Secret Service to Brief Congressional Staff on Mystery of Cocaine in the Biden White House

The elites think we are all so stupid.

Secret Service members found cocaine in the Biden White House on 4th of July weekend. Someone was planning quite the par-tay!

And now over a week later the Secret Service and FBI are completely baffled on who could have put it there.

Hunter Biden was arrested on his first drug charge at 18. His drug use spanned several decades, up to at least2019 when he recorded his many trysts with cocaine, crack and hookers. Then he left his laptop off at a computer shop and forgot about it.

The Secret Service has no idea who brought the cocaine into the White House. Their story changes every two days.

Now the Secret service is going to brief congressional staffers on their ongoing investigation.

Fauci, Other NIH Officials May Not Have Been Legally Appointed to Their Offices, House GOP Says
    https://www.theepochtimes.com/fauci-other-nih-officials-may-not-have-been-legally-appointed-to-their-offices-house-gop-says_5384945.html?welcomeuser

Former National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Disease (NAIAD) Director Dr. Anthony Fauci and a dozen other directors of the National Institutes for Health (NIH) appear not to have been legally appointed to their offices, according to a year-long investigation by House Energy and Commerce Committee Republicans.

Mr. Fauci and the others were to serve five-year terms, beginning not later than Dec. 13, 2021, but repeated requests since March 2022 to Secretary of Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra by the committee for documents verifying the appointments were delayed or ignored, according to GOP committee aides speaking on background.

Because of the questions about their legal status, every decision made by the directors, including most critically, the winners of nearly $26 billion in research grants, could be subject to extended litigation or outright nullification.

“We are being cautious about the implications here because this is unprecedented,” one of the GOP aides told journalists. It is not clear, the aides said, if, for example, the entire award process would have to be repeated, a process that could cause chaos among researchers and additional costs to taxpayers.

Among the $26 billion in grants now in question is the latest to Eco-Health Alliance, the New York-based non-profit through which the NIH sent at least $1.7 million to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China…

In a July 7, 2023, letter to Mr. Becerra, Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-Wash.), the energy and commerce chairman, said his “failure to follow the law and ensure accountability of billions of dollars in taxpayer funding at [NIH] … could have grave implications for the validity of actions taken by 14 NIH Institute and Center (IC) Directors during their unlawful tenure, including former National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) Director Dr. Anthony Fauci.”

…The heart of the problem, according to the signers, is that Mr. Becerra failed to appoint the 14 to new five-year terms by Dec. 13, 2021, as required by the 21st Century Cures Act, which was approved by Congress and signed into law by former President Barack Obama. The Cures Act also requires the appointments to be made by the HHS chief, not the head of the NIH…

The House Republicans also accused HHS and NIH officials of spending “15 months obstructing the committee to cover up your failure only makes matters worse. HHS and the NIH should have known within days of receiving the committee’s March 14, 2022, letter that the reappointments as legally required had not occurred.”

If the signers are correct that all of the decisions made by the IC officials after Dec. 14, 2021, were illegal, the impact on the NIH will be all but incalculable because, in addition to putting nearly $26 billion in research grants in limbo for what could be years of costly litigation, contracts signed, personnel actions taken, including hiring and termination, and policy decisions will be thrown into turmoil.

“I would call it doctored video for sure,” said Gary McBride of M5 News. “It’s like a watermark effect they used. I know they edited the CCTV Video, which is illegal. The reason I know this is because the original video did NOT have the glitch when Ray Epps breached the fence, nor did it have a time and date stamp on it. Compare the videos yourself to verify. Somehow the version that appeared in court had a time stamp on it that DID NOT EXIST in any of the original CCTV footage, as well as some sort of suspicious watermark that is meant to look like a glitch in the video to CONVENIENTLY COVER UP THE BREACH BY RAY EPPS.”

WHY IS THE GOVERNMENT PROTECTING RAY EPPS AND PERSECUTING SO MANY OTHERS?!? And why can’t the attorneys say his name in the courtroom?!

BREAKING: New Evidence Reveals the Biden DOJ Edited Video Footage in Order to Convict Innocent Jan. 6 Trump Supporters and Oath Keepers – And Now They Got Caught

During the Oath Keeper trials (all three trials), the issue of guarding Capitol Police Office Harry Dunn was a critical point….

