I’d Like to Solve the Puzzle

Today is (not) Pat Sajak’s birthday! He was born October 26, 1946 and was the host of Wheel of Fortune for over 40 years.  I thought I’d take a look at some of the funnier wrong answers to Wheel of Fortune puzzles.

12 You say “flamenco,” he says…

In 2018, a contestant named Jonny lost out on a $7,100 prize after pronouncing “flamenco” like “flamingo.” Ashley, whose turn it was next, almost looked sheepish as she offered the correct answer.

11 Tennessee Williams is rolling in his grave

After thinking that the play A Streetcar Named Desire was titled A Streetcar Naked Desire in a 2017 episode, Kevin Haas said in a statement that he was glad to give viewers a laugh. “That, my friends, is the naked truth,” he added, per TIME.

10 A “fregh” response

A contestant named Khushi might never go to a grocery store without a twinge of humiliation, having offered a “G” instead of a “S” as the final letter in “FRE_H TROPICAL FRUIT” in a 2023 Wheel of Fortune episode.

9 A child-ish flub

In 2002, a contestant named Linda actually thought that the answer to a Wheel of Fortune puzzle would be “an ugly child” instead of “an only child.” (“What can I say? I’m a schoolteacher,” she said by way of… explanation?)

8 No Live fans here

None of the contestants of a 2010 episode could nail the names of former Live cohosts Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa at first, saying “Philburn,” “Philmin,” and — even once the answer was revealed — “Ree-pa” instead of Ripa.

7 A prescription for failure

In an infamous 1999 episode of Wheel, one contestant guessed “a group of pill-pushers” instead of “a group of well-wishers.” Sajak jokingly announced the end of that episode’s taping.

6 Wand-ering around the answer

If you can deduce the answer from the puzzle “MAG_C _AND,” you’re better off than a contestant named Zach, who in a 2012 episode guessed 10 wrong consonants for that second blank before realizing — just after the buzzer — that the answer is “magic wand.”

5 Pronunciation is his Achilles heel

Julian Batts staked his place in game show infamy in 2014 when he lost $1 million by pronouncing Achilles like “A-chillus.” (“It’s the Wheel of Fortune,” Batts said in a follow-up interview with IndyStar. “Crazy stuff happens all the time. It’s a crazy game.”)

4 Tuber on the tube

Lolita McAuley also had an embarrassing turn on the show, guessing “self-potato” — whatever that is — instead of “self-portrait” in a 2009 episode. McAuley told The New York Times she wanted to “go and hide” right after the word salad fell out of her mouth.

3 What kind of shower?

Melanie inadvertently — seemingly inadvertently, at least — name-dropped a NSFW sex act on Wheel of Fortune in 2018, saying “gold shower” instead of “cold shower.”

2 The lovely Parisian city of Venice

After winning a trip to Venice on the show in 2016, a contestant named David flunked Sajak’s impromptu geography quiz, venturing that Venice is a city in the country of Paris. (“Do we still get [the prize]?” asked David’s embarrassed wife.)

1 Right where?!

Tavaris Williams made a wild guess in a toss-up round in 2024, thinking “____ I_ T_E B__T” might be “right in the butt.” (The correct answer was “this is the best.”) “I have never used those words in sequential order a day in my life,” Williams later said on Jimmy Kimmel Live!)

Thanks for the laughs!

  1. Do I have a story to tell. So I got in on a massive price glitch at a store the other day like 300 off 400. Item is dropped off at my house late at night. I open the massive box and only one item is there not two like I ordered.
    Went to the store today.
They said yup your delivery driver stole the $200 item. I think they have it on video .
They gave me my item that was stolen and called the company that hired the driver. That company hung up when the store demanded reimbursement. Guy was like I got higher ups and we will get our money back

Avoid Spark which is owned by Walmart.

But wow I have never had that happen.

Store said happens far too often. 😳

    1. Morning, Pat! Meh – no-one’s perfect! The usual with Wheezer this morning; temp is 49 and hopefully, some of that rain they are forecasting.

