Many of us have seen the videos and articles about Dr. Yuval Noah Harari from the WEF discussing hacking the human brain, as well as Bill Gates’ plans to target specific areas of the brain via a virus and vaccine. In fact, DARPA’s NEAT program can help prove Dr. Harari to be prophetic about hackable humans leading to better healthcare or the worst totalitarian surveillance state in history. (Article dated March 2022)
This principle of stimulating the brain with implanted electrodes was studied in the 1950’s by Dr. Jose Delgado, following up on previous studies by others. Delgado was the Director of Neuropsychiatry at Yale University Medical School who was called a “technological wizard” for his numerous inventions. He invented a miniature electrode implanted in the brain — called a “stimoceiver” — which is capable of receiving and transmitting electronic signals wirelessly through radio waves.
Jose Manuel Rodríguez Delgado also known as “the pioneer of electric brain stimulation” was born on August 8, 1915 in Ronda, Spain. He was a physiology professor at the prestigious Ivy League Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. Delgado was prominently known for his tests administering electric stimuli to the brain to control the mind.
Dr. Delgado completed his medical studies and earned a PhD in physiology from the Ramón y Cajal Institute in Madrid. In 1946, Delgado won a fellowship for a year at Yale. He later went on to accept a position in the physiology department at the same university, headed by Dr. John Farquhar Fulton, in 1950.
Fulton and his colleague, Dr. Carlyle Ferdinand Jacobsen presented a paper on the brain experiments they had conducted on chimpanzees at an international forum. These experiments described at the Second International Neurological Congress in London, held in July 1935, gave the idea of psychosurgery to Portuguese neurologist, Dr Antonio Egas Moniz.
Moniz thought of performing a similar surgery on patients with mental illnesses. Inspired by Fulton’s paper, Moniz directed the first prefrontal leucotomy on a human being, performed by his associate Almeida Lima at the Hospital Santa Marta in Lisbon on November 12, 1935. This was the beginning of leucotomies on patients with psychosis, which Moniz asserted gave the desired results.
By 1951, United States alone reported the maximum number of lobotomies performed, but by mid-1950s, lobotomy was renounced with the development of successful psychiatric medicines. Jose Delgado was horrified at the idea of lobotomy and completely against the thought of obliterating a section of the brain.
He believed in electrical implants in the brain that would pass small currents to control the behaviour of the patient. His primitive experiments consisted of implanted electrodes with wires connecting to electronic devices. This, unfortunately was a risky procedure as it curtailed the movements of the subject, and left the brain susceptible to infections.
Dr. Delgado’s most prominent experiment was with a Spanish fighter bull, Lucero, in 1964 in Cordoba, Spain on the La Alamirilla ranch owned by Don Ramón Sánchez. Lucero had been sedated and implanted with electrodes that were remote-controlled by Delgado. Dr. Delgado unfortunately does not state exactly how many bulls were involved in these experiments, but in his 1981 article he focuses his attention on the results of two bulls he implanted; one named “Cayetano” and another named “Lucero.” Both bulls were approximately 3 years old and weighed 200–280 kg.
Dr. Delgado in his 1981 Spanish manuscript discusses trying to replicate these experiments in docile bulls, attempting to make them more aggressive by stimulating thalamic structures. Beyond noticing motor responses (distinct body movements in response to the stimulation), he did not observe increases in aggression. He hypothesized that the electrodes may have been incorrectly placed.
Dr. Delgado then focused in his 1981 manuscript on a second bull named “Lucero,” which is the one always shown in the famous photos, as this was perhaps the most dramatic result of the bull brain stimulations. Lucero continued demonstrating robust charging behavior after the surgery, allowing for full investigation of Dr. Delgado’s ideas about aggression and brain circuits. When he stimulated at 100 Hz and 1 mA in the caudate and thalamus locations when the bull was charging a bullfighter, the bull immediately stopped and was still during the stimulation, although blinking its eyes and breathing regularly. Since no obvious motor effect was observed as in the first bull Cayetano (turning of the head, moving in a circle, etc.), Lucero had the most compelling response – the halt of the charge.
Although the animal’s attack was halted by the stimulation, “detained in his aggressiveness,” the bull returned “furiously” to a full charge when the electrical stimulation ceased. This appears to be the best result of the bull implantations and the reason why the experiments are still remembered and discussed today.

