Harry Houdini Revealed

In honor of the great Houdini’s birthday, I present an article revealing some of Harry’s better illusions and tricks.

From: METRO.CO.UK:

The seemingly impossible stunts performed by master escapologist Harry Houdini have confused and delighted generations. Breaking locks, escaping submerged boxes, getting out of straitjackets, the fiendish Chinese Water Torture routine – his feats were simply astounding. Yet magic always has a simple explanation and, in Houdini’s case, his methods were in fact far more ingenious and impressive than the trick itself. The 52-year-old died on Halloween 1926, possibly as a result of one of his most famous stunts going wrong. The explanation of his methods has caused outrage among the magic community, with many saying they still perform some of the tricks. But, hey guys, some of these are more than 100 years old. Don’t you think your paying audience deserves some new material?

At the risk of being sawn in half by the Magic Circle, here are ten of Houdini’s greatest stunts – and how he did them.

1. Handcuffs: Harry Houdini could get out of any set of handcuffs. He often added a river or lake to the escape trick to spice things up a bit. People came to his stage shows with elaborate sets of their own, and the local police were encouraged by Houdini to try to keep him restrained. Twice it took him over an hour to free himself, but none ever succeeded in keeping him cuffed. Even specialty one-off handcuffs with a single bespoke key could not hold Harry.

What really happened: Many thought that he had trick-release stage cuffs but the truth was more simple – Houdini studied picking locks from a very early age. Sometimes he could just hit the handcuffs, at a certain angle and with enough force, for them to spring open. Other times a thin piece of string was enough to pull a screw from the locking mechanism and open it. Most times, however, he had a skeleton key hidden in the palm of his hand or sleeve. For the specialty handcuffs with only one key, Houdini would ask to inspect the cuffs and the key, secretly handing the key to an assistant – who would go back stage and choose a similar-looking key for Houdini’s vast collection. Houdini would simply hand back the lookalike key before miraculously escaping using the real one.

2. Hanging Straitjacket Escape: Straitjackets are purpose-made to restrain people, so it was an eye-popping feat to see a man wrapped up in one, dangling high off the ground from a rope tied to his feet. Houdini was famous for this stunt, regularly performing a jacket escape while hoisted up in front of the theatre where he would be putting on his evening show. He did the stunt in public in a bid to swell audience numbers, and it worked.

What really happened: When the jacket was being put on, Houdini would: cross his arms so his dominant right arm was on top; breathe in a huge gulp of air to make his chest bigger; and pinch and grab the material of the jacket to take up any slack before it was buckled. Breathing out and letting go of the slack gave him a lot of room to maneuver, but it was a matter of using brute strength to pull his right arm over his head. Once he had both arms in front of him, he would undo the straps and buckles with his teeth, or a cutting tool he had ‘palmed’ before the jacket was put on. Hanging upside down, while seemingly making the stunt more dangerous, actually helped Houdini perform the trick, because gravity worked in his favour. If all else failed, Houdini could create more room inside the jacket by dislocating his shoulder – but it’s not something he wanted to do a lot.

3. Milk Can: This was Houdini’s most enduring and dazzling escape. After audience members examined his milk can for sturdiness and any trick escape mechanisms, and watched it filled with water, Houdini asked the audience to hold its breath as he climbed inside and allowed the top of the milk can to be locked in place – many times with locks that audience members had brought with them. This took about a minute – a lot longer than most audience members could hold their breath. A curtain was pulled and, in what seemed like an impossible three minutes, a soaked Houdini would appear and show the can, its locks still in place.

What really happened: The top of the can, while made to look like it was riveted in place, could easily come away – but only when pushed up from the inside. Locks through eyelets in the top of the can would not be undisturbed while Houdini got out and put the top back on. He then waited a dramatic amount of time before revealing himself. Despite the relative simplicity of this illusion, it did mean that Houdini had to hold his breath inside the can for as long as a minute as the locks were being put in place.

4. Underwater Box: Combining a number of Houdini’s strengths – handcuffs, locks, holding his breath – this stunt involved a handcuffed Houdini being put into a wooden packing crate. The lid was nailed shut, ropes and chains were added and locked in place, and then the crate was craned into a river, where it immediately sank. After what seemed like an eternity, Houdini would bob to the surface – free of the box and his handcuffs.

