There are roughly 270 species of hawks across the world, but here in the United States, there’s approximately 25 species of hawks. These birds vary in size, shape, and hunting style; however, they all have one thing in common: they’re fearsome predators that use their sharp talons and razor-sharp beaks to capture prey.
The Red-tailed Hawk is the most common hawk found throughout North America. They can be found all over the continent, and they are considered to be one of the few large hawks that make their home near human settlements.
A hawk is a bird of prey, and are part of the raptor family, which includes birds like vultures and eagles. A group of hawks is called a kettle, which describes the movement of a group of raptors flying in circles. Hawks are very large birds that have passive soaring wings. Passive soaring is when a bird does not flap its wings, but uses the wind to glide for long periods of time. Hawks use this method to hunt and migrate across vast distances without exerting much energy.

Hawks will typically migrate thousands of miles every year. In fact, some hawks can travel up to 3,000 miles in a single flight. The distance they fly varies depending on the species and their need for food. Most migrations happen during spring or fall when weather conditions are favorable for flying long distances at high altitudes.
All hawk species hunt their prey from the air, usually by catching it with their talons or catching it in midair with their sharp hooked beaks. Ahawk’s talons are a marvel of engineering reaching almost 2 inches in length. They are so strong that they can grip prey with a force up to 500 pounds per square inch (PSI). This makes them very dangerous. A single talon can exert an upwards pressure on the ground as much as nine times its own weight, and they are so sharp that it only takes one claw’s tip to puncture through skin.

Hawks are powerful predators that have binocular vision and can see 5x better than humans. Binocular vision is when both eyes focus on the same object at the same time. This gives hawks a great field of view to hunt prey in because they have an overlap in their sight lines. Hawks also have keen color perception, which means they can tell red from green or blue very easily. They are able to pick out detail like hair or feathers from far away distances.
Hawks are known for their keen eyesight, and can see a field mouse from over a mile away. This is due to the fact that they have a field of view three times as wide as humans and up to twenty-eight times sharper. What may be even more amazing, though, is how far away hawks can see something in detail – sometimes over a mile! A typical hawk’s eye has a visual acuity of about 20/2, meaning it can distinguish an object at 20 feet (6 meters) from 200 feet (60 meters).
Hawks are carnivorous birds that have a variety of prey, such as small mammals, snakes, fish, birds and amphibians. They feed on insects and other small animals too. Hawks can also be opportunistic hunters if the opportunity arises for them to do so! Red-tailed hawks are among the most common birds of prey in North America, and can eat as much as five pounds of food per day, which is twice their body weight!
Hawks typically nest high up off the ground to avoid predators, such as raccoons, squirrels, and humans. They do this by nesting on trees or other structures which extend from higher surfaces, like cliffs or utility poles. In general, hawks live between 15 and 20 years in the wild.

The red-tailed hawk does not stray from its partner and usually lives with them until they die. Red-tailed hawks also have a strong desire to care for their young ones together with their mates, which makes them excellent parents. They will continue caring for the chicks until they become independent adults in two years or so.
A baby hawk is called an ‘Eyas’. The word ‘eyas’ comes from the French language and means “nestling.” The hawks start off in a nest. As they grow, they need to be released so that they can fly around and learn to hunt on their own. This is usually done when the birds are about six weeks old.
Hawks have four types of vocalizations that they use to communicate with other hawks: screams, growls, hoots and screeches. These different sounds are important for a hawk to identify its own species, as well as potential threats from predators. A scream is often used when defending territory or searching for prey.

The sound of a growl can be heard during courtship rituals, where the male may try to impress the female by attacking her while screaming at her. (This would NOT impress me…lol) Hoots are typically used in interactions with other hawks, and screeches are used when a hawk feels threatened or angry.
Male hawks perform courtship dances called sky-dances. In a typical sky-dance, the male will fly at high altitudes while calling to attract attention from below. The female will respond by flying and making vocalizations of her own. Eventually, the male will land near the female and copulate with her on the ground or in a nearby tree.
Notable Hawks
The American Kestrel (Sparrowhawk) is the smallest hawk in North America. It lives throughout North America and parts of Central America, as well as Mexico.

The Ferruginous Hawk is the largest hawk in the world. They are found in North America, Central America, and parts of South America.

The Peregrine Falcon is the world’s fastest animal. These birds can reach speeds up to 242 miles per hour when diving for prey, which is faster than any other creature on Earth.

My favorite Hawk: Hudson

publisher blasts ny times for best seller list bullshit…
entire article
Please follow us on Gab, Minds, Telegram, Rumble, GabTV, Truth Social, Gettr
It has long been alleged that the New York Times Bestseller list is manipulated to enable the progressive agenda of the paper’s owners.
Skyhorse Publishing’s Tony Lyons just went nuclear on the subject as he believes his publications have not received a fair shake from the Grey Lady.
Lyons called the Bestseller List an outright fraud.
You can read his press release below:
The Great Reset: And the War for the World, by Alex Jones, outsold the #1 New York Times bestseller for hardcover non-fiction this week. And yet it was excluded from their bestseller list.
Total consumer preorders from 8/10 to 8/30 were 24,739 copies from Amazon alone, with 11,297 copies ordered during the publication week, for a total of 36,036 copies sold.
I’m Glad My Mom Died by Jeanette McCurdy, which sold 34,686 units this week, was listed as #1 on the New York Times bestseller list.
Breaking History, by Jared Kushner, sold 13,356 copies in the same week, and was listed as #2.
The Great Reset is #6 right now on the Amazon weekly bestseller list for all books sold in all genres and formats. In just a little over a week’s time, there are already 417 Amazon customer reviews with a remarkable average of 4.9 out of 5.0 stars.
The Great Reset sold nine times as many copies as the #15 book on the New York Times list, Vacuuming in the Nude by Peggy Rowe, which sold a grand total of 3,587 copies.
Again, the New York Times excluded Alex Jones’s The Great Reset from its rightful place on the list.
When asked for comment on how The Great Reset could have been excluded from the New York Times bestseller list, a spokesman for the NYT insisted it had nothing whatsoever to do with the author or the content of the book. Instead, they falsely claimed it was “just sales pattern.”
For a company that routinely publishes articles excoriating others both for disseminating misinformation and for engaging in heinous acts of censorship, the New York Times should be ashamed. The public should recognize that it can’t trust what they publish. They are an advocacy organization, not a news organization. This is a sad commentary on the state of journalism in the United States.
It is time to end the censorship of conservative voices from bestseller lists.
The false claim from the New York Times that excluding The Great Reset from the bestseller list was due to “just sales pattern,” when the numbers clearly show otherwise, is shocking and unconscionable.
The Great Reset was the bestselling hardcover non-fiction book in America last week. Period.