Yellowstone series attracting wealthy people who want to own similar vast ranches–driving up the cost of real estate and everything else…and pricing the locals out the market.
FTA
“If it wasn’t for a family member who’s letting me live on his property, I would really have to think hard about moving out here,” Kimbrell said. “Rent and housing is becoming extremely expensive.” The support staff at his veterinary practice are being priced out of housing, he added.
Rice, the lifetime Montana resident, said her daughter and son-in-law were recently served notice that their landlord would not renew their lease in a three-bedroom home they’d rented for more than a decade. It was a mad scramble even to find a two-bedroom apartment at three times the rent they were paying, she said.
“My daughter says we’ll never be able to afford a house,” she said. “We tried to save but everything’s going up and up and up.”
Some families, even those with full-time employment, are moving into recreational vehicles or tents. The local roads are now scattered with people in campers who can no longer afford to pay rent or own a house. Habitat for Humanity calls it a housing crisis. “Montana has quickly become inaccessible to those who live and work here,” said the nonprofit, which is pushing lawmakers to prioritize housing affordability.

remember the fish sandwich loaded with bacon? well cair is now involved…this article questions whether or not a simple mistake is really islamophobia…or a shakedown for cash from mcd’s who don’t want the bad publicity…
FTA
“McDonald’s made my children and me feel unwanted and worthless by intentionally stuffing a fish sandwich full of bacon for no other reason than to punish us for our faith and religious convictions. This really hurt us. My children now wonder if they are welcome in their own country. They ask me, ‘Do they hate us?’ How is a mother supposed to answer that question?”
Why would the children ask Alahmar that? Why don’t they ask her, “Did they get our order wrong?” Why is it default mode that they must be victims of a hate crime? Possibly because CAIR is involved, and CAIR would have you believe that the McDonald’s employees involved knew perfectly well what they were doing, and did it out of plain malice. CAIR has accordingly “filed a discrimination complaint on the woman’s behalf with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.”
The complaint declares: “It is commonly known that Islam forbids Muslims from eating pork. McDonald’s employees willfully added bacon to the complainant’s food in an effort to offend, humiliate, and cause distress to complainant and her young children.”
Oh, for Pete’s sake. This is about as ridiculous as it gets, but then it all becomes clear. CAIR lawyer Barbara Dougin huffed that “religious discrimination at a place of public accommodation is not only illegal, but also morally reprehensible,” and added that “the complaint is the first step in the process for seeking monetary damages.” According to AP, “she also hopes it prompts McDonald’s to better train its workers to prevent a similar incident in the future.” Who will carry out that sensitivity training? Why, CAIR, of course. And they don’t work for free.
But wait a minute. On what basis do Ghadir Alahmar and CAIR claim that this was done intentionally, in order to humiliate and cause distress? Did employees make “anti-Muslim” remarks? Did they mock these people? Or is CAIR trying to make what is almost certainly an employee error, if there was bacon in the sandwich at all when the family received it from McDonald’s, into a case of “Islamophobia,” because real “anti-Muslim” incidents are so rare that they have to be manufactured?
The chances that this was done out of malice are extremely small. The person making the sandwich would have to know that Islam forbids pork. The people who work at McDonald’s are generally high school kids who may have no idea of that. Then the person making the sandwich would have to hate Muslims, when this kid has likely been told all of his or her life that Muslims suffer from “racism” and “Islamophobia” and warrant special consideration. Again, unlikely.
What this almost certainly is: another shakedown attempt. McDonald’s is a big corporation with lots of money. It doesn’t want a lot of negative publicity from CAIR’s Ibrahim Hooper and his sinister crew calling it “Islamophobic.” So it will likely hand some cash over to CAIR and Ghadir Alahmar to make this go away. Works like a charm.

hunter’s hooker got a $20K PPE loan…
FTA
A Las Vegas prostitute featured throughout Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop scored a $20,207 Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan for having a “female owned sole proprietorship,” right after Joe Biden moved into the White House, according to the Daily Wire.
The woman, Cheryl Deboves, listed herself as being in the field of “Independent Artists, Writers, and Performers.”
The PPE program is the personal protection equipment needed during the pandemic.
The PPP program was intended to help businesses retain jobs in the face of the coronavirus pandemic.
Debove’s loan went to her individually rather than to a business.
Another PPP payment was also given to someone using the same address as Deboves, Melissa Underbrink, on May 5, 2021, even though she was reportedly in prison for credit card theft until late 2019.
That’s how common the fraud was.

EXCERPT: “Capitol Police compiled a secret after-action review months after the Jan. 6 riots that identified sweeping blunders by the department ranging from delayed deployment of specialized civil disturbance units to the fateful dismantling of an intelligence unit that monitored social media for threats.
Identifying 53 areas of failure needing corrective action, the June 4, 2021 report, obtained by Just the News, produces a far more stark portrait of leadership failures than those offered by Democrat-led investigations, making abundantly clear that the Capitol Police under House Speaker Nancy Pelosi were ill-equipped to defend one of America’s most symbolic and high-value institutions two decades after the Sept. 11 attacks.
Specifically, the report stated that some Capitol Police leaders had received intelligence from outside sources like the FBI warning of the strong potential for violence, including the targeting of lawmakers, on the day Congress certified the 2020 election, but those warnings were not properly distilled into the operational plan given to front-line commanders or highlighted in the summary section known as the “Bottom Line Up Front.”
“The assessment for 1/6 contained a BLUF that did not express the severity of the threat or the fact that USCP actually had knowledge of a plan in place,” according to the report. “The statement that protesters may be armed was included, but it was never expressed with the urgency that they planned to overtake the Capitol and target Members of Congress.”
Instead of clear warnings to its forces, Capitol Police leaders put “a generic, all-encompassing quote” in the operational plan that was too vague to convey the true threat level, the report said.”