What really happened: Houdini was out of the handcuffs before the box was even nailed shut. The box not only had holes drilled in it so it could fill with water and sink quickly, it also had a hidden panel on one side which opened to allow Houdini to escape once the box was in the water, and then it was a matter of how much suspense he wanted to build before he surfaced.

5. Chinese Water Torture Cell: There’s no evidence to suggest the Chinese ever used this as a torture method, but the title certainly put bums on seats. Houdini would be hoisted above a water-filled tank, his feet locked in wooden stocks, and lowered inside. The stocks were locked to the top of the tank, a curtain was drawn, and assistants then looked increasingly frantic as the seconds ticked past. Eventually, when all hope seemed lost, a damp Houdini would appear free from all bonds.

What really happened: It was more a matter of gymnastics than magic. The stocks ‘restraining’ Houdini were rigged so he could free his feet once the curtain was drawn. They were also hinged so he could get out of the tank and set the stocks back so it looked like they were still locked in place. On October 11, 1926, an accident while hoisting Houdini fractured one of his ankles.

6. Iron Stomach: Houdini famously said he could withstand any blow to the abdomen, and regularly invited audience members up to give him their best shot. No matter how hard they wailed on him, he seemed totally unfazed.

What really happened: There was no real trick to this. Houdini could prepare his stomach muscles to take the blow, and it was a combination of muscle control and fine acting to make it look like he was unaffected. The trick may have contributed to his death. On October 24, 1926 (13 days after fracturing his ankle) Houdini suffered a ruptured appendix when a fan repeatedly hit him before he had prepared. At the time, Houdini was in his dressing room lying down – not standing, as he had always done to prepare himself – because of his fractured ankle. The ruptured appendix led to the peritonitis that killed him a week later.

7. Metamorphosis: A breathtaking illusion performed by Houdini and his wife Beatrice. Houdini’s hands were bound, he was put in a sack that was tied shut at the top and put inside a box that was strapped and padlocked shut. Beatrice would draw a curtain around the box and clap three times, at which point the curtain would fly open to reveal Houdini standing there. The box was unlocked and unstrapped, and the bag undone to reveal Beatrice inside, her hands tied.

What really happened: Houdini was a master with ropes and locks. His hands, and the sack holding him, were tied using simple slip knots. He was free of the ropes and sack while his wife was locking and strapping the box where he was ‘trapped’. When the curtain was drawn, he slipped out of a panel at the back of the box and helped tie his wife’s hands and the sack before she got inside. The audience thought it was Beatrice clapping her hands but it was actually Houdini before he opened the curtain. While he was undoing the straps and locks of the box, Beatrice made sure she looked as though she was trapped and bound inside. Harry and ‘Bessie’ practiced this trick so often they got their switch time down to an astonishing three seconds.

8. The needle/razor trick: It wasn’t all about breaking locks and holding his breath. In a potentially lethal stage act (the needle version was mystically called the East Indian Needle Trick), Houdini would get audience members to examine as many as 50 sewing needles or razor blades and a length of thread before he put them all on his tongue and drank the lot with a glass of water. Following a bit of abracadabra-ry, he would regurgitate the needles/blades, perfectly strung along the thread – to the amazement of the crowd.

What really happened: Before the trick Houdini placed a packet between his cheek and teeth. The packet contained the needles/blades already attached to the thread with knots either side, so they came out evenly and did not accidentally stay in his mouth. The real trick was what to do with the loose needles/blades that he put in his mouth at the beginning of the trick. He would either spit them into the water as he pretended to drink, leaving enough water in the glass to hide the needles/blades – or deftly moved the needles and blades with his tongue between his other cheek and teeth until the end of the illusion. Needless (no pun intended) to say, it took a lot of practice to get it right.

9. Walking Through Walls: Houdini would perform his usual tricks as a team of bricklayers built a solid wall on stage. The wall cut the stage in half, was high and wide – it was impossible for Houdini to simply climb over or run around the front or back of the wall without the audience seeing. The wall was built on a large carpet that prevented the use of a trapdoor, and Houdini called up genuine audience members to hit the wall with hammers to prove it was solid. When the audience members sat back down, Houdini would position himself on one side of the wall and screens would be wheeled in. Almost straight away they would be wheeled back to reveal Houdini on the other side of the wall.

