If you found a picture like the one above in a family photo album in a trunk in the attic, what would think? Would you be aghast at finding one of your favorite uncles in the group? Would your opinion of him change? Would you have questions? Would you make discrete inquiries of other family members? Try to recall details at family gatherings that you maybe dismissed as “quirky”? Would you spot the young boy in the bottom row and suspect “grooming”? Would your thoughts turn suspect and ugly?
Or would you find this picture and praise your uncle for a bold choice during a time acceptance couldn’t be guaranteed? Would you happy he had a place where he fit in? Would you consider that group “trail blazers”? Brave forerunners of today’s transvestite community? Would you be proud?
Well, my uncle IS in that picture. He was an Army Veteran, married to my aunt for over 40 years. They never had children—a horrible miscarriage early in their marriage left her unable to have children. But they loved all their nieces and nephews. They were happy and very much in love. He was one of my favorite uncles.
After his service in the Army was over, he found a good job and they settled close to my parents. He enjoyed sports cars—owned quite a few over the years—but they were all 2-seaters. My aunt and uncle’s lives centered on each other. And he adored playing softball and later basketball as well.

He was a member of a local softball league, and played as often as he could. In the late 1960’s he answered a call to join a different league—one dedicated to charity. The team was called Sally and her All-Stars. All the players on Sally’s team donated their time and talent to helping others. All the monies raised went to needy families or worthy causes. The catch? Every player donned a wig and women’s clothes. They didn’t shave (their legs or their faces…lol) or wear make-up–just the wigs and padded clothing.

(From their playbill) During the first four innings of the games, the players thrill their audiences with real serious ball playing—then, for the last three innings turn the thrills into laughter with comedy acts.
Crowds adored them! I remember laughing and cheering at numerous games when I was younger, and I do not enjoy baseball or it’s relatives. But these games were much more than that—they were hilarious. Later in the playbill, it’s stated that Sally and her All-Stars were undefeated—scoring 168 runs in 7 games while allowing opposing teams only 22 runs—so these were skilled athletes! They entertained us, had a ball doing it and they generated thousands of dollars for needy local families in the area.
So, yeah…when I see that picture… I’m PROUD of my uncle! He had hairy legs and a heart of gold.

Today, I filed a lawsuit in Florida State Circuit Court against the corrupt Attorney General of New York State, Letitia “Peekaboo” James. New York State is one of the most crime-ridden places on earth with murders, robberies, drug deals, and every other form of crime setting records on a weekly basis. While James does nothing to protect New York against these violent crimes and criminals, she attacks great and upstanding businesses…
…which have done nothing wrong, like the very successful, job and tax producing Trump Organization that I have painstakingly built over a long period of years. Crooked and highly partisan James now thinks it is the business of the State of New York to go after my revocable trust and pry into my private estate plan, only to look for ways to recklessly injure me, my family, my businesses, and my tens of millions of supporters…
…If I were not elected President of the United States, and now leading in the polls by substantial margins against both Democrats and Republicans, this would not be happening. We have to stand up for our Country, fight against illegal persecution, and Make America Great Again!

So the Pennsylvania Supreme Court just ruled, in effect, that the 2020 Presidential Election was Rigged, but they’ll let that result stand, however, in future Elections, you are no longer allowed to do what was done in the 2020 Election. Is that fair, or even legal. This decision represents far more votes than would have been needed to win Pennsylvania. What a SCAM!

Aduhelm is delivered via infusion therapy. This means the medicine is administered directly into the bloodstream. It works by eliminating the beta-amyloid clumps that build up in the brain, slowing brain damage from Alzheimer’s and preserving normal function.

I wonder why PedoJoe’s Aduhelm would be delivered through a very visible vein on the back of his hand when it could just as easily be deliver through very accessible veins on the top of his wrists where the marks can be easily covered by the cuff of a shirt?

