    COBB COUNTY, Ga. – What was supposed to be a fun opening weekend for Six Flags Over Georgia turned violent after a string of fights broke out inside the park.

    FOX 5 has learned a large group of teens were removed from the park Saturday night after multiple brawls.

    According to the park, several groups of young people got into fights in more than one area of the theme park.

    “Their actions disrupted the park experience for our guests and violated our park policies; as a result, those involved were removed from the property,” officials with Six Flags Over Georgia told FOX 5 in a statement.

    The park says the unruly behavior “will not be tolerated” on property.

    There’s no word yet on if the teens will face legal consequences as a result of the fights.

    “They changed into black clothing and entered the construction area and began to throw large rocks, bricks, Molotov cocktails, and fireworks at police officers.

    “The agitators destroyed multiple pieces of construction equipment by fire and vandalism. Multiple law enforcement agencies deployed to the area and detained several people committing illegal activity. 35 agitators have been detained so far,” the statement continued.

    Police said that the “illegal actions of the agitators” could have resulted in the harm of officers and others. Police used non-lethal enforcement to conduct arrests.

    “With protests planned for the coming days, the Atlanta Police Department, in collaboration with law enforcement partners, have a multi-layered strategy that includes reaction and arrest,” the statement added. “The Atlanta Police Department asks for this week’s protests to remain peaceful.”

    The police’s statement referenced a “week of action” planned by extremists at the training site was organized in advance, with the group associated with the occupation posting flyers for the week on Twitter.

The Times of Israel reported on Friday that Hungary will move its embassy from Tel Aviv to the holy city next month in what it claimed would be a special gesture by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán to his Israeli counterpart, Benjamin Netanyahu, who was re-elected last November.

    The newspaper reported that an agreement to relocate Hungary’s diplomatic center in Israel was reached last week, citing senior sources within Hungary’s foreign ministry. However, Novák dismissed reports of an agreement during a news conference in Prague on Friday, telling reporters, “I also read the news in the press. In Hungary, a decision so far has not been made on moving our embassy to Israel.”

    If the reports are accurate, Hungary would become the first EU member state to move its diplomatic mission to Jerusalem.               2. I think that’s why i like the Harley so much. I sit on the back, spread my wings (arms) and feel like I’m flying. (admittedly I can only do this because i have absolute faith in hubby’s driving skills.) I fall asleep back there sometimes–that freaks him out!

    In Maryland, felony murder occurs when someone is killed while a felony crime, like robbery is being committed.

    For example, a getaway driver hits and kills a pedestrian while fleeing the scene of a crime, they are guilty of felony murder, under current law.

    Democratic Delegate Charlotte Cruchfield is looking to change that with her Youth Accountability and Safety Act, House Bill 1180.

    Specifically, Delegate Crutchfield wants that to apply to anyone under the age of 25.

    HB 1180 states:

    This bill prohibits a person younger than age 25 at the time of the offense from being convicted of murder in the first degree under the State’s felony murder provisions, which classify a murder as being in the first degree if it was committed during the perpetration or attempted perpetration of specified crimes.

    Republicans contend the bill is representative of wider Democrat efforts to overhaul the criminal justice system and otherwise legalize lawlessness.

    “Proponents of the bill say that the human brain is not fully formed in the frontal lobes until age 25. But yet, we’re doing other things in the general assembly, letting children vote earlier and earlier, letting them get hormone inducing drugs to change their sex,” argued Republican delegate Susan McComas.

    According to McComas, the bill could cause crime to spiral out of control.

    “If this bill passes, you’re going to have kingpins, you’re going to have gangs use juveniles to do their dirty work.,” said McComas.

    Accordingly, Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee are speaking out against Republicans’ whistleblowers, attacking the individuals who have testified. House Democrats claim the three persons who have thus far spoken to the Republicans as part of the probe have not given any real evidence of wrongdoing. The Democrats made their claims in a 300-page report released on Friday. “The three individuals we have met are not, in fact, ‘whistleblowers.’ These individuals, who put forward a wide range of conspiracy theories, did not present actual evidence of any wrongdoing at the Department of Justice or the Federal Bureau of Investigation,” the judiciary Democrats wrote.

    This provoked backlash from Republicans, as it is not customary for members of the committee to reveal the substance of private and transcribed interviews. Democrats themselves acknowledged the audacity of their action, asserting it is not something they would do “in the ordinary course of business.”

