You Look Like You Love Me

Every once and again, a song catches your fancy and forms an earworm.  This duet by Ella Langley and Riley Green has done just that.  “Excuse me…”

    Ella Langley:
I was all but 22 / I think at the time / I’d been out on the road / Lonely at night / And it’d been a while / So it was on my mind.

Well, I saw him walk in / With his cowboy hat / And I thought to myself / I could use some of that / His boots like glass on a sawdust floor / Had moves like nothin’ I’d ever seen before.

So I walked right up / And I pulled him to the side / I handed him a beer and looked him right in the eye / And I said Baby, I think you’re gonna wanna hear this / Then I told him …

    Chorus:
Excuse me / You look like you love me / You look like you want me / To want you to come on home / And baby, I don’t blame you / For lookin’ me up and down across this room / I’m drunk and I’m ready to leave / And you look like you love me.

    Riley Green:
Well, I was down at the local beer joint with a few of the guys / When this cute little country girl caught my eye / And boy, let me tell you / She was the prettiest thing I’d ever seen in a pair of boots / Well, she walked right up to me, handed me a beer / Gave me a look like, let’s get outta here / And that’s when I realized that she was every cowboy’s dream come true / She told me this right here, she said …

    Repeat Chorus

    Alright, now.

So if you ever see a man in a cowboy hat / And you think to yourself / I could use some of that / Don’t waste your time / Just give ’em this here line / Goes a little like this.

    Repeat Chorus

    1. Good morning, Pat and Filly,

I love romance songs way too much…but life has told me not to trust in romantic love, that the greater Love is from above…the constant, unfailing, lifelong love, that sees us through and through, helps us overcome, teaches us, lights our way, never fails.

      1. Good Morning GA!
I love them too but this one is less romantic and more I need lovin and you look good to me…lol
        it’s just a catchy tune.
i am a firm believer in romantic love. i met, fell in love and married my (second) husband in less than a year and thankfully my first nightmare of a husband did not taint my belief in romantic love. we will be married 34 years this June and love is sweeter the second time around.

    2. President Trump had the Marine Chorus sing the theme from Les Miserables for the Governors Dinner at the White House!

      https://x.com/MAGAVoice/status/1893506649677078755

The lyrics are extremely important – President Trump is asking the Governors if they hear the people of America’s concerns and if they will join him in helping restore our nation.

LYRICS:Do you hear the people sing?Singing the songs of angry men?It is the music of the peopleWho will not be slaves again! When the beating of your heartEchoes the beating of the drumsThere is a life about to startWhen tomorrow comes!

Will you join in our crusade?
Who will be strong and stand with me?
      Somewhere beyond the barricade
Is there a world you long to see?

      Then join in the fight
That will give you the right to be free!

Do you hear the people sing?
Singing the songs of angry men?
It is the music of the people

Who will not be slaves again!
When the beating of your heart
Echoes the beating of the drums
There is a life about to start
      When tomorrow comes!

Will you give all you can give
So that our banner may advance
Some will fall and some will live
Will you stand up and take your chance?
      The blood of the martyrs
Will water the meadows of France!

Do you hear the people sing?
Singing the songs of angry men?
It is the music of the people
Who will not be slaves again!
When the beating of your heart
Echoes the beating of the drums
There is a life about to start

I’m a compassionate man. I know loss and struggle, I understand financial hardship, I know what it is to face eviction, I know hunger, I’ve lived through despair. So, to the scores of thousands of FedGov employees who are facing unemployment because your elected officials have, for decades, grown the Federal bureaucracies into corrupt, bloated, weaponized devourers of America’s treasure and oppressors of American freedom… I say to you that I feel your pain and I wish you well, but your job was no more important than the carpenter, the machinist, the welder, the cop, the trucker, the warehouse worker, the salesman, the waitress, the heavy equipment operator… every American who lives down the street from you whose job has not been insulated from the real world. Our federal government bureaucracies are literally cannibalizing our nation, eating our children’s future. MAGA Republicans are going to bring our federal government back into sustainability. If you’ve lost your job, I’m sorry for your struggle. Pick yourself up, all of us will give you a hand. We’re all Americans, join us in saving our beloved Republic.

