good morning, Pat! 0 here, too, but bright sunshine w/no snow, thankfully. No sign of Wheezer.
Just The News: “A powerful winter storm moving through the United States has created major travel disruptions, forcing airlines to cancel thousands of flights on Sunday. The storm is bringing heavy snow, sleet and freezing rain from the southern Rocky Mountains to New England, according to weather forecasts.
The storm is expected to blanket the Northeast, including major cities like Washington, New York and Boston, with 1 to 2 feet of snow.
With hazardous conditions spreading, airlines have canceled nearly 14,000 flights since Saturday, the Associated Press reported. About 9,600 of those flights were canceled on Sunday and more are expected, making it potentially the worst single day of cancellations since the pandemic, according to the AP.
So far, the storm has resulted in power outages impacting about 500,000 people in states such as Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana.”

RE: Insurrection Act
(OK, let me put my helmet and body armor on before I post this because I know I am about to get swarmed with incoming.)🪖
I know so many of you want Walz and Frey arrested on federal charges. I get it. I feel ya.
I know so many of you want Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act tonight and send in the 82nd. I get it. I feel ya.
But the truth is, I am really happy Trump is being circumspect on both things at the moment, because I think it’s really smart.
As a casual student of Trump, I believe he has a tiered set of priorities that he rigorously sticks to. Top priority? MAGA. Second priority? Get Vance elected in ’28. Third priority? Win the midterms.
Trump will always order his priorities and act on the most important ones. In this case, I believe Trump’s team has deeply effective private polling that shows the following:
1. Despite the media, a majority of Americans blame Democrat politicians and their web of brownshirt goons and useful idiots for the violence. (Unlike 2020.)
2. The longer this goes on, the more people who will blame the Democrats.
3. Trump is viewed positively currently by a majority as using measured strength.
4. However, if Trump invokes the Insurrection Act and/or arrests Walz/Frey, the polls flip dramatically against Trump. The Dems become sympathetic and Trump is seen as starting a civil war.
If #4 occurs, Trump loses the mid-terms, likely loses the ’28 Presidency for Vance and the nation is lost. (Look at what happened in Virginia in mere days after a Dem takeover. That’s what we’ll see nationally.)
For this reason, I believe Trump is prudently showing restraint in the present moment.
Admittedly, the landscape could shift at any moment and FORCE Trump to take those measures, but for the moment his restraint seems correct.
Also, part of his plan may be to invoke the Insurrection Act the day after he wins the midterms, and then he has 2 years to prove it was the correct move.😉

The Maine Wire uncovered a Migrant network creating Medicaid businesses out of residential homes stealing millions from taxpayers
“They own OVER A THOUSAND PROPERTIES in Maine because they’re buying the two-bedroom homes TO CONVERT TO RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITIES”
“It’s a comprehensive money-making operation that they have — It looks like the pattern is moving from state to state, trying to figure out what is the best way to extract money from a Medicaid program”
American taxpayer can’t even comprehend the amount of money immigrants are stealing from them

What’s up Walmart?
You know what is the most interesting part of this story about Walmart employee stupidity? It is that the Walmart has so many Somali employees.
I was recently in a Walmart in Iowa and it was impossible NOT to notice a VERY large percentage Somalis working there, especially given the native population of the area
Someone needs to look at Walmart’s hiring policies.

FTA
Conservative content creator Kevin Posobiec and Quincy Franklin, aka the Black Conservative Preacher, made a stop at Walmart to find some hand warmers, and their encounters with the non-assimilated Somali workers were hilarious.
When they asked one woman for hand warmers, she responded with inaudible nonsense, adding, “I don’t know hand, hand– chicken?”
The next woman they asked was visibly confused, then began shouting to her colleague in Somali, before another woman in a head covering approached and sent them to the pharmacy. The same confused woman later tried to send them to the pharmacy again– for crayons!

A male employee then spends more than 20 seconds on his phone, apparently trying to figure out what they were looking for.
The average IQ of Somalia is 68. To have an IQ below 70 is considered mental retardation.

