The King of Saxony Bird-of-paradise is a fascinating and visually striking creature. This bird is relatively small in size, with a height of approximately 10-12 inches. However, what it lacks in stature, it more than makes up for with its elaborate and unique physical features.
One of the most prominent characteristics of the King of Saxony Bird-of-paradise is its incredibly long and ornamental head plumes. These plumes, which are only possessed by the adult males, can reach up to 18 inches in length. They are composed of slender, wire-like feathers that emerge from the bird’s forehead and curve outward, resembling two long antennae or saxophone reeds. These extraordinary head plumes give the bird its distinctive appearance and lend it its regal name.

The King of Saxony Bird-of-paradise has a compact body with a relatively short tail compared to other bird-of-paradise species. Its body is covered in soft, fluffy feathers that are predominantly black in color. However, it also exhibits vibrant patches of color on its chest and sides. These patches vary between individuals but can include shades of yellow, orange, or red. The contrast between the dark body and the bright, eye-catching colors adds to the bird’s overall allure.
In addition to its striking head plumes and colorful patches, the King of Saxony Bird-of-paradise possesses other unique physical attributes. It has a small, curved beak that is black in color, perfectly suited for its diet of fruit, insects, and arthropods. The bird’s eyes are relatively large and are surrounded by bare, bright blue skin, which further enhances its visual appeal. Its legs and feet are short and sturdy, adapted for perching and maneuvering through the dense vegetation of its natural habitat.

Overall, the King of Saxony Bird-of-paradise is a truly remarkable creature in terms of its physical appearance. From its long, extravagant head plumes to its vibrant patches of color and unique facial features, this bird stands out as one of nature’s most visually captivating creations. Its relatively small size does not diminish its impact, as its ornate and regal appearance commands attention and admiration.
The King of Saxony Bird-of-paradise, scientifically known as Pteridophora alberti, is a striking and unique bird species found in the rainforests of New Guinea. This avian beauty boasts an elaborate and extravagant plumage, making it one of the most remarkable creatures in the avian world.
One of the most distinctive features of the King of Saxony Bird-of-paradise is its extraordinary head crest. The male bird has two long, thin, and curved feathers protruding from its forehead, resembling two elegant ribbons. These remarkable plumes can reach up to half the bird’s body length, making it an impressive sight to behold. These feathers are used during elaborate courtship displays to attract females and establish dominance among males.
In terms of diet, the King of Saxony Bird-of-paradise primarily feeds on fruits, nectar, and small insects. Its beak is specially adapted for its feeding habits, allowing it to extract nectar from flowers and catch insects with precision. This bird plays a crucial role in pollination, as it transfers pollen from flower to flower while feeding on nectar.
The King of Saxony Bird-of-paradise is known for its unique courtship rituals. During the breeding season, males gather in specific display trees to showcase their colorful plumage and impressive head crest. They engage in elaborate dances, spreading their wings, vibrating their feathers, and swinging their head plumes in mesmerizing displays. These displays are accompanied by a series of distinctive calls and vocalizations, creating a symphony of sounds in the rainforest.

When it comes to living habits, the King of Saxony Bird-of-paradise is primarily arboreal, spending most of its time in the forest canopy. It is a highly territorial bird, with males defending their display trees from intruders. These birds are solitary creatures, preferring to live and forage alone, except during the breeding season.
As for sleep patterns, the King of Saxony Bird-of-paradise typically roosts in the dense foliage of the rainforest at night. It chooses secure locations that offer protection from predators and adverse weather conditions. These birds have been observed to roost alone or in small groups, seeking safety in numbers.
The conservation status of the King of Saxony Bird-of-paradise is currently classified as near threatened. Its habitat destruction due to deforestation and illegal hunting pose significant threats to its population.