“…The key to understanding how the Democratic Party works is how it uses federal grants to redistribute taxpayer money into jobs programs for its rank-and-file. As seen in the recent USAID scandal, the action revolves around the creation of countless NGOs (non-governmental orgs). They are easily created, poorly supervised, and assembled into large networks of self-serving, inter-dependent organisms whose main mission is paying staffers — and secondarily pretending to do good works, as suggested by a given group’s name is. These staffers make up the matrix of Democratic Party activists, well-paid foot-soldiers in do-nothing jobs who can be called upon to cheer-lead for the party, organize street protests and, most critically, harvest ballots when the time comes….”

    6. fantasy world: there were muslims in Switzerland during the crusades…sure there were. a movie retelling the life of William Tell says so, so much so, that they changed the ethnicity of his wife–AND HER NAME.

      article

Switzerland needs to be more diverse and apparently a movie about the life of William Tell also needs to be more diverse. Someone took a look at the legend of William Tell and decided, “this needs more Muslims.”

      And there we are.

The new movie adaptation of the legend of William Tell throws in some added material by giving him a Muslim family.

Here we encounter the now classic representation of The Crusades: a confused, savage conflict, in which the Muslim Jerusalemites are terrorized by Christian men-at-arms. We see the injured Tell is nursed by Muslim civilians; we eventually see that he bolts down a fellow crusader to save his own Muslim savior…

This adaptation centres on the story of Tell turning on his own in order to save a woman named Suna who is under attack from European soldiers… We meet Tell as he returns to Switzerland as a staunch pacifist and starts a family with Suna, his now wife, played by Iranian actress Golshifteh Farahani

It’s a radical departure from the previous depictions of Tell’s wife, usually presented as a white Swiss woman named Hedwig who stays out of the action or cowers on the periphery as her husband takes aim at perilously placed fruit. In Hamm’s version she’s a far more formidable force, showing great wisdom and impressive fighting skills

      And even more diversity…

In Hamm’s adaptation, he reminds us of the historical truth that there were different races, religious sects and orders across the European continent all those centuries ago. The character of Furst, for example, is played by Amar Chadha-Patel (The Creator, Dashcam) as a highly skilled warrior from the Middle East — though he’s often depicted as a Caucasian character, typically a Swiss Catholic priest.

There were always different races…. in Switzerland? In the 14th century?

It’s not just wokeness though, it’s wokewashing. If you’re going to take what is basically the Swiss version of Robin Hood and turn it into the Swiss version of Mel Gibson’s The Patriot, someone may notice that you have no original ideas, but throw in some ‘diversity’ and suddenly your material is fresh and edgy.

Which is why when it comes to modern entertainment, assume it’s woke until proven otherwise.

But this is still way too conservative.

In the next adaptation, William Tell will be a black woman to remind us that there were always many races in Switzerland in 1307.

    7. EXCERPT: “For years, many conservatives and Christians have alleged that banks have unjustly denied them access to banking services and capital. Now, Republicans in Congress are seeking to put an end to these unfair practices.

Earlier in February, Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-N.D., introduced the Fair Access to Banking Act, legislation that would penalize large banks, credit unions, or their subsidiaries if they refuse to offer their services to law-abiding qualified customers.

The legislation has already earned 42 co-sponsors, including many of the most influential Republicans in the Senate, such as Ted Cruz, R-Texas, Rick Scott, R-Fl., Tim Scott, R-S.C., and Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn. Rep. Andy Barr, R-Ky., introduced similar legislation in the U.S. House of Representatives.

If passed, the Fair Access to Banking Act would punish any large institution that denies access to financial services to customers “who is in compliance with the law.”

To qualify for the rule, a financial institution must have at least $10 billion in total assets, which means smaller banks will not need to comply with the requirement. This is an important carve-out, because some smaller institutions were created to serve specific groups, industries, or demographics. Critics of fair access legislation have long claimed that rules protecting conservatives could undermine these legitimate businesses or even force institutions with a religious mission to support causes that violate their beliefs.

According to Sen. Cramer’s office, the bill would punish violating banks by “disqualifying institutions from using discount window lending programs, terminating status as an insured depository institution or credit union, or imposing a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per violation.”

      A Growing Problem

Although it hasn’t received the attention that it deserves, the Fair Access to Banking Act is one of the most important legislative proposals offered in the past decade. The weaponization of financial institutions is a dangerous trend that must be stopped for the good of all citizens.

No one should be denied access to financial services because of their political, cultural, or religious views. Additionally, large banks should not be allowed to discriminate against legally operating businesses merely because a bank’s leadership team does not agree with the business’s lawful purpose. And yet, that is exactly what has been happening in recent years.

In 2023, the National Committee for Religious Freedom (NCRF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing religious liberty, claimed that it unjustly had its accounts closed by JPMorgan Chase. NCRF is led by former Republican Sen. Sam Brownback.

