What Every State is BEST At: Part 1

This article is from the Reader’s Digest. I’ve turned it into a four-part open listing what they consider what each state is best at, and worst at.

Alabama

Best: College football — “Roll Tide!” That’s what you’ll hear all across the state as they cheer on the University of Alabama’s football team, which has won the most national football championships of any college team since 1936.

Alaska

Best: The great outdoors Hiking, biking, canoeing… oh my! Between the breathtaking views of Denali National Park and the icy caps of Glacier Bay, Alaska is the state with the highest percentage of land set aside as national parks (it’s tied with Arizona).

Arizona

Best: Sunshine — Florida may be the official Sunshine State, but Arizona is the sunniest state. In fact, Yuma, located in the southwest corner of Arizona, is the sunniest place in the whole world, with a 90 percent chance of sun every day.

Arkansas

Best: Duck hunting — Arkansas is the real-life Duck Dynasty. Hunters come from all over the country to the state where the most ducks are harvested each season and where the World Championship Duck Calling Contest is held in Stuttgart.

California

Best: Diversity — Considered a “minority majority” state (meaning there is no single ethnic group or race that makes up the majority of the population), California has earned the title of the most diverse state in the United States.

Colorado

Best: Being active — Year after year, Colorado tops the list of the most physically active states with low obesity rates and some of the fittest residents.

Connecticut

Best: Making money — Hey, must be the money… that’s giving Connecticut such a good reputation. Because it’s not the roads, that’s for sure. Connecticut has the highest per-person average income of $50,392.

Delaware

Best: Small-town atmosphere — But what it lacks in trendy nightclubs, it makes up for in that “everybody knows everybody” vibe you can only get in the state with the least number of counties (only 3!) and no cities with more than 100,000 people.

Florida

Best: Vacationing — It should come as no surprise to anyone that the Sunshine State was voted the country’s top vacation destination. After all, it’s home to Disney World, beautiful beaches, the Everglades, and more.

Georgia

Best: Growing onions — Georgia may be nicknamed the Peach State, but its real claim to food fame is its Vidalia onions, which are some of the world’s sweetest onions—and they’re only grown in 20 counties in the Southern state.

Hawaii

Best: Beaches — Among the 33 miles of swimming beaches surrounding the islands of Hawaii, you’ll find Maui’s Kapalua Bay Beach, voted the best beach in America (with Hapuna Beach making it into the top ten, as well!).

Idaho

Best: Home ownership — Home is where the heart is. And your heart will definitely want to be in Idaho when you realize it was recently ranked the number one state for home ownership thanks to its affordability and low foreclosure rates.

Illinois

Best: Pumpkins — All those pumpkin-flavored treats you love in the fall wouldn’t be possible if it weren’t for Illinois, where 95 percent of everyone favorite gourds in the United States are grown.

Indiana

Best: Renting — Why buy when you can rent? In Indianapolis, that question makes perfect sense. The city was deemed the best for renters last year, with high affordability and one of the lowest average monthly rents of just $806.

Iowa

Best: Buying a house —Home buyers may want to add Iowa to their list of possible locations—the state offers the most affordable housing in the country, with a median home price of $181,900.

Kansas

Best: Roads — Drivers, this state is for you. Kansas has the least amount of poor roadways in the nation. According to USA TODAY, less than 1 percent of roads in the Sunflower State are considered unserviceable.

Kentucky

Best: Fried chicken — It’s called Kentucky Fried Chicken for a reason. Ever since Colonel Sanders (yes, he was a real person) started selling his fried chicken at a roadside restaurant more than 75 years ago, Kentucky has been the go-to spot for crispy golden chicken.

Louisiana

Best: Dating — The people of Louisiana are (mostly) single and ready to mingle—the state has the highest number of unmarried adults.

Maine

Best: Owning dogs —Fido will feel right at home in Maine, whether he’s an energetic pit bull or a lovable golden retriever. That’s because Maine welcomes all dog breeds (there are no restrictions) and has 76 dog-friendly beaches, making it the best place for pups in the United States.