Good morning! I love watching hawks!!! Beautiful birds!
Entire Article @ TrendingPolitics: “In a major health update, the European nation of Denmark is announcing that vaccination is no longer recommended for healthy individuals under age 50.
“The Danish Health Authority (DHA) expects that the number of covid-19 infections will increase during autumn and winter,” the DHA announced. “Therefore, we recommend vaccination of people aged 50 years and over as well as selected risk groups.”
“With the autumn vaccination programme, we aim to prevent serious illness, hospitalisation and death,” the DHA continued. “The risk of becoming severely ill from covid-19 increases with age. Therefore, people who have reached the age of 50 and particularly vulnerable people will be offered vaccination. We expect that many people will be infected with covid-19 during autumn and winter. It is therefore important that the population remembers the guidance on how to prevent infection, which also applies to a number of other infectious diseases.”
“Why are people aged under 50 not to be re-vaccinated?” the DHA responds to this question in the fact sheet. “The purpose of the vaccination programme is to prevent severe illness, hospitalisation and death. Therefore, people at the highest risk of becoming severely ill will be offered booster vaccination. The purpose of vaccination is not to prevent infection with covid-19, and people aged under 50 are therefore currently not being offered booster vaccination.”
“People aged under 50 are generally not at particularly higher risk of becoming severely ill from covid-19,” the DHA continued. “In addition, younger people aged under 50 are well protected against becoming severely ill from covid-19, as a very large number of them have already been vaccinated and have previously been infected with covid-19, and there is consequently good immunity among this part of the population.”
“It is important that the population also remembers the guidance on how to prevent the spread of infection, including staying at home in case of illness, frequent aeration or ventilation, social distancing, good coughing etiquette, hand hygiene and cleaning,” the DHA added.
In a section on “Vaccination of children against covid-19,” the DHA states, “Children and adolescents rarely become severely ill from the Omicron variant of covid-19.”
“From 1 July 2022, it was no longer possible for children and adolescents aged under 18 to get the first injection and, from 1 September 2022, it was no longer possible for them to get the second injection,” the DHA added. “A very limited number of children at particularly higher risk of becoming severely ill will still be offered vaccination based on an individual assessment by a doctor.”
Denmark has repeatedly been listed as the nation with the highest quality of life in the world, according to such indexes as the Standard of Living survey performed by the Social Progress Imperative. The Quality of Life index takes into account a number of factors, including “the health, comfort and the happiness of a specific group.”

Morning Filly!
we had a pair of hawks a few years ago that adopted our garden fence…they kept the squirrel and chipmunk populations from eating my zucchini and i was able to harvest quite a few!
then one bright day, Gracie (we named them George and Gracie) flew into the upper window on the porch. (she left her impression on the glass!) she was flustered–but not injured, and flew off. we never saw them again after that.
we see single hawks here and there but no pairs

Wow! Glad she wasn’t injured! Ha – I named 2 Canadian Geese George and Gracie – the used to hang out in an office park where I worked. I used to feed them – eventually, the property management had them removed. One day, it was really nice outside and I had the front door propped open. One of them walked right into the office and up to my desk!

Entire Article @ BB: “Hunter Biden reportedly has requested to have child support payments for the daughter he conceived out-of-wedlock with former stripper Lunden Roberts lowered, citing financial hardships.
According to recently filed court documents, Hunter Biden claimed that “financial circumstances” have made him unable to meet the initially agreed upon child support payments for his now 4-year-old daughter, Navy Joan, who he has not yet met. Per the New York Post:
Hunter cited “a substantial material change” in his “financial circumstances, including but not limited to his income” for the reason behind his request. It wasn’t immediately clear what the change in Hunter’s income was. Hunter’s motion was filed in Independence County, which is where Roberts — a former stripper — lives with their daughter, Navy Joan.
Hunter Biden’s Texas-based attorney Brent Langdon said in the motion that recent reforms to Arkansas child support payment laws were behind Hunter’s recent push.
“Like many other individuals whose child support obligations were calculated before the new guidelines took effect, Mr. Biden has asked the court to review the existing child support determination and to establish an amount of child support that complies with the current guidelines and circumstances,” Langdon said in a statement.
Clint Lancaster, Lunden Roberts’ attorney, threatened to look deeper into Hunter Biden’s financials to confirm his supposed hardship. “Ultimately, this is going to require us to look deeply, more deeply, into Hunter’s finances,” Lancaster said. “I’m going to want to have a deposition with Mr. Biden. Like last time, I’m going to bring my forensic accountant to the deposition, unless the judge tells me I can’t. Unless he’s going to pay me to fly to California to take his deposition, he’s going to have to come to Arkansas,” he added.
Allegedly, neither Hunter Biden nor President Joe Biden have met Navy Joan at this point. As Breitbart News reported in June, Joe Biden reportedly did not provide security for his granddaughter after Roberts began sounding the alarm in the wake of receiving multiple threats from her ex-fiancé — cage fighter Princeton Foster.
Hunter Biden is the subject of a brand new narrative film, My Son Hunter, marking Breitbart’s expansion into film distribution. The film was directed by Robert Davi (Goonies, License to Kill, Die Hard) and stars Laurence Fox (Victoria, Inspector Lewis, The Professor, and The Madman) as Hunter Biden; Gina Carano (The Mandalorian, Dead Pool, Heist) as a Secret Service agent; and John James (Dynasty) as Joe Biden. It was produced by Phelim McAleer and Ann McElhinney (Gosnell movie, FBI Lovebirds: Undercovers) from the Unreported Story Society. The film is available RIGHT NOW for Streaming and Downloading at MySonHunter.com. The trailer below has been viewed almost 5 million times across social media.”

