Just The News: “A Georgia Superior Court judge has granted a state election board access to Fulton County’s 2020 presidential ballots and documents. The Republican-led Georgia Election Board last year reopened an investigation into how the county handled the 2020 election, FOX5 in Atlanta reported.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney ruled Tuesday that the board will need to cover the costs of the ballots and documents.
Fulton County Chairman Robb Pitts told FOX5 that the elections were open and transparent, and he insisted that all votes were counted. He also asserted that Fulton County taxpayers will not be on the hook for the $400,000 that the production of the documents are estimated to cost.”
Just The News: “A federal judge Tuesday ruled that a New York law, which allows people without a valid Social Security number to obtain a driver’s license, does not violate the Constitution.
The Green Light Law, as it’s often referred to, was adopted, according to Fox News, to improve road safety. By allowing those applying for a driver’s license to submit alternative forms of identification, such as a valid passport or license issued in another country, they would be less likely to drive without a driver’s license under the law.
Under the law, applicants are still required to obtain a driver’s permit and pass a road test to get their license. It does not apply to commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs).
The law also prevents federal immigration agents from seeing the driving records of illegal immigrants during traffic stops. In February, the Justice Department, Fox News reported, sued New York Gov. Kathy Hochul and state Attorney Letitia James, arguing that the law violated the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution, which states that federal laws supersede state laws.
U.S. District Judge Anne M. Nardacci ruled that the Justice Department failed to prove that’s the case.
James called the lawsuit “baseless,” in a post on X. “As I said from the start, our laws protect the rights of all New Yorkers and keep our communities safe. I will always stand up for New Yorkers and the rule of law,” the attorney general said in her statement.”

