Old Faithful Inn

GA brought this article to my attention and I wanted to share it as an open to really bring it into focus! The article appeared on Cowboy State Daily:

When the Dragon Bravo Fire destroyed the historic Grand Canyon Lodge on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon two weeks ago, the loss of the unique structure, opened in 1928, was mourned by historians and national park enthusiasts.

The Grand Canyon Lodge was one of many structures throughout the United States that exemplified the iconic “parkitecture” aesthetic prevalent throughout the U.S. National Park Service.

These impressive structures, made of locally sourced materials, were built to make the parks more accessible to the people — and make a big impression on everyone who stepped inside.

Knowing Why, Not How

Yellowstone National Park was established in 1872, but many of its amenities were still lacking by the turn of the century. When the Upper Geyser Basin Hotel, “the Shack Hotel,” burned down in 1894, there was a need for a new lodge in the vicinity of the park’s most popular attraction, Old Faithful.

Harry Child, president of the Yellowstone Park Company, hired architect Robert Reamer to design and build a new lodge overlooking Old Faithful. Reamer was only 29 years old, but he understood the assignment.

Details about the construction of the Old Faithful Inn remain, according to Henry, “One of the profound mysteries in Yellowstone’s history.”

Despite the historical significance of the inn and the enormous effort and logistics it must have taken to build it, there are almost no records of the actual construction.

“It must have been the biggest thing that was going on in the park at the time, and yet, there are almost no records about the actual construction,” he said. “As far as I know, there are only two photographs of the inn under construction, and there’s very little mention of it in the U.S. Cavalry’s logbook.”

Locally Sourced

Details of the Old Faithful Inn’s construction aren’t an entire mystery. The lodgepole pines used to build the enormous structure were harvested within an eight-mile radius of the construction site, and the rhyolite stone used for the foundation came from a quarry in the Black Sand Basin, five miles away.

Mike Keller, vice president and general manager for the Xanterra Travel Collection in Yellowstone National Park, said the Northern Pacific Railroad provided a crew of 45 railroad trestle builders for the construction, which was overseen by Reamer. They relentlessly worked through the winter to bring Reamer’s design to fruition.

“Reamer tried to design it like you’re walking through the forest,” he said. “That’s why nothing is synchronized in the building.”

Even if the U.S. Cavalry’s logbook didn’t log a lot of information on the log work, it proceeded at an impressive pace. The initial construction, which consisted of the lobby and first wing of guest rooms, started in 1903 and powered through the winter and spring until the entire complex was open for business by June 1904.

When it opened in June 1904, the Old Faithful Inn had 120 rooms in one wing off the massive lobby, complete with an 85-foot-tall rhyolite fireplace. The hotel had the latest amenities, including electric lighting and steam heat.

Keller noted how most of the windows in the rooms are offset, and no two rooms are exactly alike. That was a deliberate choice by Reamer and the builders to give guests the perception that the Old Faithful Inn was an enhancement to the natural beauty they’d come to see.

The entire construction cost was $125,000, which is equivalent to more than $4.3 million today. Furnishing the massive inn cost another $25,000 (over $900,000 today).

“Nobody knew what to expect when they arrived in 1904,” Keller said. “They take their stagecoach to Old Faithful, and there’s this magnificent log structure sitting there that hadn’t been there the summer before. It’s stunning to think of what they accomplished in less than a year.”

The Sweet Spot

Keller, who lived and worked in the Old Faithful Inn for 15 years, has been infatuated with the historic structure since he first stepped inside.

“There’s a place in the lobby we literally call the ‘Sweet Spot,’ where people walk into the building for the first time,” he said. “You can always tell when people have been in that building for the first time, just by the reaction it draws out of them. It’s amazing.”

The inside of the Old Faithful Inn is iconic for many reasons. Once visitors look beyond the massive rhyolite fireplace, they notice the forest of trident-shaped logs that hold the support beams that carry the inn into the sky above.

“The ridge of the ceiling inside the lobby is about 76 feet, 10 inches,” Henry said. “I measured it once for the sake of my book. A lot of the materials lifted to that level were massive, and more massive boulders were used to construct the fireplace and its chimney. Considering the technology of 1903 and 1904, and the remoteness of the area, I think it’s a remarkable achievement.”

Henry and Keller aren’t the only ones with an emotional attachment to the Old Faithful Inn. Keller said many of the dining, maintenance, lodging, and retail staff have been there longer than he has out of sheer love for their “office” at Old Faithful.

“They come to Yellowstone for their first summer, and stay for 10 or 12 years, but they always want to go back to Old Faithful,” he said.

That passion extends to visitors who book rooms up to a year in advance in anticipation of staying at the Old Faithful Inn. Keller has encountered countless families who revel in their family history of visiting Yellowstone and staying at the inn.