Just The News: “Socialist Zohran Mamdani is on pace to become New York City’s Democratic mayoral nominee on Tuesday night, after his biggest challenger, former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, allegedly conceded the race, Politico reported.
Mamdani finished in the first position at the end of the night, with 43% of the vote, while Cuomo came in second with 36%, according to the Associated Press. But the city uses a ranked choice voting system if no candidates secures the 50% threshold needed for the nomination.
With the ranked voting system, if no candidate reaches the 50% mark, then counting continues in rounds. At the end of each round, the last-place candidate is eliminated, and voters who chose that candidate have their vote counted for their next choice, according to the New York City Board of Elections.
Cuomo confirmed the phone call in a speech to his supporters, stating he called to congratulate Mamdani. “Tonight was not our night,” Cuomo said, per the New York Times. “Tonight was Assemblyman Mamdani’s night … Let’s give him a round of applause … He deserved it. He won.”
City Comptroller Brad Lander finished in third at the end of the first round, winning just over 11% of the vote. There were a total of 11 candidates vying for the nomination, but all other candidates were in the single digits or below 1%.
The candidates are hoping to replace incumbent Democratic Mayor Eric Adams, who is running for reelection as an independent and thereby avoiding the crowded primary. Republican mayoral hopeful Curtis Sliwa was uncontested in his race.
Cuomo was the favorite leading into the primary, but Mamdani has seen a surge in support in recent weeks after securing endorsements from critical Democrats including New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez. Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, who is technically an Independent but is a socialist, also endorsed Mamdani. Cuomo, a more traditional Democrat, has also been plagued by sexual misconduct allegations that led to him resigning as governor in 2021.”

“UN Nuclear Watchdog Chief: ‘Night and Day’ Difference Between Iran’s Nuclear Capabilities Before and After US Strikes — ‘It is clear that there is one Iran—before June 13, nuclear Iran—and one now,’ says IAEA’s Rafael Grossi”
Adam Kredo, June 24, 2025
EXCERPT: “The U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities set back the Islamic Republic’s program “significantly,” the head of the United Nations’ nuclear watchdog organization said Tuesday.
“I think the Iranian nuclear program has been set back significantly, significantly,” International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) director general Rafael Grossi said in a Fox News interview. He noted that “it is clear that there is one Iran—before June 13, nuclear Iran—and one now,” describing the difference as “night and day.”
Just before the Tuesday afternoon interview, the IAEA revealed that it detected “extensive damage at several nuclear sites in Iran, including its uranium conversion and enrichment facilities.” That damage caused a radioactive release, according to the organization.
“Our assessment is that there has been some localized radioactive as well as chemical release inside the affected facilities that contained nuclear material—mainly uranium enriched to varying degrees—but there has been no report of increased off-site radiation levels,” Grossi said in the IAEA statement. The organization observed “two impact holes from the U.S. strikes” at Iran’s Natanz enrichment site above “the underground halls that had been used for enrichment as well as for storage,” according to the statement, in which Grossi also said he saw “extensive damage at several nuclear sites in Iran, including its uranium conversion and enrichment facilities.”
(video Trump)
David Albright of the Institute for Science and International Security, meanwhile, released a post-attack battle damage assessment based on satellite imagery of the targeted Iranian facilities as well as reporting from the IAEA and Israel Defense Forces (IDF). He determined that the U.S. and Israeli strikes “effectively destroyed Iran’s centrifuge enrichment program.”
“It will be a long time before Iran comes anywhere near the capability it had before the attack,” Albright’s report states…..”