Homeland Security @DHSgov Today, @ICEgov officers were conducting a targeted immigration enforcement operation in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Agents positively identified the driver of a van as Tiago Alexandre Sousa-Martins, an illegal alien from Portugal. In the passenger seat was Solomon Antonio Serrano-Esquivel, an illegal alien from El Salvador.
Officers approached the vehicle and instructed Sousa-Martins to turn off the engine. The driver refused and attempted to flee, then weaponized his vehicle and began ramming his van into several ICE vehicles.
He then drove his van directly at ICE officers, attempting to run them over.
Fearing for their lives and public safety, the ICE officers defensively fired their service weapons, striking the driver. Sousa-Martins then wrecked his van between two buildings, injuring the passenger.
Officers rendered immediate medical aid to both the driver of the vehicle and the passenger, who were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Both are in stable condition and expected to recover.
Thankfully, the ICE officers were not severely injured.
This incident is still under investigation.
Our brave officers are risking their lives every day to keep American communities safe by arresting and removing illegal aliens from our streets. Continued efforts to encourage illegal aliens and violent agitators to actively resist ICE will only lead to more violent incidents, the extremist rhetoric must stop.
Missouri begins a plan to stop illegals from sending remittances out of the country
FTA
The Somali immigrant fraud scandal in Minnesota has put an uncomfortable spotlight on foreign remittance payments schemes that siphon billions of dollars a year from America to overseas. Although national attention has been focused on Minnesota, another state is poised to launch a crackdown.
Missouri State Treasurer Vivek Malek told Just the News he is teaming up with the state legislature to impose new requirements that remittance payment businesses ensure that customers are lawfully in the United States before they can send money to foreign countries, and he hopes other states will follow suit. Cutting off incentives for illegal immigrants
“Missouri is stepping up by cutting off one of the biggest remaining incentives for illegal immigration, which is unverified foreign money transfers, because the economy is something that drives everybody to come to the United States,” Malek said in a wide-ranging interview with the John Solomon Reports podcast this week.
Malek said his research found that more than $200 billion leaves the United States annually through remittances, with Mexico alone receiving over $52 billion. Some sizable portion of that involves illegal immigrants, most of whom crossed the border during the Biden years.
“It has been found that at least $4.4 billion in remittances sent to Mexico have been tied to cartel money laundering through small wire transfers,” he said. “Cartels don’t sneak money across the border or throw the bag across the border. They wire it. And if we are serious about crushing cartels, we have to shut down their financial arteries.”
Malek, a lawful U.S. immigrant who worked 16 years to become a U.S. citizen, ran last year for the state treasurer’s job on a promise he would help President Donald Trump end the scourge of illegal immigration. Part of that effort includes stopping illegal immigrants from sending money overseas that they earned in the U.S. without paying taxes, he said.
“I’m making this distinction very clear: legal versus illegal immigration. I am all for legal immigration. I am not for illegal immigration. And what we saw is the diversity of the last four years, during the Biden administration, the floodgates were open on the southern border,” he explained.
The House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, in conjunction with the House Committee on Homeland Security, reports that over 1.7 million known “gotaways” — illegal immigrants who have evaded Border Patrol — are now living in the interior of the United States without documentation and without having undergone any vetting by immigration officials.
“We did not know who entered, who came, and then these people are working here. They undercut the paychecks of American citizens, and then we are just left with a bill on our hands, and then, without paying any taxes. This money is going out of the country [but] we do not know to where,” Malek added.
“Here’s What Trump Means By Calling For ‘Peace Through Strength’ — Peace through strength, defined by ‘hard-nosed realism’ over the ‘utopian idealism’ of a bygone era, is poised to yield both a popular and durable American defense policy.”
The Federalist, By: Katherine Thompson, December 25, 2025
EXCERPT: “Peace through strength,” the phrase often used to define many presidents’ national security vision, is a catchy sound bite. The problem is that no one really seems to know what it means.
The Trump administration’s recent release of its National Security Strategy (NSS) finally provides the phrase some substance. Provoking a litany of fierce hot takes from both critics and supporters, the National Security Strategy reflects only the beginning of a larger sea change. The Trump administration is ushering in a shift away from “neo-Reaganite” primacy, which shackles the U.S. to the interests of the “rules-based international order,” and toward a model grounded in realism, in which America’s actions and policies are aligned in direct service to core national interests. The administration’s forthcoming National Defense Strategy (NDS), a document that translates the pillars of the NSS into concrete defense guidance, is poised to apply this strategic shift to American defense policy.
Secretary of War Pete Hegseth previewed the change to come at the Reagan National Defense Forum. Traditionally a venue reserved for the Washington national security establishment, rarely has the Reagan National Defense Forum provided a platform for alternative viewpoints. Yet in this year’s keynote address, Secretary Hegseth posited that peace through strength for President Trump means rejecting “utopian idealism” and embracing “hard-nosed realism.”
The secretary aptly harkened back to President Reagan’s Secretary of Defense Casper Weinberger and the principles that guided decisions on the employment of U.S. military power at the time. The Weinberger Doctrine maintained that U.S. military force should be a “last resort,” used strictly in support of “vital national interests” and only employed with “political and military objectives” defined. Reagan’s strategic vision, as the secretary contended, found grounding in realism.
U.S. defense policy has, post-Reagan and post-Cold War, been unfortunately captivated by the fleeting promises of the “unipolar moment.” Secretary Hegseth unapologetically called out these disastrous distractions — “democracy building, interventionism, undefined wars, regime change” — which have left the United States in a precarious position of underpreparedness to face the increasingly dangerous strategic environment of today. He further challenged the practice often used by opportunistic actors of invoking peace through strength as an umbrella term used to justify everything from endless wars to utilizing the U.S. military as a tool for democracy promotion and “nation building.”
It was a contrarian perspective for the Reagan Forum crowd to hear…..”
Goodness, is Wheezer ever hungry this morning! He finished off one small can of tuna but still wanted more so I’ve loaded up his bowl again! And a Merry Xmas to you, Wheezer!!!! LOL
‘E Pluribus Unum’ Means That We’re One People, Not A ‘Nation Of Immigrants’ — The U.S. is not for everyone. To keep the founding fathers’ vision alive, it must be exclusive. We are not open to all comers.”
The Federalist, By: Beth Brelje, December 23, 2025
ENTIRE ARTICLE: “Despite our march toward electronic money, an important message is still jingling in pockets across America, “E pluribus unum.” The Latin phrase stamped on coins and bills means “Out of many, one.” It was coined in 1776 for the original design of the Great Seal of the United States. The Founding Fathers wanted to underscore the 13 colonies that came together as a single nation. Since then, it has come to include many different people forming one nation.
It is a concept so important that in the Coinage Act of 1873, Congress required “E pluribus unum” be inscribed on every coin, along with “In God We Trust.” We should take these mottos seriously. “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also,” the Bible reads in Matthew 6:21. Placing the motto on our money elevates its importance and serves as a reminder, in an era where many have forgotten, what it means to be one.
E pluribus unum is a memorial to the collective struggle of the original 13 colonies and the acknowledgement that they shared a culture, traditions, and a similar concern that their rights were being threatened by a tyrannical British Crown. Those similarities brought them together as a new nation and kept them together. The founders still mourned the bloody cost of the American Revolution — an unwanted task they were forced to endure, to establish freedom and hope for prosperity defined on their own terms.
What was true then is still true today: The culture and values behind the Constitution define who we are and preserve our freedom. The U.S. is not for people who don’t respect that. “Out of many, one,” is not the same as “Everyone becomes one.” We are not open to all comers.
Today, many have come to the U.S. for the wrong reasons. They expect the U.S. “As seen on T.V.” and assume everyone is living on Easy Street. The word around the globe during the Biden Era was free food, housing, and healthcare can be had if you can get across the border. And another unwritten message: Your criminal enterprise will flourish in our sanctuary cities.
We will never become one with those who bilk our social services and who refuse to assimilate. Even if they are granted citizenship, or are elected to office, how can we call them one of us while they work against American values.
Long before the inception of entitlements, early Americans came to build the country. They settled in communities and forged the nation in wagon trains. It was not always pretty. There were wars, violent battles with natives, Indian schools, slavery, and plenty of heartbreak and shameful moments.
But ultimately, our forefathers built a nation that is a shining example to those yearning to be free. It does not work if most of the newcomers are just yearning to be freeloaders. Nor does it work if too many come too fast, and their failed culture upsets the proven U.S. culture they wish to take advantage of. Our foundation was built by brave men who knew the value of liberty and were willing to fight to the death for it.
That is not who comes to the U.S. today. Instead of organizing in their home countries and demanding freedom, they slink across U.S. borders to live their culture under the cover of our liberty. They are not brave. They don’t come to serve, build, or contribute. They are not cut from the same cloth as America’s founders. Neither are the leftists who seek to protect them from deportation.
Absent border policies under Joe Biden allowed the nation to be flooded with people who have no respect for our culture and have no desire to assimilate. Now Americans face an unwanted task. We must remove those who are pulling the U.S. away from our culture. It is messy and uncomfortable. Thank God we have Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to handle the difficult task instead of today’s ordinary U.S. citizens engaging in a modern-day Revolutionary War.
At nearly 250 years, this is not the first time the United States has been tested, but as time passes, we forget the cost of our freedom. We must stand boldly and say, “No!” when liberty is threatened. Yet too many soft Americans are willing to do nothing but watch it be taken by those who hate our culture but love the sanctuary.
E pluribus unum. Out of many, one, is not for everyone.”