What really happened: Anyone who watched the recent Houdini TV drama starring Adrien Brody on Channel 4 will know how this one was done. The rug, instead of preventing the use of a trap door, actually hid a long trench in the stage. Once the trap door was opened, Houdini could pass under the wall via the sagging carpet and to the other side. The art was doing it quickly, so the audience literally did not have time to think about how it could be done.

10. Making an elephant disappear: Houdini did this incredible feat only once, but once is enough. Performed on January 7, 1918, at New York’s Hippodrome Theater, Houdini had an elephant brought on stage and led it into a large cabinet. The cabinet was turned around so that the audience could see there was no escape route large enough for an elephant to get through and then, with Houdini suddenly firing of a stage pistol, the elephant simply vanished.

What really (possibly) happened: This one actually is a bit of a mystery, because the elephant cabinet, the Hippodrome Theater, and Houdini himself no longer exist. But those in on the trick – and, when an elephant’s involved, there has to be a few – suggest that the stunt was all about audience perspective. The stage of the Hippodrome was very large, and the elephant cabinet was positioned at the back. Even those in the front rows didn’t have a close-up view. The cabinet was supposedly square but was actually an oblong shape, and material that exactly matched the back curtain of the cabinet was connected by wires to a powerful spring-loaded roller that almost instantly pulled the material up to conceal the elephant behind it. Stage lighting helped to fool the audience’s eyes, and when Houdini fired the pistol without warning, it distracted the audience enough to miss the material being pulled into place.

busy morning here. doing all the laundry from the weekend. trying to find a home for things brought from mom…lol.
i gotta spend some time looking for shoes for mom. she has wide feet and she had 2 pair of shoes that zippered around the toes to close them. she could easily slip her feet in them and managed to get them zippered. but the maker of those shoes has gone out of business and she needs new shoes soon.

          1. thanks. she has wide feet and sometimes they swell. the ones she had unzipped from like the big toe all the way around the top to the side, so her feet could just slip in and then she zipped them up.
I told her about the hook and eye ones I saw, but when her feet swell, they swell on the top and she thinks those would be uncomfortable. we’d almost have to take her somewhere to try some on, but she can’t get in the truck or the jeep. sigh
and my sister in law never has time for her.
she has a pair of slippers that velcro close across the top, so i’m looking for a pair like that only not slippers.

To do so, it partners with Islamic organizations, including the Council on American-Islamic Relations, that have either condoned terror attacks or have been linked to terrorist organizations.

In addition to CAIR, the nonprofit known as MAPS touts the U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations as one of its partners and the Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA) and Helping Hand for Relief and Development as two of its sponsors. MAPS’s affiliation with those groups—all of which have praised or been linked to terrorist organizations—could raise concerns about its efforts to place employees inside the federal bureaucracy. 6. “Voter ID Alone Won’t Make Pennsylvania’s Elections Trustworthy — While requiring voters to prove they are who they say they are does make elections more secure, the reality tends to be more complicated.”

The Federalist, By: Linda A. Kerns, March 24, 2025

    Pennsylvania capitol

ENTIRE ARTICLE: “Pennsylvania, which cemented itself as a true swing state in the last few presidential elections, does not currently require voter ID at the polls, other than for first-time voters. The rumblings about the need for Pennsylvania voter ID are intensifying, and yet another in a long string of bills was just introduced.

Social media punditry — by self-proclaimed experts — would lead the casual observer to believe that voter ID is the answer to all election integrity woes in the United States. While requiring voters to prove they are who they say they are does make elections more secure, the reality tends to be more complicated, especially in Pennsylvania. The state’s elected Republicans should understand that voter ID by itself will not solve Pennsylvania’s election integrity challenges — larger reform is needed.

While the Keystone State actually has a voter ID law on the books, signed into law in 2012 by Republican Gov. Tom Corbett, it has never been enforced due to lawsuits immediately filed against it, eventually resulting in a court order declaring it unconstitutional. The legal hijinks that resulted in the invalidation of the law irritated the Republicans in the Pennsylvania legislature, resulting in many new proposals for Voter ID laws that never made it past the drawing board, thwarted by Democrats in the legislature and by Democrat governors.