I posted the NY Post article @ M’s if you want to read it.

Just The News: “Democratic Vice Presidential nominee and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz allegedly had a secretive relationship with the daughter of a former Chinese Communist Party official, according to news reports.

The alleged relationship occurred in Foshan in 1989, and Walz has testified that he was in Foshan that year. But the relationship reportedly took place and ended before Walz took more than 30 trips to China when he organized a trip for his Alliance High School students. Those trips began in 1993, and the costs were covered in part by the Chinese government.

Jenna Wang, who is reportedly the daughter of a CCP official, said she had expected the romance to end in marriage, but was devastated by a break-up that led her to consider committing suicide, according to the New York Post.

“I was deeply insulted, hurt and I had to leave that place, because many people knew that we had a relationship,” Wang said. “His lack of character, as a man, a responsible person who had worked in education or [the] military … I thought he also loved me. I loved him.”

Wang said that the governor, who has not commented on the allegations so far, had implied that he was going to propose to her by asking her to send him a passport-sized photo that she believed would be used to obtain a visa.

Wang also authored an open letter to Americans to allegedly warn them of Walz, where she claimed that the two had met while she was a middle school teacher, and he gave her gifts. But they reportedly broke up over a disagreement about whether Wang actually loved him or whether she was after a visa.

“While, it is true, you had not promised marriage before you had arrived back in China, marriage was what I had assumed,” she wrote. “Marriage was what you had led me to believe—as well as led others to believe, including that female colleague of yours with whom we had tea.”

Wang also said that she had to flee China a couple of years after the alleged break-up, and moved to Italy. They never met again, even in Walz’s subsequent visits to China, including for his actual wedding.

“Tim lied about Tiananmen Square and he’s lied about other things,” Wang told the Daily Mail. “This is a very crucial moment in history and a man like this does not appear to have the character and integrity to do one of the most important jobs in the world.”

The Harris-Walz campaign has not commented publicly on the allegations as of press time.”

: “Barack Obama made sure the bankers got their bonuses while he kicked 5 million families out of their homes. He got more money from Wall Street than John McCain did. There was a Citigroup email with a list of people they wanted in his cabinet. Every person on that list ended up in his cabinet. That got released by Wikileaks, and that’s why they’ve been trying to kill Julian Assange ever since.

Obama wasn’t a departure from George W. Bush. Just his skin color. He took us from two wars to seven. He gave us Mitt Romney’s right-wing health care plan that came out of the Heritage Foundation, which is the same people that gave you Project 2025. He dropped more bombs than George Bush, and nobody noticed, and that’s why the donor class wanted to have Kamala Harris.

They thought we’d have a female Barack Obama, dropping bombs, stealing resources, and doing neoliberal and neoconservative policies, but then she couldn’t get a vote in the primary because she has no political talent. So then they forced her on Joe Biden as the Vice President, and then, of course, they did a coup just like Jim Gaffigan said at the Al Smith dinner.

After Occupy Wall Street and the Tea Party, major newspapers’ mentions of racism and white supremacy went through the roof. That’s because, as Chomsky taught us, newspapers aren’t there to inform you. They are there to manufacture consent, and one of the great ways to manufacture consent for the establishment is to divide and conquer. That’s what identity politics is.”

In 2014, 300 scientists warned Anthony Fauci would start a global pandemic.

Following the high-profile escape of three bugs from U.S. labs, these 300 scientists sent a letter to President Obama, urging him to shut down Anthony Fauci’s gain-of-function research.

Obama issued a moratorium and shut down 18 of the worst projects by Anthony Fauci. In the end, he really didn’t shut them down. Instead, Obama moved the research offshore to places like Ukraine, the former Soviet State of Georgia, and the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China.

Now, it is widely accepted that COVID-19 originated from that very lab in Wuhan, China.

A groundbreaking new film called “Thank you, Dr. Fauci” is exposing it all, revealing how Fauci’s decisions ultimately led to a global disaster.