Gabbard specifically criticized the city of Paterson, New Jersey, which calls itself the first Muslim City. Gabbard said the town is working to implement Islamic principles in the local government.
Paterson Mayor Andre Sayegh disputed Gabbard’s claims and asked her to apologize.
Selaedin Maksut, the executive director of CAIR’s New Jersey chapter, also disputed the remarks and said they place Muslim residents at risk.
“We condemn Tulsi Gabbard’s remarks as dangerous and inflammatory lies. By falsely portraying Islam and Muslim communities as threats to American freedom, she engages in reckless fearmongering that endangers real people,” he said.
Yes, the goose is getting fat… but she has a permanent pardon from Christmas dinner.
EXCERPT: “Last week, Jill and I sent out our Christmas letter – yes, some years we do a Christmas letter. Although those of you who read our essays may find some of this redundant, we are sharing it here.
This little community of writers, in the comments, has grown into something quite special. We thank each and every one of you for the support and love throughout the year. We both read the comments daily. They are uplifting and intellectually stimulating.
So, what has the last year brought us…The last year has brought us much joy, triumph, and love. To begin, our little farm and homestead continue to thrive. We have expanded our endeavors to include not only breeding and training our beloved Lusitano horses, but also now include a little herd of miniature Jersey cattle. We look forward to once again having milk from our own cows in the coming years.
We continue to grow a fair bit of our own food, and Jill endeavors to preserve as much as possible for later use. Plus, our flock of chickens provides both eggs and some meat for ourselves and our canine companions. Next year, we plan to expand the chicken yard substantially, as we have a 20 x 100 foot paddock that will be incorporated into the yard, so stay tuned for that project. Jill wants to give the peahens more space, so it will need an area high enough to make them feel secure.
The three musketeer Aussies still rule the roost, but this year, we added a little Pomeranian rescue, re-named Kitty, also known as the Pomeranian terrorist, and she has stolen our hearts.
Next year we hope to have three foals born. This year, we didn’t have any foals, so we are getting excited about the future possibilities of these new lives. Jill continues to ride her stallion (Jade) regularly, and we will be bringing our young stallion Quartz home from the trainer. The goal is to ride him regularly over the next year. Robert intends to be the leading rider for him, so this will keep Robert very busy (on top of ACIP, possibly a new sponsored regular podcast, and everything else). We will be standing both stallions at stud (selling shipped semen), so our travel will be somewhat curtailed during breeding season in 2026.
The truth is that Jade is Jill’s go-to guy and the horse she hops on most days for trail rides around the farm.
Below is a little video of Quartz, CAL – Jade’s son, who will also be standing for the 2026 season:…..”

