19 Untold Nicholas Cage Facts

How could you NOT be intrigued by an article with that name? I found this article on CLEDEMY.COM and it was written by RASHMI PANCHAL.

This famous American actor was born on January 7, 1964, in Long Beach, California. His dad, August Coppola, was a professor of literature, and his mom, Joy Vogelsang, was a dancer and choreographer. Nicolas was raised in a Catholic family –his father was of Italian descent, while his mother was of Polish and German ancestry! He is the youngest of three sons. His two brothers are Marc “The Cope” Coppola and director Christopher Coppola.

He changed his name

In 2012, Nicolas told The Huffington Post that he decided to change his last name after actors on the set of the film Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982) resented him! It was the first movie by Nicolas and the actors hated him because his uncle was a well-known director Francis Ford Coppola. Unfortunately, most of his scenes in that movie ended up getting cut. To stand out from his relatives, Nicolas chose “Cage.” He took the name after being inspired by the African-American comic book superhero Luke Cage.

At the foot of Cage’s bed, a naked home intruder ate a fudgsicle

While talking about his home invasion thriller Trespass in the year 2011, Cage told reporters that he was once victimized in his home! He shared that a person had broken into his Orange County home. He was sleeping, and “I opened my eyes, and there was a naked man wearing my leather jacket eating a Fudgsicle in front of my bed.” He further added, “I know it sounds funny…but it was horrifying.” Later, Cage convinced the man to leave before the police arrived. While Cage didn’t press charges, he said he never stayed in the house again.

Cage once owned 15 houses, including a haunted house

There are many interesting possessions Cage has accrued throughout his life–such as shrunken pygmy heads, an octopus, and his amazing houses located around the world.  Many of those houses were foreclosed on in the wake of debt, including America’s “Most Haunted House.” In 2007, Cage bought the LaLaurie House in New Orleans. He claimed that he bought this to get inspiration to write a book; however, the book was never produced, and two years later, the house was sold.

Cage once slept in Dracula’s castle

While promoting the film Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance in 2011, popular actor Idris Elba recalled an incident. One day, noticing Cage was tired, Elba asked if they had gotten any rest. He answered, “Yeah, man, I went up to Dracula’s castle…the ruins up in the mountains, and I stayed the night.” He further added, “I just had to channel the energy, and it was pretty spooky up there.” He was probably talking about Bran Castle near Transylvania, which may have been Dracula’s residence in the novel of Bram Stoker.

While filming ‘Vampire’s Kiss,’ Cage ate live cockroaches

While playing Peter Low in the 1988 film Vampire’s Kiss, Cage ate a live cockroach! Eating the cockroach was his idea as a calculated on-screen move. According to Bierman, the director, the script actually required the character to eat a raw egg. However, Bierman and Cage decided an egg wasn’t extreme enough, so Cage decided to eat a cockroach.

Cage owns a pyramid-shaped Tomb in New Orleans

Cage owns a tomb that is located in St. Louis Cemetery in the French Quarter in New Orleans.  The tomb is ready for him to be placed inside when the time arrives.  The tomb can only be seen on a licensed tour offered by New Orleans Catholic Church and it sits among the tombs of notable figures, like Voodoo Queen Marie Laveau. It is not known how much Cage paid for this nine-foot-high pyramid tomb when he bought it in 2010, but according to a report, it was $40,000. It has the inscription “everything from one” in Latin.

Cage was the victim of a massive comic book heist

In 1997, comic book fan Nicolas Cage bought a copy of Action Comics #1, the highly sought-after issue of 1939. It was the issue that introduced Superman and even ushered in the superhero genre of the 20th century. The book, however, along with some other rare titles, was stolen in January 2000 from Cage’s home. The case went cold for 11 years before the book showed up in the storage locker of San Fernando Valley. After a police investigation, Cage got his book back, and he sold it for a then-record of $2.1 million!

Nicolas Cage accidentally bought a skull of a dinosaur

The extravagant spending habits of Cage have been well documented; however, very few of them can match his grandiose gesture of spending $276,000 at a 2007 auction for a Tyrannosaurus bataar skull. Unfortunately, he didn’t know that the skull had been stolen from the Gobi Desert in Mongolia. In 2014, contacted by the Department of Homeland Security, Cage agreed to hand it over…so that it could be returned.

A Japanese corn snack used Cage’s likeness without permission

In October 2017, Cage’s fans in Japan were very happy to see the actor’s face emblazoned on a snack package!  It was a crunchy corn snack known as Deluxe Umaibou Nicolastick! The snack was intended to promote his movie, Army of One, in a few theaters; however, no one asked him for his consent.

