MEAN GIRLS

It’s a big club…and they don’t WANT you in it

“Where we go 1, we go all” implies that we’re all in this together. And I thought we were, but apparently we’re not. Excluding someone from posting and contributing to a blog is sometimes necessary if that person posts offensive material or is simply a troll. But if someone merely has a difference of opinion or points out a mistake in another comment, that’s not offensive–it’s necessary. Everyone makes mistakes. If your mistake is pointed out, being petulant about it, makes you small. Trying to get a poster ousted from a blog because they point out YOUR mistakes, makes you petty…a mean girl.

In this day of censorship, this behavior among patriots is disgusting. I stand with the outcasts. Truth is essential and if you post tweets and articles that have factual errors, no matter how much you like the tweeter, you should value the truth MORE!

Marica’s blog has been infected by mean girls–hanging in the shadows right now…pressuring and blackmailing the owner over who should be allowed to post there! REALLY??? We post about the left restricting and censoring us, but we’re gonna do it to ourselves???? People are showing their true colors…and they’re not true blue are they? We have eyes to see what’s really going on…

WHERE WE GO 1, WE GO ALL!!!!!

  2. never heard of this site before…secret plan? peace-keeping mission? hiding guns/arms shipments??
    FTA
A secret plan for a “peacekeeping mission” involving 10,000 NATO troops from different countries entering Ukraine and imposing a limited no fly zone is allegedly being prepared by the Polish government.

Polish news outlet Onet reports that President of Poland Andrzej Duda is waiting on a green light from the White House to implement the proposal.

Created by the Polish Ministry of Defense, the plan would see 10,000 NATO troops formed of an international contingent sent to Ukraine to “protect humanitarian corridors” and enforce a no fly zone over them.

“It means setting up military units, at a distance from the frontlines, that would be tasked with defending humanitarian convoys with food and medicine and the ones allowing civilians to escape danger,” the article states.

Of course, the official reason for sending the troops and the real reason could very well be somewhat different in nature.

According to ReMix News, “One of the scenarios includes implementing a no-fly zone over the largest of Ukraine’s cities, which would mark a serious escalation and likely a direct conflict with Russia.”

The plan is seemingly on hiatus because of a disagreement between President Duda and the Ministry of Defence with Law and Justice (PiS) leadership because Duda wants Washington’s approval before going ahead.

              3. And I believe that far too many people cannot acknowledge that I AM somewhat intelligent! I’ve never taken an IQ test but it has always been said that one’s overall score on the AAFES test – the one you must pass in order to be allowed to enlist – is roughly equal to one’s IQ – my score was 130 and the recruiter told me I was qualified to go into ANY MOS that was open to women, even the intelligence sector. Made me feel good, tbh, altho at the time I took the test, I had no desire whatsoever to join any of the services. I just did it to help a friend, who wanted company to give him support in his 2nd attempt to pass. He didn’t, unfortunately – funny, his name was David, too, just like my brother who had slight brain damage. I believe he was the same – just a little slow.

              4. When someone told me that, frankly, I was really surprised – I never considered myself to be any more intelligent than anyone else. Really, it wasn’t until Donald Trump and claims that he was dumb vs. the comments praising his intelligence that it got my attention. I decided to find out what his IQ was and where that rated on the scale.

  5. more cronyism in shit-for-brains’ administration
    FTA
One of President Joe Biden’s top donors and “closest friends” has scored millions of dollars in federal contracts and a prestigious job in the White House, according to a Washington Free Beacon review of government records.

Biden in September of last year placed close confidant Joe Kiani, the founder and CEO of the medical technology company Masimo Corporation, on the influential President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. Kiani’s company, which manufactures various medical devices, has received almost $3 million in federal government contracts since Biden took office in 2021. Its contracts include funding from the Department of Defense and Department of Health and Human Services.

The council, according to its website, “advises the president on matters involving science, technology, education, and innovation policy” and “provides the president with scientific and technical information that is needed to inform public policy.”

The new post and contracts were awarded just a few years after Kiani emerged as one of Biden’s biggest benefactors. In 2017, the Masimo Foundation donated at least $1 million to the Biden Foundation, on top of up to $500,000 from Kiani and his wife, according to donations that were disclosed by the foundation. During the 2020 campaign, Kiani bundled more than $1 million for Biden and hosted in-person and virtual fundraisers for him. Kiani also gave $750,000 to the pro-Biden super PAC Unite the Country, and his foundation gave another $1 million for Biden’s inaugural committee.