Maryland

Best: Making millionaires — Want to be a millionaire? Your best chance at making that happen might be in Maryland, the state with the highest rate of seven-figure salaries. One study found that as many as 1 in 12 households have $1 million.

Massachusetts

Best: Being healthy — For the first time in five years, Hawaii was not the country’s healthiest state—it was replaced by Massachusetts. The state not only has a low obesity rate but it also the most mental health providers per population, according to the United Health Foundation’s annual ranking.

Michigan

Best: Golfing — Head to Michigan to play a few rounds, where they have the most golf courses and country clubs per capita.

Minnesota

Best: Credit scores — In St. Paul, the average credit score is 709 out of 850, making Minnesota the state with the highest overall credit scores.

Mississippi

Best: Cheap living — Perhaps for all the wrong reasons (one of the worst school systems and a failing economy, to name a few), Mississippi is the cheapest state to live in. In fact, after taxes and living expenses, residents of the Magnolia State keep 49 percent of their income.

Missouri

Best: Giving to charity — When it comes to giving back, Missouri is topping the charts, with St. Louis consistently ranking among the most charitable cities in the United States.

Tomorrow, the rest of the list.

    1. Morning, Pat! It is a clear, sunny day here but COLD!!! It was 51 when I got up, only 71 inside, w/a predicted high only in the 70’s for a couple of days, and no 90’s on the horizon until next week. I actually considered turning the heat back on but decided to go with sweats and slipper socks instead. GT was waiting for his breakfast, of course. I can see some small changes in his behavior – he won’t come closer than about 4′ but this time, when he got up and came around me to get to the “food station,” he was stretching and yawning, which indicates a certain comfort level. It’s the first time he’s done that. Altho I can’t hear any noise, he is also mewing slightly, as if he is whispering to me but hasn’t quite found the courage to actually meow out loud. I’m getting the feeling someone has chased him away at some point, probably more than once, and scared him.

      Oh, and Alabama Sucks!

Does anybody really believe that the COCAINE found in the West Wing of the White House, very close to the Oval Office, is for the use of anyone other than Hunter & Joe Biden. But watch, the Fake News Media will soon start saying that the amount found was “very small,” & it wasn’t really COCAINE, but rather common ground up Aspirin, & the story will vanish. Has Deranged Jack Smith, the crazy, Trump hating Special Prosecutor, been seen in the area of the COCAINE? He looks like a crackhead to me!

  2. no one seemed to question or explain HOW a 17 year old ECONOMIC MIGRANT (aka illegal) was driving (albeit illegally since he’s not old enough in France to drive) a MERCEDES BENZ SPORTS CAR in the first place. if he can freaking afford that, he’s not a poor migrant is he?

US State Department Funded NGOs Responsible for French Race Riots –

The claimed catalyst for this European episode of American style anti-white racial chaos was the death of a 17-year-old Maghrebi criminal named Nahel Merzouk, who was shot by the police after attempting to escape in his car during an arrest. Despite not being legally old enough to operate an automobile, Merzouk was driving around in a Mercedes Benz sports car and was shot attempting to get away as officers struggled to arrest him.

Under a 2017 law, French police are instructed to shoot reckless drivers that seek to escape arrest, but the white police officer in question, Floriant M., is nevertheless facing manslaughter charges in order to placate the mob, business elites and professional race activists.

If the situation is reminiscent of the 2020 race riots that gripped the United States following the death of George Floyd, that is not a coincidence.

French media initially sided with the police in this story. Their tune changed after a short out of context clip of the incident was pounced upon by local agents of Washington, US State Department trained Rokhaya Diallo, who have taken to friendly British and American media to flout France’s strict incitement laws and openly condone the criminal violence while defaming the white French without any counter-argument.