Entire Article @ TheBlaze:
“A Texas preschool teacher was arrested after several children fell ill from ingesting gummy candies infused with THC, the main psychoactive ingredient in marijuana, on Halloween.
Police were called to the Primrose School of Prosper preschool in the city of Prosper on Monday after four children “were observed displaying unusual symptoms of illness” in the toddler classroom, according to a statement from the school. The school said it evacuated the building.
“These four children were hospitalized for treatment and were found to have been exposed to THC, an illegal substance,” the statement continued. “Local authorities have alleged the source of the exposure was linked to a teacher in the room and the individual was terminated immediately. With our assistance, law enforcement moved swiftly to make an arrest.”
Police said one teacher ran away as other employees called 911 but that they found the THC gummy candy in a Ziploc bag in a black, hooded jacket that she had left behind. Burks admitted to bringing the candy to the classroom according to an arrest affidavit, KDFW-TV reported. Police charged Anisah Burks, 35, with felony possession of a controlled substance and four counts of injury to a child.
Four one-year-old children were treated at Children’s Medical Center Plano and later released. Investigators and doctors determined that their illness was caused by ingesting THC. “This news has been shocking, upsetting and shakes us to the very core of every principle we stand for,” the school statement said. “There is no greater priority to us every day than the health and safety of the children entrusted to our care.”
The school also said that it had conducted a strict background check on all of its employees, including Burks. Here’s a local news report about the startling incident:”

Entire Article @ EpochTimes:
“The Biden administration’s attempt to block depositions of several key officials was turned down Nov. 2 by a U.S. judge. U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty, a Trump appointee, rejected a request for a partial stay of his Oct. 21 order authorizing the depositions of eight officials, including President Joe Biden’s chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci.
Government lawyers asked the judge to impose the partial stay as an appeals court weighs a request to vacate the part of his order that enables the depositions of Surgeon General Vivek Murthy, a Biden appointee; Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency Director Jen Easterly, a Biden appointee; and Rob Flaherty, a deputy assistant to the president.
Absent a stay, “high-ranking governmental officials would be diverted from their significant duties and burdened in both preparing and sitting for a deposition, all of which may ultimately prove to be unnecessary if the Court of Appeals grants” their request, the government said.
Doughty ruled that the government failed to show how the officials would be irreparably harmed apart from referencing a diversion from “significant duties.” That didn’t meet the standard for showing irreparable harm, he said.
On the other hand, the plaintiffs, including the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana, would be irreparably harmed by a partial stay because they’ve alleged a violation of the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment and ‘The loss of First Amendment freedoms, even for minimal periods of time, unquestionably constitutes irreparable injury,’” Doughty said, quoting from a ruling in a separate case.
“The Court finds that both the public interest and the interest of the other parties in preserving free speech significantly outweighs the inconvenience the three deponents will have in preparing for and giving their depositions,” he added.
The depositions are scheduled to take place in early December. Fauci’s is slated for November, according to a notice made public by The Gateway Pundit, one of the plaintiffs. The ruling means the three contested depositions will happen unless the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit approves the writ of mandamus that the administration recently filed.
The writ asks the appeals court to vacate Doughty’s deposition order with regards to Murthy, Easterly, and Flaherty.
“Although mandamus relief is ‘drastic and extraordinary,’ it is warranted where, as here, there is ‘no other adequate means to attain’ the necessary relief; ‘the writ is appropriate under the circumstances,’ including because the issues implicated have ‘importance beyond the immediate case,’ and the district court ‘clearly and indisputably erred,’” government lawyers said in the writ, quoting from a ruling in a separate case.
A response to the filing is due on Nov. 7.”

EXCERPT: ““That’s not a good situation,” said Scott Weaver, director of the Institute for Human Infections and Immunity at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and an expert on Chikungunya virus. “If that person knew they had a needlestick and they were working with Chikungunya, they should have reported it immediately. And then whatever health care people saw them should have recognized that there was a very small — but not zero — risk of them transmitting the virus.”
After the student told her supervisor about the accident in September 2016, Washington University reported it to the National Institutes of Health, but until now, the event has remained out of public view. So have hundreds of other incidents in U.S. labs, including four other needle injuries at Washington University.
An Intercept investigation based on over 5,500 pages of NIH documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act has uncovered a litany of mishaps: malfunctioning equipment, spilled beakers, transgenic rodents running down the hall, a sedated macaque coming back to life and biting a researcher hard enough to lacerate their hand. Many of the incidents involved less dangerous pathogens that can be handled with basic safety equipment, and most did not lead to infection. But several accidents happened while scientists were handling deadly or debilitating viruses in highly secure labs, and a few, like the Chikungunya virus slip-up, did lead to illness.
“People have it in their minds that lab accidents are very, very rare, and if they happen, they happen only in the least well-run overseas labs,” said Richard Ebright, a molecular biologist at Rutgers University and an advocate for better biosafety standards. “That simply isn’t true.”

