    President Trump on Thursday night called on Republican Senators to initiate the nuclear option to get rid of the filibuster.

    It takes 60 votes to invoke cloture and end the filibuster.

    In a follow-up Truth Social Post President Trump said during his trip to Asia this week everyone kept asking him how the Democrats shut down the government.

    “I just got back from Asia where I met the Leaders of many Countries, including China, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and others. It was a Great Honor to meet them but, more particularly, to see that America is respected again — RESPECTED LIKE NEVER BEFORE!” President Trump said.

    “Great Trade Deals were made, Long Term relationships now exist, and money is pouring into our Country because of Tariffs and, frankly, the Landslide Results of the 2024 Presidential Election. The one question that kept coming up, however, was how did the Democrats SHUT DOWN the United States of America, and why did the powerful Republicans allow them to do it? The fact is, in flying back, I thought a great deal about that question, WHY?” Trump said.

    President Trump said the Democrats want trillions of dollars to be taken from the healthcare system and given to illegal aliens.

    “Majority Leader John Thune, and Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, are doing a GREAT job, but the Democrats are Crazed Lunatics that have lost all sense of WISDOM and REALITY. It is a sick form of the now “legendary” Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) that only comes from losing too much. They want Trillions of Dollars to be taken from our Healthcare System and given to others, who are not deserving — People who have come into our Country illegally, many from prisons and mental institutions,” Trump said.

    The President encouraged Senate Republicans to play the “TRUMP CARD” and end the filibuster. 

    “This will hurt American citizens, and Republicans will not let it happen. It is now time for the Republicans to play their “TRUMP CARD,” and go for what is called the Nuclear Option — Get rid of the Filibuster, and get rid of it, NOW! Just a short while ago, the Democrats, while in power, fought for three years to do this, but were unable to pull it off because of Senators Joe Manchin of West Virginia and Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona. Never have the Democrats fought so hard to do something because they knew the tremendous strength that terminating the Filibuster would give them. They want to substantially expand (PACK!) the United States Supreme Court, make Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico States (Thereby automatically picking up 4 Senate seats, many House seats, and at least 8 Electoral Votes!), and many other highly destructive things,” Trump said. 

    Trump said the Democrats will immediately exercise their rights if they ever get back into power.

    “Well, now WE are in power, and if we did what we should be doing, it would IMMEDIATELY end this ridiculous, Country destroying “SHUT DOWN.” If the Democrats ever came back into power, which would be made easier for them if the Republicans are not using the Great Strength and Policies made available to us by ending the Filibuster, the Democrats will exercise their rights, and it will be done in the first day they take office, regardless of whether or not we do it,” he said.

    “In addition to all of the other things we would get, such as the best Judges, the best U.S. Attorneys, the best of everything, this was a concept from years ago of then President Barack Hussein Obama and former Majority Leader Harry Reid in order to take advantage of the Republicans. Now I want to do it in order to take advantage of the Democrats….” Trump said.

    Woman who purposely plowed into an NYPD officer because she wanted to teach him a “lesson,” sentenced to just two years in prison.

    25-year-old Sahara Dula admitted to investigators that she purposely struck Officer Ruchiran Dias because “he wouldn’t move.” “I told the cop I wanted to go straight, and he wouldn’t move, so I hit him. I did it on purpose,” Dula said to investigators at the time.

    “F**k these cops! He wouldn’t move! F**k these cops, it’s a lesson to him, and hopefully he doesn’t want to be a cop anymore.”

    Despite the fact that Dias could have been k*lled, Dula was sentenced to just two years in prison.

    “The sentence is not nearly enough. This individual tried to run down a New York City police officer. She could have k*lled him,” said PBA President Patrick Hendry. Dula was sentenced by Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Melissa T. Lewis.

    NEW: LA firefighters were told to abandon a smoldering blaze that later reignited as the deadly Palisades fire, according to text messages.

    The LA Times reports that firefighters alerted a battalion chief that the Lachman fire was still smoldering. Despite their concerns, the firefighters were ordered to pack up and leave the area.

    According to federal authorities, the fire reignited, which in turn destroyed thousands of homes and took the lives of 12 people. People need to be thrown in prison for this.