Those who live in Georgia need to recall Georgia State Reps. Kasey Carpenter (R), Dale Washburn (R), Bill Werkheiser (R), and Penny Houston (R) who are sponsoring HB 131 to open in-state college and university tuition rates to about 15,000 DACA illegal aliens. I’m posting this here only because everyone should know the dangers of EV’s that our government doesn’t feel the need to share. Two Newark NJ firefighters lost their lives last night, and this morning the media continues to report a falsehood. All the headlines read Cargo Ship fire when in fact this was an automobile transport with 5k vehicles onboard. What sounded like an artillery exchange began around 9:30pm. This is the second ship destroyed by a single Lithium Ion battery in as many years.

Just in case you didn’t see this earlier in regards to the Jack Smith investigation of Donald Trump and the January 6th events:

Smith, and any other prosecutor, has the problem of finding a statute under which Trump could be charged for attempting to execute legal theories offered by Mr. Eastman and others. The Electoral Count Act does not have a criminal element to it, replete with penalties for violations. Smith has to use Conspiracy and fraud/sedition type statutes to prosecute. Unfortunately, I have found conspiracy will be difficult to charge since everyone knew what the Trump team was doing, especially Norm Eisen. He published these two pieces, a PDF booklet and an article for Brookings Institute which shows everything was public information. The Brookings piece was published in December 2020. Looks like virtually nothing was secret.

    https://www.brookings.edu/articles/democracy-on-the-ballot-will-false-electors-be-investigated/

Two days before January 6th, Norm Eisen, and two others, published this PDF booklet to assure Biden supporters the Trump Plan, which they knew in some detail, could easily be stopped on January 6th:

    Click to access VPP-Guide-to-Counting-Electoral-Votes.pdf

Since the Brookings article described the Electors plan in some detail, and was published during the month of December, weeks before January 6th, Trump, et. al. had to know their plan was in open source material. A CONSPIRACY has to be secret. Once a plan is public knowledge, which the January 6th plan was, as evidenced above, the plan was not secret, and is therefore not a conspiracy. I don’t know what they can charge in this matter, but we’ll have to see.

    1. Nope, it doesn’t have to be secret! From Webster’s dictionary:

1 : the act of conspiring together: They were accused of conspiracy to commit murder.
2a: an agreement among conspirators: uncovered a conspiracy against the government
2b: a group of conspirators: a conspiracy made up of disgruntled aristocrats

This is a pre-print so not yet peer-reviewed.
    https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=4496137
I’m sure they will try to get this paper killed. It is amazing that The Lancet is a teller of truth in this case. The paper shows 74% of deaths post-vax could be attributed to the vaccine being a cause of death. The results are strongly consistent with the Schwab paper where 71% of the deaths appeared to be consistent with a vaccine death: ‘They basically were looking for the “cleanest” proof of death, but it’s likely that all 71% of the cases (25 out of 35) died from the vaccine, it’s just harder to “prove” that.’
    https://kirschsubstack.com/p/the-schwab-study-proves-the-covid
The question we all should be asking is why are we first hearing about this now? How could all of the CDC’s analyses show no relation to the vaccine? And why aren’t we allowed to see them?”

    1. there should be a threshold in immunity laws-like if it kills over 50% of those who took it!
–or situations that void immunity such as fraud!

      Liked by 1 person

      1. But is it fraud when the US government itself gives it that immunity via so-called “legal” measures, like the law passed by Congress? THIS is one of the reasons so very many people could GAS less about what the law has to say and rightfully so, when the entire system creating those “laws” is corrupt top-to-bottom!

        Liked by 1 person

        1. it’s fraud when its claims of safe an effective have been proven false especially given the death rates after vax. it’s one thing to grant immunity during a “real emergency” but to base those safe and effective claims on double blind studies that were never done–that seems like fraud to me. and the fact that they were suppressing studies that proved the opposite…

  7. “Government Tells Banks to Uphold Free Speech as Blacklisting Scandal Deepens”
BY WILL JONES 3 JULY 2023 1:00 PM

EXCERPT: “Banks are to be told by the Treasury that they must protect free speech amid an escalating scandal involving the blacklisting of customers who hold views that are deemed verboten among corporate elites. The Telegraph has the story. [payment required]

‘Jeremy Hunt, the Chancellor, is understood to be “deeply concerned” that overzealous lenders are closing down accounts because they disagree with customers’ opinions and has asked City minister Andrew Griffith to investigate the issue. Whitehall sources said that results of a consultation on the subject will be published within weeks, after it was launched earlier this year in the wake of PayPal blocking the accounts of free speech groups.