The Oath Keepers correctly testified that they encountered Harry Dunn who was stressing out because he was alone and considerably outnumbered as the protesters made their way through the Capitol… Having noticed Harry Dunn (who was armed with an AR-15) was alone and stressed, the Oath Keepers tried to calm him, and stated that they formed a semi-circle around him and faced away from him to prevent the crowd from encroaching on him. This was a truthful statement.

According to J6 defendant Kelly Meggs and other Oath Keepers, Officer Dunn’s testimony changed throughout the trial. His final testimony was that he felt threatened by the Oath Keepers… the antithesis of their recollection…

The video that was provided as trial evidence mysteriously stops with a freeze frame second before Horn approaches the Oath Keepers. The end result is that during the Oath Keeper trials, video footage that shows the Oath Keepers guarding Office Dunn, in a semi-circle facing away from Dunn, and speaking with protestors to diffuse anger or hostile actions toward Office Dunn, were never seen in court and could not substantiate their claim.

  11. dumb asses imo. a lawsuit was filed in PA by a small trucking company against the state for adopting stringent standards set in CALIFORNIA without voting or consulting with PA residents. The trucking company argues no ones in PA voted for this and the legislature cannot delegate their authority to another state.

    FTA
In Peters Brothers Inc, et al. v. Pennsylvania Dept of Environmental Protection, et al, filed last month in the Commonwealth Court, Harrisburg, the PLF argues that only the Pennsylvania General Assembly can make laws for the state: the legislature speaks for, and is accountable to, the people it represents. The lawsuit’s direct challenge is to 25 Pa. Code § 126.501, which incorporates in Pennsylvania standards set by bureaucrats in California.

But it digs deeper. The Pennsylvania Environmental Quality Board, which adopted regulations from California, claims it has rule-making authority under the Pennsylvania Air Pollution Control Act (PAPCA). The lawsuit asserts that this is invalid. It argues that if indeed the General Assembly, in framing PAPCA, gave the board, a state agency, the power to adopt California regulations, the Assembly has violated the non-delegation doctrine: a legislature cannot, after all, give away its law-making power.

Besides, PAPCA requires that the General Assembly consult with Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Transportation before instituting new regulations or changing existing ones. This procedure was not followed in adopting the California code. And California, in framing its code, or while changing it from time to time, quite obviously did not consult Pennsylvania’s Secretary of Transportation. California did not invite opinion from the people of Pennsylvania either, as it did from its own residents. The lawsuit argues that accountability to Pennsylvanians was thus summarily abdicated.

How did this come to pass? As a bellwether, California has set many national trends, especially with progressive ideas like laws on sexual harassment, paid family leave, and disability discrimination. Other states have followed suit. California, therefore, has disproportionate influence across the country on many matters. But when states, driven by political motives, impose regulations borrowed from California, the rights of their residents are compromised.

California’s emission standards are among the most stringent in the country. Besides D.C., the states that have adopted its standards are Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, and Washington.

It was in 2002 that the Pennsylvania Environment Quality Board adopted California’s emission standards for diesel-fueled trucks in perpetuity. Whatever changes California made, however increasingly severe, to suit an extreme environmentalist agenda, Pennsylvanians would have to obey without question. Indeed, many changes went unchallenged: limits were set on heavy-duty engines in 2005, and on idling in 2008.

  12. Morning, Pat! Heck of a storm last night – strongest wind I’ve seen in a long time. Brought in the feeders and battened down the hatches. A true downpour, with small hail towards the end. Thankfully, we didn’t get the golf-ball size hail they got to the NW of me in Creighton and nothing was damaged here. More possible later today so I’ll be making my trip to Norfolk early…but we still aren’t out of the severe drought zone. My neighbor’s flagpole finally came down this time – I hope they’ve picked up the flag…called for GT a couple of times, 20 minutes later, he arrived.

No limbs blocking my way – just road work, re-oiling and gravelling the highway, and I didn’t notice any substantial damage on my road (except for Oran’s flag pole – yes, they picked up the flag, thankfully, so I don’t have to do it!) but I’m on the very edge so I wouldn’t see it anyway. I did hear on the radio that the roof on our HS gym partially collapsed, and I got a text last night from the city not to drive on the roads because of downed power lines. We’ve got another round predicted for tonight – it’s clouded up now – but it’s 20 degrees cooler today so they shouldn’t be quite so fierce.