“I’ve had fourth and fifth generation people who come back to the end every year with their kids and their grandkids,” he said. “They bring photo albums and talk about how their great-grandfather stayed in this room in 1913, and they have photographs to show it. The inn connects with people who have a historical legacy tied to Yellowstone.”

Year-Round Upkeep

Unlike other hotels in Yellowstone, the Old Faithful Inn is a seasonal experience. Since its opening, the inn has been open to guests only during the summer season.

“It’s never been open during the winter,” Henry said. “It’s always been a seasonal operation, but it does need year-round attention, and work on and in the building is done during summer, spring, fall, and winter.”

Henry used to provide some of that maintenance as one of Yellowstone’s winter caretakers. From 1977 to 1984, he was employed by the Yellowstone Park Company to clear snow from the slanted roof, ensuring the weight of the winter snow didn’t cause any collapses.

Xanterra took over the seasonal maintenance of the Old Faithful Inn in 1984 and continues to do so to this day. Keller said it’s a constant endeavor, regardless of the season, to ensure the structure stays strong and standing.

“The National Park Service is ultimately responsible for that facility, and it takes great pride in making sure that it is being maintained and preserved for current and future generations,” he said. “Xanterra has the opportunity to manage that facility, and we take it very seriously.”

Keller said the inn’s fire suppression and other safety systems are inspected by a third-party auditor every year to ensure they’re ready in the event of an emergency. Any major improvements or upgrades required are done as needed, rather than on the multi-year timetable that’s typical for many hotels.

“We did a significant structural improvement to the building, with a lot of seismic stabilization, in the early 2000s,” he said. “Within the last five to seven years, we’ve pretty much completed every major component that’s been needed within the building with every reason available, to ensure we’re open and operating with the most sophisticated, up-to-date systems.”

To that end, Keller understands why the Old Faithful Inn isn’t a year-round lodging option. He’s been inside the inn during the winter and, in his opinion, you might be warmer sleeping outside.

“The lobby’s nice and cool in the summertime, but in the winter it’s colder inside the building than outside the building,” he said. “If it’s 20 degrees below outside, it can be 30 degrees below inside. It’s like a reverse-engineered cave in winter.”

Offense Is The Best Defense

There have been some close calls for the Old Faithful Inn over the last century. Henry was amazed that the structure was still standing after everything that threatened to destroy it.

“It survived many, many winters with no fire protection,” he said. “It survived that harsh climate. It survived the 1959 earthquake. It survived the 1988 fires. Not to take anything away from the crew that constructed the building, or Reimer’s work, but, amazingly, the inn has been able to survive this long. It’s a special story, just for that reason.”

The Hebgen Lake earthquake in 1959 caused significant damage to the Old Faithful Inn, including a shattered foundation, partial roof collapse, and the loss of the dining room’s fireplace. Thankfully, there were no deaths or injuries, and everything was promptly repaired.

When the 1988 North Fork Fire threatened the Old Faithful area, proactive measures were taken to ensure the inn’s timber didn’t become tinder. Fire crews hosed down the entire structure to reduce its risk of catching fire, which very well might have ensured its survival.

Meanwhile, many of the recent renovations and upgrades, including the major centennial renovation in 2004, have focused on getting the historic inn closer to its original state. Original materials are used or restored whenever possible, and some design elements obscured during earlier renovations have since been restored.

“We’ve done this enough times that we know what we’re doing,” Keller said. “If you don’t do it right, there are consequences. We take our work seriously because the Old Faithful Inn is a treasure.”

Parkitectural Legacy

Reimer went on to design many other structures in Yellowstone, including the Lake and Canyon Hotels, as well as additions to these hotels, the Mammoth Hotel, and the 1913 addition of the west wing to the Old Faithful Inn.

The massive 10-by-17-foot wooden map of the United States in the Mammoth Hotel Map Room was handcrafted by Reimer and his associate W.H. Fey. He went on to design lodges, train stations, and theaters throughout the U.S. until he died in 1937 at age 65.

Meanwhile, the Old Faithful Lodge was designed and built in the same style as the Old Faithful Inn by Gilbert Stanley Underwood in 1927. Underwood went on to design lodges throughout the National Park system, including the recently lost Grand Canyon Lodge on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

Henry said the Old Faithful Inn was so influential on Underwood and other architects and designers that the aesthetic of the National Park Service was modeled after its revolutionary design. That style has come to be known as “parkitecture.”

“The Old Faithful Inn was definitely a trendsetter,” he said. “It set an example for future construction in many other national parks. It became a phenomenon.”

The Old Faithful Inn was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973 and was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1987 along with the rest of the structures in the Old Faithful Historic District. In 2007, architects were asked to rank the 150 favorite buildings in the United States – the Old Faithful Inn came in at number 36.