The Biden-Kiani relationship dates back years, and the president has not attempted to shield the friendship. At a 2018 conference sponsored by an organization Kiani funds, Biden referred to the businessman as “one of my closest friends.” In 2015, then-vice president Biden delivered the keynote address at Kiani’s Patient Safety, Science, and Technology Summit.

Kiani’s post has raised the eyebrows of one member of the House Oversight Committee, who told the Free Beacon he plans to look into the potential “cronyism.”

“Cronyism in any form is wrong,” said Rep. Ralph Norman (R., S.C.), who serves on the House Oversight Committee. “For someone who has spent almost 40 years in Washington, you’d think President Biden of all people would know that.

“Yet here we are, another campaign donor receiving a post in the administration, this time on the prestigious President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. It’s important to get to the bottom of this, and I’m happy to help lead that charge.”

The post and lucrative contracts to Kiani’s company after his massive donations to the president further undermine claims from the Biden administration that it has the highest ethical standards of any White House in history.

Both the Obama and Trump administrations awarded Masimo with contracts totaling in the millions, according to government spending disclosures. Masimo, however, is currently on track to surpass the amount of contracts under previous administrations.

Neither the White House nor Masimo responded to a request for comment.

Employees at Masimo Corporation donated thousands to Biden’s American Possibilities PAC, making the company one of the largest backers of the super PAC.

    1. To be honest, many….dare I say most?…..politicians do the same to a certain extent. There is, however, at minimum, a cunt hairs’ distance between cronies and legitimate corporations who really ARE highly qualified, regardless of the CEO’s ideology. But one can not expect the President of the US to trust a corporation with far leftist ideology – not when there are very few fields where only one or two corporations have the requisite experience and proven track record.

  7. wow these people are freakin’ clueless how an economy works!
    FTA
Rampant inflation got you down? Don’t worry: Democrats are here to help! Rep. Mike Thompson (D-Calif.), Rep. John Larson (D-Conn.), and Rep. Lauren Underwood (D-Ill.) have proposed a bill that would give every American $100 each month to help offset the scourge of rapidly rising inflation.

CBS News noted of the proposal, which is being called the Gas Rebate Act: “The gas stimulus would ‘provide middle-class Americans with monthly payments to ease the financial burden of this global crisis,’ Thompson said in a statement about the proposal.”

Not to be outdone, Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) have put forth a second proposal, one that would provide a quarterly rebate to consumers based on a tax levied on oil and gas companies. According to a statement from the two lawmakers, their “Big Oil Windfall Profits Tax” would charge a per-barrel tax equal to 50% of the difference between the current price of a barrel of oil and its pre-pandemic average price between 2015 and 2019. Khanna and Whitehouse claim to have calculated that if the per-barrel price is, say, $120, the tax would raise about $45 billion a year — providing single filers with $240 annually and joint filers with $360 per year. (Another marriage penalty?)

When you really think of it, this is mind-blowing. And counterproductive. Democrats want to offset the negative effects of their own policies by trying to buy our votes? And the money they would send us would have to be taken from us taxpayers in the first place, be printed out of thin air, or just be added to our already astronomical national debt. In any case, it would exacerbate the very inflation whose effects these ignorant asshats purport to be attempting to ameliorate.

As for the tax on “Big Oil,” these companies would have to pass on the cost of the tax to consumers, thereby raising the price of gas even further. And necessitating another gas rebate for consumers and an additional tax on “Big Oil”? Do Dems wish to repeat this cycle ad nauseam until the complete and utter collapse of our economy? “Windfall profits”? I thought “Big Oil” engaged in price-gouging only when their enablers in the Republican Party were in power. But gas prices were historically low when President Trump was in office.

Sasse spoke about why cameras should not be allowed in the Supreme Court when he noted that “the jackassery we often see around [the U.S. Senate] is partly because of people looking for short term camera opportunities.”

“Transparency is a good thing. I also believe that pen and pad can facilitate a whole heck of a lot of transparency just fine. And it’s healthy for Americans to recognize the second and third and fourth order effects of cameras,” Sasse said. “A huge part of why this institution doesn’t work well is because we have cameras everywhere.”