Cage helped Johnny Depp break into acting

Johnny Depp and Nicolas Cage were good friends, and during a casual game of Monopoly, Cage told Depp that he should try acting! Later in 2019, Cage told The New York Times that Depp was actually dismissive of the suggestions and even said that he couldn’t act and wanted to be a musician! However, Cage pestered and had Johnny Depp meet with his agent. Soon after, Depp was cast in the movie A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984).

One of Cage’s kids is named after Kal-El, his favorite superhero

Cage has two sons, Weston, and Kal El. Weston was born in 1990 and is the child of Cage and his long-time girlfriend, Christian Fulton. Weston is a musician, has entered acting, and even wrote a comic book with his father called Voodoo Child.

Cage’s third wife, Alice Kim, gave birth to the boy Kal-El in 2005. The name of the actor’s younger son is the same name given to Superman when he lived on Krypton. The name is believed to resemble the Hebrew words for “Voice of God.”

After Cage was arrested in 2011, Dog the Bounty Hunter posted his bail

In 2011, Cage was arrested in New Orleans for domestic abuse and disturbing the peace. He had been fighting with his wife, Alice Kim, according to the police. Duane “Dog” Chapman, also famous as Dog the Bounty Hunter, came to help Cage, posting the $11,000 bond required to be released. According to Chapman, he just performed his duties as a bail bondsman.

Cage has been married five times

In February 2021, Cage walked down the aisle with Riko Shabata in Las Vegas, NV, making it the fifth marriage of the actor. He married Patricia Arquette (1995-2001), Lisa Marie Presley (2002-2004), Alice Kim (2004-2016), and also Erika Koike (2019).

Nicolas Cage worked his way out of $6 million in debt

In an interview on CBS’ 60 Minutes, this talented actor, Nicolas Cage, revealed that at one point in his life, he was $6 million in debt! So, he had to act in different kinds of movies, including a few “crummy movies”, but he managed to work himself out of that debt.

    1. Good morning! 30 again here this morning w/clear skies. Wheezer ate most of his food again during the night. I won’t discuss our high temp yesterday…..

My friend, Michael, was good friends with Marc “The Cope” Coppola back when he lived in CA. He still talks to him occasionally. They played in a band together way back when.

      1. he didn’t start out that way. But he’s gotten to be one of those “he’s not delivering on his promises” and it’s only been a year with the other 2 branches being complete assholes! he sprinkles non political memes in mostly, but today i didn’t find anything funny.

          1. don’t know his real name–but he posts some interesting trivia quizzes every once in a while.
mostly he posts anti dem memes…anti big gov’t stuff…but i get annoyed when people repeat the “well THIS hasn’t happened yet” bs. like look at what POTUS is FIGHTING: it’s been a fricking year and he has so many appointees that have not been confirmed–a WHOLE YEAR and congress couldn’t get to it. and he’s got judges staying every order and arrest–overturning convictions–and yet we hear how the President isn’t doing things quickly enough.
            I guess i’m just in a mood.

it has to be exposed–I get it–but we’ve been waiting for things to happen–and they’re still just revealing things. seems we won’t ever get to the arrest, convict and jail/deport phase, so we can start the healing process.

    1. Nick Shirley exposes there are 1,200 medical transport companies in Minnesota. For a year, photos with timestamps were taken of the vans that are supposed to be used by these companies

NONE MOVED IN A YEAR. They sit parked, but are getting paid to transport patients

“I have been to many of these transportation companies and I’ve been time stamping my photographs for a whole year at one facility in Minneapolis and those vans in that parking lot had not moved one inch in an entire year. They’re all still sitting there”

“So when you think about it, you have with the transportation companies, you have the adult care centers. So are they working hand in hand together to then say we’re getting the services from them adult daycare centers to then transport them to their appointments” (and it’s ALL FRAUD)

The Minnesota child care fraud saga is so strange because years ago it was fully investigated, documented, and reported on by a team of state investigators set up to catch and stop child care fraud.

They spent years gathering evidence including many hours of surveillance footage. In 2018 they compiled a detailed report and delivered it to their boss, the DHS Inspector General.

Directly from the report: “Investigators, as well as the Supervisor and Manager of this unit believe that the overall fraud rate in this program is at least 50% of the $217M paid to child care centers in CY2017.”

What did the Inspector General do with this information? She refused to meet with her own team, refused to discuss the findings of the report, and then spent $90,000 of taxpayer money to have an outside company write a report saying the fraud isn’t quite as bad as her own team of investigators was claiming.

