In the early morning hours of December 26, 1996, John and Patsy Ramsey awoke to find their six-year-old daughter JonBenét Ramsey missing from her bed at their home in Boulder, Colorado. Patsy and John had woken up early to prepare for a trip, when Patsy discovered a ransom note on the stairs demanding $118,000 for their daughter’s safe return.

Despite the note’s warning not to involve police, Patsy immediately called them, as well as friends and family in order to aid in the search for JonBenét Ramsey. Police arrived at 5:55 AM and found no signs of forced entry, but did not search the basement, where her body would eventually be found.

Before JonBenét’s body was even found, there were many investigative mistakes made. Only JonBenét’s room was cornered off, so friends and family roamed the rest of the house, picking up things and potentially destroying evidence. The Boulder Police Department also shared evidence they found with the Ramseys and delayed conducting their informal interviews with the parents. At 1:00 PM the detectives instructed Mr. Ramsey and a family friend to go around the house to see if anything was amiss. The first place they looked was the basement, where they found JonBenét’s body. John Ramsey immediately picked up his daughter’s body and brought her upstairs, which unfortunately destroyed potential evidence by disturbing the crime scene.

During the autopsy it was discovered that JonBenét Ramsey had died from asphyxiation due to strangulation, in addition to a skull fracture. Her mouth had been covered in duct tape and her wrists and neck were wrapped with a white cord. Her torso had been covered in a white blanket. There was no conclusive evidence of rape as no semen was found on the body and her vagina appeared to have been wiped clean, although a sexual assault had occurred. The makeshift garret was made using a length of cord and part of a paintbrush from the basement. The coroner also found what was believed to be pineapple in JonBenét’s stomach. Her parents do not remember giving her any the night before she died, but there was a bowl of pineapple in the kitchen which had her nine-year-old brother Burke’s fingerprints on it, however this meant little since time cannot be attributed to fingerprints. The Ramseys maintained Burke was in his room all night asleep, and there was never any physical evidence to reflect otherwise.

There are two popular theories in the Ramsey case; the family theory and the intruder theory. The initial investigation focused heavily on the Ramsey family for many reasons. The police felt that the ransom note was staged as it was unusually long, written using a pen and paper from the Ramsey’s house, and demanded almost the exact amount of money that John had received as a bonus earlier that year. Additionally, the Ramseys were reluctant to cooperate with police, though they later said this was because they feared the police would not conduct a full investigation and target at them as easy suspects. However all three members of the immediate family were questioned by investigators and submitting handwriting samples to compare to the ransom letter. Both John and Burke were cleared of any suspicion of writing the note. Although much was made that Patsy could not be conclusively cleared by her handwriting sample, this analysis was not further supported by any other evidence.

Despite a larger pool of suspects, the media immediately focused on JonBenét’s parents, and they spent years under the harsh limelight of the public eye. In 1999, a Colorado grand jury voted to indict the Ramseys on child endangerment and obstruction of a murder investigation, however the prosecutor felt that the evidence did not meet the beyond a reasonable doubt standard and declined to prosecute. JonBenét’s parents were never officially named as suspects in the murder.

Alternatively, the intruder theory had lots of physical evidence to support it. There was a boot print found next to JonBenét’s body which did not belong to anyone in the family. There was also a broken window in the basement which was believed to be the most likely point of entry for an intruder. Additionally, there was DNA from drops of blood from an unknown male found on her underwear. The floors in the Ramsey’s home were heavily carpeted, making it plausible for an intruder to have carried JonBenét downstairs without waking the family.

One of the most famous suspects was John Karr. He was arrested in 2006 when he confessed to killing JonBenét by accident, after he had drugged and sexually assaulted her. Karr was eventually dismissed as a suspect after it was revealed that no drugs had been found in JonBenét’s system, police could not confirm he was in Boulder at the time, and his DNA did not match the profile generated from the samples found.

Much of the recent investigation in the case revolves around the DNA profiles developed from the sample found in her underwear and the touch DNA later developed from her long johns. The profile from her underwear was entered into CODIS (the national DNA database) in 2003, but no matches have been identified.