The controversy flared up again last week after the leading Brexiteer Nigel Farage revealed his account had been closed by his bank. A vicar was also dropped as a customer after criticising his lender’s stance on LBGTQ+.’
    ————-
    Toby told the Telegraph:

‘I’m pleased this issue is on Jeremy Hunt’s radar, but I hope the investigation won’t take too long. There is no doubt that thousands of people are being penalised by banks and payment services providers for exercising their right to lawful free speech.

Indeed, the Free Speech Union has been lobbying the Treasury to change the payment services regulations for the last nine months and submitted reams of evidence about the scale of the problem. Since then, it has only got worse. The Treasury urgently needs to change the regulations to prohibit this new and sinister form of cancel culture.’

we were prepacking the truck so we’ll have an easier morning tomorrow and hubby was taking a tarp along to cover anything coming back that we don’t want wet. we were refolding the one that had been in the garage for a while and there was a garter snake in it!!!!!!

hubby tried to pick it up (with a rag and gloved hands) and rush it out of the garage when i informed him it was still on the floor and coming towards me! (away from hubby) hubby ran back dropped the rag on it and stood in it for a few minutes thinking he killed it. he lifted the rag and the dang thing riggled. so he grabbed it and took it outside but standing on it again failed to kill it so i grabbed the shovel and said here…now is not the time to be nice.

couple of hard chops and the snake is dead…finally

“A sick patient, a caring doctor, and a box of donuts”
    — An excerpt from ‘The Adventures of the COVID Hunter’, by Dr. Joseph Varon
    FLCCC ALLIANCE
    JUL 6, 2023

“During the pandemic, we spent countless hours in the COVID-19 unit caring for dozens of patients at a time. Often, I would not eat for a whole day. Many of our patients were aware of how hard we were working, and in many instances, they would ask their family members to bring us food. At some point in time, we were overwhelmed by the number of families that would bring us a variety of foods. Most of them were not “healthy” but we did not care, as we were all starving.

One day, the spouse of one of the TV reporters that had come to the unit to understand how we worked sent us several boxes of donuts. You must know that I LOVE donuts and, unfortunately, I do not know how to eat only one. So, receiving several boxes of donuts really made my day. I was so happy about this occurrence that I kept telling my patients about it as I did my daily rounds.

I went to see a 42-year-old lady whom we had admitted with severe COVID-19 pneumonia that had required her to be placed on a machine that provides oxygen and pressure without the need to place a tube in the throat. Such a device, called BiPAP, allows the body to get oxygenation but must be kept attached to the face via a very specific mask. Our patient was compliant with the use of such a device, and she was allowed to remove the device a couple of times a day for short periods of time, so she could have some small meals with very strict nursing supervision.

This patient was progressing well, and I was quite optimistic she would do well. After I had examined her, I told her that she was doing well and that I expected she would be off the BiPAP device in the next 48 hours. I then proceeded to tell her how happy I was with my “donuts” that day. She immediately tried to tell me something, but because of the mask, I could not understand what she was saying. I offered her a piece of paper and a pen, so she could write what she was asking me.

I gave her the piece of paper and pen, expecting she would ask something about her condition, or the BiPAP. I was shocked when I saw her message: “I want a donut.” This lady was critically ill, and her only request for me was that she wanted a donut!

You must understand that most of my patients at the time had no taste, and many of them were not interested in food. For me to see that a patient was specifically asking for a donut was something quite unique. So I decided to get out of the unit, pick up a donut, and come right back to the patient. I then proceeded to remove the BiPAP device from the patient and place her on a high-flow nasal cannula, while observing her levels of oxygen and other vital signs. I sat with her and watched her eat the donut. I must say that I also brought a donut for myself, and we both enjoyed it very much.

The facial expression that my patient had when I brought her the donut made me extremely happy. This lady was quite ill, yet there was something that I could do in between this medical chaos to make her happy.