“Hunter Biden’s Ex-Lawyers Sue Him for Over $50K in ‘Unpaid Legal Fees’ — Former first son failed to settle legal bills ‘despite repeated requests for payment,’ law firm Winston & Strawn says”
Free Beacon, Matthew Xiao, June 24, 2025
ENTIRE ARTICLE: “The law firm that represented Hunter Biden in federal investigations filed a lawsuit against him on Monday, saying that former president Joe Biden’s son owes its attorneys “substantially in excess of $50,000 in fees and interest.”
“This is breach of contract action against Mr. Biden for unpaid legal fees,” Winston & Strawn LLP wrote in its complaint, the New York Post reported. “Despite repeated requests for payment, Mr. Biden has failed to pay the amounts he owes.”
“Although a portion of those fees have been paid,” the complaint reads, “Mr. Biden presently owes [Winston & Strawn] substantially in excess of $50,000 in fees and interest that are due and payable.”
Winston & Strawn represented Hunter Biden in both the Delaware gun case and the California tax evasion case. The former first son was convicted of three felonies for illegally purchasing a firearm while using drugs and later pleaded guilty to felony and misdemeanor charges for failing to pay more than $1.4 million in federal taxes from 2016 to 2019. Joe Biden pardoned his son in December, just weeks before leaving office.
This isn’t the first time that Hunter Biden, who has a long history of alcohol and drug addictions, has struggled to finance his legal defense.
In January 2024, Hollywood entertainment lawyer Kevin Morris testified to Congress that he had been paying “various attorneys” on behalf of the then-first son. By last May—just weeks before Biden’s gun trial—Morris reportedly told associates he was “completely tapped out” from footing the bill for millions in legal expenses for years.
According to the Monday lawsuit, Winston & Strawn “devoted substantial resources to defend” Biden and “incurred substantial financial damages” due to his “breach of the Engagement Contract.” “Mr. Biden never objected to any of W&S’s invoices for the legal services rendered to him,” the lawsuit says.
An initial hearing for the case is scheduled for September 19, according to the Post.”