Moms for Liberty, a nationwide conservative organization, claims that prior to voluntarily closing its PayPal account, the group’s funds were frozen by PayPal on numerous occasions…..”

    8. EXCERPT: “Maine’s governor has doubled down on her state’s transgender policies, in a statement released on Sunday filled with inflammatory rhetoric about the Trump administration seeking to violate the rule of law.

As I wrote in a piece on Saturday, after Maine Democrat Governor Janet Mills and the president got into something of a tiff during a White House event on Friday evening, in which the governor threatened to take the issue of her state’s transgender policies to court, Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Brooke Rollins announced on Saturday that the administration had initiated a review of the University of Maine’s compliance of Title IX, in light of Pres. Trump signing an executive order on men in women’s sports.

Mills’ statement calls out Team Trump’s move as “politically-directed,” while confirming that her office and Maine’s attorney general are huddling about filing suit against the Trump administration:

I imagine that the outcome of this politically directed investigation is all but predetermined. My Administration will begin work with the Attorney General to defend the interests of Maine people in the court of law.

In another bit, Gov. Mills is clearly playing to the liberal crowd, with fear-mongering over Trump’s objectives, and about more “investigations” heading for other states, among other warnings:

But do not be misled: this is not just about who can compete on the athletic field, this is about whether a President can force compliance with his will, without regard for the rule of law that governs our nation. I believe he cannot.

Things got truly grotesque at one point, with a rehash of the Left’s failed tactics during the 2024 presidential election:….”

    9. “Lessons from the Earmark Moratorium for the DOGE Era”

      John Hart, Feb 24, 2025

      Share

EXCERPT: “In January 2011, President Barack Obama promised in his State of the Union address to veto any legislation that contained earmarks: money for local pet projects that ignores the strict scrutiny most Congressional funds are subjected to.

Obama’s support helped finalize a moratorium on “pork barrel” spending championed for years by Sen. Tom Coburn and other “Tea Party” era leaders. Congress did not pass a single earmark in 2011 after ages of seemingly unlimited spending.

In the 11 years before the ban was instituted, from 2000 to 2010, Congress spent an average of $20.4 billion per year on earmarks. In the 11 years the ban was in place, from 2011 to 2021, the average dropped to $7.6 billion — a 61% decrease.

Sources: Citizens Against Government Waste and Congressional Disclosures

The graphic below shows a timeline in which earmarks continued on their previous ten-year trajectory compared to what Congress actually spent on earmarks. The earmark ban saved taxpayers an estimated $141 billion in just 11 years. To put that in context, the savings from the earmark moratorium dwarf the savings of DEI cuts ($1 billion). The savings would cover Department of Education funding ($103 billion) for a year, USAID spending ($43 billion) for more than three years, State Department funding ($57 billion) for almost three years, and Small Business Administration funding ($6.3 billion) for 22 years. (Note: even though Congress had an earmark ban in effect it still found ways to circumvent the ban according to watchdog groups, as illustrated by the blue bars between 2011-2021).

The earmark ban created savings far beyond earmarks. Coburn often argued that “earmarks are the gateway drug to Washington’s spending addiction,” and history proved him right. Getting rid of earmarks helped Congress sober up and reduce overall spending for the first time since the end of the Korean War shortly after the ban went into effect. Stephen Moore explained it well in the Wall Street Journal:

According to the Congressional Budget Office, annual outlays peaked at $3.598 trillion in fiscal 2011. After President Obama’s first two years in office, many in Washington expected that number to hit $4 trillion by 2014. Instead, spending fell to $3.537 trillion in fiscal 2012, and is on pace to fall below $3.45 trillion by the end of this fiscal year (Sept. 30). The $150 billion budget decline of 4% is the first time federal expenditures have fallen for two consecutive years since the end of the Korean War … The agreement set $2 trillion in tight caps on spending over a decade and created this year’s budget sequester, which will save more than $50 billion in fiscal 2013.

Unfortunately, both parties voted to bring back earmarks beginning in fiscal year 2022, and spending multiplied almost instantly. Earmarks cost $18.9 billion in 2022, the most since 2009.

