Entire Article @ JustTheNews: “The Illinois Republican candidate for U.S. Senate who won the June primary doesn’t appear on a ballot in Schuyler County and is demanding accountability after dozens of early votes have already been cast.
A social media post shows a copy of a ballot from the central Illinois county that has for the U.S. Senate race incumbent Democratic U.S. Sen. Tammy Duckworth against Republican Peggy Hubbard and Libertarian Bill Redpath. But, it’s Kathy Salvi who is the Republican nominee in that race, not Hubbard.
“On Tuesday, October 11th, it was brought to my attention that ballots drafted by the Schuyler County Board of Elections, and approved by the Illinois State Board of Elections, incorrectly listed one of my primary opponents as the Republican nominee for United States Senate,” Salvi said in a statement. “Our campaign legal team immediately took action and worked with the Schuyler County State’s Attorney. While we came to the best remedy – to sequester the hundreds of ballots that were distributed – this does not solve the most pressing problem of election integrity and transparency.”
Messages to the Illinois State Board of Elections and the Schuyler County Clerk’s office seeking confirmation of the mistake and how the mistake is to be remedied were not immediately returned. Early voting for the Nov. 8 election in Illinois has been going on for two weeks.
In a letter Salvi’s campaign shared with media, her attorney John Fogarty Jr., indicates the Schuyler County State’s Attorney provided information that a total of 45 people have cast early votes using the incorrect ballot.
“I have requested, and you have agreed, that any such returned ballots are sequestered and are not permitted to be counted,” Fogarty said. “You have indicated that while the Clerk’s plan for a remedy is not yet final, it is her current intention to send corrected ballots and an explanatory letter to those three hundred seven (307) voters who have already been mailed an errant Vote By Mail ballot.”
Salvi said more needs to be done to correct the situation. “There needs to be accountability at the county level for this mistake and with the Illinois Board of Elections for approving the ballots,” she said.”

“Dr. Anthony Fauci, longtime director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is defending a new grant to the EcoHealth Alliance, headed by Peter Daszak. The names may ring a bell with embattled Americans.
The EcoHealth Alliance has received tens of millions in research dollars from the federal government and partnered with China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) since 2004. Back in 2019, Dr. Fauci funded the Alliance to collaborate with the WIV on gain-of-function research, which makes viruses more lethal and transmissible. Dr. Fauci was “untruthful” about funding such research at the WIV, controlled by China’s Communist Party and unaccountable to American taxpayers.
As The Epoch Times reports, the new grant comes only weeks after the National Institutes of Health, the parent bureaucracy of NIAID, terminated a grant to the EcoHealth Alliance. It seems the WIV twice declined NIH requests “to hand over laboratory records so that it could review the research.” As The Intercept reports, Fauci’s support for the new grant has drawn pushback from medical scientists.
“It is disturbing that additional funding continues to be awarded for the same high-risk research that may have caused the current pandemic, before there has been a national investigation of the origin of the current pandemic,” molecular biologist Richard Ebright explained. The Rutgers scientist was also disturbed that “additional funding continues to be awarded to a contractor that the NIH has reported to have repeatedly and seriously violated contractual terms and conditions of a grant.”
The new grant is for “Analyzing the potential for future bat coronavirus emergence in Myanmar, Laos, and Vietnam.” Fauci’s support should come as no surprise.
Dr. Fauci continues to tout the theory that the COVID-19 virus arose naturally in the wild. That is a matter of speculation, not science, which involves testing, data, and replication. By contrast, Dr. Robert Redfield, a virologist and former director of the Centers for Disease Control, contended that “the most likely etiology of this pathology in Wuhan was from a laboratory.”
Fauci claims there is no evidence of a lab origin but he might take a look at the EcoHealth grant, “Study of Nipah virus dynamics and genetics in its bat reservoir and of human exposure to NiV across Bangladesh to understand patterns of human outbreaks.” The Nipah virus was part of a cargo of deadly pathogens transported to the WIV from Canada’s National Microbiology Lab (NML) by Dr. Xiangguo Qiu, a Chinese national who once headed the special pathogens program at the NML. In 2017-18 alone, Dr. Qiu made at least five trips to the WIV.
One of Dr. Qiu’s biggest defenders is former NML colleague Gary Kobinger, who now heads the Galveston National Laboratory, a creation of Dr. Fauci’s NIAID. The GNL worked with the Wuhan Institute of Virology and previous GNL director James LeDuc helped WIV scientists avoid scrutiny over China’s role in the pandemic.
LeDuc signed three agreements to destroy files, materials and equipment, even after the deals had expired. Those are hardly the only actions yet to receive the attention they deserve. After Dr. Redfield cited evidence for a laboratory origin, the CDC director got death threats. No word of any investigation by the FBI.
Dr. Redfield recently went on record that “Everyone had to agree to the narrative,” enforced by Dr. Anthony Fauci and other health officials, that the COVID-19 virus came from a “wet market” in Wuhan and not the WIV or any lab. In early 2020, that same narrative was also advanced by Dr. Nancy Messonnier of the CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD), and who began her career with the CDC’s Epidemic Intelligence Service.
In a series of telephone briefings for reporters, Dr. Messonnier identified the “Wuhan market” as the source of the deadly “new virus,” for which, she said, there was no immunity. “I think we should complement the Chinese on the early recognition of the respiratory outbreak center in the Wuhan market,” Messonnier told reporters, “and how rapidly they were able to identify it as a novel coronavirus.”
As Nature noted in March, EcoHealth Alliance boss Peter Daszak was part of a team assembled by the WHO and the Chinese government “to study the pandemic’s origins in China.” Daszak’s Alliance “collaborated on coronavirus research with the Wuhan Institute of Virology,” and Daszak signed a letter charging that any challenge to the natural origin view was a “conspiracy theory.”
Daszak’s Alliance now boasts a new grant, backed by Dr. Fauci, to study “coronavirus emergence.” Watch for this study to claim that the COVID virus “emerged” in the wild, the same view Dr. Fauci has maintained and enforced from the start. Watch for new charges that the lab origin is “misinformation” and so forth, all part of the ongoing coverup. Meanwhile, as Fauci heads for the door in December, the people have plenty to ponder.
Anthony Fauci is a non-practicing medical doctor who first does harm and has no use for informed consent. His bio shows no advanced degrees in molecular biology or biochemistry but he has headed NIAID since 1984. The NIAID boss has often reversed himself but now claims “I represent science.”
Dr. Fauci represents white coat supremacy, rule over the people by unelected medical bureaucrats. He wields executive-level power – Joe Biden even jokes that Fauci is the real president – but never has to face the voters.
The late Angelo Codevilla called out Fauci as a “deep state fraud,” and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. detailed his disastrous career in The Real Anthony Fauci. Even so, the chances are slim that this megalomaniac Lysenko figure will ever get the full investigation he deserves. In 2022 moving forward, the struggle of the people against white coat supremacy is the struggle of memory against forgetting.”