“Choreographer Russell Markert created the first cast of what would become the Rockettes in 1925 at the urging of the Skouras brothers, a trio of siblings who ran a movie theater in St. Louis. Markert recruited 16 women to dance as pre-movie entertainment. They primarily performed in the theater, as the Missouri Rockets. “They were part of the offerings from that theater,” says Amanda Clark, a public historian at the Missouri Historical Society. “It was not just them, but also an animal show, vaudeville shows, all this stuff would lead up to the movie starting.”
While on a national tour, New York theater owner S.L. Rothafel, better known as Roxy, noticed the company. He acquired the organization, moved the group to New York and expanded the cast.
When the troupe first arrived in New York City, its performances didn’t closely resemble today’s Christmas Spectacular. Instead, they continued accompanying films at Radio City Music Hall, which opened in 1932.
“Every time there was a new film, they would have a new number,” says Adrienne Gibbons Oehlers, a former Rockette and a dance and theater scholar at Wittenberg University in Ohio. “They had the introduction number, and then they had a specialty number – it could have a cowboy theme, if the movie had a cowboy theme. So, the dancers had to be super malleable.”

another Somali fraud uncovered–in Maine– with links to Dems
article
Officials in Maine have suspended state Medicaid payments to a Somali-run charity after more than a million dollars in possible fraud was discovered in several audits of the charity’s services.
The Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has cancelled MaineCare payments to Gateway Community Services after the audits found that the charity over billed the state for $1,068,598 from March 2021 through December 2022. The cash was supposedly to cover the costs of “interpreting services” to Somali migrants, the Bangor Daily News reported.
This same organization has been under investigation before. Gateway reportedly overbilled for more than $600,000 between 2015 and 2018, and is still under a cloud of suspicion for other violations found during a third state audit completed in 2024.
The suspension of funding comes on the tail of the red flags thrown up about the charity by U.S. Rep. James Comer of Kentucky, the top Republican on the House oversight committee, who warned the U.S. Treasury of welfare fraud being committed by Gateway.
Gateway was founded in 2015 by Somali migrant Abdullahi Ali who became the subject of scrutiny for launching a 2024 bid to run for president of Jubaland, an autonomous region in the southern part of Somalia, at the same time his Gateway Services charity was defrauding the state of a million in improperly billed services.
Gateway was not only staffed and run by Somali migrants, though. The agency also has connections to a number of prominent Democrats in Maine, including Democrat State Senator Chloe Maxmin, and Democrat strategists Joanne D’Arcangelo and B.J. McCollister, the latter of whom served in the Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign for the White House and a chief of staff to Maine Democrat Senate President Troy Jackson.
Assistant Maine Senate Minority Leader Republican Matt Harrington has been raising concerns about Gateway and other possible MaineCare cheats since May.
“This is taxpayer money, and we should be looking into this, and I’m relieved that the federal government is finally stepping in, I think, largely due to the inaction of the leaders in Maine,” Harrington said.
Arlasa Davis, a worker who worked within the USDA fraud division, is responsible for defrauding the gov’t of $36 Million.

Davis worked within the USDA division responsible for identifying SNAP fraud. She abused her privileged access to federal systems to sell hundreds of Electronic Benefits Transfer (“EBT”) license numbers to co-conspirators.
Davis photographed handwritten lists of license numbers intended for qualifying stores with her personal cellphone and funneled them to an intermediary who sold them to co-conspirators, who in turn used those license numbers to fraudulently obtain EBT terminals for stores that were not authorized by the USDA to process SNAP transactions. In return, DAVIS received substantial bribes that were disguised in communications as, among other things, “birthday gifts” and “flowers.”
Buckley praised the outstanding investigative efforts of the USDA Office of Inspector General and the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
This matter is being handled by the Office’s General Crimes Unit. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Georgia V. Kostopoulos and Joe Zabel are in charge of the prosecution.
Merry Christmas folks.

AGREED.
America is an ideal, and has to be protected as such, from being diluted by pirates, scammers, freeloaders and the rest.

“Happy Christmas”
Dr. Robert W. Malone, Dec 25, 2025

I’ve been lucky enough to have seen the review three times. The last time was about 20 years ago, and the tickets then were $ 40.00 each Can’t imagine what it is now… Read the rest of their story here.”

another Somali fraud uncovered–in Maine– with links to Dems

FTA