  6. elaborate scheme to falsely certify teachers in TX

    FTA

Who’s charged?Vincent Grayson, 57: Head boys basketball coach at Booker T. Washington High School in Houston ISD. Grayson is charged as the organizer of the cheating operation. He’s alleged to have made $1,090,000 off of the scheme. Tywana Gilford Mason, 51: Former director and VA certifying official at the Houston Training and Education Center. Mason allegedly used her position as a test proctor to keep the proxy scheme hidden. She’s alleged to have made $125,000 off the scheme. Records indicate Gilford Mason was prosecuted for Bribery in the early 2000’s. Nicholas Newton, 35: Assistant principal at Booker T. Washington High School. Newton is accused of participating in the scheme by acting as a proxy test-taker. He’s alleged to have made $188,000 off the scheme by taking 430 tests. Darian Nikole Wilhite, 22: A proctor at TACTIX who allegedly accepted bribes to enable Newton's actions as a testing proxy. It’s alleged he accepted $250 each time he allowed the testing to take place under his watch. LaShonda Roberts, 39: Assistant principal at Yates High School. Roberts is accused of recruiting nearly 100 teachers to take part in the cheating scheme. She’s alleged to have charged each teacher she recruited, some cases ‘in excess of $1,000’.

All five defendants face two counts of engaging in organized criminal activity

Levine says this activity spans back to 2020, but it was in 2023, that the Texas Education Agency noticed some irregularities at a testing location ‘HTECH’.

“Often these people had previously failed the exam, they then drove to the Houston area, and suddenly they were passing the test with flying colors,” said Levine.

He said as TEA was investigating, they got a tip on the scheme which led to more concrete evidence.

He says TEA shut down HTECH at this time, but Grayson did not shut down the scheme, and simply moved it to a different testing location, TACTIX, where he allegedly recruited Wilhite.

Levine says the paying teacher would come to the testing center, check in, show ID, then leave within five minutes. Newton would sit in their place and take the test.

He says they caught Newton red-handed taking a test in February 2024. He says Newton would often take more than one test at once.

As for the 200 teachers, who received the false certifications, information on them is limited.

Ogg did say that at least two of them have been identified as sexual predators, being charged with sexual crimes.

“Once falsely certified had access through their employment to underage kids off campus and off. One has been charged with indecency with a child, the other, online solicitation,” she said.

HISD held a last-minute press conference Monday to address media questions. They say all three HISD employees charged are on paid leave, and they knew nothing of these acts or investigation until “very shortly” before the arrests.

  7. Just The News: “A new study on Monday found that a review of ABC, CBS, and NBC News coverage of the 2024 presidential election greatly favor Vice President Kamala Harris, with more than two-thirds being positive, while 85% of coverage of former President Donald Trump is negative.

The research from the Media Research Center (MRC) found that evening news coverage of the election has been “the most lopsided in history.” Analysts reviewed more than 600 segments starting from the day President Joe Biden dropped from the race, and concluding on Oct. 25.

During a four-month period, 78% of the coverage of Harris was positive, while 85% of Trump was negative, according to analysts.

“The difference in coverage between the two candidates is far greater than in 2016, when both Trump and then-challenger Hillary Clinton received mostly negative coverage (91% negative for Trump, vs. 79% negative for Clinton,)” the analysts wrote. “It’s [also] greater than in 2020, when Joe Biden was treated to 66 percent positive coverage, vs. 92 percent negative for Trump.”

The analysts noted that the coverage of Trump mostly focused on controversies and criticism regarding the former president. But when controversies surrounding the vice president or her family surfaced, such as plagiarism allegations, the coverage was light or non-existent.

“Instead, Harris’s coverage has been larded with enthusiastic quotes from pro-Harris voters, creating a positive ‘vibe’ for the Democrat even as network reporters criticize Trump themselves,” the study said.

