EXCERPT: “Then-Vice President Joe Biden’s team intervened in February 2016 to prevent the CIA from disseminating an intelligence report to policymakers about the perceptions senior Ukrainian officials held about his son’s business dealings, newly declassified memos show. The request that the intelligence community withhold the report from others in the U.S. government by Biden’s national security advisor was “extremely rare and unusual,” a senior CIA official told Just the News.
“I just spoke with VP/NSA and he would strongly prefer the report not/not be disseminated,” the vice president’s Presidential Daily Brief briefer told the CIA. “Thanks for understanding.”
The report, reviewed by Just the News, compiled the reactions of senior Ukrainian government officials to the December 2015 visit of Vice President Biden to Kyiv. In the aftermath of the country’s Maidan Revolution and the Russian seizure of Crimea, Biden had been appointed President Barack Obama’s point man to manage U.S. policy towards the fledgling, pro-Western government.
The document shows that the Ukrainian officials in the government of then-President Petro Poroshenko, were disappointed with the vice president’s visit to their country for his lack of substantive discussions with their leader. Those same officials “privately mused” about the U.S. media’s scrutiny on Hunter Biden’s business dealings in Ukraine, the report shows.
“These officials viewed the alleged ties of the U.S. Vice President’s family to corruption in Ukraine as evidence of a double-standard within the United States Government towards matters of corruption and political power,” the CIA relayed.
The intelligence report also shows that the Ukrainian officials “expressed bewilderment and disappointment” about the vice president’s visit because he did not engage in any of the expected discussions about substantive matters with Poroshenko or other senior officials.
Declassified document: Ukraine _Redacted_Final.pdf
The vice president’s December 2015 visit to Kyiv has been the subject of much scrutiny surrounding Hunter Biden’s business dealings with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma. It was on that trip that Vice President Biden decided to alter U.S. policy to call for Poroshenko to fire his chief prosecutor, Viktor Shokin. The vice president threatened to withhold a substantial U.S. loan guarantee if not……”

Crimeans VOTED to stay with Russia!!!! Grrrrrr………

EXCERPT: “The revelation that the FBI snooped on the phone records of Republican members of Congress during its January 6 investigation is bringing greater scrutiny to then-FBI Director Christopher Wray, during whose tenure the bureau effort occurred, and to then-Special Counsel Jack Smith, who was leading the Biden Justice Department’s investigation into Donald Trump.
Smith and the FBI reportedly collected the private phone records of eight Republican senators and one GOP House member as part of his investigation into the Capitol riot of January 6, 2021.
Biden’s FBI targeted Republicans for communications snooping
An unearthed FBI record from 2023 indicated that investigators at the bureau had “conducted preliminary toll analysis on limited toll records” tied to phone calls related to GOP Sens. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C.; Bill Hagerty, R-Tenn.; Josh Hawley, R-Mo.; Dan Sullivan, R-Alaska; Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala.; Ron Johnson R-Wisc.; Cynthia Lummis, R-Wyo.; Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn.; and GOP Rep. Mike Kelly, R-Pa.
“This document shows the Biden FBI spied on 8 of my Republican Senate colleagues during its Arctic Frost investigation into ‘election conspiracy’ Arctic Frost later became Jack Smith’s elector case against Trump,” Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, said in a Monday afternoon tweet as he shared the FBI record that had been provided to him by current FBI Director Kash Patel: “BIDEN FBI WEAPONIZATION = WORSE THAN WATERGATE.”
A source familiar with the matter who declined to be named told Just the News that the phone record search was conducted pursuant to a grand jury subpoena.
Chris Piehota, a former Executive Assistant Director of the FBI, told Just the News, No Noise on Monday night that “absolutely” Wray must have been involved in approving the move to collect information on the phone records of members of Congress, saying that “he would have been briefed on it, and he would have given his concurrence, no doubt.”
The once-secret FBI record, dated late September 2023, has the title of “CAST Assistance” — a likely reference to the bureau’s cellular analysis survey team. The case ID for the record is “ARCTIC FROST — Election Law Matters — SENSITIVE INVESTIGATIVE MATTER — CAST.”
Biden-era DOJ, FBI used as political weapons
Patel tweeted on Monday that “we recently uncovered proof that phone records of U.S. lawmakers were seized for political purposes” and “that abuse of power ends now.”
Just the News confirmed in August that the Hatch Act Unit of the Office of Special Counsel (OSC), led by Trump-appointed Acting Special Counsel Jamieson Greer, had opened an investigation into Smith related to the cases he had pursued against Trump. The OSC says that “the Hatch Act Unit enforces compliance with the Act by investigating alleged Hatch Act violations.” The OSC further says that the Hatch Act “limits certain political activities of federal employees … to ensure that federal programs are administered in a nonpartisan fashion.”
Grassley’s office said Monday that “the FBI in 2023 sought and obtained data about the senators’ phone use” from January 4, 2021 through January 7, 2021 (the day after the Capitol riot). The senator’s office said that “that data shows when and to whom a call is made, as well as the duration and general location data of the call” although not the contents of the calls themselves……”