    Flawed Mail-In Voting Law

One election law change that did get enacted in Pennsylvania was the infamous no-excuse mail-in voting law (Act 77) in 2019, which was traded for the abolishment of what was known as straight-ticket voting — that is, allowing voters to push one button, or fill in one circle, and have their vote recorded for all candidates from one party. Republicans thought they were getting the better end of the deal by leveling the playing field for local elections, especially when there was a popular Democrat at the top of the ticket, giving local Republicans more of a fighting chance.

However, Pennsylvania’s chaotic rollout of no-excuse mail-in voting, and the poorly written statute, rife with ambiguities and contradictions, turned the 2020 presidential election in Pennsylvania into a veritable circus, fraught with lawsuits, accusations, and dissatisfaction among the electorate about the integrity of the results. Furious Republican voters could not be convinced that the bargain that abolished straight-ticket voting was worth the calamity and national embarrassment of a mail-in voting law that appeared to deliver the White House to Joe Biden.

By 2024, Pennsylvania Republicans had not been able to make significant amendments to the election laws, save for a requirement that mail ballot processing continues without interruption until complete in counties that accepted grant money from the state government. However, the Republican National Committee’s Protect the Vote initiative, and tremendous investment in talented staff, lawyers, and volunteers, ensured that there were a sufficient amount of trained election workers, poll watchers, and observers in place to stay ahead of the shenanigans.

    GOP Insists on Voter ID

Election reform talks continue apace in Pennsylvania but have tended to stall because the Republican-controlled state senate insists that any new election statute include voter ID. Democrats seek all sorts of goodies in exchange for the consideration of voter ID, such as processing ballots before Election Day, same-day voter registration, and early voting. Thus our Pennsylvania elected Republicans face a tantalizing decision — just what will they give away in furtherance of voter ID? Attentive Pennsylvania Republicans will not tolerate an Act 77 redux, where Republicans bargain for voter ID but give away something much more valuable.

Our elected Republicans should understand that voter ID, in and of itself, will not solve any of Pennsylvania’s election integrity challenges. A solid voter ID law must be accompanied by other desperately needed reforms. A non-exhaustive list includes: uniformity in treatment of ballots from county to county; realistic and meaningful observation at ballot processing centers; the ability to object and/or appeal when ballot processing rules are not followed; signature matching or other verification procedures for mail-in ballots; clear guidelines on the permissibility and security of ballot drop boxes; consistent enforcement of bipartisanship in polling places; and allowing Pennsylvania voters to poll watch in any county, not just where they reside.

Passing some sort of voter ID law may seem like a valuable coup — garnering social media praise and quick headlines. However, unless it is packaged with true reform, Republican legislators will face a furious electorate — and put their own re-election chances in doubt. The fleeting euphoria of a voter ID law will quickly dissipate when Pennsylvania Republicans realize that the lack of parity in polling places in Democrat stronghold counties results in lax enforcement. And if Republicans give Democrats one or more of their sought-after goodies in exchange, voters will never forgive them. Fool Republicans once, shame on the Democrats. Fool Republicans twice, then they get what they deserve.”

EXCERPT: “The radical left’s latest target in its crusade against free speech and successful American businesses is Tesla and its owners. Leading the charge is none other than Rick Wilson, the unhinged former Republican strategist turned resistance grifter who co-founded The Lincoln Project.

Wilson, who recently published what I can only describe as a call to violence against Tesla vehicles, dealerships, and owners, has now been suspended from X.

“Tesla is no longer just a car company; it’s a bank for fascists,” Wilson ranted in his deranged post on his Substack, describing the innovative American automaker as a “goose-stepping hedge fund.”

Now that his violent rhetoric has gotten him suspended from X, Wilson is desperately trying to backpedal, claiming he wasn’t advocating for more violence.

“One of the things that’s really important to understand, Elon took me off Twitter claiming I was calling for violence against Tesla,” he said in a video he posted to YouTube. He then challenged anyone to read the article (which is paywalled, nice try) and find any reference to where he calls for anyone to attack Elon or Tesla dealerships.

“Either the MAGA folks didn’t read it or they can’t. I’m generally leaning towards the latter.”