In 2006, Boulder District Attorney Mary Lacy took over the case. She agreed with the federal prosecutor that the intruder theory was more plausible than the Ramseys killing their daughter. Under Lacy’s lead, investigators developed a DNA profile from touch DNA (DNA left behind by skin cells) on her long johns. In 2008 Lacy released a statement detailing the DNA evidence and fully exonerating the Ramsey family, saying in part:

“The Boulder District Attorney’s Office does not consider any member of the Ramsey family, including John, Patsy, or Burke Ramsey, as suspects in this case. We make this announcement now because we have recently obtained this new scientific evidence that adds significantly to the exculpatory value of the previous scientific evidence. We do so with full appreciation for the other evidence in this case.

Local, national, and even international publicity has focused on the murder of JonBenet Ramsey. Many members of the public came to believe that one or more of the Ramseys, including her mother or her father or even her brother, were responsible for this brutal homicide. Those suspicions were not based on evidence that had been tested in court; rather, they were based on evidence reported by the media.”

In 2010 the case was officially reopened with renewed focus on the DNA samples. Further testing has been conducted on the samples and experts now believe that the sample is actually from two individuals rather than one. In 2016 it was announced that the DNA would be sent to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation to be tested using more modern methods and authorities hope to develop an even stronger DNA profile of the killer.

In 2016, CBS aired The Case of JonBenét Ramsey which implied her then nine-year-old brother Burke was the killer despite the fact he was cleared by the DNA evidence that proved the existence of an intruder. Burke filed a $750 million-dollar lawsuit against CBS for defamation. The case was settled in 2019, and while the terms of the settlement were not disclosed, his lawyer stated the case was “amicably resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.”

The JonBenét Ramsey case is still open and remains unsolved.

      1. he’s open to trying things i mention most times. he sleeps better sitting up right now but hates that we’re downstairs and i’m not in a bed with him. i’m sleeping on the loveseat and it’s small but i manage. he’s trying to think of me, but i wish he’d concentrate on him to get better.

      Tuesday & Wednesday will bring more chances for snow across the state. Several Winter Weather Alerts remain in effect (Winter Weather Advisories and Blizzard Warnings) through Tuesday evening or to early Wednesday morning.

      As this low-pressure system continues to spin out of the area, we will continue to see the chance for spotty to scattered snow across the state through Wednesday. With that being said, some additional snowfall accumulation is possible…. an additional 1″ to 3″ will be possible in central and western areas and eastern areas could see a trace to an inch in additional snowfall. Western and central areas will have the better chance for snow while eastern areas will see spotty scattered chances.

      Overall, Tuesday will be a day with the chance for snow, isolated to scattered in eastern areas…. and snow likely in western and central areas. It’ll be a windy day in the west and central areas and will cause blowing snow and reduced visibilities. Winds will be lighter in eastern areas, between 5 to 15 mph. High temperatures will struggle to reach the freezing mark… ranging from the mid 20s to the mid 30s.

      We will continue to see cloudy skies tonight and into Wednesday morning. Spotty chances for snow will be possible across the state. Low temperatures fall to a mix of the teens and 20s.

      The low-pressure system finally starts to depart on Wednesday, that means lingering snow chances will be possible (about a 20 to 30 percent chance).     I woke up yesterday elated by the news of Reverend Raphael Warnock’s election victory. He’ll be Georgia’s first Black senator, and I was heartened by the idea that the Senior Pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church—the home parish of Dr. King and a spiritual and organizational hub during the Civil Rights Movement—would be representing his state in the United States Senate.

    In just a few hours, though, my heart had fallen harder and faster than I can remember. Like all of you, I watched as a gang—organized, violent, and mad they’d lost an election—laid siege to the United States Capitol. They set up gallows. They proudly waved the traitorous flag of the Confederacy through the halls. They desecrated the center of American government. And once authorities finally gained control of the situation, these rioters and gang members were led out of the building not in handcuffs, but free to carry on with their days. The day was a fulfillment of the wishes of an infantile and unpatriotic president who can’t handle the truth of his own failures. And the wreckage lays at the feet of a party and media apparatus that gleefully cheered him on, knowing full well the possibility of consequences like these.

