Dirty Laundry

We all know the critters in Washington DC have plenty of dirty laundry, but that’s not the type I am discussing here.  This is about real stains and how to clean them.  After all, life’s messy…let’s clean it up!  The following list is SOME of the stains and the removal tips I saw on the American Cleaning Institute’s (ACI) website.

Disclaimer: I didn’t even know we HAD an American Cleaning Institute. (LOL)

General Tips

How to remove stains from clothes

  1. Deal with it as early as possible. The less time a stain has to soak in, the easier it will be to remove, although there are ways to remove old stains out of clothes as well.
  2. Pre-treat with a stain remover, then let it soak in.
  3. Launder according to the fabric care instructions. Regular stains should come out in cold water but for extra dirty clothing or very tough stains, use the warmest setting safe for the fabric. If the stain remains, repeat the steps above. Do not put it in the dryer until the stain is removed.

Blood

Fresh Stains

  1. Soak in cold water (do not use hot water as it will set blood stains).
  2. Launder.

Dried Stains

  1. Pretreat or soak in warm water with a product containing enzymes.
  2. Launder.

NOTE: If stain remains, rewash using a bleach safe for fabric.

Chocolate

  1. When the stain strikes, gently scrape off any excess chocolate.
  2. Once you get the item home, soak it in cool water.
  3. Then pretreat with a prewash stain remover.
  4. Launder in the hottest water that’s safe for the fabric.

NOTE: If stain remains, rewash using a bleach safe for fabric.

Coffee or Tea

  1. Sponge or soak stain in cool water.
  2. Pretreat with prewash stain remover, liquid laundry detergent, liquid detergent booster or paste of powder laundry product and water.
  3. Launder using sodium hypochlorite bleach, if safe for fabric, or oxygen bleach. (Note: Older stains may respond to pretreating or soaking in a product containing enzymes, then laundering.)

Dairy Products

  1. Pretreat or soak stains using a product containing enzymes.
  2. Soak for at least 30 minutes or several hours for aged stains.
  3. Launder.

Grass

  1. Pretreat or soak in a product containing enzymes.

NOTE: If stain persists, launder using sodium hypochlorite bleach, if safe for fabric, or oxygen bleach.

Grease or Oil

Light Stains

  1. Pretreat with prewash stain remover, liquid laundry detergent or liquid detergent booster.
  2. Launder using hottest water safe for fabric.

Heavy Stains

  1. Place stain face down on clean paper towels. Apply cleaning fluid to back of stain.
  2. Replace paper towels under stain frequently.
  3. Let dry, rinse. Launder using hottest water safe for fabric.

Ink

  1. Sponge the area around the stain with rubbing alcohol or cleaning fluid before applying it directly on the stain.
  2. Place stain face down on clean paper towels. Apply alcohol or cleaning fluid to back of stain. Replace paper towels frequently.
  3. Rinse thoroughly. Launder.

Alternate Method:

  1. Place stain over mouth of a jar or glass; hold fabric taut.
  2. Drip the alcohol or cleaning fluid through the stain so ink will drop into the container as it is being removed.
  3. Rinse thoroughly. Launder.

NOTE: Some inks in each of the following categories _ ballpoint, felt tip, liquid- may be impossible to remove.

Ketchup

  1. Remove any excess ketchup with a spoon or knife, but be careful not to rub it into the fabric.
  2. If the garment is washable, remove the garment as soon as possible and run cold water through the stain from the backside to force the stain out of the clothing.

Note: Avoid dabbing at it as this can spread the stain.

Mildew

  1. Launder stained items using a bleach safe for fabric and hottest water recommended for fabric.

NOTE: Badly mildewed fabrics may be damaged beyond repair.

Paint

Water-based Paint

  1. Rinse fabric in warm water while stains are still wet.
  2. Launder.

NOTE: Once paint is dry, it cannot be removed.

Oil-based Paint and Varnish

  1. Use the same solvent the label on the can advises for a thinner.
  2. If not available, use turpentine.
  3. Rinse.
  4. Pretreat with prewash stain remover, bar soap or laundry detergent.
  5. Rinse and launder.

