Libra

Intelligent, kind, and always willing to put others before themselves, Libras value harmony in all forms. Ruled by Venus, the planet of beauty, Libra adores a life that looks good. As the master of compromise and diplomacy, Libra is adept at seeing all points of view, and excels at crafting compromises and effecting mediation between others. This sign has a rich inner life yet loves other people, and they’re always happiest with a large group of friends, family, and coworkers on whom they can count.

An air sign, Libra can often be “up in the clouds,” and while he or she is amazing at making big plans, follow through can be tricky. Working with detail-oriented signs, like Virgos or Capricorns, can help Libras actually manifest their dreams into reality, especially in the workspace. But don’t call out Librans for daydreaming—their imagination is one of their biggest assets, and they often put their imagination to work by finding careers in the arts or in literature.

Libras believe that they’re directing their own lives, and they take a big-picture approach in making that life look and feel the best it can be. They spend a lot of time figuring out what’s missing from that big picture, and they may feel unhappy if they become too focused on one thing, whether it’s work, a partner, or a family member. Librans are at their best when they balance their schedule to include plenty of time for self-care rituals and personal pursuits, and when they give themselves enough flexibility to change focus.

When Libra falls in love, he or she falls hard, but this sign also recognizes that there’s room for more than one grand love in his or her life. The Scales are pragmatic about love, realizing that different relationships often have different seasons. Librans can sometimes be accused of being too pragmatic, and they’ve been known to call off a relationship pre-emptively if they feel it may not work due to distance, age difference, or another external conflict.

Although Libra appears self-confident to outsiders, he or she might struggle with insecurity, especially as it relates to personal identity, which sometimes feels mutable. This sign’s lifelong question is: “Who am I?” They may find their identity shifting based on where they are in their lives and who they’re spending time with. In order to feel more confident in their identity, social Libras need to get comfortable spending time with themselves and getting to know their gut and their internal voice.

Libra’s Love Style

Libra adores flirting, loves the drama and pageantry of romance, and is one of the few signs of the Zodiac that actually enjoys first dates. While Libras excel at charming potential partners, they have difficulty figuring out what they want, and all too often can get lost in the twists and turns of a relationship.

Libra Friendship Style

Thanks to this sign’s quick smile, sharp wit, and ability to make anyone feel like the most important person in the room, people are often surprised to find that the Libra they consider a “best friend” has about ten “best friends” just like them. Libras are adept at connecting to others quickly and love getting to know people.

Libra Career, Money & Success Traits

Libra’s greatest career strength: Imagination. For a Libra, work can be a playground. If this sign works with a great team and on projects they believe in, their job is fun. Librans love dreaming up new projects to accomplish and challenges to meet.

Libra’s Greatest Gifts

Libra’s everyday vibe is this gentle reminder: “Let’s just all get along.” For this sign, compromise is key. Librans don’t do well when anyone in their orbit isn’t happy, and they’re especially adept at inviting other signs to see things from a different perspective. A Libra doesn’t strong arm or use coercion, but rather relies on his or her communication prowess to help everyone see another side to a story.

Libra’s Greatest Challenges

Libra is great at making everyone happy—but what good is that if Libras themselves don’t feel fulfilled? While the Scales have a fine-tuned internal compass, they sometimes ignore what they want in favor of what makes everyone else happy—and this habit ends up backfiring in the long run.

Libra’s Secret Weapon

This sign has weaponized their imagination in the service of good. Librans’ imagination is unmatched, and they can always come up with a new way of looking at an issue. Libra is also blessed with boundless creativity. Even if they’re working in a data-dominated field, their creativity shows them novel ways to see things.

    1. Morning, Pat! GT was waiting when I opened the door and walked right up to me but shied when I reached out and that movement triggered the spot light – works but I need to move it lower, I think. Followed me onto the patio – I had shut Jake in the bedroom and left the interior door open. She looked quite a few times, craning her neck, but didn’t make any move to come closer. Gonna be another hot day – Michael should be here some time this morning for the lopes and bringing me the watermelon. Already 71 and humid, may hit 90 w/in the next few days….by next Saturday, they are calling for highs in the 50’s w/one night possibly in the high 30’s!!! My grandma and Mom used to make deep-dish apple pie with crumbles on the top. Always eaten with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream. Yummy!

          1. Tell him to dial it down to where it is a sharp stream, not spray – so it will sting a bit. I’ve never caught Jake on the counters, altho I’m sure he snuck up there a time or two. But that has never been an issue with him altho I’ve hit him with it a time or two when he jumped up and put his front paws up as if to jump to the counter. Now, all I have to do is pick up the spray bottle and he’s gone!