    “It is beyond disappointing, but sadly not surprising, that Democrats would leak cherry-picked excerpts of testimony to attack the brave whistleblowers who risked their careers to speak out on abuses at the Justice Department and FBI. These same Democrats vowed to fight our oversight ‘tooth and nail,’ and they are willing to undermine the work of the Congress to achieve their partisan goals,” said a spokesman for Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), per The Hill.

    Another critic of Democrats’ decision to publicize the contents of the interviews was Representative Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.), who argued at CPAC that “If the Democrats are going to obstruct our investigation, then I am calling to remove the Democrats from our investigation.”

  35. EXCERPT: “A Missouri legislator has introduced a bill that would prevent federal election laws from applying to state and local elections, significant steps toward constitutional enforcement, and nullifying unconstitutional federal interference in state and local elections.

    Senate Bill No. 235 (S.B. 235), titled the Missouri Elections Sovereignty Act, is sponsored by Senator Denny Hoskins (R-Warrensburg). If enacted, this bill would ban federal election laws from being implemented for state and local elections.

    S.B. 235 correctly notes that “regulations placed by Congress on the times, places, and manner of holding elections for representatives and the times and manner of holding elections for senators are limited only to those respective offices and do not extend to state and local elections.”

    The bill then declares: “Any differences in the regulations for time, place, and manner of holding elections for federal representatives, the time and manner for the senate elections, and state and local elections, shall result in separate election procedures to ensure the sovereignty of the state of Missouri to conduct elections in the manner in which the general assembly shall deem necessary.”

    S.B. 235 is constitutionally correct. Article I, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution only allows Congress to regulate elections for the U.S. House and Senate — and even these elections are primarily a state matter. Furthermore, authority over elections nationwide is not an enumerated power granted to Congress in Article I, Section 8.”

Doctor Who Gave Kids COVID Vaccines Without Consent — Children’s Health Defense is funding a lawsuit by a D.C. mother alleging a doctor vaccinated two of her children for COVID-19 without her consent after falsely telling the teens the shots were required for school.”
    EXCERPT: “The mother of two children who were given COVID-19 vaccines without the mother’s consent is suing the doctor who administered the vaccines. An attorney representing NaTonya McNeil last week filed a lawsuit in Superior Court for the District of Columbia against Janine A. Rethy, M.D., M.P.H. According to the complaint, on Sept. 2, 2022, McNeil took her two older children, ages 15 and 17, to the KIDS Mobile Medical Clinic/Ronald McDonald Care Mobile clinic, operated by Georgetown Hospital, to complete their required annual physical exam for the 2022-2023 school year.

    The lawsuit alleges Rethy, director of the mobile clinic, held the children in the examination room longer than necessary for a regular check-up and vaccinated them against COVID-19 over their objections and without consulting their mother. In order to attempt to obtain the children’s consent — which they are not legally able to provide without a parent or guardian — the doctor falsely informed the children the COVID-19 vaccine was mandatory for school attendance and told them they could not lawfully decline it if they wanted to attend school.

    The suit, filed by D.C. Attorney Matthew Hardin, seeks damages for false imprisonment, battery and fraud. Children’s Health Defense (CHD) is financing the lawsuit because, according to CHD President and General Counsel Mary Holland, “CHD couldn’t just sit still and not allow this wrong to go unpunished and not bring this to the public’s attention.” In an exclusive conversation with The Defender, McNeil explained why she is suing the the doctor:

    “I just feel like people shouldn’t be able to do whatever they want to do to other people and especially not to children. As a mother, I feel like, ‘You all just took all my rights away from me to do what you wanted to do to my kids.’ “I do want justice to be done in this case. I feel like something needs to be done. This can’t just continue to happen.” ‘I feel violated’

    According to the complaint, Rethy’s stated goal is to vaccinate all children against COVID-19. The complaint quotes her statement to the press: “Our goal is to increase vaccination rates in children here in D.C. . . . For more than 30 years our role has been to be in the community to help address the problem of health disparities, bringing families care where they are. “For this particular effort, we are glad to be partnering with DC Health to provide both regular childhood vaccines and COVID-19 vaccines to all children.”

    In addition to her role as director of the mobile clinic, Rethy is chief of MedStar Georgetown University Hospital’s Division of Community Pediatrics and assistant professor of pediatrics at Georgetown University School of Medicine.”