Wine

  1. Sponge the stain with cool water or soak it in cool water for about 30 minutes.
  2. Pretreat with a prewash stain remover.
  3. Launder; if safe for the fabric, add chlorine bleach to the wash.

NOTE: While I was researching this open, these lyrics, from Don Henley’s Dirty Laundry, kept running through my mind…

“Dirty Laundry”

I make my living off the evening news
Just give me something
Something I can use
People love it when you lose
They love dirty laundry

Well, I coulda been an actor
But I wound up here
I just have to look good
I don’t have to be clear
Come and whisper in my ear
Give us dirty laundry

(Chorus)
Kick ’em when they’re up
Kick ’em when they’re down
Kick ’em when they’re up
Kick ’em when they’re down

Kick ’em when they’re up
Kick ’em when they’re down
Kick ’em when they’re up
Kick ’em all around

We got the bubble headed
Bleached blonde
Comes on at five
She can tell you ’bout the plane crash
With a gleam in her eye
It’s interesting when people die
Give us dirty laundry

Can we film the operation
Is the head dead yet
You know the boys in the newsroom
Got a running bet
Get the widow on the set
We need dirty laundry

You don’t really need to find out
What’s going on
You don’t really want to know
Just how far it’s gone
Just leave well enough alone
Eat your dirty laundry
(Chorus)
Dirty little secrets
Dirty little lies
We got our dirty little fingers
In everybody’s pie
We love to cut you down to size
We love dirty laundry

We can do the innuendo
We can dance and sing
When it’s said and done
We haven’t told you a thing
We all know that crap is king
Give us dirty laundry

  1. Put on your high-heeled boots, Rubio, and go to another foam party!!!

EXCERPT: “Look who decided to join Ukraine and the Biden admin with projecting their crimes onto Russia. Deep State Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Tim Kaine (D-VA) asked Biden to investigate Russia for possible “crimes against humanity and genocide”.

Rubio and Kaine sent a letter1 to Biden, urging him to investigate Russia’s “filtration camps”, where Russia detain and deport Ukrainian civilians in Russian Military controlled areas. The letter contains buzzwords like “ghetto” and instances of Russian MIL checking civilians for tattoos to indicate if they are Ukrainian. This is an attempt to compare Russia to WWII Nazi-Germany, by trying to get people to associate these filtration camps with “concentration camps”. This is grossly misleading and sounds like “kids in cages” all over again.

Russia are looking for Nazi tattoos by the way, so Rubio and Kaine unknowingly admitting that being a Nazi is a symbol of Ukrainian Nationality. A reality the media and the US government have been able to evade somehow.

The reason Rubio and Kaine made this a public spectacle is for nothing more than fueling a Western narrative to compare Putin to Hitler to distract from the war-crimes the US are involved in. This is all theatre and Biden can investigate all he wants, military tribunals will be held by the side who wins, and spoiler alert, it’s not Ukraine.

But why is a Rubio in particular so damn scared of Ukraine? Rubio was the one who asked Undersecretary of State, Victoria Nuland, the biolabs question that took the world by storm, when Nuland admitted the US “has biological research facilities in Ukraine”.2

A few weeks later, Rubio tried to cover his ass now that the biolabs story had gone viral, and everyone in our community was focusing on Nuland’s confirmation of the biolabs. Rubio questioned CIA Director William Burns3, and Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines about the biolabs, attempting to do some damage control and establish the narrative that Russia are the ones looking to launch a biological or chemical weapons attack in Ukraine.

In the midst of his nervous ramblings, he admitted that the Western media and “fact-checkers” we’re LYING when they said the labs didn’t exist. Which has only drawn more attention to the biolabs in Ukraine and fueling the “conspiracy theorists”.

Clearly Rubio is VERY concerned about people looking into the biolabs in Ukraine, but why?

Rewind to 2014, during the colour revolution in Ukraine, where US Deep State entities took control of their new proxy amidst civil war; Rubio played quite a role in the US intervention into Ukraine. Rubio has been applauding Obama and been begging to send US tax dollars to Ukraine.