“Peru declares health emergency due to spike in Guillain-Barre syndrome cases”
    09-07- 2023 08:28 PM

ENTIRE ARTICLE: LIMA: The Peruvian government declared a 90-day national health emergency Saturday due to an “unusual increase” of cases of Guillain-Barre syndrome, which total 165 with four deaths, reported Xinhua.

The decree, published in the official gazette El Peruano, details an action plan which has been drawn up with a budget of 12.12 million soles (US$3.3 million) with an aim to improve patient care in health facilities, reinforce case control and prepare informative material for the population and health personnel.

Among the measures were the acquisition of intravenous immunoglobulin and human albumin, as well as specialised diagnosis of the biological agents associated with the syndrome and assisted air transport for patients in emergency or critical condition.

Guillain-Barre syndrome is a rare disorder where the body’s immune system attacks part of the peripheral nervous system. So far this year, at least 18 of the country’s 24 departments have reported at least one case of the syndrome. The unusual spike in cases of a rare disease in a short period of time “negatively affects the continuity of health services, as there are not enough strategic resources to respond to the volume and complexity of the cases in health facilities,“ warned the decree.

Health Minister Cesar Vasquez requested the emergency declaration on Wednesday before the Council of Ministers, noting that “if the number of cases increases, there could be a lack of immunoglobulin.” – Bernama

  15. WAY BACK IN THE 1970’S!!!! Holy shit!!!

CIA’s Secret Mosquito Experiments In India
    July 9, 2023

EXCERPT: “On July 17, 2020, Nandita Haksar, a prominent advocate for civil rights and a lawyer in the Supreme Court, raised an intriguing question in her article titled “Stranger than fiction: Did the CIA carry out clandestine mosquito experiments in 1970s India?” She pondered whether scientific collaboration becomes a battleground where profit-driven politics clash with politics serving the people’s interests. Being the daughter of the late P.N. Haksar, a respected bureaucrat, member of the Planning Commission, and Principal Secretary to Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, she possessed firsthand knowledge of the contentious closure of the Genetic Control of Mosquitoes Unit (GCMU) under the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).”
    ————-
The financing for the GCMU project solely relied on the PL 480 Funds, which were rupees deposited with the U.S. Embassy. This funding, entirely American, was managed by the WHO. However, the collaboration between the two parties was heavily one-sided. The WHO oversaw all aspects of the project through its representative, Dr. R. Pal, while the ICMR only covered the salaries of the recruited Indian staff. There existed an agreement between the WHO and the ICMR, as well as a separate agreement between the WHO and the United States Public Health Service (USPHS). Surprisingly, the ICMR was unaware of the latter agreement, as was the Health Ministry of India. The USPHS made all the policy decisions, with a representative from Fort Detrick, the U.S. biological warfare division’s headquarters, attending the scientific and technical meetings.”

  16. EXCERPT: “How far will Hollywood “progressives” go to advance their agenda of celebrating all things LGBT? Evidently, as far as taking a real historical figure and making him homosexual – with zero evidence – as a tool to inject “queer” history into the storyline.

Tony Phelan and Joan Rater are the husband-and-wife creators of the popular historical mini-series “A Small Light,” about Miep Gies, a Dutch woman who famously helped hide Anne Frank’s family and other Jews from Nazi occupiers carrying out Hitler’s “Final Solution” in World War 2-era Amsterdam.

The Hollywood couple takes “artistic license” to a whole new dimension by turning Gies’ adoptive older brother, identified as Casmir (“Cas”) Nieuwenburg, into a homosexual so they could highlight a Dutch gay man’s role in the country’s anti-Hitler resistance. Phelan then expanded on the deception in an interview by rationalizing that since Miep Gies had five adoptive siblings, “statistically, one of them had to be gay” – an assertion that is both historically and statistically reckless.”

Wisconsin governor faces possible lawsuit for using veto to fund public schools for 400 years

    Excerpt:

On a bill dealing with funding for the 2024-25 school years, Evers used his partial veto power Wednesday to cross out the “20” and the hyphen. The new law allows K-12 public schools in Wisconsin to increase their revenue by $325 per student every year until 2425.

The Republican-controlled state legislature passed the initial bill.

  23. “French-Algerian man says ‘we’re going to colonize’ the French ‘until death, until the end of time’ in viral video — Algerian man living in France says his people are there to colonize France”
    July 11, 2023
editor: REMIX NEWS author: JOHN CODY

“In an interview that has gone viral, one French-Algerian man says that he lives in France even though he claims it is racist, explaining that he is there to colonize the country and warning that he and his people will colonize France “until death, until the end of time.” “Racists, they colonized us for 132 years. And now it’s our turn to come here. How can I explain it to you? I can’t find the words. They’ve colonized us for 132 years and now we’re going to colonize them for life until we die. Until the end of time.