As the days went on, this lady was able to come off her BiPAP device, and slowly progressed to the point where she no longer required oxygen and was able to be sent home. I have been following her since that day in my outpatient clinic, and every time she comes to see me, she brings me a box of donuts.”

  11. EXCERPT: “The bribery stories (yes, plural) alone are exponentially bigger than Watergate or Trump’s harmless call with Volodymyr Zelensky. Beyond the bribery we have other massive crimes that should be coming to light, but instead we’re being fed story after story after story that are deemed by corporate media as more important than a demonstrably corrupt president. And when corporate media talks about things, most in conservative media pick up on it and “correct” them for not getting the stories right.

    Distract. Rinse. Repeat.

Whether it’s aliens or a fake Russian coup, the latest Deep-State-prompted mass shooting or some celebrities getting divorced, there will always be stories popping up one after another that keep us from talking about the things that really matter.

It wasn’t too long ago when cocaine in the White House would be truly newsworthy. Those were simpler times and the stakes were far lower than they are today. As much as I’d love the relief of living in that world again, I feel it’s a blessing to be living in these crazy times instead. We’re all here right now for a reason. Let’s not waste it by consuming the fodder.”

    Makes perfect sense to me….

They are finding the same kind of mail ballot request shenanigans in Georgia that we observed in the Florida 2022 primary.

People are requesting ballots to clearly undeliverable addresses and they are requesting mail in ballots in huge volumes at odd parts of the year.

In Florida’s case, 95% of the total number of mail in ballot requests for the 2022 General were made more than 90 days prior to the election.

It seems so unnatural that many of the mail ballots would be requested so far before the elections. Most people procrastinate and wait to the last minute.

You would think mail ballot requests would ramp up towards the election…not the opposite. They ramp down from a HUGE volume of mail in ballots being mailed out as soon as they are allowed to be legally mailed out in Florida.

  18. running for AG when she’s not licensed in that state to practice law?
    entire article
A Democratic lawmaker seeking to become Kentucky’s next attorney general does not have a license to practice law in the state.

Democratic state Rep. Pamela Stevenson is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and was first admitted in 1984 after graduating from Indiana University School of Law, according to the Washington Examiner. Her campaign has stated that she passed an ethics test to join the Kentucky Bar Association and will be admitted in August.

Candidates for attorney general must be at least 30 years old, have been a resident citizen of the state for at least 2 years before the election, and have been a practicing lawyer for at least eight years prior to that, the state Board of Elections states.

Those eight years practicing law do not appear to need to be in Kentucky, however. So, assuming Stevenson secures admission to the Kentucky Bar Association in time, she will presumably remain eligible to serve.

The revelation, however, will undoubtedly serve as campaign ammunition for her Republican opponent, Russell Coleman, the former U.S. attorney for the Western District of Kentucky.

Sean Southard, a spokesman for the state GOP, told the Examiner that Stevenson’s campaign is “deceiving voters and making a mockery of Kentucky’s legal system.”

“Pamela Stevenson is running around Kentucky saying she will be the ‘People’s Lawyer’,” he continued. “She left out the ‘people’ she’s talking about will have to live in Indiana. One of two things must be true: Either she cannot practice law in Kentucky or she is a criminal who is practicing law without a license. Stevenson and Coleman will face off in the November general election to replace outgoing Republican Attorney General Daniel Cameron, who is running for governor.

  19. BTW, I finally tried my new silicone MW omelet-maker – works perfectly and clean-up is soooo much easier! I’ll have to try a couple of times yet to get the timing right but I love it!!! Whisk the eggs w/other ingredients (except cheese, of course), pour into oiled container and MW. When it’s ready pull it out, add the cheese and fold over and latch until it cools. Slides right out onto the plate.

Is this how they replace Kamala’s VP slot with Nancy Pelosi’s nephew ( Gavin Newsom)? 🧐

The location of the White House Coke has been changed, yet again.
Now it’s a SECURE entrance near where Kamala parks. Looks like they picked their fall gal.