EXCERPT: “A federal agent’s finger was allegedly bitten off during the riots that filled the streets after a federal agent shot an armed man in Minneapolis. Breitbart News reported that DHS stated that the agent fired “defensive shots” after a man approached “U.S. Border Patrol officers with a 9mm semiautomatic handgun.”
In an X post showing a photo of a handgun recovered from the scene, DHS said the man who was shot “wanted to…massacre law enforcement.”
(NF: There is another tweet that perhaps shows the finger but it’s age-restricted.)
In events that followed, Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security Tricia McLaughlin noted that an agent’s finger was bitten off by one of the “rioters.”
McLaughlin observed that the agent “will lose his finger.”….

I really don’t want to go back into this weird thing again, but I will tell you nothing about it added up six years ago.
When the Floyd/Chauvin thing erupted this weird “counterfeit money” thing was at the core of it.
When Minneapolis burned, a large number of the businesses torched were cash businesses that seemed to be connected, somehow.
With the recent reports of suitcases of cash shipped out of Minneapolis, y’all might want to go back and revisit. It wasn’t a one-off then. I don’t know what it all adds up to, but something very unseemly.

Luckily for us, this storm was measured in “man” inches.
(However, the horrifically cold forecast for the next week is not going to be a fun time, but at least we aren’t battling one-degree temps and two feet of snow!)

On one side, we have the Antifa radicals wanting to commit violence, even murder, against Federal officials. Such as this perfectly normal person:
Before becoming an Antifa (or is that Trantifa?) influencer, urging others to kill ICE agents, Kyle Edward Wagner was a cross-dressing activist. Yep.. this is the same (sane?) person…
How does one go from cross-dressing weirdo to Antifa radical – all in the name of “protecting” illegal aliens?
The left hive-mind lives in a bizarro world –

Examples of the left threatening to kill ICE agents are everywhere on social media. The violence isn’t coming from the right – let’s be clear
Some of the crazy radicals have millions of followers. One can only hope that the FBI or the DoJ will soon be knocking on their door!
(Then the question arises, why hasn’t this guy been arrested yet?)
Waiting…
On the other side are ICE officials. They are minimally trained to deal with violent crowds or SWAT team methodology (why would they be). These officials are being thrown into situations where they are being doxed, their license plates tracked, the personal information being shared with radicals like the men threatening to kill Federal officials in the video above. The well-funded, financially backed by Soros left has even built apps to follow and track ICE agents.
Ice agents are minimally trained in how to deal with crowds of people threatening them with guns, throwing rocks, screaming, etc. How do ICE agents train for online videos that promote killing Federal ICE agents?
This is the type of behavior that these agents have to cope with.

BTW- this is all being planned and coordinated from the top levels of NGOs run by democrat party leaders and Soros.
City and state officials in MN, rather than cooperating with Federal officials to help find ILLEGAL aliens, are working to cause riots and mayhem. They are encouraging violence and mob action.
Under President Trump, illegal aliens are being given due process while being housed in Federal buildings before being deported. What a shock- under President Trump, ILLEGAL aliens aren’t just being released back into communities.
Did you know that under past presidents, illegals would be arrested and “processed” – that is, they would be assigned their own personal attorney, who would then schedule a court date -often years in advance, and these illegals would be RELEASED back onto the streets. Only to disappear from the system again. Rinse and repeat. They have been trained not to carry ID, don’t admit to which country they came from, and basically, were allowed to re-enter the USA to live as they please.
Well, times have changed.
My support and prayers go out to those brave ICE agents who are having to put up with so much abuse and harassment.

“Doyon 26, largest land drilling rig in North America, tipped over and caught fire on North Slope”
AlaskaLandmine.com, January 23, 2026 by Jeff Landfield
ENTIRE ARTICLE: “Doyon 26, known as the Beast, tipped over and caught fire later Friday afternoon as it was being moved on Alaska’s North Slope. Sources say the incident occurred near Alpine, located about 8 miles north of the village of Nuiqsut. Doyon 26, which weighs nearly 10 million pounds, is the largest mobile land drilling rig in North America.
The rig is currently being operated on behalf of ConocoPhillips. ConocoPhillips sent a statement about the incident to all legislators and then to the media. In the statement they say there were no serious injuries.
At approximately 4:45 pm today, an incident involving Doyon 26 occurred while traveling on an ice road (was corrected to say gravel road) on the North Slope of Alaska, while operating on behalf of ConocoPhillips. A fire occurred and is currently contained and controlled. All personnel have been accounted for and there are no serious injuries. There was no damage to local community infrastructure and no impact to pipelines or fuel transportation. Emergency response personnel remain on site. We will provide additional details as they are available.
Video obtained by the Landmine shows the rig tipping over. The derrick can be seen basically disintegrating as it hits the ground.
A 2022 Anchorage Daily News article said the rig “set a long-distance drilling record in Alaska, and unlocked oil from a new section of the western North Slope oil fields.”
Several people with North Slope experience have said the rig likely tipped due to being moved in warm 30 degree weather, which would have caused the road to be softer. Once it went off the shoulder on the soft ground, tipping over was probably inevitable.
It’s unclear what kind of impact this will have on the ongoing winter drilling season, but there will be an impact as the rig was being moved to go drill. This is a developing story.”

