    Why Trump will not be charged with being a part of a conspiracy to overturn the 2020 election:

    1) The risk of charging him is too great. The modern Democrat Party has already radicalized itself too far for the vast majority of American voters, which is why it cannot even win elections in districts it has held since World War One. If Trump were charged and not convicted, it would look like a partisan witch hunt, and multiply all of the problems Democrats already face.

    2) The bar to prove a conspiracy is too high. All Trump has to do to be acquitted, should it go to trial, is show that he legitimately believed that the election was stolen. He does not have to show that it was stolen – just that he believed it was stolen. The Time Magazine ‘well-funded cabal’ article, which does not even mention ballot fraud, is more than sufficient to show that Trump had cause to believe the election to have been rigged. That, by itself, is enough to get him acquitted. And then he can show the evidence of voter fraud, such as Dinesh D’Souza’s film, the videos from Cobo Hall, etc…

    3) The case would have more publicity than any court case in modern American history, amplifying the above concerns.

    4) A trial would suddenly let Trump and his lawyers show all the evidence they have of ballot fraud to a court of law, with millions upon millions of people watching. That, along with an acquittal, would convince millions upon millions of people that the election really was fraudulent, undermining the Biden Presidency, and destroying the Democrat brand for generations.

    5) A trial would put Trump in the role he is most suited for – reality TV.

    6) Unlike in the January 6 Commission, a trial would look at events from both sides, providing a platform for Trump to very publicly provide a defense. As such, a trial only serves to weaken the Democrat’s case.

    7) Even if Trump lost, it would not change the opinions of any of his followers. At best, it assures that Ron DeSantis becomes President instead of Trump. If you are a conservative, that would be great news.

    8) Insurrections were like a national pastime when Trump was President. Trying Trump would open the door to trying a lot of Democrats as soon as a Republican is President and the Republicans control the House. That’s only a couple of years away.

    9) It would lead to comparisons of the Trump years to the Biden years, which would not look good, given the Bidinflation we are witnessing.

    10) Joe Biden would be asked questions about those comparisons, and the Democrats can’t afford to let him answer those questions in an incoherent fashion. Joe Biden talking about being compared to Trump would only magnify all of the other problems above.

    Davos-globalist and RINO Dr. Mehmet Oz couldn’t declare Donald Trump’s endorsement any louder than he did before the primary for the U.S. Senate seat in Pennsylvania. Now that he’s in general-election mode, Trump can’t be seen or heard at all in his campaign.

    Oz had Trump in pretty much every piece of campaign fodder from the moment he received the endorsement until primary election day. Since then… nothing. He used Trump’s name for credibility to prove he’s a Republican (he really isn’t) and then dumped him faster than Pete Davidson dumps young celebrity divas.

She’s cited extensively in an amicus briefing filed by the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania, Common Cause Pennsylvania, the Philadelphia-based Black Political Empowerment Project, and the Latino-focused Make the Road PA—all left-wing get-out-the-vote groups—supporting the Pennsylvania Democratic Party’s lawsuit against Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar, a Democrat, demanding the state adopt drop boxes and “alternatives to in-person voting.”