These aren’t random day laborers or off-the-books contractors; they’re individuals working inside a restricted federal trade zone, where background checks and customs documentation should be standard. For such a facility to become infiltrated by illegal aliens suggests negligence—or willful ignorance—at multiple levels of management.

    DHS officials said the arrests followed a months-long investigation prompted by tips and irregularities in employment verification forms. The detained individuals reportedly come from several Latin American countries and had been employed under falsified identities. While federal authorities have not yet charged the company itself, sources indicate that the employer may face fines or even criminal liability if it knowingly hired ineligible workers.

    The revelation touches a raw nerve in a nation already reeling from a historic border crisis. Since 2021, millions of migrants have crossed the southern border illegally, overwhelming processing facilities and stretching federal enforcement thin. Many of those released into the country under various “catch and release” or parole programs later vanish into states like New Jersey, where labor shortages and lax enforcement create fertile ground for illegal employment.

    The irony, of course, is that these facilities are supposed to be among the most secure in the country. Yet under the Biden administration’s failed immigration policies, “secure” had become a meaningless term. The same federal government that can track Americans’ financial transactions, phone calls, and political donations somehow can’t—or won’t—keep track of who is working inside bonded trade zones under federal jurisdiction.

  11. Just The News: “The FBI on Thursday announced the arrests of over a dozen local law enforcement officials in Mississippi and Tennessee, who are allegedly tied to a drug trafficking conspiracy in the Mississippi delta.

    A total of 20 people were arrested in the operation, including 14 law enforcement officers, and have been charged with drug distribution. Of those charged, 19 were also charged with violating federal firearm laws pertaining to carrying a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime.

    Co-deputy FBI Director Andrew Bailey confirmed the arrests in a news conference and warned corrupt law enforcement officers that the bureau would “come for you.”

    “Let this be a lesson for those sworn to service the public,” Bailey said. “If you’re a good law enforcement officer, the FBI will always stand with you. But for those corrupt individuals who abuse their office, we will come for you and hold you accountable. To all Americans listening: The FBI will never stop protecting from these kinds of abuses of authorities.”

    Mississippi State Attorney Clay Joyner said the officers are accused of accepting bribes to assist with drug trafficking schemes across the region and into Tennessee, according to FOX-13. The alleged bribes date back at least four years.”

    Barack Obama famously claimed there were no scandals on his watch. And according to that myth, “no-drama Obama” led the most transparent administration in U.S. history. Except there was a scandal, a big one — Russiagate – the biggest political scandal in U.S. history. As shocking as it may be, Americans may be watching an even bigger scandal unfolding before their eyes.

    This week, Senate Republicans, led by Iowa lawmaker Chuck Grassley, gave more evidence of the extent of “Arctic Frost” – the FBI’s 2022 bogus investigation of Trump aides that turned into the Justice Department’s case against Trump for allegedly interfering in the 2020 election. Nothing was genuine about Arctic Frost. Instead, it turns out to have been an operation to spy on the entire Republican party — including not just lawmakers and other officials but also GOP institutions, from Turning Point USA to the Trump Media and Technology Group, parent company of Truth Social.

    All in all, 160 Republicans may have been targeted, and that’s Russiagate on steroids. As conservative commentators have noted, Arctic Frost was simply the Joe Biden administration’s attempt to prosecute the Democrats’ enemy list, which was any Republican they could think of.

    So who’s responsible? Certainly, Jack Smith, special counsel who was weaponized to impoverish and imprison Trump, is to blame. But all the top Biden law enforcement officials signed off on it, too — FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland, as well as Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, who it seems was nothing but a political operative whose record of anti-Trump efforts dates back to her time in the Obama Justice Department, when she was a Russiagate co-conspirator.

    What about Biden? As we now know from a separate but related scandal — the auto-pen affair — the 46th president was missing in action throughout most of his term. And then there’s Obama – the “government gangster” pulling the levers behind the scenes like the Wizard of Oz.

    Yes, it has been Obama behind the curtain all along fixated on taking Trump out and our country to its knees. He pushed to get Biden elected in 2020. He pushed for Democrat governors and mayors to keep their states and cities locked down during COVID to make sure Trump’s economy didn’t entirely rebound. And it was again Obama who pushed to implement mass mail-in voting procedures that facilitated voter fraud. And thus, the figure most responsible for malicious operations, like Arctic Frost, is the man who started it all with Russiagate, which turned out to be the template for all the illicit maneuvers and illegal political schemes that have done such devastating damage to our Republic.