    Sasse added:

‘There’s a whole bunch of things that humans can do if they’re not immediately mindful of some distant camera audience that they might be trying to create a sound bite for. And Instagram can be useful for some small things but for intellectual discourse, it is not a friend. And I think we should recognize that the jackassery we often see around here is partly because of people looking for short-term camera opportunities.’

EXCERPT: “WASHINGTON (AP) — Thanks to a sudden $140 million cash infusion, officials in Broward County, Florida, recently broke ground on a high-end hotel that will have views of the Atlantic Ocean and an 11,000-square-foot spa. In New York, Dutchess County pledged $12 million for renovations of a minor league baseball stadium to meet requirements the New York Yankees set for their farm teams.

And in Massachusetts, lawmakers delivered $5 million to pay off debts of the Edward M. Kennedy Institute for the U.S. Senate in Boston, a nonprofit established to honor the late senator that has struggled financially. The three distinctly different outlays have one thing in common: Each is among the scores of projects that state and local governments across the United States are funding with federal coronavirus relief money despite having little to do with combating the pandemic, a review by The Associated Press has found.
    ————————-
Included among the projects and expenditures identified by the AP:

—$400 million to build new prisons in Alabama, accounting for nearly one-quarter of the total aid the state will receive through the program.

—tens of millions of dollars for tourism marketing campaigns in Puerto Rico ($70 million), Washington, D.C. ($8 million) and Tucson, Arizona ($2 million). The city of Alexandria, Virginia, also announced it would spend $120,000 to give its tourism website a makeover.

—$6.6 million to replace irrigation systems at two golf courses in Colorado Springs.

—$5 million approved by Birmingham, Alabama, to support the 2022 World Games. The event features niche sporting contests such as DanceSport, korfball and flying disc.

—$2.5 million to hire new parking enforcement officers in Washington, D.C.

—$2 million to help Pottawattamie County, Iowa, purchase a privately owned ski area.

—$1 million to pay off overdue child support in St. Louis. A city memo states that owing child support stops some people from looking for work because the overdue payments are garnished from paychecks; the program would “empower individuals” by paying down a portion.

—$300,000 to establish a museum in Worcester, Massachusetts, honoring Major Taylor, a famed Black bicycle rider from the turn of the 20th century known as the “Worcester Whirlwind” who died in 1932.”

It is the ONLY thing that I have ever become addicted to and I am killing myself – I started at 17 years old and have only once gone 3 days without a cigarette on a bet – oh, wait – there was the 3 days I was hospitalized at Ft. Jackson for the measles – both of our friends BEGGED us to start smoking again. The excess phlegm is choking me and my coughing often leaves me short of breath – the slightest bit of exercise makes me almost pant. Not to mention the amount of money it costs me!!! $60/per week – imagine what I could do with that money for positive pursuits! I could save that $ and put it towards getting dentures. All of the heavy stress of recent days has pushed me into chain smoking one after another after another! Enough!!!!

So cigs and ash tray are back on the patio and I am DETERMINED to do it this time!!!! Please, Lord, give me strength and the will power to do this! I’ve been up for almost 3 hours now and only ONE cig! And I have my e-cigs which are very low nicotine.

I haven’t reached the COPD stage but, TBH, I’ve always hidden such side effects from the doctors. I just didn’t want to hear the preaching. I forgot – there was one other habit that was impossible to break without help – chewing my nails. Mom told me that I never sucked my thumb – I chewed my nails to the point they would almost bleed. My a-parents tried everything – humiliating me, painting nasty stuff on my nails, making me write 100 times “I will not chew my nails!” Nothing worked. It wasn’t until I started wearing fake fingernails and did it for years. By the time I finally stopped, I no longer had the problem.

Oh, Pat…..he was THE man I had always dreamed of! Smart – he was a geological expert with a Ph.D. and worked at clearing out old buried weapons – chemical and others. He was also from NM and owned a ranch there – every year, twice a year, he led a pack team up into the mountains. And definitely attractive and sexy – long, cool drink of water that one!

And dance! Oh, sweet Jesus, could that man dance!!!! We waltzed, we polka’ed, we did the Cowboy Swing, the two-step, we jitterbugged, we square-danced. He travelled around the country with a nice travel trailer – one BR but a big one, hauling it with his truck – depending on where the current contract took him. His contract in our area ended and he shipped off to eastern TX – not far from the state line.