i read this, but i have issues with this. first of all, it reads like 1/6 was a violent, gun riddled uprising that the police were unprepared for…evidence doesn’t back that up–not a single fire arm was there other than police protection. violence was not widespread–some windows broken, but the only true violence with Ashlie Babbit’s murder–again NOT committed by a protestor.
this is the same MO they are trying to establish with ULTRA MAGGOT’s admin–incompetence versus planned failure.

From the Bee:
“CHARLOTTE, NC—Colin Kaepernick has made his way back into the NFL as a cheerleader for the Carolina Panthers. He will be the team’s first African American Transgender Poly-Bi Cheerleader and will be joining the team on road games.
“I’m excited to be on the team!” said Kaepernick, weakened by a series of surgeries and hormone injections. “After I insulted the organization and called all the fans racist, I wasn’t sure I’d be welcomed back, but I was finally able to contort my body into such a victimized form that they had no choice but to hire me.”
“It’s a dream come true!”
Panthers coach Matt Rhule was not part of the decision-making process that brought Kaepernick into the cheerleading fold, but he is reportedly enthusiastic about the former quarterback’s role on the squad.
“I think he’ll be a great distraction when we lose games,” he said, sighing wistfully. “And believe me, we’re going to lose some games.”
ESPN commentator Jaina Winterwoman asked Kaepernick about the audition process. The interview, which will appear on a future episode of NFL Primetime, revealed that Kaepernick doesn’t know how to dance.
“Girl, with an identity like this you don’t have to do a thing,” Kaepernick told the sports journalist. “I don’t think anyone’s going to be watching me for my dance moves.”
The 2022 NFL season is scheduled to begin on September 8th. Ratings for Panthers games are expected to spike early on and then plummet, destroying the franchise.”

“STARBASE, TX—After some employee outcry against Elon Musk’s announcement that remote workers must return to the office, Musk was reported to have sent a follow-up memo. Sources forwarded the internal email detailing a software update that will override employee Teslas and deliver its driver to the office for working hours.
“At midnight on June 8, your vehicle will automatically install a mandatory software update. Expect bug fixes, stability improvements, and your vehicle driving you to your workspace to begin your 8-14 hour work day,” the email reportedly stated.
Tesla executive Jared Fields took to Twitter around 11am on Tuesday from the produce section of his local Whole Foods to share his response: “This is ridiculous—the power has gone to his head. I’m just as productive working from home as I am working in the office!” Other Tesla employees were reported to have been shocked at the notice, as was the case with Shelby Burkhead, an HR manager who explained over brunch with her boyfriend during work hours that she needed an additional “Employee Mental Health Day” this week to recover from the news.
At publishing time, Elon sent a follow-up internal email explaining measures that would be taken to make the transition back to office life easier on his employees. The new and improved office space will now have rotating “Home Sounds” audio playing overhead—crying babies, landscaping equipment, fire truck sirens, and the soft lull of a neighborhood chihuahua in heat.”

WASHINGTON, D.C.—A protocol droid acquired to assist White House staffers in interpreting statements from President Biden struggled mightily in its first day on the job, in spite of being fluent in every form of communication in the known galaxy.
Said the droid, known as D-RP0, “I’ve translated blank verse in the language of the L’o Ll’o’lo people, who only have two letters in their alphabet. I worked on the peace negotiations between warring tribes of the planet K’pola, who communicate entirely in quotes from The Godfather Part III. But I’ve never encountered anything like this.”
“I’ve been watching tapes of the president in my living room for days trying to come up with some sort of key to his language, to no avail. Oh, my aching circuits! I need to sit down.”
Sources say the job of translating the President’s remarks into coherent English had become more than the humanoid staff could handle. They hoped that bringing in the protocol droid would streamline the process, in addition to allowing them to blame a machine for the really stupid stuff. Also, they believed it would increase their support among the gay robot demographic.
However, the first press event for the droid demonstrated the extreme challenge of the task. Commenting on a plan to waive tariffs for solar panels, Biden said, “Alternativial engines make for future tracker-acker bling blong, you know, Jack? I mean, for God’s sake, whizzer rabble in the honkey tonk, and January 6!”
After a several minute pause, during which a dark smoke poured from his processor case, D-RP0 explained to the gathered press corps, “I… believe the President is saying that he has to use the bathroom, maybe? Also, there’s a 32% chance that he just declared war on Bermuda. Oh, dear.”
Asked to comment on the droid’s performance, the Jawa who sold it to the White House responded by saying, “Utinni!” and waving a big handful of cash in the air.