Keller intrinsically understands why the Old Faithful Inn has withstood the test of time. Reimer, in his words, “knew what he was doing” when he designed the most iconic structure in Yellowstone, and one of the most iconic in the nation.

“Keep in mind, when you came to Yellowstone in 1904, you were on the train for two to three days to get there,” he said. “Then, you’re on a seven-day stagecoach trip around the park. They wanted to create a signature experience on that tour, and that’s why the Old Faithful Inn was designed to be great.”

  1. Morning All!

it’s one of those mornings. Laundry day–doing the sheets. I put the top sheet in the washer, the fitted sheet and one pillow case…sigh…where’s the other one? It’s not in the basket with the rest of the laundry, so i go back upstairs and check the bedroom. Nope. Come back downstairs and hubby asked what’s wrong. I said I only have one pillowcase. What’s THAT in your hand, he asked.

    damn. there it was. LOLOLOLOLOL

  2. sabotage three times!

    Trump’s Truth Social post

A REAL DISGRACE took place at the United Nations yesterday — Not one, not two, but three very sinister events! First, the escalator going up to the Main Speaking Floor came to a screeching halt. It stopped on a dime.

It’s amazing that Melania and I didn’t fall forward onto the sharp edges of these steel steps, face first. It was only that we were each holding the handrail tightly or, it would have been a disaster.

This was absolutely sabotage, as noted by a day’s earlier “post” in The London Times that said UN workers “joked about turning off an escalator.”

The people that did it should be arrested! Then, as I stood before a Television crowd of millions of people all over the World, and important Leaders in the Hall, my teleprompter didn’t work. It was stone cold dark.

I immediately thought to myself, “Wow, first the escalator event, and now a bad teleprompter. What kind of a place is this?” I then proceeded to make a Speech without a teleprompter, which kicked in about 15 minutes later.

The good news is the Speech has gotten fantastic reviews. Maybe they appreciated the fact that very few people could have done what I did. And third, after making the Speech, I was told that the sound was completely off in the Auditorium where the Speech was made, that World Leaders, unless they used the interpreters’ earpieces, couldn’t hear a thing.

The first person I saw at the conclusion of the Speech was Melania, who was sitting right up front. I said, “How did I do?” And she said, “I couldn’t hear a word you said.” This wasn’t a coincidence, this was triple sabotage at the UN. They ought to be ashamed of themselves.

I’m sending a copy of this letter to the Secretary General, and I demand an immediate investigation. No wonder the United Nations hasn’t been able to do the job that they were put in existence to do.

All security tapes at the escalator should be saved, especially the emergency stop button. The Secret Service is involved. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Gates of Vienna has a link to a Daily Mail article about the mother of Joshua Jahn, Sharon Jahn, an apparent AWFL.

It is a fascinating read, actually, and the most interesting details are the comments of the brother of the deceased:

After Jahn was identified as the alleged shooter, his brother Noah told NBC News that he did not believe his brother was especially interested in politics and had not voiced his opinions on immigration before. ‘He didn’t have strong feelings about ICE as far as I knew,’ his brother said.

    And:

He added that his brother knew how to use a rifle that his parents owned, but insisted that ‘he’s not a marksman, that’s for sure.’
Asked about the ICE facility shooting, he remarked: ‘He would not be able to make any shots like that.’

White House budget office tells agencies to draft mass firing plans ahead of potential shutdown

    Excerpt:

In a memo released Wednesday night, the Office of Management and Budget said agencies should consider a reduction in force for federal programs whose funding would lapse next week, is not otherwise funded and is “not consistent with the President’s priorities.” That would be a much more aggressive step than in previous shutdowns, when federal workers not deemed essential were furloughed but returned to their jobs once Congress approved government spending.

A reduction in force would not only lay off employees but eliminate their positions…

  6. SMH – lawyers! A pox on them all!!! And, of course, royally screwed up New York!!!

EXCERPT: “From border coyotes to courtroom decisions, a clandestine industry is exploiting illegal immigrants to bag billion-dollar injury lawsuits which advocates say raise costs for American families.

The scheme is simple. An illegal immigrant approaches a personal injury law firm to sue his workplace and property managers for an injury – real, inflated, or fake – for millions of dollars in return for assistance securing up-front loans to pay back the border coyotes that brought him here, Lauren Zelt, executive director of Protecting American Consumers Together, told Just the News.

“So what we’re seeing in a lot of major cities across the country, places like New York, Los Angeles, other places, is folks are coming across the border illegally, and then, in order to go ahead and pay back those that brought them here, a/k/a their coyotes, they’re working with billboard [advertising] attorneys to stage accidents,” Zelt told the “Just the News, No Noise” TV show on Tuesday.