NEW: The White House is now claiming the cocaine was found “in a much more secure place … near the Situation Room” and next to “where, for example, the vice president’s vehicle is parked.”

  22. they buried the lead at the bottom…Byron Donalds may run for governor of Florida…
    entire blurb
Former Republican Rep. Chris Collins (NY-27), who now lives in Florida, said he is prepared to run for a seat in Florida’s 19th District should it become available.

Collins made headlines for being sentenced to 26 months in federal prison in 2019, when he pleaded guilty to insider trading and lying to the FBI, which he said he did to protect his son.

Two months into his sentence, he was pardoned by President Donald Trump.

“I know now what depression is. I can tell you I didn’t know what it was prior to that. I have come back into the sunlight,” said Collins, describing a new-found sense of confidence after serving as a keynote speaker for a Trump rally.

A political expert said having served time in federal prison and being pardoned have no impact on Collins’ eligibility to run for office.

Shawn Donahue, a clinical assistant professor in political science at the University at Buffalo, said what may have a bigger impact on voters is an endorsement from Trump.

“Donald Trump in the primaries in 2022 was very successful in getting a lot of the folks that he endorsed to win primaries, especially in a lot of safe Republican seats,” Donahue said.

A campaign remains hypothetical depending on if current FL-19 Rep. Byron Donalds seeks a gubernatorial bid. Collins said he would not go up against Donalds in a primary.

  23. CISA censoring content thru third party proxies

It’s a full-time job trying to sift through all the corruption and plots pertaining to the regime’s COVID-19 dystopian takeover. Little by little, we’re getting there. However, one thing is clear: the U.S. government used every possible tactic and tool at their disposal to reshape society and snatch power and liberties from the American people. We’re seeing that more and more clearly thanks to a report that came out on Monday. The House Judiciary Committee put out a 36-page report showing the shady actions of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).

It turns out they’ve been buddying up with Big Tech and their “disinformation” pals to silence Americans. The report flags three main problems we’ve seen over and over: firstly, it looks like government officials have been getting around the First Amendment by using third parties to do their dirty work; secondly, they’re picking and choosing narratives based on their political benefits, and lastly, an unchecked bureaucracy has sunk it’s claws into our society. So, in laymen’s terms, the report reveals that the CISA has been trying like hell to control your thoughts, speech, and your life.

    Global Research:

The House Report reveals that CISA, a branch of the Department of Homeland Security, worked with social media platforms to censor posts it considered dis-, mis-, or malinformation. Brian Scully, the head of CISA’s censorship team, conceded that this process, known as “switchboarding,” would “trigger content moderation.”

Additionally, CISA funded the nonprofit EI-ISAC in 2020 to bolster its censorship operations. EI-ISAC worked to report and track “misinformation across all channels and platforms.” In launching the nonprofit, the government boasted that it “leverage[d] DHS CISA’s relationship with social media organizations to ensure priority treatment of misinformation reports.”

The switchboard programs directly contradict sworn testimony from CISA Director Jen Easterly. “We don’t censor anything… we don’t flag anything to social media organizations at all,” Esterly told Congress in March. “We don’t do any censorship.” Her statement was more than a lie; it omitted the institutionalization of the practice she denied. The agency’s initiatives relied on a collusive apparatus of private-public partnerships designed to suppress unapproved information.

  24. MTG kicked out of Freedom Caucus
    entire article
Marjorie Taylor Greene has been kicked out of the House Freedom Caucus. The House Freedom Caucus is made up of America First Patriots like Matt Gaetz, Lauren Boebert, and Dan Bishop. Greene’s removal is another clear indication that the Georgia Rep. does not represent America First values.

House Freedom Caucus member Andy Harris informed the media Friday that MTG is no longer a member of the House Freedom Caucus. Harris says Greene’s voting record and her attacks against fellow House Freedom Caucus members were significant reasons for Greene’s dismissal.

