Let’s Give This a Shot…

Here goes nothing…

I am going to try to post an open every day.

Nothing fancy, mind you…just a new post. Just to make things easier to find in the future…should there be a need. Filly’s also going to post opens–so there’s good stuff to come!

New laughs…new stories…new smiles!

    1. THIS is where funding needs to go – trade schools and community colleges. Every single one of those damned corrupt elite colleges should be shuttered and the endowments dispersed to those it was originally stolen from!

    1. If I may….Kash, unfortunately, it is not a case of “….can hold these conspirators accountable.” We all know they CAN….but WILL they? That is the trillion dollar question! The entire system may just be THAT corrupt.

            1. Yeah, I’ve evolved into 50/50 – maybe it is, maybe it isn’t. But it seems to me to be just more of the “Rah! Rah! Rah!” BS that kept us on that un-Godly roller coaster. I just couldn’t do that any more! Until I SEE undeniable proof? I will remain highly skeptical. Same with Q now, tbh, altho some of that is undeniable so……slightly less skeptical.

        1. Oh, kea, you are almost like Blue was for Pat and me, when we were the Three Amigos. We had so much fun……we had to at least let you know. But know this: I will never, ever, under ANY circumstances, try to convince anyone to leave M’s – NEVER!

I think I know exactly when this began and the cascade then gained speed. I WAS the subject at the time, even tho it was not due to any action of mine. Once again, I have been punished unfairly, just like I was at Wolfie’s. I am a convenient scape goat and yes, I often make myself the target just by being myself. Manipulators are gonna manipulate. C’est la vie! Live and let live!

It All Comes Together: Hunter, Burisma, Kolomoisky, Zelensky and the “Children Burned Alive in Donetsk”

Is the US being drawn into WW 3 over the corruption of the Biden crime family? Burisma Holdings is owned by oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky, who backed the campaign of President Volodymyr Zelensky and funded the neo-Nazi Azov Battalion, writes blogger Kanekoa the Great. The profound corruption of Hunter Biden and The Big Guy in Ukraine may also explain Hunter’s mysterious reference to “children burned alive in Donetsk.”

      1. He hasn’t taken Kiev yet, right? According to the CrowdStrike server angle that has been posited…… supposedly, THOSE are one of his major goals and he won’t stop until he does. Perhaps as part of his agreement with POTUS?

  3. Reading the article from American Thinker from GA about this “Trojan Horse” on SCOTUS!!! I simply couldn’t stand listening to any of those people talk, so my TV has been on mute the entire time. Nice to have a round-up of how bad and dangerous she REALLY is!!!!

EXCERPT: “Judge Brown is a Trojan horse, set to spill out all the weaponry of the progressives into our court of final appeal should she be approved. She will be dogmatic and anti-rational. She will view everything through the lenses of power structure and victimhood. Her work on behalf of the very worst terrorists in the entire human population and her expressed sympathies with the most horrible destroyers of human dignity (pedophiles) already predict this.

She will not regard the law as founded in an objective, defined reality but will push for a fluidity of definition, subject to prevailing arguments. With her, the Constitution, law, customs, tradition, and precedent will lose all meaning. See her past deliberate setting aside of sentencing guidelines to know how she will continue.

Judge Brown will not be a seeker of the truth. Her obfuscations, voids, and outright falsehoods given before Congress attest to this. And what’s with the head-scratching? It’s a tell alright. I wouldn’t mind playing poker opposite her.”

    1. yup…how can she defend the constitution and interpret it when she believes it to be racist? same question concerning women–can’t define them–then how do you interpret laws meant to protect them?

    1. I assume you are aware of what counting his rolls means, right, Pat? I don’t know how much you know about horses. Just in case….each complete roll is work $1K. Another thing I noticed: at the 4:54 mark, the gelding is standing motionless, with the mare by the fence. Note the position of his back outside hoof – it is cocked up. That indicates a lack of stress or insecurity – he is comfortable. That noise coming from his belly area is air trapped in his sheath.

        1. The gelding rolled all the way over 4 times and 1 half roll = $4500 value. The foot cocked indicates he is relaxed. The noises that seem to come from his belly sometimes – listen closely and try to block out the hoof beats, generally at the end and beginning of a run – is air trapped in the sheath of his penis. All males have that issue – strenuous exercise of the surrounding muscles causes his sheath to open slightly and draw up. It sucks in air. Hence, with that extra effort pushing off and slowing down, it kind of sounds like hunger rumbles or farts.