Here he is on May 6th, 2014. “Ukraine Needs a Lifeline”.4

Just type “Marco Rubio Ukraine” in any search engine, and you’ll see articles and statements from him for the past 10 years, singing the same tune as the Deep State. Claiming Putin and Russia are the aggressors and the only way to save Ukraine is to send all of our tax dollars over there.

Even recently in March 2022, right after the Special Military Operation began; who’s the one who introduces the emergency bill to send $6.4 BILLION to Ukraine? It was Marco Rubio.5

    1. Entire Article from 2016 @ Esquire: “Earlier this month, Marco Rubio made his biggest impact yet in this race to become the President of the United States by wearing a pair of black high-heeled boots. Many speculated that the boots, and those heels, helped out the 5-foot-10-inch senator in the height department, and others considered him “some kind of pointy-toed-boot-wearing fancy-pants,” as the New York Times reported. But those boots—those beautiful, breathtaking boots—are now hidden in an “undisclosed location” after they made Rubio a somewhat interesting candidate for a day or two. That’s what he told Jimmy Fallon last night after the host VERY gently mocked Rubio for his footwear. Rubio also had a really weird story about those boots and a foam party in the ’80s:

“The truth is, when I was in college I bought some boots like that, and remember the old foam parties? Remember that? You don’t remember that,” Rubio said, because no one remembers losing their dignity at a foam party (whatever those may be). “I bought some of those and when I left the foam party they were white. Because the foam washed the dye out of it.”

“You used to go to those dance parties?”

      “I went one time.”

“You can’t say you go to them all the time if you went once,” Fallon said to Rubio, in the same way that a cool guy calls out a total nerd.

Can you imagine a young Marco Rubio leaving a foam party, tripping balls on whatever drugs they hand out at those (possibly just foam?), and stressing about the state of his high-heeled boots?

      Now you can.”

  5. Entire Article @ AmericanThinker: Democrats See Unicorns while the Red Wave Rises
    By John Kudla

Oh, happy days are here again! According to the left-wing media, Democrats may be able to defy the odds and keep control of both the Senate and the House in November. You can read about it here, here, and here.

There is a hair of truth mixed into Democrat optimism. Joe Manchin’s sell-out on the Inflation Reduction Act, AKA the Green New Deal, was a multi-billion-dollar boon for green energy liberals like Bill Gates. Likewise, the Supreme Court overturning Roe is a fundraising boon for leftist politicians who want to campaign on abortion. Even Joe Biden benefited — although it took all of the above plus positive news on unemployment, the passage of the Chips Act, a downward drift in the price of gasoline, and a slight decline in the inflation rate to create a five-point dead cat bounce in his approval numbers.

The recent House special election in New York District 19 for the unexpired term of Antonio Delgado is considered a positive for Democrats. The interesting part is that Republican Mark Molinaro, the loser, will run against a different Democrat in a redrawn version of District 19 in the November election. In addition, Democrat Pat Ryan will run against a different Republican in District 18. With these unique circumstances and turnout at only 25% versus 70% in the 2020 general election, this seems less like a bellwether and more like a who-cares election.

So before the Democrats prematurely raise the hammer and sickle flag over Congress for the next term, we should look at some facts.

Much of the supposed good news for Democrats may not matter. According to The Washington Post, abortion and climate change were dead last in a mid-July Economist/YouGov poll of 14 midterm election issues. Jobs and the economy were first. A CBS poll taken in late June had a similar result. Voters’ primary concern was inflation, followed by the economy, crime, gun policy, and immigration. Both polls were taken after the Supreme Court decision on abortion.

Ditto for the July jobs report and the July unemployment rate of 3.5%, as reported by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Of the 528,000 non-farm jobs added in July, 331,000 were full-time jobs cut to part-time. And 92,000 additional people were listed as working multiple jobs, possibly to pay the inflated prices for food, rent, and gasoline.