PUGET SOUND, WA—Thousands of teachers who are out of work or on summer break are being forced to frequent playgrounds and shout their sexual preferences to random kids, as they no longer have a classroom full of captive listeners to discuss their queerness with.
“HEY KIDS! MY NAME IS MIXIE TWERKSALOT, THEY/THEM!” shouted one local teacher to a gaggle of 5-year-olds playing on the monkey bars. “I’m a polyamorous pansexual non-binary queer with a disability! CELEBRATE MY DIVERSITY!”
According to sources, the unemployed teacher was dismissed from her duties at Puget Sound Elementary for failing to teach her kindergarteners how to read “because words are weapons.” She has reportedly become like a wild beast prowling around local playgrounds without a government-mandated outlet for screeching out her personal sexual quirks, preferences, and pronouns.
“What she’s doing is not technically illegal. The first amendment protects her right to free speech,” said Sergeant O’Mathy of the PSPD. “Some Matt Walsh played on a loudspeaker will drive her away for a while, but she always comes back.”
Police have been keeping a watchful eye on the situation in case she attempts to groom a child, but confirm the unemployed vagabond has thus far only been super annoying.
“I am a pretty fairy!” she shrieked to reporters from atop a wobbly bridge. “YOU WILL CALL ME MR. DAPPER DAN!”
At publishing time, the park became a popular place for children once again after the crazed woman got a job on the School Board.

U.S.—Chick-fil-A has finally come around to celebrating pride month this year. The fast-food company has announced that throughout June, all waffle fries will be covered in salt from Lot’s wife.
“Other companies go in for rainbow flags and squeezing in PRIDE everywhere they can, but we wanted our celebration of pride month to be a bit more…biblical,” said Dan Cathy at a recent press release. “Now with every delicious, perfectly seasoned bite of waffle fry customers will be reminded how God celebrates Pride.”
“Wow! That IS salty. Man, I needed this reminder to flee from sexual sin,” said Chick-fil-A patron Brenda Lovelace. “I don’t want to end up as a pillar of salt just like Lot’s wife!”
Much to Chick-fil-A’s surprise, this move to faithfully honor pride month has been met with intense backlash from the LGBT community. “WHAT?! You’re supposed to celebrate by changing all your bags to rainbow flags and putting Drag Queens in the playplace ball pit!” said queer-activist Brandley Xenus. “This doesn’t count!”
At publishing time, Dan Cathy also announced that if you tell any employee the secret phrase “I take kids to Drag shows,” they will celebrate by tying a millstone to your neck and tossing you into the ocean.

EXCERPT: “There were seven major farm fires in the United States over a recent 10-day period. In the big picture, they were for the most part relatively small-scale events. But with reports of so many fires at food production facilities, you can’t help but notice. Coincidence? It could be. But it does get your attention.
A barn in Hanover Township, Ohio, burned Monday. Officials initially were concerned that a person was in the burning structure but found no people or animals inside, according to the Butler County Journal-News. Saturday was a North Smithfield, Rhode Island, horse farm fire. Thankfully, none of the 40 horses was injured, but it was the second fire at the site in two days – a blaze Thursday destroyed a horse ring, WJAR-TV in Providence reported.
Also Saturday was a multialarm fire at an empty barn in Cedarville, New York, according to WKTV-TV in Utica. That night, tens of thousands of chickens died in a fire at an egg production facility in Wright County, Minnesota, WCCO-TV in Minneapolis said.
On Friday, some 70 dairy cows escaped when their barn in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, caught fire, and they had to be rounded up to avoid being hit by fire equipment, according to the Express-Times in Lehigh Valley. More tragic was a May 28 fire in Laveen, Arizona, southwest of Phoenix, that killed more than a hundred animals, including chickens, goats and sheep plus two dogs, KNPX-TV reported.
Seven fires at six facilities between May 28 and Monday? Of course, given the number of house and other fires around the country in a short amount of time, perhaps the farm incidents are no big deal, except, of course, for the affected property owners. Indeed, some of the blazes were intense, as at the horse farm in Rhode Island and the egg farm in Minnesota.
———————–
A report by “Facts Matter with Roman Balmakov” indicated that some of the social media postings regarding food processing plant fires, believed to be concerned with this year, actually showed events in 2020 and 2021. It also said there have been no reports of arson, and the types of plants affected have ranged from food production facilities to a nonprofit charity warehouse — none of which is critical to overall food distribution.
In addition, because there are so many food production facilities, Balmakov indicated there are, in effect, plenty of facilities to take up the slack for damaged plants. Balmakov said the only federal warnings regarding the food supply to date have come from the FBI’s concern about ransomware being used in agricultural-based computers.
Nevertheless, we have had warnings about fertilizer shortages, and there are problems throughout the supply chain, including railroad food transportation capabilities. In light of all this, we can’t help but notice when there’s a potential glitch in getting foodstuffs to us. Even if it’s as simple as someone’s barn burning down.”