Here’s an email summarizing the fraud that the lead investigator sent the IG in 2018. Those currently in the MSM claiming that child care fraud isn’t a serious problem should read this.

The real question is how highly paid state investigators spent years investigating child care fraud in MN, reported on said fraud, and eight years later not only was the fraud not stopped, it was bigger than ever.

    1. Admittedly, I am THE most naive person on the planet when it comes to bitcoin. However, it seems to me that if it is considered to be the same as money, it should be treated the same as money. If you don’t touch the money in your checking account, the government isn’t allowed to just arbitrarily claim it. It goes to any natural heirs…..same should apply here.

Even more Minnesota crime exposed. This time it’s Behavioral Health Agency.

CBS down plays fraud with a nice headline. Calls it Failures in Oversight.

“Created documentation after the fact to mislead auditors”

One auditor noted that several documents were created by the Behavioral Health Administration only after the audit began and had been backdated in response to document requests.

Two grantees were overpaid, and the Behavioral Health Administration paid some grantees for work performed before it fully executed the grant agreements, according to the audit. The agency also made payments to grantees for costs that were either not incurred or not properly supported by source documents.

Koran said. “BHA failed to verify that grantees were providing the services they were paid for, failed to put basic financial controls in place, and then created documentation after the fact to mislead auditors.”

Being licensed by the state sure prevents corruption, doesn’t it?

Minnesota governor Tim Walz has claimed that it isn’t true that he and his administration have not done enough to address accusations of fraud in Minnesota. “We’ve spent years cracking down on fraud — referring cases to law enforcement, shutting down and auditing high-risk programs,” Walz wrote on social media.

Gee, that’s funny. Those of us living in Minnesota, who were paying attention, knew about the fraud since 2016 and didn’t hear anything about crackdowns.

I am a Montessori educator who taught children aged two and a half to seven for over forty years. During that time, but at separate times, I co-owned and co-operated two Montessori schools in the northwest section of the Minneapolis Twin City area. The schools were required to be licensed under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 142B, even though they were Montessori schools, not daycare centers. The purpose of licensing was and is to protect the health and safety of children by ensuring that providers meet minimum standards for care and their physical environment.

Licensing entailed pop visits; equipment requirements; staff requirements; and endless, time-consuming, and many times unreasonable recordkeeping. Visits included observation in the classroom, reading personal child records, reading personal staff records, inspections, and so on.

Sometimes, if they didn’t find anything wrong, they would invent something. One time, a license agent criticized us for not having a way for children to get a drink of water. My assistant pointed to the water fountain. The licensor said, “Well, the two-year-olds can’t reach it.” My assistant pointed to the stool. Not to be outdone, the licensor insisted that two-year-olds don’t know how to drink out of a water fountain. My assistant pointed to the paper cups on the shelf. The response: “Well, I didn’t see them.” And because she didn’t know that the cups were there, we received a citation. After that inspection, the licensor went out to lunch with one of our parents and admitted that she had to find things wrong with places she licensed in order to justify her job.

In view of all this, I find it very hard to believe that Walz and his minions have fought the corruption since he became governor in 2019. Look at the results and form your own conclusion.

Walz criticized Trump for making derogatory remarks about the Somali community. My husband and I had some Somali families in our school, and, except for those who had assimilated, none of them worked out. They demanded that we remove from our classrooms any books, pictures, songs, figurines, etc. that had anything to do with dogs or pigs. They demanded that we delete dancing. We didn’t. I had a conference with a Somali father and his two wives. He also made demands, and I didn’t comply. The family left the school.

The Somali families didn’t follow our rules. I had a mother who arrived to school late every day and allowed her children to walk into the room during morning group time, which was disruptive. We notified parents that those who arrived late would need to wait five to ten minutes outside the classroom until group time was finished before entering the room. She argued with us. Another mother lied on the time sheet about her daughter’s attendance in after-school care. There wasn’t one family who paid tuition.

I once asked a very nice father some questions that I had heard about Islam. He was furious that I asked and was not so nice to me after that. A goal of Islam is to take over the world through immigration. The creepiest thing happened when a Somali father signed enrollment papers and said, with a smirk on his face, “Things are going to change.”

Multiculturalism preaches that all cultures are equal. They are not. Our cultures are not compatible. A culture that is corrupt takes corruption to the new country. It is hard for us to imagine this because in our country, we are surrounded, for the most part, with honest people who respect the rights of others.

Our sacred American culture is not compatible with a culture that values theft, deception, and enslavement. Combine an incompatible culture with socialist leadership in our government, and fraud is the result.