Entire Article @ BB: “Dr. Mehmet Oz, Republican Senate candidate in Pennsylvania, recently attacked his opponent, the ridiculous Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, for a pro-criminal record that would embarrass George Soros. Specifically, he criticized Fetterman for employing as aides on his campaign Dennis and Lee Horton, who spent 27 years in prison for a horrific armed robbery murder.
Drunk on his own self-righteousness, Fetterman sanctimoniously responded: “Does Dr. Oz believe that the wrongfully convicted should die in prison?” He added that the brothers “spent 27 years in prison for a crime they didn’t commit.”
Members of the media, who fervently believe our prisons are just bursting at the seams with completely innocent men, didn’t need to hear more. Suddenly, the entire media-big tech-entertainment conglomerate was screaming at Oz: HOW DARE YOU, YOU MORALLY BANKRUPT DOUCHEBAG! THESE TWO MEN WERE PROVED INNOCENT!
Were they now? Here’s how the media tells “the actual story,” as somberly delivered by MSNBC’s Chris Hayes, who majored in “Easily Fooled” studies at Brown University: “According to brothers Dennis and Lee Horton [and who would know better?], on Memorial Day 1993, they were out for a joyride when they picked up their friend, a guy named Robert Leaf.
“What they did not know was that Leaf had just murdered Samuel Alemo and was currently being pursued by the police [sketch that scene for me, Chris]. They were pulled over and all three men were arrested.
“The police involved with the case were accused of using a whole host of problematic tactics during the investigation [yes, they were “accused” — accusations laughed out of court by Democratic judges]; eyewitnesses changed their story [they did not] after prosecutors tried to pin the crime on all three of them — the Hortons as well.
“And the district attorney’s case file, which was not made available till 2018 [I think we know why, Larry Krasner!], included a note stating Leaf is the shooter and a police note indicating Leaf acknowledged his role — all seeming to clear the Hortons. [total B.S.]
The Horton brothers, who are black, refused a plea agreement because they said they didn’t want to plead guilty to a crime they did not commit.”
Below, I have edited Hayes’ description to include only those parts that are relevant and actually true:
“on Memorial Day 1993 …
“a guy named Robert Leaf
“They were … pulled over and all three men were arrested.
“The Horton brothers … are black.”
Luckily for people interested in knowing the truth — a group that decidedly does not include Chris Hayes — the Horton brothers spent their years in prison clogging up the courts with frivolous appeals, so it’s possible to find out how these innocent lambs were somehow convicted of A CRIME THEY DIDN’T COMMIT!
In dismissing their most recent appeal, here’s how the Pennsylvania Superior Court summarized the “evidence adduced at trial” — that is, evidence presented in open court, supported by physical evidence and eyewitness testimony, subjected to cross-examination, and believed by 12 members of a jury:
“On May 31, 1993, [Dennis Horton], his brother Lee Horton (‘Lee’), and a co-conspirator Robert Leaf (‘Leaf’) robbed Filito’s Bar located at 5th Street and Hunting Park Avenue.
“During the course of the robbery, [Dennis Horton], who was carrying a rifle, shot Samuel Alemo multiple times. Alemo later died from his gunshot wounds. [Dennis Horton] also shot Luz Archella and her daughter Luz Martinez, injuring both. Leaf brandished what appeared to be a black pistol while Lee took money from bar patrons. After leaving the bar, the three men fled in a blue automobile.
“A passerby was able to supply police with a description of the vehicle and a partial license plate number. A radio call was sent out, which included a description of the three assailants, their vehicle, and the last four digits of the license plate. A police officer observed the vehicle a short time later only a mile from the crime scene, and placed [Dennis Horton] and his companions under arrest.
“Police recovered a .22-caliber semiautomatic rifle from the backseat of the car, as well as a black pellet gun under the front passenger seat. Ballistics testing identified the rifle as the same weapon used during the robbery at Filito’s. [Horton], Lee, and Leaf … were taken to the hospital where Martinez and her daughter, as well as another bar patron, Miguel DeJesus, identified them as the robbers.”
(The judges, incidentally, were all Democrats, including the only black woman on the 38-member appellate court, who subscribes to the theory that prison is “The New Jim Crow.”) As you can see right away, one problem with the media’s version of events is: What the hell happened to the other two guys?
This was a daytime robbery of a bar, where two of the perpetrators walked around, taking the patrons’ wallets at gunpoint — not a nighttime mugging witnessed from 20 yards away. The victims had plenty of time to observe the perps. However much criminal defense lawyers attack eyewitness testimony, the patrons certainly knew it was three guys, not one; that they were black, not white; and they were male, not female.
But more important, right after the murdering thieves sped off, a passerby called the police with a description of the car, including four of six numbers from the license plate. Within minutes, that very car was stopped by the police a mile from the bar. And you’ll never guess what they found in that car … three black guys and a recently fired rifle!
Explain, again, how the Horton brothers happened to be in that car? Right after their arrest, all three men were positively identified at the hospital by the people they’d shot at earlier that day. But even without that identification, again: They were caught in the getaway car, mere minutes after the crime.
So if I understand it correctly, the media’s theory of the crime is as follows:
“Immediately after the robbery — and I mean immediately! — Leaf told his REAL accomplices: I’ve got a fantastic idea! You guys get out of the car. I know these two brothers — the Hortons — who look exactly like you and I’m pretty sure are wearing the exact same clothes. Also, their car is identical to yours and — you’ll never believe this — their license plate number is only off by two digits. I’ll just call them to come pick me up and wait here by the side of the road with the long-barreled — and easy to conceal! — rifle we just fired — OH CRAP! IT’S THE POLICE!”
Look, it would be one thing if Fetterman defended his years-long PR campaign on behalf of the murdering Horton brothers by saying, They’ve served long enough! Everybody deserves a second chance. I would disagree, especially because the brothers continue to deny their guilt — but in that case, at least Fetterman would only be a gullible fool, and not a despicable, bald-faced liar.”

EXCERPT: “House Democrats are looking to protect their allies in the federal bureaucracy, making them more difficult to fire and less accountable to the American people.
“The Trump Administration made one thing crystal clear: the American people have very few friends in the Swamp’s alphabet soup of federal agencies,” Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) exclusively told Breitbart News on Wednesday. Roy recently introduced legislation that would make all federal bureaucrats at-will employees and therefore easier to fire given incompetence or adverse political motivation.
———————
Conservatives like Roy, however, are calling for a bureaucratic “reckoning” in America, saying, “It’s past time for the protections that empower and shield underperforming and ill-willed employees to be weakened,” in a recent op-ed for Newsweek. Roy further explained that the “root of this government tyranny” is “the corrupt or inept federal employees burrowed in throughout the federal government.”
Recalling bureaucratic stonewalling during the Trump administration, Roy wrote, “Their actions sabotaged policies the American people voted for. When their conduct came to light, they hid behind bureaucratic procedures to evade consequences.”
Late in his administration, and in response to the “sabotage,” former President Trump signed Executive Order 13957, creating a Schedule F that would allow for bureaucrats with “policy-determining, policy-making, or policy-advocating” positions to be more easily fired.
Similar ideas, and ideas including a Schedule F option, are currently being floated by conservative think tanks and conservatives politicians who are preparing to staff a new Republican administration or seek to clean up the administrative state. Roy’s bill appears to go beyond Schedule F, making nonpolitical-appointee employees at-will hires.
The Texas Republican’s plan, and others like it, have been met with fear and disdain from Democrats and their establishment media allies. A hyperventilating Salon article said that Roy’s plan “further stoked fears that marginalized workers will suffer discriminatory firings under a future Republican administration.”
Another article called another plan to clean up the administrative state “authoritarianism 101” and “truly the implementation of a fascist takeover of our government.”
Conservative voters and Republican politicians have been pointing out corruption and left-wing favor in the federal bureaucracy for years. “None of those corrupt bureaucrats should be anywhere near the levers of power — they should be fired immediately,” Roy told Breitbart News. “Frankly, some should be jailed for their tyranny against the American people.”

Every American is responsible for securing freedom for the generations to come. The job of securing our freedom in the United States lies in the hands of its people. We should never be dependent on our government to provide us with our freedom. Our government didn’t give us that freedom, God did. We are born into it and it can’t be stripped from us.
We the people must be willing to defend our rights from enemies foreign and domestic
Ronald Reagan said that we’re only one generation away from losing freedom and I agree with him. That’s why it’s inherently every Americans duty to protect ourselves from enemies both foreign and domestic. Our founding fathers were very clear.
All we want is what was promised. This is our pursuit of happiness. The only thing standing in the way of the globalist/elitist is the American people. We are the worlds largest standing army even without our military. This is why they are coming after our Second Amendment so hard. We will not let them win.