Just when it seemed like the rest of his career was destined to be a footnote in history, Barack Obama plucked him out of obscurity to be his running-mate in 2008. Obama was then untested, having served less than four years in the Senate. He needed to reassure insiders, and who better than good, old reliable Joseph – a Democrat lackey through and through.
His eight years as vice president were marked by a string of successful banquets and funerals. Obama’s assessment of his vice president can be summed up in a remark often attributed to him, “Don’t underestimate Joe’s ability to fu-k things up.”
——————-
Now we have a president who trips as he tries to walk up the steps of Air Force One, can’t quote created-equal part of the Declaration of Independence (you know, “the thing”) gets lost on the White House lawn, stares vacantly into space, and had to be led away from a crowd by the Easter Bunny, when it looked like he’s going to gaffe again.
There should be a Secretary of Walking Back.

So, who’s driving White House policy – Bernie Sanders and the Squad, Pelosi and Schumer, the Easter Bunny or (my personal choice) Barack Obama?
Never in our history has a president managed to screw things up this badly (the withdrawal from Afghanistan, shutting down domestic energy production, inflation, border security and law enforcement) in so short a period of time. It’s painful to recall that his administration still has over two and a half years to go.
Confronted by multiple crises a home and abroad, never have we needed a steady hand more. Instead, we have an empty suit with an empty head sitting in the Oval Office, or on the “Jeopardy” set, babbling whenever his eyes wander from the teleprompter.
God save the Republic.”

EXCERPT: “Thank God there is no mainstream movement in America with genocidal aims. But the road to lesser hells in this country is almost always motivated by people with good intentions.
I am sure that most of the many teachers who are robbing young children of their sexual innocence are motivated, certainly on a conscious level, by good intentions. Most of the Americans who vote for politicians who seek to defund the police – a true recipe for increased evil – do so with good intentions. The great majority of those who stormed (not to mention those who merely saw open doors and strolled into) the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, had good intentions. Most of the vast number of Americans who believe that free speech does not apply to anything they deem “hate speech” have good intentions – the elimination of hate speech; yet they comprise the first mass movement against free speech in American history. They pose a mortal threat to liberty in this country. But they believe they mean well.
The truth is that, on a conscious level, only a small minority of people wake up on any given day with an intent to do bad. The 51 heads of intelligence agencies who signed a statement a month before the 2020 presidential election declaring the Hunter Biden laptop story “Russian disinformation” lied. Yet, they probably believed that their mendacious assertion was morally justified because, in their view, the larger good was to ensure that then-President Donald Trump not be reelected.
The road to hell is paved by good intentions because most people who do harm, even many who do evil, are motivated by good intentions. So, then, given that good intentions are almost always morally worthless, what are we to do if we wish to see good triumph over evil? Or, to pose the question another way, if good intentions are morally useless or, worse, actually pave the road to hell on Earth, with what should we pave the road to heaven on Earth?
The answer is wisdom. Good intentions without wisdom leads to evil. The reason to worry about the future of America and Western civilization is not that its elites are composed of people with bad intentions; it is that the elites are composed of people devoid of wisdom.”

just got done making peanut butter cookies…I use the Betty Crocker pouches–and make them better–lol. but the package now says makes 22 servings–where before it was 36. Stubbornly I followed the same process I use to make a set amount of cookies per recipe and guess what? I got 38! Same size as i always make– roughly 2 1/2 inch wide…fresh from the oven…either someone at the factory can’t count,OR (and this is more believable) I’m awesome! LOL LOL LOL

EXCERPT: “A Manhattan judge declared a mistrial Tuesday in the case against a Steve Bannon associate accused of siphoning donations from the “We Build the Wall” charity — after a deadlocked jury said it couldn’t overcome ideological differences.
The mistrial comes after the jury deliberated for more than 30 hours whether Colorado businessman Timothy Shea was guilty of stealing contributions from the $25 million raised by ex-President Donald Trump’s supporters. The charity aimed to privately finance a portion of wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, Trump’s signature immigration policy.
On Thursday, the jury wrote Judge Analisa Torres to say a holdout, Roberto, described the case as a “government witch hunt.” They wrote that his beliefs were preventing them from reaching a verdict. The juror, according to notes, had accused his fellow panelists of being biased New York liberals.
The holdout had claimed federal prosecutors charged Shea in Manhattan Federal Court “because they knew people here vote differently.”