  6. Aw, dang it! My wonderful service guy, Dick Alby, died. Jake was just here and told me. He was the one who handled my sink and outdoor faucet replacement. His son helped me with my fridge. He had been fighting lung cancer for a number of years and had recently had a huge improvement after they treated him with the DNA meds. Before Jake got too far, I asked him if Dick had eventually gotten the jab because I knew he was a staunch opponent of it. He said he was finally forced to – now, I don’t know the exact timing but I really didn’t need to hear any more. He allegedly had both COVID pneumonia and regular pneumonia. I told Jake flat out: it was the vaccine! Yes, he probably was going to go soon anyway but I have no doubt that, at a minimum, it accelerated his passing. Sad, sad news….

      1. He was the one who asked me for some info for a school teacher friend who was pressured into the jab. He said he wished there was something she could do to purge. So I gave him several links. He was adamant about the jab and was far more knowledgeable that I had anticipated.

I’ve told this before but —when I had just started at the Sunday dances at the Legion, my A/C wouldn’t come on but I had to get to work. I asked Jim who I should call and he gave me Dick’s number. I explained and Dick asked, is the door locked? I said yes and he hung up.

He stopped by the Legion a couple of hours later and told me it was working. I offered to pay and he declined. Super nice guy! A bit of a dandy, in a way. He was a widower, small and trim in stature, with no gray in his hair. I saw him many times at Mary’s in Plainview. He was dressed in newer blue jeans with creases, fancy cowboy boots, leather vest, bright white shirt, a bolero tie and a black felt cowboy hat. Spiffy as all get out!

      1. I was really hoping he would make it. The day they came to replace my kitchen faucet, he was scheduled to go in for testing to see how the meds were working. The next time he came over, to reverse the hot/cold lines – dufus assistant had them backwards – he told me there was a LOT of improvement.

So I was hopeful……but he was in his mid-to late-70’s, I believe – maybe even 80. But he looked really good considering his condition.

    1. Simply adorable!!! On one of the farms where I worked, we were on mare watch for one horse that was close. I kept checking on her periodically and around midnight she went down. I knew she was getting ready, since she kept circling the stall, pausing and pawing, then pacing some more. Her vulva was also swollen and dripping, and she was dripping milk.

So I went and woke HB up – she wanted to watch – I wasn’t gone but 10 minutes max and, by the time we got back to the barn, the foal was out on the floor! A little bay colt! HB got to go in the stall with me when I iodined his navel and gave him an enema. Stud colts have a particularly difficult time passing the meconium because their anatomy is narrower so they are routinely given enemas. She was sooooo excited she got to pet a brand new foal!

      1. I also immediately put a foal halter on him – it is pretty fancy – leather – and is adjustable as they grow. By the time they are weanlings, often before, they are ready for a regular halter and will have already been trained to lead. I also ran my legs all over his body, picked up his feet, ran a super-soft brush over his body, opened his mouth, fondled his ears, etc., etc. This acclimates him to being handled. It’s always best to begin the process immediately after birth. You’ll have a far easier time handling him when he is weanling size. He will already have learned his manners.

THIS is the proper way to raise and condition foals!

  10. Whoa! Congressman Jeff Fortenberry, whose district includes Norfolk, has been found guilty after only 2 hours of deliberation by a jury in Los Angeles County of accepting illegal campaign contributions and lying to the FBI about them. He said: “We always felt like….it was going to be hard to have a fair process here. So this appeal starts immediately.”

Calls for him to resign, of course. I’m not a fan of him at all. Really leans RINO and sort of woke.

      1. Not surprising – he is a lot like my rep – they do next to nothing. Adrian Smith’s overall goal from the beginning? Retire from Congress!!!! Not represent the people – no, retire from Congress!!!

He has been there for years and years – since 2006. The only close election was in 2008 but he won again. Most of the time, he runs un-opposed. I can count on 2 hands the number of bills he has submitted the entire time he’s been there!

From Wiki: “Nebraska’s 3rd congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of Nebraska that encompasses its western three-fourths; it is one of the largest non-at-large districts in the country, covering nearly 65,000 square miles (170,000 km2), two time zones and 68 counties. It includes Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings, North Platte, Alliance, and Scottsbluff. Additionally, it encompasses the Sandhills region and a large majority of the Platte River.”