The video has been seen nearly 4.5 million times. Many social media users see it as evidence of the underlying ideology of many newcomers to Europe and North America, with a significant number holding hostile views toward the countries they enter.

BREAKING: Select Subcommittee on the COVID Pandemic Releases Explosive Report on COVID-19 Lab Leak Hypothesis – Reveals Coordinated Effort, Led by Dr. Fauci, to Suppress COVID-19 Lab-Leak Theory
The article has lots of screenshots of communications about how damaging it would be to scientific research and to CHYNA if people thought it was a lab leak (so they were protecting China). It seems significant that none of the people communicating with each other seem to know the actual origin of COVID-19.

    In summary…

“’Proximal Origin’ co-authors — aided by Drs. Fauci & Collins — successfully vilified the lab-leak theory during the height of the pandemic.

“Americans deserve to know why this happened & who was involved so we can prevent future suppression of scientific discourse.

“SHOCKER. Transgender Military Members Are Exempt From Fitness and Weight Standards”
    By streiff | 6:30 PM on July 06, 2023

ENTIRE ARTICLE: SHOCKER. Transgender Military Members Are Exempt From Fitness and Weight Standards — The observance of Pride Month, celebrated every June, was first recognized by the Department of Defense in June 2012. It is a time when the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer community come together to celebrate love and authenticity. Maj. Rachel Jones is an example of this, serving openly as a transgender female Soldier. Jones is the U.S. Army Sustainment Command’s Cyber Division chief, G6 (Information Management). (Sarah Patterson)

Last week, I posted on a hagiographic press release sent out by the US Army Sustainment Command on Major Rachel Jones. Jones, who, according to the Army, is living life “authentically,” is a man masquerading as a woman who spent well over a decade in open violation of Army regulations about transgenderism; see Our ‘Not a Woke Army’ Lauds Transgender Officer Who Broke Regulations for a Decade for ‘Living Authentically.’ At a minimum, “authentic” has now become a meaningless word.

Above and beyond the corruptness that allowed this to happen, many noted that Jones could not possibly pass the height-weight standard.

As it turns out, Major Jones may very well be exempt from all physical fitness and height-weight standards.

Here is where we get to the caveats. I can’t find the original document for the quote. I have no reason to believe it does not exist as it comports with DoD transgender guidance. DoD TG Handbook 9-4-20 by streiff at redstate on Scribd: https://www.scribd.com/document/657569612/DoD-TG-Handbook-9-4-20#
That manual says: ‘Physical Fitness Testing–Physical fitness is a fundamental requirement of your service. You are required to meet the physical fitness testing standards based upon your gender marker in your Service’s personnel data system and in accordance with Service regulations. If temporarily unable to meet the standards, it may be necessary to request an ETP or medical waiver.’

While the 6-month exemption from physical fitness standards is not unusual for servicemembers undergoing rehab after an injury, applying it to someone for failing to make height-weight standards is bizarre. Further, awarding that rehab period for what is essentially a self-inflicted wound is, in my view, an offense against good order and discipline.

Given what I’ve seen of the command climate in the military today, I really have to question whether any commander wishing to stay in command or get promoted again would really feel they have the authority to process a transgender person for discharge for failure to meet height-weight or physical fitness standards no matter how many six-month exemptions they had to grant. I would be willing to bet that for most units containing transgender personnel, the exemptions are of indefinite length unless they wish to conform to standards.

More than the exemption from the height-weight standard, the standard for deploy-ability makes the system manifestly unfair. A transgender can’t be assigned anywhere that doesn’t provide the level of medical/psychiatric care they are receiving. If a transgender undergoes surgical mutilation, the chances of them ever being deployed to an austere environment or remote locations is probably zero. So while healthy men and women have their lives interrupted by serving in unpleasant places, the Full Monty transgender doesn’t have that problem.

The bottom line, if I can say that in a post of transgenders, is that there is no reason for the military to accommodate transgenders. Any contribution they make is more than offset by their drag on unit efficiency and esprit. President Trump was right when he pulled the plug on this nonsense, and we need to go back to that standard when we get a sane president.”