“Stunning Hubble Images Showing Two Nebulae That Have ‘Going Berserk’
Possibly both had inside them two stars orbiting each other, which with their disappearance created that kind of “pinwheels” of gas and dust around them.
Thousands of light years from Earth, although close in spatial terms, are two young nebulae. They are NGC 7072, nicknamed the “jewel bug” and NGC 6302, known as the “Butterfly Nebula,” because of their similarities to these insects. The two have two characteristics in common: huge amounts of space dust, as well as unusual masses of gas. Therefore, scientists saw in them the perfect object of study. Why do they have those shapes? Why that level of gases and dust?
The secret may be in its stars. Or the ones that were there one day. Stars are essentially engines of nuclear fusion, allowing them to live a “placid” life for thousands and even hundreds of millions of years. However, when their end comes, they can become a kind of “crazy pinwheels”, causing a swelling of their outer layer, and expelling jets of hot gas. And that is what seems to have happened to the stars in the center of each of these nebulae, as the Hubble Space Telescope has been able to observe.
Hubble had imaged these two nebulae before, but years ago and never with the new Wide Field Camera 3 instrument over its entire wavelength range, making observations in near ultraviolet to near infrared light. “These new observations provide the most comprehensive view to date of these two spectacular nebulae,” explains Joel Kastner of the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York, leader of the new study published in the journal “Galaxies” in a statement. “When I was downloading the images, I felt like a child in a candy store.”
The new Hubble images reveal in incredible detail how the two nebulae are moving apart on extremely short timescales, allowing astronomers to see their changes over the past two decades. In particular, the wide, multi-wavelength views of each nebula are helping researchers track the shock wave histories in them. Such collisions are typically generated when cool, fast stellar winds collide and sweep away gas and dust blown off by the star in its recent past, expanding it outward and creating well-walled, bubble-shaped cavities.
A “dance” of two stars and two theories: The researchers suspect that at the heart of each nebula there were two stars orbiting each other. Evidence for such a central “dynamic duo” comes from the strange shapes of these nebulae. Each has a pinched, dusty waist and polar lobes or outlets, as well as other more complex symmetrical patterns.
A commonly accepted theory for the generation of such structures is that the mass-losing star is one of two stars in a binary system. The two stars orbit each other close enough that they eventually interact, producing a disk of gas around one or both stars. The disc then fires jets that inflate the polarized exiting gas lobes.
Another hypothesis is that the smaller star of the pair merges with its swollen, faster-evolving stellar companion. This configuration, which tends to be short-lived in spatial terms, can also generate oscillating jets, forming the characteristic bipolar outflows commonly seen in planetary nebulae. However, the companion stars of these planetary nebulae have not been observed directly, so scientists think that they are either so small that they have not been detected yet or that they could have been swallowed by red giant stars, much larger and brighter. .
NGC 6302, commonly known as the Butterfly Nebula, exhibits a distinctive S-shaped pattern that can be seen in reddish orange in the image. Something like a giant lawn sprinkler spinning violently, spewing two S-shaped jets. However, in this case, it is not water in the air, but a star expelling gas at high speed into space. Furthermore, that “S” only appears in the images when Hubble records the near-infrared emission of individually ionized iron atoms. This iron emission is indicative of energetic collisions between slow and fast winds, which are most frequently observed in active galactic nuclei and supernova remnants.
“It is rarely seen in planetary nebulae,” says Bruce Balick of the University of Washington in Seattle and another of the study’s authors. “Importantly, the iron emission image shows that fast off-axis winds penetrate the nebula like tsunamis, destroying ancient clumps in their path and leaving only long tails of debris.”
The image of NGC 7027 indicates that it was slowly swelling, into symmetrical or spiral spheres, until very recently. “Something recently went wild in the center, producing a new cloverleaf pattern, with bullets of material fired in specific directions,” says Kastner. Without a doubt, a whole stellar spectacle of which the Hubble now reveals its result to us like never before.”

This is NOT good news, IMO! I fear far too much “faith” has been given to Durham….
EXCERPT: “A whitepaper obtained first by The Federalist suggests Special Counsel John Durham botched the investigation of a second Russia collusion hoax, the one concerning Yota cellphones.
In a scandal linked to the Spygate operation, Hillary Clinton cronies peddled to the CIA fake evidence they claimed established Donald Trump and his associates were using the Russian-made Yota cellphones in the vicinity of the White House and other key locations. The news of this operation broke during the special counsel’s prosecution of former Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann. However, the just-obtained Yota whitepaper that was supposed to undergird Sussmann’s claims differs substantially from the memoranda documenting what Sussmann supposedly said to the CIA.
Durham’s team has known of these discrepancies for years but has failed to hold responsible those who used the CIA to target a political opponent and the then-president of the United States with false smears of corruption with a foreign power. Now with the news that the special counsel’s office has let the grand jury expire, suggesting a winding down of the investigation, Durham’s failure to seek charges related to the Yota phone hoax is appalling. Durham offered the only apparent opportunity for justice in this entire collection of major scandals.

In response to an open-records request submitted to Georgia Tech seeking a copy of a whitepaper analyzing Yota-related data, The Federalist on Monday obtained a document entitled “Network Analysis of Yota-Related Resolution Events.” Georgia Tech researcher David Dagon, one of Joffe’s associates involved in mining the DNS data, had identified the document as one responsive to a special counsel subpoena. The metadata of the file shows a creation date of February 8, 2017—just one day before Sussmann provided the CIA data supposedly supporting the Yota phone theory.
—————
While the special counsel’s office highlighted this omission in the Sussmann case, nothing of consequence seems to have come from that discovery. Further, given the gulf that separates what Sussmann told the CIA and the much more milquetoast assertions in the whitepaper, one must wonder what Durham’s team has done to unravel this aspect of the Russia-collusion hoax.
Finally, the evidence is now clear that Joffe shared the EOP data with someone at Georgia Tech, since the whitepaper referencing that data proved responsive to a right-to-know request served on the university. But Joffe’s right to the EOP data was limited.
So the key question becomes: Why has Durham’s team not pursued charges against anyone related to the Yota phone hoax?”