  5. EXCERPT: “The Transportation Security Administration flagged nearly $700 million in cash detected in passengers’ luggage leaving the Minneapolis airport the last two years, a massive cash exodus believed to be tied to Somali immigrants and their money couriers, Homeland Security officials told Just the News.

The officials said the cash movements out of Minnesota’s largest airport began about a decade ago – around the time Democrat Gov. Tim Walz took office – and has grown substantially in recent years. Though all were legally declared according to U.S. Customs rules, the bundles of cash in luggage – some as much as $1 million in a single trip –  raised regular suspicions among TSA agents.

The mountain of dollars leaving the country is now being investigated by the Homeland Security Investigations unit as part of a broader probe into a multibillion dollar fraud scheme centered around the state’s Somali immigrant community, where dozens have been charged with or convicted of federal crimes.

In March of last year, a federal jury convicted the head of the now-defunct organization Feeding our Future in Minnesota for what prosecutors called the largest-ever fraud of pandemic aid, which involved $250 million, the BBC reported.

$349.4 million in cash discovered leaving Minneapolis in 2025

Officials said most of the dollars detected in luggage involved a small number of money couriers of Somali descent who took routine routes to Dubai via Amsterdam, usually from Minneapolis but other times from Seattle, Dallas, Columbus and Atlanta.

Minneapolis travelers alone had $342.37 million in their luggage in 2024 and $349.4 million in 2025, and the totals nationwide are likely to be much higher, the officials told Just the News.

TSA agents routinely flagged the cash movements to Customs and Border Protection and Homeland Security Investigations, but there was little curiosity during the Biden administration, and investigations into the nature and players only began recently since Donald Trump returned to the White House, the officials told Just the News.

One senior official who declined to be identified but has first-hand knowledge of the issue told Just the News that there wasn’t much that could be done because the couriers always had their paperwork in order. But there were concerns about what was going on, and it may take Congress to change laws for federal authorities to get to the bottom of it or to stop it.

Another official said that when federal officials inquired with Minnesota officials, they often got accused of being racists by asking questions about Somali immigrants…..”

  6. Just The News: “Seizing on improving public sentiment and support for law enforcement under President Donald Trump, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) employment has gone from 10,000 agents to 22,000 in just four months, exceeding its own goal of 10,000 new employees.

The hiring surge follows the review of more than 220,000 applications submitted throughout the year after multiple public campaigns urged Americans to serve their country by fortifying its borders and enforcing its immigration laws.

Recruiting theme: “America has been invaded by criminals and predators. We need YOU to get them out.”

The increase in manpower will likely surge even more as ICE is ramping up a $100 million recruitment campaign for 2026, dovetailing off many of their successful modes of promotion from 2025. One such campaign from 2025 features the iconic Uncle Sam “I Want You” imagery that originated with Army recruitment posters starting in 1917. The ad touted a $50,000 signing bonus, a $60,000 student loan repayment and featured the words, “America has been invaded by criminals and predators. We need YOU to get them out.”

The official Instagram page for ICE is highly active, posting videos with popular songs in the background, playing to pop-culture themes, multiple times a day to its 760,000 followers.

    Law enforcement support, enthusiasm surge

Under former President Joe Biden’s administration, law enforcement morale plummeted to historic lows amid widespread burnout and mental health crises, as evidenced by Police1’s 2024 “What Cops Want” survey where over 60% of officers reported poor work-life balance due to excessive overtime, 55% expressed dissatisfaction with mental health resources, and 43% cited workloads as a major stressor affecting personal lives.

Since Trump’s election and inauguration in early 2025, morale has surged with renewed support from leadership and the public. A May 2025 Gallup poll showed Black Americans’ confidence in local police rose to 64%—a six-point increase from the prior year and the highest in four years—alongside overall public attitudes improving as per Lexipol’s analysis of mid-2025 data.

Other LEO outfits feel the surge

This turnaround is further evidenced by record recruiting across not only federal agencies like ICE, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) but also in municipal police departments in 2025, signaling officers’ restored sense of purpose and appreciation under pro-law enforcement policies.

The FBI received 5,577 special agent applications in March 2025 alone, which was the highest monthly total in nearly a decade, totaling 10,000 in the first few months of 2025.

Even in blue cities, the upward swing exists. The New York Police Department (NYPD) hired a record 4,056 new officers in 2025, the largest single-year total in recorded history. Additionally, deep-blue Seattle’s police department hired more new officers in 2025 than in the previous two years combined, hitting 150 by mid-2025.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) had a banner year in 2025 as well, with 780 new officers graduating and entering the organization.”

