FBI Agents Beg Court to Destroy List Before ‘Shame’ Campaign ‘There are some really bad actors, some people that did some really bad things to the American people. And if they can be charged, we’ll charge them…’ May 18, 2025
A group of FBI agents involved in the Jan. 6 investigations asked a judge Thursday to destroy a Trump administration list containing the names of roughly 5,000 agents tied to the probes.
Their move follows Ed Martin’s vow, as the newly appointed weaponization czar, to “name” and “shame” the thousands of agents who helped crack down on more than 1,000 Americans allegedly involved in the Jan. 6, 2021, protests.
The anonymous agents told U.S. District Judge Jia Cobb that Martin’s public pledge signals the federal government plans to release the list. They first sued in February, asking the court to destroy or seal the roster.
Their Thursday filing came after Martin promised at a Tuesday press conference to hold the agents accountable for destroying the lives of more than 1,000 Jan. 6 defendants.
“There are some really bad actors, some people that did some really bad things to the American people. And if they can be charged, we’ll charge them. But if they can’t be charged, we will name them. And in a culture that respects shame, they should be people that are ashamed. And that’s a fact. That’s the way things work. And so that’s, that’s how I believe the job operates.”
I went out to refill & straighten the Oriole feeder and was surprised to see Wheezer. He was busy licking the rain off and I surprised him. I went back inside to grab his food dish and he tucked in while I went out to take care of the feeder. Now he is sitting by the door out of the rain looking for birds thru the screen. They tend to gather under the seed block to eat the seeds that have fallen and he watches them.
No, whatever screen I was on/selected, it deleted the actual comment itself, leaving the screen name. But yes, there were 2 comments from him/her in the spam folder & I then deleted both of them.
EXCERPT: “Democratic Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz compared the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel executing the Trump administration’s immigration agenda to the Gestapo in a Saturday commencement address at the University of Minnesota law school.
President Donald Trump issued several executive orders to address illegal immigration and border security, including designating Mexican drug cartels and South and Central American gangs as foreign terrorist organizations, and the president has also invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to speed up the deportation of gang members. Walz, the failed Democratic nominee for vice president in 2024, suggested during the speech that Trump is using ICE to implement his immigration agenda in similar fashion to how Nazi German dictator Adolf Hitler used the Gestapo secret police to target opponents, according to RealClearPolitics.
“Donald Trump’s modern-day Gestapo is scooping folks up off the streets,” Walz claimed. “They’re in unmarked vans, wearing masks, being shipped off to foreign torture dungeons—no chance to mount a defense, not even a chance to kiss a loved one goodbye, just grabbed up by masked agents, shoved into those vans, and disappeared.”
WATCH: https://rumble.com/embed/v6rde57/
“To be clear, there’s no way for us to know whether they were actually criminals or not, because they refused to give them a trial,” Walz continued. “We’re supposed to just take their word for it.”….”