EXCERPT: “As promised, the global “elite” are unveiling their new meatless food system for the peons, starting with schoolchildren in the United Kingdom. A new pilot program in Wales has replaced all meat on school lunch plates with “plant-based” and insect-based alternatives, including “spaghetti with beetle Bolognese.”
Crickets and mealworms make up a bulk of the food items now being fed to Wales schoolchildren, who are being treated like animals rather than humans. Instead of getting human food, these children are now consuming food items better fit for chickens and reptiles. The globalists, as reported by the Rair Foundation “intend to motivate students and parents to get away from meat to protect the climate.”
“In addition, they hope to brainwash five to eleven-year-old students with their environmental lies to control their food choices.”
It all centers around a new “sustainable” model of food production that deprives ordinary people of access to the things that people have eaten since the beginning of time. This new world order food system will only allow non-meat alternatives such as soy patties, cricket lasagna and other abominations, as decreed and dictated by those at the top of the pyramid who will never eat this same garbage themselves.”

EXCERPT: “Wall Street Journal reporter Rachel Wolfe recently ventured from New Orleans, Louisiana to Chicago, Illinois in a brand-new Kia EV6 to test America’s current electric vehicle capabilities and public-charging infrastructure. By the end of her exhausting trip, she said the fumes of gasoline — though particularly expensive at the moment — “never smelled so sweet.”
Never again. Well, at least not for awhile, Wolfe would likely say if someone asked her to make a lengthy EV road trip another time.
In a column for the newspaper published this month, the reporter chronicled the difficult journey with all of its pitfalls. It included a shorter range than expected, finicky charging cords, loads of slower-than-advertised charging stations, and large swaths of the country without any “fast” charging stations at all, among other hardships.
In the end, Wolfe said she and her road trip companion, Mack, spent more hours waiting to charge than they did sleeping — which is not exactly a recipe for a successful and enjoyable trip.”
————-
On a positive note, the pair spent just $175 on charging in comparison to the $275 they estimated they would have paid in a similarly-sized gas-fueled vehicle. However, “That $100 savings cost us many hours in waiting time,” Wolfe clarified, adding, “that’s not the whole story.”
It appears that despite the aims of the Biden administration and others, for now, EVs are still best used for saving some money on around-the-town travel — not cross-country journeys.”

EXCERPT: “One of the necessary measures the New World Order needs in order to achieve their vision of The Great Reset is for certain essential resources to be completely under their control. Water, energy, and medicine are among them, and are grouped as the third control-factor I listed recently in an episode of The JD Rucker Show. Today, we’re talking about these and why patriots must make themselves as independent as possible.
——————
As many of my readers and listeners know, I have never been one to embrace conspiracy theories, at least not before the last two or three years. But now that we’re seeing some of the old “debunked” theories present themselves as long-standing realities, it has become very necessary to take them seriously. We are aware that the powers-that-be are trying to usher in a utopia, at least for themselves, that will make the vast majority of people beholden to them. We must do what we can to maintain our own independence.
This is not just a public service announcement for the sake of being a good guy. I’m being selfish in calling on as many Americans as possible to remove their attachments to government. I know that if and when the crap hits the fan, the fewer people who are beholden on government, the easier it will be for us to fight back or rebuild when the dust settles. We should all want as many of our fellow Americans as we can alert to be aware of how to stay independent.”

Entire Article @ FreeBeacon: “New York Democratic governor Kathy Hochul on Monday signed a bill that bans individuals under 21 from purchasing semiautomatic rifles, even though a U.S. circuit court just weeks before declared a similar law in California to be unconstitutional.
The bill, one of 10 sweeping gun-control measures that Hochul signed in the wake of mass shootings in Buffalo, N.Y., and Uvalde, Texas, raises the minimum age to buy a semiautomatic rifle, including the popular Ruger Mini-14 and SKS, from 18 to 21. New York, which as of 2020 has the fifth-lowest gun homicide rate in the nation, already bans people under 21 from owning handguns.
The mass shootings have galvanized blue-state politicians to restrict gun rights. In addition to Hochul’s moves, Democratic legislators in California and New Jersey are considering additional gun restrictions.
New York’s under-21 ban is startlingly similar to a California law that a U.S. circuit court struck down in May. The Ninth District Circuit Court of Appeals on May 11 ruled that California’s law banning individuals under 21 from purchasing semiautomatic rifles is unconstitutional.
“America would not exist without the heroism of the young adults who fought and died in our revolutionary army,” Judge Ryan Nelson wrote. “Today we reaffirm that our Constitution still protects the right that enabled their sacrifice: the right of young adults to keep and bear arms.”
In addition to the under-21 ban, New York now requires any resident seeking to buy a semiautomatic rifle to get a license, bans bulletproof body vests, and mandates that social media platforms “provide a clear and concise policy regarding how they would respond to incidents of hateful conduct,” among other measures.”