Not only are earmarks expensive, they’re often far afield from the core responsibilities of the federal government and verge on the ridiculous. In 2023, Rep. Ayanna Pressley secured $1 million to fund “a network of intergenerational, trauma-informed waterfront green spaces.” Rep. Ocasio-Cortez sent $500,000 to the Billion Oyster Project, to build a reef in Queens, NY where it’s illegal to harvest them for food. The project instead is meant to “address longstanding environmental justice inequities.” Rep. Greg Casar sent another $1 million to the San Antonio College Empowerment Center, which runs an Undocumented Student Support Program to help immigrants enroll. On the Republican side, Rep. Morgan Griffith tagged $500,000 for a new elevator at the Birthplace of Country Music Museum.

Today, reinstating a ban on earmarks would represent immediate savings to help Congress and DOGE reach their goal of a balanced federal budget. Perhaps, more importantly, an earmark ban could repeat the same effect of denying Congress its favorite gateway drug and compel them to get serious about reducing our unsustainable debt and deficits. When our interest payments on our debt exceed our national defense, Congress should not be directing scarce capital to pet projects…..”

    12. Consumer Spending Update: Economic Confidence Jumps in February

Economic confidence increased to 111.3 in this month’s Rasmussen Reports Economic Index, nearly eight points higher than January.

Enthusiasm about the economy surged under President Donald Trump’s first term, reaching as high as 147.8 in January 2020 before tumbling after the coronavirus lockdown threw Americans out of work and closed many businesses.

By November 2020, it had recovered to 126.4, but dropped sharply after President Joe Biden was elected. The index reached a low of 78.6 in July 2022. – Rasmussen Reports

Our Take: We’re only one month in, and consumer confidence is rising fast. In President Trump’s first term, he earned my unwavering support because he did the things he said he was going to do. I hadn’t seen a politician do that before and, by 2018, I was no longer a quiet Trump voter but a loud Trump advocate.

Heading into this second* term, I fully expected President Trump to do the things he said he was going to do. That’s his track record and his brand. But some Americans are just learning that for the first time.

All that to say, I bet consumer confidence breaks records by the time this season is finished. MAGA! – Ashe in America

    13. “We Created a Monster With Zelensky”: White House isn’t Backing Down in Growing Rift

Axios has released a devastating report full of quotes from Trump admin officials which strongly suggests the growing rift with Zelensky is only about to worsen. The Ukrainian leader is seen as having overstepped by the White House.

A US administration official involved in peace negotiations with Russia bluntly told the publication that “Zelensky is an actor who committed a common mistake of theater kids: He started to think he’s the character he plays on TV.”

“Yes, he has been brave and stood up to Russia. But he would be six feet under if it wasn’t for the millions we spent, and he needs to exit stage right with all the drama,” the unidentified official said. This strongly suggests that Trump is pursuing a full political transition in Ukraine at this point.

Another official, also involved in negotiations, described that “We created a monster with Zelensky,” and that “these Trump-deranged Europeans who won’t send troops are giving him terrible advice.”

Speaking of which, one Saturday headline has revealed the European Union is still seeking ways to seize part of Russia’s frozen $280 billion in assets held abroad. – ZeroHedge

Our Take: The powers that have been and will never be again begin to consider the prospect that Volodymyr Zelenskyy is no more theirs at this stage of the game than Joe Biden was, perhaps for the entirety of his fake presidency.

In essence, they’ve noticed the Ukrainian Dwarf King’s reckless moves when it comes to the Peaceful Pincer he’s caught in, and have summarily noted Trump’s seemingly-sudden turn on the Prussian Proxy Prince.

The net effects of Zelenskyy’s moves have been absolutely devastating to both the Nazi-aligned Azov Battalion operating in the Donbas AND to his former handlers both within and without Ukraine. Remember, it was Zelenskyy’s own anti-corruption purge that resulted in the arrest and imprisonment of Ihor Kolomoisky, the man who first thrust him into the spotlight as [their] regime candidate.

So, when US officials are quoted as saying, “we created a monster with Zelensky,” they’re right, albeit bicamerally. They created the monster. But Trump unleashed it. – Burning Bright

    14. Pope Francis Says He’s ‘Confidently Continuing’ Care Amid Health Crisis

Pope Francis offered reflections on the most serious medical crisis of his papacy Sunday, saying in the written text of his regular Angelus prayer that he was “confidently continuing” his extended hospitalization while acknowledging that “rest is also part of the therapy.”

The pope was admitted to Rome’s Agostino Gemelli Polyclinic Hospital with a respiratory tract infection on Feb. 14. Early last week, the Vatican disclosed the pope had double pneumonia. On Saturday, it acknowledged the 88-year-old, who had one lung removed in his youth, was in “critical condition.” It added he had suffered a “prolonged asthmatic crisis” and a low platelet count on Saturday. He was alert and sitting in an armchair but suffering more pain than the day before.