    It all left me with so many questions—questions about the future, questions about security, extremism, propaganda, and more. But there’s one question I just can’t shake: What if these rioters had looked like the folks who go to Ebenezer Baptist Church every Sunday? What would have been different?

    I think we all know the answer. This summer’s Black Lives Matter protests were an overwhelmingly peaceful movement—our nation’s largest demonstrations ever, bringing together people of every race and class and encouraging millions to re-examine their own assumptions and behavior. And yet, in city after city, day after day, we saw peaceful protestors met with brute force. We saw cracked skulls and mass arrests, law enforcement pepper spraying its way through a peaceful demonstration for a presidential photo op.

    And for those who call others unpatriotic for simply taking a knee in silent protest, for those who wonder why we need to be reminded that Black Lives Matter at all, yesterday made it painfully clear that certain Americans are, in fact, allowed to denigrate the flag and symbols of our nation. They’ve just got to look the right way. What do all those folks have to say now?

    Seeing the gulf between the responses to yesterday’s riot and this summer’s peaceful protests and the larger movement for racial justice is so painful. It hurts. And I cannot think about moving on or turning the page until we reckon with the reality of what we saw yesterday. True progress will be possible only once we acknowledge that this disconnect exists and take steps to repair it. And that also means coming to grips with the reality that millions voted for a man so obviously willing to burn our democracy down for his own ego.

    I hurt for our country. And I wish I had all the solutions to make things better. I wish I had the confidence that people who know better will act like it for more than a news cycle or two. All I know is that now is a time for true patriotism. Now is the time for those who voted for this president to see the reality of what they’ve supported—and publicly and forcefully rebuke him and the actions of that mob. Now is the time for Silicon Valley companies to stop enabling this monstrous behavior—and go even further than they have already by permanently banning this man from their platforms and putting in place policies to prevent their technology from being used by the nation’s leaders to fuel insurrection.

    And if we have any hope of improving this nation, now is the time for swift and serious consequences for the failure of leadership that led to yesterday’s shame.

    Thankfully, even in the darkness, there are glimmers of hope. It’s something I imagine Reverend Warnock has preached about before—and I’m still heartened beyond belief that he’s headed to Washington. I’m glad his fellow Georgian, Jon Ossoff is, too, and that together they’ll help give control of Congress back to the only party that’s shown that it can put our democracy above its own short-term political fortunes. I pray that every American, especially those who disagree with them, will give our new Congress, President-Elect Biden, and Vice-President-Elect Harris the chance to lead us in a better direction.

    But make no mistake: The work of putting America back together, of truly repairing what is broken, isn’t the work of any individual politician or political party. It’s up to each of us to do our part. To reach out. To listen. And to hold tight to the truth and values that have always led this country forward. It will be an uncomfortable, sometimes painful process. But if we enter into it with an honest and unwavering love of our country, then maybe we can finally start to heal.

    (WND)—There are truly many people upon the earth who are by the very definition of the word are evil; and sadly, many of said people are women. The women I reference are soulless, contumelious harridans spawned in the pits of neo-Leninism. While those such as Hillary, Pelosi and the Halloween sisters (Alexandria Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar and Ayanna Pressley) are chief among all of so easily identified as worthy of such infamy, none is more deserving than the Obama woman.

    Among the many Erebusic qualities that these godless women share in common, the most reprehensible is their undeniable hatred for other women. Here again, I place the Obama woman at the top of the broad and far-reaching list of lucifarian women.

    Not only are women like these mentioned – and specifically the Obama woman – guilty of hating women, they are guilty of the dehumanization of women and glorifying the evil perpetrators who feed on the dehumanizing and death of women for profit and terrorist ideologies.

    One method, of course, is they convince other women that paying someone to give them pills that cause their children to be burned alive in the womb or paying someone money to rip their children out of their wombs in pieces; or even more demonically grotesque, convincing women to carry their child full-term and then upon the child’s birth have it murdered and the body parts (including the child’s skin) sold on open markets is a form of women’s health.