Even though the unemployment rate fell, it is unclear if the country is in a recession or will be forced into one by the Federal Reserve raising interest rates. According to the New York Post, half of U.S. companies have either enacted hiring freezes or are preparing to lay off employees in fear of a coming recession.

Then there is something most consumers do not know is coming. The price of natural gas, already in record territory at roughly $9.50 per Mcf, could rise as much as 60% this winter. To put it another way, if your gas bill was $180–200/month last winter, expect $250–300/month this winter, thanks to Biden’s energy policies. Since natural gas is used to generate a third of U.S. electricity, expect prices for electricity to climb as well. This means that inflation is not going away anytime soon.

Okay, what about Democrat Senate candidates leading in the polls? A Marquette University Poll showed Republican Senator Ron Johnson behind Mandela Barnes by 7 points. And a University of North Florida Poll indicated that Democrat Val Demings had a 48–44% lead over Senator Marco Rubio.

All polling organizations, like the ones above, try to develop accurate models of the electorate. But they are often affected by various types of bias that skew the results. Unfortunately, most of the bias is in favor of Democrats.

Survey weighting bias is one example. You can bias your survey if the model overcounts or undercounts any particular demographic. This includes categories such as age, sex, race, party affiliation, education, etc.

Polls of likely voters are more accurate than polls of registered voters. The main reason is that not all registered voters vote. Pollster Nate Silver believes that midterm polls of registered voters have a 2.6-point Democrat bias because Democrats are not as reliable about voting as Republicans. The Marquette and the North Florida polls both use registered voters, which may account for part of the Democrat lead.

There is something called social desirability bias, which reflects a person’s fear of being judged by others. Voters may alter their answers to polls so as not to seem racist or judgmental. In the Marquette survey, 41% of voters would not answer the favorability question for Mandela Barnes, a black man, versus 15% for Senator Ron Johnson. Is this an example of social desirability bias?

Then there is partisan non-response bias. This involves an active choice on the part of conservative voters, who may refuse to answer polls or identify as conservative because they do not believe polls are fair or fear harassment from liberals. For example, would you risk answering a political survey if you are a conservative who works for a woke organization, a union member, or a student attending a liberal college? This type of bias could amount to 3% or more in heavily conservative areas.

Okay, polls may be biased in favor of Democrats, and socialists may be counting their chickens before they hatch. Why else do I have faith in a red wave? There are seven reasons.

First, more than a million voters in 43 states switched to the Republican Party during the past year.

Second, according to Gallup, in early 2021, 49% of the electorate identified as Democrat or leaning Democrat, while only 40% identified as Republican. By late 2021, the parties had switched places, with 47% identifying as Republican and only 42% as Democrat.

Third, there is something called midterm turnout bias, which favors Democrats when a Republican occupies the White House and vice versa with a Democrat president. In midterm elections since 1978, Republicans have had an average turnout advantage of 5%.

Forth, according to Real Clear Politics, roughly 70% of voters believe that the country is on the wrong track. The latest Economist/YouGov poll has a 25/63 split between right track/wrong track, despite having an unweighted 11-point bias in favor of Democrats. The Reuters/Ipsos poll had a 20/70 right/wrong split, despite having a 46%-to-39% bias in favor of Democrats.

Fifth, although the Real Clear Politics average of the generic congressional vote has Republicans up only by a fraction, the Rasmussen and the Trafalgar polls have Republicans up by five. Both are polls of likely voters, which are more accurate than the registered voter polls.

Sixth, until I see evidence to the contrary, I firmly believe that polls are missing between 2 and 3% of conservative voters due to partisan non-response bias. See above.

Seventh, the FBI’s raid on former President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago has increased voter enthusiasm for 83% of Republicans and 72% of independents. And Republicans didn’t have to spend a dime!

So if anyone sees Mitch McConnell crying in his beer, tell him to snap out of it and man up. That shadow he sees on the horizon is not the ghost of Karl Marx. It’s the red wave rising.”