  7. Just The News: “At least 24 Venezuelan security officers were killed during the U.S. military’s capture  this past weekend of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, officials said Tuesday.

Venezuela’s Attorney General Tarek William Saab said overall “dozens” of officials and civilians were killed in the military operation and that prosecutors would investigate the deaths in what he called a “war crime,” according to the Associated Press.

The Venezuelan military wrote in an Instagram post on Tuesday, “Their spilled blood does not cry out for vengeance, but for justice and strength. It reaffirms our unwavering oath not to rest until we rescue our legitimate President, completely dismantle the terrorist groups operating from abroad, and ensure that events such as these never again sully our sovereign soil.”

On Sunday, Cuba’s government announced that 32 Cuban military and police officers working in Venezuela had died in the operation.

Over the weekend, the U.S. military captured Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, bringing them to New York City to face federal conspiracy, drugs, and weapons charges. They both pleaded not guilty to all the charges on Monday.”

  8. Huh….blast from the past!!!

Just The News: “Former CIA agent Aldrich Ames, who pleaded guilty to spying for Russia in 1994, died Monday at the age of 84 at the Federal Correctional Institution in Cumberland, Maryland, according to a Bureau of Prisons spokesperson. No cause of death has been reported, but it comes as Ames was serving a life sentence without the chance of parole, per CBS News

Ames, a 31-year veteran of the CIA, spent nearly a decade spying for Russia during the 1980s and 1990s. He is believed to have compromised more than 100 U.S. intelligence operations and said he gave the Soviet Union the names of virtually all Russian agents of the CIA he knew, resulting in the deaths of at least nine agents.

The former spy told the New York Times shortly after his arrest in 1994 that greed was his biggest motivator and traded the identities of Russian spies for large sums of money. “I know what’s damaging and I know what’s not damaging, and I know what the Soviet Union is really all about, and I know what’s best for foreign policy and national security,” he said. “And I’m going to act on that.”

Ames served in the CIA from 1962 until his arrest and rose to become chief of the counterintelligence branch of the CIA’s Soviet division in September 1983. His high-ranking position came despite red flags throughout his career, including lie detector tests that showed deceptive answers, sudden unexplained wealth, poor job performance and alcohol abuse.

Ames’ second wife, Rosario Ames, also pleaded guilty to espionage charges in 1994 and was sentenced to five years in prison.”

Just The News: “The Senate confirmed journalist Sara Carter in a party-line vote Tuesday as the United States’ new “drug czar,” who will help with the administration’s efforts to curb the fentanyl crisis in the country.

President Donald Trump nominated Carter, an investigative journalist who has covered the fentanyl crisis and border security, for the post last year. She will officially serve as the director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy.

Carter was confirmed in a 52-48 split. Kentucky GOP Sen. Rand Paul voted against the confirmation.

The journalist has received multiple national awards for her coverage of national security issues, including the Society of Professional Journalists’ Sigma Delta Chi award for her coverage of the brutality of the Gulf and Sinaloa Cartel wars along the U.S.-Mexico border.

“My work in the frontlines wasn’t just about telling stories, it was about mapping the enemy,” Carter told senators in September, according to Politico. “I have seen these predatory criminal empires operate with impunity in our hemisphere. That impunity ends now. This is not just a public health crisis, it’s a chemical war being waged against the American people.”

Carter will now play a critical role in overseeing federal policy and funding related to drug trafficking, substance use prevention, treatment and recovery.”

  11. “On January 6, 2026, former Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio participated in a march on the U.S. Capitol marking the fifth anniversary of the 2021 Capitol riot.

The event, which began at the Ellipse around noon, was billed as a memorial for Ashli Babbitt, a rioter who was fatally shot by a Capitol Police officer during the 2021 insurrection. Tarrio, who had been convicted of seditious conspiracy for orchestrating the attack from afar despite not being physically present on January 6, 2021, was among a small group of about three dozen participants, including other pardoned January 6 defendants.

The march, described by Tarrio as “PATRIOTIC and PEACEFUL,” aimed to honor Babbitt and others who died in connection with the events of January 6. Attendees carried signs such as “THANK YOU FOR OUR PARDONS TRUMP” and “J6 Was An Inside Job,” while Tarrio delivered a speech criticizing the Biden administration and praising former President Donald Trump for granting blanket clemency to January 6 defendants on his first day back in office in 2025. Trump had commuted Tarrio’s 22-year sentence, which was the harshest penalty given to any January 6 defendant.