Think Biden will make a comment about the lib nutcase who made a death threat to Darren Bailey, the GOP candidate for Illinois Governor?
A 21-year-old man is facing felony charges after he allegedly threatened Republican gubernatorial candidate Darren Bailey.
Police say Scott Lennox, of Chicago, is charged with three separate felony charges; threatening a public official, telephone harassment and harassment by electronic communications.
According to prosecutors, a political ad allegedly sent Lennox over the edge. Following a heated argument with friends, Lennox allegedly left Bailey a disturbing voicemail at his Springfield office.
“I’m going to skin Darren Bailey alive and feed his family to him. I know where Bailey lives, sleeps, and the school he works at. I’m going to make him scream and suffer. He better kill himself and if he doesn’t, I’m going to kill him,” the transcript of the voicemail reads, alleges prosecutors.

The TV report I heard this morning also stated that the nutcase described himself as a political terrorist, IIRC.
I’m looking for more info about the guy, there are local Chicago news reports about him but I don’t see any national coverage yet … and I don’t expect any, especially after Biden’s speech last night.

EXCERPT: “As of Monday, the commonwealth had 8.87 million registered voters, according to the Department of State. Slightly more than 4 million voters registered as Democrats, almost 3.5 million voters are Republican, and 954,000 voters are independent. Another 374,000 voters are registered with a third party.
While the registered numbers give Democrats a significant lead, not all registered voters will vote in the election, and Republicans have made some gains at the expense of Democratic registrations.
The data show that while Democrats have gained about 21,000 former Republican voters and almost 27,000 other voters, the Republicans have gained about 57,000 former Democratic voters and almost 30,000 other voters in 2022.
That bodes well for the Grand Old Party, continuing a long-running trend.
Last year, about 30,000 Republicans switched to Democrat and 14,000 other voters, compared to 37,000 Democrats switching to the Republicans along with 18,000 other voters. Republicans have gained more Democratic voters than Democrats have gained Republicans since 2008, according to the oldest data available.”

“ROOKE: No Mercy, No Quarter: It’s Time To Crush The Branch Covidians”
“Fifteen days to slow the spread turned into, please forget we stripped you of your human dignity. Brown University economist Emily Oster’s recent Atlantic article asks for amnesty for the people who brutally attempted to subjugate Americans with vaccine and mask mandates, lockdowns, and social distancing idiocy on the grounds: “We didn’t know.”
She claimed that during the height of the Covid insanity, “most errors were made by people who were working in earnest for the good of society.” No, Ms. Oster, they weren’t.
Most decisions were made by people, like flight attendants and front desk clerks, whose normal job gave them extraordinary gatekeeping powers, which they used to kick families off flights and deny Americans with disabilities public services. Government officials, doctors, and celebrities instructed their followers to cut ties with relatives who refused to wear masks or take the vaccine. And they listened. Uncles were uninvited from meeting their nephews, parents disowned their children, and grandparents died alone in nursing homes.
They threw decades of medical knowledge out the window and replaced it with political propaganda, like proposing people double-mask, closing elementary schools, and dropping patients from the organ donor list. To her credit, Oster is herself in a position to issue forgiveness. She was one of the few voices in the center-left mainstream using data to push back against some Covid measures for children at the time, and she too suffered vitriol as a result of her clearly justified dissent.
But she asks too much of Americans who opposed school and business closures or cloth masks and were mocked and canceled into silence. In more civilized times, amnesty could be discussed. But granting impunity is for peacetime, and the U.S. is in the midst of a brutal cultural war. These people aren’t asking for forgiveness for crushing and humiliating – in some cases even financially ruining – anyone dissenting from government-enforced Covid restrictions. They want immunity.
Americans deserve to see the Covid cultists, who gleefully championed death, take personal accountability for their ruthless enforcement of draconian measures. (WARNING: This video will break your heart!!!)
Those who held Covid power gave Americans a choice: submit to the fear and panic or be labeled an untouchable. Kids were kept out of school, soldiers were separated from service, and family legacies were destroyed. There needs to be public accountability of those in power that refused to stop the destruction.
“My brother & his wife were regulated to hospital parking lot while their daughter lay dying in ICU. He was giving docs permission to amputate her arm via phone in last effort to save her when the pizza delivery guy walked by them into hospital unchecked,” Twitter User Let Them Eat Cake (@bclpbclp) wrote in a thread about the devastating effect of Covid restrictions.
“After she died, the hospital shut down all deliveries and refused to allow them to have her body shipped home for a funeral (was in NC, live in SC). Said it would be months. Had to get a lawyer & SC govt officials involved to get body released (yes, really happened),” the user added. “Then I had to sit with my mom and rest of our family as she watched a choppy Facebook video of her son and his wife burying their daughter. As a Christian, I know I’m to forgive, but I gotta be honest, I’m just not there yet.”
“Days before Christmas last year, my parents disinvited my family from the family celebration because they were afraid my young children would infect them with omicron. We have no other family,” Laura Powell (@LauraPowellEsq) said.
“I was called a parasite. Spat on. I could not get the vaccine because of a chronic condition and not a single place accepted the letter from my doctor – the head of the dept of a major hospital in NYC,” Ooana Trien (@ooana) said. “I lost access to everything I loved. I had to leave NYC. My home since 1996. Had to leave my elderly parents behind. I did this alone. I’m an only child. Single. And 44. I lost two very important years and likely my chance to ever have a child. I lost friends. I lost my sense of safety. I lost my sense of trust in the basic decency of people.”
They wanted to ruin your life and make it impossible to keep your job, see your family, travel, and get healthcare, but now, because kids can’t read and a bloodbath awaits the Democrats in the midterms, they want amnesty for brutally enforcing the regime’s Covid mandates.
Americans excel at many things, but we have never been good at forgiving tyrants. Nor should we be. People suffered real, tangible loss over the past two years when civil liberties were discarded by Covid thugs serving their despotic rulers. The American way of life demands justice and accountability from those who caused the harm.”