Doctors treated his respiratory crisis with more oxygen, and his thrombocytopenia — a deficiency in platelets, which clot the blood — with transfusions. The Vatican said Sunday that after Saturday’s crisis, the pope had slept well. – The Washington Post

Our Take: Pope has pneumonia. Pope is entering kidney failure.

    15. Was Donald Trump a Russian Spy in 1987? Bizarre Allegations By Ex-KGB Officer Will Surprise You

In what sounds like the plot of a Cold War thriller, a former KGB officer has dropped a bombshell claim: Donald Trump was allegedly recruited as a Russian spy in 1987 and given the codename “Krasnov.” Yes, you read that right—the former U.S. president, known for his bold tweets and unconventional diplomacy, is now being accused of being a Soviet asset.

This jaw-dropping allegation comes from Alnur Mussayev, a former Kazakh intelligence chief who served in the KGB’s 6th Directorate in Moscow. Mussayev insists that recruiting Western businessmen was a top priority for Soviet intelligence—and Trump was apparently high on their wish list.

According to Mussayev, Trump’s recruitment took place during his 1987 visit to the Soviet Union, a trip that was supposed to be about real estate but may have had deeper political implications. Back then, the New York real estate mogul was eyeing a hotel project in Moscow, facilitated by Soviet officials. But according to Mussayev, those meetings weren’t just about marble lobbies and penthouse suites—they may have been a covert intelligence operation.

    16. Argentine President Opening Files on Nazi ‘Ratlines’ that Trafficked Eichmann, Mengele

Argentinian President Javier Milei promised officials of the Simon Wiesenthal Center his full cooperation in granting access to documents related to the financing of so-called “ratlines” that helped Nazis escape Europe after the Holocaust. The promise was made in Buenos Aires at the presidential palace, Casa Rosada, during a meeting with Milei and activists on Tuesday.

For decades, organizations including the Simon Wiesenthal Center, named after the famed Nazi hunter, have sought records related to unofficial escape routes taken by thousands of Nazis during the years after World War II. Up to 10,000 Nazis and other fascist war criminals escaped justice by fleeing to Argentina and other countries.

“While some previous leaders promised full cooperation to get to the hard truths that involved Argentina’s past, Milei is the first to act with lightning speed to enable the SWC to uncover important pieces of the historic puzzle, especially as it related to involvement with Nazis before, during and after the Holocaust,” Rabbi Abraham Cooper, associate dean of the Simon Wiesenthal Center, told The Times of Israel. – The Times of Israel

Our Take: Last week on Breaking History, Matt and I discussed — among other things — the enigmatic nature of Germany since its Unification in 1871. Before then, it was a collection of roughly 300 kingdoms of various sizes, dominated by the influence of the largest kingdom in the north — colloquially known as “Prussia.”

The history of Prussia is both convoluted and complicated, spanning over centuries and layered with elitist occult intrigue that goes back to the Order of the Teutonic Knights, who organized the Crusades. It is also deeply intertwined in the history of both the modernization of Russia and the creation of the United States, with the House of Hesse providing King George III with over 30,000 elite mercenaries that were used to pummel George Washington for the first 18 months of the American Revolution. That is, until Washington finally implemented irregular warfare tactics on Christmas Night 1776 and attacked the Prussians in Trenton while they slept, where he won his first battle.

When Prussian Minister-President Otto von Bismarck created the German Empire in 1871, he did so on behalf of King Wilhelm I, who was a member of the House of Hohenzollern. Bismarck achieved the Unification through three relatively brief wars of conquest: The Schleswig War, which claimed the northern territory of Schleswig–Holstein from Denmark (from which all black and white dairy cows in the world originate); the Austro-Prussian War, which didn’t annex any territory but made Austria a protectorate of Prussia; and the Franco-Prussian War, which claimed the highly coveted French borderland of Alsace-Lorraine — one of the most disputed territories in European history. (Think Gaza/Palestine but in Europe.) These land disputes would carry over into the 20th century, playing roles in both World Wars.

Not only did the victory over France win that coveted farmland, it also convinced the larger Germanic kingdoms to bend the knee to the Prussian King, and join his emerging Empire. During these wars, one of Bismarck’s top field marshals, Helmuth von Moltke, developed the doctrine of Maneuver Warfare —which would later be used by the Third Reich as the foundation for Blitzkrieg, and then by the Russians to defeat it.