    @mrddmia
Here is the fatal flaw with DC Obama Judge Jeb Boasberg’s order:

Even if these designated foreign terrorists are entitled to individual court review before their deportation, which is disputed, the DC court is not the proper court.

Judge Boasberg did not, and does not, have the power to do what he is purporting to do. For this reason alone, everything he is doing is lawless. But it is much worse; it is also dangerous.

Judge Boasberg ran to his courtroom to hold a Saturday hearing, even though he was not even serving as the emergency judge that weekend. (How did he get this case?) He publicly exposed an ongoing U.S. military, intelligence, and law-enforcement operation with an American ally dealing with the most vicious terrorists (Tren de Aragua) and international gang member (MS13) in the Western Hemisphere.

That public exposure put American and allied lives in grave danger.

Stunningly, Judge Boasberg even ordered the President to turn around planes full of terrorists over the Gulf of America, without knowing the fuel levels, the security footprint back in America, or other crucial operational details.

We saw the enormous security footprint in El Salvador. Why would we have had that same footprint in America, as who could have ever imagined an activist DC judge could or would order the President to return planes full of terrorists?

And not completing the mission would have humiliated and politically damaged El Salvador’s president, who had hundreds of military, law-enforcement, and other officials awaiting–and who took a significant political and personal risk by agreeing to take these terrorists.

Judge Boasberg’s Saturday hearing and order crossed the red line. But Judge Boasberg is doubling down by demanding details about the military operation, to which he is not entitled. Judge Boasberg says he has a security clearance, but he definitely does not have the need to know. And allowing judges to meddle in military operations like this is dangerous and unacceptable.

Foreign leaders are less likely to work with the President, if they fear an activist American judge may disclose their secrets. This harms the President’s ability to conduct foreign policy and his constitutional duty to keep us safe.

The President has a constitutional duty, as the chief executive officer and commander-in-chief, to conduct international affairs, repeal foreign invasion, and protect American lives. The President has a constitutional duty to ignore any clearly unlawful court order that imminently endangers American lives, like Judge Boasberg’s orders.

Judge Boasberg is refusing to back down. So the House must move forward with impeachment proceedings for his lawless and dangerous sabotage of the President’s core Article II powers.

  11. Missouri moves to seize and liquidate chinese property to settle lawsuit.
    FTA
Fresh off winning a landmark lawsuit, Missouri is moving quickly to seize Chinese-owned farmland and other assets in a bid to collect its landmark $24 billion civil judgment against Beijing for harm caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Attorney General Andrew Bailey told Just the News.

“Missouri will start to identify and begin going to court to have court orders issued to seize those assets to make good on that judgment,” Bailey said on the “John Solomon Reports” podcast this week.

“We intend to collect on that judgment” Missouri’s Attorney General Takes on China and Biden”We intend to collect on that judgment”

Earlier this month, U.S. District Court Judge Stephen N. Limbaugh Jr declared that China’s communist government was liable for covering up the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and had engaged in “monopolistic actions” by hoarding protective equipment (PPE). He ruled Beijing should reimburse Missouri $24 billion for harm it inflicted on the state’s residents.

“China was misleading the world about the dangers and scope of the Covid-19 pandemic,” the judge ruled. “Missouri has demonstrated that the State has suffered significant harm in the form of lost net general tax revenue the State of Missouri would have collected but-for Defendants’ hoarding of PPE,” Limbaugh added.

Bailey’s predecessor as attorney general, now U.S. Sen. Eric Schmitt, had brought the legal action and Bailey saw it through to completion with a trial in January. China refused to cooperate or make an appearance in the case, making Limbaugh’s decision a default ruling.

China has said it will not honor the judgment. “The so-called lawsuit has no basis in fact, law or international precedence,” Chinese embassy spokesman Liu Pengyu told The New York Times. “China does not and will not accept it. If China’s interests are harmed, we will firmly take reciprocal countermeasures according to international law.”

Missouri pursued the lawsuit under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, a law passed by Congress in 1976 and signed by then-President Gerald Ford that sets clear strictures on such litigation. The state prevailed in the federal appeals court and at trial.