There was also a change in tactic on covering Harris after she became the official Democratic presidential nominee. From July through the beginning of Sept. the vice president was given “rock-star coverage.” But after the Sept. 10 debate, “the networks shifted attention away from Harris, spending significantly more airtime targeting Trump.”

Although the MRC study looked at NBC, ABC, and CBS, it did not include data from CNN or Fox News. The report also comes after a Gallup poll earlier this month found that the news media is the least trusted profession, and was even trusted less than Congress.”

  8. Just The News: “The Nevada Supreme Court ruled on Monday that mail-in ballots received up to three days after Election Day without a postmark must be counted, rejecting a Republican challenge.

State law requiring mail-in ballots to be counted even with a postmark that “cannot be determined” applies to mail-in ballots that do not have postmarks at all, the state Supreme Court decided. “If a voter properly and timely casts their vote by mailing their ballot before or on the day of the election, and through a post office omission the ballot is not postmarked, it would go against public policy to discount that properly cast vote,” the court opinion reads.

“Indeed, there is no principled distinction between mail ballots where the postmark is ‘illegible’ or ‘smudged’ and those with no postmark — in each instance, the date the mail ballot was received by the post office cannot be determined,” the court added.

The Republican National Committee, the Nevada GOP, and the Trump campaign all sued over the law, arguing that it should only apply to illegible postmarks, The Hill reported.

The court upheld a lower court’s decision that the Republican plaintiffs lacked standing. The state Supreme Court ruled that the GOP did not prove that the mail-in ballots would be subject to voter fraud or that security measures were inadequate. Also, the court disagreed that mail-in ballots are more likely to favor Democrats.”

  9. This bitch continually causes problems here!!! She just LUVS the filibuster and has used it repeatedly! And, of course, she also approves of disfiguring young bodies permanently!!!

EXCERPT: “The left has really met their match in JD Vance. The vice presidential hopeful is extremely skilled at turning the tables on Democrats, thus exposing them as the feckless peddlers of misinformation that they so clearly are. There has yet to be a line of attack that Vance hasn’t been able to parry, with Kamala Harris’s nonsense “Trump is a Nazi” campaign cry the latest to get the JD Vance treatment.

It all started with a tweet from the repugnant Megan Hunt, a state senator from Nebraska. Hunt was wetting the bed over Donald Trump’s rally at Madison Square Gardens (MSG) and tweeted this in response to a photo posted by Trump prosecutor and equally repugnant Tristan Snell showing a 1939 Nazi rally at MSG:

They know! They love it!! It’s 100% on purpose and they think it’s funny and they cooked you if you don’t like it

It takes a sick person to post something like that, let alone attach it to the presidential nominee of one of the country’s two major political parties. Then again, Hunt has a trans child and allegedly ditched the Democrat Party for not being progressive enough, so that’s the mentality we’re dealing with here.

One X/Twitter user wasn’t going to let Hunt’s inflammatory tweet go unchallenged and posted back to her: “My father fought in WWII against the NAZIs and was wounded. This comparison of Republicans and Nazis is atrocious. You should be ashamed of yourself.” To which Hunt responded, “Yeah good point, we used to fight nazis not vote for them.”

This caught JD Vance’s attention, and he immediately jumped in to set the record straight for Megan Hunt….”

  10. hubby and i spent the weekend with my mom, so we watched regular tv with her. the kamala ads were nauseating and so deceiving. she called TARIFFS effectively a national sales tax (on IMPORTED goods). she hammered the lie home with a national sales tax on gas… a national sales tax on medicines and so on.
when the ad was over, mom said–I thought Trump was gonna lower prices. I said he will. then what’s that about she asked–pointing to the tv.
I said–that last part–the part mentioned briefly was ON IMPORTED goods. so yes, he will charge countries to bring their cheap crap into the country, so they will raise their prices.
before I could say any more Mom said–well then the stuff made here will be the same or cheaper? smart man. keep US working.

    i was so proud. lol

  11. EXCERPT: “When it rains, it pours. That’s how the old saying goes, and for Kamala Harris’ sinking presidential campaign, the old adage is holding true. It was a shock to the system: the Teamsters Union declined to endorse Democrat appointee nominee Kamala Harris in early October.