UPDATE: Democrat Squad Member Jamaal Bowman Hurled Emergency Exit Signs on Floor Before Pulling Nearby Fire Alarm – a Dangerous Criminal Act – WHERE IS THE DOJ?

According to an exclusive report by Breitbart News, Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) allegedly tore down two signs warning that a door on the second floor of the Cannon House Office Building was for emergency use only. He then proceeded to pull the fire alarm, leading to a full-scale law enforcement and emergency services response, which resulted in the evacuation of the building…

According to a source familiar with the matter, Bowman casually approached the door earlier in the day, ripped off the emergency signs, and threw them on the floor.

He then attempted to open the door and pulled the fire alarm. After the alarm was triggered, Bowman left the building through a different door on the first floor and made his way across the street to cast votes. At no point did he apologize or indicate that pulling the fire alarm was a mistake.

In response to Bowman pulling the alarm, his digital director, Emma Simon, offered a lame excuse, stating, “Congressman Bowman did not realize he would trigger a building alarm as he was rushing to make an urgent vote. The Congressman regrets any confusion.”

It was later reported Bowman told reporters, “I was just trying to get to my vote the door that’s usually open wasn’t open..I didn’t mean to cause confusion. I didn’t know it was going to trip the whole building. I thought it would help me open the door.”

This is a false statement as Rep. George Santos later proved in a video he released after the dangerous incident…

Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) released a resolution to expel Bowman.

Malliotakis posted, “This is the United States Congress, not a New York City high school. This action warrants expulsion & I’m introducing a resolution to do just that.”

So, there’s a clear picture of Jamaal Bowman pulling the fire alarm – but they can’t figure out who left the cocaine in the White House?

    Work permits……🙄

    How it works….

    Illegals owe cartel money
    for getting them across border.

    Illegals work and send money
to Cartel to pay the debt.

    Cartel pays the US politicians
who keep the illegals coming in

    So….the money illegals earn
is just more money for cartels
    and corrupt US politicians.

    Even El Chapo bragged about

🔥🔥🔥Breaking huge DOJ FOIA discovery! I never saw this, did you?

Although the DOJ claimed there was zero election fraud, what do we have here for Pennsylvania? These are DOJ files!

    A person responsible for
the warehouse where the voting machines are stored when not in use came into the vote tally location the Wed after election day in the morning with between 12-24 additional USB sticks from voting machines that had purportedly been left in the machines overnight after being returned to the warehous per “redacted” brought these USB sticks directly to the vote tallying machines and immediately started to add the “new” votes to the totals despite the objections of observers of both Republican and Democrat judges alike.

When the officials at the vote counting location finally updated the vote totals, the swing for Biden was substantial, a 30K vote increase for Biden.

Therefore, these USB sticks containing votes purportedly left in the voting machines overnight should be considered suspect, and possibly fraudulent in nature, due to the violation of integrity procedures and the irregularities that resulted from processing the votes.”

Thanks for reminding me! I reported extensively on the missing USB sticks and laptops in Philly. And stolen BEFORE the election.

What would be the use to steal these if fraud wasn’t being planned?

You know folks, after all that time not being allowed to mention election fraud, this feels very weird. 😹

If they are gonna charge folks for false RICO, let’s show them what RICO is really about.

    1. Malone: “I spent the last week in trendy, downtown Tampa Bay. The neighborhood was full of young people, with a gym, gigantic pilates studio, trendy restaurants and lots of Uber drivers.

However, there wasn’t a yellow/blue flag anywhere. A lot of the guys seemed pretty focused on hanging in sports bars. But politics and news stations -well, there didn’t seem to be much of that anywhere. Lots of dog walking, and quite a few baby strollers.

It all seems so very … healthy and normal. Which of course is a good thing. As Jill and I watched people buzz by, it was pretty easy to figure out that down in that part of Florida – the Millenials, Gen X and Zers aren’t taking to the state sponsored narratives. Sure, there were plenty of tattoos on the kids, but there wasn’t much in the way of cross dressing, budding breasts on young men, blue hair, masks, nose rings or any signs of Trump derangement syndrome. They all seemed pretty darn normal.

When we were in Phoenix last week, we noticed the same trends there. It seemed to be a little pocket of normalcy. The fact that Charlie Kirk came out of that area in Arizona makes complete sense. The airport was full of young men in normal clothes, no baggy pants or weird hair styles and young women without blue hair, nose rings and/or masks (nose rings and masks – that is a gross combination – shudder).

So my point is – and there is a point….They may be shoving the climate change, non-binary genders, Ukraine war-dances down their throats, but these younger adults in red pockets throughout the USA are quietly, without much noise, kindly shoving that stuff right back up the dark sides of the powers that be. They aren’t drinking that kool-aid.”