The gathering served as both a memorial and a victory lap for those pardoned, with Tarrio stating, “It feels great to be home, and I can’t thank the president enough for doing that.” The event drew minimal public support and was met with jeers from some onlookers, one of whom was briefly detained after confronting the group. Law enforcement and media personnel outnumbered the marchers at times.”

  12. Just The News: “The U.S. on Wednesday seized an oil tanker flying a Russian flag that is linked to Venezuela, according to a report.

An operation was launched by the U.S. to seize the tanker after a weeks-long chase, two U.S. officials told NBC News. One of the officials said that the ship has been secured, and the Department of Homeland Security is leading the operation with the support from the U.S. military.

The tanker, which changed its name from the Bella 1 to the Marinera, was initially pursued by the U.S. Coast Guard off the coast of Venezuela last month.

The Kremlin, which supports the Maduro regime, criticized what it called “disproportionate” U.S. attention on the tanker. The vessel was one of a number of sanctioned oil tankers operating near Venezuela that recently changed their flags to Russia.”

ENTIRE ARTICLE: “That Tim Walz is abandoning his reelection campaign for Minnesota governor amid a maddening multibillion-dollar welfare fraud scandal should serve as a big reminder: Democrats are robbing you every day and hardly even trying to hide it.

Recall Walz as the stereotypical self-abasing Democrat white male, presumably heterosexual, who was inexplicably chosen to be Kamala Harris’ running mate in the 2024 election. His stint in that role was the equivalent of a 300-pound belly flop into a pool full of sand, with memorable moments like when he said he rode his bicycle as a child and was “proud of that service” or otherwise was proven to have lied when he referred to “the weapons of war that I carried in war.” (He never saw combat.)

Now, however, Walz is most known as the Minnesota governor who oversaw and enabled a years-long scam in which Somalis occupying large swaths of his state were pocketing hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars with fake child care and health care operations that provided no services to anyone at all. The scheme was uncovered mostly through federal prosecutions, which were then covered by our dying national news media.

But most devastating for Walz and the state’s whole government was a 45-minute video produced by a 23-year-old YouTuber who demonstrated just how brazen the fraud was by simply knocking on “child care center” doors — only to be greeted by savage Somalis who spoke next to no English and had no kids inside.

The mass fraud was made possible by obscene welfare programs that Democrats like Walz — especially Walz — champion in order to lock in votes from impoverished foreigners and otherwise ne’er-do-wells who have no interest in working. “We have to make it easier for folks to be able to get into that business and then to make sure that folks are able to pay for that,” Walz said at the vice presidential debate last year. “We were able to do it in Minnesota.”

When he announced his withdrawal from reelection this week, he did so with typical Democrat energy, which is to say he claimed to be the victim honorably stepping aside, selflessly putting the well-being of others first. “Every minute I spend defending my own political interests would be a minute I can’t spend defending the people of Minnesota against the criminals who prey on our generosity and the cynics who prey on our differences,” he said.

They play in your face and then call you the problem for noticing. Walz’s Minnesota welfare scheme was every bit a fraud as his and Kamala’s 2024 campaign was. That pathetic 100-day operation likewise saw more than a billion dollars shoved into the pockets of consultants and production companies based on the media-perpetuated lie that Kamala Harris was a legitimate contender for the presidency and that Walz, a fraudster, was capable of serving in the White House, too.

Remember how Democrats recoiled in absolute horror when Elon Musk’s DOGE effort attempted to clip a few million from the federal budget, including the unending flood of money that we send overseas called “foreign aid”? That’s all your money, and they claw for each and every dollar in order to send it all to people just like those Somali scammers.

Democrats lie and steal. Then they resent you for finding out.”

Really, you’re worried about taxpayer dollars? There’s been $9 billion stolen from the taxpayers in Minnesota since you became Governor.

You won’t let us in Minnesota’s jails and there is rampant assault against our law enforcement thanks to vilification from politicians like you. So, yes, there’s strength in law enforcement numbers to remove these violent criminals from the communities you refuse to protect.

🚨 BREAKING: BOMBSHELL Minnesota auditor report just dropped and it confirms Tim Walz’s Department of Human Services FABRICATED RECORDS and did not verify grant recipients, tried COVERING THEIR TRACKS, enabling massive fraud

It just got 10,000X worse. WALZ MUST RESIGN.

“Perhaps the most EXPLOSIVE revelation is that managers within DHS tried to cover their tracks by backdating and creating NEW DOCUMENTS.” 🤯

“Sent millions of dollars out the door in grants without making proper checks into who was receiving them. And that is not even the most jaw-dropping finding!”