Entire Article @ FB: “Sen. Raphael Warnock’s (D., Ga.) church should face an IRS audit for concealing its ownership of a low-income apartment building that tried to evict disadvantaged residents, a watchdog group charged in a complaint filed Wednesday.
The complaint follows a Washington Free Beacon report that Ebenezer Baptist Church, where Warnock serves as a senior pastor, owns 99 percent of the Columbia Tower at MLK Village in downtown Atlanta. The church’s charity, Ebenezer Building Foundation, did not disclose on its Form 990 tax returns that it owns the building through a network of shell organizations. Experts say the omission violates IRS reporting rules.
“It is abundantly clear that Ebenezer Building Foundation, Inc. has violated one or more IRS laws and regulations regarding the operation of a nonprofit charity,” the National Legal and Policy Center charged in the complaint. “The IRS must conduct a full investigation and audit of the Foundation’s finances and transactions and assess appropriate civil and criminal penalties, and revoking their tax-exempt status if warranted. The public interest demands it.”
Ebenezer Building Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charity that in its IRS Form 990 filings delegates all management duties to Ebenezer Baptist Church, shares the same address as the church, and identifies Warnock as its principal officer. Ebenezer Building Foundation holds a 99 percent stake in Columbia Tower through a shell company called MLK Village Corporation, which also shares the same address as the church and is led by the same three officers as the charity.
“Accordingly, Ebenezer should have disclosed Columbia Residential as a for-profit-related entity … as a ‘related organization’ because it is, in effect, its ‘Subsidiary,'” the NLPC said in its complaint.
“In addition, the Foundation failed to disclose MLK Village Corp as a related organization since it has had the same three registered officers since 2018,” the watchdog added. “In that case, they are considered a Brother/Sister organization since they are ‘controlled by the same person or persons that control the filing organization.'”
Columbia Tower has received over $15 million in taxpayer funds to serve as a home for the “chronically homeless” and those with “mental disabilities.” That didn’t stop the church’s 1 percent business partner, Columbia Residential, from filing a dozen eviction lawsuits against residents of the building over the course of the pandemic, one who owed just $28.55 in past-due rent.
The NLPC also charged the church with reporting wildly inaccurate revenues to the IRS in Ebenezer Building Foundation’s 2020 Form 990.
Ebenezer Building Foundation in its Form 990 reported to the IRS receiving rental revenues of $609,720 for the 2020 fiscal year ending in December. But audited financial statements obtained by the Free Beacon show Ebenezer Baptist Church and Ebenezer Building Foundation only received a combined $377,993 in rental revenue during the same time period.
The reason behind the $231,727 rental revenue discrepancy is unclear. Ebenezer Baptist Church executive pastor John Vaughn and board chairman Ken Palmer did not return a request for comment.
“Senator Warnock and his church need to explain why they are hiding their ownership in the apartment building and to account for the rents received,” said NLPC attorney Paul Kamenar. “It’s despicable that in the name of MLK, they are evicting tenants for past due rents of trifling amounts.”
Kamenar said that he believes these alleged reporting violations are “only the tip of the iceberg.” He said the NLPC will continue to investigate Ebenezer Building Foundation for further wrongdoing. It’s unclear if Warnock was aware that eviction lawsuits were filed against residents of the apartment building his church owns during the pandemic. Warnock did not return requests for comment.
Vaughn, the executive pastor of the church, said in a grant application, however, that he “works closely” with Warnock “in managing the overall vision, ministries, and operations” of the church.
Georgia governor Brian Kemp (R.) in late August awarded the $5 million grant for repairs to Columbia Tower to Ebenezer Building Foundation.
The total sum of past-due rent cited in the 12 lawsuits filed against Columbia Tower residents between February 2020 and September 2022 is just $4,900. Warnock’s Republican opponent, Herschel Walker, said Tuesday morning that he would pay the past-due rents.
“I have never known a preacher that likes abortion even after birth, won’t pay his child support, and evicts poor people to the street,” Walker said in response to the Free Beacon report.