Wide variety of suits, from slip-and-fall to automobile accident injuries

“These accidents could be workplace accidents. They could be car accidents. There’s a variety of different methods that they use, but once the accident is staged, they then work with the billboard attorneys to take out loans that honestly are often at astronomical rates, to then pay back their coyotes and get their lawsuits started,” she said. “Now, once they do that, their billboard attorneys actually often send them to doctors for procedures they don’t need, all in the name of getting a larger settlement at the end of the day.”

New York is a particular hotbed of these kinds of lawsuits, which are aided by the state’s unique personal injury law, called the Scaffold Law, which has been interpreted broadly by courts to allow plaintiffs to sue not only their employer, but any company associated with the property where the incident took place, for injury claims. The alleged scheme was first reported by Legal Newsline, a legal publication that focuses on civil law across the United States.

In one example detailed in court documents, Angel Peralta Ordonez, who confirmed that he had “no documents,” claimed he was injured while cleaning a construction site in New York City just weeks after he arrived. He soon retained the Ginarte Law Firm, which advertises representing “undocumented construction workers” in the state.

One of the firm’s internet advertisements says, “It must be clear that the law in the state of New York protects you at all times as a victim of a construction accident, and provides you with the same rights as any American citizen, regardless of your immigration status.”

Ordonez crossed the border in September 2022, when illegal immigrants were entering the country at an unprecedented rate during the Biden administration. But, Ordonez said in a deposition entered into the court record that he owed a potentially crippling $21,000 debt to the border coyote that assisted him in coming to the United States.

The law firm helped Ordonez secure “like, three” loans to begin the injury lawsuit which provided an infusion of cash for the illegal immigrant to begin paying off his debts to the coyote. Ordonez said the loans amounted to $15,000 total which he used to pay “the debt that I had when I came,” Ordonez said, partially covering the amount he owed. At the time of his deposition, Ordonez was still paying off his remaining debts using his workers’ compensation payments, the court documents show.

Ginarte did not respond to a request for comment from Just the News sent to the firm’s online portal.

Causing insurance premiums to rise, costing consumers more

Insurance companies are raising concerns about cases like these, which they say law firms are exploiting in order to secure settlements under the Scaffold Law.

“I literally get a labor law claim across my desk a week, and they’re massive,” John Bartow told Legal Newsline. Bartow sells construction insurance for his family’s commercial brokerage in New York. He said that premiums are rising rapidly as a result, excluding clients from the regulated insurance industry……”

  7. Just The News: “The Department of Homeland Security announced Wednesday that it was “immediately”increasing security at its Immigration and Customs Enforcement facilities following the attack hours earlier at a facility in Dallas.

The alleged shooter, identified as 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, killed one detainee and injured two others before killing himself. Joe Rothrock, special agent in charge of the FBI Dallas field office, said during a press conference that Jahn wrote anti-ICE messages on the rounds of ammunition, but no law enforcement officer was injured. The case is being investigated as an “act of targeted violence.”

DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said the security increase also comes as ICE officers experience an over 1,000% increase in threats and attacks against them, according to The Hill.

“In light of today’s horrific shooting that was motivated by hatred for ICE and the other unprecedented acts of violence against ICE law enforcement, including bomb threats, cars being used a weapons, rocks and Molotov cocktails thrown at officers, and doxing online of officers families, DHS will immediately begin increasing security at ICE facilities across the country,” McLaughlin said in a statement.

“For months, we’ve been warning politicians and the media to tone down their rhetoric about ICE law enforcement before someone was killed,” she continued. “This shooting must serve as a wake-up call to the far-left that their rhetoric about ICE has consequences. Comparing ICE Day-in and day-out to the Nazi Gestapo, the Secret Police, and slave patrols has consequences.”

The assistant secretary did not indicate how much of an increase in security would be deployed at facilities.”

  8. As far as I can see, this is a critical case that could well settle this stupidity once and for all!!!

EXCERPT: “The physiology of sex and the nature of injuries from athletic competition counsel against letting males compete in female sports, American and foreign practitioners of sports medicine told the U.S. Supreme Court as it evaluates the constitutionality of Idaho’s ban on males in female competition, blocked by an appeals court as an equal-protection infringement.

More than 40 friend-of-the-court briefs flooded the high court last week in support of Idaho, including nearly 50 members of Congress, 26 states led by Arkansas and Alabama, more than 200 female legislators nationwide, the Justice Department, U.S. Catholic bishops and Latter-day Saints, Southern Baptist, Jewish and other religious groups.

William Bock, the lead attorney for the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency’s investigation of Lance Armstrong’s U.S. Postal Service Cycling Team and for challengers to the lax regulatory scheme for chemical abortion, filed three briefs on behalf of collections of female athletes.

Former University of Kentucky swimmer Riley Gaines leads one focused on how sex differences “naturally increase the anxiety and insecurity of women and elevate their personal safety risks” when males enter their locker rooms. Bock’s other briefs are for the Independent Council on Women’s Sports and International Consortium on Female Sport.