“One outrageous example, the auditors found a grantee that was paid $672,000 for one month of work WITHOUT ANY INFO on what they do!”

“And the audit says the grant manager who paid it then left DHS a couple days later and became a paid consultant for that company!”

      “TO ME, THAT’S CRIMINAL.”

“During the audit multiple DHS managers backdated or created new documents to try to cover their tracks.”

      WOW. THIS IS BAD.

  15. Very long but also very interesting…..

EXCERPT: “…..However, to define and promote the importance of “heritage American,” or whatever you’d prefer to call it, is to acknowledge that the United States did not emerge from a vacuum of abstract philosophy committed to parchment but from a specific cultural lineage.

    American Heritage

This heritage is primarily rooted in the Anglo-American and later Western European people who settled the continent and established its foundational institutions. This is not merely an ethnic distinction, though it is important, but a recognition of the “cultural water” in which the United States swam for nearly two centuries.

The ethnogenesis into a distinct American people was further solidified when Calvin Coolidge effectively shut down immigration with the Immigration Act of 1924, a law that allowed the existing cultures to meld into a singular, cohesive American identity over a period of nearly 40 years. At that time, the nation was nearly 90 percent white (i.e. European), and the move was seen not as a departure from the founding but as a preservation of it, as Coolidge stated in 1923:

America must be kept American. For this purpose, it is necessary to continue a policy of restricted immigration.

American life, law, and social cohesion were predicated on a shared European ancestry. Within this framework, “American” was never intended to be a universal label available to all people on Earth but was instead a specific inheritance passed down by a people who shared a common history, faith, and English legal tradition. This idea was so important to the Founding Fathers that they specifically appealed to the need to secure the “blessings of liberty” not to the world but to “ourselves and our posterity.”

It was this very inheritance, not a global promise of abstract rights, that the founders sought to protect in 1776, which ultimately held despite immense friction during the Ellis Island immigration waves — that is, until the seismic shift of the 1965 Hart-Celler Act began America’s cultural unraveling.

This historical reality of pre- and post-Hart-Celler America reveals a profound truth: The restricted immigration of the early 20th century was not a departure from or a betrayal of America’s founding but a much-needed defense of its original architecture.

In fact, John Jay, in Federalist No. 2, explicitly argues that America’s success before and during the war for Independence was due to America being…

…one united people — descended from the same ancestors, speaking the same language, professing the same religion, attached to the same principles of government, very similar in their manners and customs, and who, by their joint counsels, arms and efforts, fighting side by side throughout a long and bloody war, have nobly established their general liberty and independence.

    The Credal Myth

When we look back to 1776 through this lens, we see that the Declaration of Independence was never a universal admission slip for the world. It was a promise made by a particular people, for a particular people, who resided in a particular place, first to secure their rights as Englishmen and ultimately their rights as Americans. This endeavor would not have been successful if not for their united heritage — but don’t tell Ramaswamy.

The American Revolution, according to Ramaswamy, “marked the first time a people went to war explicitly in the name of universal human principles & ideals.”

As nice as this sounds, it is simply not true. Worse still, the promotion of this myth is designed to further erode the tangible bonds that bind a people to a specific nation, substituting the importance of heritage with the superficial bonds of civic nationalism.

In 1842, a Dartmouth student named Mellen Chamberlain interviewed 91-year-old Levi Preston, who had fought at Concord as a Massachusetts Minuteman in the American Revolutionary War. When asked why he took up arms against the British on April 19, 1775, Preston brushed aside the familiar list of grievances historians often cite when discussing what caused the Revolution. As told by Levi, he “didn’t feel” any of the intolerable oppressions, “never saw one of those stamps,” and, as for the tax on tea, he “never drank a cup of the stuff.” Preston also dismissed the idea that he had been inspired by the philosophical writings of Algernon Sidney or John Locke, saying he had “never heard of ’em.”

What animated Preston and others like him who fought for independence was far simpler and far more tangible. He explained: “We always had governed ourselves, and we always meant to govern ourselves. [The British] didn’t mean we should.”

Contrary to Ramaswamy’s assertion that Americans “went to war explicitly in the name of universal human principles,” the truth of the Revolution lies not in the preamble’s prose but in the Declaration’s legal heart.

While most Americans stop reading after the aspirational “all men are created equal,” the document’s core consists of 27 specific violations of the colonists’ rights as Englishmen — rights rooted in the Magna Carta in 1215 and the English Bill of Rights in 1689. The Declaration of Independence is much more of a legal brief than a philosophical manifesto……”

Cutaneous horns are rare skin tumors made of compacted keratin — the same protein found in hair, nails, and animal horns. They can grow into twisted spikes resembling wood, coral… or something out of medieval folklore.