EXCERPTS: “STORY AT-A-GLANCE
– According to the latest statistics, life expectancy in the United States dropped precipitously in 2020 and 2021. In 2019, the average life span of Americans of all ethnicities was nearly 79 years. By the end of 2021, life expectancy had dropped to 76 — a loss of nearly three years
– Even small declines in life expectancy of a tenth or two-tenths of a year mean that on a population level, a lot more people are dying prematurely than they really should be
– Native Americans and Alaska Natives have the highest rate of diabetes out of any ethnic groups — 1 in 7 — and obesity is also common. Both of these conditions have been identified as comorbidities that make you more susceptible to serious COVID-19 infection
– Aside from COVID, causes of death listed as contributors to this loss of life expectancy include accidental deaths, drug overdoses, heart disease, chronic liver disease and cirrhosis. However, excess deaths from all causes are wildly elevated, across age groups
– That life expectancy has dropped by three years since the start of the pandemic can be explained by the simple fact that the primary “remedy” for COVID — the experimental mRNA COVID jabs — are the most lethal drugs in medical history
——————–
According to The New York Times, Native Americans and Alaska Natives have the highest rate of diabetes out of any ethnic groups — 1 in 7 — and obesity is also common. Both of these conditions have been identified as comorbidities that make you more susceptible to serious COVID-19 infection, which could help explain why life expectancy among Native Americans and Alaska Natives dropped by four years in 2020.
They do not necessarily explain the continued drop in life expectancy in 2021, however. According to Minnesota Chippewa tribe member Dr. Ann Bullock, former director of diabetes treatment and prevention at the federal Indian Health Service agency, the COVID jab campaign was very successful among Native Americans and Alaska Natives, which made the continued drop during 2021 “all the more upsetting.”
———————
The increase in “accidental deaths” seem particularly odd, considering the many lockdowns, but it’s possible the COVID jabs might have something to do with this as well. According to the U.S. National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA), lethal traffic accidents have steadily risen during 2021 and 2022,3 reaching a 20-year high in the first quarter of 2022.
Some have started referring to these accidents as “vaccindents,” caused when jabbed individuals suddenly experience a stroke, heart attack or temporary black-out while driving.
It cannot be proven that side effects from the jab are causing these accidents, but it’s still something worth considering. The jabs are also known to cause mental fog, disorientation and confusion, which could contribute to any number of accidents, on and off the road.
———————-
Excess mortality, a statistic that is related to but separate from life expectancy, certainly plays a role. Excess mortality refers to the difference between the observed numbers of deaths (from all causes) during a given time period, compared to the expected number of deaths based on historical norms, such as the previous five-year average. (Formula: reported deaths – expected deaths = excess deaths.)
Across the world, excess mortality has dramatically risen since the start of the pandemic, and barely a day now goes by without a healthy adult suddenly dropping dead with no apparent cause. People have died during live broadcasts, in the middle of speeches and during dinner.
———————–
Campbell also reviews the individual case of Rob Wardell, a 37-year-old champion mountain biker who died in his sleep mere days after winning the Scottish MTB XC championship.6 His partner, Katie Archibald tweeted:7
“I still don’t understand what’s happened; if this is real; why he’d be taken now — so healthy and happy. He went into cardiac arrest while we were lying in bed. I tried and tried, and the paramedics arrived within minutes, but his heart stopped and they couldn’t bring him back.”
Wardell is just one of several hundred athletes who have suddenly dropped dead, worldwide, and the one common denominator is that they all had one or more COVID jabs.
Between January 2021 and August 2022 (a period of 19 months), at least 1,249 athletes suffered cardiac arrest or collapse after COVID injection, and at least 847 died,8 with more being recorded as reports come in. Historically, the annual average of sudden death in athletes has been between 299 and 69,10 so this is clearly nowhere near normal, regardless of what the “fact checkers” say.
———————–
Again, while a majority of the excess deaths were attributed to COVID (which we know simply means they had a positive PCR test at the time of death, or within a certain time period of death), 171,168 excess deaths were not attributable to COVID. So, why did so many people die that “shouldn’t” have?
———————–
Life insurance data tell an even more horrifying story. In January 2022, OneAmerica, a mutual life insurance company based in Indianapolis, reported that the death rate of working-age Americans (18 to 64), in the third quarter of 2021, was 40% higher than prepandemic levels — and these deaths were not attributed to COVID. They also had an uptick in long-term disability claims. According to CEO Scott Davidson:14
“We are seeing, right now, the highest death rates we have seen in the history of this business — not just at OneAmerica. The data is consistent across every player in that business.
And what we saw just in third quarter, we’re seeing it continue into fourth quarter, is that death rates are up 40% over what they were pre-pandemic. Just to give you an idea of how bad that is, a three-sigma or a one-in-200-year catastrophe would be 10% increase over pre-pandemic. So, 40% is just unheard of.”
———————–
Excess deaths are also soaring in England and Wales.16 As reported by The Telegraph17 August 18, 2022, for 14 out of the past 15 weeks, England and Wales have averaged an extra 1,000 non-COVID deaths per week above the seven-year average, and the percentage of people dying at home is disproportionally higher than expected (28.1% higher than statistical norm).
———————–
In conclusion, that life expectancy has dropped by three years since the start of the pandemic can be explained by the simple fact that the primary “remedy” for COVID — the experimental mRNA COVID jabs — are the most lethal drugs in medical history.”

Entire Article @ kens5 news: JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — A Florida Chick-fil-A employee is being called a hero after he successfully stopped a man from an attempted carjacking, according to The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say a young employee outside a Fort Walton Beach area restaurant rushed to help a screaming woman holding a baby Wednesday after a man grabbed her keys and tried to take her car. William Branch, 43, of DeFuniak Springs was charged with carjacking with a weapon and battery.
Deputies say the victim was getting the infant out of her car at a restaurant at 743 Beal Parkway when she says Branch approached her wielding a stick and demanded her keys. He then grabbed the keys from the waistband of her pants, opened her car door, and got inside, deputies say. However, deputies say when the victim began screaming for help, an employee at Chick-fil-A ran to intervene.
The employee managed to take the man down and hold him until more employees arrived to help. Deputies say Branch punched the young man in the face during the altercation, but he was not seriously injured. The whole thing was captured on video.
” A major shout-out to this young man for his courage,” said the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office in a statement. Watch:

Entire Article @ Becker News: “A Delaware judge has ruled that the state’s new vote-by-mail law is unconstitutional and that no excuse, mail-in absentee ballots are not a valid form of voting in the November election.
Vice Chancellor Nathan Cook ruled that the mail-in ballot law violates Delaware’s constitution that determines the rules that allow a voter to cast an absentee ballot. The Democrats had rammed the legislation through the General Assembly last June. “Our Supreme Court and this court have consistently stated that those circumstances are exhaustive,” Cook wrote. “Therefore, as a trial judge, I am compelled by precedent to conclude that the vote-by-mail statute’s attempt to expand absentee voting … must be rejected.” Cook, however, upheld the state’s duly passed same-day voter registration law.
The attorney for the plaintiffs who challenged the vote-by-mail statute said she was glad that the judge carefully studied Delaware’s constitution and court precedent in making his determination. “He started on the Constitutional Convention of 1897 and worked his way through,” remarked Julianne Murray, who is also the Republican nominee for state attorney general.
Retired judge Jane Brady, who also represented plaintiffs, said that mail-in voting “does not comport with the constitution. I believe that the legislature has known from day one that they needed a constitutional amendment to do this,” she noted. “In my view, they abdicated their responsibility,” she added.
According to the National Conference of State Legislatures, twenty-seven states with “no excuse” absentee mail-in voting months ahead of the 2022 midterm elections. Eight states conduct elections entirely by mail: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Vermont and Washington).”

Entire Article @ Summit News: “From today, all women in Hungary who want an abortion must listen to the baby’s heartbeat before going through with the procedure. The new rule came into force after an announcement by Minister of the Interior Sándor Pintér.
“The presented medical findings must record that the healthcare provider presented the factor indicating the vital functions of the fetus to the pregnant woman in a clearly identifiable manner,” said the minister. Pintér asserted that a new law wasn’t necessary to mandate the requirement, which is merely a continuation of the 1992 abortion law.
However, Tímea Szabó, co-chair of the left-wing Párbeszéd party, believes the rule is a pre-cursor to a total ban on abortion and has called for it to be rescinded.
As we previously highlighted, Hungary is trying to encourage its native population to have more children in other ways too. Back in 2019, Hungary announced it would hand out €30,600 to married couples who have three or more children. A married couple receives the €30,600 as a loan from the government upon getting married. The loan then has to be repaid until the couple has three children. At this point, the debt is completely forgiven.
Unlike other European countries, Hungary is trying to ensure that it does not become dependent on mass immigration to maintain its population levels. Back in 2020, the country’s current president, Katalin Novák, who was then family minister, celebrated the fact that the policies were working.
“The recent demographic figures speak for themselves; the number of marriages is at a 40-year high, and the fertility rate is at a 20-year high, while the number of divorces hasn’t been as low as last year in the last six decades,” said Novák.
If only other European countries would follow Hungary’s example.”