But he can’t find the fucking time to help me with my mailbox!

I doubt Kim will even read my e-mail – phone was never answered, no VM – but I finally let it out and blasted them for being so uncaring as to not even check and see if he was given this poison. I also asked if it was going to take losing her first grandchild because of all the poisons they are already pumping into her with the jabs. You have to wonder, really – will that do it???? “Class-Action Lawsuit Filed Against Remdesivir Manufacturer Over Alleged Deceptive Practices; Gilead is accused of ‘downplaying or omitting altogether the clinical dangers experienced by patients from remdesivir use.’”
2ND SMARTEST GUY IN THE WORLD
    OCT 1, 2023
    by Zachary Stieber

EXCERPT: “The company that manufactures remdesivir, used across the United States to treat COVID-19, has been hit with a class-action lawsuit over allegations it deceptively promoted the drug without disclosing possible side effects. Two California residents, one of whom is a relative of a person who died after receiving remdesivir, lodged the suit against Gilead Sciences in Shasta County on Sept. 26.

Deborah Fust, the surviving spouse of Michael Fust, and Edward Pimentel, who says he was injured after receiving remdesivir, are accusing California-based Gilead of failing to mention documented side effects in its promotion of remdesivir. “It’s a terrible drug. The nonprofit has thousands of members who have the hospital records, and you can see there’s a big difference in the creatinine levels and the blood levels, kidney readings after they get the remdesivir,” Bradford Geyer, an attorney with Former Feds Group who is representing the plaintiffs, told The Epoch Times. The FormerFedsGroup Freedom Foundation, a nonprofit, has compiled some of the cases on its website.

The suit says that Gilead’s press releases and statements to consumers and investigators from Gilead show “a pattern of downplaying or omitting altogether the clinical dangers experienced by patients from remdesivir use, instead emphasizing its supposed benefits, safety, and efficacy.”

For example, a website for the drug, also known as veklury, makes no mention of kidney problems. A handout (pdf) given to patients also does not mention the issues. “Defendant’s advertising that remdesivir is a safe and effective treatment for COVID-19 is false and misleading to a reasonable consumer, including plaintiffs, because defendant in fact knew or should have known, based upon prior studies and data on remdesivir, that it was unsafe and posed a high risk of severe adverse effects and death to plaintiffs and the class,” the suit states. The advertising “misrepresented and/or omitted the true content and nature of the drug,” it also says.

Gilead did not respond to a request for comment. Plaintiffs are seeking class status, which would enable two groups of people to join the suit. They are people who received remdesivir while hospitalized with COVID-19 and suffered serious injuries as a result, and people whose loved ones died after receiving remdesivir after being hospitalized with COVID-19.

Early FDA Authorization — The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted emergency authorization to Gilead for remdesivir in May 2020, primarily based on results from a government-sponsored trial in which researchers changed the endpoint midway. Critics said the change was done in order to garner positive results. The trial found remdesivir quickened recovery time from COVID-19….”

  15. “Buffalo Guy Kicking Himself For Not Just Pulling Fire Alarm To Evacuate Congress”
    POLITICS · Oct 1, 2023 · BabylonBee.com

PHOENIX, AZ — After years of being jailed with violent criminals, Buffalo Guy was kicking himself today for not simply pulling a fire alarm on January 6th to force Congress to evacuate.

“Seriously? I could have just pulled the fire alarm instead of going to all the trouble to dress like a buffalo and charge into the Capitol?” said an aghast Buffalo Guy. “Gosh, do I feel silly.”

Buffalo Guy, known in some circles as Jacob Chansley, watched yesterday as Representative Jamaal Bowman demonstrated how to properly and legally commit a crime to delay Congressional proceedings. “So you pull the fire alarm, and then come up with some ridiculous excuse, like you thought the fire alarm was a doorknob,” explained Mr. Bowman. “You could even say that you have lived your whole life under the impression that pulling a fire alarm is how you select Nacho Cheese Doritos out of the vending machine. It doesn’t matter. They can have you on video committing the crime, and as long as you explain you’re too dumb to understand what a fire alarm is, you’re good to go! Have at it destroying Congress!”

At publishing time, millions of Americans had headed for D.C. to help continuously pull the Capitol fire alarm in hopes of stopping Congress from ever doing anything ever.”

  16. “Congress Passes Trillion Dollar Stopgap Bill That Will Fund Government Until About 2 PM Tomorrow”
    POLITICS · Sep 30, 2023 · BabylonBee.com

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The United States Congress has passed a trillion-dollar stopgap bill that will allow the federal government to continue functioning until about 2 p.m. tomorrow.

“That trillion dollars will buy us about eighteen hours to continue negotiating,” said House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. “It’s not much, but it’s something.”