Every time I see cases like this, I can’t help thinking about how this would’ve played out a few centuries ago. No dermatologists. No biopsies. Just villagers whispering, crosses coming out, and someone quietly deciding you’re either cursed, possessed, or a sign from God.

  19. Just The News: “An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent shot and killed a woman who allegedly attempted to run over law enforcement with her vehicle amid immigration enforcement conducting a crackdown in Minneapolis.

Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin said that the woman was shot in her vehicle in a residential neighborhood in Minneapolis, The Associated Press reported.

There was a large presence of federal and local officers, yellow police tape, and cars that had been in a crash, according to live video posted online, with U.S. Customs and Border Protection Cmdr. Gregory Bovino among them.

“We are aware of a shooting involving a federal agent at 34th Street and Portland. We are working to confirm additional information, but what we know is that the presence of federal immigration enforcement agents is causing chaos in our city and making our community less safe. Mayor Frey is demanding ICE to leave the city and state immediately. We stand by our immigrant and refugee communities – know that you have our full support,” the City of Minneapolis Government posted on Facebook.”

    LOYALTY TEST INITIATED:
One Congresswoman Just Pulled the Pin on a Political Grenade That Could WIPE OUT Dozens in DC
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL) didn’t just make a statement — she launched a war.
Standing before the House, she demanded what no one in Washington wanted to hear:
A total ban on dual citizens serving in Congress.

No exceptions. No gray areas. One passport. One country. One allegiance.
“If you hold foreign citizenship,” Luna declared,
“you don’t belong in American power.”
    The fallout? Immediate.
Staffers are whispering. Lawyers are scrambling.

And behind the scenes, insiders say a list of dual-national lawmakers is already circulating — and it’s longer than anyone expected.
    This isn’t about paperwork.
It’s about influence. Foreign money. Divided loyalties.

Now, Capitol Hill is holding its breath:
Which powerful names are at risk of disqualification?
Which foreign governments are quietly panicking?
And how long before classified briefings start leaking?

Supporters say Luna’s plan is a long-overdue firewall to protect U.S. sovereignty.

Food pyramid image credit: realfood.gov (USDA/HHS).

EXCERPT: “U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. today unveiled new dietary guidelines for Americans. The new food pyramid is inverted, putting protein, dairy, healthy fats, vegetables and fruit at the top, with grains at the bottom. At a White House press briefing today, Kennedy called the changes the “most significant reset of federal nutrition policy in history.”

The guidelines, effective through 2030, will become the default for what’s served to schoolchildren, the military, veterans, the elderly and low-income families that participate in federal programs like WIC and Head Start. Kennedy said:

“These guidelines replace corporate-driven assumptions with common sense goals and gold-standard scientific integrity. These new guidelines will revolutionize our nation’s food culture and make America healthy again. For decades, Americans have grown sicker while healthcare costs have soared. The reason is clear: the hard truth is that our government has been lying to us to protect corporate profit-taking, telling us that these food-like substances were beneficial to public health.

Federal policy promoted and subsidized highly processed foods and refined carbohydrates and turned a blind eye to the disastrous consequences. Today, the lies stop.”

Food pyramid was upside down before — ‘we just righted it’

Kennedy said people may think the new pyramid is upside down, given that the prior pyramid allotted the largest area to grains and the smallest area to fats. “But it was actually upside down before — we just righted it,” Kennedy said. The earlier nutrition model “wrongly discouraged” healthy fats and protein. “We are ending the war on saturated fats,” Kennedy said…..”

  23. Just The News: “A series of videos from multiple angles have emerged that show the fatal shooting of a woman by an ICE agent in Minneapolis Wednesday morning.

In one video, the 37-year-old woman’s SUV appeared parked across the road, while law enforcement vehicles were attempting to drive through, Fox News reported.

Officers, who were wearing masks, got out of their pickup truck, which had flashing police lights. They walked up to the SUV and ordered the woman to “get out of the car.” At that point, someone is heard in the background shouting, “no,” as the officers attempted to open the driver’s side door. The woman then began driving toward an ICE agent who was standing in front of her car. As the SUV appeared to hit the ICE agent, he fired several shots into the front of her vehicle.

Another video, which seems to have been shot from a nearby home, shows the ICE agent standing in front of the vehicle, firing shots as he is hit by the SUV. Officers were then seen running to the SUV as the agent limped behind them.

President Trump has weighed in on the incident, and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem has called the action by the deceased female driver an act of “domestic terrorism.”