But this stunner was soon followed up by the Firefighters Union taking the same stance, followed by investment guru Warren Buffett and two far-left “journalism” outlets, the Los Angeles Times and the Washington Post.

If you saw this coming, please send me stock tips. But the Kamala carnage is not over: on Monday, Gannett-owned USA Today announced they’re not publicly backing the unintelligible vice president either:

“While USA TODAY will not endorse for president, local editors at publications across the USA TODAY Network have the discretion to endorse at a state or local level,” USA Today spokesperson Lark-Marie Antón told Fox News Digital.

USA Today has announced that it, too, is choosing not to endorse any candidate in the 2024 presidential race, following other high-profile newspapers like The Washington Post and The Los Angeles Times.

Like so many lately, USA Today is throwing out the now-familiar excuses, but one can’t help but wonder: wasn’t this all true before? Why is it only now that Kamala Harris’ campaign is tanking that you’ve suddenly found these new ethical guidelines and ground rules?…”

  12. “Biden stands in line to vote behind man in profane pro-Trump hat: ‘Elect that motherf—er again’”

EXCERPT: “Joe Biden went to vote on Monday in Wilmington, Delaware. What was interesting was they showed him waiting on line to vote, which in itself seems a bit unusual for security reasons. But what made it funny was that there in line ahead of him was a man in a Trump hat. It wasn’t the regular MAGA hat. While it looked like it, it had a bit of a more pointed message, “Elect That Motherf—er Again!!” referring to Trump.

(Biden looks a little like he’s leaning on a walker in that image, but he was actually standing behind a woman in a wheelchair and holding onto the handles.)

Now, that was pretty funny, and one has to wonder what he was thinking if he saw that. Of course, he had his own Trump hat moment when he visited firefighters in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, on Sept. 11, and he put on a Trump hat.

When he finally got in to the polling place, he had to show ID to vote, and he even had to provide a signature. So, if he has to do it, how is it evil? If he’s doing it, then I guess he’s endorsing “racism,” right? Naturally, he looked confused again about what to do. He shows just how stupid Democrats’ arguments are on this.

Given all that has gone on, there was some speculation about for whom he might have voted, with some wondering if he voted for Trump to get back at being shoved to the side and because of the reported infighting….”

  13. https://www.cnn.com/2024/10/28/politics/virginia-supreme-court-voter-purge/index.html

Our Take: Virginia went to the Supreme Court Monday, taking on the DOJ demands to keep noncitizens on VA voter rolls. The high court is expected to rule in the days before November 5th.

This case is bizarre on its face. The “voters” in question are self identified noncitizens. They are legally ineligible to vote, and the only reason removing them is contentious is that the DOJ intervened and demanded the ineligible names remain on the rolls.

Here’s the thing. Virginia could procedurally flag the fake identities in their system and prevent their ballots from being cast, then remove them after the election period. They likely have done that, but they’re also insisting on making this a public fight, open for all of us to witness, during the election period.

From a change management standpoint, this has great educational value. The election period, and particularly the two weeks that bookend Election Day, is the maximum exposure period, when the greatest number of Americans are tuned into the narrative. People are watching.

Also, you can’t just tell people about systemic election fraud. You have to show them. And to show them, they have to be tuned in. The timing of VA making their arguments — and of the DOJ’s coming response brief — ensures maximum visibility for Election Day and the weeks that follow.

Now consider that this high court saga is accompanied by election fraud schemes being publicly disclosed in Pennsylvania and Colorado, and that early voting machine failures — literal vote swapping — has been reported in Texas, Tennessee, and Georgia.

Better, the VA case encompasses all three branches of government — VA Governor, VA legislation, VA lower courts — and it also features constitutional questions about federal vs. state government authorities.

These critical questions about our institutional structures and divisions of authority are coming before the high court during the period of maximum exposure. Change happens one conversation at a time. Sometimes that conversation happens before the US Supreme Court.

