    A: President Trump has total immunity from protection.

    B: Indictment makes free speech a crime.

    C: indictment makes protesting an election a crime.

    D: The RICO charges are completely absurd and duplicate the DC Case of Jack Smith.

    E: If successful the Georgia case will destroy the Federal System of Government.

    On Thursday, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis had multiple previous Facebook posts exposed by conservative commentator Benny Johnson leading to many pointing out that she too questioned the 2020 election. The newly discovered messages came just hours before leading Republican candidate and 45th President Donald Trump surrendered to authorities in Fulton County after Willis brought up charges against him relating to his actions following the 2020 election.

    “Fulton County DA Fani Willis regularly questioned election results & used her office to push unfounded election conspiracies,” Johnson wrote. “On the eve of Trump’s arrest in Georgia for “challenging” an election — a deep dive into the prosecutor’s history of doing the *same* thing:”

    “Georgia could determine who is our next president. A TEAM of lawyers needs to watch them count every single VOTE. They can start in Fulton where we are having water leaks,” Willis wrote on Nov. 4, 2020. “What ballots are they throwing out? Georgia lets give an honest accounting. No stunts!”

    “A dive into Fani Willis’ social media proves that she is a hardened, radical activist — not an unbiased ‘attorney,'” Johnson explained. “Fani’s pages are littered with BLM propaganda and deep partisan adherence to left-wing ideology. She openly worships Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.”

    “Fulton County DA Fani Willis has blatantly and quite illegally used her office for partisan political activity,” he continued. “Imagine thinking you’ll get “Justice” from a person with a “PROUD DEMOCRAT” mug displayed prominently in their public office. But it gets much, much worse…”

    “As a public official, Fani Willis regularly and consistently questioned Georgia’s election procedures and pushed unfounded election conspiracy theories on her public social media profile,” Johnson wrote. “Fani is indicting Trump for the *exact* same thing.”

    Johnson went on to document multiple instances in which Willis expressed concern over the running of Georgia elections. The first example took place during the 2018 midterms when Willis wrote, “all ballots in Fulton County be counted again to make sure all votes counted…You all better start paying attention to what is really going on…”

    Willis then posted about the power of the Georgia secretary of state’s ability to “control elections” after Stacey Abrams was defeated by Gov. Brian Kemp.

    Following the 2020 election, Willis took to Facebook to call the election a “mess” with Johnson writing, “Two days following the 2020 election she is now criminally indicting Trump for questioning, Fani Willis directly calls the election a ‘mess.’ This meme was posted on her Facebook— seemingly agreeing with Trump on the poor election procedures in 2020. Will she indict herself now?”

    “If trump can be prosecuted for this social media post— why not Fani?​​​​​​​” Johnson asked his followers.

    As President Trump heads to the Fulton County jail to surrender to authorities and be processed, Fani Willis’ past Facebook posts show that she, like many Americans, also was concerned about the procedures carried out for the 2020 election. President Trump did nothing wrong by questioning the 2020 presidential election and these posts show the clear hypocrisy present in the DA’s office.

    When arguing in federal court in HI in 2020, I had to get permission from the governor to enter his precious state to argue that his silly COVID lockdowns violated the Constitution. I lost. This same state, in real life, has shown how little respect for life its leaders really have.

    My perfectly healthy clients were not allowed to travel from one island to another to visit their own property. American citizens were turned away at the airport because they got the wrong COVID test on the mainland. The hotel gave me “parole” from the one way card key rule only to do my legal business and leave. I could not call an Uber or take a taxi at the airport. The National Guard met me at the gate to escort me to Hawaii COVID immigration to provide my information, which they verified with the hotel. I was to keep my phone on at all times so that they could track my location.

    This same police state didn’t turn the water on in Lahaina, didn’t have sirens, can’t begin to tell you how many children died from their incompetence. Or begin to explain it.