Foreign advocates are also concerned, with United Nations Special Rapporteur on Violence Against Women and Girls Reem Alsalem saying that protecting female-only competition is consistent with U.S. commitments under international human rights law.

“Because the erosion of female-only sports, as well as related spaces, has been shown to exacerbate the vulnerability of women and girls to human rights violations and abuses, any retrogression of women’s and girls’ sex-based protections must not be permitted in both law and practice,” Alsalem wrote.

U.K. human rights charity Sex Matters, which played a leading role in the U.K. Supreme Court defining “women” by biology in the Equality Act, said the case affects “thousands of British women each year” who come to the U.S. on student visas to “play sports on collegiate teams covered by legal protections such as Title IX.”

The parties pulled SCOTUS in opposite directions following its Skrmetti decision upholding Tennessee’s ban on medicalized gender transitions for minors, which declined to recognize transgender identity as a protected class……”

  9. Just The News: “The White House on Wednesday unveiled a picture of an autopen for former President Biden’s portrait in its Presidential Walk of Fame gallery. The portrait gallery, which is located along the White House’s West Wing Colonnade, portrays images of former presidents in golden frames.

An “autopen” is a mechanical device with a robotic arm attached to a pen and has been used by other presidents.

President Trump has raised concerns about the constitutionality of using the pen for pardons and has argued that Biden, who appears in cognitive decline toward the end of his presidency, “did not know anything about them!”

Neera Tanden, the former director of Biden’s Domestic Policy Council, reportedly told Congress in closed-door testimony this summer that she was authorized to direct autopen signatures but unaware of who in the president’s inner circle was giving her final clearance.

Biden White House pardons include ones for family members including brothers James Biden and Francis Biden, sister Valerie Biden Owens and sister-in-law Sara Jones Biden. Biden maintains that he “made the decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation, and proclamations,” when he was in office.

Trump has also taken other action recently to move images of former presidents from view, including by relocating portraits of former Presidents Barack Obama and George W. Bush, and replacing a portrait of former first lady Hillary Clinton with an image of himself.”

  10. Just The News: “A statue of President Donald Trump and late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was removed from the National Mall on Wednesday, a day after it suddenly appeared and despite a permit that allowed it to remain on the Mall through Sunday.

The U.S. Park Police said it removed the statue because it was not in compliance with a permit, according to the news station WUSA9. The permit allowed the statue to remain on the Mall in Washington D.C., through 8 p.m. Eastern on Sunday, but a clause in the permit said it can be revoked any time if the permit holder was notified at least 24-hours in advance.

The statue showed the men holding hands and a plaque under the statue reads, “In Honor of Friendship Month,” followed by, “We celebrate the long-lasting bond between President Donald J. Trump and his ‘closest friend,’ Jeffrey Epstein,” The Hill news outlet reported.

Two other plaques include a message reportedly written by Trump on a birthday card for Epstein more than 20 years ago, which Democrats on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee released earlier this month, after the Epstein estate turned it over to the panel. Trump has denied that the message and card were from him.

White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson said regarding the statue that “liberals are free to waste their money however they see fit – but it’s not news that Epstein knew Donald Trump, because Donald Trump kicked Epstein out of his club for being a creep.”

“Democrats, the media, and the organization that’s wasting their money on this statue knew about Epstein and his victims for years and did nothing to help them while President Trump was calling for transparency, and is now delivering on it with thousands of pages of documents,” she added.”

  11. “Switzerland: e-ID and the road to digital serfdom” — We are human beings, not QR codes”

Noor Bin Ladin, Sep 25, 2025

    Modified illustration.

ENTIRE ARTICLE: “This Sunday, September 28, one of the most consequential votes of the 21st century will take place in Switzerland: the proposed law for the implementation of “e-ID.”

After 2021’s unsuccessful attempt, our government is once again submitting the e-ID issue to the population, with a key (supposed) difference meant to placate the initial project’s critics. This time, e-ID will be emitted by the state, not a private company.

Regardless of the issuer, the concept of a digital ID is inherently nefarious. It is the foundation for our future servitude, upon which total surveillance and control systems will be built. With e-ID, everything you do or say can be tracked, traced and controlled. Your privacy and personal agency would be gone.

Want to buy more beef? Heat your house above 18 degrees? Leave your 15-minute city? You’ll have to check your carbon credit allowance and available digital currency (CBDC) on your digital “Swiyu” wallet, tied to your digital ID. Cash will be easily removed from circulation as an intended, long term outcome of e-ID, to be replaced with programmable “money.”

Want insurance coverage? Your e-ID will also store all your health data, including vaccination status. Don’t want the vaccine? Remember what happened during the covid mass compliance test. Those measures were merely a taste of what awaits if generalized digital identification is introduced.