Arizona RINO candidate breaks the ceasefire to sue the primary winner
    By Olivia Murray

In the Arizona August primary, some McCain Machine leftovers lost big time, and now the Establishment is pulling out all the stops. Salon ran this headline: “Meghan McCain melts down after Kari Lake, GOP extremists come out on top in Arizona elections” — and although the left-wing publication meant “extremist” to be a pejorative, in the swamp of Arizona, it simply means “America First.”

Now the faction of RINOs who campaigned against Lake are coming after her allies. In a newly drawn Tucson district, conservative firebrand Justine Wadsack (dubbed a “dangerous Trump Republican” by a prominent left-wing blogger) thrashed Establishment incumbent Vince Leach — but Leach isn’t just a run-of-the-mill RINO. He was the president pro tempore of the state Senate.

Wadsack received the nomination as the people’s choice, but corrupt Republicans are doing everything they can to prohibit a real conservative from making it into office. Plaintiffs Edward and Onita Davis, a married couple from Leach’s neighborhood, are suing Wadsack in an attempt to eject her from the ballot and declare Leach the general nominee — but this is where it gets interesting. One of the plaintiffs, Mr. Davis, hasn’t even spoken to his own attorney, Tim La Sota.

According to the Arizona Capitol Times:

Edward Davis said he and Leach have known each other for a long time and Leach approached him to make the claim. Davis said he’s never spoken with La Sota [emphasis added].

Disunity and dissension have plagued the Arizona GOP — so much so that the consistent theme at Republican Party–sanctioned events is, unsurprisingly, “unity.” Turning Point recently hosted an event dubbed the “Unite and Win” rally with Kari Lake and Ron DeSantis — where Wadsack and her Freedom Team compatriots received shout-outs — while GOP leadership in the southern part of the state followed suit and sponsored a local “Unity Rally.”

Arizona RINOs are notorious for espousing Reagan’s Eleventh Commandment (“Thou shalt not speak ill of any fellow Republican”), exploiting the adage’s calls for decency and civility to silence conservatives from identifying the wolves and Trojan horses. And despite calls for unity, Establishment operatives will do whatever it takes to keep America First conservatives from power — the Republican Party and the country be damned.”

  7. Entire Article @ AT: “The intensity of the leftist thought tyranny project has exploded in recent years, and continues to startle us. It has been explained quite well by a computer whiz named David Rozado, now a professor of computer science in New Zealand, on the pages of the Journal Academic Questions, published by a conservative association of Academics, the National Association of Scholars.

Dr. Rozado is, in effect, studying the structure of a PsyOps project on a wide scale. Rozado writes an incredibly important research paper on memes and themes in academic and popular literature — how our Orwellian world is being created and people are taught what to think and what to consider important. He does it by way of technology that reminds me of Lexis on steroids.

The summer edition of the Journal features Rozado’s exhaustive study, a follow up on his 2020 study of the New York Times using a similar method, looking for progressive/Marxist buzzwords used by groups with an ideological agenda.

The key to Rozado’s research is doing a word or phrase search to assess frequency of use of phrases and word images and words that are the lingua indicative of an ideological mindset. In this case of the ruling class, this is oligarchy. The place to look for ruling class attitudes and buzzwords along with intellectual posturing is the academic and public media. When a habit and language pattern is identified, the next obvious thing is to evaluate the impact on the culture and politics of a society. How the word habits and manners create ripples and echoes of increasing impact on public discourse and attitudes of the populace, and also impact the political and cultural environment.

Dr. David Rozado (PhD Computer Science, Autonomous University of Madrid) outlines the growth and origins of double think and good think along with the speech and thought tyranny of the modern digital world. He tracks the number of times certain phrases and words appear in 175 million journal abstracts and 50 million public media articles over the last five decades, to display the explosion of the use of words associated with racial bias and prejudice, racialist Marxist advocacy yak yak that poses as serious research and argument for the progressive movement.

Along the way Rozado documents and measures the explosion of totalitarian intellectual activity and the effects that have happened since the presidency of Obama. The year 2010 was the initial year of an exponential increase in the appearance of Marxist rhetorical and political propaganda explosion as graphically displayed a number of times in his paper.