Entire Article @ FB: “Conservative nonprofit group Consumers’ Research is bringing billboards to State Farm’s Las Vegas conference this week and releasing national ads as part of its campaign against the insurance company’s decision to distribute books about sexual orientation to kindergartners.
State Farm partnered with The GenderCool Project to give thousands of books such as A Kids Book About Being Transgender and A Kids Book About Being Non-Binary to children five and older, according to emails leaked by Consumers’ Research. The insurance company ended its partnership with GenderCool only after Consumers’ Research exposed it, the Washington Free Beacon reported last month.
Consumers’ Research executive director Will Hild said that merely ending the partnership is not enough. “They owe their customers, agents, and parents everywhere real answers and a plan of action,” Hild said.
State Farm is just one of many U.S. companies and elite organizations, including Disney and top law firms, to take left-wing positions on transgenderism and sexuality. Consumers’ Research says that Nike, BlackRock, and American Airlines also profess “woke politics.”
As part of Consumers’ Research’s “Stop Being a Creepy Neighbor” campaign, the nonprofit is paying for a truck to carry a mobile billboard outside State Farm’s conference, as well as for a digital ad and a national television ad. The group wants State Farm to audit programs aimed at children, determine where the books were donated, and notify the public about where children received the books.
Those moves are “the least that State Farm can do to prevent further harm to children and make sure that they don’t have programs like what they do with GenderCool currently happening,” Hild told the Free Beacon. “It helps parents whose kids may have been exposed or are being exposed currently to these materials because of State Farm.”
The books, which State Farm intended to “help diversify classroom, community center, and library bookshelves,” promote the use of “they” as a singular pronoun and teach that “everyone’s journey to understanding their gender is unique to them.” “Gender is how you feel in your heart and mind, but it may not match what the doctor says when you are born,” reads A Kids Book About Being Non-Binary, which is marketed as age-appropriate for five-year-olds.
Hild said the Consumers’ Research campaign against State Farm is “ongoing.” “We’re going to continue to remind them of their obligation to their own customers and to America’s parents,” Hild said.”

EXCERPT: “San Francisco district attorney and George Soros darling Chesa Boudin went down in flames Tuesday evening, recalled by double-digits in ultra-liberal San Francisco, a far larger margin than the less than 2 percent of voters who carried him to victory three years ago.
Tuesday’s outcome tracks months of polling showing San Franciscans’ opposition to Boudin, with the recall consistently commanding a large advantage, and even a Boudin campaign poll showing a tied race. The result also follows voters’ decision to recall three ultra-woke school board members, with whose progressive project Boudin is often identified. The San Francisco Chronicle projected that Boudin would be removed within minutes of the polls closing on Tuesday night.
Boudin’s defeat will likely be seen as part of a broader backlash against criminal justice progressivism—one that has installed Democratic New York City mayor Eric Adams in Gracie Mansion, put moderate Rick Caruso neck and neck with far-left Karen Bass for the mayoralty of Los Angeles, and produced an about-face from municipal Democrats across the country. This backlash is a response to surging violent crime rates, which spiked in the wake of the “Defund the Police” movement and has driven the homicide rate to record highs.
—————–
What voters may be identifying as crime, rather, is the visible signs of disorder that have become the city’s defining trait. Shoplifting has been rising steadily since 2015 and surged to new highs in 2021. The city has a larger homeless population than any city except New York, which has 10 times San Francisco’s population. And while most homeless in New York City are sheltered, more than 80 percent of San Francisco’s homeless population were unsheltered as of January 2020. Public drug use is endemic, including on the subway and in the infamous Tenderloin district, resulting in a 125 percent increase in overdose deaths in 2020 versus 2018.
——————
Disorder remains a major concern today. In a poll of big-city dwellers commissioned by my colleagues at the Manhattan Institute, 73 percent of respondents supported empowering police officers to “be more responsive” to “graffiti, public urination, and littering.” Seventy-one percent supported letting cops clear homeless encampments assuming residents are given access to social services and shelter. Seventy-seven percent of respondents in San Francisco specifically were “extremely” or “very” concerned about homelessness, the same share who supported more quality-of-life enforcement.
Disorder matters to the voters of America’s big cities. They want safety, but they also want to live in cities in which public urination and drug use are sanctioned, in which the homeless and mentally ill are cared for through compulsion if necessary, rather than “liberated” to live on the street. Boudin’s defeat on Tuesday should be a warning to leaders who abdicate these responsibilities and dismiss as prejudiced anyone who objects—watch out, your job might be next.”