Well, shit! Just checked our 10 day forecast – “strong hail and tornadoes possible” for today! Windy w/showers possible, temp only in the 60’s until next week, possibly down to 38 Wednesday night! This is ridiculous!!!
Today: “Thunderstorms, accompanied by locally heavy rainfall at times. A few storms may be severe. High near 65F. Winds ESE at 15 to 25 mph. Chance of rain 100%. 1 to 2 inches of rain expected.”
Tomorrow: “Cloudy with gusty winds developing during the afternoon. High 49F. Winds NW at 20 to 30 mph. Winds could occasionally gust over 40 mph, 24% chance of rain, down to 10% tonight”
The Redheaded libertarian @TRHLofficial So it seems the deep state took a career politician with dementia & cancer, staged a riot to certify his mathematically improbable election, arrested anyone who contested it, sanctioned an invasion, weaponized the courts, silenced speech, and turned the US into sodom & Gomorrah
Chip Roy @chiproytx Tonight, after a great deal of work and engagement over the weekend, the Budget Committee advanced a reconciliation bill that lays the foundation for much needed tax relief, border security, and important spending reductions and reforms. Importantly the bill now will move Medicaid work requirements forward and reduces the availability of future subsidies under the green new scam.
But, the bill does not yet meet the moment – leaving almost half of the green new scam subsidies continuing. More, it fails to end the Medicaid money laundering scam and perverse funding structure that provides seven times more federal dollars for each dollar of state spending for the able-bodied relative to the vulnerable. This all ultimately increases the likelihood of continuing deficits and non-Obamacare-expansion states like Texas expanding in the future. We can and must do better before we pass the final product.
As such, I joined with 3 of my colleagues to vote “present” out of respect for the Republican Conference and the President to move the bill forward. It gives us the opportunity to work together this week to get the job done in light of the fact our bond rating was dropped yet again due to historic fiscal mismanagement by both parties. This bill is a strong step forward – and I am proud of Chairman Arrington, the Speaker, and my colleagues for the work we did to make progress with the White House. But we have to do more to deliver for the American people.
The way SCOTUS is issuing orders stopping Trump’s deportations, you would think they never read the law.
50 USC Ch. 3: ALIEN ENEMIES
From Title 50—WAR AND NATIONAL DEFENSE
21. Restraint, regulation, and removal Whenever there is a declared war between the United States and any foreign nation or government, or any invasion or predatory incursion is perpetrated, attempted, or threatened against the territory of the United States by any foreign nation or government, and the President makes public proclamation of the event, all natives, citizens, denizens, or subjects of the hostile nation or government, being of the age of fourteen years and upward, who shall be within the United States and not actually naturalized, shall be liable to be apprehended, restrained, secured, and removed as alien enemies. The President is authorized in any such event, by his proclamation thereof, or other public act, to direct the conduct to be observed on the part of the United States, toward the aliens who become so liable; the manner and degree of the restraint to which they shall be subject and in what cases, and upon what security their residence shall be permitted, and to provide for the removal of those who, not being permitted to reside within the United States, refuse or neglect to depart therefrom; and to establish any other regulations which are found necessary in the premises and for the public safety.
“or any invasion or predatory incursion is perpetrated, attempted, or threatened against the territory of the United States by any foreign nation or government” — note that this clause points out nation or government, not individuals
“denizens, or subjects”
“by his proclamation thereof, or other public act”
i say the first. mexico is completely aware of the cartels and the illegal invasion. the remittances they get from this country means they are aware and count on that as a nation. “The Department of Education (ED) on Friday rescinded a $37.7 million fine applied to Grand Canyon University (GCU) under the Biden administration.
The fine was the largest ever proposed against a university and sparked allegations that the Biden administration was targeting and harshly punishing Christian universities. ED under the Trump administration dismissed the case with “no findings” of wrongdoing by the university, according to GCU, and with prejudice, meaning the suit can’t be brought again.
“Unlike the previous Administration, we will not persecute and prosecute colleges and universities based on their religious affiliation,” Ellen Keast, an ED spokesman, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “The Trump Administration will continue to ensure every institution of higher education is held accountable based on facts – but Department enforcement will be for the purpose of serving students, not political bias.”
ED announced in 2023 it was issuing the fine due to an investigation allegedly finding GCU “substantially” misrepresented the cost of its doctoral program.
“The facts clearly support our contention that we were wrongly accused of misleading our Doctoral students and we appreciate the recognition that those accusations were without merit,” GCU President Brian Mueller said in the university’s announcement. “GCU is a leader in innovation, transparency and best practices in higher education and we look forward to working cooperatively with the Department in the future – just as we have with all regulatory agencies.”
That same year ED attempted to go after GCU’s tax-exempt nonprofit status, claiming it did not fit the requirements, evne though the IRS had recognized its status. GCU ended up suing and winning against the department in 2024.
The American Principles Project in April called on Congress to investigate former President Joe Biden’s “attacks” on Christian colleges and universities, alleging they were targeted at an unfair rate compared to secular institutions. The letter, first obtained by the DCNF, found that the fine levied against GCU combined with a $14 million fine issued against Liberty University “total more than all other penalties assessed by the Department of Education over the past seven years.”
GCU did not immediately respond to the DCNF’s request for comment.”
Just The News: “Following his call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, President Donald Trump expressed optimism about the call and posted to Truth Social that Russia and Ukraine will immediately begin negotiations to achieve a ceasefire.
“Just completed my two hour call with President Vladimir Putin of Russia. I believe it went very well. Russia and Ukraine will immediately start negotiations toward a Ceasefire and, more importantly, an END to the War. The conditions for that will be negotiated between the two parties, as it can only be, because they know details of a negotiation that nobody else would be aware of. The tone and spirit of the conversation were excellent. If it wasn’t, I would say so now, rather than later. Russia wants to do largescale TRADE with the United States when this catastrophic “bloodbath” is over, and I agree. There is a tremendous opportunity for Russia to create massive amounts of jobs and wealth. Its potential is UNLIMITED. Likewise, Ukraine can be a great beneficiary on Trade, in the process of rebuilding its Country. Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine will begin immediately. I have so informed President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, of Ukraine, Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, President Emmanuel Macron, of France, Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, of Italy, Chancellor Friedrich Merz, of Germany, and President Alexander Stubb, of Finland, during a call with me, immediately after the call with President Putin. He noted that “the conditions for that will be negotiated between the two parties, as it can only be, because they know details of a negotiation that nobody else would be aware of.”
“The tone and the spirit of the conversation were excellent. If it wasn’t, I would say so now, rather than later. Russia wants to do large scale TRADE with the United States when this catastrophic “bloodbath” is over, and I agree,” he added.
Similar to what transpired from his visits to Gulf nations Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates last week, Trump emphasized that “there is tremendous opportunity for Russia to create massive amounts of jobs and wealth. Its potential is unlimited. Likewise, Ukraine can be a great beneficiary on trade, in the process of rebuilding its country.”
Ensuring a timeline for the peace process, he said, “negotiations between Russia, and Ukraine will begin immediately.” Immediately after the call, Trump said he spoke to the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of the European Commission, Ursula Von dear Leyen, French president, Emmanuel Macron, Prime Minister, Georgia, Maloney of Italy, German Chancellor Friedrich Metz and Finnish President Alexander Stubb, briefing them all on the conversation.
On May 17, Trump expressed his desire for a “productive day” of negotiations toward a ceasefire between the two nations and that the call was set for the morning May 19. In his post, Trump said that, “The subjects of the call will be, stopping the ‘bloodbath’ that is killing, on average, more than 5000 Russian and Ukrainian soldiers a week, and trade.” With that call’s conclusion, the president said that he will then speak to Ukraine’s president, Vlodymir Zelensky and various members of NATO. “