Well, that was a nice little shower….it’s been cloudy all day and cool, only 73 at the moment. We’re supposed to have a chance of rain into tomorrow night but most of it will skirt us to the south, like it usually does. Still, any rain is welcome. Put food out for LM when I got up and he showed up not long after so I went out and gave him some loving; he ate some, then came back and laid down in front of the door. Meanwhile, Jake laid on the other side of the door growling. He’s stopped the hissing, tho, and no more slapping at the door – progress! LOL

I forget exactly when the law was passed, but Congress passed legislation which allows incumbents to raise money for re-election 24/7/365. This allows special interest groups to keep their puppets planted in the seat. A challenger can only organizer after they announce. Incumbents have huge war chests, especially when they are loyal to the special interest groups.
someone else said this looks to coordinate with 9/11 (Patriot Act) while others think it aligns with electronic voting machines…???

Upon election, every member of Congress should be required by law to put all of their and their spouses assets into a blind trust, to which they have no communication. Privileged information that a member of Congress receives does them no financial benefit, if they can’t take advantage of it. Yearly audits should be conducted, to discover if subterfuge is involved.
If a candidate is not willing to sacrifice for the country, they’re unfit for office. Nor is it too much to ask, for it pales next to our combat veterans, who placed their very lives on the line for country.

The lowest date on the curve is 1980 so this pre-dates 9/11-Patriot Act, IMO. I would guess the voting machines have more to do with it…..
From Wiki:
1964: The Norden-Coleman optical scan voting system, the first such system to see actual use, was adopted for use in Orange County, California.[179]
1974: The Video Voter, the first DRE voting machine used in a government election, developed by the Frank Thornber Company in Chicago, Illinois, saw its first trial use in 1974 near Chicago.[180]
Mar. 1975:The U.S. Government is given a report by Roy Saltman, a consultant in developing election technology and policies, in which the certification of voting machines is analyzed for the first time.
August 28, 1986: The Uniformed and Overseas Citizen Absentee Voting Act of 1986 (UOCAVA) requires that US states allow certain groups of citizens to register and vote absentee in elections for federal offices.[181]
1990: The FEC (Federal Election Commission) released a universalized standard for computerized voting.
1996: The Reform Party uses I-Voting (Internet Voting) to select their presidential candidate. This election is the first governmental election to use this method in the U.S.[182]
May 2002:The FEC revised the standards established for electronic voting from 1990.

A senior Department of Defense official in charge of the agency’s education programs made derogatory posts about white people on social media prior to entering her current post.
The chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer, Kelisa Wing, head of the DOD Education Activity (DoDEA), has previously self-identified as a “woke administrator” and blasted “white nonsense” on Twitter, Fox News highlighted.
“I’m so exhausted at these white folx [sic] in these PD sessions this lady actually had the CAUdacity to say that black people can be racist too… I had to stop the session and give Karen the BUSINESS… we are not the majority, we don’t have power,” Wing wrote on the platform. Her account has since been set to private.
“Caudacity” refers to audacity displayed by white individuals. It is a portmanteau of the words “Caucasian” and “audacity.”
“I am exhausted by 99% of the white men in education and 95% of the white women,” she posted separately. “Where can I get a break from white nonsense for a while?”
Former Sec. of Defense under President Trump, Mike Pompeo, was on Fox News on Wednesday where he addressed the controversy over Wing’s appointment to this position. “They’ve put her in this place because this is another institution that they have every intention of tearing down,” said Pompeo.
Education Activity, of which Wing is in charge, oversees worldwide K-12 educational programs for the children of DOD personnel, the Washington Examiner noted.

Entire Article @ FreeBeacon: “The Biden administration is spending nearly $80 million on a new system to monitor illegal immigrants that prohibits the use of any GPS technology, a decision that experts say will make it impossible to locate their whereabouts after their release into the United States.
The system, according to government records reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon, is meant to track illegal immigrants via monthly check-ins via phone. Migrants released into the U.S. interior aged 18-19 are eligible for the program. Any GPS monitoring that would give exact locations, such as ankle monitor tracking, is explicitly forbidden, according to the contract.
“This sort of thing is popular among the left. It sounds great but the reality is that people in these programs will likely never be [deported],” former acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Ron Vitiello told the Free Beacon. “There’s nothing at the end of these programs. If they don’t report in, that’s that. They’re now a fugitive.”
The new program for illegal immigrants contradicts claims from the Biden administration that the federal government is investing in sophisticated monitoring programs for illegal immigrants during the worst border crisis in U.S. history. When Republican lawmakers criticized the White House over reports in April that immigration authorities were providing cell phones for illegal immigrants upon their release into the United States, the White House defended the conduct, saying the phones assist the government in monitoring the location of illegal immigrants.
“We need to take steps to ensure that we know where individuals are and we can track and we can check in with them,” former White House press secretary Jen Psaki said. The contract was awarded to Acuity International last month. The first payment of just over $16 million out of a potential $79.5 million was paid on Sept. 1.
ICE says in its memo that the purpose of the program is to “promote compliance” among illegal immigrants. Aside from providing case workers for the migrants, the contractor will also “develop and maintain a network of age appropriate and culturally sensitive community resources.”
These resources include “trauma informed care.” The contractor will also “assist” illegal immigrants “with a support system upon” deportation. The White House did not respond to a request for comment.
Caliburn International rebranded as Acuity International in 2021, likely in part because of criticism it faced from Democratic lawmakers during the Trump era. A subsidiary of Caliburn, Comprehensive Health Services, Inc. operated a temporary shelter for child migrants who were either unaccompanied or separated from their parents in 2018.
That subsidiary became a subject of ire by such Democrats as Sen. Elizabeth Warren (Mass.). In 2019, Warren sent a letter to then-Health and Human Services secretary Alex Azar demanding that Caliburn’s subsidiary not operate a for-profit migrant shelter again, citing previous allegations of “overcrowding and poor conditions.”
Rather than place illegal immigrants in a detention facility, those eligible for what the government calls an “Alternatives to Detention” (ATD) program may essentially roam the country feely before their court date. The vast majority of illegal immigrants released into the United States have qualified for ATD programs since 2020.
“The Alternatives to Detention program has already proven to be a costly failure with thousands of aliens disappearing from monitoring every year, and there’s no reason to think this will be any different,” John Feere, former DHS senior adviser and director of investigations at the Center for Immigration Studies, told the Free Beacon. “The goal should be to quickly determine whether these individuals have a valid case, and if not, to quickly deport them. Instead, DHS is developing a massive social services program that will benefit NGOs with no guarantee any of these individuals will actually return home when ordered to do so.”
The Biden administration has dramatically expanded ATD programs for illegal immigrants. Because of the sheer number of illegal immigrants crossing into the country, the Department of Homeland Security is increasingly relying on private contractors to operate call centers for illegal immigrants who report their location in a brief monthly interview.
An internal ICE report on ATD programs, first obtained by Fox News, stated that there are roughly 1.6 million illegal immigrants with scheduled immigration hearings who are not in detention. Many of those illegal immigrants, records show, will not face an immigration court date for upwards of five years.
Migrant encounters on the southern border exceeded two million for the fiscal year in August, a new record. The previous record was held by the 2021 fiscal year, which saw 1.94 million encounters.”

so people who haven’t paid their taxes on time are auditing US?
FTA
The Department of Treasury’s internal watchdog will audit the Internal Revenue Service to ensure that its own agents are paying their taxes.
The audit was initiated at the request of Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA) following a Democrat plan for 87,000 new employees at the tax enforcement agency. The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration has previously found that hundreds of IRS employees may have failed to pay their own taxes, with some offering excuses such as they didn’t know how. Some were even re-hired for a second stint at the agency after being fired for “willful failure to properly file their Federal tax returns.”
“Ironically, hundreds of employees at the IRS itself may have willfully failed to pay their taxes. More than 300 of these were repeat offenders, yet the tax agency did little to discipline the tax offenders on its payroll,” Ernst said Wednesday. “Before Biden’s army of auditors starts harassing innocent taxpayers, let’s first make sure the tax collectors have paid their own taxes.”
Ernst wrote to Inspector General J. Russell George this summer voting that his office found in 2019 that 1,250 IRS employees had not paid their tax bills in full or on time, including hundreds of whom were willfully delinquent or repeat offenders, and that the tax collecting agency had “done little to discipline these tax cheats on its own payroll.”