The bill will reportedly allocate five hundred billion dollars to plant some trees, and four hundred billion dollars to study the effect of planting trees. One billion dollars will be used to pay for the Constitutionally legitimate functions of the government. The remaining roughly hundred billion dollars will be divided between slush funds and a giant pile for politicians to light on fire for funsies.

Having failed to get Republicans to agree on a long-term budget package, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy approached Democrats with the stopgap bill. “So I know you Democrats aren’t huge fans of mine, but allow me to make my case to you in just one word: money,” said Mr. McCarthy. “Guys, we won’t get paid! Do you have enough cash for tonight’s secret coke meeting? I know I don’t. Sure, we have our differences, but let us lay all that aside for just one moment and remember what all of this is about. Money, money, money.”

Democrats immediately broke out into cheers, followed McCarthy into the House chamber and passed the stopgap bill by an overwhelming margin, to the real shock of professional political pundits.”

The House Republican members will seek to expel Gaetz if the ethics committee report comes back with findings of guilt, Fox News has learned. One member told Fox News the report is mostly written but does not know what it contains. Yet following threats to vacate McCarthy, the member said of Gaetz, “No one can stand him at this point. 18. “House Republicans Are Moving to Expel Matt Gaetz to Defend the UniParty Swamp at All Costs. It sounds like someone is over the target.”
    JD RUCKER
    OCT 1, 2023

ENTIRE ARTICLE: “In case you still think the Republican wing of the UniParty Swamp is better than the Democrat wing, think again. They are just as evil, though they attack the nation from slightly different angles. They’re the guard dogs to run cover for the Swamp so no uncompromised Republicans on Capitol Hill can go after them.

Today, their target is Congressman Matt Gaetz. The Swamp member they’re protecting is Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy. And they’re willing to use the Congressional equivalent of the death penalty to retain power.

Gaetz has declared he’s going to move to oust McCarthy. While most in the GOP caucus support their RINO leader, there may not be enough to keep McCarthy in power without help from Democrats. According to an article generated from corporate media sources by Discern Reporter:

‘House Republicans are currently working on a motion to expel Representative Matt Gaetz, a Republican from Florida, due to his renewed threat to pursue a motion to remove House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Fox News has learned that GOP members will seek to expel Gaetz if the ethics committee report finds him guilty. Although one member stated that the report is mostly written, it’s uncertain what it contains. This member also mentioned that Gaetz is increasingly disliked and described him as a “smart guy without morals.”

Expelling Gaetz requires a two-thirds vote, and Republicans currently hold a slim majority. With the House down to 433 members, the status of federally indicted Representative George Santos, a Republican from New York, remains unclear. The GOP majority could become even more precarious if members are expelled, retire, or pass away.

During an interview on CNN, Gaetz announced his intention to file a motion to remove Speaker McCarthy, stating that new leadership is needed due to a lack of trust. Gaetz accused McCarthy of lying to both President Biden and House conservatives, breaking promises, and disregarding spending limits. McCarthy brushed off the motion, saying, “I’ll survive.” He urged Gaetz and others to move on and focus on governing.

Gaetz argued that his efforts to remove McCarthy were not personal but motivated by disagreements over spending. He accused McCarthy of reneging on agreements related to spending and single-subject bills. The congressman rejected any suggestions of personal animosity and instead framed his actions as holding McCarthy accountable.

Gaetz has been under investigation by the House Ethics Committee since 2021, facing allegations of campaign finance violations, bribery, and drug use, which he vehemently denies. He also denies the allegations related to a Justice Department sex trafficking probe involving an underage girl.

Gaetz warned that if McCarthy remained as Speaker, he would essentially be serving at the pleasure of the Democrats. He believed that the only way McCarthy could stay in his position is if Democrats bailed him out, which he anticipated might happen.

Attempting to remove a speaker during a Congress is uncommon. The last time a speaker removal effort occurred was in 1910. However, former Representative Mark Meadows threatened to employ this tactic against Speaker John Boehner in 2015, leading to Boehner’s resignation.

With 433 members in the House, a successful candidate in a speaker’s race needs to secure at least 217 votes. It remains uncertain how many Republicans might vote against the motion to table or refer. McCarthy’s stance on government funding has angered many on the hard right, and there is uncertainty about whether Democrats might support McCarthy or abstain from the vote. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries has emphasized that Republicans need to resolve their internal disputes on their own.

On CNN’s “State of the Union,” Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez expressed her intention to vote for McCarthy’s removal.’

This is what happens when a Republican lawmaker defies the UniParty Swamp. They will go after him through any means necessary to retain power and silence anyone who fights on behalf of Americans and the Constitution.”