Taken even a step further – and I believe this is in the pipeline – you may need e-ID to even access the Internet, with your speech being entirely monitored. Access to goods and services will be linked to your “social credit score.” E-IDs will allow the centralization, capitalization, and weaponization of all your data.

“Bad behavior” and “wrong think” will have consequences.

With this type of digital governance, in conjunction with 5G and the mass adoption of Smartphones, we are inching dangerously close to the dystopian world George Orwell predicted in “1984.” But this isn’t a fiction novel, and one needs to look no further than China to understand what is coming to the West. Is this the kind of society in which we want to live and have our children grow up?

It is certainly our elites’ plan, who always crave more power, manoeuvring to increase and consolidate it. Under the guise of convenience, safety (never mind the hacking risks of our personal data…) and trojan horses such as covid and so-called climate change, along with the rapid progress in technology, they are closer than ever to reaching their vision of a techno-feudal society.

This is the globalist agenda pushed by organizations like the WEF, the UN with Agenda 2030, the Rockefeller Foundation, Bill Gates, other tech oligarchs –– and, in perfect lockstep, our own governments.

While these “stakeholders” have built this digital public infrastructure over decades, the latter still need our final vote. They need our consent. To quote Dr. Mike Yeadon (Pfizer VP turned whistleblower) on digital ID adoption, “it’s the last truly voluntary, important decision you’ll ever make. Thereafter, you’re a passenger”

Do not be fooled by the law’s current promise of optionality. Experience shows that such promises are often broken, and I believe e-ID will be mandatory down the line. Once enacted, you will be forced to comply with whichever rule your government dictates. There will be no escape from your digital jail once you’ve opted into it.

As a patriotic, freedom-loving Swiss national who values my individual sovereignty, I cannot condone such a dark, dehumanizing future. We are human beings, not QR codes, and I hope my fellow country men will reject e-ID this time around too, just as we did in 2021.

As this agenda advances in other nations across the world, we have a chance to lead by example, take a stand for freedom, and safeguard what our forefathers sought to protect in our Constitution. Our most fundamental rights are indeed at stake.”

  12. “Vance Slams Democrats, Media For ‘Encouraging Crazy People’ To ‘Commit Violence’”

The Federalist, By: Catherine Gripp, September 25, 2025

ENTIRE ARTICLE: “Vice President JD Vance called out “left-wing media” and Democrats, specifically naming Gov. Gavin Newsom, D-CA, for “encouraging crazy people to go and commit violence” in a speech in North Carolina Wednesday.

“The very people who keep us safe ought to be honored and protected and praised by Democrats and Republicans alike,” Vance said. “It is time to stop the rhetorical assault on law enforcement.”

Vance covered the Trump Administration’s fight against crime in Washington, D.C., and Charlie Kirk’s assassination earlier this month before addressing Wednesday’s shooting at the ICE facility in Dallas. Vance said the shooting was politically motivated and was perpetrated by a “violent, left-wing extremist,” evidenced by the “anti-ICE” writing on a bullet and other information Vance said was not yet public.

Vance’s speech also referenced the NBC story that falsely accused ICE agents of using a 5-year-old girl as bait to arrest her father, as covered by The Federalist.

“Political violence has gotten out of control in this country. We’ve got to stop it. We’ve got to condemn it. And that starts, unfortunately, at the very top of the Democratic Party,” Vance said. “If you want to stop political violence, stop attacking our law enforcement as the Gestapo … stop telling your supporters that everybody who disagrees with you is a Nazi. If you want to stop political violence, look in the mirror.”

MSNBC has repeatedly characterized ICE agents as the “Gestapo,” and last week DHS published a press release calling for the “Media and Far Left to Stop the Demonization of President Trump, His Supporters, and DHS Law Enforcement,” claiming that the “hateful rhetoric is contributing to political violence in our country and a more than 1000% increase in assaults against our brave ICE law enforcement.”

Vance said that while “of course, both sides have crazy people … if you look at the political violence in our country over the last couple of months, the last couple of years, it is not a both sides problem. It is primarily on one side of the political aisle,” and called for “the Democratic leadership in Washington, D.C. to look in the mirror.”

    1. Just The News: “FBI Director Kash Patel said Thursday that the bureau found a “high degree of pre-attack planning” in the home of the suspected shooter of the Dallas U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility.

“[FBI Dallas] and FBI HQ have been working 24/7 to seize devices, exploit data, and process writings obtained on location and in the subject’s person/residence/bedroom,” Patel posted on X.