Loomer Exposes McCarthy-Backed CA GOP Plan to Give RNC Delegates to LOSING Candidate

National File reported that following the McCarthy-Biden Debt Ceiling Deal, Greene attacked her fellow Freedom Caucus colleagues for voting no on the bill. MTG infamously said, “I do not live in Conservative Fantasy land,” and called her colleagues who voted against the bill “unsuccessful.” MTG even tweeted her attacks against House Freedom Caucus members.

In June National File reported on MTG calling Lauren Boebert a “b***” on the House Floor. Laura Loomer tweeted about the incident, “Because @laurenboebert actually took real action on doing what @RepMTG just bloviates about doing (Impeaching Biden). Marjorie is a MEAN GIRL who wants to be the center of attention, and she tries to sabotage any other woman who gets in the spotlight. She is also FULL OF SHIT!”

One of MTG’s weirdest moves of 2023 came when she paid $100,000 to Kevin McCarthy for Kevin’s used chapstick. MTG has been a vigorous supporter of McCarthy despite McCarthy’s inability to produce tangible results for GOP voters.

National File was one of the first outlets to report on MTG’s fraudulent voting record and nasty behavior toward America First Activists and Members of Congress. MTG’s exit from the Freedom Caucus puts the America First Movement in a much stronger position.

        1. “A surprise GOP auction left Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene walking away with an unexpected item from her Republican caucus’s leader.

The House GOP paused its weekly meeting on Tuesday to hold an impromptu auction in order to bid off an odd item — House Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s used chapstick, according to several news outlets.

Greene reportedly came out on top when she made a whopping $100,000 bid for the item, when McCarthy announced that he would throw in a dinner with the winner and any donors and supporters they bring along, per Politico.

“I’m honored to be able to donate $100,000 to the [National Republican Congressional Committee] to help Republicans increase our majority in 2024 and defeat the Democrats,” Greene said in a statement to the outlet.”

Laura Loomer did PDJT and MAGA a major solid over the past 48 hrs.

The scheme to alter the CA GOP rule change came from Kevin McCarthy.

Guess who attacked Laura Loomer and supports McCarthy?

Laura Loomer is mentally unstable and a documented liar.

            She can not be trusted.

She spent months lying about me and attacking me just because I supported Kevin McCarthy for Speaker and after I had refused to endorse her last election cycle.

The mass shooting suspect accused of gunning down five people during a violent shooting spree in Philadelphia Monday night reportedly told police that he was only trying to help them curb gun violence in the city.

Kimbrady Carriker, 40, commended the officers who arrested him on a job well done following the deadly holiday weekend rampage, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

He then bizarrely told the cops that he allegedly opened fire on innocent people and children to try to help police since “all these guys are out there killing people,” sources familiar with the investigation told the outlet.

Carriker also told the officers that Yahweh, or God, would be sending more people to help without providing more details on what he meant, the sources said.

Carriker — who wore a bulletproof vest and ski mask while indiscriminately firing off an AR-15 style assault rifle during the rampage — was arraigned Wednesday on a slew of charges, including five counts of murder as well as attempted murder, aggravated assault and weapons charges.

  27. teachers getting freaky with students in NE? Winside?
    entire article
WAYNE — A former Winside Public Schools teacher pleaded guilty Wednesday to having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old male high school student.

As part of a plea agreement, Cali Heikes, 26, of Winside, pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of criminal attempt — first-degree sexual abuse by a school employee and one count of second-degree sexual abuse by a school employee. A second count of second-degree sexual abuse by a school employee was dismissed.

Both charges are Class IIIA felonies with sentencing ranges from zero to three years in prison. The prosecution has agreed to recommend sentences for the charges be served concurrently, or at the same time.

Sentencing has been scheduled for Sept. 6 in Wayne County District Court.

Heikes was arrested Jan. 22 after the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office investigated a tip about the relationship and later submitted her resignation as a family consumer science teacher and librarian.

She was the second Winside teacher recently arrested on charges of having inappropriate contact with a student.

Rachel McPhillips, 29, of Norfolk, was sentenced in April to 180 days in jail and two years’ probation on charges of disturbing the peace and attempted child abuse. She was charged with having sexual contact with a 15-year-old male student.