The bison’s posture and expression convey movement and emotion, highlighting the artist’s deep understanding of animal behavior. Tiny etchings mimic fur, while the licking gesture adds a touch of relatability, bridging the gap between ancient and modern viewers.
This artifact, now housed in the National Archaeological Museum, stands as a testament to humanity’s enduring creativity. Far more than a tool, it’s a timeless work of art that connects us to our distant past.”
“The bronze head of Medusa, dating back to 120 AD, is a stunning masterpiece of Roman artistry and mythology. Discovered at Hadrian’s Villa in Tivoli, Italy, this artifact reflects the sophistication and creativity of ancient Roman craftsmanship. Emperor Hadrian’s villa was a lavish retreat, symbolizing the wealth and power of Rome’s elite. The head, with its intricate details and dramatic expression, captures the legendary Gorgon’s terrifying beauty. This piece not only highlights Roman sculptural skill but also their fascination with mythological narratives. Today, it stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of Roman art and culture.”

FBI Agents Beg Court to Destroy List Before ‘Shame’ Campaign
‘There are some really bad actors, some people that did some really bad things to the American people. And if they can be charged, we’ll charge them…’
May 18, 2025
https://headlineusa.com/fbi-agents-beg-court-to-destroy-list-before-shame-campaign/

Tonight, after a great deal of work and engagement over the weekend, the Budget Committee advanced a reconciliation bill that lays the foundation for much needed tax relief, border security, and important spending reductions and reforms.

Hmmm….which “or” is being referenced?
“or any invasion or predatory incursion is perpetrated, attempted, or threatened against the territory of the United States by any foreign nation or government” — note that this clause points out nation or government, not individuals
“denizens, or subjects”
“by his proclamation thereof, or other public act”
“refuse or neglect to depart”

i say the first. mexico is completely aware of the cartels and the illegal invasion. the remittances they get from this country means they are aware and count on that as a nation. Mexico does not want to stop its citizens from invading our country nor do they stop other invaders from using Mexico as a route into America.

The Vatican, as represented by the Pope, has stated that it would be very interested in hosting the negotiations. Let the process begin!”

“It appears another attention whore is flopping. Such a tragedy. Perry had a deal with Resorts World, which lasted three years, ended in 2024. ”There was a bidding war between Resorts World and Caesars … and Caesars technically lost out – but in the end, Caesars won. The residency was a disaster for Resorts World, a complete failure.
Katy was getting paid between $750,000 and $900,000 a show because of the bidding war and the entire run she underperformed and Resorts World lost money.
I can’t imagine why? I mean, who wouldn’t want to go see her show that featured uncoordinated dancers, giant rubber duckies, a giant toilet, and a giant talking surgical mask? Perry has felt the brunt of criticism after her Blue Origin space journey and a world tour that the Daily Mail on Saturday called “disastrous.” Following the ‘space flight’, after which she symbolically kissed the ground ‘on her return to earth.’
Seriously – would you give your daughter or grand daughter $ 300.00 for a ticket to see this train wreck? I doubt it.”

“A Nearly 2,000-year-old Roman gold ring was discovered in the tomb of Aebutia Quarta, located near Rome. This exquisite artifact features a rock crystal intricately carved to depict her son, Titus Carvilius Gemello. The engraving on the back of the crystal skillfully manipulates light, creating a holographic effect that makes the image appear remarkably lifelike. Now housed at the Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Palestrina, this piece showcases the advanced artistic techniques and craftsmanship of the ancient Romans.”
“In Thailand, locals believed that this stone formation once was a giant petrified snake that roamed the earth, but turned into stone hundreds of millions of years ago.”
“Discovered in France, this remarkable prehistoric sculpture depicts a bison intently licking an insect bite on its flank. Carved from reindeer antler—likely repurposed from a spear thrower—the 4-inch figure showcases astonishing detail and realism. Dating back to the Magdalenian period, it offers a rare glimpse into the artistic skill and daily observations of Ice Age hunters.