    It’s time to take our country back and hold the conspirators accountable, from the top down, everyone who ran roughshod over our Constitution. It’s now or never — we either save our country or lose it.

    Zohran Mamdani Allies Fund Extremist Group Now Entering NYC Public Schools

    Two men who have openly called for violence against Jews are now being welcomed into New York City public schools to teach students “how to organize.”

    Abdullah Akl, who shouted “strike Tel Aviv” at a pro-Hamas rally, and Mohammad Badawy, who prayed for the “destruction of the Zionist occupiers and all their supporters,” are leading a new initiative called MAS in Schools.

    The program, run by the Muslim American Society’s Youth Center in Brooklyn, plans to open prayer spaces and host Islamic events in fifty high schools.

    It’s partnering “for the first time ever” with Students for Justice in Palestine, the same group that recently called for “death to all collaborators” of Israel. (Mamdani attended Bowdoin College where he co-founded the school’s chapter of Students for Justice in Palestine.)

    City records show that Zohran Mamdani’s allies on the New York City Council have funneled more than two hundred thousand dollars in public funds to the group behind this effort. Mamdani himself has appeared at MAS events and is friendly with Akl.

    Do NYC parents want their children involved with this insanity? Do New Yorkers want a mayor whose sole mission in life seems to be the destruction of the state of Israel? If you live in New York, GO VOTE!!

    Judge James Boasberg, the lawfare fanatic serving as the chief judge of the U.S. District Court for D.C., issued an order intended to conceal the Biden administration’s seizure of Sen. Ted Cruz’s phone records. In doing so, it appears he likely violated federal law.

    According to Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, as part of the Biden administration’s “Arctic Frost” inquiry dead set on targeting Republicans in battleground states, Special Counsel Jack Smith, who led the get-Trump lawfare for years, “secretly obtained phone record data from at least eight senators and one congressman.”

    Smith subpoenaed Cruz’s records through AT&T.

    The Biden Department of Justice tried to seize Cruz’s “cell phone communications,” according to the senator, and Boasberg signed off on a “nondisclosure” gag order to AT&T blocking the telecommunications company from notifying Cruz of the seizure for at least a year. According to Boaseberg’s order, obtained by Cruz, “The court finds reasonable grounds to believe that such disclosure will result in destruction of, or tampering with evidence, intimidation of potential witnesses, and serious jeopardy to the investigation.”

    There is “precisely zero evidence to conclude that I am likely to destroy or tamper with evidence or to intimidate potential witnesses,” Cruz said. “Zero evidentiary basis for that. This order is an abuse of power. This order is a weaponized legal system.”

    But aside from the bogus basis for the gag order, Boasberg actually appears to have violated federal law in issuing the order in the first place.

    “If this phone was an official phone (I suspect it was), then this was likely in violation of 2 U.S.C. 6628. If Smith or Boasberg violated that statute, it’s a very serious problem that probably justifies a bar investigation and could predicate an impeachment inquiry,” Mike Fragoso, fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, noted.

    The law reads as follows:Notwithstanding any other provision of law or rule of civil or criminal procedure, the Office of the SAA [Senate Sergeant at Arms], any officer, employee, or agent of the Office of the SAA, and any provider for a Senate office that is providing services to or used by a Senate office shall not be barred, through operation of any court order or any statutory provision, from notifying the Senate office of any legal process seeking disclosure of Senate data of the Senate office that is transmitted, processed, or stored (whether temporarily or otherwise) through the use of an electronic system established, maintained, or operated, or the use of electronic services provided, in whole or in part by the Office of the SAA, the officer, employee, or agent of the Office of the SAA, or the provider for a Senate office.

    That law bans gag orders on the collection of Senate data and communications, and requires notice to the Senate to give it the opportunity to stop any subpoenas on separation of powers grounds. The statute also requires that courts stop those subpoenas if the Senate opposes them.