“Warnock’s Church Airs Sermon Calling Evangelical Christianity the ‘Ideological Basis’ of White Supremacy”
Entire Article @ FreeBeacon: “At a voter outreach event on Saturday, Georgia Democratic senator Raphael Warnock’s church featured a fiery sermon from a reverend who denounced evangelical Christianity as the “ideological basis” for slavery and white supremacy.
The Ebenezer Baptist Church, where Warnock serves as senior pastor, hosted a “Super Voter Saturday” panel discussion last weekend and aired a pre-taped 2020 sermon by Rev. Billy Honor. The event took place just a few days before voters will head to the polls in Georgia, which has one of the largest evangelical Christian populations in the United States.
“There is nothing about evangelical white Christianity that would make you think it values black lives,” said Honor in the sermon. “The fact is that this is a tradition that devalues black bodies, so much so that the devaluing of black bodies is about as American as apple pie.”
While Warnock did not speak at the event, his name was at the top of a welcome message to attendees that played at the beginning of the program. The sermon could reignite concerns about Warnock’s own controversial statements and promotion of extremist rhetoric, including a sermon in which he said Americans need to repent for their “whiteness” and his defense of anti-Semitic pastor Rev. Jeremiah Wright.
Honor added that “evangelical Christianity” was the “ideological basis for the enslavement of Africans, the expansion of white supremacy, the resistance to reconstruction, the acceptance of racial segregation laws, and the recent dismissal of the Black Lives Matter movement to end murders of black bodies by police.”
Warnock’s opponent, Republican Herschel Walker, said the sermon promoted “division and hate” and slammed Warnock for hosting it at his church. “Raphael Warnock and his allies believe America is a bad country full of hateful people,” Walker told the Washington Free Beacon. “They even smear evangelicals who love Jesus as racist. They should be ashamed.”
“Their politics of division and hate has gone too far, and I won’t let them get away with it,” Walker added. “I’m going to fight for our state and our country. Love is stronger than hate, and with God’s help we will defeat them and prove that grace and hope is more powerful than their lies and division.”
Warnock did not respond to a request for comment. White evangelicals make up over a quarter of registered voters in Georgia, according to a Marist poll conducted in September.
Tiffany Roberts, the social justice chair at Ebenezer, introduced the video and told the audience on Saturday that Honor “delivered [this] sermon for us at Ebenezer two years ago about Jesus’ legacy as a social justice warrior and the importance of the vote” and called it “one of my favorite sermons in life.” The replayed speech was followed by a live, in-person panel discussion about voter outreach that included organizers from liberal groups Care in Action and When We All Vote.
Warnock argued in late 2016 that Americans needed to “repent” for their “worship of whiteness,” the Washington Free Beacon reported in 2020. He also defended a speech by anti-Semitic pastor Rev. Jeremiah Wright—which compared U.S. leaders to al Qaeda and claimed the government invented HIV to kill black people—as a “very fine sermon.”
Warnock signed a letter in 2019 comparing Israel’s actions in the West Bank with “the military occupation of Namibia by apartheid South Africa.” In 2013, he also defended the Nation of Islam, a radical group led by anti-Semitic preacher Louis Farrakhan, for keeping black churches “honest.”
“We’ve needed the witness of the Nation of Islam, in a real sense, to put a fire under us and keep us honest,” said Warnock.
Honor, who delivered the sermon, is also an organizing director with the New Georgia Project, a left-leaning voter advocacy group founded by Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams and previously led by Warnock. Prior to the airing of his speech at Ebenezer, Honor described Wright as an “honorable freedom fighting American.” He also called the U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement “one of this country’s biggest enforcers of state sponsored white supremacy.”