So what does all this have to do with the price of tea in China? Or, rather, the Nazis in Argentina?

Like all things in this world, there is a good twin and an evil twin, h/t Chris Paul. The German immigrants who came to America in the 19th century were essential, not only to the development of the American steel industry, but to the entire Industrial Revolution. German engineering is the best in the world, because the culture of the German lands has bred an enterprising people who are meticulous and brilliant. I suspect that is why the legions of Hell have sought to destroy Central Europe (achieved with the wars of the past century).

Whatever we are about to learn from Argentina, I suspect that it will be connected to whatever we are about to learn from the JFK files. This moment of revelation will require incredible courage and patience.– GhostofBased PatrickHenry

    17. Not The Bee: “There’s nothing quite like having a member of the wealthy, elite ruling class going on a crusade to warn people about the dangers of the wealthy, elite ruling class.

Senator Bernie Sanders is doing just that, despite the blatant hypocrisy dripping from his every word. [NF: Of course he’s in Omaha – only region of the state where he would be welcome!]

That’s right, America’s favorite rich person-hating rich person is back at it with another shameless crusade to dupe as many idiots as possible into thinking he actually believes what he says.

Bernie’s had enough, and he’s not going to take it anymore. This new age of security, prosperity, and elimination of government waste being ushered in by the “oligarchs” just isn’t going to fly. Thankfully, there are plenty of people who see through the facade:

All things considered, the nationwide speaking tour isn’t a bad idea. After all, he’s got to pay for that fourth house somehow. Though Bernie hasn’t mentioned who it is sponsoring this “coast to coast” tour to fight oligarchy……but we all know it’s probably brought to you by Pfizer.”

    19. Just made a quick run to the local store to p/u some creamer to tide me over until Wednesday, when I’ll make my monthly trip to Norfolk. Ran into my hairdresser and she told me about their trip to So. Carolina & FL. Her hubby has a prosthetic leg and they were building him a new one in SC. They went on to FL for a short vacation and by the end of the 2nd day, hubby said let’s go home – it’s warmer there! LOL – she was the one I accidentally called to rant and rave about the situation w/my phone & Piper, thinking I was calling Marica! He is also the one for whom I got some CBD/MJ gummies but they were too strong for him. I still LMAO when I recall his story of trying a MJ vape for the first time! Also saw the gal (I CR her name at the moment) who used to come into SM all the time to play the gambling games. Her son committed suicide and her hubby is a double-amputee who be-bops around town on his motorized scooter. Quite a cast of characters here, I must say! LOL

EXC – The wife of the Judge who just blocked President Trump’s ICE raids appears to be the former Vice President of National Immigration Forum, a pro-open borders advocacy group.

She was also a Biden administration appointee.

      Meet the far-left Jacinta Ma.

      🧵🧵🧵

The National Immigration Forum advocates for MASS AMNESTY and staunchly opposes border enforcement policies.

George Soros’s Open Society Foundation is also reportedly the group’s largest donor.

Ma is also on record strategizing how to overhaul President Trump’s border policies in this @USAToday article.

She said that Biden could “immediately raise the refugee cap through an executive order.”

She also attacked Trump for removing illegal aliens from the census.

The National Immigration Forum is so radically anti-Trump it participated in auctioning a life-sized nude statue mocking Trump in 2016.

It profited six figures from the stunt.

They’re radically opposed to building a wall, too.

During Trump’s second term, the group is actively lobbying against mass deportations, putting out a host of statement condemning DHS actions to revoke Temporary Protected Status and conduct ICE raids.

Ma herself is an avid Democrat, having donated 24 times to Democrat candidates, including to President Trump’s opponents.

In addition to working for Obama, Ma was Biden’s Director of the Office of Communications and Legislative Affairs at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission where she worked on “anti-racism.”

    24. Just The News: “President Donald Trump said Monday that Russian President Vladimir Putin would accept peacemakers from Europe in Ukraine as part of a possible deal to end the war between the two countries.

Trump mentioned Putin’s concession during a press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron at the White House.

“Yeah, he will accept it,” Trump answered when a reporter asked him about European peacemakers in Ukraine as part of a deal to end the war, according to The Associated Press. “I have asked him that question. Look, if we do this deal, he’s not looking for World War.”

Members of Trump’s administration spoke with Russian officials last week about potential ways to end the war in Ukraine.

Trump and Macron had a meeting prior to the press conference where the Russia-Ukraine war was likely discussed.”