“This @FBI is committed to providing timely updates, as promised: The perp downloaded a document titled ‘Dallas County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management’ containing a list of DHS facilities,” he added. “He conducted multiple searches of ballistics and the ‘Charlie Kirk Shot Video’ between 9/23-9/24. Between 8/19-8/24, he searched apps that tracked the presence of ICE agents. One of the handwritten notes recovered read, ‘Hopefully this will give ICE agents real terror, to think, “is there a sniper with AP rounds on that roof?”‘

“Further accumulated evidence to this point indicates a high degree of pre-attack planning. The FBI will provide further updates when able,” he added.

The suspected shooter of the Dallas ICE facility is 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, who shot himself after allegedly shooting three people. One of the three people shot was killed, while the others suffered injuries.

Special Agent in Charge of the FBI Dallas field office Joe Rothrock said during a press conference on Wednesday that the suspected shooter wrote anti-ICE messages on the rounds of ammunition.”

  15. “Tylenol, Leucovorin, and Child Neurodevelopment — Just the proven biochemical, pharmacologic, and clinical facts, Ma’am.”

Robert W Malone MD, MS, Sep 25, 2025

Metabolism and transport of acetaminophen in the liver at highly toxic doses.

Figure 2, from “PharmGKB summary: Pathways of acetaminophen metabolism at the therapeutic versus toxic doses

EXCERPT: “Here we go again. Even former President Obama is jumping into the Tylenol/Acetaminophen controversy. Everyone is suddenly an expert, and every statement about public health must be politically weaponized. Suppose you had any doubt that Trump Derangement Syndrome is a real thing. In that case, all you need to do is watch the Instagram reels of left-wing pregnant women downing large doses of Tylenol, which is a high-speed route to the emergency room promptly followed by a potential rather unpleasant death from liver failure. Quod erat demonstrandum (QED).

And by the way, even way back in the day when I was an MD/PhD (Medical Research Scholar Training Program) student at Northwestern University in Chicago, we were taught to be on the lookout for suicide by Tylenol overdose. Whatever you may think of Northwestern U (now rather woke…), it was ranked in the top tier of US Medical Schools at the time, primarily due to its exceptional clinical training.

Note to those suffering from TDS- do not overdose on Tylenol. Tylenol overdose can kill you. How does it kill? By depleting a key molecule called glutathione, which is involved in the biochemical pathway by which Acetaminophen (eg Tylenol) is metabolized (broken down), which happens primarily in the liver. Like all drugs (and vaccines), Tylenol is toxic when taken in sufficient doses that exceed the “therapeutic window”.

The only question is whether or not the FDA has previously defined that “therapeutic window” too broadly. And, in the case of the developing brain, data suggest a strong risk that, in fact, the FDA has been too promiscuous in its Tylenol dosing guidance. For the most part, epidemiological analyses suggesting otherwise appear to have been compromised by previously unrecognized and unaccounted-for confounding variables. I am running a few minutes late; my previous meeting is running over.

    Sound familiar?

The FDA and US HHS are now moving to correct that longstanding oversight. POTUS, who has a deep, longstanding, 20 year personal interest in Autism and ASD, has announced this shift in FDA policy and guidance in a press conference. And both dead media and their clients have mounted an aggressive campaign to attack and delegitimize the messengers. But unlike propaganda and marketing, data and actual objective clinical/scientific research are stubborn things.

For budding, wannabe or armchair Biochemists and Pharmacologists, here are the gory details:…..”

  16. SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Residents of a San Francisco Bay Area city are on the lookout for an aggressive squirrel that has sent at least two people to the emergency room for medical treatment.

Joan Heblack told ABC affiliate KGO-TV that she was walking in the Lucas Valley neighborhood of San Rafael when a squirrel seemingly came out of nowhere and attacked her leg, clawing and biting. “It clamped onto my leg. The tail was flying up here. I was like, ‘Get it off me, get off me!’,” Heblack said.

Isabel Campoy also said she was attacked while walking in the same area. The squirrel launched itself from the ground to her face and wound up on her arm, leaving it bloody, she said. Both women went to the emergency room, the TV station reported in its Monday story.

Flyers have now been posted, warning residents that the squirrel is no joke and that more than five people have been attacked by a ”very mean squirrel” that “comes out of nowhere.”

New Factory in the Netherlands Will Produce 3D Printed  Fake Meat to

Replace Real Meat Produced by Farmers

“This little beauty of a story is from expose-news.com – An Israeli company called Redefine Meat has announced a deal to partner with an importer that will deliver its lab-grown meat into Western Europe, where World Economic Forum-puppet governments are forcing ranchers and farmers to cull their herds of beef cattle, chickens and swine.

Redefine Meat markets its product under the brand name “New Meat,” using 3D printers to manufacture pieces of meat that mimic steaks, tenderloins and other choice cuts, it said in a release in October of last year. They use genetically modified cells to grow this “meat” in a lab.