Allison Fluke-Ekren, 42, who grew up on a farm in Overbrook, received the maximum possible sentence after pleading guilty to charges linked to her ‘terrorism crime spree’. Her sentencing at federal court in Alexandria, Virginia also heard harrowing accounts from her own children, who described Fluke-Ekren as a ‘monster’ who tortured them for sexual pleasure.
Prosecutors have now described the sentence as ‘insufficient’ to match Fluke-Ekren’s ‘monstrous acts of terror and the immeasurable damage that she has caused’ – but 20 years was the maximum that could be given under the charges. For more than eight years, Fluke-Ekren was an ISIS member who travelled across war zones in Libya, Iraq, and Syria.”

Prosecutors said the mass shooting was premeditated and calculated, referencing Cruz’s online search history prior to the killings and social media statements expressing murderous desire, according to CNN. His defense argued for life in prison and no parole possibility, with attorney Melisa McNeill saying, “His brain is broken; he’s a damaged human being.”
After the jury made its recommendations, Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis expressed disappointment that Cruz was not sentenced to death.
“I think that if you have a death penalty at all, that that is a case where you’re massacring those students with pre-meditation and utter disregard for basic humanity, that you deserve the death penalty,” DeSantis said.”

wonder why they didn’t recommend the death penalty?

I expect they fell for the “brain is broken” argument, coupled with his age.

EXCERPT: “Marcus Pittman, CEO and founder of LOOR TV, told CBN’s Faithwire why the company created the video, and what he’s hoping to accomplish through it. “The Procedure” (graphic content alert: watch here) is part of a six-episode series, a partnership with Laura Klassen and her pro-life organization Choice42.
“It’s based off of this guy’s testimony,” Pittman said, noting the short is predicated on a man’s real-life work in a hospital and his horror witnessing an unborn baby’s abortion death. The graphic animation shows the killing of a small child in the womb from start to finish. The scenes, which are hard to watch, are intended to draw viewers in so filmmakers can send a message.
“There’s something really special about animation as a medium … it humanizes the baby in the womb when you watch it,” Pittman said. “You absolutely relate with this baby in the womb, and there’s just something that’s unmistakable about how you feel for that child.”
He continued, “You know it’s fake, but you’re still drawn to it.” Watch Pittman discuss the video:

Entire Article @ BasedPolitics: “Did you know police steal more from Americans every year than burglars do?”
Civil asset forfeiture (CAF) is a legal practice so bad and so unethical that most people won’t believe it’s true until they read up on it. But under this system, police are allowed to take your property if they even just suspect you of a crime (No, not charge you with a crime. No, not convict you for a crime. Suspect). And they basically just get to keep it unless you have the ability (i.e. the funds) to challenge them in court and prove your innocence.
It’s a total perversion of our Constitution, which is supposed to ensure individuals are innocent until proven guilty and which places the burden of that proof on the accuser (the state).
Recently, Vera and Apollonia Ward had a run-in with the CAF system. The women run a successful dog-breeding business and sent $17,500 via Fedex to purchase two additional dogs. But the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office seized the funds and accused the women of drug-trafficking. Never mind the fact that they had all the documentation needed to back-up their story, never mind the fact that police had no evidence whatsoever of their involvement in the drug-market.
“To me, it felt like being treated like a criminal, even though you’re not, it makes you question everything,” Vera said. “They tried their hardest to intimidate us, and to say that we’re basically putting our freedom on the line: ‘Give us this money, we’ll make it go away—or put your freedom on the line for it,” Vera continued.
But the women wanted to fight. Fortunately, they got in touch with pro-bono, constitutional litigators at the Goldwater Institute in Arizona who agreed to take on their case. And within a few months, the government had to return the money.
But this is their game. Police regularly use CAF to bully people out of their money and other property, and they mostly get away with it because (without pro-bono attorneys) the average person can’t afford to fight the government. The government has endless, tax-payer funded resources at its disposal, and its attorneys can easily run up the clock for those attempting to pay a defense attorney by the hour to get their money back. Police then get to keep these funds and add them to their budget much of the time.
CAF is not only a disgustingly unconstitutional law, it also leads to really corrupt police behavior. When police get to profit off the property they discover on people just because they merely suspect them of a crime, they are far more apt to behave like road pirates—targeting and profiling certain kinds of cars and finding reasons to search people and their cars. They should be focusing their time on solving and preventing violent crimes, but instead, we see a vast amount of their resources go to these endeavors instead.
All of this, unsurprisingly, traces back to the War on Drugs. Politicians and police argue that police need this authority to stop high-profile drug lords and their drug trafficking operations. It’s a bogus argument of course. The vast majority of these seizures were for less than $1000 and against people who were never even charged with a crime.