Cruz verdict (no trial since he pled guilty – penalty phase only): life but the judge will ultimately make the decision; according to Harris Faulkner, death penalty is still on the table. I don’t see how they could say life in prison, considering that all but a couple of the “aggravating factors” were, indeed, present in the death of each person.

There is evil going on all around the world. The United States was meant to lead the charge against injustice, but through our example not our force. People do not respond to having liberty and freedom forced on them.
Men and Women follow courage. They follow leadership, and courage. Our example has paved the way for people all around the world to change their forms of government.
Force is not the way because liberty is a powerful concept. The idea that men can govern themselves is the basis for every just form of government.
We can govern ourselves. We do not need to be governed by men who want to install a one world banking system. These men have machine hearts. Machine and unnatural hearts.
They have blocked out the possibility of a better world. They fear human progress. They have monopolies on everything.
This life can be free and beautiful. There are enough resources on this earth to support the world’s population. There are enough resources on this earth to feed everyone. There is enough land for everyone to own their own land and farm, and produce their own energy. These people have been hiding technology. There are ways to create power easily. There is technology that can provide free cheap power for everyone. There are farming techniques that can feed the entire world.
The Bill of Rights is being systematically dismantled. Men have spilled their blood for those rights. Your sons and daughters, your brothers and sisters, and Americas best young men and women are losing their limbs. They are losing their lives. They are losing the hearts. They do not know why they are fighting. They are killing. And they do not know why.
They have done some extraordinary acts. Their deeds go before them. But these wars are lies. They are lies. They deceived our entire nation with terrorism. They have gotten us to hand them our rights. Our Rights! Men died for those rights!
September Eleventh was an inside job. They blew up a third building in broad daylight. Building 7. Your leaders betrayed you.

Upper case vs. lower case….
When all original print had to be set in individual letters, the “upper case” letters were stored in the case on top of the case that stored the smaller “lower case” letters. Hence, upper and lower case!

BTW hubby is hanging in there on that trucking job, for nearly 2 months now. It’s a 90 day probationary period & then we’ll see. It’s way more physical labor than he’d hoped but he’s mostly used to how things work there so he’ll likely stay on to make his 6-12 months of driving before potentially looking elsewhere…only God knows. One day at a time & all.
Also our daughter is expecting our second grandchild & she & her hubby just put an offer on a house in our neighborhood. If that works out 3 of our 4 kids will be living within 2 miles of us…so we can help them out in the apocalyptic times portending 😉

My son Brandon, who got a philosophy degree & Had been pre-law, was working at my husband’s old company but had to go to traffic court for a ticket in our home town. He got the tech job because of his personal skills, hard work, doing his own car repairs, & putting himself through school (on a scholarship), & his new boss was very willing to train him into an arena for which B had no background & joked about getting a couch in the workshop in honor of B’s degree (probably mixed up Philosophy w/ Psych)…
Anyway B is waiting for the judge to enter chambers & notices the nameplate on the bench, recalls it’s the dad of one of his HS soccer teammates so thinks he’s got it in the bag. Well just before the judge enters, the nameplate is changed & B’s heart sinks.
When it’s his turn to face the judge somehow B’s education comes up in the discussion. Judge wanted to know what B planned to do with his Philosophy degree. B considers answering that he’d hoped to be a lawyer & judge someday, but humility AND reality intrude. “Apparently become a Hydraulics Technician, your honor.” is what he says.
As he’d had to leave work early, was likely coated in grime, & in a clearly blue color uniform, this answer turns away all wrath & he gets out of the ticket without a fine! So technically my son Brandon fits Both frames above!