Just The News: “The Supreme Court left unresolved whether states can give primacy to biological sex over gender identity, a question that has divided lower courts nationwide, in its blockbuster decision upholding Tennessee’s ban on medicalized gender transitions for youth, though individual justices in the majority promoted their own conclusions in concurrences.
The most powerful nine jurists in America will consider whether to fill in the gaps from U.S. v. Skrmetti this week when, for the third time, they review petitions by West Virginia and Idaho to overrule courts that struck down their “fairness in women’s sports” laws that prevent males from participating in opposite-sex school sports.
The red states filed supplemental briefs ahead of Thursday’s judicial conference urging the high court to hear oral arguments rather than “grant, vacate and remand” the cases to lower courts to apply the new Tennessee precedent, which they said would prolong the split among at least eight federal appeals courts and put schools in some jurisdictions at legal risk.
Their co-counsel at the Alliance Defending Freedom speculated SCOTUS “may have been holding” the red states’ petitions until it ruled on Tennessee’s ban on so-called gender-affirming care for minors, which ADF defended alongside the Volunteer State at the high court.
Agreeing to hear the cases rather than send them back would be a timely boon for advocates of sex-based athletic participation, with Monday’s 53rd anniversary of Title IX.
Riley Gaines, who lost her NCAA women’s swimming trophy to male transgender swimmer Lia Thomas, just partnered with XX-XY Athletics on a clothing line to mark the anniversary of the 1972 civil rights law that ushered in an explosion of girls’ sports and is now the rallying cry of advocates for female-only competition.
Jabbing girls to compete in their own sports
“In recent months both the federal government and the NCAA have announced policies excluding male athletes from female competitions,” Idaho’s brief notes, referring to President Trump’s February executive order “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” and NCAA’s transgender participation policy update to align with Trump’s order.
Because the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals blocked the West Virginia law, states and public universities in its jurisdiction are stuck between “a rock and a hard place,” the West Virginia brief says: They can’t follow NCAA policy without losing in court and they risk losing federal funding if they abide by the 4th Circuit and let males compete on girls’ teams.
Remanding creates a known “dilemma,” the Mountain State argued, noting the district court rebuffed a request by the Harrison County Board of Education to explain how it can reconcile Trump’s order with the judge’s injunction.
“Federal courts should not be constitutionalizing ‘circulating testosterone’ as the gauge for assigning athletic teams,” the Idaho brief says, referring to the 9th Circuit’s mandate that “athletic teams be divided based on circulating testosterone levels” – one of many factors that give males athletic advantages over females – rather than sex.
“If states hope to preserve some semblance of a level playing field for women and girls, they must do it by subjecting those women and girls to intrusive blood draws,” Idaho said.
“This case presents the equal-protection question” with a male college athlete, Lindsay Hecox, “and that [West Virginia] case presents the Title IX issue” with a K-12 male athlete before puberty, Becky Pepper-Jackson, the Gem State said.
“The cases are currently on the exact same track and ready to be resolved together this next Term,” just as SCOTUS granted two petitions to address equal-protection and Title VI racial discrimination claims in the Harvard-University of North Carolina consolidated affirmative action case that functionally ended racial admissions preferences, according to Idaho.
If SCOTUS remands both, “they may not come back before the Court again at the same time or in similar postures, preventing the Court from addressing at once all the relevant legal issues in all the relevant educational settings” and permanently foreclosing “medals, podium spots, and opportunities to compete in their own sports” for some females, the brief said.
“Girls deserve a safe, fair playing field today– not years from now –and the [4th Circuit] ruling’s present harm to women and girls is stark,” West Virginia said.
Defining sex as subjective ‘fundamentally changes the equal-protection analysis’
By ruling that Tennessee’s law did not make “sex-based classifications” in prohibiting puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgery only as treatment for minors with gender confusion, SCOTUS ducked the central issue in the Idaho and West Virginia cases, the briefs say.
The majority provided no guidance to lower courts at odds with each other on whether female-only participation inherently classifies based on gender identity, as the 4th and 9th Circuits say, or does not, as the 11th Circuit said and the 2nd and D.C. Circuits “appear to agree,” West Virginia said.
The Richmond, Va.-based 4th Circuit then “followed its own precedent” – shared with the 7th, 8th and 9th Circuits – and deemed transgender individuals “a quasi-suspect class,” contrary to the holdings of the 10th and 11th Circuits, the brief said. It noted Tennessee concurrences by Justices Samuel Alito and Amy Coney Barrett raising this issue.
The 6th Circuit also rejected the quasi-suspect class finding, the Idaho brief says. (The two states don’t always refer to the same precedents by circuit.)
Defining sex as a subjective category, as the courts that ruled for transgender students have done, “fundamentally changes the equal-protection analysis” by saying gender-confused males are “similarly situated” to females, Idaho said.
It noted the 4th Circuit gave credence to Pepper-Jackson’s claim that gender-confused males “possess no inherent, biologically-based competitive advantages” over females without gender confusion “when participating in sports.”
Unlike the Tennessee case, “the parties agree that Idaho’s Save Women’s Sports Act classifies based on sex,” which the 9th Circuit called a “pretext to exclude transgender women from women’s athletics,” Idaho’s brief said.
Both states argue the circuit split between most of the nation’s federal appeals courts won’t go away even if the 4th and 9th circuits change their minds, “needlessly wasting valuable lower-court and party resources on remand” if SCOTUS doesn’t hear them now.”

Sherman revealed he had stage 4 kidney cancer earlier this year, per the Associated Press.
“It is with the heaviest heart that I share the passing of my beloved husband, Bobby Sherman,” Poublon said. “Bobby left this world holding my hand − just as he held up our life with love, courage, and unwavering grace through all 29 beautiful years of marriage.”
Sherman rose to fame in the 1960s and had four Top 10 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, including his hit songs “Little Woman,” and “Julie, do you love me?” He also had six albums on the Billboard 200 chart.
Sherman later became a certified medical emergency technician and instructor for the Los Angeles Police Department, where he taught first aid and CPR to new police recruits.”