Entire Article @ FB: “George Soros spent more than $40 million in the past decade to elect scores of liberal prosecutors in half of America’s largest jurisdictions, many of which are now roiled by crime.
The Democratic megadonor has backed 75 so-called justice reform prosecutors through direct contributions, PACs, and other third-party entities, the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund revealed in a June report. Though many had little prosecutorial experience when elected, they represent 72 million Americans in some of the nation’s most populous municipalities. Ten Soros prosecutors, including Philadelphia district attorney Larry Krasner (D.) and Los Angeles district attorney George Gascon (D.), received $13 million in just the last four years, going on to win races where they had vastly outraised their competition—sometimes by as much as 90 percent. In each race, Soros was the single greatest donor to the campaign.
“Our study shows for the first time, Soros’s funding and installation of these district attorneys is fundamentally dismantling the criminal justice system as we know it,” Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund president Jason Johnson told the Washington Free Beacon.
The report discloses the power progressive criminal prosecutors wield in the American justice system—and the potential effects of that influence on crime. The FBI in 2020 reported its highest single-year increase in homicides—a 30 percent jump from the previous year. A year later, 12 cities, including Krasner’s Philadelphia and Soros-backed district attorney José Garza’s Austin, Texas, broke their all-time homicide records. According to the report, more than 40 percent of homicides and a third of all violent and property crimes in 2021 occurred in jurisdictions run by Soros prosecutors.
From cities like Seattle and Los Angeles, to wealthy suburbs near Washington, D.C., to provincial counties in Mississippi and Wisconsin, the prosecutors have radically overhauled bail laws and pursued lightened sentencing in an effort to reduce incarceration. Soros began his quiet effort to remake America’s criminal justice system in 2014, donating $50 million to the ACLU for justice reform activism. He followed up in 2016 by funneling more than $3 million into seven local campaigns, including to Cook County district attorney Kim Foxx (D.), the controversial Chicago prosecutor known for dropping charges against Jussie Smollett, who committed a hate crime hoax.
Johnson told the Free Beacon career prosecutors are becoming a thing of the past as former tax attorneys and ACLU lawyers have ascended to top prosecutorial positions on Soros’s dime.
Soros’s network of justice reform groups includes more than 500 PACs, dark money groups, and nonprofits, the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund report notes. Some, such as the Drug Policy Alliance, where Soros serves as chairman, are open about their affiliation. Others, like the Tides Center, are “donor pass-through organization[s],” which launder donations from Soros’s philanthropic juggernauts, including the Open Society Foundations, to subentities and political PACs.
Through a cluster of statewide public safety PACs, Soros donated more than a million dollars each to Krasner, Gascon, Foxx, and Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg (D.). He also donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to Virginia prosecutors Buta Biberaj (D.) and Steve Descano (D.), both of whom have received scrutiny in office for failing to prosecute violent criminals and allowing repeat offenders to victimize others. In a New York Times op-ed last week, Descano also pledged not to prosecute illegal abortions if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade this month.
Virginia attorney general Jason Miyares (R.) told the Free Beacon the ascent of Soros prosecutors has changed criminal law in many jurisdictions overnight and made communities less safe. “Instead of trying to change the law through elected officials, these groups are electing prosecutors who simply ignore it,” Miyares said. “They’ve replaced DAs that follow the law with radical extremists with an agenda that makes our communities less safe and emboldens criminals.”
The Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund cited a Free Beacon report in March that revealed Descano’s office had dropped felony charges against a man who attempted to abduct and rape a hotel maid in 2020. One year later, the same man was charged for killing two homeless men and wounding three others during a nine-day shooting spree in New York City and Washington, D.C. The looming threat to public safety has inspired recall efforts against Descano, Biberaj, and Soros-funded Arlington County commonwealth’s attorney Parisa Dehghani-Tafti (D.) in Virginia.
“Soros prosecutors now preside over 20 percent of Americans with the same disastrous results we have seen in Virginia—violent criminals and sexual predators roam the streets victimizing innocents,” Sean Kennedy, the president of Virginians for Safe Communities, which fielded a recall effort against the prosecutors, told the Free Beacon. “As San Francisco’s Chesa Boudin faces his fate in a recall today, VSC knows that Northern Virginia’s Soros prosecutors will face the same public reckoning soon as the American people want safety first.”
Other prosecutors have participated in junkets, symposiums, and even lavish retreats put on by Soros-funded entities. More than 20 Soros prosecutors, including Gascon, Baltimore state’s attorney Marilyn Mosby (D.), and St. Louis circuit attorney Kim Gardner (D.), traveled with Fair and Just Prosecution, a Tides Center subentity, in 2019 to Germany and Portugal, where they learned about “drug decriminalization and harm reduction approaches.” The Vera Institute of Justice, a think tank that receives some government grants, treated Mosby and Foxx the same year to an all-expenses-paid spa retreat during work days.
The Vera Institute and other think tanks funded by Soros also promote these progressive prosecutors’ tactics while shielding them from bad press. New York University’s Brennan Center for Justice has the PR firm BerlinRosen on retainer for district attorneys it works with, according to the report.
The Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund anticipates Soros will spend millions more to reelect Gascon and to install other candidates in Raleigh, N.C., and Alameda County and Orange County, Calif., this year.
Voters in San Francisco issued the first check against Soros prosecutors during a recall election Tuesday, with 60 percent ousting San Francisco district attorney Chesa Boudin (D.) after a little more than two years in office.
Update 7:09 a.m.: This piece has been updated with the result of the San Francisco recall election.”