Rozado shows how the academic and media output of certain ideologically loaded words not only reflects an ideological wave in society, it also measures the increases in the size of that wave because of the echo and ripple effect, but mostly because of the widespread push of Marxist ideological themes.

The import of this paper and the methods used by Rozado are inestimable. This paper blew me away. However, since Rozado is not a social or political scientist, his conclusory remarks don’t do his research justice. He has revealed what amounts to the guts of the New Orwellian World, complete with a memory hole, a rejection of tradition and history, and of course, a Ministry of Truth actuated by the thought police and the totalitarian left.

However I think he is a bit timid or humble about what I think he knows of the significance of his research — he is studying the development of totalitarian culture dominated by Marxist/Collectivist projects run by oligarchs and tyrants. Here is what Dr. Rozado says, that I consider begging the question—what does it mean, Dr.Rozado?:

Interestingly, news media usage of terms denoting prejudice is predictive of the usage of such terms in academic content in subsequent years, which suggests that academics could be influenced in their choosing of research topics by the saliency of themes in news media. The relationship however appears complex, as for many prejudice types, words denoting new prejudice types seem to emerge first in academic content and spread afterwards to news media content. Future studies should try to quantify whether the trend of increasing usage of terms denoting prejudice and social justice discourse in academic and news media content has also spread to other influential social institutions such as political parties, think tanks, supranational organizations or the entertainment industry.

The paper reminds me of a very important book on how media and news sources move popular opinion to the left by a significant degree: Left Turn by Tim Groseclose (2012) who was run out of UCLA after he wrote the book because it exposed the academic/chattering class totalitarian thought police and leftist bias that impacted and influenced American politics to the advantage of the left. He now is at George Mason University’s Economics D epartment. Read his answers to questions about his research at the always interesting website Freakonomics

In testimony before the congress sociologist/political scientist, Dr. Robert Epstein made the case that Google and other internet powers could mightily influence elections on the order of as much as 10 million votes in the 2016 election. No one can deny or disprove his assertions. Epstein has been studying Google’s use of technology and display and search protocols to influence elections. His conclusion is that Google swayed millions of votes in favor of Hillary Clinton. On the actual number of votes Google manipulated, Epstein said:

“The range is between 2.6 and 10.4 million votes depending on how aggressive they were in using the techniques that I’ve been studying, such as the search engine manipulation effect, the search suggestion effect, the answer bot effect, and a number of others. They control these and no one can counteract them. These are not competitive. These are tools that they have at their disposal exclusively.”

All three of these men, Rozado, Groseclose, and Epstein are treasures for anyone trying to assess the Gramscian march through the institutions and the successes of the progressive leftist oligarchs in politics.”

A New Mexico man was charged with attempting to set up a training center for people wishing to fight for Islamic State, the Department of Justice said on Friday.

A federal jury indicted Herman Leyvoune Wilson, aka Bilal Mu’Min Abdullah, 45, of Albuquerque earlier in the week.

Wilson allegedly attempted to provide material support and resources to ISIS, as well as attempting to establish an “Islamic State Center” in New Mexico that would teach ISIS ideology, provide training in tactical maneuvers and martial arts, and serve as a safe haven for individuals preparing to travel and fight on behalf of ISIS in the United States and abroad.

Wilson allegedly attempted to obstruct, influence and impede at least one official proceeding by commanding and inducing the destruction and concealment of records by shutting down an online platform.

From May 2019 to September 2020, Wilson allegedly helped to administer an online platform to promote ISIS ideology, recruit others to ISIS ideology and discuss terrorist attacks in the United States and overseas.

If convicted, Wilson faces up to 20 years in prison for each count.