Okay, so it’s an Isreali company with a factory in the Netherworld somewhere, but we gotta ask a serious question here. Is it Kosher to fuck with nature in a way like this? And  – and maybe more important – is it actually Kosher? I gonna say probably not…”

  18. Just The News: “President Donald Trump signed an executive order Thursday that clears the way for an American-led investment group to purchase the U.S. assets of the video-sharing TikTok app. The deal will allow TikTok’s U.S. operations to be separated from TikTok’s current owner, the Chinese company ByteDance.

U.S. software company Oracle will lead a group of American investors, which also includes private equity firm Silver Lake, according to Fox News. The group will own a majority share of the app, while ByteDance will still own a 20% stake in the company. Existing shareholders, including global firms, will hold the rest of the shares.

Vice President JD Vance praised the deal, which avoids a ban on the app in the United States, and said it accomplishes the administration’s key priorities of keeping the app functional and protecting American data. Oracle will provide security for the new TikTok.

“The fundamental thing that we wanted to accomplish is that we wanted to keep TikTok operating, but we also wanted to make sure that we protected Americans’ data privacy as required by law, both because it’s the right thing to do, but also because it’s a legal requirement of the law that was passed last year by Congress,” Vance said in the Oval Office.

ABC News reporting that career prosecutors in the Eastern District of VA office prepared a “declination memo” citing reasons the DOJ should not pursue charges against Jim Comey.

One of the top prosecutors in the office—now demoted—was Maya Song. My sources have not confirmed she helped author the memo but seems highly likely.

Maya Song recently worked for none other than Lisa Monaco in the Biden DOJ…

Today @KFaulders reported the memo prepared by “career prosecutors in the U.S. attorney’s office [concluded] that seeking the charges would violate DOJ policy, raise serious ethical issues, and risk being rejected by the grand jury.”

Prosecutors’ memo to new US attorney found no probable cause to charge James Comey: Sources In a memo this week, prosecutors in Virginia recommended against potential plans by the new U.S. attorney there to charge ex-FBI Director James Comey, sources say. https://abcnews.go.com/US/prosecutors-memo-new-us-attorney-recommended-plans-charge/story?id=125925246

It appears we have another SDNY stunt in the making. Career bureaucrats—some with ties to known Trump saboteurs like Monaco—thwart directives from higher ups related to a political case. Their insubordination is met with removal, demotion. Then they leak some self serving resignation letter to the NYT or WashPo warning that the “rule of law” and “future of democracy” are at risk.

  21. “Empowering Patriotism”

    Newsletter | September 25, 2025

“The President loves America. He took a bullet to prove it. Then he got back to his feet and gave us a model for patriotism that will last through the ages. Fight, fight, fight, he said. President Donald Trump reminded Americans of what it means to love our nation dearly, absolutely. And, he loves Americans and is fearless in taking actions that protect all Americans from those who mean us harm. This week, the President did just that with an Executive Order designating Antifa a terrorist organization.

According to the Executive Order, “Antifa is a militarist, anarchist enterprise that explicitly calls for the overthrow of the United States Government, law enforcement authorities, and our system of law.  It uses illegal means to organize and execute a campaign of violence and terrorism nationwide to accomplish these goals. This campaign involves coordinated efforts to obstruct enforcement of Federal laws through armed standoffs with law enforcement, organized riots, violent assaults on Immigration and Customs Enforcement and other law enforcement officers, and routine doxing of and other threats against political figures and activists.”

Deniers say that Antifa isn’t really an organization but is rather more like an ideology. And, according to the experts, you can’t kill an idea; instead, you have to find ways to accommodate it. Hogwash. The truth is, you can’t make deals with violent ideologues.

Take Al Qaeda, for instance. In fact, Antifa and Al Qaeda are pretty similar when you think about it — both hatefully anti-American and devoted to destroying our country and replacing it with something dark and grim. For Al Qaeda, it’s a revived Islamic caliphate with women covered in black, child brides sold off to morally corrupt whitebeards, and terror and murder as a way of life. For Antifa, the new utopia is bottomless chaos, with social norms incinerated in a fiery maelstrom of insatiable violence and the communist longing for destruction.

It’s no coincidence that the communists and Islamists see eye to eye on things. Both share the same goal: to eradicate the American way of life — our culture and society, which in the last century has inspired more invention and innovation, and created more peace and prosperity for all of humanity than in any other historical era. They hate what we stand for, and where we come from — they despise our Judeo-Christian civilization and target our communities, our families, and our country.

It’s about time an American President moved to uproot the evil hounding us at home. We’ve been witnesses to these abominations for too long. Attacks on innocent people, law enforcement officers, and ICE facilities are direct assaults on our peace and a concerted effort to thwart Trump’s central initiative — to restore our civic pride, rid our nation of corruption and the sickness of terrorists, and make our country great again. Our children’s future, America’s future, depends on the power of our patriotism.”