Just The News: “Former President Donald Trump said he is moving forward with plans to construct a large new ballroom complex at the White House, emphaizing that it’s “too late” to go back, even as it faces a legal challenge from historic preservation advocates.
In a statement, Trump said the ballroom — which he called one of the largest and most elaborate of its kind in the world — would cost between $300 million and $400 million and would be funded entirely with private money, not taxpayer dollars. He said the project is being developed in coordination with the U.S. military and the Secret Service and is intended to provide a permanent, secure venue for major state events, including dinners, conferences and future presidential inaugurations.
According to Trump, the White House has long relied on temporary tents erected on the South Lawn for large gatherings, which he characterized as unsafe, weather-dependent and inadequate for modern security needs. He said previous administrations had sought a permanent solution for more than a century without success.
The project has drawn opposition from the National Trust for Historic Preservation, which has filed a lawsuit seeking to block construction. Trump sharply criticized the group, accusing it of obstruction and questioning its motives.
“All of the Structural Steel, Windows, Doors, A.C./Heating Equipment, Marble, Stone, Precast Concrete, Bulletproof Windows and Glass, Anti-Drone Roofing, and much more, has been ordered (or is ready to be), and there is no practical or reasonable way to go back. IT IS TOO LATE! Why didn’t these obstructionists and troublemakers bring their baseless lawsuit much earlier?” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
“Congress never tried, or wanted, to stop the Ballroom Project! Everyone knew what was taking place at the White House — A great, big, beautiful gift to the United States of America! For those that are interested, the tiny East Wing was so “bastardized” and changed, built and rebuilt over the years, that it bore no resemblance or relationship to the original building. The so-called “preservationists,” who get their money from the most unusual of places, should not be allowed to stop this desperately needed addition to our GREAT White House, a place that a President has never needed permission to change or enhance, because of the special grounds on which it sits, no matter how big (and important!), that enhancement may be,” he added.
Trump said the ballroom is being done with the design, consent, and approval of the “highest levels” of the U.S. Military and Secret Service.
“The mere bringing of this ridiculous lawsuit has already, unfortunately, exposed this heretofore Top Secret fact. Stoppage of construction, at this late date, when so much has already been ordered and done, would be devastating to the White House, our Country, and all concerned,” he wrote.

Pretti is on video directing SUVs to form a barricade on the street, which is what prompted the first confrontation with officers.
Which means he was actively impeding/obstructing federal officers, a felony under 18 USC 111
Also a crime to conspire to obstruct/impede federal officers; Pretti was working with at least one other individual at the time.
And he was committing that felony while in possession of a firearm. Pretti also by his actions was attempting to aid a criminal illegal evade law enforcement.
He then assaulted a woman after being hit by pepper spray—presumably disoriented from the spray. And he had a loaded gun in his waistband.
His parents had cautioned him not to get aggressively involved in anti ICE protests.
But this was not a protest—it was a crime.

Just The News: “Eleanor Holmes Norton, the longtime nonvoting delegate from the District of Columbia, has formally ended her bid for reelection in 2026, submitting paperwork Sunday that effectively ends her campaign.
The 88-year-old Democrat filed a termination report with the Federal Election Commission, signaling the end of her campaign operation. In the filing, Norton’s committee disclosed startlingly low fundraising — just $7.50 raised so far this year — and no cash on hand, underscoring the challenges her campaign faced heading into the election cycle.
Over the final months of 2025, Norton’s campaign brought in only $2,520 and spent roughly $5,000, leaving the committee deeply in the red and heavily reliant on loans Norton herself made to keep it afloat.
Norton has held the District’s House seat since 1990, winning reelection every two years, and has been known for her long-standing advocacy for D.C. statehood and expanded rights for the capital.”