I took vacation and flew down to spend a week with him. Only 2 issues that kept us apart, were (1) sexual problems on his part. His wife had died a particularly gruesome death from uterine cancer, IIRC and he had cared for her – THAT was the kind of man he was. Since then, he had been unable to reach climax. Also, he had several young, early teen children who were adamant that he not replace their Mom – ever!

    1. More devious machinations….anyone attached to our POTUS will continue to be targeted. Some, like Manafort, are more vulnerable just because of their chosen way to make a living. I’ve always thought he was a bit of a sleaze, myself.

  12. Entire article @ BB: “Former Nevada Attorney General and current Senate candidate Adam Laxalt has mounted a huge lead in Nevada’s Republican primary race, a Wednesday WPA Intelligence poll revealed.

Trump-endorsed Laxalt leads his opponents with 57 percent of the vote, according to the poll. Opponents Sam Brown (19 percent), Bill Hockstedler (1 percent), and Sharelle Mendenhall (1 percent) polled substantially behind Laxalt, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. Eighteen percent were undecided.

The poll was commissioned by the Club for Growth, which endorsed Laxalt’s Senate campaign, though the polling is consistent with other polls that have given Laxalt a lead in the primary race. The survey sampled nearly a quarter (22 percent) of respondents who identified as “moderate or liberal.” Twenty-six percent identified as “somewhat conservative,” and 50 percent identified themselves as “very conservative.”

The poll also revealed Laxalt’s supporters consist of 35 percent who say they will “definitely” vote for him, while 15 percent said they will likely vote for him. Seven percent said they are leaning towards voting for him. In contrast, Brown’s support consisted of 10 percent of definite support, six percent likely support, and 4 percent leaning towards supporting him.

But the Las Vegas Review-Journal cautioned that Laxalt’s opposition should not be counted out:

‘Brown has showed a surprisingly strong ability to raise money in his race against Laxalt, who served from 2014-2018 in the attorney general’s office before mounting an unsuccessful bid against Steve Sisolak for governor. Lombardo’s lead could be more problematic; the GOP primary features 16 candidates in all, which means splitting votes in the crowded field.’

The survey sampled 500 likely Republican primary voters and has a margin of error of plus or minus 4.4 percentage points.”

WASHINGTON, March 24 (Reuters) – Donald Trump on Thursday sued Hillary Clinton and several other Democrats, alleging they tried to rig the 2016 U.S. presidential election by tying his campaign to Russia.

“Acting in concert, the Defendants maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty,” the former president alleged in a lawsuit filed in federal court in Florida.

Trump, who beat Democratic nominee Clinton in the 2016 presidential election, alleges “racketeering” and a “conspiracy to commit injurious falsehood,” among other claims.

Trump’s allegations in the lawsuit are undermined by a 966-page report issued by a Republican-led U.S. Senate committee in August 2020. That report concluded that Russia used Republican political operative Paul Manafort and the WikiLeaks website to try to help Trump win the 2016 election.

Manafort worked on Trump’s presidential campaign for five months in 2016.

Russia’s alleged election interference, which Moscow denies, sparked a two-year-long U.S. investigation headed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

In the lawsuit, Trump is seeking compensatory and punitive damages. Trump said he was “forced to incur expenses in an amount to be determined at trial, but known to be in excess of twenty-four million dollars ($24,000,000) and continuing to accrue, in the form of defense costs, legal fees, and related expenses.”

  14. Russia announces arrest warrant for SOROS

    1. I had heard that he did that a long time ago…..hmmm…maybe not! This is from 2016. This is the only article I could find still making this claim and all of the usual culprits have debunked, debunked, debunked as false. So I have no proof but when THAT many people debunk it, that triggers my spidey sense.

Then again….EXCERPT: “Putin Issues Arrest Warrant for Rothschild & Soros?

George Soros is Far from a Good Person but, while Russia Banned various Soros organizations and charities, no warrant has been issued for Soros or the Rothschilds. In 2015, the Russian government did ban Soros’ charities, the Open Society Foundations (OSF) and the Open Society Institute, claiming they represented a threat to the country’s security:

So we would have to conclude by stating that the story stating Putin Issues Arrest Warrant for Rothschild & Soros is most likely fake.”