You can’t tell people. You have to show them. And people are watching. — Ashe in America

    1. good article.

there is no sane reason to keep ineligible names on the voting rolls unless it’s to allow cheating.

these are self identifying–they acknowledge they ARE NOT citizens and should be removed from the voter rolls. they are not protesting their status. there is no misunderstanding here–where their status might be wrong.

if this is in accordance with a law, then SCOTUS can declare that part of the law is unconstitutional. if this is DOJ guidelines, then it’s a no-brainer imo.

  14. “Tim Walz Asks Which Button To Press In ‘Madden’ To Make Players Slap Each Other’s Butts”

    Politics · Oct 28, 2024 · BabylonBee.com

    Article Image

LAS VEGAS, NV — During a campaign event in which he played on a live Twitch stream with Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, vice presidential candidate Tim Walz was heard asking which button to press in Madden to make players slap each other’s butts.

During the hour-plus-long Twitch stream, the Minnesota governor and New York representative were unable to score any points, though Walz seemed preoccupied with learning which button he could press on the Xbox controller to make his Vikings players enthusiastically slap each other on the buttocks.

“How do I make Sam Darnold slap Justin Jefferson on the tuchus?” Walz was heard asking Ocasio-Cortez during the opening minutes of their friendly game. “I know there’s got to be a button for it here somewhere. These things have so many buttons on them, one of them has to be the ‘slap the hiney button,’ right? It’s football!”

Though the congresswoman attempted to steer the conversation toward policy issues multiple times, viewers reported that Walz was persistent in his quest to make the video game football players trade celebratory butt-slaps. “He was laser-focused,” one Twitch stream witness said. “He just wouldn’t let her change the subject much before he wanted to go back to the slapping. He didn’t really seem to know much about football or political topics, but I’ll definitely admit he was really into the butt slapping. I kinda think that’s what he thinks football is.”

At publishing time, Walz reportedly made it part of the Democratic ticket’s platform to mandate EA Sports to add an easy-to-find butt-slapping button to Madden 26.

There is a certain official who was never called to the grand jury because

    1) Jack Smith knew I had the strongest case to assert it. And that was borne out by the ruling in Trump v U.S., which led to Jack Smith removing me from the superseding indictment.

    2) They knew I’d go to the ends of the earth to defend executive privilege, law enforcement privilege, deliberative process privilege, and attorney-client privilege.

    AND

    3) They didn’t want to put me in front of the grand jury to lecture it about these privileges and the outrageousness of what was being done to President Trump, especially in light of the history going back to the Founding and President George Washington.

The DC Bar, by contrast, refuses to credit the privileges even after the adoption of a new exclusionary rule to defend the Presidency in Trump v U.S.

But I fully continue the fight there and did not testify to reveal any privileged information.

Tonight, in fact, I am filing an 80+ page brief that includes energetic privilege defense. Very energetic.

BOMBSHELL – the United States Postal Service recently changed the delivery method of absentee mail-in ballots!

They are hiding the evidence of absentee mail-in ballot fraud – by not allowing the evidence to be created in the first place. Here’s how and what changed:

You can’t get the absentee mail-in vote ballot images from the USPS because they are not sending them to the central sorting facilities!

Normally, you mail a letter to someone or a bill goes out, it goes to your local post office, then it gets to a central sorting facility. Wisconsin for example has six: Madison, Milwaukee, Oak Creek, Green Bay, N. Illinois and Eagan MN that sorts/handles all mail.

Even if mailed to your neighbor 1 house over, that is how the system works.

Obama did this in 2011-2012, consolidating the USPS to have less total facilities. Then, the USPS began consolidating its central sorting facilities in August 2022 and continued through February 2023.

The consolidation plans included moving delivery operations from over 200 “spoke offices” to 21 regional Sort and Delivery Centers.

Where absentee mail-in ballots should go through a central sorting facility: where each and every one would get scanned and an electronic image created.