“Lake Natron in Tanzania transforms animals into statues creating eerie natural sculptures” — Oct 3, 2013
“Look at these photographs of calcified animals! It is surely the most horrific depiction of the “bird of peace” since Picasso’s Guernica.
Lake Natron is situated in Tanzania and is everything but hospitable: its water temperatures can reach 60 °C, and its alkalinity is between pH 9 and pH 10.5. Yes, pretty harsh! Natron, so the name of the lake, is a naturally occurring compound made mainly of sodium carbonate, with a bit of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) thrown in. In this arid region of Africa, it has come from volcanic ash, accumulated from the Great Rift valley.
As shown by the amazing photographs of Nick Brandt, animals that become immersed in the water die and are calcified, yes they are like petrified and perfectly preserved.
No one actually knows with certainty how they die. High temperatures and salinity play of course a major part, but the extreme reflective nature of the lake‘s surface could also play an important role by confusing birds.
So like crashing into a glass windows, they crash into the lake.
You can find the Brandt’s new collection of photos featuring animals in east Africa in ACROSS THE RAVAGED LAND. A nice gift for any nature lovers!”

Someone on the inside is trying to destroy whats left of tpusa. Why?
Charlie Kirk furiously criticized ‘bullying’ Jewish donors and said he was considering ‘leaving the pro-Israel cause’ before his death, Turning Point USA confirmed today in a bombshell revelation that stunned the conservative movement.
It comes after Candace Owens released a screenshot of Kirk fuming in a group chat that Jewish donors were pulling funding over his links to Tucker Carlson.
Turning Point spokesman Andrew Kolvet confirmed the authenticity of the screenshots on Tuesday during the latest episode of the ‘Charlie Kirk Show.’
In the text messages, Kirk privately complained that a Jewish donor had withdrawn a $2 million investment into the organization because he refused to disinvite Tucker Carlson from the upcoming AmericaFest event.
‘Just lost another huge Jewish donor,’ Kirk wrote. ‘$2 million a year because we won’t cancel Tucker. I’m thinking of inviting Candace.’
‘Jewish donors play into all the stereotypes. I cannot and will not be bullied like this.’
Kirk concludes, ‘Leaving me no choice but to leave the pro Israel cause.’

Just The News: “As part of a political corruption probe, the FBI obtained evidence that former President Bill Clinton was being paid through a backdoor arrangement with an allied consultant, according to a 2017 document released Tuesday by Senate Judiciary Committee Sen. Chuck Grassley.
The Iowa Republican senator raised the issue in a hearing with Attorney General Pam Bondi and questioned whether the FBI and Justice Department fully investigated the findings.
The document, which was provided to Grassley by a whistleblower, includes a case update drafted by then-Supervisory Special Agent Tim Thibault about the Washington Field Office’s public corruption investigation into Virginia Democrat Gov. Terry McAuliffe linking former President Clinton to the case.
“McAuliffe case – Steven Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer of Teneo was interviewed in New York City. Info provided seemed to confirm, Teneo was used as a pass through for Doug Band to pay former President of the United States,” Thibault wrote.
You can read the document below: 2017-04-25_thibault_re_mcauliffe.pdf
“Doug Band was a Deputy Assistant to then-President Clinton and continued working for him post-presidency. Therefore, it’s pretty clear the reference to ‘President of the United States’ is Bill Clinton,” Grassley said in his opening statement. “This information confirms there was an FBI case on McAuliffe, and it indicates the Clintons and their associates were relevant to it,” said the senator. “Did the FBI throw its resources behind this matter just like it did against Trump and his associates? Or did they sweep it all under the rug?” he continued.
McAuliffe was under investigation by the FBI for his private business ties before he became governor in 2014. The governor’s lawyers confirmed that the bureau was probing him over alleged violations of the Foreign Agents Registration Act. McAuliffe insisted throughout the investigation that he never illegally lobbied for any foreign government. McAuliffe was a major fundraiser for Clinton while he was president.
Teneo, the firm mentioned in the case update, has close ties to both Bill and Hillary Clinton, and its owner, Doug Band, is a close ally of the political couple. He worked for then-President Clinton in the White House Counsel’s office. After the government, he became a central figure in Bill Clinton’s post-presidency, helping to set up the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative.
A leaked memo showed that Band helped organize an aggressive strategy for President Clinton’s paid speaking engagements and consulting work while his wife served as President Barack Obama’s secretary of state, the Washington Post reported. Band came under scrutiny from Republicans for how Band encouraged Teneo’s clients to contribute to the Clinton Foundation.
The release of the document comes as congressional Republicans and the Trump administration have been digging into the ways that the federal justice system and FBI may have been weaponized against Republicans or protecting Democrats.
In the latest example highlighted by CIA Director John Ratcliffe, declassified memos show that then-Vice President Joe Biden’s National Security Advisor intervened to prevent the dissemination of an intelligence report to policymakers because of its unflattering content about how Ukrainian officials viewed Hunter Biden’s business dealings in the country.”