    Remember all this the next time you are asked to comply with farcical, unjust “laws” made by dictators. They are lying when their lips are moving about how much they care about you and your little life and your paper constitutional rights. Americans are beginning to realize how much we are on our own. Such a betrayal.

    The independent watchdog of the Department of Labor is investigating the agency’s role in a wave of child labor violations of migrants across the country.

    The department’s Office of Inspector General said in an Aug. 21 memo that it plans to audit the department’s “efforts to curtail child labor law violations, as well as the cause for rising child labor law violations.”

    It’s the latest development in a scandal involving the Labor Department, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the White House.

    The New York Times first broke the story in April, when it showed documents proving the administration was quickly releasing unaccompanied migrant children into the country by the thousands. Many of those children ended up working grueling jobs, often for long hours and in dangerous conditions where they worked with chemicals and industrial equipment.

    The probe comes amid rising cases of illegal child labor, Bloomberg reported:

    Agency officials said in July that over the past 10 months alone, the DOL’s wage division has concluded 765 cases involving 4,474 children employed in violation of federal child labor laws. Overall, the department reported that it’s seen a 69% increase child labor violations from 2018 and 2022.

    Sen. Josh Hawley (R., Mo.) slammed the Biden administration in June for its failure to address the widespread crisis.

    “This administration has let tens of thousands of children be sold into slavery,” Hawley said. “They are doing nothing about it.”

    Five former HHS employees said they were pushed out of the agency after they raised concerns about children’s safety.

    The Times report also implicated former domestic policy adviser Susan Rice. Rice and her team reportedly failed to act, even as administration staffers called for stricter vetting of the sponsors migrant children were placed with to prevent human trafficking. A week after the Times report, the White House announced that Rice would step down.

    Further reports found that children were sent to the homes of unscreened adults, some of whom could have been registered sex offenders or had a history of child neglect.

    The Times reported that though the two departments did flag the problem for the White House, the notices were not marked as urgent and did not properly explain the scope of the crisis.

    The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) V-safe website quietly stopped collecting adverse event reports with no reason or explanation. The V-safe website simply states: “Thank you for your participation. Data collection for COVID-19 vaccines concluded on June 30, 2023.” If you go there today, V-safe directs users to the FDA’s VAERS website for adverse event reporting, even though officials continually derided VAERS as “passive” and “unverified.”

      Donald Trump has reportedly sold his signature Mar-a-Lago luxury residence in Florida, according to a Zillow listing which said the resort was purchased on August 4—weeks before the former president voluntarily turned himself in at Fulton County jail in Georgia, where he was booked on 13 felony counts.But a later report by The Express mentions that the former president might have not really “sold” the property, but simply transferred its ownership to an organization owned by his son Donald Trump Jr.
      The listing, which is still available on Zillow’s website, shows that a 5,061-square-foot residence at 1100 S Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, Florida, was sold on Friday, August 4 for $422,000,000.
      While the home is not listed by Zillow as “Mar-a-Lago,” the address corresponds to that of Trump’s Palm Beach residence, and so does its size, roughly. The listing also mentioned that the last time that the property was sold was on April 6, 1995—the exact same date when the former president turned the residence, which he purchased in 1985 for $2 million, into The Mar-a-Lago Club. At the time, Zillow said the property was acquired for $12,000,000.

    1. I got back a bit ago and just now got settled at my pooter. Everything went well but I do wish I’d taken my camera. Had a nice spot of rain – it was mid-70’s and muggy but not too hot w/all the windows open a little. Saw a really strange cloud bank I wish I could have snapped. Now, it’s just hot, mostly cloudy and muggy at 82 w/no breeze. Early shopping at WM is delightful, except all the worker bees are busily filling pick-up orders with their carts -they tend to block the aisles. I also had to get my truck tags renewed, which was why I went early in the morning – that way, by the time I came back thru Pierce, it was after 9 and the CH was open. New plates entirely this year…where IS that socket driver???? Now to spend hours catching up….I put GT’s food out when I left – it was clear when I got back that he had eaten his breakfast.