BOMBSHELL: a telecon was held for the higher ups in the USPS, and the order trickled down to all the faculties NOT to send the ballots to central sorting. Meaning no electronic images are being created!

Confirmed at three locations in Wisconsin, confirmed at one Regional office of the USPS, confirmed at one location in Colorado. And, it explains why they denied me my FOIA request for said images: because there are none. See letter they sent me attached here.

If you remember in 2020 the UPSP was caught deleting evidence of these very electronic images. Still this day they still have not produced them.

The UPSP recently directed, less than a month, post offices to NOT send absentee mail-in ballots to central sort. But instead take them to the election clerks. Meaning again: no electronic ballot images are being created in the first place.

The USPS is doing this on purpose. And who did this? Amber McReynolds, an Obama/Biden plant at the USPS. “Head of the Zuckerberg Bucks National Vote at Home Institute, Amber McReynolds, was appointed by Biden to the US Postal Service governing board” quote and image with red circles from @pepesgrandma

A supporter of President Trump’s was arrested today for encouraging people to stay in the early voting line and cast their ballots freely in Pennsylvania. This follows reports from across the commonwealth that voters are being turned away in conservative areas.  This is voter suppression from the left. Do not let them turn you away.  GO VOTE!

Stay in line and #Vote! They arrested me and I didn’t break any laws. I encouraged people to stay in line and vote because the Democrats were discouraging voters from in person voting today in Delaware County. In fact, the election worker told people in line to go to the Chester Heights satellite office because the line was shorter there. Do you know what happened when they got to the Chester Heights office to vote in person? They were told that they ran out of mib applications. This is voter suppression in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. I did nothing wrong except encourage people to stay in line and vote. So they arrested me. VOTE! #Trump #Trump2024 #Delco #Pennsylvania

I think this was up before but I missed it.

So for anybody else who hasn’t watched this short clip yet, do yourself the favor.

    Omg I love Trump 😂

He surprised @JDVance by calling in to ask a question at his town hall in Michigan with @ChrisCuomo, and his question was:

  21. And THIS is why I will never live in FL!!! OK – one of a number of reasons but the primary one!

“This spectacular staircase is in the lobby of the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London. It’s a Marriot hotel and crazy but true, not that expensive. Room rates start well under 300 bucks a night, which ain’t bad for what and where it is. Got a cool little bar in the lobby, too.”

  22. Just The News: “GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump responded Tuesday to accusations that his campaign rally Sunday in New York City was marked by racist and xenophobic remarks, saying there was “love in the room and it was love for our country.” The comments were made by a warm-up comedian who preceded the featured speakers and Trump, a former president, at Madison Square Garden.

Trump, in his speech Tuesday morning at his home in Mar-a-Lago, Florida, called comparisons some Democrats have made between his rally and the 1939 Nazi rally at the same venue “terrible to say.” He also said the sold-out event was “breathtaking,” and he described it as an “absolute love fest.”

Trump said that Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris is referencing Adolf Hitler and the Nazis in the homestretch of the presidential campaign because “her record is horrible.” Trump argued Harris has “obliterated” the U.S.-Mexico border in less than four years.

Trump pledged to seize the assets of “criminal gangs” and drug cartels and using the funds to provide restitution for the families of victims of illegal immigrant crime. “We’re the party of common sense and we’re the party of fairness,” he said.

He said Harris wanted to defund Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as a U.S. senator from California. He said ICE is essential for apprehending and deporting illegal immigrants with criminal records. Trump repeated that migrants who kill someone on U.S. soil should face the death penalty.

The former president noted that the U.S. Border Patrol has endorsed him again for the 2024 election. “I’m running on a plan to save America,” Trump said. “It’s going to be saving it from the incredible destruction that’s been caused by crooked Joe Biden and Kamala.”

Trump said that there have been some “bad spots” in Pennsylvania, referring to the fraudulent absentee ballots discovered in two counties, but overall the “election itself is going very well.”

“We’re going to fight like hell for the next seven days,” he said.”