Bailey told Just the News that the law creates mechanisms for identifying, seizing and selling assets of a foreign power to satisfy lawful judgments. Bailey, like many Republican, has also expressed concern about China’s purchase of U.S. farmland and said the solution he’ll pursue will try to secure multiple wins for his state.

“Look, China had an ability and an opportunity to participate in litigation. They were we served them with notice of the litigation. They do business in the United States of America,” he explained. “They own an exorbitant amount of agricultural land in the United States of America, which they shouldn’t be allowed to do, but they do, and so they’re subject to laws of the United States of America, to include the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.”

“But that’s how little they think of these United States of America, that they couldn’t even be bothered to show up to court after having been served notice of our lawsuit. And so we’re going to execute the judgment, and we’re going to make Missourians whole,” he added.

JUST IN: A federal judge in Texas (George HW Bush appointee) has barred Texas A&M’s board from canceling a drag show on campus. Trump’s executive order “cannot override First Amendment protections,” she rules.

These judges never have any issues when conservative speakers are shutdown at these colleges .

ACLU: Boasberg attempting to determine whether his order was violated. Not part of these proceedings.

ACLU: There was no process. People were designated TdA and rushed to planes.

Judge Walker: Would you have done everything in a Texas court that you did in this court?

ACLU: Maybe but….(of course they went circuit shopping and chose DC)

Judge Walker: You could have filed same complaint in Texas district. And could have been done in a habeas petition.

ACLU: This has all been done in secret. Acknowledged their lawsuit was filed at 2am on Saturday morning–about 12 hours before the White House publicly posted the proclamation.

Judge Walker: Again suggests the lawsuit should have been filed in Texas–where detainees were in custody. Also pushing on idea Venezuelans did–and could in the future–seek individual habeas claims.

ENTIRE ARTICLE: “Israeli officials are reportedly set to discuss plans for a complete occupation of Gaza with U.S. officials, an Israeli official told the Times of Israel Sunday.

Israeli Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer plans to meet with National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and other U.S. diplomats this week, with the Israeli Prime Minister’s office declining to expand on details of the meeting, according to the Times of Israel. Israel resumed military action against Hamas Mar. 18 after two U.S. proposals for hostage releases were reportedly shot down by Hamas.

“Now there is new leadership, there is the backup from the U.S.,” Amir Avivi, former deputy commander of the military’s Gaza divisions, told the Times of Israel. “The plans [for the now-resumed Israeli military campaign against Hamas in Gaza] are decisive. There will be a full-scale attack and they will not stop until Hamas is eradicated completely.”

The plan would reportedly include aid distribution in the war-torn region in addition to a heavy troop presence, according to the Times of Israel.

After the ceasefire broke down, Israel conducted a wave of airstrikes pounding dozens of targets followed by ground incursions into strategic positions in Southern and central Gaza. The new offensive is novel in that Israeli forces are reportedly targeting Hamas civilian leaders as well as military leaders, according to Times of Israel.

President Donald Trump issued numerous warnings to Hamas to release the hostages, issuing a “last warning” to the terrorist organization Mar. 5 to release the remaining persons “immediately.” Trump floated the idea of the U.S. taking control of Gaza in February during a joint press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, stating that the area was “symbol of death and destruction for so many decades.”

The Israeli PM’s office and the State Department did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.”

  17. “Trump to grant Hunter Biden whistleblower a full pardon: ‘He was screwed by the Bidens’”

American Wire News, March 24, 2025 | Sierra Marlee

ENTIRE ARTICLE: “President Donald Trump revealed that he will be issuing a “full pardon” to Devon Archer, the former business partner of the Biden family who blew the whistle. Trump met with Archer on Saturday during the NCAA wrestling championships in Philadelphia thanks to another Biden family whistleblower, Tony Bobulinski. In an interview with The New York Post, Trump revealed that he is planning to pardon Archer.

“He’s getting a full pardon. He was screwed by the Bidens. They destroyed him like they tried to destroy a lot of people. A full pardon,” he told The Post‘s Miranda Devine.

On Sunday, Archer reacted to the news that Trump is going to help him out with the decade-long issues he faced, including time behind bars for “securities fraud over a bad deal he was involved in with Hunter Biden in 2015,” NY Post reported.