Bottom line, police should never be able to take a person’s property until they have been convicted of a crime. There’s really no ethical or constitutional if, ands, or buts about it. CAF needs to be outlawed at both the federal and state level, and you should pay close attention to the police, District Attorneys, and other politicians that benefit from this system working to keep it in place.
Litigators at places like The GoldWater Institute are heroes fighting the bad guys. Ironically, that’s what we pay the police to do.”

EXCERPT: “SINIYAH ISLAND, United Arab Emirates (AP) — An ancient Christian monastery possibly dating as far back as the years before Islam spread across the Arabian Peninsula has been discovered on an island off the coast of the United Arab Emirates, officials announced Thursday.
The monastery on Siniyah Island, part of the sand-dune sheikhdom of Umm al-Quwain, sheds new light on the history of early Christianity along the shores of the Persian Gulf. It marks the second such monastery found in the Emirates, dating back as many as 1,400 years — long before its desert expanses gave birth to a thriving oil industry that led to a unified nation home to the high-rise towers of Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
The two monasteries became lost to history in the sands of time as scholars believe Christians slowly converted to Islam as that faith grew more prevalent in the region. Today, Christians remain a minority across the wider Middle East, though Pope Francis was arriving in nearby Bahrain on Thursday to promote interfaith dialogue with Muslim leaders.”

campus in Minnesota not doing much to quell what they KNOW (they say it in their reports) is somali men targeting frat houses and students with fireworks–2 women were taken to the hospital…
entire disgusting article
“I spent 8 hours in the ER where pieces of debris had to be cut out of my wounds. I am sick that the university is not giving this incident the attention it deserves.”
Those were the words of one victim who asked to remain anonymous. She said she was on the patio of the Sigma Chi fraternity around 12:15 a.m. Sunday when a firework was thrown onto the patio from the street. An ambulance was called for her at the time, but she said that as of Tuesday she had not been contacted by police since the original report. She also has not been contacted at all by the University of Minnesota since the incident, she told Crime Watch Minneapolis in a private message.
Another victim told Crime Watch that she sustained second-degree burns in a separate fireworks assault (top photo).
“I was struck by the fireworks Saturday night and there is absolutely no information about this and the police or investigators haven’t contacted me since that night,” she said.
Victim 1 firework injures from U of M area attacks (Submitted to Crime Watch Minneapolis)
Those were just two of several reports of fireworks attacks or assaults aired over police dispatch Friday and Saturday nights. The attacks were reportedly perpetrated by groups of males who targeted people and buildings on frat row, Dinkytown and other areas surrounding the university campus in the weekend spree.
There were specific reports both Friday and Saturday of groups targeting the frat houses with fireworks.
In the midst of the late Friday/early Saturday morning attacks, an officer relayed to dispatch that a witness told him the mob of attackers had threatened to assault or kill people at the fraternities. Audio of that dispatch exchange can be heard here.
Suspects throwing the fireworks are wearing white masks.
Police arrived and said the group they dealt with prior was 7 to 10 Somali M wearing “scream masks.”

Just after 1 a.m. Sunday, there was a report of a group trying to kick in a door and throw fireworks on the 1200 block of 7th Street Southeast. The dispatcher aired that about 100 people were involved and that some people had been injured. When police arrived, they said they found a person with a concussion from an assault.
Around 3 a.m. Sunday, four people reportedly called 911 from Pioneer Hall and said they had been injured by fireworks outside a pizza restaurant in Dinkytown. There had been at least two reports aired over dispatch prior to that of fireworks being thrown at people.