EXCERPT: “The FBI has located internal documents showing that it did not pursue intelligence indicating that Communist China was looking to hijack the 2020 presidential election with a potential mail-in ballot scheme to assist then-Democratic nominee Joe Biden because the bureau feared that would undercut then-FBI Director Christopher Wray’s assurances to Congress that foreign meddling did not pose a threat to the presidential race, officials told Just the News.
The documents showing the internal conversations and deliberations are being transmitted to Congress, the officials told Just the News on Wednesday, and Attorney General Pam Bondi is expected to address the allegations as early as Wednesday during a Senate Appropriations hearing.
The FBI memo detailing an alleged Chinese plot to meddle in the 2020 election was recalled from the rest of the U.S. intelligence community’s spy agencies because it conflicted with Wray’s assurances that foreign interference would likely not impact the upcoming presidential race, the officials told Just the News. And the FBI did not follow up on the claims in the FBI memo even after re-interviewing the originating source of the meddling allegations – because of the same concerns about undercutting Wray.
Wray testified in September 2020 before the House and Senate, before which he downplayed the potential for significant foreign meddling in the 2020 election, dismissed the possibility of foreign mail-in ballot fraud, and said he considered disinformation to be the biggest threat to the presidential election.
FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino alleged Tuesday that the bureau’s prior leadership “chose to play politics” and hide evidence from the American people regarding a Chinese plot to hijack the 2020 U.S. election with fake mail-in ballots for Biden.
The statement from the two FBI leaders came a week after Just The News reported Patel turned over to Congress earlier this month a long-hidden intelligence report raising concerns that China had plans to mass-produce fake U.S. driver’s licenses to carry out a scheme to swing the 2020 election to Biden with fake mail-in ballots.
Patel located the evidence based on information that Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, got from whistle-blowers and forwarded it to the FBI, officials said. Patel and Bongino said Tuesday they are committed to getting Grassley and the American public more evidence about the plot and the failure to fully investigate it.
“Based on our continued review and production of FBI documents related to the CCP’s plot to interfere in the 2020 U.S. Presidential election, previous FBI leadership chose to play politics and withhold key information from the American people — exposing the weaponization of law enforcement for political purposes during the height of the 2020 election season,” Patel and Bongibo said in a statement given to Just the News on Tuesday.
Just the News published a story last week revealing that a confidential human source told FBI counter-intelligence in the summer of 2020 that China’s communist government was seeking to meddle in the impending election to help then-candidate Biden, according to a raw intelligence report distributed to federal agencies that was reviewed and made public by Just the News…..”

“One of those headlines that requires a “doubletake.” “Ice Arrests Iranian sniper with an Islamic Republic of Iran Army identification card in North Alabama”
..but that is the way it read. I was telling my wife about this story and she had read about it and knew more details than this article offered. I asked her, “why do you think an Iranian sniper would choose to live in Blount County, Alabama?” She replied with, “why do you think he is in Blount County?” I don’t know why he is here, but he is here illegally and he needs to go. “ICE arrests Iranian sniper with an Islamic Republic of Iran Army identification card in North Alabama”
1819 News, Craig Monger | 06.24.25
ENTIRE ARTICLE: “As federal officials began looking for potential threats to the United States after its actions in bombing Iran this week, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced on Tuesday that it had arrested a Locust Fork man with an Islamic Republic of Iran Army identification card in a nationwide roundup.
According to DHS, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested Ribvar Karimi on Sunday in Blount County’s Locust Fork.
Karimi reportedly served as an Iranian Army sniper from 2018 to 2021. At the time of his arrest, he was in possession of an Islamic Republic of Iran Army identification card. He entered the United States on a K-1 visa, which is reserved for aliens who are engaged to be married to American citizens, in October 2024, under the Biden administration. Karimi never adjusted his status as required by law and is removable from the United States. He’s currently in ICE custody, where he’ll remain pending removal proceedings.
The arrest came in a nationwide effort by ICE and DHS officials as concerns heightened over a potential homeland attack as a reprisal for the United States’ entering the conflict between Israel and Iran earlier this week. In total, DHS boasted of arresting 11 Iranian nationals with criminal histories or who had made some threatening statements.
“Under Secretary Noem, DHS has been full throttle on identifying and arresting known or suspected terrorists and violent extremists that illegally entered this country, came in through Biden’s fraudulent parole programs or otherwise,” said DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “We have been saying we are getting the worst of the worst out—and we are. We don’t wait until a military operation to execute; we proactively deliver on President Trump’s mandate to secure the homeland.”