    They applaud and encourage the whoredom of young girls, and especially young girls for pedophiles to molest and abuse. Bill Clinton, Hunter Biden and father, and the late Jeffery Epstein fall into the group justifiably accused as having an insatiable appetite for young girls.

    What makes the Obama woman so deplorable is that she uses the lie of crayon-color skin for extortion and to foment division and immiseration. But, the worst is she uses it reduce the very people she claims to care about as disposable carcasses to sate the animalistic behavior of predators and killers.

    She supports the criminals, but condemns law enforcement and our system of law and justice. She deceives the gullible into believing such predators are being mistreated and unfairly prosecuted when they’re sentenced to prison.

    She and her predator husband support the man responsible for filling the prisons with the very young men they claim are being adversely prosecuted based upon the lie of skin color. It was Biden who led the legislation for the wholesale imprisonment of young men that he and Hillary called predators, animals and other coded names based upon the supposed color of their skin.

    The Obama woman advocates for the early release of criminals and cessation of the arresting of so-called “black” boys and men, who pose end-of-life threats to their communities. She lives in a $12- to perhaps $20-million mansion (adjusting for appreciation) surrounded by a phalanx of around-the-clock armed security. The criminals she condemns law enforcement for bringing to justice, do not return to her neighborhood; they return to the vulnerable neighborhoods of the inner cities. There, they return to the rape and murder of vulnerable women and young girls. They imprison vulnerable young girls and women in lives of prostitution and drug addiction.

    I could go on with more examples of just how the women I named in the opening paragraph – and especially the Obama woman – are responsible for harming and destroying women. But, the worse harm is their refusal to lift a hand to help the women who are most devastated by terrorists groups she and her so-called husband support.

    On Oct. 7, 2023, among the worst – if not the absolute most demonically evil men on earth – attacked Israel, and in the course of same they tortured, raped, beheaded and specifically targeted Israeli women for slaughter.

    They cut open and ripped children from pregnant women as they overran neighborhoods. They used knives to hack off the breasts of women while they were alive. They used their knives to cut women open from the vaginal area to their throats – again while they were alive. They chopped off the heads of children, and these are just some of the unimaginable horrific acts these devils perpetrated.

    Given the opportunity to condemn the actions of these Arab savages, the Obama woman refused. She sashays about in limousines and private jets pretending to champion women, but the reality is she’s chief among those responsible for the real horror by which many defenseless women are brutalized every day.

    And this person is the “thing” fools claim as a model of womanhood? The Obama woman is as much a monster as the Arab terrorists who slaughtered women and children in Israel, because she has the power to make a difference. Instead she is a gluttonous lush who reportedly finds guzzling top-shelf vodka, sleeping with secret-service men and advocating for those who mistreat and kill women more preferable.

    It only took him eight months to commit a heinous crime while here.

    He is alleged to have raped and murdered an 11-year old girl in Houston, TX.

    Her father found his daughter’s corpse in a black trash bag in a white hamper wrapped in another trash bag.

    Juan was living in the same apartment complex as the poor young girl who he raped and murdered.

    This is the result of Joe Biden’s open border policy. The people coming here are not vetted.

    We don’t know who they are.

    Sadly, this poor 11-year old girl found out EXACTLY who they are.

    She added in an update that a judge has ordered the FBI to “recommend a timeline for the disclosure of information” on Seth Rich’s computers — which are currently being held by the FBI. Of course, the FBI has been delaying the case for seven years. The AUSA assigned to this case, Andrea Parker, has now left the U.S. Attorney’s Office — and the case has been re-assigned to a new AUSA named James Gillingham.

    The FBI has run out of excuses, and credibility, in the last few years but since it’s actually the ruling power in America it’s unclear whether excuses, or credibility, are even necessary when it controls Congress through blackmail. If you doubt that conclusion, you probably don’t know that a sitting member of Congress just explained in an interview how his colleagues are blackmailed.