“I want to extend my deepest thanks to President Trump. I am grateful to the president for recognizing that I was the victim of a convoluted lawfare effort intended to destroy and silence me,” he said. “Like so many people, my life was devastated by the Biden family’s selfish disregard for the truth and for the peace of mind and happiness of others. The Bidens talk about justice, but they don’t mean it. I am grateful that the American people are now well aware of this reality.”

  18. EXCERPT: “After a clinic’s decision to “give it to him anyway,” one state’s Supreme Court cleared the way for a family’s lawsuit over a COVID-19 shot administered without consent.

As the five year anniversary of 15 days to slow the spread passed last week, many had put the virus and the draconian policies that accompanied it in their rearview mirrors. Despite compulsions to move on, the fight against perceived and blatant injustices carried on and, in the case of North Carolina mother Emily Happel and her son Tanner Smith, advanced to the next step as they gained approval for their lawsuit against the government-run school system and a doctor’s group.

In a ruling issued Friday by the North Carolina Supreme Court, Chief Justice Paul Newby overturned a decision by an appeals court panel that had ruled in 2024 that the federal Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act protected the defendants, the Guilford County Board of Education and Old North State Medical Society, from liability during a public health emergency.

According to the lawsuit, then-14-year-old Smith was said to have reported to a clinic for testing after a number of teammates from the school’s football team reported positive COVID diagnoses in Aug. 2021. Despite his objections, lack of a consent form and the clinic’s inability to reach his mother, the suit alleged a worker said “give it to him anyway” and injected the boy with the shot.

North Carolina’s General Statue Section 90-21.5 detailed “Minor’s consent sufficient for certain medical health services,” but the court’s ruling indicated under emergency use authorization, “Before medical providers may administer that kind of treatment, state law requires them to obtain written parental consent.”

As Newby put it, the parent has the “right of a competent person to refuse forced, nonmandatory medical treatment.”

“Because tort injuries (those brought by negligence) are not constitutional violations, the PREP Act does not bar plaintiffs’ constitutional claims. We therefore affirm the decision below as to the plaintiffs’ battery claim, reverse as to their constitutional claims, and remand for further proceedings,” added the ruling.

A concurring opinion from Associate Justices Phil Berger and Tamara Barringer provided an example of the apparent overreach of the government’s reading of the act that argued, “shouldn’t immunity under the PREP Act be predicated on a lawful administration of a covered countermeasure?”…..”

    “Was 2020 a CIA Regime-Change Operation?”

    Clandestine, Mar 24, 2025

“The more I read the JFK files, the more I’m convinced that 2020 was an organized regime-change operation, by the CIA and their subsidiaries.

The release of C19 was economic sabotage via biological agent, just like Project Mongoose. It destroyed Trump’s economy, and gave the Deep State a platform to launch their full-scale propaganda campaign to oust Trump in the election. The failing economy, loss of jobs, shutdowns, etc., were all blamed on Trump, and it worked.

Then the CIA/USAID/Soros funded and orchestrated the BLM riots and “Summer of Love,” while using ANTIFA as ‘Brown-Shirts’ to spread violence and intimidation, similar to how the CIA did in Iran, Guatemala, and Chile during the Cold War, and how Soros did it in Eastern Europe/Ukraine. All the violence and chaos was blamed on Trump and his supporters for being racist, and it worked.

Then January 6th happened, and we later found out that it was far less violent than we were told, the CIA-controlled MSM blew the entire thing out of proportion, and they withheld countless hours of video showing the officers letting everyone in and walking around peacefully. Then we later found out that there were feds in the crowd and provocateurs that fueled/escalated the crowd to riot, in addition to Pelosi calling off security and refusing the National Guard, then they tried to cover the whole thing up.

January 6th was an orchestrated event, in order to prevent electors from challenging a stolen election. In addition, it gave their propaganda machine more fodder to demonize and censor Trump and his supporters under the new regime, allowing them to stifle any dissent on social media pointing out the coup that just happened.

All of this was made possible by the near global control of media and social media, to push their propaganda and maintain their desired narratives.

What we witnessed in 2020 was the CIA regime-change playbook. The same tactics they use to overthrow leaders around the globe, they used on Trump. We are under attack from the enemy within. Trump tried to warn us about this enemy many times.”