Trump’s highest ranking intelligence official, DNI Tulsi Gabbard, is still a Lt. Colonel in the US Army Reserves, Civil Affairs and Psychological Operation Command. She’s literally an information warfare soldier.
They engage in influencing civilians and adversaries, through information campaigns, to manage and steer public opinion, in support of military objectives. They call themselves the “Warrior Diplomats”.
Trump choosing her as his Director of National Intelligence, was not an accident. You are witnessing a masterclass in information warfare (5GW).”

Just The News: “Congress issued subpoenas Tuesday to compel testimony from two ActBlue witnesses, significantly escalating a probe into whether the massive online fund-raising platform allowed itself to be misused by foreigners to route improper donations to Democrats in the 2024 election.
The subpoenas issued by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, House Oversight Chairman James Comer and House Administration Chairman Bryan Steil require the two witnesses, former ActBlue Vice President of Customer Service Alyssa Twomey and a senior workflow specialist, to appear for testimony by July 15.
Both witnesses were offered a chance to voluntarily submit to transcribed interviews, but their lawyer declined, citing an ongoing U.S. Justice Department investigation into ActBlue, according to correspondence obtained by Just the News.
“The Committees’ investigation has a clear – and important – legislative purpose,” a letter accompanying the subpoenas to the witnesses declared. “Congress has a specific interest in ensuring that bad actors, including foreign actors, cannot make fraudulent or illegal political donations through online fundraising platforms.”
The lawmakers said their investigators have found evidence ActBlue weakened its fraud protections during the 2024 election even though it was aware of foreign efforts to submit illicit donations through the platform.
“The Committees have found significant evidence that ActBlue had ‘a fundamentally unserious approach to fraud prevention’ during this period,” the letter stated. “For example, the Committees discovered that ActBlue weakened its fraud-prevention standards twice in 2024 despite knowledge of significant attempted fraud on the platform, including from foreign actors.
“Similarly, during your tenure, ActBlue’s training guide for new fraud-prevention staff instructed employees to ‘look for reasons to accept contributions’ rather than assess potentially fraudulent donations with a skeptical eye,” it added. “Other internal ActBlue documents show that top fraud-prevention staff, including you, have assessed that there were several mechanisms by which bad actors could evade ActBlue’s fraud-prevention systems and make illicit donations.”

Clearly crazy dumbasses. One Washington DC bomb would probably hit so many jews, it would be likely cutting off his nose to spite his face…
👉 Except if everyone coincidentally doesn’t make it to work that day…“

“If an industry can’t survive without subsidies, let it die
The solar industry is in a panic because the Green New Deal bus is getting ready to stop rolling. Mass bankruptcies are on the horizon. Because, as we all know, it’s been a scam all along. Wind and solar sound good when you’re sitting around and passing a joint or you’re supplementing power in a single home, but they do not scale up and they cost more than you’re going to get in return.
And, ultimately, both solar and wind are harder on the environment and wildlife than fossil fuels. They’re also a great place to shuffle money around and to look virtuous while grifting.
Because what they refer to as ‘clean energy’ just isn’t clean. And it’s not self-sustaining.
If they need help taking down those windmills and solar farms, I’d be happy to help.” — Midwest Chick

And Jam for the win yet again! Found a portable duel fuel one for $349+ and up @ Tractor Supply. I called Jake and told him what I was looking at and he brought up, well, you’d have to go outside and start it….ok, push button start, easy/peasy. Do you want to have to go outside with 3′ of snow on the ground? If it’s winter, I don’t need the A/C anyway! Well, but you’d need a transfer switch….why? Well, if the electricians are working on the line, it could kill ’em. Well, they’d damned well better have notified me ahead of time that they were going to work on the line…seems even Jake is having a difficult time reining in his ideas….