A surveillance video surfaced on Twitter Monday that showed a group outside the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity house on the 1600 block of University Avenue Southeast. In the beginning of the video, a police car seems to pass by the location where the group appears to be trying to force entry into the building. One person in the center of the frame is holding what appears to be a large machete. One person can be seen lighting and throwing fireworks at the building before the group flees the area on foot.

One brief safety alert was sent out by the university early Sunday morning that referenced two fireworks assaults but gave very few additional details. No other public statements have come forth from university officials since the attacks.
The attacks had received very little media attention as of Monday night, but as the victim photos surfaced online, outrage grew. One U of M watchdog group demanded that the university “end your silence and commit to doing better!”
@UMNews this happened to one of your student groups. Sigma Chi has a fence and cameras, but that does little when they get no support. A U of M parents’ group on Facebook also began posting about the incidents. One parent said, “We are all up in arms about what happened this weekend.”
Another parent said, “After this weekend’s chaos of crime on campus, I think it’s time for thousands of parents and students to organize a peaceful protest marching down University Avenue …”
Ironically, the University of Minnesota Public Safety Department posted about a “safety walk” in the midst of some of the incident reports early Saturday morning but made no reference to the incidents.

take with a grain of salt…desantis decides not to challenge trump in 2024
FTA
In a bombshell report coming out Wednesday, sources close to Florida governor Ron DeSantis are now saying he will not run against Donald Trump in 2024 if the former president decides to embark on another campaign. The news comes out of Vanity Fair, not particularly known for fair or honest coverage of anything related to MAGA, so we will take it with a grain of salt.
Still, it is not out of the realm of possibility. As was seen in his recent, and only, debate with Charlie Crist, it was clear that the hack Democrat positioned a lot of his attack on the possibility that Floridians that cast a ballot for the governor might not see their choice serve out an entire term. So in some sense, the news refutes this angle and only helps the governor.
At the same time, anyone with sense could see how GOP infighting among the top two contenders and arguably most popular personalities in the MAGA movement would only hurt conservatives. Trump made it clear in 2015 and 2016 that he was not below going after anyone that threatened his candidacy. Although his opponents at the time were insufferable establishment figures like Jeb Bush, would he let even DeSantis get in his way of recovering the White House? Seems unlikely.

All one has to do is look at his deer-in-the-headlights look on his face when Crist asked him about finishing out the term as Governor!!!! He literally looked like he was choking on his own shit! JMO, of course, but I don’t see how anyone could miss it.

The letter, obtained by Project Veritas, continues: “As a part of this oversight, Committee Republicans have sent letters to Departmental components requesting documents and information on several issues, including but not limited to the Department’s targeting of journalists with Project Veritas, the shuttering of the Department’s China Initiative, the Department’s one-sided enforcement of the FACE Act, and the Department’s unprecedented raid on President Trump’s residence.”
Jordan stated that these requests remain outstanding.
“The American people deserve transparency and accountability from our most senior law-enforcement official in the executive branch,” he wrote. “Committee Republicans intend to continue to examine these matters, including into the 118th Congress if necessary.”
Jordan reiterated the committee’s requests, stating that materials should be provided to the committee no later than November 16, 2022 and that the department should “preserve all existing and future records and materials in your possession relating to the topics addressed in this letter.”
The letter includes four pages of requests made by the committee that have yet to be fulfilled, going as far back as of June 2021
Requests from June 8, 2021, include explanations from the Justice Department as to their “current efforts to identify and. Prosecute individuals involved in the assaults of Mr. Andy Ngo and other journalists in violation of federal statutes securing their civil rights,” and how the Justice Department is working with federal and state law enforcement agencies to prevent “individuals from engaging in violence and intimidation designed to impair the free exercise and enjoyment of rights and privileges that Mr. Andy Ngo and other journalists possess under the Constitution and laws of the United States.”
Requests from November 18, 2021, relate to Project Veritas and the raid that came about due to Ashley Biden’s diary.
These requests include explanations as to how the FBI became aware of the diary, the “factual and legal predicate for the FBI to conduct raids at the homes of James O’Keefe and other current or former journalists or employees of Project Veritas,” the process in which a subpoena was obtained for this raid, and requests for the department to provide copies of search warrants, affidavits, and other supporting documents relating to the raid.
Other requests include explanations and documents regarding a new domestic terrorism unit within the Counterterrorism Section of the National Security Division, the Justice Department’s decision to end their China Initiative, the threatening of Supreme Court Justices at their homes before the Dobbs decision in June, and the FBI raid at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.