    As The Federalist CEO Sean Davis pointed out, “Boasberg issued the illegal gag order precisely to prevent the Senate from going to court to vindicate its rights.” In other words, the Senate would never have been able to stop the surveillance because it never knew about it — and that was the point because “he knew the Senate would have IMMEDIATELY gone to court to nuke the Biden administration’s illegal spying against at least eight U.S. senators.”

    Boasberg has abused these nondisclosure orders (NDOs) so much that three Democrat-appointed appellate judges reversed an “omnibus” NDO approved by Boasberg after he violated the Stored Communications Act, which requires a judge, rather than a prosecutor, to determine an NDO is proper after meeting five factors.

    “It permitted the government to apply the nondisclosure order prospectively to unidentified subpoenas, and to apply the nondisclosure order to subpoenas directed at a wide and unpredictable range of accounts,” the appellate judges wrote, noting the “unique features” of the widespread NDO.

    Of the three branches of government, the judiciary does not have the power of the purse, and it does not have a military — it maintains its legitimacy by executing its duties in a fair, impartial, and lawful manner. While its legitimacy and reputation are already diminished and fleeting — especially because Boasberg and many others are working hard to make sure that is the case — the circumstances call for the other branches (primarily the legislative) to take dramatic action before the judiciary is irreparably destroyed.

    Through collusion on get-Trump lawfare, and through the judicial coup undertaken after Trump took office again in January, many low-court judges have shown themselves to be political actors with hackish (often extremely low-IQ) jurisprudence that is hostile to a functioning republic.

    They all need to be impeached.

    This is a crisis call growing louder in Washington, D.C., with many calling for impeachment openly, and some, including those in government and even some federal judges, doing so behind the scenes.

    Although it is unlikely that any of them will be removed by the 67 senators required to do so, they need to be put on notice, fearing for their credibility and careers.

    You’d think simply dropping your computer wouldn’t create an air travel incident. But the fact that this passenger just so happened to drop the computer through a crack and into the cargo hold could have resulted in a midair disaster.

    An audio recording published by LiveATC.net and uploaded to YouTube appears to show the reason for the diversion.

    ‘We have a minor situation here with a passenger who has somehow dropped a laptop down the sidewall into the cargo pit of the airplane,’ one of the pilots tells air traffic control.

    ‘We don’t know the status of it, we can’t access it, we can’t see it,’ he added. ‘So our decision is to return to Dulles and find this laptop before we can continue over the ocean.’

    Imagine you’re on a flight from Washington to Rome and you have a false start like this over Cape Cod.

    As laptops contain lithium batteries, they pose a potential fire risk.

    If overcharged or damaged, it can result in thermal runaway, leading to rapid temperature increase.

    And because the laptop was inaccessible, the crew might not know if it had been damaged or caught fire until it was too late.

    That’s the same reason airlines require electronics to be carried in your carry-on rather than your checked luggage.

    The ground crew located the laptop, everything was fine, and the flight was quickly back in the air and on the way to Rome, only to arrive four hours late. Just another reason for you to be paranoid about ruining everyone’s day the next time you take a plane.”

    Based on our initial set of audits, more than $1B of federal taxpayer dollars were being spent on funding Medicaid for illegal immigrants. And my team is getting it back.

    Some want to deny that illegal immigrants are receiving Medicaid. Others insist it’s illegal for Medicaid to cover illegal immigrants. And others accurately point out that hospitals can provide emergency services to illegal immigrants under the program.

    We can all agree on this: rooting out fraud, waste, and abuse is essential to protecting this program for the most vulnerable. It’s also one of the Trump Administration’s top priorities.

    Let me lay down the facts:

    The truth is that federal law is supposed to prohibit federal Medicaid dollars broadly from being used to cover illegal immigrants. It does permit states to use Medicaid dollars for emergency treatment, regardless of patients’ citizenship or immigration status. States can also legally build Medicaid programs for illegal immigrants using their own state tax dollars, so long as no federal tax dollars are used.

    But that didn’t stop Democrats from going even further by breaking federal law to give illegal immigrants federal Medicaid dollars meant for American citizens.

    Earlier this year, the CMS team began auditing state Medicaid programs to ensure they were following the law and not spending any federal tax dollars on illegal immigrants outside of emergency Medicaid. What we found was shocking.