I am soooo fricking pissed right now – my bank still can’t find the $700 check I mailed on Saturday for deposit. He claimed he went back and looked at all of the past records and it must still be in the hands of the USPO. This forces me to go back on my word to Chance and I despise that more than anything!

More insanity from the VA! Now they want to set up an appointment in September in Omaha or Lincoln to evaluate my breathing, etc. I told her flat out no – I am NOT going to Omaha or Lincoln, my vehicle isn’t safe to drive that far. “Well we can set up VTS (Vets Transport Service)” and again, I said no, I am NOT going to Omaha or Lincoln. I asked why it couldn’t be done in Norfolk and she claimed they don’t have the “set up” for it. Well, then GET the set up for it! This is pure BS!!!!

A couple of hours but I rethought this overnight and I will agree to go to Lincoln – Omaha is a frigging cesspool. I can p/u a bus at the VFW in Norfolk (which is what I did when they pulled my teeth) that will take me there and back.

Just The News: “CIA Director John Ratcliffe declared Wednesday that key Iranian nuclear facilities were “destroyed” by U.S. bombs and will take years to rebuild, saying his agency’s intelligence contradicts “illegally sourced public reporting” that suggested less severe damage.
President Donald Trump ordered the bombing and missile strikes on three critical nuclear facilities in Iran over the weekend aiming to disable the country’s nuclear program. Ratcliffe said CIA data showed the facilities were “destroyed and would have to be rebuilt over the course of years,” and were not merely damaged as other reports have indicated.
“CIA can confirm that a body of credible intelligence indicates Iran’s Nuclear Program has been severely damaged by the recent, targeted strikes,” Ratcliffe said. “This includes new intelligence from a historically reliable and accurate source/method that several key Iranian nuclear facilities were destroyed and would have to be rebuilt over the course of years. “CIA continues to collect additional reliably sourced information to keep appropriate decision-makers and oversight bodies fully informed,” he added.
”When possible, we will also provide updates and information to the American public, given the national importance of this matter and in every attempt to provide transparency.
”Trump administration officials are expected to meet with Iran next week, amid a ceasefire agreement that pauses a conflict between Israel and Iran.”

Just The News: “House Oversight Chairman James Comer on Wednesday announced that former First Lady Jill Biden’s senior adviser, Anthony Bernal, who also served as a former assistant to the president during the Biden administration, has canceled his testimony in the committee’s probe into former President Joe Biden’s mental acuity.
Bernal was previously expected to testify in a closed-door interview on Thursday, but pulled his appearance after the White House waived executive privilege for former Biden officials in the probe on Tuesday.
Comer slammed the former aide’s decision in a statement, and vowed to issue a subpoena to compel Bernal’s testimony. Comer previously subpoenaed Bernal’s testimony in the last Congress.
“Now that the White House has waived executive privilege, it’s abundantly clear that Anthony Bernal – Jill Biden’s so-called ‘work husband’ – never intended to be transparent about Joe Biden’s cognitive decline and the ensuing cover-up,” Comer said. “With no privilege left to hide behind, Mr. Bernal is now running scared, desperate to bury the truth.
“The American people deserve answers and accountability, and the Oversight Committee will not tolerate this obstruction,” he continued. “I will promptly issue a subpoena to compel Anthony Bernal’s testimony before the Committee.”
The statement comes a day after former Biden White House Staff Secretary and Director of the Domestic Policy Council Neera Tanden testified in front of the committee. The White House also waived executive privilege over her testimony.
“Ms. Tanden testified that she had minimal interaction with President Biden, despite wielding tremendous authority,” Comer said. “She explained that to obtain approval for autopen signatures, she would send decision memos to members of the President’s inner circle and had no visibility of what occurred between sending the memo and receiving it back with approval.
“Her testimony raises serious questions about who was really calling the shots in the Biden White House amid the President’s obvious decline,” he added. “We will continue to pursue the truth for the American people.”