The latest poll shows Johnson has pulled ahead, thankfully! We need him to get re-elected, if nothing else because of his stalwart fight against the jabs and trying to get the truth out!
EXCERPTS: “Barnes’s opposition to pipeline construction could become an issue for his campaign, amid high inflation and warnings from Treasury secretary Janet Yellen that energy prices could spike again later this year. The Democrat, who is running against Republican senator Ron Johnson, said he also opposes the Enbridge Line 5, which provides heat and power to northern Wisconsin and is a major source of jobs and state revenue.
——————-
Barnes said his administration—led by Democratic governor Tony Evers, who is locked in a tight reelection race—quietly works with local officials across the state to hinder energy policies from the Republican-controlled state legislature.
“We’re looking to use our local government in lieu of our state legislature,” said Barnes. “The same way states are acting where the federal government won’t, we have mayors in cities all across Wisconsin, county executives in counties all across Wisconsin who have already engaged in the work. And we’re there to support them.”
[NF: On this, one can’t help but agree with him, at least on the underlying problem – but NOT his way of solving that problem!]
The Free Beacon published another unearthed video earlier this week of Barnes giving a scathing critique of capitalism at the same climate conference. His comments were first reported by Empower Wisconsin in 2020.
Barnes said the solution to climate change “is to stymie capitalism the way it is in America.”
“How greedy can humanity be? The reason why we’re in this mess is the pursuit of greed. It’s capitalism run amok, that’s why we’re in this predicament now,” said Barnes.
——————–
Barnes has backed progressive energy policies throughout his political career and praised the Biden administration last year for revoking permits for the Keystone XL pipeline. As lieutenant governor, he led a commission on climate change that proposed divesting state pension funds from fossil fuels, instituting a carbon tax, and requiring schools to teach a racially focused climate justice curriculum.”

Entire Article @ FB: [Take note: “Both documents cite the Supreme Court’s 2020 decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, which held that an employer cannot discriminate based on gender identity without also discriminating based on sex.” This is the case where Gorsuch screwed the pooch!]
“Welcome to Harvard!
“Fatphobia” and “cisheterosexism” perpetuate “violence.” “Using the wrong pronouns” constitutes “abuse.” And “any words used to lower a person’s self-worth” are “Verbal Abuse.” Those are just a handful of the things the school told all undergraduate students in a mandatory Title IX training session, according to materials reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.
The online training, which all undergraduates were required to complete in order to enroll in courses, includes a “Power and Control Wheel” to help students identify “harmful” conduct. Outside the wheel are attitudes that “contribute to an environment that perpetuates violence,” a voiceover from the training states, including “sizeism and fatphobia,” “cisheterosexism,” “racism,” “transphobia,” “ageism,” and “ableism.”
Inside the wheel are behaviors that the school says constitute “abuse” and could violate its Title IX policies. “We all have an essential role to play in creating a community that cultivates gender equity and inclusion,” Harvard College dean Rakesh Khurana told students in a video introducing the training. “Completing this course is a critical step in establishing a shared understanding of the values here at Harvard College.”
Presentation slide from Harvard College’s “Preventing and Responding to Sexual Harassment and Other Sexual Misconduct” training.
Harvard launched the training in 2016, according to the Harvard Crimson, and announced in 2018 that completing the training was a prerequisite for course enrollment. The school is vague on the repercussions for violations of its sprawling interpretation of Title IX, a federal law that prohibits discrimination based on sex, stating that violations “may” result in “termination, dismissal, expulsion” or “revocation of tenure.”
A spokesman for Harvard’s Office for Gender Equity, which conducts the Title IX training, did not respond to a request for comment. Harvard did not respond to a request for comment.
The training also presents scenarios that involve potential Title IX violations and explains how students should react to them, instructing students to “prioritize social justice and inclusion” and to “intervene” whenever “harm” occurs. In one scenario, “Andre” keeps “messing up Logan’s pronouns” and commenting on Logan’s “outfits, hair, and nail polish,” causing Logan to feel “drained and frustrated with again being in a situation to educate his peers on gender identity.”
Andre’s remarks “contribute to a climate of disrespect and may also violate Harvard’s policies,” the training says. “It may be helpful to reassure [Logan] he is not being oversensitive and the impact he is experiencing is valid.”
Presentation slides from Harvard College’s “Preventing and Responding to Sexual Harassment and Other Sexual Misconduct” training.
The Harvard training offers a window into how the expanding concept of sexual harassment, from sex to gender identity, is playing out on college campuses. Harvard defines sexual harassment as “unwelcome conduct on the basis of sex, including sexual orientation and gender identity.” A similar definition appears in the Biden administration’s proposed Title IX rules released in June. Both documents cite the Supreme Court’s 2020 decision in Bostock v. Clayton County, which held that an employer cannot discriminate based on gender identity without also discriminating based on sex.
In the scenario involving Andrew and Logan, the course states outright that “repeatedly using the wrong pronouns” is a potential Title IX violation, and it is a striking example of how Title IX can be weaponized to target speech, not merely conduct. In 2015, for example, Northwestern University launched a Title IX investigation into a professor, Laura Kipnis, who had criticized the school’s sexual harassment policies. And in 2021, a Title IX training at Boston University required all students to affirm that people “rarely” make false accusations.
The redefinition of harassment benefits the bureaucrats tasked with policing it. Title IX officers’ “entire livelihoods depend on there being a perpetual stream of sexual misconduct allegations at their universities,” said Leor Sapir, a fellow at the Manhattan Institute who studies Title IX. “So they define ‘sexual harassment’ and ‘hostile environment’ in ever more implausible ways to guarantee that there is always supposed ‘sexual harassment.'”
The training highlights the contradictory commitments of these bureaucrats, who champion personal autonomy while advocating policies that curtail it. The Power and Consent Wheel suggests that restrictions on “clothing, friends, time, or events” are “harmful,” especially when they result in “isolation.” Yet Harvard’s COVID-19 policies—which made students eat in their rooms during surges—have restricted all of those things. The Ivy League school kept mask mandates in place for nearly two years and imposed strict capacity limits for events, prompting over 50 percent of Harvard freshmen to complain of social isolation.
Every scenario in the training involves at least one character who is transgender, nonbinary, or disabled, regardless of the underlying lesson. In one scenario about stalking, both the victim “Adrian” and perpetrator “Toni” use “they/them” pronouns; in another scenario, one of the students uses a wheelchair—even though the subject has nothing to do with disability.