            1. From Wiki: “Religious restrictions on the consumption of pork are a food taboo among Jews, Muslims, and some Christian denominations. Swine were prohibited in ancient Syria[1] and Phoenicia,[2] and the pig and its flesh represented a taboo observed, Strabo noted, at Comana in Pontus.[3] A lost poem of Hermesianax, reported centuries later by the traveller Pausanias, reported an etiological myth of Attis destroyed by a supernatural boar to account for the fact that “in consequence of these events the Galatians who inhabit Pessinous do not touch pork”.[4] In Abrahamic religions, eating pig flesh is clearly forbidden by Jewish (kashrut), Islamic (halal) and Adventist (kosher animals) dietary laws.

Although Christianity is also an Abrahamic religion, most of its adherents do not follow these aspects of Mosaic law and are permitted to consume pork. However, Seventh-day Adventists consider pork taboo, along with other foods forbidden by Jewish law. The Eritrean Orthodox Church and the Ethiopian Orthodox Church[5] do not permit pork consumption. Hebrew Roots Movement adherents also do not consume pork.”

They pointed to paragraph three, which stated that there was probable cause to believe that presidential records that fall under the Presidential Records Act remained at Mar-a-Lago after 15 boxes of documents were transferred to federal custody in January.

“This provides the deeply troubling prospect that President Trump’s home was raided under a pretense of a suspicion that Presidential records were on his property – even though the Presidential Records Act is not a criminally-enforceable statute,” Trump’s lawyers said.

The lawyers said Cannon should consider the likelihood of irreparable injury and whether the government has shown a “callous regard” for Trump’s constitutional rights, noting that the inventory lists that agents gave Trump lawyers were missing items seized by the FBI, including three of Trump’s passports.

“In sum, the law clearly permits Movant to seek the appointment of a Special Master and to seek the other forms of relief identified in the Motion—namely, an injunction on further Government review of the seized materials, a detailed receipt for property, and the return of improperly seized materials,” the filing states. “Given the law’s ambiguity as to whether magistrate judges can grant the relief requested in the Motion, principles of fairness support this Court’s exercise of jurisdiction concerning the Motion as a whole.”

  10. Re: Wray – from 2017

EXCERPT: “Shariah law is like a mysterious “other” for most Westerners, who may know of its intolerance of other religions and its criminal codes that call for stoning adulterers and the cutting off of limbs for petty thieves. But few know there is a portion of Shariah that includes a thriving area of finance — deals for real estate and business transactions taking place all over the world with Arab money.

President Donald Trump’s pick to head the FBI, Christopher Wray, surely knows something about this segment of Shariah. Wray is a litigation partner at King & Spalding, which is one of the leading conduits for Shariah-compliant Islamic deal-making around the world. The firm prides itself in its connections to wealthy Middle Eastern investment groups.

According to its website, King & Spalding is a global leader in Islamic finance and investment. It was one of the first American law firms to aid Islamic investors in accumulating assets in the West.”

  11. I am adding a short daily prayer to the board. I would invite each of you, if you wish, to also add one or maybe two of your own liking. I do not want to stifle anyone but please limit yourself to one or two religious postings. here’s one I found that I liked.

    1. EXCERPT: “A Ukrainian woman posing as a member of the Rothschild banking family has been outed as a fraud after she allegedly infiltrated former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, according to reports.

Inna Yashchyshyn, 33, lied to ritzy resort members that she was the heiress to the reputed family’s mass fortune, Anna de Rothschild, according to a probe by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

She appeared at numerous Mar-a-Lago functions mingling with the likes of Trump, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham and others while she held the position as president of United Hearts of Mercy, founded by Florida-based Russian oligarch and former business partner Valery Tarasenko in Canada in 2015, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

After hundreds of thousands of dollars in payments to the foundation, processor Stripe Inc., suspected fraud and halted the funds for the campaign which was supposed to help families devastated by the COVI-19 pandemic.”

FBI says documents weren’t stored properly–

Then why did the DHS (USSS) authorize a contract for $580,600 at Mar-a-Lago to provide a “physical security build-out upgrade”?

The FBI is *super concerned* about Trump having classified docs lying around Mar-a-Lago, yet they have no problem transmitting a *warrant & affidavit containing witness information and grand jury material* over WhatsApp to Judge Reinhart.