“Cyclist left brain dead after climate protesters block emergency response in Berlin” — “It’s not the first time in recent weeks that obstructive climate change protests have hampered the response times of emergency vehicles”
November 03, 2022

editor: REMIX NEWS author: THOMAS BROOKE
Climate change activists block the A100 in Berlin on Oct. 31, 2022
Entire Article: “A cyclist has been declared brain dead following a collision with a concrete mixer in Berlin on Monday. Her injuries could have been mitigated had emergency response vehicles not been hampered by climate change activists blocking the road.
Authorities on Thursday corrected an earlier statement in which they announced the female victim had died, clarifying that she is alive and continuing to be treated in intensive care with substantial injuries. A spokesperson for the Berlin fire brigade confirmed emergency response vehicles had been delayed to the scene of the accident due to protests by climate change activists blocking the A100 autobahn. Emergency responders were stuck in traffic for a “quite relevant time (…) The rescue was delayed as a result,” said spokesperson Rolf Erbe.
His version of events were not denied by climate protest group “Last Generation,” which expressed their dismay at the situation on Monday and offered a statement directed at the female victim. “We sincerely hope that your health has not worsened due to the delay,” said spokeswoman Carla Hinrichs. “In all our protest actions, the top priority is to ensure the safety of all people taking part,” she added.
Two activists face criminal proceedings for the demonstration, police revealed on Tuesday. Two males, aged 59 and 63, glued themselves to a road sign obstructing the response vehicles, Reuters reported. This isn’t the first time that recent activism by climate change protesters has directly impacted the response time for emergency services heading to an incident.
Ambulances took 40 minutes to attend a road traffic accident on the M20 motorway in Kent, England, last month after two Just Stop Oil protesters scaled the Dartford Bridge, causing police to close the road for two days. Lisa Webber, from Swanley, Kent, was killed by a speeding BMW when she stopped on the highway’s shoulder to assist another vehicle that had lost control in adverse weather conditions. A second unnamed woman in her 40s was also hit and killed by the BMW.
“The eco-warriors may have thought it was an innocent protest, but they’ve got blood on their hands,” Mark Heap, 55, told the Daily Mail after suffering a broken back and a broken leg after he also stopped to help the stranded motorist. The victims had been using the M20 as a diversion due to the bridge closure. Former Met detective and chief inspector Mick Neville told The Sun: “They may not have directly caused the M20 accident. But had their irresponsible demo not taken place, the women and van driver would probably not have been there.”
The two protesters, Morgan Trowland, 39, and Marcus Decker, 33, were arrested and are being held in custody on remand. They will face a jury trial after both pleaded not guilty to committing a public nuisance over the stunt.”

so amtrak is losing $$, they get $66Billion in funding from taxpayers and is it spent on improvements and infrastructure? NOPE lavish bonus for execs…
FTA
Two GOP lawmakers are looking for answers after a recent report regarding Amtrak executives receiving six-figure bonuses despite the company losing money and receiving billions in taxpayer-funded support.
Railroads, Pipelines, and Hazardous Materials Subcommittee Ranking Member Rick Crawford (R-AR) and Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Ranking Member Sam Graves (R-MO) sent a letter to Amtrak’s Chairman Anthony Coscia on Thursday to address the concerning information.
“Payment of lavish executive bonuses when Amtrak services and revenues remain below pre-pandemic levels, and financial losses appear permanent, seems inappropriate, wasteful and disrespectful to Amtrak’s nonexecutive front-line employees and taxpayers,” the Republican lawmakers wrote.
“These concerns are only exacerbated by the $66 billion in guaranteed funding Amtrak received as a result of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), which should be spent on improving the existing system rather than needless expansions or excessive executive rewards,” they added.
Last year, Amtrak’s bonuses of more than $200,000 per executive represented more than 50% of the salaries of the company’s leaders, according to the lawmakers. Amtrak claims the bonuses were due to performance.
An Amtrak report, however, showed that the company’s adjusted operating earnings for fiscal year 2020 were negative $789 million, growing to negative $1.03 billion in fiscal year 2021, as cited in the letter by the lawmakers. Further, the losses were covered by approximately $3.7 billion in taxpayer-funded COVID support.
“Given Amtrak’s struggles are expected to continue indefinitely, we remain concerned about plans for awarding executive bonuses when the company expects billions of dollars in annual future losses,” the GOP leaders added. “Amtrak Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Stephen Gardner—who received a bonus of over $261,000 in 2021—confirmed in September that Amtrak’s recent operating losses are $910 million and that the company will never achieve profit.”