    In a preliminary review of 6 states, we found those states improperly using federal tax dollars for their allegedly state-funded program and providing coverage to individuals, including some with criminal records of murder and assault.

    Those states are:
    CA – $1,310,032,549
    DC – $2,114,628
    IL – $29,778,645
    WA – $2,367,194
    CO – $1,506,743
    OR – $5,404,368

    We notified the states, and many have begun refunding the money. But what if we had never asked?

    Whether willful or not, the states’ conduct highlights a terrifying reality: American taxpayers have been footing the bill for illegal immigrants’ Medicaid coverage, despite many Democrats and the media insisting otherwise.

    Democrats are demanding the repeal of the President’s Working Families Tax Cuts legislation in order for their votes to reopen the government. This law wisely strengthened our ability to limit federal dollars from being spent on health care for illegal immigrants.     I’m really talking about the 50’s and early 60’s – when I was a kid – when damn near every street in every neighborhood would look like this from just after school got out until sometime around dark. Bear in mind we’re of that infamous baby-explosion post-war boomer generation when every family you knew had at least three or four kids. There was more trust and considerably less worry coming from our parents. I mean fuck, they were happy to get rid of us for a few hours. Certainly different times. Impossible to recreate anymore, I reckon…”

    BARSTOW, Calif. (KABC) — Millions of people who receive food assistance will go without benefits next month as the federal government remains shut down, and local leaders are now scrambling to contain the possible fallout.

    The Barstow Police Department said in a post on Facebook that it will be stepping up patrols around grocery stores, convenience stores and shopping centers. Police added that the increased patrols are not in response to a specific incident but are a “preventive measure to maintain public safety, deter theft, and reassure the community that law enforcement is present and ready to help.”

    Elsewhere in Southern California, leaders are trying to provide impacted people with resources. About 1.5 million families in Los Angeles and more than 5 million people statewide receive benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, commonly referred to as SNAP. That program is known as CalFresh in California. 

    If the federal government shutdown continues, those benefits could run out tomorrow. By tomorrow afternoon, they’ll be having food riots in LA.”

  36. Just The News: “A federal judge on Friday ordered the Trump administration to use emergency funds to pay for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program amid the government shutdown.

    As a result of the month-long government shutdown, SNAP benefits for November have not been funded. U.S. District Judge John McConnell, an Obama appointee, blocked the Trump administration from cutting off SNAP benefits, and ordered the roughly $5.25 billion emergency fund be used to cover it, The Hill news outlet reported.

    The fund will not fully cover November SNAP benefits that 40 million people receive, which will cost the government upwards of $9 billion. 

    McConnell rejected arguments that the emergency fund can only be used for hurricanes or other uncontrollable catastrophes. “SNAP benefits have never, until now, been terminated,” McConnell said. “And the United States has in fact admitted that the contingency funds are appropriately used during a shutdown and that occurred in 2019.”

    McConnell ordered the U.S. Department of Agriculture to distribute the emergency funds “timely or as soon as possible” and give him an update by Monday.

    “If there’s no appropriation, there really is no program,” Justice Department attorney Tyler Becker said at the hearing on Friday. “The government cannot just add funding when no program exists.”

    “Such a partial payment has never been made — and for good reason,” the administration said in court filings. “It would require each State to recalculate the benefits owed based on the reduced funds available. USDA estimates that such a calculation, involving complicated system changes and processes dictated by statute and regulation, would take weeks, if it can be done at all.”

    1. and by whose authority is this judge appropriating funds? that’s congress’s job and they clearly did not pass the cr which would have opened the gov’t and done this. so there is no program to fund.

    1. Good Night Filly! yup–just got it back on 20 minutes ago! I had just started my sponge cake–which takes a dozen eggs! thank goodness i hadn’t started to beat the egg whites or i would have had to throw it all out. I had the eggs separated and just stuck them in the fridge. four hours later, I’m frantically trying to get it in the oven.

    Mamdani plans to track down and tax business that leave New York. LOL. I believe the federal government is in charge of interstate commerce. It would seem highly unconstitutional, taxing someone not in your tax area. Maybe if the State of NY agrees with him he could do it in state but the Mayor Of NY city is not a national dictator.