    Rep. Tim Burchett said recently: “This is how it works: You’re out of the country, out of town.. and some — whatever you’re into — comes up to you, they’re very attractive and laughing at your jokes. Next thing you know, you’re in the hotel room with them naked. You’re getting ready to make a key vote, and some well dressed person comes up and whispers in your ear, ‘Hey man, there’s tapes out on you, and […] you really ought not to be voting for this thing.’”

    “If it’s women, drugs, booze — it’ll find you in DC, and in most elected offices. And that’s what people of power and influence do…”

Villagran emphasized their commitment by stating, “We won’t stop — we’ll keep walking.”

    Growing Strain on the US Border Patrol: The increasing number of migrants approaching the US border poses a significant challenge to an already overburdened US Border Patrol. With as many as 10,000 migrants arrested each day at the southwest border in December, Customs and Border Patrol officials are grappling with the surge. The total number of migrant encounters in December has already surpassed 200,000, placing additional strain on the US immigration system.

    Efforts to Address the Situation: Last week, the US Customs and Border Patrol took measures to halt railway operations at international crossings into Texas, aiming to curb the massive migration into the country. EXCERPT: “When I first became aware that the Democratic National Committee prepared, signed and notarized two slightly different Certification of Nomination documents for the Obama-Biden ticket in the 2008 election, I was shocked and after verifying both documents as real, I wrote about it in The Theory is Now a Conspiracy and Facts Don’t Lie released on September 10, 2009.

      The question was obvious – Why TWO different DNC Obama certification documents, and why did one have proper certification of constitutional eligibility in it, while the other had that certification deleted?       This story caused a firestorm of interest, comment and speculation across the web, leading Bob Unruh at World Net Daily to ask, What does Pelosi know about Obama’s eligibility?     1. I’m waiting for that to happen on the acreage across the highway from my brother’s farm west of Norfolk. There are at least 2-3 acres of them but I’m not sure how far it goes.

    ENTIRE ARTICLE @ PostMillennial: “Police are investigating following a fatal crash Saturday that involved a stolen truck hauling a trailer with an excavator on it. Police were not allowed to pursue due to restrictions placed on police pursuits by Washington Democrats. On Saturday at 6:55 am, Kent police were dispatched to the area of 12000 SE 236th ST for reports of a driver fleeing from a truck and trailer in a ditch.

    According to police, while en route to that incident, an officer noticed a different truck pulling an excavator on a trailer on SE 234th driving erratically. The boom arm was fully extended, causing it to hit a stop sign. Due to restrictions placed on police pursuits by the Democratic-controlled legislature, the officer was unable to pursue but did observe that the truck was unable to maintain control of the swerving trailer.

    A short distance later the trailer and excavator rolled over and detached from the truck. The driver hopped out briefly, but then got back in the truck and fled and once again officers could not pursue. While examining the crash scene, officers found a 29-year-old male, who had been on the trailer or excavator during the rollover crash with massive head and chest injuries.

    Officers immediately provide CPR and other medical aid. Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority Fire Fighters and Medics responded and assumed lifesaving care but the man did not survive. Officers also found a stolen gun in his possession. Police located the abandoned truck used to flee from the officers near 116th AV and SE 208th St. and discovered that it had been stolen in Kent earlier this morning, in addition to the trailer and excavator. The suspect is described as 25-30 years old, 5’08” to 5’10”, about 170 pounds, last seen wearing a high visibility vest or jacket.

    Earlier this month, citizen action group Let’s Go Washington turned in over 400,000 signatures to the Washington Secretary of State’s office, hoping to put Initiative 2113 on the ballot to restore the ability for police to pursue suspects. The initiative would restore state policy regarding a police officer’s ability to pursue criminal suspects based on a “reasonable suspicion” which was removed by the Democratic-controlled Washington Legislature in response to the George Floyd riots which rocked the state in 2020.

    HH 1054 required “probable cause” making it so that unless police witnessed a crime, they could not pursue suspects and also prohibited most vehicular pursuits. Suspects have even called 911 to tell dispatchers to have the police back off because of the law while being pursued by the police.”
