    While the vote to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in contempt of Congress for defying a subpoena seeking the audio recording of Joe Biden’s interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur last year is a welcome move, House Republicans should do more to amplify the disintegrating documents case against Donald Trump in Florida.

    Defense briefs continue to expose how corrupt, sloppy, and dirty the investigation was from the beginning. And a new motion appears to indicate Special Counsel Jack Smith has misled Judge Aileen Cannon for months about the condition of evidence seized during the August 2022 raid of Trump’s primary residence.

    “If Trump is able to come in and stop the war in Ukraine immediately like he claims he will, that would be a nail in the coffin for the Deep State.

    It would prove that the Biden regime could have stopped this war the entire time, yet chose to push us to the brink of WW3 anyways.

    The stage is set for Trump to be the global peacemaker, which would not only prove the Deep State’s criminality, but also give Trump near-unlimited political ammunition and optics to hold them accountable for their crimes against humanity.

    If Trump is able to prevent WW3, he will not only win over the trust and approval of Americans, but citizens worldwide. It would be impossible to refute that Trump is for The People.   13. Just The News: “Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Whatley said that former President Donald Trump’s campaign, super PACs, and the RNC have raised about $420 million in aggregate since Trump’s New York conviction.

    “All in we’re hearing $400 to $420 million that has come in aggregate,” Whatley said on an episode of the “John Solomon Reports” podcast to be aired next week. 

    “It is something honestly that we have never seen before,” he continued. “You know since President Trump became our incumbent nominee back in March, we broke the all time record for fundraising in March between the campaign and the RNC.”

    Trump’s campaign website and donations page crashed in the wake of his criminal conviction in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s hush money case.

    Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, for his part, asserted that the surge in financial support for Trump stemmed form concerns over the weaponization of the criminal justice system. 

    “People are just pouring out of the woodwork saying they’re now so sickened by the dishonesty and the law breaking of the left, and the fact that it threatens all of us,” he said on the “John Solomon Reports” podcast. “I mean, if they can do this to a billionaire nominee of a major party who’s already been president, think what they can do to the average truck driver.”

    Gingrich further called Trump’s New York conviction “fake.” “The other thing that I’ll mention is that we are now seeing the business leaders from across the country who are stepping up to support Donald Trump because they’re looking at the economy,” Whatley said. “They’re looking at the underlying weakness that Joe Biden has brought in and realized it is not good for them or for their companies.”

    Bannon and Navarro just got grounds for writs of habeas corpus!

    Fox headline news on radio just had a blurb that said Garland would not be charged for defying a congressional subpoena in accordance with long standing DoJ policy against charging officials who claimed executive privilege.

    This is a clear admission that those two were denied equal protection under the law, a facial violation of the 14th amendment.

    I cannot imagine why DoJ would do this AND declare it publicly.