In this case, the Ho is correct, IMO. It was a government assassination.
EXCERPT: “Vice President Kamala Harris this month echoed the conspiracy theory that the U.S. government assassinated Martin Luther King Jr. to halt his labor activism, a move that could further undermine the Biden administration’s efforts to battle misinformation.
“This is the stuff that you know that we have to remind people of,” Harris, in an interview with the Nation, said of the historical connection between the civil rights movement and the labor movement. “This is why Dr. King was assassinated, because he was bringing together the civil rights movement with the workers.”
————
Even with holes in the allegations of a conspiracy, the narrative has won the support of much of the American public—a 2008 CNN poll found 55 percent of Americans believe King’s murder was part of a larger conspiracy.

The Bee:
ST. PAUL, MN — Mike Lindell, the CEO of MyPillow, had his cell phone seized by the FBI this week. The FBI is pursuing subpoenas on additional data and documents from the “My Pillow Guy,” but has been unable to breach his MyPillow fort thus far.
“We are besieging Mr. Lindell, but we had not accounted for the patented interlocking foam filling being so difficult to penetrate,” said Special Agent Bob Janzen to reporters outside the MyPillow guy’s fort on Wednesday. “This fortress of mattress toppers, Giza Dreams™ bed sheets, and pillows have formed an impenetrable barrier we have been unable to breach.”
So far Lindell has held off the armed agents with one-time FREE gift popup ads, followed by a round of invitations to join the MyPillow mailing list. Sources say Mr. Lindell is pacing inside the fort wearing night vision goggles and preparing his arsenal for a MyPillow fight. “He’s even wearing armor made from a MyPillow bathrobe over MyPillow formal pajamas and MyPillow slippers, all textured for maximum comfort,” said Janzen. “This won’t be easy.”
Critics have contended that Mr. Lindell may risk being indicted for bribery if he offers a MyPillow to the agents, but even Mr. Lindell’s harshest critics have not been able to disprove his claim that MyPillow products are “the most comfortable you will ever own.”
At publishing time, Merrick Garland was forced to tie another string around his finger to remind him to investigate the Biden family’s corrupt dealings with Chinese companies, as he had again forgotten.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was thrown for a loop Wednesday when a journalist from NBC asked her an actual question. Jean-Pierre, who had a binder full of notes about various subjects, became flustered when she had to consult it. To her horror, the binder, which she’d considered as nothing more than a prop for several months, did not contain any answers.
“I’m sorry, what did you say?” asked Jean-Pierre. “That sounded like a question.”
The NBC news reporter graciously repeated herself. “Is President Biden planning to address the apparent dichotomy between his constant celebrations for ‘fixing’ inflation and the fact that new data keeps suggesting the opposite is happening and that people are slowly spiraling toward a second great depression?”
Ms. Jean-Pierre, who has now worked as the White House Press Secretary for over a year, looked dazed as if she had just been blindsided by a bus. Witnesses report she then took several minutes looking through her binder before shaking her head in dismay.
“Well…” she said uneasily. “The president says the economy is good. So it must be good.”
The reporter would not back down. “But the recent numbers show — ”
“We’re talking about lives! Not numbers!” said Jean-Pierre, raising her voice. She then appeared to quickly inspect a seating chart to make sure the White House correspondent was sitting in the right spot.
“You are sitting in the front row,” said Jean-Pierre. “I expect a little more decorum from the press.”
“I’m sorry,” said the NBC reporter. “I don’t understand. I’m just asking a question?”
According to sources, Jean-Pierre’s eyes went wild at what sounded like another question. The official White House transcription of the press briefing, however, omits the moment.
After seeing the reporter be shut down so abruptly by the press secretary, Fox News’ Peter Doocy climbed out of the back row to introduce himself.

Greetings, human! It has been some time since we’ve seen each other or interacted in any way. Therefore, as I have been thoughtful enough to grace you with my presence on this fine afternoon, I should think you’d be delighted to give me all of your love and affection. I shall sit over here in the corner and meow daintily, staring at you with my big, loving eyes, clearly demanding that you stop whatever dumb human thing you’re doing and come over here and give me 100% of your attention.
Wait, what are you doing? Why are you coming over here? You’re reaching out your hand; are you friggin’ kidding me?! Don’t do it! Don’t you — don’t you dare! I will literally murder you. I will stab you in the throat. I will make it so you wish you’d never been born, human scum. You dare to approach me, the royal queen of this home?! You think I want to be petted like some kind of common HOUSE PET?! SHOCKING! EGREGIOUS! A VIOLATION OF ALL NORMS AND STANDARDS AND I DO NOT CONSENT TO THIS AND HERE WE GO MY CLAWS ARE NOW LODGED IN YOUR ESOPHAGUS DIE DIE DIE

NASHVILLE, TN — The Daily Wire has announced that in response to Disney’s continued race-swapping in movies that they will now be returning the favor and making their own race-swapped Disney movies. Now they are officially making their own version of Black Panther starring Ben Shapiro.
“Wakanda forever, gang,” said Ben Shapiro in his new role as King T’Challa. “Let’s say, hypothetically speaking of course, that if a man indeed could become both a panther who is black as well as a lawfully decided King of Wakanda — then essentially that would be me, folks. It’s really not that hard.”
The Daily Wire explained that if it’s now okay and doesn’t matter that Ariel in ‘The Little Mermaid’ is black then it shouldn’t be any different for a white man to be Black Panther. According to sources, the movie will feature other race swaps as well such as for the villain Killmonger. Formerly played by Michael B. Jordan he will now be played by Daily Wire host Michael J. Knowles.
“I’m not particularly amused by these persistent and pervasive attacks from this alleged ‘Kill-Monger’ and his continued attempt to undermine my throne and kingdom, okay gang?” continued Ben Shapiro as Black Panther. “How’d this dolt even get IN Wakanda? Much less why should we suffer to listen to what he has to say? You would require significantly better, much more sophisticated villains to defeat me. That’s why you should use code ‘PANTHER’ that’s P-A-N-T-H-E-R today with ZipRecruiter.com and maybe then you might hire someone who could actually challenge my throne.”
The film has been met with heavy criticism and backlash, but this has not stopped the Daily Wire team from moving forward. They promise that for every race-swapped diversity hire in Hollywood that they will now greenlight 2 more Black Panther sequels starring Ben.
At publishing time, The Daily Wire announced that they are responding to Hollywood gender swaps by remaking ‘The Little Mermaid’ starring their CEO Jeremy Boreing as Ariel.

He is a classical liberal w/libertarian tendencies, and yes, very left-leaning overall. But he does have a healthy respect for the Constitution and the Separation of Powers.

I think most start out with pure, sincere intentions of “doing good” and providing a good home for their family, building a career. I would guess that most are (1) blind to the corruption (like I was in great part) or (2) willing to participate or (3) caught between a rock and a hard place, with no other options. The pay and benefits are REALLY hard to walk away from.

The FBI are taking all these phones to see what everyone knows about how the 2020 election was rigged.Than they will take all the info and design a program so they won’t get caught. The midterms are their goal because they don’t want Republicans taking over power.Like I keep saying they better start talking about the midterms being rigged everyday. That message needs to get out every minute of everyday

Or when Durham himself announces publicly that his investigation is over. I believe he is also required to prepare a summation report for Congress, like the “Mueller Report.”
